जम्मू कश्मीर में बना दुनिया का सबसे ऊंचा रेलवे आर्च ब्रिज. कश्मीर देश के रेलवे नेटवर्क से जुड़ गया. प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने कटरा से श्रीनगर जाने वाली पहली वंदे भारत ट्रेन को हरी झंडी दिखाई.
मोदी ने चिनाब ब्रिज पर खड़े होकर तिरंगा लहराया और पूरी दुनिया को संदेश दिया कि चिनाब ब्रिज सिर्फ स्टील और कॉन्क्रीट का बना पुल नहीं, भारत के मजबूत इरादों और सामर्थ्य का सबूत है.
मोदी ने याद दिलाया, ऑपरेशन सिंदूर को एक महीना पूरा हो गया. मोदी ने कहा कि पाकिस्तान जब जब 6 मई की उस रात को याद करेगा, जब जब ऑपरेशन सिंदूर का नाम सुनेगा, तो उसे अपनी शर्मनाक हार याद आएगी. मोदी ने कहा कि पाकिस्तान इंसानियत का दुश्मन है, गरीबों की रोजी रोटी का दुश्मन है, पहलगाम का हमला इसका सबूत है.
मोदी ने कहा कि पाकिस्तान तो क्या, जम्मू कश्मीर के विकास को अब दुनिया की कोई ताकत नहीं रोक पाएगी, अगर कोई ये हिमाकत करेगा तो उसे..पहले नरेन्द्र मोदी से टकराना होगा.
मोदी ने जो कहा वो सिर्फ बयान नहीं है, रैली में दिया गया भाषण नहीं हैं, ये विकास के प्रति देश के संकल्प और आंतकवाद के खिलाफ जंग की दृढृ इच्छाशक्ति की अभिव्यक्ति है.
मोदी ने जम्मू-कश्मीर में 46 हजार करोड़ रुपए के जिन प्रोजेक्ट्स की शुरूआत की, उvमें सबसे बड़ा प्रोजेक्ट चिनाब ब्रिज का है. जम्मू-कश्मीर के रियासी pfns में चिनाब नदी पर बना ये ब्रिज दुनिया का सबसे ऊंचा रेलवे ब्रिज है. इसके बनने की शुरूआत तो 42 साल पहले 1983-84 में हुई थी लेकिन ये अब मोदी के कार्यकाल में पूरा हुआ.
ऊंचे ऊंचे पहाड़ों के बीच बना ये स्टील ब्रिज दुनिया के लिए अजूबा है. खतरनाक मौसम के बीच इस ब्रिज को बनाना कोई हंसी खेल नहीं था. इस पुल की ऊंचाई 359 मीटर है. ये आर्च ब्रिज ऐसी जगह बनाया गया है, जो सीस्मिक ज़ोन-5 में आता है, यानि यहां भयंकर भूकंप आने का खतरा हर वक्त रहता है. हर मौसम में सौ किलोमीटर प्रतिघंटा की रफ्तार से हवा चलती है. नीचे चिनाब नदी है.
हमारे इंजीनियर्स ने सारी चुनौतियों को पार किया. 1315 मीटर लंबा ब्रिज बनकर तैयार है. 26 मीटर चौड़े इस ब्रिज से पहली ट्रेन गुजरी. चिनाब ब्रिज की मजबूती ऐसी है कि बड़े से बड़े भूकंप का इस पर कोई असर नहीं होगा. ये ब्रिज 266 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटे की रफ्तार से चलने वाली हवाओं को भी आसानी से झेल सकता है.
चिनाब ब्रिज को बनाने में 28 हजार टन से भी ज्यादा इस्पात का इस्तेमाल किया गया. यानि पेरिस के एफिल टावर में जितनी मात्रा में इस्पात का इस्तेमाल किया गया था, उससे करीब तीन गुना ज्यादा इस्पात का इस्तेमाल हुआ है.
ये एफिल टावर से 35 मीटर ज्यादा ऊंचा है. गुजरात में स्टैच्यू ऑफ यूनिटी से करीब दोगुना ऊंचा है और कुतुब मीनार से इसकी ऊंचाई करीब पांच गुना ज्यादा है. जब आप इस ब्रिज के ऊपर से गुजरेंगे तो बादल आपको नीचे दिखाई देंगे. लगेगा मानो आप किसी विमान में सफर कर रहे हों या आसमान में उड़ रहे हों.
आपको जानकर आश्चर्य होगा कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट के वकील प्रशांत भूषण ने इस प्रोजेक्ट को रोकने की जी तोड़ कोशिश की थी. प्रशांत भूषण ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में एक writ petition फाइल की थी. इस प्रोजेक्ट की Methodology को faulty बताया था. इसकी लागत को ज्यादा बताया था. सुरक्षा के सवाल उठाए थे.
इस केस की वजह से चिनाब रिवर प्रोजेक्ट 2 साल तक रुका रहा. रेलवे की तरफ से सीनियर एडवोकेट मनिंदर सिंह ने केस लड़ा.
मनिंदर सिंह ने साबित किया कि केस फाइल करने के पीछे मंशा अच्छी नहीं है. उन्होंने कोर्ट को बताया कि सुरक्षा के हर पहलू पर ध्यान रखा गया. ये प्रोजेक्ट देश के फायदे के लिए है. दो साल केस चला. फिर हाई कोर्ट ने चिनाब रेलवे ब्रिज प्रोजेक्ट को क्लियर किया. तब जाकर इसपर काम शुरू हो पाया.

क्या ट्रम्प से दुश्मनी मस्क को महंगी पड़ेगी ?

अमेरिका की राजनीति में एक बड़ा तूफान आया. राष्ट्रपति डॉनल्ड ट्रंप और खरबपति एलन मस्क ने एक दूसरे के खिलाफ खुलेआम जंग का ऐलान कर दिया. दो दिन पहले तक जो दोस्त नंबर वन थे,वो अब दुश्मन नंबर वन हो गए.
ट्रंप ने खुलेआम धमकी दी कि वो मस्क की कंपनियों को मिलने वाली सरकारी सहायता और ठेकों को रद्द कर देंगे. ट्रंप का कहना है कि अमेरिकी जनता के अरबों डॉलर बचाने का ये सबसे आसान तरीक़ा है..
एलन मस्क ने जवाबी हमला करते हुए ट्रंप को अहसानफ़रामोश करार दिया. ट्रंप को राष्ट्रपति के पद से हटाने के लिए उनके ख़िलाफ़ महाभियोग प्रस्ताव लाने की मांग की. यहां तक कह दिया कि ट्रंप पर यौन उत्पीड़न के इल्ज़ाम हैं.
कुछ ही घंटों में मस्क ने अपने सोशल मीडिया पर ट्रंप के ख़िलाफ़ आरोपों की बौछार कर दी. मस्क ने X पर लिखा कि उन्होंने ट्रंप को चुनाव जितवाया, राष्ट्रपति बनवाया.
मस्क ने ट्विटर पर लिखा कि उनकी मदद के बग़ैर ट्रंप चुनाव नहीं जीत सकते थे. इसके बाद ट्रंप ने खुलासा किया कि मस्क ने अमेरिकी स्पेस एजेंसी नासा को चलाने के लिए जिस उम्मीदवार के नाम की सिफारिश की थी, वो उन्हें ठीक नहीं लगा. वो डेमोक्रेटिक पार्टी का समर्थक निकला.
ये बात सुनकर मस्क और भड़क गए. जवाब में मस्क ने ट्वीट किया कि अब एक बड़ा बम फोड़ने का टाइम आ गया है. उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि बच्चों और कम उम्र की लड़कियों के यौन शोषण के आरोपी जेफरी एप्स्टीन की फाइल में ट्रंप का भी नाम है, इसीलिए ट्रंप ने एप्स्टीन फाइल्स को सार्वजनिक नहीं किया.
एपस्टीन फाइल्स का ज़िक्र बहुत सनसनीखेज़ है क्योंकि जेफरी एप्स्टीन सेक्सुअल pervert के तौर पर बहुत बदनाम थे. उनका केस सामने आने के बाद अमेरिका और यूरोप में तहलका मच गया था. ब्रिटेन के राजा चार्ल्स के भाई, प्रिंस एंड्र्यू भी इसकी चपेट में आ गए थे.
अब एलन मस्क ने एक वीडियो पोस्ट करके धमकी दी कि वो जेफरी एपस्टीन और डॉनल्ड ट्रंप के कनेक्शन को एक्सपोज़ करेंगे.
ट्रंप के साथ दोस्ती में दरार का मस्क को भारी नुकसान हुआ है. एक ही दिन में टेस्ला के शेयर में भारी गिरावट आई. कंपनी की नेटवर्थ 150 अरब डॉलर गिर गया.
सवाल ये है कि जब अमेरिका के सबसे ताकतवर ट्रंप और सबसे अमीर मस्क के बीच लड़ाई होगी तो इसका असर क्या होगा?
दोनों की ego है. दोनों hot headed हैं. दोनों पावरफुल हैं. एक दूसरे का जबरदस्त नुकसान कर सकते हैं. ट्रंप ने कॉन्ट्रैक्ट खत्म किए तो मस्क की कंपनियों को अरबों डालर का नुकसान होगा. Self driving cars का प्रोजेक्ट Roll-out करने के लिए मस्क को ट्रंप की परमिशन की जरूरत होगी. व्हाइट हाउस ने emission rules बदले तो TESLA की millions of dollars की कमाई बंद हो जाएगी.
दूसरी तरफ मस्क की स्पेस X कंपनी अमेरिका की इकलौती space firm है जो NASA को इंटरनेशनल स्पेस स्टेशन जाने के लिए स्पेसक्राफ्ट उपलब्ध कराती है.
मस्क ने धमकी दी है कि वो इसमें अड़ंगा डाल सकते हैं. इससे अमेरिका के स्पेस प्रोग्राम पर असर पड़ेगा. मस्क ने ट्रंप को चुनाव जिताने के लिए 28.8 करोड डॉलर चंदा दिया था. अब वो Republicans को ट्रंप के बिल के खिलाफ वोट देने के लिए फायनेंस कर सकते हैं.
मस्क अपनी एक नई पॉलिटिकल पार्टी बना सकते हैं. लेकिन मस्क का सबसे खतरनाक हथियार है. ट्रंप को यौन अपराधों से जूड़ें एप्स्टीन से जोड़ने की धमकी.
लेकिन ट्रंप तो ट्रंप हैं. वो इससे भी खतरनाक रास्तों से गुजर चुके हैं. सबसे बड़ी बात ये है कि अमेरिका में प्रेसिडेंट की ताकत असीमित होती है. किसी भी बिजनेसमैन को व्हाइट हाउस में दोस्त की जरूरत होती है. राष्ट्रपति से दुश्मनी बहुत महंगी पड़ सकती है.

Exactly a month after Indian armed forces decimated terror headquarters deep inside Pakistan, Prime Minister Narendra Modi gave a strong warning from the soil of Jammu & Kashmir. He said, Pakistan had launched an attack on Insaniyat (humanity) and Kashmiriyat, when terrorists killed Indian tourists in Pahalgam.
Modi said, Pakistan’s main motive was to incite communal riots across India when terrorists targeted innocent people on the basis of religion. He said, Pakistan also wanted to derail Kashmir’s economy by killing tourists. Modi warned that anybody trying to create obstacles in the path of progress in Kashmir will now have “to face Modi first”. The PM said, ‘whenever Pakistan will hear the name Operation Sindoor, it will reminded of its humiliating defeat’.
Modi carried the national tricolour on the world’s tallest railway arch bridge over river Chenab. It took 37 years to construct this bridge to connect Jammu and Katra with Srinagar and the rest of the Valley.
Work on this tallest rail bridge began 42 years ago during 1983-84. It was not an easy job to build this huge 359 meter tall rail archbridge in seismic zone-5. It is an area where strong winds blow at a speed of nearly 100 kmph.
After facing all challenges, our brave engineers built this 1,315 meter long rail bridge which is 26 meter wide. More than 28,000 tonnes of steel was used to build this bridge, which can withstand strong winds upto 266 kmph. This bridge is 35 meter taller than Paris Eiffel Tower, and twice the height of our State of Unity in Gujarat.
On one hand, while our engineers surmounted huge challenges to build this railway archbridge, you will be surprised to know, it was Supreme Court advocate Prashant Bhushan who tried hard to stall this project. He had filed a writ petition in Supreme Court alleging that the methodology of the project was faulty and the project cost was exorbitant. He also raised safety issues. Because of this legal tangle, work on Chenab River Project was stalled for two years.
On behalf of Indian Railways, senior advocate Maninder Singh fought the case and proved before the court that the case was filed with malafide intention. He convinced the court that all security and safety aspects on all parameters were kept in mind while preparing this project. He also told the court that this project was in the national interest.
For two years, the case lingered on and finally the Supreme Court cleared the project and on Friday, it was Modi who inaugurated this bridge.

America’s Problem : The Most powerful Vs The most wealthy

Politics in the United States is now caught in a bind with President Donald Trump and billionaire Elon Musk declaring an open war against each other. Till two days ago, their bromance was the talk of the town and now, they are Enemy No.1 for each other.
Trump has threatened to terminate all government subsidies and contracts given to Musk’s companies, in order to save billions of dollars of government money.
Musk responded by demanding impeachment of the President and went to the extent of making allegations that Trump was engaged in sexual exploitation and his name is in the Jeffrey Epstein files. Musk claimed that it was he who helped Trump win the presidential election, while Trump revealed that the candidate favoured by Musk to head NASA was not fit for the post.
The Trump-Musk feud has resulted in a steep drop in the prices of Tesla’s shares and the company’s networth has declined by $150 billion. Republican party leaders are trying to mediate between Musk and Trump to bring about a rapprochment.
What will be the consequences if the world’s most powerful leader is locked in a personal battle with the world’s richest person?
Both have large sized egos, both are hard-headed, both are powerful and can cause tremendous losses to the other. If Trump terminates contracts, Musk’s business empire may face losses worth billions of dollars. To roll out self-driving cars, Musk would need permission from Trump.
If White House changes emission rules, Tesla will lose millions of dollars worth earnings. Musk’s SpaceX company is the only American space firm that provides spacecraft to NASA to go to the International Space Station. Musk has threatened to obstruct this and it can hamper America’s space program.
Musk had donated $288 million to help Trump win the election. He can now give finance to Republicans to vote against Trump’s’ “big, beautiful” bill in US Congress. In the long run, Musk may float a new political party, but his most dangerous weapon is his threat to link Trump with Epstein’s sexual crimes.
But Trump is Trump. He has already traversed more dangerous paths in the past. The powers of the President of USA are unlimited. Any businessman needs friends in the White House, and enmity with the President can prove costly.

Karnataka government suspended Bengaluru police commissioner B. Dayananda and four other senior police officials citing serious lapses in planning during RCB victory parade. Police has filed FIRs against Karnataka State Cricket Association, event management company DNA Entertainment and Royal Challengers Bengaluru franchise.
Nikhil Sosale, the marketing head of RCB, and two officials from DNA entertainment company, Sunil Mathew and Kiran Kumar, have been arrested by police.
Retired High Court judge Michael D’Cunha will head a one-man judicial commission to probe into the circumstances leading to the stampede.
While the judicial commission has been asked to give its report within 30 days, facts that have emerged on Thursday reveal grave lapses that caused the tragic deaths of 11 cricket fans.
There are reports that Bengaluru Police had earlier declined to give permission to hold the victory parade at such short notice, but phone calls from senior ministers, particularly Deputy CM D.K. Shivakumar, to police officials forced the latter to allow holding the event at short notice.
Karnataka government’s counsel failed to give correct answers to queries raised by the High Court on Thursday. The counsel tried to argue that the event was not organised by the state government, but by the RCB and KSCA.
The High Court was told 1,483 police personnel were deployed at the stadium, while more than 2.5 lakh fans had assembled outside. Since the High Court will hear this matter on June 10, the state government has now suspended the city police commissioner and other IPS officials, while arresting the organisers from RCB and the event company.
It seems that the Karnataka government is trying to hide the truth about the unfortunate tragedy that took place. Is the government trying to shield somebody and make others scapegoats? D.K. Shivakumar is a Bengaluru resident. He knows the people and this city like the back of his hand. He knew what would happen if several lakh youths reach a single location to see Virat Kohli and his team.
Is it not a fact that police had suggested holding the celebration on Sunday?
Is it not a fact that senior police officials told ministers that most of the police force was already exhausted due to nightlong celebrations by RCB fans?
Did D.K. Shivakumar ignore police warning and insisted that the event be held the very next day because most of the international players in RCB were not willing to wait for three days? Both RCB and KSCA officials were in constant touch with Shivakumar, and it seems that the deputy chief minister was the main organiser of the event.
Karnataka High Court has done the right thing in posing specific questions. One of the highlights of this entire episode is that Chief Minister Siddaramaiah kept himself away from managing the event. The CM may now use this tragedy to corner his known detractor D.K. Shivakumar politically. He has left no room for Shivakumar to say that the tragedy should not be politicized.

India’s New Normal: Death for terrorists and their handlers

Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, at an event in the US embassy in Islamabad, praised President Donald Trump for his role in, what he said, “helping de-escalate tensions with India”, a claim that India has publicly denied. Shehbaz Sharif urged the US to facilitate a comprehensive dialogue between India and Pakistan.
Watching the remarks of the Pakistani PM, his foreign minister and PPP chief Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, it seems both the government and army in Pakistan have reposed their entire faith in the US in the hope that they would be saved from India’s wrath.
Shehbaz Sharif said, “Alhamdulillah (By the mercy of Allah), there is now ceasefire and I hope and pray to God that this ceasefire should continue for long, so that we can get time for trade, investment and growth….I am very much impressed by President Trump’s vision who wants to bring trade, investment and tariff on a rational footing. It is like a fresh breath of air”.
In New York, Sharif’s main envoy Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, addressing NRPs (Non-resident Pakistanis) hoped that Trump would persuade India to start talks with Pakistan.
Meanwhile, Pakistan Defence Minister Khawaza Asif has said that Pakistan has decided to walk out of 1972 Shimla Agreement with India and go back to 1948 position on Kashmir. Asif said, this step was taken because India has suspended the 1960 Indus Waters Treaty.
Watching the remarks of Pakistani leaders, one must understand the difference in approach of both India and Pakistan:
Pakistan PM is asking Trump to persuade India to start a dialogue, while our Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said, there was neither any role for a third country in the past, nor will there be any such role in future.
Pakistan’s Foreign Minister wants a comprehensive dialogue with India, while Indian External Affairs Minister has clearly said, if at all there will be talks, it will be on handing over wanted terrorist leaders and return of Pak Occupied Kashmir to India.
Pakistan’s request to the US is that it should ensure that the current ceasefire remains permanent, while India has clearly said that there is only a ‘pause’ in military operations and Operation Sindoor will continue.
Pakistan’s leaders are praising Trump as a Man of Peace, who stalled a nuclear war, while India’s stand is clear: whosoever may have talked to anybody, the firings and air attacks were put on ‘pause’ at the request of Pakistan army’s DGMO.
Pakistan wants an international level probe into the Pahalgam massacre, while India has clearly said, there are evidence of Pakistan’s involvement and there is no need for a probe nor is there any need for handing over evidence to Pakistan. India has said, whenever evidence was shared with Pakistan in the past, it used them to help the terrorists.
On one hand, all the leaders of Pakistan are going head over heels in praising Trump, but on the other hand, not a single mature leader from India has given any importance to Trump’s claims.
India’s policy is clear: We are not going to be blackmailed by nuclear threats. The entire territory of Pakistan is now within the range of our missiles. Our armies have gone deep inside Pakistan to strike, and if any big terrorist attack takes place again, Pakistan will break up into pieces.

Social media influencers : Be careful of Pakistan’s ISI

It seems the Pakistan’s espionage agency ISI has given charge of setting up a network of moles and spies inside India to a female travel agent, nicknamed ‘Madam N’ alias Naushaba Shehzad Masood of Lahore, who runs an agency named Jaiyana Travel. It was she who ‘recruited’ alleged spies in India like Jyoti Malhotra, Jasbir Singh, Gagandeep Singh and Shakoor Khan.
Delhi Police claims, during interrogation of social media influencers arrested in this espionage case, it was revealed that Madam N was trying to set up a chain of sleeper cells inside India. Her phone number was saved by several media influencers here. Jyoti Malhotra and Jasbir Singh have admitted they met Naushaba in Lahore, who set up meetings with Pakistani army, police and ISI officers.
Naushaba’s main targets were social media influencers and travel bloggers. She used to arrange Pakistan visas for them from her contacts like Danish, First Secretary Suhail Qamar and Trade Counsellor Umar Shaharyar, in the High Commission in Delhi. A single phone call from Naushaba was enough to get a Pakistan visa.
Running a travel agency is not a crime, but carrying out espionage in the guise of travel is a crime. Becoming a YouTuber and making reels is not a crime, but to pass on sensitive info about India to Pakistan is a crime.
Pakistan’s modus operandi is clear. ISI handlers focused on friendships with YouTubers and travel bloggers, offered them visas to travel across Pakistan and introduced them to ISI officers for the purpose of information gathering.
Sadly, these YouTubers sold their conscience for a fistful of money and betrayed their motherland. Such persons should not be forgiven. They are traitors and must not be spared. At the same time, any innocent Indian must not be punished because of inadequate evidence.

बेंगलुरु में हुई भगदड़ में 11 लोगों की मौत का ज़िम्मेदार कौन है? किसने बिना किसी तैयारी के बेंगलुरु के हजारों क्रिकेट फैन्स की जान जोखिम में डाली ? बिना सुरक्षा इंतज़ामात के लाखों लोगों को किसने बुलाया?

कर्नाटक सरकार ने बैंगलुरु के पुलिस कमिशनर बी. शिवानंद और तीन वरिष्ठ पुलिस अफसरों को निलम्बित कर दिया है. साथ ही Royal Challengers Bengaluru के marketing head और event management company DNA के दो अधिकारियों को गिरफ्तार किया है. बेंगलुरु पुलिस ने कर्नाटक राज्य क्रिकेट एसोसिएशन, RCB, DNA entertainment company के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज़ किया है. राज्य सरकार ने कर्नाटक हाई कोर्ट के रिटायर्ड जज की अध्यक्षता में न्यायिक आयोग गठित किया है और उससे 30 दिन के अंदर रिपोर्ट देने को कहा है.

कर्नाटक हाईकोर्ट ने राज्य सरकार के रोल पर उंगलियां उठाई हैं. गुरुवार को सुनवाई के दौरान कोर्ट ने सरकार से पूछा कि चिन्नास्वामी स्टेडियम में इतनी भीड़ किसने इक्कठी की? प्रोग्राम के लिए पुलिस और प्रशासन ने क्या तैयारी की थी? कितने सुरक्षाकर्मी तैनात किए गए थे? भीड़ नियंत्रण के लिए क्या कदम उठाए गए थे? किसी दुर्घटना की स्थिति में लोगों को बाहर ले जाने के लिए क्या गया था? लेकिन सरकार ने कोई ठोस जबाव नहीं दिया.

कर्नाटक सरकार की तरफ से कोर्ट को बताया गया कि ये प्रोग्राम सरकार का नहीं था, यह प्रोग्राम रॉयल चैलेन्जर्स बैंगलूरू और कर्नाटक राज्य क्रिकेट एसोसिएशन की तरफ से हुआ था. स्टेडियम की क्षमता चालीस हजार है, इसके हिसाब से 1,483 पुलिस कर्मियों की तैनाती की गई थी. लेकिन स्टेडियम के बाहर ढ़ाई लाख से ज्यादा लोग इक्कठा हो गए जिसकी वजह से हालात बेकाबू हुए. कोर्ट ने सरकार के रवैए पर नाराजगी जाहिर की और हादसे की जांच की स्टेटस रिपोर्ट पेश करने का आदेश दिया.

विराट कोहली की टीम को देखने आए फैंस के साथ जो दर्दनाक हादसा हुआ, उस पर क्या अब लीपापोती करने की कोशिश की जा रही है? क्या किसी को फंसाने और किसी को बचाने की कोशिश हो रही है?

डी.के. शिवकुमार बेंगलुरु के हैं, वह यहां के लोगों को अच्छी तरह जानते हैं, शहर का चप्पा-चप्पा पहचानते हैं, उन्हें मालूम है, ये नौजवानों का शहर है. क्या उन्हें ये पता नहीं था कि विराट की जीतने वाली टीम को देखने लाखों नौजवान सड़कों पर उतरेंगे? क्या पुलिस ने डी.के. शिवकुमार को ये सुझाव दिया था कि रविवार को समारोह रखा जाए? क्या डी.के. शिवकुमार ने पुलिस की चेतावनी को दरकिनार किया?

जब पुलिसकर्मियों ने शिवकुमार को बताया कि ज्यादातर पुलिसवाले रात भर जीत का जश्न मनाने वाले लोगों को सुरक्षा दे रहे थे, सो नहीं पाए, तो भी शिवकुमार ने पुलिस को इस इवेंट के लिए सुरक्षा देने के लिए क्यों मजबूर किया? क्या मजबूरी ये थी कि बहुत सारे शी खिलाड़ी तीन दिन इंतजार नहीं करते, वापस लौट जाते, इसीलिए ये समारोह जल्दबाजी में किया गया?

RCB और क्रिकेट एसोसिएशन दोनों लगातार डी.के. शिवकुमार के संपर्क में थे. इस समारोह के मुख्य आयोजक शिवकुमार थे. अच्छी बात ये है कि हाईकोर्ट ने सरकार से सवाल पूछे हैं.

इस मामले की एक खास पहलू ये भी है कि मुख्यमंत्री सिद्धरामैया ने अपने आप को इस समारोह के आय़ोजन से अलग रखा था. अब सिद्धरामैया इस केस का इस्तेमाल शिवकुमार को घेरने के लिए करेंगे. और शिवकुमार ये भी नहीं कह पाएंगे कि इस मामले में राजनीति नहीं होनी चाहिए.

नया भारत : आतंकवादियों को घर में घुस कर मारता है

पाकिस्तान की सरकार और वहां की फौज अब पूरी तरह अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप की शरण में हैं. अब पाकिस्तान का हर नेता ये दावा कर रहा है कि ट्रंप ने पाकिस्तान को भारत के कहर से बचाया, आगे भी ट्रंप ही सब संभालेंगे. पाकिस्तान के वज़ीर-ए-आज़म शहबाज़ शरीफ़, पूर्व विदेश मंत्री बिलावल भुट्टो और पाकिस्तान का मीडिया सब ये कह रहे हैं कि भारत की मार से बेहाल होने के बाद पाकिस्तान ने अमेरिका से मदद की गुहार लगाई थी, ट्रंप की वजह से ही बचे.

इस्लामाबाद में अमेरिकी दूतावास के एक प्रोग्राम में शहबाज़ शरीफ़ ने ट्रंप की तारीफ़ों के पुल बांध दिए. कहा, कि ट्रंप ने सीज़फ़ायर में मदद करके पाकिस्तान पर बहुत बड़ा एहसान किया, ट्रंप के आने से पाकिस्तान को बहुत फ़ायदा हुआ है.

शहबाज़ शरीफ ने कहा, “ अलहमदुलिल्लाह, युद्धविराम हो गया है. और मैं उम्मीद करता हूं और ऊपरवाले से प्रार्थना करता हूं कि ये युद्धविराम लंबे वक़्त तक बना रहेगा, जिसकी बुनियाद पर हम निवेश, व्यापार और तरक़्क़ी की आलीशान इमारत खड़ी कर सकेंगे. …मैं राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप के विज़न से बहुत प्रेरित हूं. उनका विज़न व्यापार, निवेश और टैरिफ को तर्कसंगत बनाने का है जो हमारे लिए हवा के ताज़े झोंके जैसा है.”

न्यूयॉर्क में पाकिस्तानी मूल के लोगों को संबोधित करते हुए बिलावल भुट्टो ने कहा कि जिस तरह अमेरिका और दूसरे देशों ने सीज़फ़ायर कराने में पाकिस्तान की मदद की, उसी तरह उन्हें उम्मीद है कि अब ट्रंप भारत को पाकिस्तान के साथ बात करने के लिए भी तैयार कर लेंगे.

पाकिस्तान और भारत की सोच में फर्क समझने की जरूरत है.

पाकिस्तान के प्रधानमंत्री ट्रंप से कह रहे हैं, भारत से बातचीत करवा दो. प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने कह दिया कि इस मामले में किसी तीसरे देश का कोई रोल ना था..ना होगा.

पाकिस्तान के विदेश मंत्री भी भारत के साथ विस्तृत वार्ता की बात कर रहे हैं. भारत के विदेश मंत्री ने साफ कहा है, बात होगी तो पाकिस्तान में छिपे आतंकवादियों को भारत को सौंपने पर होगी, बात होगी तो PoK भारत को लौटाने पर होगी.

पाकिस्तान की अमेरिका से अनुरोध है कि सीज़फायर को परमानेंट करवा दो, भारत ने साफ कहा है कि ये pause है, ऑपरेशन सिंदूर अभी जारी है.

पाकिस्तान के हुक्मरान ट्रंप को man of peace बता रहे हैं, ये कहकर कि ट्रंप ने न्यूक्लियर वॉर रुकवा दी. भारत का स्टैंड साफ है. बात किसी ने कुछ भी की हो, फायरिंग और हवाई हमले पाकिस्तान के DGMO के अनुरोध पर रोके गए.

पाकिस्तान कह रहा है कि पहलगाम में हुए आतंकी हमले की अन्तरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर जांच कराई जाए. भारत ने साफ कहा है कि हमारे पास पाकिस्तान के हमले में हाथ होने के सबूत हैं और इस मामले में न किसी जांच की जरूरत है, न सबूत देने की. जब-जब भारत ने सबूत दिए हैं, पाकिस्तान ने उसका इस्तेमाल आतंकवादियों की मदद के लिए किया है.

पाकिस्तान के सारे लीडर ट्रंप की तारीफों के पुल बांध रहे हैं, ट्रंप के सामने नतमस्तक हैं. भारत के किसी समझदार लीडर ने ट्रंप की बातों को कोई महत्व नहीं दिया. नीति स्पष्ट है अब भारत nuclear बम की धमकी से नहीं डरेगा.

पाकिस्तान का कोना कोना हमारी missiles की जद में है. हमने घर में घुसकर मारा है और अगर फिर से दहशतगर्दी हुई तो इस बार ऐसी तबाही होगी कि पाकिस्तान के टुकड़े-टुकड़े हो जाएंगे.

सोशल मीडिया वालों, पाकिस्तान की ISI से बच के रहो

भारत में पाकिस्तान के जासूसों के नेटवर्क को तैयार करने का जिम्मा ISI ने एक महिला ट्रेवल एजेंट को दिया था. ज्योति मल्होत्रा, जसबीर सिंह, गगनदीप सिंह और शकूर खान जैसे दर्जनों लोगों को जासूसी रैकेट में किसने भर्ती किया? दिल्ली पुलिस का दावा है कि जासूसी के आरोप में जो सोशल मीडिया इन्फ्लुएंसर्स पकड़े गए हैं, उनसे पूछताछ में खुलासा हुआ है कि पाकिस्तानी जासूसों का गिरोह लाहौर की इस महिला ने तैयार किया है, जिसका नाम है नौशाबा.

नौशाबा लाहौर की एक टूर ऑपरेटर है. लाहौर में जयाना ट्रैवल्स के नाम से टूर एंड ट्रैवल एजेंसी चला रही है. दिल्ली पुलिस का दावा है कि इस ट्रैवल एंजेंसी की आड़ में भारत में ISI के स्लीपर सेल्स का नैटवर्क तैयार कर रही थी. जासूसी के आरोप में पकड़ी गई ज्योति मल्होत्रा और जसबीर सिंह के फोन से नौशाबा का नंबर मिला.

पुलिस ने इसके बारे में पूछताछ की तो नौशाबा के बारे में पता चला. ISI के लोग नौशाबा को मैडम N के कोड नेम से बुलाते हैं. इसी नाम से जासूसी के आरोप में गिरफ्तार लोगों के फोन में उसका नंबर saved था. ज्योति और जसबीर दोनों ने बताया कि पाकिस्तान के दौरे के वक्त लाहौर में उनकी मुलाक़ात मैडम N यानी नौशाबा से कराई गई थी. नौशाबा ने ही उन लोगों की मुलाक़ात पाकिस्तानी आर्मी, पुलिस और ISI के ऑफ़िसर्स से मीटिंग कराई थी.

नौशाबा असल में ISI की हैंडलर है जिसको भारत में पाकिस्तान के स्लीपर सेल तैयार करने की ज़िम्मेदारी दी गई थी. करतारपुर कॉरिडोर खुलने के बाद नौशाबा काफ़ी सक्रिय हुई. उसने भारत के सोशल मीडिया इन्फ्लुएंसर्स और ट्रैवल ब्लॉगर्स को पाकिस्तान बुलाया. नौशाबा ने ही इन सबको पाकिस्तान का वीज़ा भी दिलवाया. नौशाबा भारत के यात्रियों को पाकिस्तान में काफ़ी सुविधाएं दिलाती थी, बड़े अफ़सरों से मिलवाती थी और इस तरह भारतीय नागरिकों पर अपनी धाक जमाकर, उनको अपने झांसे में लेती थी और फिर पाकिस्तान के लिए जासूसी करने को तैयार करती थी.

नौशाबा का पूरा नाम नौशाबा शहज़ाद मसूद है. उनके पति पाकिस्तान सिविल सर्विस का रिटायर्ड अफसर है. नौशाबा का पाकिस्तानी हाई कमीशन के अफसर दानिश , फर्स्ट सेक्रेटरी सुहैल क़मर और ट्रेड काउंसलर उमर शहरयार से संपर्क था. नौशाबा के फोन पर किसी को भी पाकिस्तान का वीजा मिल जाता था. हाल ही में मैडम नौशाबा ने दिल्ली और भारत के दूसरे शहरों में अपने एजेंट एपॉइंट किए हैं जो सोशल मीडिया पर उसकी ट्रैवल एजेंसी का प्रचार कर रहे हैं.

ट्रैवल एजेंसी चलाना गुनाह नहीं है, लेकिन इसकी आड़ में जासूसी करवाना गुनाह है.

यूट्यूबर होना, रील बनाना अपराध नहीं है, पर इनका कवर लेकर पाकिस्तान को सेंसेटिव इंफॉर्मेशन पहुंचाना अपराध है. पाकिस्तान का मोडस ऑपरेंडी बिलकुल साफ है. यूट्यूबर्स को दोस्त बनाओ, उन्हें पाकिस्तान घुमाओ, वहां ISI के अफसरों से मिलवाओ और फिर उन्हें गुप्त सूचना इकट्ठा करने के काम पर लगाओ.

दुख की बात ये है कि इन यूट्यूबर्स ने थोड़े से पैसे के लालच में अपना ईमान बेच दिया, अपनी मातृभूमि का सौदा किया. इन लोगों को माफ नहीं किया जाना चाहिए. जो देशद्रोही है, उसे बख्शा नहीं जाना चाहिए लेकिन साथ ही किसी बेकसूर को फंसाना भी नहीं चाहिए.

The tragedy that took place near Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru on Wednesday was unfortunate. A huge crowd of Royal Challengers Bengaluru fans swarmed to the stadium to join the maiden IPL victory celebration and a stampede broke out near Gate 7. Women and children were crushed to death and many collapsed due to asphyxiation.
While fans were being trampled upon outside the stadium gate, the Karnataka chief minister was busy getting his photos and videos taken with RCB captain Virat Kohli and his team inside the stadium. While screaming fans were crying out for help after being crushed in the stampede 100 meters away, the Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister was getting his reel made carrying the IPL Cup with RCB players.
With no ambulance in sight, desperate fans carried the injured people on their shoulders to nearby hospitals. The organisers of IPL victory celebration knew that a big stampede had broken out, innocent people were dying and those injured were crying out in pain in hospitals, and yet, the celebrations continued inside the stadium.
The deputy chief minister said, there was no lapse on part of his police. He said, police did not know that a huge crowd would descend to the stadium. This remark was like putting salt to the wounds.
Throughout the world, it is the duty of police to keep track of crowds and anticipate the number of people who would converge at a given location. When thousands of RCB fans came out on the streets of Bengaluru on Tuesday night to celebrate their team’s IPL win, it should have been enough for police and authorities to make a fair calculation about the number of people that would come to watch its team carrying the IPL Cup at the victory parade.
On Wednesday morning, when RCB team arrived at Bengaluru airport carrying the IPL Cup, a huge crowd of fans was present. By that time, police could have made an assessment about how many fans would turn out when the victory parade would reach the stadium. By afternoon, a huge crowd of people had already assembled near the Vidhan Soudha. Police could have anticipated what would happen if a crowd bigger than this would try to reach the stadium.
Deputy CM D. K. Shivakumar is an experienced administrator. He should have known the arrangements that should have been put in place. The fact is, both the Chief Minister and Deputy CM were in a hurry to celebrate the victory and get their pictures and videos snapped with Virat Kohli and his team. The celebration was organised in a hurry. Police did not get time to make a proper ‘bandobust’ (arrangement). The unfortunate tragedy took place. Neither the cricket team nor the fans should be blamed for the stampede.
It is the police and administration which is responsible for this tragedy. Accountability must be fixed.

बेंगलुरु में Royal Challengers की IPL Trophy जीत का जश्न मौत के मातम में बदल गया. मंगलवार रात से बेंगलुरु में खुशी का माहौल था. 18 साल के इंतजार के बाद रॉयल चैलेंजर्स बेंगलुरु ने IPL टूर्नामेंट में जीत हासिल की थी. कर्नाटक सरकार ने चिन्नास्वामी स्टेडियम में बड़ा समारोह आयोजित किया. इसी स्टेडियम में लोगों ने विराट कोहली को उनकी टीम को हर क्रिकेट मैच के दौरान Cheer किया था. बुधवार को उसी स्टेडियम के बाहर भीड़ बेकाबू हो गई. 11 लोगों की मौत हो गई, और 50 से ज्यादा लोग घायल हुए.

ये वाकई बहुत दुखद है. विराट कोहली 18 साल से RCB को IPL टूनामेंट जिताने में लगे थे. वह बेंगलुरु में फैंस को थैंक्यू कहना चाहते थे. कर्नाटक की पूरी सरकार भी जश्न के मूड में थी. इस चक्कर में सुरक्षा के इंतजाम करना भूल गए. भीड़ नियंत्रण पर ध्यान देना भूल गए और ये दर्दनाक हादसा हुआ. पुलिस भीड़ को काबू में करने में विफल हो गई. घायलों को ले जाने के लिए एंबुलेंस कम पड़ गईं. स्टेडियम के गेट पर सिक्योरिटी वाले लोग कम थे, बैरिकेड नहीं लगाए गए थे. विराट के फैंस ये सोचकर आए थे कि फ्री में एंट्री मिलेगी, जश्न मनाएंगे, लेकिन उनको मौत का तांडव देखने को मिला.

बेंगलुरु में जो हुआ वह अत्यन्त दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है. बाहर लोग भीड़ में दबकर दम तोड़ते रहे और स्टेडियम के अंदर जीत का जश्न चलता रहा. चिन्नास्वामी स्टेडियम में मुख्यमंत्री विराट कोहली की टीम के साथ फोटो खिंचवाते रहे और 100 मीटर की दूरी पर विराट के फैंस एक दूसरे पर गिरते रहे.

स्टेडियम के अंदर उपमुख्यमंत्री RCB के खिलाड़ियों के साथ IPL का कप उठाकर रील बनवाते रहे और बाहर एंबुलेंस की कमी के कारण लोग घायलों को कंधों पर उठाकर अस्पताल पहुंचाते रहे. आयोजन करने वालों को खबर मिल चुकी थी कि बेकसूर लोगों की मौत हुई है, अस्पतालों में घायल दर्द से तड़प रहे हैं लेकिन जश्न चलता रहा.

उपमुख्यमंत्री बोले कि पुलिस की कोई गलती नहीं है, पता नहीं था कि इतनी बड़ी संख्या में लोग आएंगे. ये जले पर नमक छिड़कने जैसा था. कहां कितनी भीड़ आएगी, इसका अंदाजा लगाना पुलिस का काम होता है.

मंगलवार की रात IPL में RCB की जीत के बाद बेंगलुरु में जिस तरह से सड़कों पर लोग उतरे उसके बाद ये समझना मुश्किल नहीं था कि जब टीम लौटेगी तो फैंस कितनी बड़ी संख्या में आएंगे. बुधवार की सुबह जब टीम एयरपोर्ट पर उतरी तो जितने लोग आए, उसके बाद पुलिस को असेसमेंट हो जाना चाहिए था कि स्टेडियम में कितने लोग आ जाएंगे.

दोपहर में विधान सौध के बाहर जिस कदर लोगों की भीड़ उमड़ी थी, उसे देख कर तो पुलिस को संभल जाना चाहिए था. डी.के. शिवकुमार तो अनुभवी प्रशासक हैं. उन्हें तो अंदाजा हो जाना चाहिए था कि किस तरह के इंतजाम की ज़रूरत है.

सच तो ये है कि मुख्यमंत्री और उपमुख्यमंत्री को जीत का जश्न मनाने की जल्दी थी, विराट कोहली की टीम के साथ फोटो खिंचवाने की जल्दी थी. उन्होंने जल्दबाजी में जश्न का आयोजन किया. पुलिस को तैयारी करने का मौका नहीं मिला और ये दर्दनाक हादसा हुआ. इसके लिए न तो क्रिकेट टीम को ज़िम्मेदार मानना चाहिए, न ही उन फैंस को जो प्लेयर्स को देखने आए थे. इसके लिए सिर्फ पुलिस और प्रशासन जिम्मेदार है. इसकी जवाबदेही तय होना ज़रूरी है.

लोकसभा में विपक्ष के नेता राहुल गांधी ने भोपाल की एक रैली में कहा कि अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप के दबाव में आकर प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने युद्धविराम के मामले में ‘सरेंडर’ कर दिया. राहुल ने मज़ाकिया लहज़े में कहा, “ट्रंप ने फोन किया और कहा मोदी जी कैसे हो, नरेंदर… सरेंडर, और नरेंद्र मोदी सरेंडर हो गए.” राहुल ने कहा कि “बीजेपी और RSS का यही करैक्टर है, ज़रा सा प्रेशर पड़ता है, तो भाग जाते हैं.”

दिल्ली में मंगलवार को इंडी अलायंस के नेताओं की बैठक में 16 विरोधी दलों के नेता पहुंचे. इन दलों ने मांग की कि संसद का विशेष सत्र बुलाया जाय. बुधवार को ऐलान हुआ कि संसद का मॉनसून सत्र 21 जुलाई से 12 अगस्त तक होगा.

ऑपरेशन सिंदूर को लेकर राहुल गांधी और उनकी पार्टी के नेताओं के बयानों को पाकिस्तान खूब भुना रहा है. विपक्ष के नेताओं के बयान दिखाकर पाकिस्तान ये नैरेटिव बनाने की कोशिश कर रहा है कि ऑपरेशन सिंदूर की कामयाबी के दावों पर भारत के विरोधी दल ही सवाल उठा रहे हैं. राहुल गांधी संवैधानिक पद पर हैं और उन्हें अपने शब्दों के तयन में सावधानी बरतनी चाहिए थी.

जहां तक संसद में सवाल पूछने की बात है, सवाल पूछने में कोई बुराई नहीं है. संसद के विशेष सत्र की मांग करने में कोई बुराई नहीं है. विरोधी दलों के नेता संसद का विशेष सत्र क्यों बुलाना चाहते हैं ? क्या वे संसद में हमारी सेना की शौर्य की गाथा सुनेंगे या प्रधानमंत्री मोदी से सवाल पूछकर हीरो बनने की कोशिश करेंगे? वो संसद में कहेंगे कि मोदी ने ट्रंप के सामने सरेंडर कर दिया, वो कहेंगे कि मोदी की डिप्लोमेसी फेल हो गई, वो कहेंगे कि भारत पूरी दुनिया में अलग-थलग पड़ गया. वो सेना की तारीफ करेंगे और सेना को खुली छूट देने वालों को कायर कहेंगे. वे सेना का गुणगान करेंगे लेकिन सेना के हाथ मजबूत करने वाले नेता का अपमान करेंगे.

सवाल ये है कि क्या ये सब करने से भारत का फायदा होगा? क्या ये सब कहने से हमारी फौज का मनोबल बढ़ेगा?

जहां तक ट्रंप के सामने मोदी के सरेंडर का सवाल है, तो उसका जवाब चीफ ऑफ डिफेंस स्टाफ जनरल अनिल चौहान, हमारी सेना, हमारे विदेश मंत्री और हमारे प्रधानमंत्री दे चुके हैं. वो ये कि ऑपरेशन सिंदूर रोकने का फैसला पाकिस्तानी सेना के DGMO की गुज़ारिश पर किया गया.

सबसे अच्छा जवाब कांग्रेस सांसद शशि थरूर ने दिया, उन्होने mediation और facilitation के बीच फर्क को समझाया.कांग्रेस नेता सलमान खुर्शीद ने साफ कहा कि भारत किसी तीसरे देश को मध्यस्थता करने की इजाज़त नहीं देगा. लेकिन राहुल गांधी और उनकी पार्टी के लोग न तो शशि थरूर की बात सुनना चाहते हैं और न ही सलमान खुर्शीद की. ये दोनों कांग्रेस की सरकारों में विदेश मंत्री रह चुके हैं, विदेश नीति को जानते हैं लेकिन इनकी बातें आजकल राहुल गांधी को सूट नहीं करती.

पाक फौज : 48 घंटे का प्लान, 8 घंटे में घुटने पर

ऑपरेशन सिंदूर की हक़ीक़त क्या थी, पाकिस्तान का क्या हाल हुआ, इसका पूरा ब्यौरा चीफ ऑफ डिफेंस स्टाफ जनरल अनिल चौहान ने बताया. जनरल चौहान ने बताया कि पाकिस्तान ने भारत के ख़िलाफ़ कार्रवाई के लिए 48 घंटे की प्लानिंग की थी लेकिन हमारी सेना ने इतना ज़बरदस्त हमला किया कि पाकिस्तान ने सिर्फ़ 8 घंटे में घुटने टेक दिए.

पुणे में फ्यूचर ऑफ वॉर लेक्चर के दौरान जनरल चौहान ने कहा कि पाकिस्तानी फौज ने ऑपरेशन बुनयान उन मरसूस के दौरान भारत पर लगातार दो दिन तक हमला करने की तैयारी की थी लेकिन जब 10 मई को भारत ने पाकिस्तान के 11 एयरबेस पर ड्रोन और मिसाइल से हमले करने शुरू किए तो सिर्फ आठ घंटे के बाद पाकिस्तान की तरफ से सीज़फ़ायर के लिए फ़ोन की घंटी बज गई.

जनरल अनिल चौहान ने कहा कि पाकिस्तान जानता था कि अगर वो युद्धविराम के लिए अनुरोध नहीं करेगा, सफेद झंडा नहीं लहराएगा, तो उसे और भारी नुकसान होगा.

मंगलवार को भारतीय वायु सेना ने ऑपरेशन सिंदूर के दौरान पाकिस्तान को हुए नुकसान का ब्य़ौरा दिया. पता लगा कि भारत के जवाबी प्रहार में पाकिस्तान के छह फाइटर जेट तबाह हो गए, पाकिस्तान का अमेरिकन C-130 हरक्यूलिस परिवहन विमान भारत के हमले में बर्बाद हो गया. ये विमान काफ़ी महंगा है. इसकी क़ीमत करीब 16.5 करोड़ डॉलर यानि 14 सौ करोड़ रूपए है. भारत के हमले में पाकिस्तान की कई क्रूज़ मिसाइल्स भी नष्ट हो गईं. भारतीय सेना ने पाकिस्तान के 10 से ज़्यादा काउंटर ड्रोन भी नष्ट कर दिए. पाकिस्तान के कई रडार सिस्टम, एयर डिफेंस सिस्टम भी बर्बाद हुए. पाकिस्तान के 11 एयरबेस का क्या हाल हुआ, इसकी तस्वीरें तो अब पूरी दुनिया देख चुकी है.

जनरल चौहान ने कहा कि अब युद्ध के मैदान का दायरा बहुत फैल गया है. अब केवल जल, थल और नभ जैसे पारंपरिक मोर्चों पर ही लड़ाई नहीं हो रही है, बल्कि अब तो अंतरिक्ष, साइबर और इलेक्ट्रोमैग्नेटिक क्षेत्रों में भी जंग हो रही है. उन चार दिनों के दौरान दोनों देशों के बीच इलेक्ट्रोमैग्नेटिक मोर्चे और साइबर क्षेत्र में भी टक्कर हुई. पहले युद्ध क्षेत्र पांच से दस किलोमीटर तक फैला रहता था, अब भारत के हथियारों की ज़द में पूरा का पूरा पाकिस्तान आ गया है.

भारत का अगला action तैयार : घबराया पाकिस्तान

पाकिस्तान ने पूरी दुनिया के सामने माना कि ऑपरेशन सिंदूर के दौरान भारत ने उसे बुरी तरह मारा, भारत जितना बता रहा है, उससे कहीं ज्यादा तबाह किया. पाकिस्तान पीपुल्स पार्टी के अध्यक्ष बिलावल भुट्टो जो डोजियर लेकर अमेरिका पहुंचे हैं, उसमें लिखा है कि पाकिस्तान का ऐसा कोई कोना नहीं हैं, जहां भारत की मिसाइल्स न पहुंची हों. बिलावल ने कहा कि भारत ने सिर्फ बीस जगहों पर हमला करने की बात कही है, लेकिन हकीकत ये है कि भारतीय वायु सेना ने 28 स्थानों पर हमले किए.

पाकिस्तान ने माना है कि भारत ने बलोचिस्तान को छोड़कर उसके हर सूबे पर हमले किये. पाकिस्तान के डॉज़ियर में लिखा है कि भारत के निशाने पर ख़ास तौर पर पाकिस्तान का पंजाब सूबा था. रावलपिंडी, गुजरात और लाहौर से लेकर रहीम यार ख़ान तक पंजाब के 16 ठिकानों पर हमले किए. भारतीय वायु सेना ने सिंध सूबे में कराची और दूसरे सबसे बड़े शहर हैदराबाद के अलावा छोर, मानों और जैकोबाबाद में उसके एयरबेस को निशाना बनाया और ख़ैबर पख़्तूनख़्वाह में पेशावर पर हमला किया.

इससे ये तो साफ है कि पाकिस्तान भी मान रहा है कि पूरा मुल्क भारतीय सेना की जद में है. पाकिस्तान ने एक चालाकी जरूर की. जो डोजियर तैयार किया, उसमें सैनिक ठिकानों के साथ साथ सिविलयन इलाकों और धार्मिक स्थलों को भी निशाना बनाने का आरोप लगाया. बिलावल भुट्टो का नेतृत्व वाला पाकिस्तानी प्रतिनिधिमंडल न्यूयॉर्क में ये डॉज़ियर दुनिया के तमाम देशों के राजनयिकों को बांट रहा है.

बिलावल भुट्टो चिल्ला चिल्ला कर कह रहे हैं कि अभी भले ही पाकिस्तान और भारत के बीच ceasefire हो गया हो लेकिन खतरा अभी टला नहीं है, इसलिए भारत को समझाएं. बिलावल ने कहा कि दो एटमी ताकतों के बीच जंग कभी भी फिर से छिड़ सकती है क्योंकि कोई भी आतंकी अगर भारत पर हमला करेगा, तो भारत पाकिस्तान पर हमला कर देगा.

बिलावल भुट्टो वही बोल रहे हैं जो फील्ड मार्शल आसिम मुनीर ने उन्हें रटा कर भेजा है. लेकिन हकीकत यही है कि पाकिस्तान को मार अच्छे से पड़ी है, जिसका दर्द अभी तक कम नहीं हुआ है. पाकिस्तान के एयरबेस इतनी बुरी तरह बर्बाद हुए हैं कि अभी तक रिपेयर का काम पूरा नहीं हो पाया है. आज ही पाकिस्तान के भोलारी एयरबेस की एक सेटेलाइट इमेज सामने आई है, इसमें साफ दिख रहा है कि इस एयरबेस की एयरस्ट्रिप और हैंगर को अभी तक तिरपाल से ढक कर रखा गया है, यहां पर रिपेयरिंग का काम चल रहा है.

ऑपरेशन सिंदूर का खौफ पाकिस्तान के हर नेता के दिल में है. सबको लगता है कि खतरा अभी टला नहीं है, भारत फिर हमला कर सकता है. पाकिस्तान के रक्षा मंत्री ख्वाजा आसिफ़ ने एक पाकिस्तानी न्यूज चैनल पर कहा कि उन्हें तो लगता है कि भारत पाकिस्तान पर फिर से हमला कर सकता है और इस बार हमला पहले से ज़्यादा भयानक होगा.

पाकिस्तान का डोजियर देखने के बाद, CDS जनरल अनिल चौहान की बात सुनने के बाद, पांच बातें साफ है.

एक, भारत की फौज ने जितना बताया, पाकिस्तान की फौज को उससे कहीं ज्यादा नुकसान पहुंचाया.

दूसरी बात, पाकिस्तान का हर कोना अब भारत के हथियारों की रेंज में है.

तीसरी बात, नए ज़माने की जंग में ड्रोन में, डेटा में, सेंसर में, हाइपरसॉनिक वॉर में भारत की सेना बहुत advanced है, पाकिस्तान के मुकाबले बहुत आगे है.

चौथी बात, 11 एयरबेस की तबाही के बाद पाकिस्तान के DGMO ने फोन करके फायरिंग रोकने का अनुरोध किया, लेकिन भारत ने तुरंत फैसला नहीं किया. विचार करने के बाद ऑपरेशन सिंदूर को स्थिगत किया गया. इस फैसले का कारण अमेरिका का दबाव बिलकुल नहीं था.

पांचवी बात, पाकिस्तान को युद्ध में हराने के बाद इन्फॉर्मेशन वॉर लड़नी पड़ी और इस इन्फॉर्मेशन वॉर में पाकिस्तान ने भारत के कई नेताओं के बयानों का सहारा लिया. CDS ने जो कहा इसका एक और उदाहरण आज देखने को मिला.

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi ignited another controversy on Tuesday with a sharp jibe at Prime Minister Narendra Modi. While addressing a rally in Bhopal, Rahul Gandhi said, US President Donald Trump rang up Modi and told him, “Narendra, surrender” and the PM complied. Rahul Gandhi went on to say that BJP-RSS people have this habit of surrendering whenever they are pushed to a corner.
Already Pakistani media is using clips of Rahul and his party leaders to sell the narrative that opposition parties in India are themselves questioning the success of Operation Sindoor. Rahul Gandhi is occupying constitutional post, he should have been careful with the choice of words.
No harm in asking questions. Nothing wrong in demanding a special session of Parliament. But exactly what are the leaders of opposition looking for? Are they going to listen to the tales of valour of our armed forces, Or will they pose themselves as heroes by questioning Prime Minister Modi? They will be telling Parliament that Modi “surrendered” to Trump, his diplomacy failed and India stands isolated in the world. These leaders will praise the armed forces, but will insult the leader who gave the army a free hand to deal with the enemy.
The question is, whether this will help India in the long run? Will these questions boost the morale of our jawans and officers ?
As far as “surrendering” at the behest of Trump is concerned, our Chief of Defence Staff Gen Anil Chauhan, our army, our External Affairs Minister and our Prime Minister said the same thing that it was Pakistan army’s DGMO who initiated the move by requesting his Indian counterpart for cessation of hostilities.
Congress MP Shashi Tharoor explained the difference between mediation and facilitation. Salman Khursheed said that India didn’t permit and will never allow a third country to mediate. But Rahul Gandhi and his party leaders are unwilling to listen to Shashi Tharoor or Salman Khursheed. Both Tharoor and Khursheed have worked as External Affairs Ministers during Congress regime. They know the nitty-gritty of foreign policy, but their remarks do not suit Rahul Gandhi.

How Pakistan folded up in 8 hours instead of 48 hours

In his special lecture on “Future Wars and Warfare” organised by the Department of Defence and Strategic Studies of Savitribai Phule Pune University, Chief of Defence Staff Gen. Anil Chauhan revealed, “On the 10th of May, at about 1am, its (Pakistan’s) aim was to get India to its knees in 48 hours. Multiple attacks were launched and… They escalated this conflict…we actually hit only terror targets, but (Pakistan) also (got) into the military domain. From their perspective it would have been rational, in the sense, they would have said you used military means to hit these (terror) targets. But it was also rational on their part that operations, which they thought would continue for 48 hours, folded up in about 8 hours…Then they picked up the telephone and said they wanted to talk.”
Gen Chauhan said, “The decision to fold up operations in eight hours may have stemmed from two things. One, they must have assumed that if they continued, they were likely to lose much more. Hence, they picked up the telephone. And the second thing is that since they had stuck us at multiple fronts, they still did not have the benefit of understanding what they had stuck…So they must have thought that they must have struck and hence it’s time to talk. If they didn’t, they would lose more.”
On Tuesday, an analysis made by the Indian Air Force revealed that, six Pakistan Air Force fighter jets, two high value aircraft, over 10 UCAVs(unmanned combat aerial vehicle), one C-130 transport aircraft along with multiple cruise missiles were destroyed by Indian air-launched cruise missiles and surface-to-air missiles. One US made C-130 Hercules transport aircraft costs $165 million (Rs 1400 crore). The UCAVs were Pakistan’s counter drones that were destroyed. The world has already seen how Indian missiles destroyed 11 Pakistani air bases.
Gen Chauhan said, wars today are not only being fought on land, sea and air, but also in space, cyber and electromagnetic fields. He said, earlier battles used to be fought within a range of five to 10 km, now the sphere has extended far. Almost the whole of Pakistan has come within strike range of our weapons and we have displayed our capability of pinpoint strikes at locations 600 km away from our border.

Pakistan on tenterhooks about next Indian action

Pakistan People’s Party chairman Bilawal Bhutto, leading a delegation of MPs to the US, has circulated a dossier in which it has been alleged that Indian armed forces carried out strikes in all its provinces except Balochistan. Bilawal Bhutto said, while India has claimed to have hit only 20 locations, the reality is that 28 locations were attacked by IAF. The dossier says, Indian drone strikes took place in Attock, Bahawalnagar, Gujrat, Jhang (Punjab), Peshawar (Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa), Chhor and Hyderabad (Sindh).
Speaking to member states of OIC (Organization of Islamic Cooperation), Bilawal Bhutto said, despite a ceasefire, Pakistan is living in a less secure world because of conflict between two nuclear powers.
Bilawal Bhutto is saying what he has been told to speak by Army Chief Field Marshal Asim Munir. The ground reality is that Pakistan is still reeling from the severity of air strikes undertaken by India.
The latest satellite image of Bholari air base shows the air strip and hangar covered with tarpaulin and repair work going on. Pakistan is fearing another attack from India and it is for this reason that it has sent its parliamentary delegation to meet leaders of different countries. Bilawal Bhutto said, Pakistan is facing severe crisis after India suspended Indus Waters Treaty.
Pakistan Defence Minister Khawaja Asif has told a Pakistani news channel that he apprehends a more severe Indian attack on Pakistan in the coming days.
After going through the Pakistani dossier and the disclosures made by our CDS Gen Anil Chauhan, five points are clear:
One, Pakistani army suffered more losses than what was disclosed by Indian army during the conflict.
Two, entire Pakistan is now within the range of our weapons.
Three, Indian army is far ahead of Pakistan in new age warfare that involves drones, electronic data, sensors, hypersonic missiles.
Four, it was the Pakistan army’s Director General of Military Operations who phoned Indian army DGMO and requested for a halt to firing and military action, but India did not take the decision in a hurry. After much deliberations, Operation Sindoor was halted and there was no question of American pressure on India.
Five, Pakistan had to fight an information war after the four-day conflict and it used remarks made by some Indian political leaders to suit its own ends.

यूक्रेन का रूस पर अब तक का सबसे बड़ा और दुस्साहसिक हमला हुआ. यूक्रेन के राष्ट्रपति वोलोदीमीर ज़ेलेंस्की के ऑपरेशन Spiderweb ने पूरी दुनिया को चौंका दिया. इस ड्रोन अटैक में रूस की 4 एयरफील्ड्स को निशाना बनाया गया. ये एयरबेस यूक्रेन से हजारों मील दूर,फइनलैंड से लेकर साइबेरिया तक फैले हुए हैं. यूक्रेन ने 317 ड्रोन को ट्रकों में छुपाकर रूसी एयरबेस के नज़दीक पहुंचाया. यूक्रेन की सेना ने एक-एक करके रिमोट कंट्रोल से ड्रोन्स को फायर किया. ये इंटेलिजेंस और वॉरफेयर का ये ऐसा समन्वय था जिसने पूरी दुनिया को हैरान कर दिया.

जेलेंस्की ने कहा कि ऑपरेशन स्पाइडरवेब की तैयारी पिछले डेढ़ साल से चल रही थी. यूक्रेन ने 25-25 हजार रूपए के ड्रोन से रूस के 60 हजार करोड़ रुपये के 40 विमान तबाह कर दिए. यूक्रेन ने खिलौने जैसे ड्रोन्स को खतरनाक हथियार बना दिया. यूक्रेन के ड्रोन रूस में साढ़े चार हजार किलोमीटर दूर साइबेरिया तक पहुंच गए और रूसी इंटेलिजेंस को इसकी भनक तक नहीं लगी.

हैंगर में खड़े मिसाइल से जाने वाले स्ट्रेटेजिक बॉम्बर्स देखते-देखते कबाड़ में तब्दील हो गए. सबसे बड़ी बात, इस हमले के बारे में अमेरिका को कानोंकान खबर नहीं हुई, हालांकि यूक्रेन का कहना है कि उसने अमेरिका को पहले से बता दिया था.

ड्रोन हमलों के बाद रूस की सेना हरकत में हुई. उसके सुखोई-34 बॉम्बर्स ने यूक्रेन में कई जगह हमले किये. 400 से ज़्यादा रूसी ड्रोन्स यूक्रेन के सुमी, ख़ारकीव, डोनेत्सक, ज़फरोजिशिया और खेरसन इलाक़ों में जबरदस्त हमले किए.

यूक्रेन का दावा है कि उसने ड्रोन हमले में रूस के 120 स्ट्रैटेजिक बॉम्बर्स में से 40 को तबाह कर दिया. इससे रूस की स्ट्रेटेजिक बॉम्बर्स अटैक की ताकत आधी रह गई है. रूस ने भी कबूल किया है कि यूक्रेन ने उसके पांच सूबों में हमले किए हैं.

यूक्रेन ने रूस पर जो ज़बरदस्त ड्रोन हमले किए, वो आधुनिक युद्ध का सबसे बड़ा उदाहरण है. यूक्रेन ने सस्ते और हल्के फर्स्ट पर्सन व्यू (FPV) ड्रोन्स से रूस के हज़ारों करोड़ के बॉम्बर तबाह कर डाले. उसने रूस के Tu-95, Tu-22 और Tu-160 जैसे बमवर्षक विमानों को तबाह कर दिया. ये तीनों लंबी दूरी के बमवर्षक विमान हैं.

सुपरसोनिक Tu-160 विमान को रूसी वायुसेना का सबसे महंगा विमान कहा जाता है. रक्षा विशेषज्ञों का कहना है कि इस विमान का नुक़सान रूस को सबसे ज़्यादा खलेगा क्योंकि एक Tu-160 विमान की कीमत करीब 25 करोड़ डॉलर यानी 2150 करोड़ रूपए है. ये बॉम्बर एक बार में करीब 18 हज़ार किलोमीटर तक उड़ान भर सकता है. Tu-160 स्ट्रैटेजिक बॉम्बर है जिसे रूसी वायु सेना की जान माना जाता हैं. इनसे एटमी हमला भी किया जा सकता है. इसके अलावा Tupolev-95 भी रूसी वायु सेना के लंबी दूरी तक मार करने वाले बमवर्षक विमान हैं. रूसी वायु सेना के पास ऐसे 55 बमवर्षक विमान हैं.. इन बॉम्बर्स के अलावा यूक्रेन के ड्रोन अटैक में रूस का A-50 टोही विमान भी तबाह हो गया.

FPV ड्रोन एक तरह का खिलौना है. आसानी से बाज़ार में मिलता है. इसकी कीमत 25 हजार रु. से लेकर 90 हजार रु. तक हो सकती है. 12 से 18 इंच तक चौड़ाई वाला छोटा ड्रोन 25 हजार रु. में मिल जाता है. इसका कुल वजन दो-तीन किलो होता है लेकिन इस छोटे से खिलौने को यूक्रेन ने रूसी फौज के खिलाफ सबसे घातक हथियार बना दिया. यूक्रेनी सेना ने FPV ड्रोन्स में विस्फोटक फिट किए, कैमरे लगाए, कैमरे की लाइव फीड को ड्रोन ऑपरेटर तक पहुंचाने का इंतजाम किया. ड्रोन कैमरे का जो ऑपरेटर होता है, उसे एक खास तरह का चश्मा दिया गया जिसमें एक मॉनीटर लगा होता है. ड्रोन कैमरे से मिल रही फीड रियल टाइम में ऑपरेटर को दिखती है. ऑपरेटर ड्रोन को लक्ष्य तक पहुंचाता है.

इसके बाद ऑपरेटर ड्रोन में लगे विस्फोटक को लक्ष्य पर गिरा देता है. इन्ही ड्रोन्स से यूक्रेन पिछले ढाई साल से युद्ध में रूस के T-80 और T-90 जैसे टैंक नष्ट कर रहा है. रूसी सेना के एक बड़े अधिकारी ने कबूल किया कि ड्रोन हमले से रुसी वायु सेना की ताकत 34 प्रतिशत कम हो गई. सिंगापुर में चल रहे शांग्री ला डायलॉग में यूक्रेन के उप रक्षा मंत्री ने कहा कि आज यूक्रेन के पास हर साल एक करोड़ ड्रोन बनाने की क्षमता है.

यूक्रेन ने जिस तरह पलक झपकते रूस के 40 बमवर्षक विमान तबाह कर दिए, वह आधुनिक युद्ध इतिहास का सबसे ताजा उदाहरण है, जहां हथियारों की ताकत से ज्यादा टेक्नोलॉजी और दिमाग ज्य़ादा मायने रखता है. रूस को पूरी विश्वास था कि हजारों मील दूर उसके बमवर्षक विमानों को कोई छू भी नहीं सकता, खास तौर पर यूक्रेन के पास वहां तक पहुंचने की क्षमता नहीं है लेकिन यूक्रेन की इंटेलिजेंस ने जबरदस्त काम किया.

पुतिन के लिए ये बहुत ही शर्मिंदगी की बात है, लेकिन इस हमले ने आधुनिय युद्ध का व्याकरण ही बदल दिया है. सबसे बड़ी चिंता तो ट्रंप को होगी जिनका दावा था कि उन्होंने पुतिन और जेलेंस्की को युद्धविराम के लिए तैयार कर लिया है. अब दोनों तरफ से ज़बरदस्त हमले हो रहे हैं.

आपको याद होगा, व्हाइट हाउस में ट्रंप ने जेलेंस्की से कैमरों के सामने कहा था, “you have no cards to play”, यानी तुम्हारे पास तो पत्ते ही नहीं हैं तो तुम क्या खेलोगे? जेलेंस्की ने दिखा दिया कि उन्होंने कौन से पत्ते छिपाकर रखे थे और उन पत्तों से उन्होंने कैसे बाजी पलट दी.

जो यूक्रेन रूस के आगे हारा हुआ लग रहा था, वो अब बातचीत की मेज पर सिर उठाकर बैठेगा, पुतिन की टीम से आंख में आंख मिलाकर बात करेगा क्योंकि यूक्रेन ने ये दिखा दिया है कि 25-30 हजार रु. के मामूली ड्रोन हजारों करोड़ रु. के विमानों को तबाह कर सकते हैं तो कुछ भी हो सकता है.

ये इंसान और मशीन के बीच जंग का नया तरीका है. भारत ने भी पाकिस्तान के आतंकवादी अड्डों को तबाह करने के लिए इसी तरह से ड्रोन का इस्तेमाल किया था, सटीक और नियंत्रित हमले करके आतंकवादियों के उन ठिकानों को तबाह कर दिया था जिन्हें पाकिस्तान की वायु सेना से सुरक्षा मिली हुई थी.

बांग्लादेश में चीन की शरारत

पाकिस्तान की तरह कर्ज में डूबा बांग्लादेश भी अब चीन की गोद में बैठने को बेक़रार है. बांग्लादेश की कार्यवहाक सरकार के मुख्य सलाहकार मुहम्मद यूनुस ने चीन से अपील की कि वो बांग्लादेश को उधार दे, पूजी लगाए क्योंकि मैन्युफैक्चरिंग में चीन का कोई जवाब नहीं. बांग्लादेश ने चीन की कंपनियों के साथ ढाका में इन्वेस्टर समिट की, इस समिट में मोहम्मद यूनुस ने कहा कि चीन का मजबूत निवेश बांग्लादेश की अर्थव्यवस्था के लिए बड़ा बदलाव ला सकता है.

मोहम्मद यूनुस ने चीनी निवेशकों को बांग्लादेश में कपड़ा, दवा, मछलीपालन, जूट और IT सेक्टर में निवेश करने के लिए आमंत्रित किया. चीन का पूंजीनिवेश बांग्लादेश की अर्थव्यवस्था के लिए गेमचेंजर हो सकता है. पता ये लगा है कि चीन अब बांग्लादेश में दुनिया का सबसे बड़ा पोर्ट बनाएगा. बांग्लादेश का टेक्सटाइल सेक्टर पहले से चीन के भरोसे है क्योंकि इसका नब्बे प्रतिशत कच्चा माल चीन से ही मिलता है. चूंकि बांग्लादेश की अर्थव्यवस्था खराब है, राजनीतिक अस्थिरता का माहौल है, कोई चुनी हुई सरकार नहीं हैं, सेना और कार्यवाहक सरकार के बीच तनाव है, चीन इसी मौके का फायदा उठाकर पाकिस्तान की तरह बांग्लादेश को भी अपने काबू में करना चाहता है.

दूसरी तरफ बांग्लादेश की अन्तरिम सरकार अपदस्थ प्रधानमंत्री शेख हसीना के राजनीतिक वजूद को खत्म करने में जुटी हैं. शेख हसीना के खिलाफ नरसंहार के आरोप में मुकदमा शुरू हो गया है. शेख हसीना फिलहाल भारत में हैं लेकिन उनके खिलाफ बांग्लादेश के इंटरनेशनल क्राइम ट्रिब्यूनल में ट्रायल शुरू हो गया है. जो आरोप तय किए गए हैं, अगर वो साबित होते हैं तो शेख हसीना को फांसी की सजा तक सुनाई जा सकती है. पिछले साल शेख हसीना की सरकार के खिलाफ हुए आंदोलन में 1500 से ज्यादा लोग मारे गए थे और 25 हजार से ज्यादा लोग घायल हुए थे. शेख हसीना को जनते के गुस्से से बचने के लिए इस्तीफा देकर बांग्लादेश छोड़ना पड़ा था. अब युनुस की सरकार ने इसी मामले में शेख हसीना और उनकी सरकार के गृह मंत्री और अवामी लीग के दूसरे नेताओं को नरसंहार के केस में आरोपी बनाया है.

बांग्लादेश के हालात तेजी से बदल रहे हैं. चीन की दखलंदाजी बढ़ रही है, चुनाव कब होंगे, ये अभी तय नहीं हैं. जिस तरह से शेख हसीना के खिलाफ नरसंहार का केस चलाया जा रहा है, जिस तरह बांग्लादेश की करेंसी से शेख मुजीब की फोटो हटाने का फैसला हुआ है और जमात-ए-इस्लामी से बैन हटाया गया, उससे लग रहा है कि मोहम्मद युनुस शेख हसीना और बांग्लादेश नेशनलिस्ट पार्टी की प्रमुख खालिदा जिया, दोनों के राजनीतिक अस्तित्व को खत्म करना चाहते हैं और इस्लामी कट्टरपंथी जमात-ए-इस्लामी को आगे बढ़ाना चाहते हैं. जमात बांग्लादेश को इस्लामिक मुल्क बनाना चाहती है. अगर ऐसा हुआ तो ये भारत की लिए बड़ी चिंता की बात होगी क्योंकि फिर बांग्लादेश के हालात भी पाकिस्तान की तरह हो सकते हैं.

In a meticulously planned and flawlessly executed operation, code named “Spiderweb”, Ukraine destroyed or damaged 41 Russian strategic bombers and surveillance aircraft, using 117 killer drones. These killer drones were carried in wooden cabins loaded on trucks to at least four locations deep inside Russian territory. The targets were four Russian air bases stretching from Finland border to Siberia, 4,500 km from the Ukrainian border.

By carrying out this daring and audacious strike, rules of modern warfare have now been re-written and questions hang over the fate of ongoing Russia-Ukraine war.

Russian air defences and radars were not prepared for such a sudden and low-altitude drone attack. The cheap First Person View (FPV) drone costs only Rs 25,000 ($300) a piece, and they destroyed or damaged Russian strategic bombers and other aircraft worth more than Rs 60,000 crore ($7 billion). Among the Russian aircraft destroyed were Tu-95, Tu-22 and Tu-160 long-range strategic bombers, and A-50 surveillance aircraft.

Soon afterwards, Russian Sukhoi-30 bombers attacked key locations inside Ukraine with missiles and swarms of more than 400 Russian drones were sent to bomb Sumi, Kharkiv, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson.

India’s Chief of Defence Staff Gen Anil Chauhan said, the modern warfare has now totally changed with small killer drones replacing costly jet fighters and missiles. He said, with the entry of Artificial Intelligence, future wars may be fought between machines and not human beings, with the help of intelligent and automated kill-chains.

The daring attacks that took place on June 1 in the blink of an eye has set new rules of modern warfare, where technology and brains matter more than the might of weapons.

Russia was confident that no enemy could touch its strategic bombers located several thousand km deep inside its vast territory, in different regions. It was particularly confident about Ukraine, which has a small army and has no capability to reach those air bases. But, at the end of the day, after 18 months of consistent efforts, Ukrainian intelligence did wonders.

This is a highly embarrassing moment for Russian President Vladimir Putin. These drone attacks have changed the definition of modern warfare. US President Donald Trump will be more worried. He had bombastically claimed that he had made both Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy agree to a ceasefire. His plans have now gone awry. Both the countries have escalated the war again.

In the White House, during the infamous standoff in front of cameras, Trump had bluntly told Zelenskyy in his face, “you have no cards to play”.

Zelenskyy has now showed one of the cards that he had kept hidden with him. He has now changed the game. Ukraine, which appeared to be a meek nation in the face of mighty Russia, can now sit at the negotiation table with its head held high. Ukrainian counterparts can now speak to Russian leaders by looking into their eyes.

India too had used drones to destroy terror bases inside Pakistan in precise and controlled attacks. These terror bases had got air defence cover from Pakistan Air Force, but they were reduced to rubble.

Bangladesh : Is China fishing in troubled waters?

Bangladesh, like Pakistan, is deep in debt and is yearning to sit in the lap of Chinese lenders. The chief adviser of the interim government Mohammed Yunus has appealed to China to grant loans and make investments.

At an investors’ summit in Dhaka with Chinese companies, Yunus said, a huge Chinese investment can become a gamechanger for Bangladesh’s economy. He invited Chinese industrialists to invest in textiles, pharma, fisheries, jute and IT sectors. There are reports that China is going to build the world’s biggest seaport in Bangladesh.

Already, China provides 90 per cent of raw material for Bangladesh’s textile sector. Due to instability and lack of elected government, Bangladesh’s economy is now in doldrums. China is trying to fish in troubled waters and draw Bangladesh into its sphere of influence.

Meanwhile, the caretaker government is trying to finish off former PM Sheikh Hasina’s political existence. A special tribunal began proceedings to try Sheikh Hasina for charges of crimes against humanity filed against her in connection with the mass students’ uprising in which more than 1,500 people were killed and more than 25,000 people were injured last year. Sheikh Hasina had to resign and leave Bangladesh in a hurry. Apart from Hasina, her former Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan and former police chief Chowdhury Abdullah Al Mamum have been made accused. The tribunal has directed investigators to produce Hasina and others before the court on June 16.

In another development, Bangladesh Supreme Court has cleared the path for Jamaat-e-Islami to get back its registration as a political party. The interim government has removed ban on Jamaat-e-Islami. While Yunus has promised to hold parliamentary elections by June next year, the mainstream Bangladesh Nationalist Party headed by Khaleda Zia, wants elections to be held early, by December this year.

The political scene in Bangladesh is changing at a fast pace and Chinese interference is on the rise. The interim government has started removing the image of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman from all currency notes. By removing ban on Jamaat-e-Islami, Yunus’ government is aiming to prop up this Islamic fundamentalist party as a counter to Khaleda Zia’s BNP.
Jamaat-e-Islami wants Bangladesh to become a conservative Islamic Republic. If that happens, it can cause concerns for India. Bangladesh seems to be heading towards a future that the world has already seen in Pakistan.

रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह कहा है कि ऑपरेशन सिंदूर में भारतीय थल सेना और वायु सेना ने ही पाकिस्तान को घुटनों पर ला दिया. भारतीय नौसेना को तो एक्शन में आने का मौका ही नहीं मिला.
राजनाथ सिंह ने कहा कि पाकिस्तान को 1971 की जंग याद है, जब भारतीय नौसेना की ताकत ने उसके दो टुकड़े करा दिए थे और अगर इस बार नौसेना हमला कर देती तो पाकिस्तान के 4 टुकड़े हो जाते. इसीलिए पाकिस्तान ने सीज़फायर करने में ही अपनी भलाई समझी.
राजनाथ सिंह ने क्यों कहा कि भारतीय नौसेना के डर से पाकिस्तान घबरा गया? 7 मई को भारत ने ऑपरेशन सिंदूर लॉन्च किया, इस ऑपरेशन में थल सेना और वायु सेना ने पाकिस्तान को धूल चटा दी लेकिन बहुत कम लोगों को ये पता है कि इस ऑपरेशन में भारतीय नौसेना का भी बहुत बड़ा रोल था. पहलगाम हमले के तुरंत बाद नौसेना ने अरब सागर में INS विक्रांत के नेतृत्व में एक शक्तिशाली टास्क फोर्स तैनात की. इसमें डेस्ट्रॉयर, फ्रिगेट, सबमरीन और फाइटर जेट्स शामिल थे. इस फोर्स ने अरब सागर में कराची के दक्षिण में पोजिशन ले ली.
भारतीय नौसेना की तैनाती देखकर पाकिस्तानी नौसेना अपने बंदरगाहों से निकलकर कॉम्बेट पोजिशन लेने की हिम्मत ही नहीं जुटा पाई. पहलगाम हमले के 96 घंटों के अंदर भारतीय नौसेना ने अरब सागर में सरफेस टू सरफेस और सरफेस टू एयर मिसाइल्स के साथ ड्रिल की. ऐसा करके नौसेना ने युद्ध के लिए अपनी तैयारी पाकिस्तान को दिखा दी.
पाकिस्तान को संदेश देने के लिए राजनाथ सिंह ने बहुत सोच समझकर INS विक्रांत को चुना. INS विक्रांत भारत की नौशक्ति का प्रतीक है.ये भारत का पहला स्वदेशी विमानवाहक कैरियर है. इसमे 30 से ज्यादा विमान आ सकते हैं. भारत के पास INS विक्रांत और INS विक्रमादित्य…दो ऑपरेशनल एयरक्राफ्ट कैरियर है, जबकि पाकिस्तान के पास एक भी एयरक्राफ्ट कैरियर नहीं है.
असल में भारतीय नौसेना की ताकत के सामने पाकिस्तानी नौसेना कहीं टिकती नहीं है. ग्लोबल फायर पावर इंडेक्स-2024 की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, 145 देशों की लिस्ट में भारतीय नौसेना 8वें स्थान पर है जबकि पाकिस्तान 32वें स्थान पर है.
राजनाथ सिंह की ये बात सही है कि भारतीय नौसेना तैयार थी. INS विक्रांत तैयार था. मिग फाइटर जेट्स तैयार थे. लेकिन..एक्शन हो पाता, इससे पहले ही पाकिस्तान ने घबराकर DGMO से फोन करवाया. पाकिस्तान के प्रधानमंत्री शहबाज शरीफ ने भी एक दिन पहले ही बताया था कि पाकिस्तान ने जिस सुबह हमला करने की प्लानिंग की थी, उसी रात भारत ने पहले ही ब्रह्मोस मिसाइल से हमला कर दिया और पाकिस्तान के एयरबेसेज को तबाह कर दिया. इसी के बाद पाकिस्तान की फौज की हिम्मत टूटी और फायरिंग रोकने की बात की गई.

पाकिस्तान का nuclear blackmail अब काम नहीं करेगा

पाकिस्तान ने एक बार फिर एटमी हमले की धमकी दी. पाकिस्तान के Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee जनरल साहिर शमशाद मिर्ज़ा ने कहा कि सिंधु जल संधि स्थगित रही, तो एटमी जंग होगी.
पाकिस्तान के प्रधानमंत्री शहबाज शरीफ ने कहा कि सिंधु नदी का पानी पाकिस्तान की जीवनरेखा है. अगर इस लाइफलाइन को रोका गया तो वास्तव में जंग होगी.
कानपुर की रैली में प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने पाकिस्तान से कहा कि वो किसी गलतफहमी में ना रहे, ऑपरेशन सिंदूर अभी खत्म नहीं हुआ है. जब तक पाकिस्तान आतंकवाद को पालता पोसता रहेगा तब तक सिंधु जल संधि पर कोई बात नहीं होगी. मोदी ने कहा कि भारत अब एटम बम की धमकियों से नहीं डरेगा.
मोदी ने पाकिस्तान को कड़ी चेतावनी दी कि ऑपरेशन सिंदूर भारत की तरकश का सिर्फ एक तीर है, अगर पाकिस्तान बाज़ नहीं आया तो भारत आतकंवाद का फन कुचलने के लिए और भी बड़े एक्शन लेगा.
सारी बातें सुनने के बाद कुछ चीजें तो साफ हैं. पहली, पाकिस्तान की एटम बम की धमकियों में कोई दम नहीं है. ये ब्लैकमेल अब नहीं चलेगा.पाकिस्तान के सारे न्यूक्लियर ठिकाने भारत की मिसाइल्स की रेंज में हैं.
दूसरी बात. पाकिस्तान सिंधु जल संधि के स्थगन से परेशान है. ये उसके अस्तित्व का सवाल है लेकिन भारत का रुख बिलकुल साफ है. पाकिस्तान जब तक आतंकवाद की फैक्ट्री को बंद नहीं करेगा, उसके साथ कोई रियायत नहीं की जाएगी.
तीसरी बात. ऑपरेशन सिंदूर तो एक ट्रेलर था. पिक्चर अभी बाकी है. इस बार पाकिस्तान ने घबराकर सीजफायर की गुहार लगाई थी. अगली बार ऐसी पुकार कोई नहीं सुनेगा. पाकिस्तान ने कोई हिमाकत की तो फुल एक्शन होगा.

Aboard the aircraft carrier INS Vikrant, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, while addressing naval warriors on Friday, said, “During 1971 war, when Indian Navy came into action, Pakistan was divided into two. If Indian Navy had come into action during Operation Sindoor, I think, Pakistan would have been split into four parts by now.” He was underlining the formidable strength of Indian Navy.

Rajnath Singh said, “During Operation Sindoor, Indian Navy impressed everyone with its silent service..Pakistan did not have to face the firepower of Indian Navy, but now the world knows, if Pakistan commits any fresh heinous act this time, it may be possible that our Navy will do the opening”.
The Defence Minister said, “on one hand, the Indian Navy is always as calm as the ocean, but if any situation arises, it has the capability to bring about a tsunami in the ocean”.
Rajnath Singh said, “if Pakistan sincerely wants to begin talks, it should first hand over terror masterminds like Hafiz Saeed and Masood Azhar to India, so that justice can be done.”
Let me explain why Rajnath Singh said, Pakistan hurriedly pleaded for ceasefire because it was afraid of our navy.
On May 7, when India launched Operation Sindoor, it was carried out by our army and air force, but few people know that the Indian Navy had a key role in the operation. A formidable naval task force led by INS Vikrant along with destroyers, frigates, submarines and fighter jets were deployed in Arabian Sea close to the Pakistani coast. Seeing the huge flotilla of the Indian Navy, Pakistan’s navy could not summon up the courage to come out of the ports to take up combat position.
The Indian Navy began its drill with surface-to-surface and surface-to-air missiles in Arabian Sea within 96 hours of the Pahalgam attack, in a clear display of its intent to Pakistan.
The Defence Minister chose INS Vikrant to give a powerful message to Pakistan. INS Vikrant is the symbol of India’s naval prowess. It is our first indigenously built aircraft carrier which can carry more than 30 aircraft. The other operational aircraft carrier is INS Vikramaditya. India stands eighth, while Pakistan stands 32nd in the list of 145 countries in Global Fire Power Index-2024.
Rajnath Singh is right when he says that the Indian Navy was ready to strike during Operation Sindoor. Its MiG fighters were ready, but before the action was to commence, Pakistan’s DGMO rang up seeking a ceasefire.
Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is on record of having said that his armed forces had planned to attack India at 4:30 am, but soon after midnight, India launched its BrahMos missiles and damaged Pakistan’s air bases. This forced the Pakistan army to call for cessation of firing and military action.

Pakistan’s nuclear blackmail will not work

The chairman of Pakistan’s Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee Gen Sahir Shamshad Mirza has said, he fears that if India continued to keep the Indus Waters Treaty in abeyance, it may become an existential threat for Pakistan which can led to nuclear conflict.
In an interview to a news agency, Gen Mirza admitted that Pakistan army was caught unawares when India struck deep into its heartland. He said, “the risk of escalation in future has increased since the fighting this time was not limited to the disputed territory (Kashmir).. In future, it will not be restricted to the disputed territory, it would come down to the whole of India and the whole of Pakistan.”
In Tajikistan, Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said, if India stopped the flow of Indus river, “which is the lifeline of Pakistan, then there will be a real war”.
In Kanpur, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, India will not be deterred by threats of nuclear war and there will be no talks on Indus Waters Treaty, till Pakistan stops sponsoring terrorism. Modi said, “Pakistan must not remain under any illusion, because Operation Sindoor is not yet over. It will have to pay a heavy price if another attack takes place.”
Modi said, “Operation Sindoor is only one arrow in the quiver and if Pakistan does not stop terrorism, India will take a bigger action to crush the hood of terrorist snake. India has finally resolved not to spare terrorists and their sponsors”.
In Vadodara, External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar said, all terror camps inside Pakistan are now “legitimate targets for India”. He said, “we will never give in to nuclear blackmail and whatever decisions are to be taken in national interest will continue to be taken.”
Listening to the remarks from all sides, some points are clear.
One, Pakistan’s nuclear threat does not carry any weight. Nuclear blackmail will not work. All nuclear installations in Pakistan are within range of Indian missiles.
Two, Pakistan is worried over the suspension of Indus Waters Treaty. It has become a matter of survival for that country, but India’s stand is clear. Unless Pakistan closes down its terror factories, there will be no leniency. Three, Operation Sindoor was a trailer. Picture Abhi Baaki Hai. This time, Pakistan had pleaded for ceasefire, but next time, nobody will listen to its pleas. If Pakistan commits any major act, it will have to face retaliation from India.
