क्या शंकराचार्यों को कांग्रेस ने सियासत का मोहरा बनाया है?
अयोध्या मे रामजन्मस्थान मंदिर के उद्घाटन और रामलला के प्राण प्रतिष्ठा समारोह को लेकर कांग्रेस ने एक नया विवाद छेड़ने की कोशिश की है. कांग्रेस के नेताओं ने कहना शुरू कर दिया कि शंकराचार्यों को प्राण प्रतिष्ठा के कार्यक्रम में न बुलाकर बीजेपी ने हिन्दुओं को बांटने की साजिश की है, बीजेपी रामानंदी संप्रादाय और शैव संप्रदाय को बांटने की कोशिश कर रही है. कांग्रेस के नेताओं ने कहा कि बीजेपी ने रामलला को हाईजैक कर लिया है. अयोध्या में भव्य राम मंदिर के उद्घाटन को सियासी अखाड़ा बना दिया है. दिग्विजय सिंह ने कहा कि बीजेपी और विश्व हिन्दू परिषद होते कौन हैं, अयोध्या में मंदिर के उद्घाटन समारोह का न्योता देने वाले? चंपतराय को ये तय करने का हक किसने दिया कि किसे बुलाया जाए, किसे न बुलाया जाए? दिग्विजय सिंह ने कहा कि शकंराचार्य सनातन परंपरा के वाहक है, बीजेपी और VHP शंकारचार्यों का अपमान कर रही है, इसीलिए शंकराचार्यों ने इस कार्यक्रम में आने से इनकार कर दिया है. इसके बाद दो शंकराचार्य – ज्योतिर्मठ के शंकराचार्य अविमुक्तेश्वरानंद सरस्वती और पुरी गोवर्धन मठ के शंकराचार्य निश्चलानंद सरस्वती के बयान भी आ गए. दोनों शंकराचार्यों ने कहा कि वो 22 जनवरी को अयोध्या नहीं जाएंगे. दोनों ने अलग अलग वजहें बताईं. अविमुक्तेश्वरानंद ने कहा कि अयोध्या में होने वाला पूरा प्रोग्राम रानीतिक है, प्रधानमंत्री अपने चुनावी फ़ायदे के लिए रामलला की प्राण प्रतिष्ठा करने जा रहे हैं जबकि मंदिर का निर्माण अभी पूरा नहीं हुआ है. स्वामी अविमुक्तेश्वरानंद ने कहा कि अयोध्या में कोई नया मंदिर नहीं बन रहा है, अयोध्या में तो पहले से ही भगवान राम का एक मंदिर मौजूद था, अब उसका जीर्णोद्धार किया जा रहा है और प्रधानमंत्री आधे अधूरे काम के बीच जाकर रामलला के विग्रह को स्थापित करने जा रहे हैं. इसलिए वो इस कार्यक्रम में नहीं जाएंगे. हालांकि अविमुक्तेश्वरानंद ने ये भी कहा कि प्राण प्रतिष्ठा से उन्हें कोई दिक़्क़त नहीं लेकिन वो अयोध्या तभी जाएंगे जब मंदिर पूरा बनकर तैयार हो जाएगा.
स्वामी अविमुक्तेश्वरानंद और दिग्विजय सिंह की बात एक जैसी है. एक जैसी क्यों है? ये भी आपको बता देता हूं. स्वामी अविमुक्तेश्वरानंद और दिग्विजय सिंह के गुरू एक ही हैं. स्वामी स्वरूपानंद सरस्वती ज्योतिर्मठ के शंकराचार्य थे, दिग्वजिय सिंह के गुरू थे, स्वामी स्वरूपानंद को कांग्रेसी शंकराचार्य कहा जाता था. पिछले साल उनके निधन के बाद स्वामी अविमक्तेश्वरानंद सरस्वती को ज्योतिर्मठ का शंकराचार्य बनाया गया. स्वामी अविमुक्तेश्वरानंद सरस्वती का पुराना नाम उमाशंकर पांडेय था. उन्होंने सन् 2000 में काशी में स्वरूपानंद सरस्वती से संन्यास की दीक्षा ली थी और स्वरूपानंद की वसीयत के आधार पर अविमुक्तेश्वरानंद को पिछले साल ज्योतिर्मठ का शंकराचार्य बना दिया गया. लेकिन संन्यासी अखाड़े जैसे निरंजनी अखाड़े और अखिल भारतीय अखाड़ा परिषद ने इसका विरोध किया था. दावा किया गया था कि शंकराचार्य नियुक्त करने की जो विधि, परपंरा है, उसका पालन नहीं किया गया. मैं आपको ये भी बता दूं कि स्वामी अविमुक्तेश्वरानंद प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी का विरोध आज से नहीं कर रहे हैं. उन्होंने काशी विश्वनाथ कॉरीडोर बनाए जाने का भी विरोध किया था, आमरण अनशन पर बैठ गए थे. एक और शंकराचार्य हैं, पुरी की गोवर्धन पीठ के शंकराचार्य निश्चलानंद सरस्वती. निश्वचलानंद सरस्वती ने कहा कि वो अयोध्या में होने वाले रामलला के प्राण प्रतिष्ठा समारोह में नहीं जाएंगे. निश्चलानंद सरस्वती ने कहा कि रामलला की प्राण प्रतिष्ठा से उन्हें कोई दिक़्क़त नहीं है, यह तो हिंदू धर्म का एक बड़ा कार्य हो रहा है, वो तो बस यह चाहते हैं कि पूजा-पाठ विधि विधान से हो, शास्त्रों के अनुसार हो. जब उनसे ये पूछा गया कि आख़िर कार्यक्रम में वो क्यों नहीं जा रहे हैं, तो निश्चलानंद ने कहा कि प्राण प्रतिष्ठा तो प्रधानमंत्री करेंगे, गर्भ गृह में वही जाएंगे, इसलिए, उनके जाने का कोई औचित्य नहीं. निश्चलानांद सरस्वती गोवर्धन पीठ के 145वें शंकराचार्य है. 80 साल के बुजुर्ग और सम्मानित संत हैं. स्वामी करपात्री जी महाराज से उन्होंने संन्यास की दीक्षा ली थी. बचपन का नाम नीलांबर झा था. उनके पिता दरभंगा नरेश के राजपुरोहित थे. स्वामी निश्चलानंद की यही दिक्कत है. वो मानते हैं, संतों का अधिकार शासकों पर शासन करना है, उन्हें राम मंदिर के उद्घाटन से दिक्कत नहीं है, रामलला की प्राण प्रतिष्ठा समारोह से भी कोई परेशानी नहीं है, परेशानी सिर्फ इस बात से है कि मंदिर का उद्घाटन प्रधानमंत्री मोदी क्यों कर रहे हैं? गर्भगृह में मोदी क्यों जाएंगे? ये अधिकार तो शंकराचार्य का है, उनका है. इसीलिए निश्चलानंद सरस्वती ने कहा कि जब मोदी प्राण प्रतिष्ठा करेंगे, जब मोदी सबसे पहले रामलला के दर्शन करेंगे, तो वह क्या वहां ताली बजाने जाएंगे? इस वाक्य से साफ है कि स्वामी निश्चलानंद की दिक्कत EGO (अहं) की है. वो ये सहन नहीं कर पा रहे हैं कि शंकराचार्य होते हुए वो कार्यक्रम में दर्शक के तौर पर शामिल हों. हालांकि सभी शंकारचार्यों को सम्मान के साथ निमंत्रण दिया गया था. निमंत्रण में ये कहा गया था कि पूज्य शंकराचार्य अपने एक सहयोगी के साथ अयोध्या पधारें. यही बात स्वामी निश्चलानंद को बुरी लग गई. उन्होंने कहा कि ये क्या बात हुई कि सिर्फ एक शिष्य को लेकर वो अयोध्या जाएंगे और उन्होंने कार्यक्रम में शामिल होने से इनकार कर दिया. इसके बाद कांग्रेस के नेताओं ने कहना शुरू कर दिया कि चारों शंकराचार्य नाराज़ हैं, कोई शंकराचार्य अयोध्या इसीलिए नहीं जा रहा है, क्योंकि बीजेपी ने रामलला के प्रोग्राम को सियासी बना दिया है. लेकिन द्वारका पीठ और श्रंगेरी पीठ के शंकराचार्यों ने बयान जारी करके अपनी स्थिति साफ की. कांग्रेस के मंत्री प्रियांक खरगे चार शंकराचार्यों के नाराज़ होने का दावा कर रहे थे लेकिन वो जिस कर्नाटक राज्य के हैं, वहीं के श्रृंगेरी पीठ के शंकराचार्य की तरफ़ से प्राण प्रतिष्ठा के समर्थन में बयान जारी किया गया. श्रृंगेरी शारदा पीठम के शंकराचार्य श्री भारती तीर्थ की तरफ़ से जारी बयान में कहा गया कि शंकराचार्य ने प्राण प्रतिष्ठा को लेकर न तो कोई नाराज़गी जताई है, न ही शंकराचार्य ने कोई ऐतराज़ किया है कुछ लोग शंकराचार्य के हवाले से अफ़वाहें फैला रहे हैं जबकि शंकराचार्य ने तो दीपावली पर ही भक्तों को संदेश दिया था कि रामलला की प्राण प्रतिष्ठा निर्विघ्न रूप से संपूर्ण हो, इसके लिए सभी भक्त राम-तारक मंत्र का जाप करें. बयान में कहा गया कि शंकराचार्य ने इस प्राण प्रतिष्ठा को पूरा आशीर्वाद दिया है और उन्होंने अपने सभी भक्तों से अधिक से अधिक संख्या में प्राण प्रतिष्ठा में भाग लेने के लिए भी कहा है. उधर, द्वारका के शारदा पीठम के शंकराचार्य स्वामी सदानंद सरस्वती ने एक बयान में कहा कि राम जन्मभूमि को दोबारा पाने के लिए, मौजूदा शंकराचार्य के गुरू ने रामालय ट्रस्ट और राम जन्मभूमि पुनरुद्धार समिति के ज़रिए लगातार प्रयास किए थे और अब बरसों के प्रयासों की वजह से रामलला की प्राण प्रतिष्ठा का शुभ अवसर आया है, ऐसे समय पर शंकराचार्य बहुत प्रसन्न हैं और वह चाहते हैं कि प्राण प्रतिष्ठा के सभी कार्य शास्त्रोक्त विधि और धार्मिक मर्यादा के अनुरूप हों. VHP के कार्याध्यक्ष आलोक कुमार ने कहा कि किसी भी शंकराचार्य ने राम मंदिर बनने का विरोध नहीं किया, इसलिए शंकराचार्यों के बहाने जो विवाद खड़ा किया जा रहा है, वो बेमानी है. कांग्रेस अयोध्या में होने वाले भव्य समारोह का बॉयकॉट करे, समझ में आता है. लेकिन शंकराचार्य जैसे बड़े धार्मिक पद पर बिराजे संत प्राण प्रतिष्ठा के समारोह पर सवाल उठाएं, ये दुख और दुर्भाग्य की बात है. आदि शंकराचार्य ने सिर्फ 32 साल की आयु में पूरे देश को एक सूत्र में पिरोने वाले चार मठों को स्थापना की, देश के चार अलग अलग कोनों में मठ स्थापित किए, उन मठों की ज़िम्मेदारी समाज को रास्ता दिखाने वाले संतों को दी. ये परंपरा दो हज़ार साल से जारी है. आज भी हिन्दू जनमानस में शंकराचार्य का सम्मान सबसे ज्यादा है. शंकराचार्य व्यक्तिगत राग-द्वेष..मान-अपमान, मोह और अंहकार से मुक्त होते हैं. मोक्ष का मार्ग बताते हैं, सनातन परंपरा के वाहक होते है. ऐसे में अगर कोई शंकराचार्य ये कहे कि मोदी मंदिर का उद्घाटन क्यों कर रहे हैं? मोदी प्राण प्राण प्रतिष्ठा के समारोह में यजमान क्यों हैं? मंदिर का उद्घाटन अभी क्यों हो रहा है? तो ये बात उनके पद, गरिमा और प्रतिष्ठा के अनुरूप नहीं है. शंकराचार्य को इससे क्या लेना देना कि कब चुनाव हैं? किस पार्टी की सरकार है? चुनाव देखकर महूर्त निकाला गया या नहीं? जब शंकराचार्य इस तरह के बयान देते हैं तो इससे पूरे संत समाज की प्रतिष्ठा पर सवाल उठते हैं. जहां तक कांग्रेस का सवाल है तो कांग्रेस के नेता इस मामले में शंकराचार्यों के अंह (EGO) को भड़का रहे हैं और फिर उनके बयानों को सियासी रंग देने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं. कुल मिलाकर कांग्रेस ने इस मामले में दो शंकराचार्यों को अपनी सियासत का मोहरा बना दिया क्योंकि कांग्रेस हाईकमान ने प्राण प्रतिष्ठा समारोह में शामिल होने से इनकार कर दिया. बीजेपी ने इसे बड़ा मुद्दा बना दिया और कांग्रेस अब इससे किसी तरह पीछा छुड़ाना चाहती है. लेकिन ये इतना आसान नहीं होगा.
SHANKARACHARYAS: CONGRESS PAWNS IN POLITICAL GAME?
The Congress is trying to raise a fresh controversy over the January 22 consecration event of Ram Janmasthan temple in Ayodhya, which will be attended by nearly 6,000 people including the nation’s Who’s Who celebrities. Congress leaders have alleged, BJP is trying divide Hindus between Ramanandi sect and Shaiva sect by keeping the four top Shankaracharyas away from the ‘Pran Pratistha’(consecration) rites to be performed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi along with RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat. Congress leaders have alleged that BJP has “hijacked” Ram Lalla and has made the consecration event a political one. Senior Congress leader Digvijaya Singh questioned the locus standi of BJP and Vishwa Hindu Parishad in deciding whom to invite for the inauguration of Ram temple. Describing the Shankaracharyas as the main propagators of Sanatan tradition, Singh said, BJP and VHP are “insulting” the Shankaracharyas, who have refused to attend the ceremony. On Thursday, two top Shankaracharyas, the Shankaracharya of Jyotirmath Swami Avimukteshwarananda Saraswati and the Shankaracharya of Puri Govardhan Peeth, Swami Nischalananda Saraswati said, they will not attend the January 22 event. Both cited different reasons. Swami Avimukteshwarnanda said, the Ayodhya event is a political one and the Prime Minister is installing the Ram Lalla idol in a hurry for political gains. He argued that the construction of the temple is yet to be completed, and he would not attend any function unless the temple construction is complete. Swami Avimukteshwarananda (born as Umashankar Pandey) is a known detractor of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He had opposed the creation of Kashi Vishwanath corridor and had sat on fast for several days. Both Avimukteshwarananda’s and Digvijay Singh’s guru are the same: the Late Swami Swaroopananda Saraswati, who passed away last year. He had appointed Avimukteshwarananda in his will. Avimukteshwarananda became a disciple of Swaroopananda Saraswati in 2000 in Varanasi. His appointment as Shankaracharya was opposed by Niranjani Akhada and Akhil Bharatiya Akhada Parishad (the apex body of sadhus). The second Shankaracharya Nischalananda Saraswati (born as Nilambar Jha) of Puri Govardhan Peeth is the 145th Shankaracharya in the long list of predecessors. The octogenarian Shankarachya was a disciple of Swami Karpatri Maharaj. Nischalananda’s father was the Raj Purohit of the ruler of Darbhanga state in Bihar. Swami Nischalananda has been claiming since long that Shankaracharyas have the right to exercise dominance over rulers. He has no issue with the inaguaration of Ayodhya temple. He is only questioning why Prime Minister Modi is performing the consecration rites inside the sanctum sanctorum? He believes that the consecration rites should be performed only by a Shankaracharya (read himself). He has told media that if the Prime Minister will perform the consecration rites, what is the use of attending such a ceremony. ‘Should we sit and clap our hands?’, he asked. Clearly, this Shankaracharya has ego issues, and he is unwilling to accept that a Shankaracharya should sit as a mere spectator. According to VHP leaders, all the Shankaracharyas were formally invited and requested to attend the event with one attendant in tow. This got the goat of Swami Nischalananda. He refused to go to Ayodhya with only an attendant in tow. After he declined, Congress leaders came into the picture and spread the word that the Shankaracharyas have declined to attend a “political event”. The remaining two Shankaracharyas have given their blessings for the event. On January 8, the office of Shankaracharya of Sringeri Sharda Peetham, Shri Bharati Teerth, issued a statement saying “it is a matter of joy for all Astikas (believers) that after a struggle of five centuries, the Pran Pratistha is to take place in the beautiful temple constructed for Bhagwan Sri Rama in the Sri Rama Janmabhoomi Kshetra of sacred Ayodhya on Pushya Shukla Dvadashi (22-1-2024). It has been noted that certain ill-wishers… have posted on social media a photo of Shankaracharya which conveys that he has expressed displeasure over the Pran Pratistha. However, the Sringeri Shankaracharya has not given any such message. This is merely a false propaganda by ill-wishers of our Dharma. …Shankaracharya has conveyed blessings that every Aastika must suitably take part in this most sacred and rare Prana-Pratistha and be a recipient of the unbounded grace of Bhagwan Sri Rama.” The Shankaracharya of Dwarka Peeth Swami Sadananda Saraswati, in a statement, said, the sacred occasion of Pran-Pratistha has come after decades of efforts and he hoped all the rites of Pran Pratishtha will be performed in accordance with Shastras. Vishwa Hindu Parishad working president Alok Kumar said, none of the Shankaracharyas have opposed the inauguration of Ram temple, and an unnecessary controversy is being created. He said the Ram Janmasthan Teerth Kshetra Trust general secretary Champat Rai should lodge defamation complaint if Digvijaya Singh failed to come forward with evidence of land scam in Ayodhya. One can understand the Congress party deciding to boycott the grand event, but it is sad and unfortunate that Shankaracharyas, who occupy the highest seats of Sanatan Dharma, should question the Pran-Pratistha ceremony. Adi Shankaracharya had created the four Maths in four corners of the country at the age of 32 years, in order to bind people of one culture and Dharma in a single thread. He gave the responsibility of managing these Maths to top saints who were expected to show the righteous path to society. This is a nearly 2,000-year-old tradition. Hindus across India and abroad have full respect for Shankaracharyas, who are expected to keep themselves above personal enmities, envy, illusion (moha) and arrogance (ahankaar). They are expected to show devotees the path of salvation (moksha). They are considered the pall-bearers of Sanatan tradition. If shankaracharyas question why Modi is consecrating the Rama idol in the temple, it does not behove their exalted position, grace or dignity. A Shankaracharya has nothing to do with election dates nor has he anything to do with which party has its government or whether the mahurat of the temple inauguration was selected in accordance with election dates. When shankaracharyas make such remarks, questions arise about the dignity and respect of entire Sant Samaj. As far as Congress is concerned, their leaders are only pandering to the egos of Shankaracharyas and are giving a political colour to their remarks. Congress has made two Shankaracharyas as pawns in the game of political chess moves. With top Congress leaders refusing to attend the ceremony, BJP has made it a big issue. Congress leaders are now trying to wriggle out, but it will not be easy. Several leaders from Congress, including Gujarat Congress leader Arjun Modhvadia, have said that the Congress high command should have avoided taking a political decision on an issue that relates to the faith of millions of Hindus in Ram. BJP leaders have said, Congress is ‘Sanatan-virodhi’ (anti-Sanatan).
WAIT FOR THE FINAL VERDICT FROM PEOPLE OF MAHARASHTRA
The Maharashtra assembly Speaker’s ruling in the Shiv Sena MLAs’ disqualification case was more or less anticipated. The Speaker did not disqualify any MLA from both factions of Shiv Sena, but he held that the faction of Shiv Sena led by Chief Minister Eknath Shinde was “the real Shiv Sena”. Speaker Rahul Narvekar dismissed all 34 disqualification petitions filed against 54 Sena MLAs – 40 from Shinde camp and 14 from Uddhav Thackeray camp. His ruling comes as a big setback for Uddhav Thackeray-led Shiv Sena and a victory for Eknath Shinde. Uddhav faction had sought disqualification of 16 MLAs from Shinde camp. After this ruling, there is now no threat to Eknath Shinde government. The Speaker relied on three main points in his verdict : the Shiv Sena constitution, Shiv Sena party’s leadership structure and its legislative majority. The Speaker will now have to decide about the disqualification case of NCP MLAs, following split by faction led by Ajit Pawar. Reacting to the verdict, Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray said, his party will move the Supreme Court against the Speaker’s ruling as the court’s guidelines were ignored. He said, the Speaker was supposed to decide about the issue of disqualification under anti-defection law, but not a single MLA from either side was disqualified. NCP chief Sharad Pawar hoped that the Speaker’s wording in the ruling could make a strong case for Uddhav Thackeray to approach the Supreme Court. Sharad Pawar said he was not surprised with the verdict because the Speaker had met the Chief Minister, who was a party to the dispute, two days ago. Pawar said, the Supreme Court had clearly said that the party structure is more important than the legislative wing, but the Speaker’s verdict contradicts this concept. Pawar said, the Maharashtra Vikas Aghadi consisting of NCP, Congress and Shiv Sena (UBT) will now go to the people on this issue. There were celebrations in Eknath Shinde’s camp. The chief minister said, the verdict “signals the end of dynasty politics, because a political party is not a family’s private property and the view taken by the party chief need not be the view of party workers”. Uddhav camp leaders alleged “matchfixing” between the Speaker and the chief minister. The question now is: how will this verdict affect the future course of Maharashtra politics and what will be the political future of Uddhav Thackeray? The Speaker had been hearing this disqualification case for the last one and a half years, and only after the Supreme Court announced a deadline that the Speaker gave his verdict. The verdict runs into 1,200 pages. His ruling more or less matches with the Election Commission’s order which had recognised Shinde faction as the real Shiv Sena. Speaker Rahul Narvekar said that the party constitution of Shiv Sena submitted by Uddhav camp cannot be considered as the real constitution, because it is not available on the Election Commission’s official website. Hence, he said, it cannot be accepted that Uddhav Thackeray, as party chief, had the power to remove Eknath Shinde from his post based on the 2018 Shiv Sena constitution. The Speaker said, Uddhav camp did not give any proof to establish that there was a meeting of Shiv Sena national executive where changes in the party constitution were made. The Speaker, therefore, considered the 1999 constitution as the real one and declared Shinde-led party as the real Shiv Sena. The Speaker’s verdict was on expected lines and there was no expectation that he would disqualify 16 MLAs from Shinde camp. Rahul Narvekar is a BJP leader and he has been elected on his party ticket to become Speaker. He has to contest election again, and since Shinde has formed his coalition government with BJP, there was no expectation about disqualification of Shinde faction’s 16 MLAs. The curiosity remained over what the Speaker will say to justify the membership of these MLAs who left the Shiv Sena. The arguments given by the Speaker are good and convincing, but given the present situation in Maharashtra politics, nobody is surprised over the Speaker’s verdict. Actually, it was Uddhav Thackeray who committed the first mistake. He and his party, in alliance with BJP, had contested the assembly elections and had won 56 seats. On the basis of this strength, Uddhav demanded that he be made the chief minister for the first two and a half years. This was a betrayal. The entire story starts from here. The second mistake was committed by Eknath Shinde. He had won the election under the leadership of Uddhav Thackeray and the electorate had given votes to him and his colleagues in the name of Uddhav’s Shiv Sena. But Shinde and his MLAs went en bloc to Guwahati, stayed under BJP’s protection, and Shinde became the CM after allying with BJP. For Maharashtra, such a betrayal in politics is not new. In the past, Sharad Pawar, too, had betrayed his mentor Vasantdada Patil to become CM. Ajit Pawar betrayed his uncle Sharad Pawar to be sworn in as deputy chief minister. It is, therefore, difficult for the people of Maharashtra to decide who is a betrayer and who is a loyalist? There is this Hindi proverb – ‘Hamaam Mein Sab Nangey Hain’. In the rough and tumble of Maharashtra politics, there seems to be one single politician, Devendra Fadnavis, who did not betray anybody. The people of Maharashtra voted him to make him the chief minister. He got the chance to become CM twice, but on both occasions, he was not given justice. It is Devendra Fadnavis alone who can go to the people and tell them he has been a victim of injustice. The biggest injustice, however, was done to the people of Maharashtra. They elected an individual but got somebody else. The Speaker’s verdict is going to be challenged in Supreme Court and the final verdict will come from the people.

उद्धव ठाकरे को बड़ा राजनीतिक झटका लगा, एकनाथ शिन्दे का बड़ी राजनीतिक जीत हुई. महाराष्ट्र विधानसभा के अध्यक्ष राहुल नार्वेकर ने शिंदे गुट के 16 विधायकों की सदस्य़ता को अयोग्य ठहराने की उद्धव गुट की अर्ज़ी को खारिज कर दिया. इसके साथ साथ अध्यक्ष ने उद्धव ठाकरे गुट के विधायकों की सदस्यता को अयोग्य ठहराने वाली अर्ज़ी को भी खारिज कर दिया. इसका मतलब ये है कि मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे की कुर्सी को फिलहाल कोई खतरा नहीं हैं. उनके साथ आए 15 विधायकों की सदस्यता पर कोई खतरा नहीं हैं. महाराष्ट्र विधानसभा में दोनों गुटों के विधायकों की संख्या पर कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ेगा, सरकार के बहुमत पर कोई असर नहीं पड़ेगा. पहले चुनाव आयोग ने एकनाथ शिन्दे के गुट को असली शिवसेना माना था, अब अध्यक्ष ने भी यही फैसला सुनाया. अध्यक्ष ने अपने फैसले में तीन बड़ी बातें कहीं. पहली, एकनाथ शिन्दे के साथ शिवसेना का जो गुट है, वही असली शिवसेना है. दूसरा, सुनील प्रभु की जगह भरत गोगवले को शिवसेना का मुख्य सचेतक बनाने का एकनाथ शिन्दे गुट का फैसला सही और कानून सम्मत था, और तीसरा जिस वक्त पार्टी में टूट हुई, उस वक्त एकनाथ शिन्दे के साथ शिवसेना के 56 में से 37 विधायक थे. अध्यक्ष ने अपने फैसले में ये भी कहा कि जिस वक्त शिवसेना में टूट हुई उस वक्त उद्धव ठाकर पार्टी के प्रमुख और सर्वमान्य नेता नहीं थे और पक्षप्रमुख के खिलाफ बोलने का मतलब पार्टी के खिलाफ बोलना नहीं होता है. अध्यक्ष के फैसले के बाद एकनाथ शिन्दे के समर्थकों ने जश्न मनाया और उद्धव गुट के नेताओं ने अध्यक्ष के फैसले को बीजेपी की मैच फिक्सिंग बताई. अब सवाल ये है कि अध्यक्ष के फैसले का महाराष्ट्र की राजनीति पर क्या असर होगा? उद्धव ठाकरे का राजनीतिक भविष्य क्या होगा? उद्धव ठाकरे ने कहा है कि वह इस फैसले को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में चुनौती देंगे. अध्यक्ष राहुल नार्वेकर ने लगभग डेढ़ साल की सुनवाई के बाद 1200 पन्नों वाला फ़ैसला सुनाया. फैसला करीब करीब वैसा ही है जैसे चुनाव आयोग ने दिया था. अध्यक्ष ने कहा कि 21 जून 2022 को शिवसेना में टूट के बाद एकनाथ शिंदे गुट ही असली शिवसेना बनकर उभरा, क्योंकि उसके पास 56 में से 37 विधायकों का समर्थन था. ये बात चुनाव आयोग ने भी मानी. इसलिए, शिंदे गुट के विधायकों को अयोग् नहीं ठहराया जा सकता क्योंकि, शिंदे गुट ही असली शिवसेना है. दूसरा, राहुल नर्वेकर ने ये भी कहा कि उद्धव ठाकरे गुट ने सुनील प्रभु को व्हिप बनाया था, लेकिन 21 जून 2022 को असली शिवसेना शिंदे गुट था इसलिए शिंदे गुट की तरफ से भरत गोगावाले को पार्टी का व्हिप बनाना भी सही था. जब असली व्हिप भरत गोगावाले थे, तो विधायकों के व्हिप का पालन न करने का इल्ज़ाम भी ग़लत है. तीसरी बात, अध्यक्ष ने कही कि उद्धव ठाकरे गुट का ये इल्जाम भी गलत साबित हुआ कि पार्टी के विधायक अचानक लापता हो गए थे, उनसे संपर्क नहीं हो पा रहा था, इसलिए इस आधार पर भी शिंदे गुट के विधायकों को अयोग्य नहीं ठहराया जा सकता. नार्वेकर ने कहा कि वो उद्धव ठाकरे गुट की तरफ़ से पेश किए गए दल के संविधान को भी नहीं मान सकते क्योंकि चुनाव आयोग की वेबसाइट पर ये संविधान उपलब्ध नहीं है, इसलिए ये नहीं माना जा सकता कि 2018 में शिवसेना के संविधान में बदलाव के आधार पर उद्धव ठाकरे को इस बात का अधिकार मिल गया कि वो एकनाथ शिंदे को उनके पद से हटा सकते थे. अध्यक्ष ने कहा कि उद्धव ठाकरे ने इस बात का कोई सबूत नहीं दिया कि पार्टी की राष्ट्रीय कार्यकारिणी की बैठक हुई थी जिसमें पार्टी के संविधान में बदलाव को मंज़ूरी दी गई थी. इसलिए अध्यक्ष ने शिवसेना के 1999 के संविधान को ही असली पार्टी संविधान माना हैं और उसी के आधार पर शिंदे गुट को अध्यक्ष ने असली शिवसेना करार दिया. हालांकि अध्यक्ष ने उद्धव गुट के विधायकों को अयोग्य ठहराने की शिंदे गुट की अर्जी भी ख़ारिज कर दी. अध्यक्ष के फैसले सुनाये जाने के बाद विधानसभा और एकनाथ शिन्दे की शिवसेना के दफ्तर पर शिंदे के समर्थकों ने मिठाइयां बांटी, नारे लगाए. उद्धव ठाकरे अपने घर मातोश्री में बैठकर अध्यक्ष के फैसले को लाइव देख रहे थे. जब फैसला खिलाफ आया तो मातोश्री में सन्नाटा पसर गया. मुख्यमंत्री शिन्दे ने अध्यक्ष के फैसले को लोकतंत्र में वंशवाद के खात्मे का प्रतीक बताया. दूसरी तरफ शिवसेना भवन में ठाकरे समर्थकों ने एकनाथ शिंदे और अध्यक्ष राहुल नर्वेकर के ख़िलाफ़ प्रदर्शन किया, नार्वेकर के पोस्टर्स पर कालिख पोत दी और अध्यक्ष के ख़िलाफ़ नारेबाज़ी की. उद्धव ठाकरे ने कहा कि अध्यक्ष ने अपने फ़ैसले से दल-बदल क़ानून और लोकतंत्र को कमज़ोर किया है क्योंकि उनको ख़ुद भी पार्टियां बदलने का काफ़ी अनुभव है. उद्धव ने कहा कि अब उनको सुप्रीम कोर्ट और जनता से ही न्याय की उम्मीद है. NCP के चीफ शरद पवार ने कहा कि उद्धव ठाकरे को अब सुप्रीम कोर्ट से इंसाफ़ मिलेगा. महाराष्ट्र कांग्रेस के अध्यक्ष नाना पटोले ने कहा कि अध्यक्ष बीजेपी के इशारे पर काम कर रहे थे, इसीलिए उन्होंने पहले इस मामले को बार बार टाला और जब सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने समयसीमा तय कर दी तो संविधान के ख़िलाफ़ फैसला दिया. ये तो सोचना भी बेकार था कि राहुल नार्वेकर शिंदे गुट के 16 विधायकों को अयोग्य ठहरायेंगे, इसमें कोई सस्पेंस नहीं था. नार्वेकर अध्यक्ष हैं पर वो बीजेपी के टिकट पर चुनाव लड़कर आए हैं और उन्हें फिर चुनाव लड़ना है. शिंदे ने बीजेपी के साथ मिलकर सरकार बनाई है तो इस बात में कोई शक नहीं था कि वो शिंदे गुट के 16 MLA को योग्य ही ठहराएंगे. देखना बस इतना था कि शिंदे और उनके साथ उद्धव का साथ छोड़कर गए लोगों की सदस्ता को सही कैसे ठहराते हैं. नार्वेकर ने जो तर्क दिए हैं वो अच्छे हैं, तर्कसंगत हैं, लेकिन महाराष्ट्र की राजनीति में इस समय जो हालात हैं, उनकी वजह से किसी को इस पर आश्चर्य नहीं हुआ. असल में शुरुआत उद्धव ठाकरे ने की थी ,पहली गलती उद्धव की थी, उन्होंने बीजेपी के साथ मिलकर चुनाव लड़ा, 56 सीटें जीतीं और इतनी सीटों के दम पर ढाई साल के लिए मुख्यमंत्री पद की मांग पर अड़ गये, ये धोखा था. यहीं से ये सारा किस्सा शुरु हुआ. दूसरी गलती शिंदे ने की, वो उद्धव के नेतृत्व में चुनाव जीतकर आए थे. लोगों ने उन्हें और उनके साथियों को उद्धव की शिवसेना के नाम पर वोट दिए थे लेकिन वो विधायकों को लेकर गुवाहाटी चले गए, बीजेपी के सेफ हाऊस में बस गए और फिर बीजेपी के साथ हाथ मिलाकर मुख्यमंत्री बन गए. ये भी धोखा था. लेकिन महाराष्ट्र के लिए धोखे की राजनीति नई नहीं है. शरद पवार, वसंत दादा पाटिल को धोखा देकर मुख्यमंत्री बने थे. अजित पवार, चाचा शरद पवार को धोखा देकर उपमुख्यमंत्री बन गए. इसलिए महाराष्ट्र के लोगों के लिए ये फैसला करना मुश्किल है कि कौन धोखेबाज है ?…और कौन वफादार ? कहावत है कि हमाम में सब नंगे हैं. इस सारे प्रकरण में सिर्फ देवेंद्र फडणवीस ऐसे हैं जिन्होंने किसी को धोखा नहीं दिया, महाराष्ट्र की जनता ने तो उनके नाम पर वोट दिया, उन्हें फिर से मुख्यमंत्री बनाने के लिए समर्थन दिया, दो-दो बार मौका भी आया और दोनों बार उनके साथ अन्याय हुआ. अब अकेले फडणवीस ऐसे हैं जो जनता के सामने जाकर कह सकते हैं कि उनके साथ ज़ुल्म हुआ. लेकिन सबसे ज्यादा अन्याय महाराष्ट्र के लोगों के साथ हुआ, उन्होंने चुना किसी और को और उन्हें मिला कुछ और. आज के अध्यक्ष के फैसले को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में चुनौती दी जाएगी और अंतिम फैसला जनता के हाथ में होगा.
मोदी के हाथों राम मंदिर की प्राण प्रतिष्ठा का राजनीतिक असर क्या होगा?
अयोध्या के राम मंदिर में पहला स्वर्ण द्वार लग गया. ऐसे 13 और स्वर्ण द्वार मंदिर में अगले तीन दिनों के अन्दर लग जाएंगे. 22 जनवरी को प्राण प्रतिष्ठा की तैयारी की निगरानी योगी आदित्यनाथ की जिम्मेदारी है. योगी आदित्यनाथ ने मंगलवार को अय़ोध्या जाकर सारी तैयारियों का मुआयना किया, ताकि 22 जनवरी को प्राण प्रतिष्ठा कार्यक्रम का नज़ारा भव्य, दिव्य और अद्भुत हो. योगी ने कहा कि 22 जनवरी को रामोत्सव के रूप में राष्ट्रीय उत्सव मनाया जाएगा, उस दिन पूरे प्रदेश में स्कूल कॉलेज बंद रहेंगे, सभी सरकारी इमारतों को सजाया जाएगा, उस दिन पूरे प्रदेश में न तो शराब बिकेगी और न ही मांस-मछली की बिक्री होगी. एक तरफ राम मंदिर को लेकर उत्साह है, प्राण प्रतिष्ठा को लेकर तैयारियां तेज हो गई हैं, दूसरी तरफ राम लला की प्राण प्रतिष्ठा के समारोह को लेकर सियासत भी उसी रफ्तार से तेज होती जा रही है. कई हफ्तों के इंतज़ार के बाद बुधवार को कांग्रेस ने ऐलान किया कि पार्टी अध्यक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे, सोनिया गांधी और अधीर रंजन चौधरी समारेह में नहीं जाएंगे क्योंकि ‘इस अपूर्ण मंदिर की प्राण प्रतिष्ठा बीजेपी और आरएसएस के नेता चुनावी फायदे के लिए जल्दबाजी में करा रहे हैं.’ समाजवादी पार्टी के अध्यक्ष अखिलेश यादव ने कहा कि चाहे कोई किसी का भगवान हो उनके भगवान तो PDA यानी पिछड़े, दलित और अल्पसंख्यक हैं. कांग्रेस नेता अधीर रंजन चौधरी ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री मोदी और योगी आदित्यनाथ राम मंदिर का क्रेडिट लेने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं, और पानी की तरह पैसे बहा रहे हैं. ममता बनर्जी ने कहा कि बीजेपी चुनाव से पहले gimmick (हथकंडा) कर रही है. कांग्रेस नेता कमलनाथ ने कहा, बीजेपी को राम मंदिर का पट्टा नहीं मिला है, ये तो कोर्ट के आदेश के बाद बन रहा है. शरद पवार ने कहा कि उन्हें अभी तक निमंत्रण तो नहीं मिला है लेकिन वो इतनी भीड़ की बजाय अगले दो तीन साल में कभी भी राम मंदिर जा सकते हैं. राजस्थान के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत ने कहा कि राम मंदिर के लिए पत्थर तो राजस्थान से ही गए हैं, पहले गैरकानूनी तरीके से पत्थर ले जाए जा रहे थे लेकिन हमारी सरकार ने उसकी अनुमति दी, पत्थर भेजने में मदद की, लेकिन शुक्रिया कहना तो दूर, कोई नाम भी नहीं ले रहा. राम मंदिर की प्राण प्रतिष्ठा से विरोधी दलों के नेताओं ने दूरी बना रखी है. कांग्रेस नेता सचिन पायलट ने कहा, बीजेपी राम मंदिर के नाम पर राजनीति कर रही है, ये सही बात नही है. मंगलवार को सबसे चौंकाने वाली तस्वीरें लखनऊ से आईं. लखनऊ में समाजवादी पार्टी ने अपने मुख्यालय के बाहर बैनर-पोस्टर लगाए हैं. इन पोस्टर्स में लिखा है- ‘आ रहे हैं हमारे आराध्य, प्रभु श्री राम’. अयोध्या में बन रहे राम मंदिर के दो पक्ष हैं. एक पक्ष जो करोड़ों लोगों की आस्था और विश्वास से जुड़ा है, रामलला की प्राण प्रतिष्ठा के लिए हिंदू समाज ने साढ़े पांच सौ साल प्रतीक्षा की है. अगर नरेंद्र मोदी राम मंदिर के निर्माण में इतनी तत्परता नहीं दिखाते, इस काम की लगातार निगरानी न करते, तो राम मंदिर इतनी जल्दी और इतना शानदार न बन पाता. रामलला को उनका घर दिलाने के अवसर को, प्राण प्रतिष्ठा को भी नरेंद्र मोदी ने व्यक्तिगत रुचि लेकर, भव्य और दिव्य बनाने के लिए पूरी ताकत लगा दी है . विश्व हिदू परिषद ने इसे जन-जन से जोड़ दिया है. बीजेपी ने भी चुनाव से पहले मंदिर के निर्माण और रामलला की प्राण प्रतिष्ठा को अपने अभियान में शामिल कर लिया है. यहीं से इसका दूसरा पक्ष शुरु होता है. विरोधी दलों के नेता असमंजस में है. रामलला के प्राण प्रतिष्ठा समारोह में जाएं या न जाएं, खुलकर भव्य राम मंदिर निर्माण की प्रशंसा करें या न करें, अलग अलग नेताओं की अलग-अलग राय है. कई विरोधी दलों को लगता है कि अगर वो खुलकर राम मंदिर के भव्य समारोह में शामिल हुए तो उनका मुस्लिम वोट बैंक उनसे छिटक सकता है. इसलिए वो बेसिर पैर के बयान दे रहे हैं, जैसे कि बिहार में जेडी-यू और आरजेडी के कुछ नेताओं ने दिया है. कुछ को लगता है कि राम मंदिर अगर चुनावों में मुद्दा बना तो बीजेपी को इसका फायदा हो जाएगा. इसलिए वो राम मंदिर के राजनैतिक इस्तेमाल का सवाल उठा रहे हैं. लेकिन उन्हें शायद ये नहीं मालूम कि भगवान श्रीराम से जुड़े समारोहों का सिलसिला सिर्फ 22 जनवरी तक नहीं चलेगा. इसके बाद कई महीनों तक देश भर से हर राज्य से लाखों लोगों को रामलला के दर्शन के लिए अयोध्या लाने का बड़ा अभियान चलाया जाएगा. जब लोकसभा चुनाव की गर्मी शुरू हो चुकी होगी तब अयोध्या में धूमधाम से रामनवमी मनाई जाएगी. ये सब बातें इंडी एलायंस की परेशानियां और बढ़ा सकती हैं. वैसे इस समय इंडी एलायंस की सबसे बड़ी परेशानी सीट हिस्सेदारी को लेकर है. बीजेपी रामलला की प्राण प्रतिष्ठा को सफल बनाने में जुटी है तो कांग्रेस अपना एलायंस बचाने में लगी है.
RAM TEMPLE CONSECRATION BY MODI: IT’S POLITICAL FALLOUT
The first golden gate (Swarna Dwar) of the majestic Ram Janmasthan Temple in Ayodhya was installed on Tuesday. As many as 13 such golden gates, including the gate of the sanctum sanctorum, will be installed in the next three days. Work is going on at a feverish pace for the Pran Prathista (consecration) of Ram idol in the temple on January 22. The consecration rites will be performed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has declared January 22 a holiday in all educational institutions of Uttar Pradesh. No liquor shop or fish or meat shop will be allowed to remain open on that day. All government buildings will be decorated on that day for the festive occasion, which Yogi termed as “Ramotsav”. The chief minister went to Ayodhya on Tuesday to supervise all arrangements being made for the consecration ceremony. Yogi will lead the Swachchata (cleanliness) drive in Ayodhya personally from January 14. Orders have been issued for verification of all outsiders visiting Ayodhya as a precautionary measure. A health centre, equipped with ambulances, will be opened in the tent city coming up in the town. Meanwhile, there has been a flurry of comments about Ram temple, mainly from INDIA opposition bloc constituent parties. On Wednesday, the Congress party announced that party president Mallikarjun Kharge, former president Sonia Gandhi and Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury will not attend the ceremony because “the inauguration of the incomplete temple by leaders of BJP and RSS has obviously been brought forward for electoral gain.” Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav said on Tuesday that he would visit Ayodhya only “at the call of Bhagwan Ram”. He said, ‘for me, Bhagwan Ram is PDA’ (picchde(backward), Dalit, Adivasi). A huge billboard has been placed outside the Samajwadi Party head office in Lucknow extolling Lord Ram. The bill board reads: ‘Aa Rahe Hain Hamare Aaradhya, Prabhu Shri Ram”(Lord Shri Ram Is Coming). In Kolkata, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee described the consecration ceremony as “a political gimmick by BJP”. She said, “BJP is doing this (consecration) only after the Supreme Court gave its verdict, but actually it is a gimmick show before the Lok Sabha elections….Religion is a personal matter, but festivals are meant for all. I believe that festivals are held to bring people together, but they are doing this for election gimmicks..But you cannot overlook the needs of people from other communities.” NCP supremo Sharad Pawar said he has not received any invitation for the ceremony, but he would prefer to avoid crowds and visit the temple anytime during the next 2-3 years. Congress leader Kamal Nath said, “Ram temple belongs to everyone, some people want to take credit for this, but the temple has been built only after the Supreme Court gave its verdict. BJP does not own the ‘patta’ (land lease) for Ram temple. The nation owns the temple, everyone has a right on Ram Mandir”. Former Rajasthan CM and Congress leader Ashok Gehlot said, “Nobody, not even PM Modi, is giving any credit to Rajasthan government which made a huge contribution in building the Ram temple. We sent stones for building the temple. Whether Modi invites me or not, I will definitely visit the temple, but it is my choice when I will go.” In Bihar, some JD-U and RJD leaders have made controversial remarks. A day after an RJD MLA expressed apprehension that BJP can carry out a blast in Ayodhya on January 22, another JD-U MLA Gopal Mandal named Modi and said, “Modi has been doing such things in the past. It was BJP which carried out the blast at Modi’s rally in Patna in October 2013.” The fact is, Modi became Prime Minister in May, 2014. There are two main aspects relating to the Ayodhya Ram temple. One, the first aspect relates to the faith of millions of Indians in Lord Ram and they had been waiting for the temple to be built at Ram Janmasthan since the last 500 years. Had Narendra Modi as PM not evinced interest in ensuring that the temple was built at a fast speed, the temple could not have come up in such a short time. Narendra Modi has put in his full energy to make the consecration ceremony a grand event. Vishwa Hindu Parishad has tried to link the common Indian with this event. VHP workers have been visiting homes of people in towns and villages asking them to celebrate the consecration ceremony on January 22 by lighting lamps. BJP has included the Ram Temple Pran Pratistha event as part of its nationwide outreach campaign ahead of the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections. Two, the second aspect relates to the main opposition bloc. Its leaders are in a state of confusion on whether to attend the ceremony or not, whether to praise the construction of Ram temple or not. Different leaders have varied opinions. Some opposition parties fear that they may lost support from their Muslim vote banks if their leaders attend the ceremony. This has led to their leaders making funny remarks. Some other opposition parties feel that if Ram temple becomes the main election issue, then the BJP may reap rich dividends. These parties are questioning the political use of a religious event. Probably, these parties do not know that the series of functions relating to Lord Ram will not end on January 22. In the forthcoming months, millions of people will be taken to Ayodhya to have ‘darshan’ of Ram Lalla idol from each state. BJP had given ‘guarantee’ to voters in MP, Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh to conduct Ayodhya tour for Ram devotees. By the time the campaign for Lok Sabha elections will heat up, Ayodhya will be celebrating Ramnavami with pomp and grandeur. All these developments can cause big worries for INDIA alliance. Right now, the alliance is more worried about seat sharing in different key states, and Congress is trying to hard to save the alliance.

प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के खिलाफ मालदीव के तीन मंत्रियों का शर्मनाक और गैरजरूरी कमेंट्स करना मालदीव सरकार को महंगा पड़ रहा है। भारत सरकार ने विदेश मंत्रालय में मालदीव के उच्चायुक्त को बुलाया और उनसे साफ कहा कि मालदीव के तीन मंत्री और सांसद ने जो आपत्तिजनक बयान दिये हैं, वो कतई स्वीकारयोग्य नहीं है और इसका आपसी संबंधों पर असर पड़ सकता है। भारत पिछले 50 साल से मालदीव की लगातार मदद करता रहा है, भारत के साथ उसकी पुरानी दोस्ती है और भारत मालदीव को डेढ़ अरब डालर की सहायता दे चुका है। हुआ ये था कि नरेंद्र मोदी पिछले हफ्ते लक्षद्वीप गये थे और सोशल मीडिया पर उन्होंने लक्षद्वीप के समुद्र तट की सुंदर तस्वीरें पोस्ट की थी, और भारतीयों से कहा था कि वे लक्षद्वीप ज़रूर घूमने जाएं, चूंकि मालदीव लक्षद्वीप के नज़दीक है और मालदीव की सारी कमाई beach tourism से होती है, तो वहां की भारत विरोधी लॉबी सक्रिय हो गई। इस anti-Indian lobby के तीन मंत्रियों ने सोशल मीडिया पर मोदी और भारतीयों का मज़ाक़ उडाना शुरू कर दिया। मालदीव के मंत्रियों ने मोदी और भारतीयों के बारे में अपशब्दों का इस्तेमाल करते हुए tweets किए और जब भारत सरकार ने इस पर कड़ी आपत्ति की, तो इनमें से कई मंत्रियों को अपना handle ही delete करना पड़ा। लेकिन भारत सरकार और भारत के लोगों का गुस्सा शांत नहीं हुआ। इन तीन मंत्रियों को मालदीव सरकार ने तुरंत अपने पदों से सस्पेंड कर दिया। मालदीव सरकार ने बयान जारी करके कहा कि पड़ोसी देश, भारत के खिलाफ इस तरह का comments करना गलत है। भारत की एक प्रमुख travel booking agency ने मालदीव के लिए टूरिस्ट्स की booking ही बंद कर दी।
उधर, मालदीव के राष्ट्रपति मुहम्मद मुइज़ू पांच दिन की सरकारी यात्रा पर चीन में हैं। वो चीन के राष्ट्रपति शी जिनपिंग से मुलाकात करने वाले हैं। मुइज़ू हाल के चुनावों में भारत के खिलाफ ज़हर उगल कर चुनाव जीत कर आए हैं। उन्हें चीन समर्थक और भारत विरोधी माना जाता है। मौके का फायदा उठाते हुए चीन के सरकारी अखबार Global Times ने ये लिखा कि चीन और भारत दोनों मालदीव के दोस्त हैं, चीन मालदीव की मदद करना चाहता है, और भारत को इस पर आपत्ति नहीं होनी चाहिए। Global Times ने लिखा कि भारत को खुले दिमाग से स्थिति का आकलन करना चाहिए लेकिन मालदीव सरकार ये जानती है कि tourism से उसकी सबसे ज्यादा कमाई भारत से ही होती है। भारत के आत्म-सम्मान को ठेस पहुंचाना मालदीव को भारी पड़ सकता है। मालदीव का भारत को आंखें दिखाना खुद मालदीव के लिए खतरनाक साबित हुआ है। पिछले 72 घंटे से सोशल मीडिया पर बॉयकॉट मालदीव्स का हैश टैग ट्रेंड कर रहा है। जैसे ही मालदीव के तीन मंत्रियों ने पीएम मोदी के खिलाफ आपत्तिजनक ट्वीट किया, मोदी का मज़ाक उड़ाया, पूरी दुनिया के भारतीयों ने इसे व्यक्तिगत तौर पर लिया। देशवासियों की भावनाएं आहत हुईं और उनका गुस्सा फूट पड़ा। ये गुस्सा सिर्फ सोशल मीडिया में कमेंट्स और सोशल मीडिया पोस्ट तक सीमित नहीं रहा। एक के बाद एक मालदीव के लिए फ्लाइट की टिकट्स कैंसिल होने लगीं। भारत के लोगों ने विरोध जताते हुए मालदीव जाने का विचार छोड़ दिया, और होटल की बुकिंग्स कैंसल करने लगे। सैकड़ों फ्लाइट टिकट्स और होटल बुकिंग कैंसल होने के बाद मालदीव ने डैमेज कंट्रोल करने की कोशिश की लेकिन तब तक देर हो चुकी थी।
मालदीव ने बेवजह भारत को छेड़कर अच्छा नहीं किया। इसका सीधा असर उसकी अर्थव्यवस्था पर पड़ने वाला है। साढ़े पांच लाख की आबादी वाले मालदीव की GDP में 25 परसेंट हिस्सेदारी अकेले टूरिज़्म सेक्टर से आती है। मालदीव में हर साल लाखों टूरिस्ट घूमने आते हैं जिससे उसकी अर्थव्यवस्था चलती है। मालदीव सरकार के डेटा के मुताबिक़, 2023 में भारत से दो लाख से ज़्यादा लोग मालदीव घूमने गए थे। इससे मालदीव को विदेशी मुद्रा की आमदनी होती है लेकिन जब मालदीव के मंत्रियों ने नरेंद्र मोदी के बारे में भद्दे कॉमेंट्स किए, और वहां के सोशल मीडिया पर भारत-विरोधी कुप्रचार चलाया, तो भारत की कई ट्रैवल कंपनियों ने मालदीव के लिए अपने पैकेज कैंसिल कर दिए। भारत के प्रधानमंत्री के बारे में मालदीव के मंत्रियों के अभद्र बयानों पर सबसे ज़्यादा रिएक्शन सोशल मीडिया पर आए। फिल्म स्टार्स से लेकर क्रिकेट और क्रिकेट स्टार्स ने मालदीव के मंत्रियों के बयानों की निंदा की,भारत के द्वीपों की नैसर्गिक सुंदरता की तस्वीरें शेयर की, और लोगों से अपील की कि वो अपने देश के सुंदर द्वीपों में घूमने जाएं। सुपरस्टार अमिताभ बच्चन ने क्रिकेटर वीरेंद्र सहवाग के ट्वीट को शेयर करते हुए लिखा कि वो लक्षद्वीप और अंडमान घूमकर आए हैं, और दोनों ही नैसर्गिक सौंदर्य से भरपूर हैं। सुपरस्टार सलमान ख़ान ने भी ट्वीट किया कि हमारे देश के प्रधानमंत्री ने लक्षद्वीप के ख़ूबसूरत सागर तटों की तस्वीरें शेयर कीं, ये देखकर बहुत अच्छा लगा…. और ये हमारे भारत में है। मालदीव के मंत्रियों के बयानों पर पहला रिएक्शन अक्षय कुमार का आया था। अक्षय ने लिखा कि मालदीव ख़ूबसूरत है और वो कई बार वहां जा चुके हैं लेकिन, अपना देश सबसे पहले… और हम इस तरह के नफ़रत भरे बयानों को बर्दाश्त नहीं कर सकते।
अक्षय के अलावा जॉन अब्राहम, एकता कपूर, भूमि पेडनेकर, वरुण धवन, कार्तिक आर्यन और टाइगर श्रॉफ ने भी अपने देश के समर्थन में ट्वीट किए। इनके अलावा सचिन तेंदुलकर, वीरेंद्र सहवाग, सुरेश रैना, हार्दिक पांड्या जैसे कई क्रिकेटर्स ने भी भारत की प्राकृतिक सुंदरता वाली तस्वीरें शेयर कीं, मालदीव के मंत्रियों के बयान को बेहद ख़राब कहा। मालदीव के साथ इस सोशल मीडिया वॉर में भारत को कई देशों का समर्थन मिला। भारत में इज़राइल के दूतावास ने लक्षद्वीप की तस्वीरें ट्वीट कीं और कहा कि पिछले साल हमारे राजदूत लक्षद्वीप गए थे, वहां के खारे पानी को साफ़ करने के प्रोजेक्ट में इज़राइल मदद कर रहा है। इस दौरान इज़राइल के अधिकारियों ने लक्षद्वीप की नैसर्गिक सुंदरता को भी देखा था। बांग्लादेश के विदेश मंत्री ए के अब्दुल मोमिन ने कहा कि भारत हमेशा, पड़ोसी देशों के साथ खड़ा रहा है, उनकी मदद की है, मालदीव के मंत्रियों को भारत के प्रधानमंत्री के बारे में ऐसे बयान नहीं देने चाहिए।
ये बात मैंने पहले कई बार सुनी थी कि भारत के पास लक्षद्वीप है, जो मालदीव से बेहतर है। मालदीव से सिर्फ 450 मील दूर है। भारत इसे विकसित करे तो ये दुनिया का बड़ा टूरिस्ट डेस्टिनेशन बन सकता है। पर सब सिर्फ बातें करते थे, कोई कुछ करता नहीं था। नरेन्द्र मोदी ने इस बार नए साल के मौके पर एक झटके में ये करके दिखा दिया। मोदी ने लक्षद्वीप की तस्वीरें ट्विटर पर पोस्ट करके ये बता दिया कि ये कितना सुंदर, कितना मनोरम द्वीप है। मोदी ने ये कहीं नहीं कहा था कि ये मालदीव का मुकाबला कर सकता है लेकिन मोदी ने जो तीर चलाया वो निशाने पर बैठा। पूरी दुनिया में लोग गूगल पर लक्षद्वीप को सर्च करने लगे, 20 साल में लक्षद्वीप को सबसे ज्यादा सर्च किया गया। रही सही कसर मालदीव के तीन मंत्रियों ने हमारे प्रधानमंत्री के बारे में उल्टे सीधे कमेंट करके पूरे कर दिए। मोदी के बारे में जो भाषा इस्तेमाल की गई वो शर्मनाक है, निंदनीय हैं, लेकिन इसका हमें एक बड़ा फायदा हो गया। करोड़ों लोगों की भावनाएं आहत हुईं, हजारों लोगों ने रिएक्ट किया और इसके दो बड़े असर हुए – लोगों ने एक बार फिर लक्षद्वीप को टूरिस्ट डेस्टिनेशन के तौर पर याद किया, मोदी की लक्षद्वीप की तस्वीरों ने पूरे सोशल मीडिया को डॉमिनेट कर दिया। सैकड़ों लोगों ने मॉलदीव की टिकटें कैंसिल करने का एलान किया। एक कैंपेन चल पड़ा कि भारत के लोग मोदी के खिलाफ अशोभनीय भाषा प्रयोग करने वाले मंत्रियों के देश मालदीव में नहीं जाएंगे। इसका मालदीव को भारी नुकसान हो सकता है। टूरिज्म मालदीव की कमाई का सबसे बड़ा ज़रिया है। वहां की सरकार के पास जो टैक्स रेवेन्यू आता है, उसमें से 90 प्रतिशत टूरिज्म के टैक्सेस से मिलता है। मालदीव की 60 परसेंट विदेशी मुद्रा टूरिज्म से आती है और पिछले साल जितने विदेशी सैलानी मालदीव गए थे उनमें से 11 परसेंट भारतीय थे। इसलिए अगर भारत के सैलानियों ने मालदीव का बॉयकॉट किया तो इस पर्यटन प्रधान देश का बहुत नुकसान हो सकता है। सोशल मीडिया पर इसका बहुत शोर है। हमारे कई फिल्म स्टार्स, क्रिकेट खिलाड़ियों और महत्वपूर्ण व्यक्तियों ने मालदीव के मंत्रियों की भाषा पर सवाल उठाए। अपने लोगों से मालदीव को भूलकर लक्षद्वीप को डेस्टिनेशन बनाने को कहा। इसीलिए मालदीव की सरकार घबरा गई। मंत्रियों को सस्पेंड किया लेकिन तब तक काफी देर हो चुकी थी। मालदीव का सवाल भारत के आत्मसम्मान से जुड़ गया। लक्षद्वीप देशप्रेम का प्रतीक बन गया। इस आग को बुझाना मालदीव के लिए आसान नहीं होगा क्योंकि ये आग भारतवासियों के दिल में लगी है। ये आग भारतवासियों के आत्म सम्मान को जगाने वाली आग है।
MALDIVES WILL SUFFER FOR HURTING SELF-PRIDE OF INDIANS
India has clearly told Maldives that the behaviour of some of its ministers (now suspended), who had ridiculed Prime Minister Narendra Modi is unacceptable and it is not in the interest of bilateral relations. Maldivian High Commissioner Ibrahim Shaheeb met Indian external affairs ministry officials in South Block on Monday to resolve the diplomatic row that arose after three Maldivian ministers made objectionable comments about PM Modi in the social media. Last week, Prime Minister Modi had visited Lakshadweep Islands and had appealed to Indian tourists to visit the pristine and beautiful islands. Since Maldives is several hundred miles away from Lakshadweep, several ministers and MPs of the new ruling party in Maldives made sarcastic comments about Modi in particular and Indians in general, resulting in a storm among Indian users on social media. The Indian government registered a strong protest with Male, after which the Maldivian government distanced itself from those comments and suspended the three ministers. These developments took place at a time when the new Maldivian President Mohamed Muizzu is on a five-day official visit to China at the invitation of Chinese President Xi Jinping. During his visit, Muizzu described China as a “valued ally and integral collaborator”. He also praised China’s controversial Belt and Road Initiative and said BRI has “delivered significant infrastructure projects in Maldives”. The Chinese newspaper Global Times, while taking a cue from state media, wrote that “New Delhi should stay more open-minded, as China’s cooperation with South Asian countries is not a zero-sum game. …. China also respects friendly and cooperative relationship between Maldives and India…Beijing has never asked Male to reject New Delhi because of the conflicts between China and India, nor does it view cooperation between Maldives and India as unfriendly or a threat”. Muizzu is already known as an anti-India and pro-China leader, and the first thing that he did after becoming President was to ask India to withdraw its troops from Maldives. Already a war is raging on social media with Indians across the globe promoting the hashtag #BoycottMaldives. Many Indians have started cancelling their bookings for Male, while a prominent online travel agency has stopped taking bookings for Maldives. This is going to cause a direct impact on Maldivian economy, where 25 per cent contribution to its GDP comes from tourism sector. Maldives has a population of nearly 5.5 lakh people, mostly Sunni Muslims, and every year millions of tourists visit this archipelago. According to Maldivian official data, more than two lakhs Indians visited Maldives in 2023. This year the tourism sector is going to take a hit after Maldivian users launched anti-India campaign on social media. Prashant Pitti, co-founder of EaseMyTrip, said, “Amid the row over Maldivers MP’s post on PM Mpodi’s visit to Lakshadweep, we have decided we will not accept any bookings for Maldives. We want Ayodhya and Lakshadweep to turn out as international destinations.” Another online travel agency MakeMyTrip said, it has started a ‘Beaches of India’ campaign after public enthusiasm increased following PM Modi’s Lakshadweep visit. Meanwhile, top film stars and cricketers took to social media to praise the pristine beauty of Indian islands like Andaman, Nicobar, Havelock and Lakshadweep. Ex-cricketer Virender Sehwag tweeted: “Whether it be the beautiful beaches of Udupi, Paradise beach in Pondi, Neil and Havelock in Andaman, and many other beautiful beaches throughout our country, there are so many unexplored places in Bharat which have so much potential with some infrastructure support. Bharat is known for converting all Aapda into Avsar, and this dig at our country and our Prime Minister by Maldives ministers is a great Avsar for Bharat to create just the necessary infrastructure to make them attractive to tourists and boost our economy.” Reposting Sehwag’s tweet, mega star Amitabh Bachchan wrote on X: “Viru paji..this is so relevant and in the right spirit of our land.. our own are the very best..I have been to Lakshadweep and Andamans and they are such astonishingly beautiful locations.. stunning waters, beaches and the underwater experience is simply unbelievable.. Hum Bharat Hain, Hamari Atmanirbharta Pe Aanch Mat Daliye”. Superstar Salman Khan wrote on X: “It is so cool to see our Hon PM Narendrabhai Modi at the beautiful clean n stunning beaches of Lakshadweep, and the best part is that yeh hamare India mein hain.” Another superstar Akshay Kumar wrote on X: “Came across comments from prominent public figures from Maldives passing hateful and racist comments on Indians. Surprised that they are doing this to a country that sends them the maximum number of tourists. We are good to our neighbours but why should we tolerate such unprovoked hate? I’ve visited Maldives many times and always praised it, but dignity first. Let us decide to explore Indian islands and support our own tourism.” Actor John Abraham wrote: “With the amazing Indian hospitality, the idea of “Atithi Devo Bhava” and a vast marine life to explore. Lakshadweep is the place to go.” Ekta Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar, Varun Dhawan, Kartik Aryan and Tiger Shroff from Mumbai film industry, and Sachin Tendulkar, Suresh Raina and Hardik Pandya from cricket world shared pictures of beautiful Indian islands and denounced the remarks of Maldivian ministers. The Israeli embassy in India wrote on social media that Israel was ready to commence working on desalination program in Lakshadweep. It shared pictures of “the pristine and majestic underwater beauty of Lakshadweep Islands”. Lakshadweep, which is only 450 miles away from Maldives, can be developed as a major tourist destination, but over the decades since Independence, we have only heard about plans to develop it, but nothing concrete happened on the ground. It goes to the credit of Narendra Modi that he visited Lakshadweep, posted pictures of its islands on social media, and the world sat up and took notice. Modi did not say that Lakshadweep is going to compete against Maldives in tourism, but his arrow hit the target. People the world over started searching Google to find out about Lakshadweep. For the first time in last 20 years, a huge number of searches on Google took place for Lakshadweep. The row that erupted after the intemperate remarks against Indians and Modi from three Maldivian ministers, added more curiosity to those searches. The words used by those ministers for Modi are shameful, to say the least. The feelings of millions of Indians have been hurt and thousands of them have already reacted immediately. Pictures of Lakshadweep islands posted by Modi dominated social media for several days. A huge campaign started on social media and Indians vowed not to visit Maldives because their ministers used abusive words against Indians. Maldives may now have to face the full brunt. Tourism is the main source of earnings for Maldives. Its government earns 90 per cent of its revenue from tourism sector. Sixty per cent of Maldives’ foreign exchange earnings comes from tourism. Indians constituted 11 per cent of all foreign tourists who visited Maldives last year. If Indians start boycotting Maldives, it can cause huge losses to its tourism sector. Top celebrities from our film industry and cricket world have raised their voices against Maldives and they have appealed to Indian tourists to opt for Lakshadweep. The Maldivian government is worried. It suspended three of its ministers, but by then, it was too late. It has become a question of self-pride for all Indians. Lakshadweep has become the symbol of love for India. It will be difficult for Maldives to douse the flames of anger that have been lighted in the hearts of millions of Indians. It is surely kindle the fire of self-pride among all Indians.

ED की टीम तृणमूल कांग्रेस के बाहुबली नेता शाहजहां शेख के घर छापा मारने गई थी. शाहजहां शेख़ का नाम राशन घोटाले में आया है. शाहजहां शेख़ का लम्बा आपराधिक रिकॉर्ड है. राशन घोटाले के आरोपी ममता सरकार के मंत्री ज्योतिप्रिय मल्लिक के क़रीबी हैं. ज्योतिप्रिय मल्लिक का नाम भी राशन घोटाले में है. वो पिछले साल ही गिरफ्तार हो चुके हैं. बीजेपी ने ममता सरकार पर घोटालेबाजों को संरक्षण देने, अफसरों को पिटवाने और संघीय ढांचे को तहस नहस करने का इल्जाम लगाया है.. बीजेपी ने इस घटना के बाद ममता बनर्जी से इस्तीफे की मांग की. पश्चिम बंगाल के राज्यपाल सी वी आनंद बोस ने क़ानून व्यवस्था पर चिंता जताई, गृह सचिव और पुलिस महानिदेशक को तलब किया. लेकिन तृणमूल कांग्रेस के बड़े नेता ED की टीम पर हमले के लिए केन्द्र सरकार को जिम्मेदार ठहरा रहे हैं. एक नेता ने कहा कि ED ने छापा मारने से पहले स्थआनीय पुलिस को सूचना नहीं भेजी. लेकिन इलाके के एसपी का कहना है कि ED ने छापा मारने से पहले सुबह साढे 8 बजे पुलिस को ई- मेल भेजा था. जब तक पुलिस वहां पहुंचती, उससे पहले ED की टीम वहां पहुंच गई और बवाल हुआ. बंगाल में जो हुआ उसकी आशंका तो पहले से थी क्योंकि जिस तरह से बंगाल में घोटालों के मामलों में कार्रवाई हो रही है, उससे ममता बनर्जी परेशान और नाराज हैं. बंगाल में टीचर भर्ती घोटाला हुआ, जमीन घोटाला, रोज वैली स्कैम, शारदा चिटफंड स्कैम, राशन घोटाला, ऐसे तमाम घोटाले हुए. इन घोटालों में पार्थो चटर्जी, ज्योतिप्रिय मल्लिक, मदन मित्रा, मुकुल रॉय, , सुदीप बंदोपाध्याय, तापस पाल जैसे ममता बनर्जी के कई करीबी नेता और उनकी सरकार के कई मंत्री या तो जेल में हैं या जेल जा चुके हैं. कई मामलों में ED और CBI की जांच हो रही है लेकिन बड़ी बात ये है कि ममता बनर्जी ने घोटालों में फंसे अपने नेता या अपने किसी चहेते अफसर को disown नहीं किया, सबके साथ खड़ी रही हैं. 2019 के लोकसभा चुनाव से पहले कोलकाता के पुलिस कमिश्नर राजीव कुमार से पूछताछ करने जब CBI की टीम पहुंची थी तो ममता खुद पुलिस कमिश्नर के दफ्तर पहुंच गई और CBI के अफसरों को ही पकड़ कर जेल में डाल दिया गया. अब उन्हीं राजीव कुमार को दूसरे सीनियर अफसरों को दरकिनार कर ममता ने बंगाल का डीजीपी बना दिया है. जिस राज्य में खुद मुख्यमंत्री जांच को रोकने पहुंच जाए तो वहां अगर उनकी पार्टी के नेता ED के अफसरों पर हमला करवा दें तो हैरानी नहीं होनी चाहिए.. लेकिन मुझे लगता है कि जांच एजेंसियों के अफसरों पर इस तरह के हमले देश की लोकतान्त्रिक व्यवस्था के लिए ठीक नहीं हैं, राज्य और केन्द्र के रिश्तों के लिए अच्छे नहीं हैं. बंगाल में तेरह साल पहले लैफ्ट फ्रंट की सरकार को ममता ने इसी आधार पर चुनौती दी थी, उसे उखाड़ फेंका था. अगर वो बीजेपी पर ईडी के दुरुपयोग का आरोप लगाती हैं तो बंगाल पुलिस का बेजा इस्तेमाल करने को योचित कैसे बता सकती हैं? सरकारें बदलती हैं ,मुख्यमंत्री बदलते हैं, पर सरकारी तंत्र वही रहता है, अफसर वही रहते हैं, .उनकी जिम्मेदारियां और अधिकार वही रहते हैं. अगर इस तरह से राज्यों में सेन्ट्रल एजेंसियों पर हमले होने लगे तो सिस्टम का क्या होगा ? कल को अगर रांची में हेमंत सोरेन से पूछताछ करने ED के अफसर जाते हैं, पटना में तेजस्वी यादव से पूछताछ के लिए अधिकारी जाते हैं तो क्या उन पर हमला होगा ? अफसर सिर्फ अपना काम करते हैं, ड्यूटी निभाते हैं, उन्हें इससे कोई मतलब नहीं होता कि राज्य में किसकी सरकार है, वो जिस नेता से पूछताछ करने जा रहे हैं या रेड डालने जा रहे हैं वो किस पार्टी का है .इसलिए अफसरों पर हमला ठीक नहीं हैं और अगर किसी राज्य की पुलिस अधिकारियों पर हमले करने वालों को नहीं रोक पाती, तो पुलिस अफसरों के खिलाफ भी एक्शन होना चाहिए. हालांकि ऐसा नहीं है कि इस तरह की घटनाएं सभी जगह हो रही हैं. शुक्रवार को ED की टीम ने हरियाणा और महाराष्ट्र में भी कई जगह रेड की लेकिन कहीं कोई गड़बड़ी नहीं हुई.
WEST BENGAL : ATTACKS ON ED OFFICERS WILL WEAKEN OUR SYSTEM
The murderous attack on officers of Enforcement Directorate in West Bengal by a mob instigated by local Trinamool Congress leaders on Friday has shocked the nation. Several of them were beaten up by the mob and their official cars were vandalized. Only 27 jawans of Central Reserve Police Force were present and they were unable to stop the several hundred strong mob. The ED team had gone to the home of local Trinamool leader Shahjahan Shekh, whose name has figured in the multi-crore ration scam. Shahjahan Sheikh has a long criminal record, he locked his house from inside, when the attack took place. Other top leaders of Trinamool Congress whose names figure in the ration scam include Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee’s close associate and minister Jyotipriya Mallick and former Bongaon municipality chairman Shankar Adhya, who was arrested on Saturday by ED. Jyotipriya Mallick was arrested last year. After Friday’s attack, BJP leaders have demanded Mamata Banerjee’s resignation and imposition of President’s rule. West Bengal governor C V Ananda Bose summoned the Director General of Police and Home Secretary to know why local police did not provide protection to the ED team. Three ED officers, Rajkumar Ram, Somnath Dutta and Ankur Gupta were badly wounded in the mob attack. They saved their lives by taking an auto to flee, while the mob looted their mobile phones and laptops. Trinamool Congress leaders tried to blame the ED for this attack. They alleged that ED officers did not inform the local police in advance and reached Shahjahan Sheikh’s home for carrying out searches. But Basirhat SP Joby Thomas nailed the lie when he said that ED had informed police about the raid on e-mail at around 8.30 am on Friday. What happened in West Bengal was anticipated. With ED and CBI carrying out raids against ministers and bureaucrats in West Bengal, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee is worried. Already, several crores of rupees in cash were seized during the raids against the key accused in teachers recruitment scam. Prior to that, Sharada chit fund scam and Rose Valley scam have exposed the shenanigans of Trinamool Congress leaders. Ministers and Trinamool leaders like Partha Chatterjee, Jyotipriya Mallick, Madan Mitra, Mukul Roy, Sudeep Bandopadhyay, Tapas Paul and others were named in these scams. Several ministers and leaders close to Mamata Banerjee are still in jail or had been jailed. ED and CBI probes are still going on, but the moot point is : Mamata Banerjee has not disowned any of her leaders or close bureaucrats who have been found involved in corruption. In February 2019, on the eve of Lok Sabha elections, Mamata Banerjee sat on a two-day dharna in Kolkata to prevent the arrest of Kolkata Police Commissioner Rajiv Kumar by CBI. The same Rajiv Kumar is now the Director General of West Bengal Police. In a state where the chief minister herself tried to stop a CBI probe, one should not be surprised if her party leaders instigate a mob to attack ED officers. I believe, such attacks on officers of investigative agencies are neither good for our democratic system, nor is it good for Centre-State relations. It was Mamata Banerjee who had challenged the Left Front government in Bengal ten years ago and had uprooted the Left from power. If she levels allegation of misuse of ED by BJP, how can she justify misuse of West Bengal Police? Governments come and go, chief ministers come and go, but the administrative system remains in its place. The bureaucrats remain part of the system and they discharge their responsibilities. If officers of central agencies are attacked in states, what will be the fate of our system? Will there be attacks on central agency officers if they go to Ranchi to question Chief Minister Hemant Soren, or if they go to Patna to question deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav? These officers are only performing their duties, no matter which party or chief minister is in power in the state. If state police is unable to stop attacks on officers of central agencies, action must be taken against senior police officers.
राम मंदिर को लेकर विपक्ष में कन्फ्यूज़न
देश भर में भगवान राम के नाम पर सियासत हुई. मर्यादा पुरुषोत्तम श्रीराम को मांसाहारी बताने वाले NCP के नेता जितेन्द्र अव्हाण हाथ जोड़कर माफी मांगते नजर आए. हालांकि उन्होंने बार बार ये कहा कि उनका भाषण गजब का था, सिर्फ एक लाइन ने गड़बड़ कर दी, हालांकि उनका दावा है कि वह लाइन भी गलत नहीं थी लेकिन फिर भी उनकी बात से अगर लोगों की आस्था को चोट पहुंची हो, तो वह खेद व्यक्त करते हैं.
जितेन्द्र अव्हाड़ ने भगवान राम को मांसाहारी बताया था, कहा था कि 14 साल के वनवास के दौरान क्या राम साग भाजी खाते रहे? जंगल में मेथी का साग कहां मिलता है? राम मांस खाते थे, राम हमारे आदर्श हैं, इसलिए हम भी मांसहारी हैं. महाराष्ट्र में हंगामा हुआ, जितेन्द्र अव्हाड के पुतले जलाए गए, थानों में शिकायतें दर्ज कराई गईं, नासिक में साधु संतों ने अव्हाड़ की गिरफ़्तारी की मांग की. मुंबई में बीजेपी की महिला कार्यकर्ताओं ने जितेंद्र अव्हाड़ के पोस्टर्स पर जूते चप्पल बरसाए. जब बात बढ़ गई, हर तरफ से आलोचना होने लगी, जब सहयोगी पार्टियों के नेता भी अव्हाड के खिलाफ बोलने लगे तो NCP के नेता एकनाथ खड़से ने जितेंद्र अव्हाड़ को गलती सुधारने की सलाह दी. शरद पवार अपने परिवार के साथ शिरड़ी में सांई बाबा के दरबार में थे. शरद पवार ने अव्हाड़ को संदेश भिजवाया कि वह अपनी गलती सुधारें. पवार के आदेश का असर हुआ और अव्हाड़ ने अपने बयान के लिए माफी मांगी. जितेन्द्र अव्हाड़ ने वाल्मीकि रामायण के श्लोकों का हवाला दिया, खुद को राम भक्त बताया, कहा कि उन्होंने जो कुछ कहा, रिसर्च के आधार पर कहा. लेकिन फिर भी अगर किसी की भावनाओं को चोट पहुंची हो तो वो खेद जताते हैं, क्योंकि शरद पवार ने कहा है कि सच अगर कडवा हो तो वो सच नहीं बोलना चाहिए. जितेंद्र अव्हाड़ को तो ये भी नहीं पता है कि रामायण में कितने कांड हैं. वो सात कांडों के नाम भी लिख कर लाए थे. जिस श्लोक का हवाला दे रहे थे, वह संस्कृत में है. उसे जितेन्द्र अव्हाड़ कितना समझे होंगे, वो वही जानते होंगे. लेकिन मैं आपको बता दूं कि जितेन्द्र अव्हाड़ वाल्मीकि रामायण में अयोध्या कांड के 52 वें सर्ग के 102 वें श्लोक का हवाला दे रहे थे. उस श्लोक में एक शब्द है, मेध्यं. इस शब्द का अर्थ महाशय ने मांस लगाया लेकिन मैं जितेन्द्र अव्हाड़ को बताना चाहता हूं कि इस शब्द का अर्थ कन्द मूल और फलों का गूदा भी होता है. इसी अर्थे में ये शब्द दूसरे कई श्लोकों में प्रयोग हुआ है. इसके अलावा अव्हाड़ को वाल्मीकि रामायण में सुंदर कांड का वो हिस्सा भी पढ़ना चाहिए, जिसमें माता सीता के साथ हनुमान जी का संवाद है. 36 वें सर्ग का 41 वां श्लोक है, जिसमें माता सीता, हनुमान जी से प्रभु राम का हाल पूछती हैं तो हनुमान जी जवाब देते हैं. बताते हैं कि प्रभु राम दिन में सिर्फ एक बार खाते हैं, वन में मिले शास्त्रोक्त कंद मूल फल का ही सेवन करते हैं. इस तरह के कई वृतांत वाल्मीकि रामायण में हैं लेकिन अव्हाड़ ने तेंतीस हजार श्लोकों में से एक श्लोक का एक शब्द उठाकर मर्यादा पुरूषोत्तम को मांसाहारी बता दिया, इसीलिए उनकी आलोचना हो रही है. साधु संत भी उनकी बातों से आहत हैं. रामलला के मुख्य पुजारी आचार्य सत्येंद्र दास ने भी कहा कि हर शास्त्र में यही लिखा है कि वनवास के दौरान भगवान राम ने कंद-मूल खाकर गुज़ारा किया था, कहीं भी मांसाहार का ज़िक्र नहीं मिलता. जितेन्द्र अव्हाड़ ने गलती की, उन्हें गलती का एहसास है लेकिन फिर भी अपनी गलती मानने को तैयार नहीं हैं. उन्होंने खेद जताया लेकिन ये भी कहा कि उन्होंने जो कहा वो सही था, इसलिए उनके खेद का कोई मतलब नहीं है. शरद पवार और उद्धव ठाकरे समझ रहे हैं कि जितेन्द्र अव्हाड़ की जहरीली जुबान पूरे गठबंधन का नुकसान करेगी. इसीलिए NCP, कांग्रेस और शिवसेना का कोई नेता उनके समर्थन में खड़ा नहीं हुआ. जितेन्द्र अव्हाड़ भी जानते हैं कि हिन्दू उदार हैं, सनातन में गलती करने वाले को माफ करना सबसे हिम्मत का काम बताया गया है. कहा गया है, क्षमा बड़न को चाहिए, छोटन को उत्पात. राम चरित मानस में तुलसी दास ने लिखा है, “जाकी रही भावना जैसी, प्रभु मूरत देखी तिन जैसी” इसलिए जितेन्द्र अव्हाड़ की भावना में जो राक्षसी गुण हैं, उन्होंने भगवान राम की कल्पना भी वैसी ही की. हमारे यहां तो जितेन्द्र अव्हाड़ को माफ कर दिया जाएगा लेकिन अव्हाड़ से लोग पूछ सकते हैं कि हिन्दू देवी देवताओं के अलावा किसी मज़हब के प्रतीकों के बारे में वो ऐसा बोलने की उनकी हिम्मत है और अगर दूसरे मज़हब के बारे में उन्होंने ऐसी बातें कही होतीं, तो क्या सिर्फ ऐसी माफी मांगकर वो बच जाते? लेकिन मुश्किल ये है कि आजकल राम मंदिर में रामलला के प्राण प्रतिष्ठा समारोह के बारे में विरोधी दलों के नेता इसी तरह की उल्टी सीधी बातें कर रहे हैं. गुरुवार को तेजस्वी यादव ने कह दिया कि मंदिर बनाने से क्या होगा, मंदिर की जगह अस्पताल बनाना बेहतर होता. तेजस्वी यादव ने कहा, मोदी कहते हैं कि राम के लिए महल बनवाया, लेकिन श्रीराम तो भगवान है, अगर उन्हें महल की ज़रूरत होती, तो ख़ुद बना लेते, करोड़ों रूपए मंदिर बनाने में खर्च हो रहा है, इतने पैसे में कितने अस्पताल और स्कूल बन जाते. तेजस्वी ने लोगों से कहा कि बीमार पड़ोगे तो मंदिर जाओगे या अस्पताल? इसलिए इस चक्कर में मत पड़ो. इस पर गिरिराज सिंह ने कहा कि तेजस्वी हिन्दुओं की आस्था पर चोट कर रहे हैं, लालू और नीतीश का राजनीतिक DNA सनातन विरोधी है, क्या तेजस्वी कहेंगे कि पटना के हज हाउस को तोड़कर अस्पताल बनवा देंगे? कांग्रेस के नेता अब इस मुद्दे पर थोड़ा संभलकर बोल रहे हैं. राजस्थान के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत ने कहा कि राम मंदिर इसलिए बना क्योंकि राजीव गांधी ने मंदिर का ताला खुलवाया, राजीव गांधी ने शिलान्यास कराया लेकिन बीजेपी ने इस धार्मिक कार्यक्रम को अपना राजनीतिक एजेंडा बना लिया है. RJD, काग्रेस और तृणमूल कांग्रेस के नेताओं के बयानों से ये तो साफ है कि विरोधी दलों के गठबंधन में शामिल पार्टियां अयोध्या के मुद्दे पर कन्फ्यूज़्ड हैं. उन्हें समझ नहीं आ रहा है कि बीजेपी के आक्रामक रुख़ को कैसे काउंटर करें. इसी कन्फ्यूजन में गलतियां हो रही हैं, बेतुके बयान आ रहे हैं. इससे मामला और उलझ रहा है. ममता की तृणमूल कांग्रेस पार्टी ने तो कह दिया है कि दीदी प्राण प्रतिष्ठा समारोह के कार्यक्रम में हिस्सा नहीं लेंगी. सोनिया गांधी और मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे ने अभी तक फैसला नहीं किया है कि जाए या न जाएं. नीतीश और लालू ने अभी तक निमंत्रण स्वीकार नहीं किया है. उद्धव को अभी तक निमंत्रण कार्ड नहीं मिला है. अखिलेश यादव अयोध्या जाएंगे या नहीं इसको लेकर कन्फ्यूज्ड हैं. इसलिए अब ये लग रहा है कि मोदी-विरोधी मोर्चे के नेता प्राण प्रतिष्ठा के समारोह में नहीं जाएंगे. प्राण प्रतिष्ठा होने के बाद एक साथ अयोध्या जाने का कार्यक्रम बनाएंगे. इसके दो फायदे होंगे. एक तो राम विरोधी कहलाने से बच पाएंगे और बीजेपी पर मंदिर के नाम पर सियासत करने का इल्जाम लगा पाएंगे. दूसरा, चूंकि गठबंधन में शामिल सभी पार्टियों के नेताओं को निमंत्रण नहीं मिला है, इसलिए अगर कुछ लोग चले गए तो गठबंधन में दरार पड़ सकती है, इसलिए हो सकता है एकजुटता दिखाने के लिए 22 जनवरी को विरोधी दल का कोई नेता न जाए और उसके बाद सभी नेता एक साथ रामलला के दर्शन करने पहुंचें.
OPPOSITION CONFUSED ON RAM TEMPLE ISSUE
There seems to be utter confusion among anti-Modi INDIA opposition bloc leaders over the Ayodhya Ram Temple issue, with leaders of different parties taking divergent stands. Maharashtra NCP leader Jitendra Awhad had to apologize with folded hands over his remark that Lord Ram was non-vegetarian. He was saying there was no point in banning sale of meat on January 22, the day when the Ayodhya Ram temple will be consecrated. There were protests in Thane, Pune, Nashik, Nagpur and Mumbai and his effigy was burnt. Chief Minister Eknath Shinde denounced Awhad for hurting the faith of Hindus. Congress leader Husain Dalwai advised Awhad to be careful while making remarks about Lord Ram. NCP leader Eknath Khadse said, such remarks tend to create tension in society. NCP supremo Sharad Pawar, who had gone to pray at Shirdi Sai shrine, sent message to Awhad asking him to apologize. Awhad claimed he was a Ram Bhakt, and what he had said was based on research. However, he apologized saying if his remark has caused hurt to anybody, he seeks apology. It is good that Jitendra Awhad realized his mistake and apologized. His apology has no meaning. Sharad Pawar and Uddhav Thackeray know that Awhad’s blasphemous remark can hurt the Maharashtra Vikas Aghadi in this year’s elections. Not a single leader from NCP, Congress or Shiv Sena supported him. Jitendra Awhad knows that Hindus are liberal, and in Sanatan Dharma, pardoning those who commit mistakes is considered a courageous step. The great poet Tulsidas, who wrote Ramcharit Manas, had said, “Jaaki Rahi Bhavna Jaisi, Prabhu Moorat Dekhi Tin Taisi” (One views God’s idol with the feeling that one has in mind). Jitendra Awhad’s feelings about Lord Ram may have had the streak of devil. Hindus may pardon him for his remarks, but people can surely ask him whether he can make a similar blasphemous remark about any other religion and then save his skin by apologizing. In Bihar, RJD chief Tejashwi Yadav remarked that Modi may claim he is building a palace for Lord Ram, but Lord Ram is God incarnate, and he does not need Modi to build a palace for him. He then went on to ask people at his rally, whether they would go to a temple or a hospital, if they break their leg in an accident? He also asked people whether they would go to a temple, if they were hungry? Union Minister Giriraj Singh said, the political DNA of both Lalu Prasad and his son Tejashwi is anti-Hindu. Singh challenged Tejashwi whether he would ask Haj pilgrims why they were wasting time on Haj pilgrimage and convert the Haj House in Patna into a hospital? Senior Congress leader and former Rajasthan chief minister Ashok Gehlot claimed that it was Rajiv Gandhi who ordered the opening of locks of Ram Janmabhoomi and allowed ‘shilanayas’ of Ram temple in Ayodhya. He blamed BJP for misusing a religious consecration ceremony for its political agenda. Trinamool Congress chief Mamata Banerjee has already instructed her party leaders not to speak at all about the Ayodhya event. Remarks of RJD, Congress and Trinamool leader make it quite clear that there seems to be confusion among the constituent parties of INDIA opposition bloc. They are unable to decide on taking a clear stand to counter BJP’s aggressive Hindutva line. Because of this confusion, they are committing mistakes by making controversial remarks. While Mamata Banerjee has clearly said she would not attend the consecration ceremony in Ayodhya, Sonia Gandhi and Mallikarjun Kharge are yet to decide whether they would attend. Nitish Kumar and Lalu Prasad are yet to give time to VHP leaders for getting the invitation card. Uddhav Thackeray is yet to receive the invitation. There is confusion whether Akhilesh Yadav will attend the ceremony or not. It seems leaders of anti-Modi front will not be attending the consecration ceremony. They may decide to collectively visit the Ayodhya Ram temple after the ceremony is over. This could give them a twin advantage: One, they can save themselves from being branded as anti-Ram and lay the blame at BJP’s doors for doing politics in the name of Ram temple. Two, since all the parties in the opposition bloc have not received invitations, and if a few leaders attend the ceremony, it can cause fissures in the alliance. In such a situation, the entire bloc may decide not to attend the January 22 event. The opposition leaders may collectively visit Ayodhya and offer prayers to Lord Ram after the ceremony is over.
