It will be a landmark event in Indian history when Prime Minister Narendra Modi will perform the Bhoomi Pujan (brick laying ceremony) for Ram Janmabhoomi Temple in Ayodhya on August 5. Top BJP leaders like L. K. Advani, Dr Murli Manohar Joshi, Maharashtra chief minister Uddhav Thackeray, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, Amit Shah, Rajnath Singh, Kalyan Singh and Bihar CM Nitish Kumar have been invited.

Prime Minister Modi will place two out of the five silver bricks at the sanctum sanctorum of the temple premises, the plan for which has been prepared by the Ram Janmabhoomi Teerthkshetra Trust. The five silver bricks will symbolize the five major planets of Hindu astrology, said Mahant Kamal Nayan Das, spokesman for Trust chief Mahant Nrityagopal Das.

The entire Ram temple plan has undergone major changes. The length, breadth and height of the temple have been increased, and the entire shrine will be spread over a vast area keeping in mind the expected huge influx of Hindu devotees from all over the world. Building plans of ten major temples in India were studied and the minutest details were gone through.

In the earlier plan, there were only two domes, but in the new plan, five domes have been featured, according to India TV correspondent Nirnay Kapoor, who has studied the new plan sketches. In the old plan, the temple was 310 feet long and 160 feet broad, and its topmost spire was 141 feet high. In the changed plan, the length has been increased to 360 feet, breadth 235 feet and the tallest spire right above the sanctum sanctorum (garbha griha) is 161 feet.

In the previous plan, there were three mandaps, which have now been increased to five. In order to bring a balance in the temple structure, a storey has been added in the main spire and the main mandap. Two more mandaps, kirtan mandap and prarthana mandap, each 62.5 feet high, will be built on either side of ‘goodh mandap’(main hall), the height of which will be 98 feet. The dome of the main mandap was first planned above the ground and first floors. Now, a second floor has been added. This second floor will not be open for devotees.

In front of the main mandap will be a ‘rang mandap, 76 feet high, which will have two floors. Near the temple entrance, will be a ‘nritya mandap’ 56 feet high whose dome will be built above the ground floor.

The idol of Ram Lala will be placed in the garbha griha (sanctum sactorum). On the floor just above the garbha griha, idols of Ram Durbar will be placed. A staircase from ground to first floor will be 16 feet wide, compared to six feet planned earlier.

There will be no major changes in the stone sculpture on the temple walls. These stones have already been sculpted and will be used for the temple. The pile foundation for the temple may be 60 meter deep.

Several reasons were factored in while increasing the layout of the temple. The older model was prepared by architect Chandrakant Sompura from Gujarat in 1989. At that time, the expectation was that five lakh devotees would visit every year, but this figure has now been hiked to 3.5 crore, which comes, on average, to more than a lakh devotees a day.

Building plans of ten impotant shrines, Somnath temple, Tirupati Balaji shrine, Ambaji temple, Delhi Akshardham, Kashi Vishwanath temple, Dwarkadheesh temple, Jagannath Puri temple, Badrinath temple, Golden Temple, Amritsar and Sanwaliya Seth Mandir, Chittorgarh, were analysed and changes were made for the upcoming Ram temple.

The Ram Janmabhoomi temple will be rebuilt after a span of nearly 500 years. In 1528, the Babri Masjid was built during Mughal emperor Babar’s rule by demolishing the temple. Hindu sadhus had been fighting for several centuries to reclaim the birthplace of Lord Ram, considered the ‘avatar’ (reincarnation) of Lord Vishnu.

The Ram Janmabhoomi temple has been planned in such a manner that it can withstand the vagaries of nature for thousands of years. Devotees of Lord Ram desire that the temple must be truly magnificent and splendid. The shrine will be spread over nearly 120 acres, and the state government may have to acquire at least 50 more acres.

Once the temple is ready, Ram Janmabhoomi shrine will be the world’s third largest temple. The largest temple is the Angkor Wat temple in Cambodia, which has a 213 feet high spire and spread over 410 acres. The Sriranganatha Swamy temple in Tiruchirapalli, Tamil Nadu, built for Lord Vishnu, is spread over 156 acres.

The sanctum sanctorum of Ayodhya Ram temple will be octagonal in shape and will be built in Nagara style of temple architecture.

This will be the second time in independent India’s history when a thousand-year-old temple will be rebuilt on such a massive scale. Soon after independence, the Somnath temple was rebuilt and inaugurated by the then President Dr Rajendra Prasad.

After a long and torturous litigation that went on from British rule till 2019, the path towards rebuilding Ram temple was cleared through a Supreme Court verdict, which was widely accepted by the people of India. Our Muslim brethren have also expressed satisfaction over the rebuilding of Ram temple.

There are however mischievous elements who are trying to inject poison in our multi-cultural society by raising questions on an issue relating to faith. Such conspiracies must be nipped in the bud. Such elements should know that Lord Ram is the cornerstone of Indian faith and culture. The samadhi of Mahatma Gandhi features the words “Hey Ram”, the locks of Ram Lala shrine were opened in 1989 on orders of the then Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi, and even the Supreme Court has admitted that Ram symbolizes the faith of millions of Indians.

Let us all celebrate the rebuilding of Ram temple at his birthplace in Ayodhya and set right a historical wrong committed 500 years ago.

रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह ने शुक्रवार को लद्दाख में LAC के पास स्टाक्ना फॉरवर्ड पोस्ट का दौरा किया, जहां पर उन्होंने पैरा कमांडो और अन्य जवानों की दमदार पैरा ड्रॉपिंग तथा अन्य सैन्य अभ्यास का जायजा लिया और बाद में पैंगोंग झील के पश्चिमी तट, जहां से लगभग 40 किलोमीटर की दूरी पर भारत और चीन के सैनिक पीछे हटने के मुद्दे पर एक दूसरे के आमने सामने हैं, पर सैनिकों को संबोधित किया।

सैनिकों को संबोधित करते हुए, रक्षा मंत्री ने कहा, “अभी तक जितनी भी बातचीत चल रही है, उससे मामला सुलझ जाना चाहिए, पर किस हद तक सुलझेगा, मैं इसकी गारंटी नहीं दे सकता। लेकिन, मैं आपको आश्वस्त करना चाहता हूं कि धरती पर कोई भी ताकत हमारी जमीन का एक इंच भी हिस्सा न तो छू सकती है और न ही उसपर कब्जा कर सकती है… यदि भारत के गौरव को ठेस पहुंचाने का कोई प्रयास किया जाता है, तो इसे सहन नहीं किया जाएगा … हम मुंहतोड़ जवाब देंगे।”

अपनी यात्रा के दौरान, राजनाथ सिंह ने अभ्यास करते हुए भारतीय सेना के टी -90 टैंक और इन्फेंट्री कॉम्बैट व्हीकल देखे। जिस वक्त राजनाथ सिंह ड्रिल को देख रहे थे, उसी दौरान 25000 फीट की ऊंचाई पर मिलिट्री ट्रांसपोर्ट एयरक्राफ्ट C 130J सुपर हरक्युलिस भी नजर आए, इसी एयरक्राफ्ट के अंदर से स्पेशल फोर्स के पैरा कमांडोज ने छलांग लगाई और फिनिश स्नाइपर राइफल और अमेरिकन एक्सफिल हाई कट बैलिस्टिक हेलमेट के साथ प्रदर्शन किया। स्नाइपर राइफल्स की मारक क्षमता 1500 मीटर है।

भारत ने लद्दाख में चुशुल से लेकर सबसे ऊंची पोस्ट, दौलत बेग ओल्डी सेक्टर तक अपने सैनिकों को तैनात किया है, हमारे 45 हजार से ज्यादा जवान इस वक्त लद्दाख की अलग अलग चौकियों पर मौजूद हैं। इनके साथ साथ हर फॉर्वर्ड लोकेशन पर BMP, इन्फेंट्री कॉम्बैट व्हीकल्स और टैंक्स भी तैनात है। BMP में एक साथ 10 जवान दुश्मन पर धावा बोलने के लिए तैयार रहते हैं, इसमें एंटी टैंक गाइडेड मिसाइल और एंटी एयरक्राफ्ट गन भी लगी हुई है। टी 90 यानी भीष्म टैंक् ने भी सैनिक अभ्यास में हिस्सा लिया , हमारा भीष्म टैंक किसी भी जैविक या रासायनिक हमलों से निपटने की ताकत रखता है। 60 सेकंड के अंदर 8 गोले दाग सकता है। इस टैंक में 125 MM की तोप जो 6 किलोमीटर की दूरी तक मिसाइल लॉन्च कर सकती है। अपाचे अटैक हेलीकॉप्टर्स ने भी अभ्यास में हिस्सा लिया। इसकी ऑपरेशनल रेंज 476 किलोमीटर है। ये ऐसा हेलीकॉप्टर है जो एक मिनट में एक साथ 128 लक्ष्यों पर अचूक निशाना लगा सकता है। अभ्यास में सेना के जवानों ने मैकेनाइज्ड फॉर्मेशन के रुप में हिस्सा लिया ।

रक्षा मंत्री ने पीका मशीन गन हाथ में लेकर फोटो खिंचवाई, इस मशीन गन से हमारे पैरा कमांडो 3800 से लेकर 4000 मीटर तक फायर कर सकते हैं, यानी चार किलोमीटर तक इसकी मारक क्षमता है, और इसमें वेरियंट के हिसाब से हर मिनट में, हर साठ सेकंड में 650 से लेकर 700 से 800 राउंड तक फायर हो सकते हैं।

12000 फीट पर वॉर एक्सरसाइज देखने के बाद रक्षा मंत्री 13 हजार 500 फीट की ऊंचाई वाले लुकुंग पोस्ट पर पहुंचे। ये भारत की 45 किलोमीटर लंबी पैंगोंग लेक का शुरुआती प्वाइंट है। लुकुंग के इसी फॉरवर्ड पोस्ट पर रक्षा मंत्री को पूरी स्थिति के बारे में ब्रीफ किया गया। उन्हें संभावित टकराव वाले मुख्य स्थानों पर भारत और चीन के सैनिकों की तैनाती के बारे में जानकारी दी गई।

ये सही है कि चीन से लगातार बात चल रही है, कई इलाकों में खास तौर पर गलवान वैली में चीन की सेना पीछे हटी भी है। लेकिन अभी भी कई ऐसे इलाके हैं जहां भारत और चीन की फौज आमने सामने हैं। एक्सपर्ट्स का कहना है कि बातचीत की प्रोसेस अच्छी है लेकिन लंबी है। चीन अप्रैल वाली पोजिशन में जाए इसमें वक्त लगेगा, इसीलिए भारत के फौज की तैयारियां पूरी है, क्योंकि चीन पर भरोसा नहीं किया जा सकता है।

चीनी नेतृत्व को भारतीय सेना की ताकत के बारे में पुराने भ्रम नहीं पालना चाहिए। 1962 के युद्ध के बाद से भारत बहुत बदल गया है और हमारी सेना ज्यादा पेशेवर हो गई है।

इस वक्त दुनिया मे चीन की स्थिति बहुत अच्छी नहीं है। सारी दुनिया चीन से कोरोना वायरस को लेकर नाराज है, ज्यादातर देश ऐसा समझते हैं कि दुनिया में कोरोना महामारी चीन की वजह से फैली है। पूर्वी और दक्षिण पूर्वी एशिया में दक्षिणी चीन सागर के मुद्दे पर चीन छोटे देशों पर धौंस जमाता है। हांगकांग में लोकतंत्र के लिए मांग और मजबूत हो रही है और चीन इस आवाज को दबाने में लगा हुआ है। ये भारत की डिप्लोमेसी की जीत है कि चीन के साथ सीमा विवाद पर रूस, अमेरिका और प्रमुख यूरोपियन देश भारत का समर्थन कर रहे हैं।

इस बात की आशंका कम ही है कि चीन ऐसे वक्त में कोई दुस्साहस करेगा, लेकिन हमारी सेनाएं अलर्ट हैं, जोश में हैं, एक बात साफ है कि भारत के जवान और फौज किसी भी स्थिति के लिए तैयार हैं।

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Friday visited Stakna forward post near the Line of Actual Control in Ladakh, where he witnessed breathtaking paradropping and other military exercises by para commandos and jawans using latest sophisticated weapons, and later addressed jawans on the west bank of Pangong lake, nearly 40 km from where Indian and Chinese troops are facing a stand-off over disengagement issues.

While addressing troops, the Defence Minister said, ‘whatever talks that have happened so far, the matter should get resolved, but to what extent it would be resolved, I cannot guarantee. However, I want to assure you that no power on earth can either touch or capture even an inch of our land. ..If any attempt is made to hurt India’s pride, it will not be tolerated … We will give a befitting reply (munh-tod jawaab)”.

During his visit, Rajnath Singh watched Indian army’s T-90 tanks and Infantry Combat Vehicles carrying out exercise. Para Special Forces of the army displayed Finnish sniper rifles and American Exfil High Cut ballistic helmets after paradropping from a C-130J Super Hercules transporter aircraft at a height of 25,000 feet close to the LAC. The sniper rifles have a kill range of 1,500 metres.

India has deployed more than 45,000 troops all along eastern Ladakh, from Chushul till Daulat Beg Oldie post. Tanks, BMPs and Infantry Combat Vehicles have been positioned near every critical points. The BMPs are fitted with anti-aircraft gun and anti-tank guided missile and can carry 10 jawans inside at a time. Our T-90 Bhishma tanks can withstand attacks from biological and chemical weapons, can fire eight shells in 60 seconds from a 125 mm gun. It can also launch missiles up to a distance of six km. Apache attack choppers also took part in the exercise. These helicopters have an operational range of 476 km, and can engage 128 targets within one minute. Army jawans in mechanized formations took part in the exercise.

The Defence Minister also posed with a Pika machine gun that can be fired by para commandos up to a range of 3,800 to 4,000 meter. It can fire 650 to 800 rounds in a minute.
Rajnath Singh also visited Lukung post near Pangong lake at an altitude of 13,500 ft. This is the opening point of 45 km long Pangong lake, the focal point of tension. It was here that the minister was briefed by senior army officials about the operational preparedness. He was told about the deployment of Indian and Chinese troops at the main points of friction.

Indian and Chinese troops have, no doubt, disengaged in Galwan valley, where bloody clashes took place on June 15, but troops from both sides are yet to disengage in Depsang and Pangong lake. Experts say that the completing of disengagement process may take a long time. Since the Chinese army cannot be trusted, the Indian armed forces are in a state of full preparedness to meet any challenge.
The Chinese leadership must not harbour past illusions about the strength of the Indian armed forces. Since 1962 war, India has changed a lot and our armed forces have become highly professional.
China is in a tight spot in international affairs at this moment. Most of the countries of the world believe that the COVID-19 pandemic spread far and wide because of China. In East and South East Asia, China is acting like a bully to smaller nations over South China Sea issue. The demand for democracy in Hong Kong is gaining strength and China is trying hard to stem the rising voices of dissent. It goes to India’s credit that the US, Russia and other major European countries are supporting us over the border dispute with China.
There seems to be less possibility of the Chinese army taking recourse to any misadventure, but our armed forces are on full alert and the ‘josh’ is high. Our army is ready, come what may.

हाल के दिनों में आप में से कई लोगों के पास अज्ञात नंबरों से मिशिगन, ओकलाहोमा, जॉर्जिया जैसी जगहों से कॉल आए होंगे। जिस किसी ने भी फोन उठाया तो दूसरी तरफ से एक रिकॉर्डेड मैसेज प्ले हुआ। इस मैसेज में यह कहा जाता है कि खालिस्तान पर रेफरेंडम (जनमत संग्रह) होगा। मैसेज देनेवाला यह दावा करता है कि वह सिख्स फॉर जस्टिस (Sikhs for Justice) संस्था से बोल रहा है। और फिर इस मैसेज में यह भी कहा जाता है कि 19 जुलाई को गुरुद्वारे में इसके लिए अरदास (प्रार्थना) करनी है।

सुबह से शाम तक हजारों लोगों को इस तरह के फोन कॉल्स मिले। हरियाणा और पंजाब में ऐसे फोन कॉल्स को लेकर एफआईआर भी दर्ज कराई गई। हरियाणा के कुरुक्षेत्र में तो ऐसे फोन कॉल्स के बाद एक गुरुदारे में लोगों की मीटिंग बुलानी पड़ी। लोगों को बाकायदा समझाया गया और भडकाऊ मैसेज के झांसे में ना आने की अपील की गई। लोगों से कहा गया कि वे इन मैसेज पर कोई प्रतिक्रिया न दें क्योंकि इनका उद्देश्य पंजाब में हिंसा और अलगाववाद को भड़काना है।

अब मैं आपको इसके पीछे की कहानी बताता हूं। पंजाब को भारत से अलग कराने की मुहिम चला रहे अमेरिका स्थित सिख अलगाववादी संगठन सिख्स फॉर जस्टिस ने खालिस्तान पर ‘जनमत संग्रह’ कराने का ऐलान किया है। इसके लिए सभी सिखों को 19 जुलाई को दिल्ली के गुरुद्वारा शीशगंज और गुरुद्वारा बंगला साहिब में अरदास के लिए जाने की अपील की गई है। इसके लिए बाकायदा भारत सरकार द्वारा आतंकवादी घोषित किए गए ‘सिख्स फॉर जस्टिस’ के गुरपतवंत सिंह पन्नू ने एक वीडियो जारी किया है। पन्नू इस संस्था में लीगल काउंसिल के तौर पर काम करता है।

दिल्ली में गुरुवार को जागो पार्टी के प्रमुख मंजीत सिंह जीके ने गुरपतवंत सिंह पन्नू को पाकिस्तान की खुफिया एजेंसी आईएसआई का एजेंट बताते हुए पाकिस्तान दूतावास के बाहर अपने समर्थकों के साथ प्रदर्शन किया। मंजीत सिंह जीके ने कहा कि खालिस्तान मुद्दे को हवा देने की इस साजिश के पीछे खुफिया एजेंसी आईएसआई का हाथ है। दिल्ली पुलिस ने धारा 144 का हवाला देकर प्रदर्शनकारियों को चाणक्यपुरी थाने पर रोक दिया।

दरअसल, खालिस्तान के मुद्दे को हवा देते रहने के लिए पाकिस्तान पन्नू और एक अन्य खालिस्तानी अलगाववादी गोपाल चावला की मदद करता रहा है। गोपाल चावला मोस्ट वांटेड आतंकी और लश्कर-ए-तैयबा का चीफ हाफिज मोहम्मद सईद का करीबी है। चावला ने एक वीडियो जारी करके खालिस्तान में रेफरेंडम के लिए पन्नू के समर्थन का ऐलान किया। इतना ही नहीं, चावला ने यह भी कहा कि जो भी पन्नू के रास्ते में आएगा, उसे अंजाम तक पहुंचा दिया जाएगा।

असल में सिख्स फॉर जस्टिस का गुरपतवंत पन्नू उस लाइन पर चलता है, उस प्रोपेगेंडा को फैलाता है, जिसकी स्क्रिप्ट पाकिस्तान में लिखी जाती है। सारा गेम प्लान आईएसआई में बैठे उसके राजनीतिक आकाओं द्वारा तय किया जाता है। गुरुवार को होम मिनिस्ट्री ने बताया कि सिख अलगाववाद को बढ़ावा देनेवाली करीब 40 वेबसाइट्स ब्लॉक कर दी गई हैं। आधिकारिक सूत्रों का कहना है कि चूंकि विभिन्न जगहों से अलग-अलग अज्ञात नंबरों से फोन कॉल आ रहे हैं, रिकॉर्डेड मैसेजेस भेजे जा रहे हैं, इसलिए सबको ब्लॉक करना मुश्किल है, लेकिन जरूरत पड़ी तो इस मामले में अमेरिका से भी संपर्क किया जाएगा।

दो-तीन बातें बिल्कुल साफ हैं कि पन्नू और गोपाल चावला वो आतंकवादी हैं, जिन्हें पाकिस्तान पालता है। ये आतंकवादी पाकिस्तान के गुण गाते हैं और सिर्फ भड़काने वाले रिकॉर्डेड मैसेज ही नहीं भेजते बल्कि आईएसआई की मदद से सीमा पार से आतंकवादियों को भेजते हैं और साथ में हथियार भी भेजते हैं। ये एक बड़ी साजिश का हिस्सा हैं और पंजाब में मार-काट मचाना चाहते हैं। वहां की शांति भंग करना चाहते हैं। लेकिन पंजाब की पुलिस ने उनकी हर साजिश को नाकाम किया है और दिल्ली में होम मिनिस्ट्री भी अलर्ट है।

देश की इंटेलिजेंस एजेंसियों ने ऐसे लोगों को आइडेंटीफाई करने की कोशिश शुरू कर दी है जो यहां रहकर ऐसे लोगों को सपोर्ट करते हैं। लेकिन सबसे अच्छी बात ये है कि पन्नू और गोपाल चावला जैसे दहशतगर्दों को सिख समाज अच्छी तरह पहचानता है, उनके इरादे क्या हैं, ये हमारे सिख भाई-बहन पहचानते हैं। सबको पता है इनकी मंशा खून-खराबा फैलाने की है। इसलिए सिख समाज ने इन्हें बार-बार करारा जवाब दिया है। लेकिन सावधान रहने और दूसरों को भी अलर्ट करने की जरूरत है।

In recent weeks, many of you might have received calls from unknown numbers from places like Michigan, Oklahoma, Georgia. Once you receive the call, you get a recorded message from someone claiming to be from an organization Sikhs for Justice, and calling for referendum for Khalistan, for which ardaas (prayer) should be performed in gurudwaras on July 19.

Thousands of people have got such calls in recent weeks and FIRs have been filed in Haryana and Punjab. In Kurukshetra, Haryana, a gurudwara had to call a meeting asking people not to respond to such messages meant to foment violence and separatism in Punjab.

Let me tell you the story behind this. A separatist organization based in the US, Sikhs for Justice, has given a call for ‘referendum’ on Khalistan for which it has asked all Sikhs to go to Gurudwara Sisganj and Gurudwara Bangla Sahib in Delhi for ‘ardaas’ (prayers) on July 19. The call has been given by a separatist Gurpatwant Singh Pannu, who works as legal counsel for this outfit. He has already been declared a terrorist by the Indian government.

On Thursday, Manjit Singh GK of Jaago Party led a demonstration outside Pakistan High Commission in Delhi alleging that Pakistani spy agency ISI was behind this conspiracy to rake up the Khalistan issue. Police stopped the demonstrators near Chanakyapuri police station.

Pakistan has been helping Pannu and another Khalistani separatist Gopal Chawla to raise the Khalistan issue. Gopal Chawla is a close associate of Lashkar-e-Taiyaba chief Hafiz Mohammed Saeed. In a video, Gopal Chawla has supported the call for referendum on Khalistan and has threatened to eliminate all those who are opposed to his idea.

Sikhs for Justice outfit, led by Pannu, follows the game plan set by its political masters in the ISI. The Home Ministry, on Thursday, revealed that it has blocked nearly 40 websites promoting Sikh separatism. Official sources said that it was difficult to keep a watch on recorded messages being sent from unknown numbers from different places, though the US authorities have been told about this.

It is a known fact that Khalistani separatists like Pannu and Gopal Chawla not only send provocative messages, but also send terrorists and weapons from across the border with direct help from Pakistan’s ISI. They are part of a greater insidious plan to create mayhem in Punjab. Both the Punjab Police and the Centre are on high alert to foil the machinations of these terrorists.

Intelligence agencies in India are also trying to identify people who are providing covert support to these separatists. The most satisfactory thing is that the Sikh community in India has openly snubbed these Khalistani separatists. One has to be on constant vigil against the machinations of these terrorists.

दुनिया को जिस दिन यह अच्छी खबर मिली कि अमेरिकी बायो टेक कंपनी मॉडर्ना कोरोना वैक्सीन का फाइनल ट्रायल शुरू करने जा रही है, उसी दिन ऐसी भी खबरें आईं कि मुंबई, दिल्ली और हैदराबाद में ठगों के गिरोह कोरोना मरीज़ों को प्लाज्मा डोनेशन के नाम पर न सिर्फ लूट रहे हैं, बल्कि उन्हें उल्लू बना रहे हैं।

भारत में कोरोना वायरस के नए मामलों का आंकड़ा लगातार बढ़ता जा रहा है, बुधवार को रिकॉर्ड 32,498 नए मामले दर्ज किए गए। दुनिया में सबसे ज़्यादा संक्रमित देशों की लिस्ट में भारत इस वक्त तीसरे स्थान पर है और कुछ दिनों में भारत का आंकड़ा 10 लाख को छूने वाला है। भारत में कोरोना से जान गंवाने वालों की संख्या बढ़कर 24,860 हो गई है। ऐसे में कोरोना से ठीक होने वाले लोगों के प्लाज्मा के लिए अस्पतालों में मांग बढ गई है, क्योंकि प्लाज़्मा थेरपी के ज़रिए ही गंभीर हालत वाले मरीज़ों का इलाज हो रहा है। ऐसी हालत में कुछ बेईमान लोग झूठ का सहारा लेकर पैसा कमाने में लग गए हैं।

मैं आपको कोरोना के संकट में भी इंसानियत के दुश्मनों से आगाह करना चाहता हूं, सावधान करना चाहता हूं। ऐसे ज्यादातर लोग कोरोना मरीज के रिश्तेदार को यह कहकर धोखा देते हैं कि, ठीक हो चुके व्यक्ति ने प्लाज्मा डोनेट किया है, लेकिन असल में ऐसा नही होता। दिल्ली, मुंबई और हैदराबाद में ऐसे कई गैंग एक्टिव हैं जो दावा करते हैं उनके पास ऐसे प्लाज्मा डोनर हैं जो कोरोना वायरस से ठीक हुए हैं। ये गैंग सोशल मीडिया और व्हाट्सएप के जरिए लोगों को लूटते हैं।

इस तरह की गड़बड़ और जालसाजी की रिपोर्ट्स सबसे ज्यादा मुंबई से आ रही हैं, लोगों ने साइबर क्राइम डिपार्टमेंट में फर्जीवाडे की कई शिकायतें दर्ज की हैं । आप जानते हैं मुंबई में कोरोना का भयंकर इन्फैक्शन है, यहां अभी तक करीब 96 हज़ार लोग कोरोना वायरस से संक्रमित हो चुके हैं और इनमें से 5400 लोगों की मौत भी हो चुकी है। गंभीर कोरोना मरीजों के लिए वहां पर प्लाज्मा डोनर्स की भारी कमी है।

कुछ बेईमान लोग वॉट्स ऐप पर ग्रुप बनाकर मैसेज फ्लोट करते हैं कि अगर किसी को कोविड 19 से रिकवर पेशेंट्स के प्लाज्मा की जरूरत है तो सीधा कॉन्टैक्ट करें। ऐसे कई ग्रुप सोशल मीडिया पर एक्टिव है, लोग इनके झांसे में फंस जाते हैं। चूंकि प्लाज्मा डोनेट करने के लिए रिकवरी रिपोर्ट के साथ फिटनेस सर्टिफिकेट की भी जरूरत होती है, इसे लेकर साइबर क्रिमिनिल्स नकली सर्टिफिकेट्स का इस्तेमाल कर रहे हैं।

महाराष्ट्र साइबर क्राइम के आई जी ने बताया कि इंटरनेट पर 10 लाख रुपए तक में प्लाज्मा की ब्लैक मार्केटिंग हो रही है। इसके बाद महाराष्ट्र साइबर सेल ने 4 टीम बनाई और अपनी जांच शुरू की। जांच में पता चला कि डार्क वेब के जरिये ये पूरा खेल किया जा रहा है। कुछ मामलों में 40 मिलीलीटर प्लाज्मा के लिए 30-40 हजार रुपए तक मांगा जाता है।

कई बार तो बैंक एकाउंट में पैसे ट्रांसफर करने के बाद भी मरीज तक प्लाज्मा देने वाला डोनर नही पहुंच पाता। कुछ ठग ऐसे हैं जो अस्पतालों और लैब्स के चक्कर लगाते हैं और ये पता लगाते हैं कि किस अस्पताल में, कौन सा मरीज़ को-मॉर्बिड पेशेंट है। यानी जिसे किडनी, लीवर, डायबिटीज या बीपी जैसी बीमारी पहले से है और उसे अब कोरोना का इन्फैक्शन भी है। वे ऐसे फर्जी डोनर का प्रबंध करते हैं जिसका कभी कोरोना इलाज हुआ ही नहीं। गैर-कोरोना डोनर का प्लाज्मा कोरोना रोगी को चढ़ाना खतरनाक हो सकता है और ठगी का ये तरीका मरीज की जान भी ले सकता है, क्योंकि मरीज को हमेशा गलत प्लाज्मा चढने का खतरा बना रहता है।

दिल्ली में भी खुद दिल्ली विधानसभा के स्पीकर रामनिवास गोयल इस धोखे का शिकार हो गए। रामनिवास गोयल के किसी रिश्तेदार को ब्लड प्लाज्मा की जरूरत थी, इसके लिए सोशल मीडिया पर प्लाज्मा डोनेट करने के लिए एक पोस्ट डाला, पोस्ट पर रिएक्शन आया, एक शख्स की तरफ से कहा गया कि वो राम मनोहर अस्पताल का डॉक्टर है, कोरोना से ठीक हो चुका है, फिटनेस सर्टिफिकेट भी है और प्लाज्मा डोनेट करना चाहता है। लेकिन प्लाज्मा डोनेट करने के लिए ट्रांसपोर्ट चार्ज मांगा, एक बार नहीं दो बार पैसे लिए। लेकिन इसके बावजूद जब ये शख्स प्लाज़मा डोनेट करने नहीं पहुंचा, फोन पर भी कॉन्टैक्ट नहीं किया, तब जाकर राम निवास गोयल ने दिल्ली के सिविल लाइंस पुलिस स्टेशन में शिकायत दर्ज कराई। हालांकि पुलिस ने कॉल डिटेल्स के आधार पर राहुल उर्फ अब्दुल करीम राणा को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। दिल्ली पुलिस लोगो से अपील कर रही है की सोशल मीडिया पर कई गिरोह इस वक़्त प्लाज्मा डोनेट के नाम पर लोगो को शिकार बना रहे है जिसके लिए लोगो को सतर्क रहने की जरूरत है।

इसी तरह हैदराबाद में भी खुद को संदीप रेड्डी बताने वाले एक साइबर हैकर ने ट्रैवल चार्ज के नाम पर एक महिला कोरोना मरीज के पोते से 5000 रुपए वसूल लिए। इसी तरह संदीप ने प्रेरणा नाम की भी एक महिला से प्लाज्मा के नाम पर 3000 रुपए ले लिए और गायब हो गया।

महामारी के समय लोगों के साथ धोखाधड़ी करना एक गंभीर अपराध है और इसपर तुरंत रोक लगनी चाहिए। इलाज के नाम पर लोगों की मजबूरी का फायदा उठाना, उनसे पैसे ऐंठना, ये गुनाह है। ऐसा करने वाले इंसान नहीं कहे जा सकते, उनकी संवेदनाएं मर चुकी हैं। ये सिर्फ कोरोना के खौफ से परेशान लोगों की मजबूरी का फायदा उठाते हैं।

असल में जब से लोगों को ये पता चला है कि प्लाज्मा थेरेपी से कोरोना मरीजों के ठीक होने की संभावना होती है तो लोग प्लाज्मा के लिए भागने लगे, हर कोई अपने रिश्तेदार को बचाना चाहता है। और बेईमान लोग इस स्थिति का फायदा उठाने में लगे हैं। प्लाज्मा डोनेशन के लिए आईसीएमआर ने कुछ दिशा निर्देश जारी किये है, लेकिन उनका भी पालन नहीं हो रहा।

दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट में पिछले दिनों एक PIL फाइल की गई थी कि दिल्ली सरकार कोरोना से रिकवर कर चुके पेंशेंट के लिए प्लाज्मा डोनेट करना अनिवार्य कर दे। लेकिन हाई कोर्ट ने ऐसा करने से मना कर दिया और कहा कि किसी के साथ प्लाज्मा के लिए जबरदस्ती नहीं की जा सकती। दिल्ली सरकार ने प्लाज्मा बैंक बनाए हैं, लोग चाहें तो वहां डोनेट कर सकते हैं। लेकिन इसके बावजूद ठीक हो चुके रोगियों के प्लाज्मा की मांग बढ़ती जा रही है।

मैं सभी से अपील करता हूं कि जब भी कोई प्लाज्मा डोनेशन के लिए पैसे की मांग करे तो सावधान रहें। हर व्यक्ति का जीवन बहुमूल्य है लेकिन कोई भी किसी के जाल में न फंसे।

कोरोना महामारी का डर तब तक बना रहेगा जबतक कोई कारगर वैक्सीन नहीं आ जाती। हालांकि अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने ‘Good News on Vaccines’ लिखकर ट्वीट किया है, लेकिन हमें धैर्य बनाए रखना है क्योंकि किसी भी निष्कर्ष तक पहुंचने से पहले वैज्ञानिक अपना समय लेंगे। वैक्सीन के क्लीनिकल ट्रायल में जल्दबाजी नहीं होनी चाहिए। मैनें कई विशेषज्ञों से बात की। उन सभी की एक राय है कि कोई भी वैक्सीन इस साल के अंत से पहले नहीं आएगी।

On a day when the world got ‘good news’ about a US bio-tech company Moderna going to start the final stage of clinical trials of its COVID-19 vaccine, there were reports of thriving rackets in Mumbai, Delhi and Hyderabad, where Corona patients were being duped in the name of plasma donations from recovered COVID patients.

The number of new COVID-19 infections in India is constantly on the rise, with a huge spike of 32,498 new cases recorded on Wednesday. India, presently at the third position in world tally, is going to touch one million cases within a few days. The death toll in India has now reached 24,860. There is a huge demand from critical patients fighting for their lives, for plasma taken from those who have recovered from COVID-19, and unscrupulous people are using this opportunity to make a kill.

I want to sound a note of caution. Most of these tricksters are duping relatives of patients by saying that the blood plasma has been donated by those who recovered, but in reality, this is not so. Several gangs are active in Delhi, Mumbai and Hyderabad, which claim that they have plasma donors who have recovered from COVID-19. These gangs are active on social media through WhatsApp and other platforms.

The largest number of cyber fraud complaints have come from Mumbai, a Corona hot spot, where 96,000 cases have been reported and 5,400 patients have died so far. There is acute shortage of plasma donors for critical patients.

These cyber criminal gangs creat WhatsApp groups and offer plasma donors for needy patients. They ask relatives to contact them directly. Since a COVID-19 recovery report and fitness certificate are required, these criminals manage to get fake certificates to dupe the relatives.

Maharashtra Police IG Cybercrime revealed that in some cases, the gangs extorted Rs 10 lakh for a plasma donor. Four teams of Maharashtra cyber crime cell police scoured through the dark web and found the details of the con trick. Rs 30 to 40 thousand was being demanded for 40 millilitre plasma.

In some cases, the gangs con relatives to transfer the money online to suspicious accounts and then vanish. In many other cases, gang members visit hospitals to find out which COVID-19 patients having co-morbidities like diabetes, kidney, liver and heart diseases, require blood plasma therapy. They then manage to bring in fake donors who never underwent COVID treatment. Transfusion of blood plasma from a non-COVID donor to a COVID patient is a risky affair, and the patient can lose his or her life.

In Delhi, assembly Speaker Ram Niwas Goel was duped of his money by a trickster Rahul alias Abdul Kareem Rana. The cheat claimed he was a doctor from RML Hospital, who has recovered from COVID and was willing to donate for Goel’s relative, who needed plasma therapy. The man extracted money from the Speaker twice through Google Pay and then vanished. The speaker complained to police, and the trickster was arrested. Delhi Police has appealed to the public to be careful while accepting fake offers on social media.

In Hyderabad, a cyber hacker calling himself as Sandeep Reddy extracted Rs 5000 as ‘travel charge’ from the grandson of a female COVID patient. He also extracted Rs 3000 from a woman named Prerna, and then vanished.

Cheating people during a pandemic is a serious crime and it must be curbed immediately. These criminals and tricksters are not human beings as they lack basic sensitivity. Their only motive is to earn money by hook or by crook.

With plasma therapy emerging as a reliable line of treatment for critical COVID patients, there is tremendous rush among the people for getting plasma donations. These tricksters are taking undue advantage of this situation. Though the Indian Council of Medical Research has prepared guidelines for plasma donations, these are being flouted.

A PIL was filed in Delhi High Court recently seeking directive to make blood plasma mandatory for all those who have recovered from COVID-19, but the court declined saying it cannot compel anybody to donate blood. Blood banks have been opened by Delhi government, but the demand for plasma from recovered COVID patients is high.

I would request all to be very careful while dealing with people who demand money for plasma donation. The life of every human being is valuable and one should not fall into any trap.

The COVID-19 pandemic will continue so long as an effective vaccine does not come in the market. Though US President Donald Trump has tweeted ‘Great News on Vaccines’, we have to remain patient because scientists take their own time to reach a final conclusion. We must not tinker with the clinical trials. I have spoken to several experts. They are unanimous on one point: an effective COVID vaccine will come only by the year-end.

राजस्थान के बाग़ी कांग्रेस नेता सचिन पायलट ने बुधवार को साफ कहा कि वह भारतीय जनता पार्टी में नहीं जा रहे हैं। पायलट ने कहा कि राजस्थान में कांग्रेस को दोबारा सत्ता में लाने के लिए उन्होने कड़ी मेहनत की है और वह पार्टी नहीं छोडेंगे। पायलट के बीजेपी में न जाने का पायलट का ये ऐलान मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत के उस आरोप के जवाब में था जिसमें उन्होने कहा था कि पायलट बीजेपी के साथ साजिश कर राज्य में उनकी सरकार को गिराना चाहते हैं। गहलोत ने यब भी आरोप लगाया था कि हरियाणा में पायलट के साथी विधायकों को होटल में रखवाने के पीछे बीजेपी का हाथ है।

गहलोत ने राज्य विधानसभा के स्पीकर को पत्र भेजकर पायलट और उनके 18 साथी विधायकों की सदस्यता को खत्म करने के लिए कहा है। स्पीकर की तरफ से इन सभी विधायकों के घरों के बाहर डिसक्वालीफिकेशन नोटिस चिपका दिए गए हैं । पायलट और उनके साथी विधायकों पर अनुशासनहीनता और विधायक दल की बैठकों में हिस्सा न लेने के आरोप लगाए गए हैं।

राजस्थान में अभी राजनीतिक लड़ाई लम्बी चलेगी, वैसे मंगलवार को पहला राउंड अशोक गहलोत के पक्ष में रहा। सचिन पायलट को उप मुख्यमंत्री पद तथा प्रदेश कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष पद से हटा दिया गया जबकि पायलट के दो अन्य सहयोगियों, विश्वेंद्र सिंह और रमेश मीणा, को मंत्रिमंडल से बर्खास्त कर दिया गया।

कांग्रेस आला कमान इस वक्त मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत के पीछे मजबूती से खड़ा है। राज्य में यूथ कांग्रेस, एनएसयूआई और सेवा दल के अध्यक्षों को बदलकर पायलट के समर्थकों को बाहर कर दिया गया है।

पायलट को बरखास्त किए जाने के बाद भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने विधानसभा में शक्तिपरीक्षण की मांग की है । आंकड़ों के खेल में अभी गहलोत का खेमा आगे नज़र आ रहा है, लेकिन आगे क्या स्थिति बनेगी, ये अभी कहना कठिन है।
बीजेपी ने आरोप लगाया है कि गहलोत ने कई विधायकों को कैद कर रखा है । इस इल्जाम को साबित करने वाला एक वीडियो सामने आया। राजस्थान ट्राईबल पार्टी के जो दो विधायक सरकार के साथ थे, उन्होने तय किया है कि वे वोटिंग के समय तटस्थ रहेंगे । इसके फौरन बाद सरकार का रुख बदल गया, कल तक जो विधायक खुले आम घूम रहे थे, उनके घरों के बाहर पुलिस का पहरा लगा दिया गया।
कांग्रेस पार्टी की “यूथ ब्रिगेड”, खासकर जतिन प्रसाद, शशि थरूर, दीपेन्द्र हुडा और प्रिया दत्त, पायलट के खिलाफ कार्रवाई से दुखी हैं। इन युवा नेताओं ने ट्वीट करते हुए कहा है कि सचिन पायलट के हटाए जाने की स्थिति को टाला जा सकता था। शशि थरूर ने सचिन पायलट को कांग्रेस का एक श्रेष्ठ और मेधावी (best and brightest) नेता बताते हुए कहा कि उन्हें हटाये जाने से उन्हे दुख पहुंचा है। थरुर ने लिखा कि पायलट को हटाने की बजाय उन्हें कांग्रेस में सबके साथ मिलकर पार्टी को एक धारदार हथियार के रूप में विकसित करना चाहिए था। थरूर का ये बयान कांग्रेस में युवा पीढी के नेताओं के दुख को बड़े साफ तरीके से दर्शाता है।

अब सवाल पूछे जा रहे हैं कि सचिन पायलट ने कांग्रेस हाईकमान के खिलाफ क्यों विद्रोह किया। सचिन पायलट कांग्रेस में रहकर बेचैन क्यों थे। असली बात ये है कि उन्हें लगता है कि राजस्थान की राजनीति में उनका अस्तित्व खतरे में हैं, उन्हें खत्म करने की कोशिश हो रही है, वह नाम के डिप्टी सीएम थे लेकिन उन्हें पूरी तरह साइडलाइन कर दिया गया था । वो मानते हैं कि अगर उन्होंने अब आवाज नहीं उठाई तो वो कहीं के नहीं रहेंगे लेकिन ये महसूस करने वाले सचिन पायलट अकेले नहीं हैं., सिर्फ ज्योतिरादित्य सिंधिया नहीं है।
कांग्रेस में पूरी की पूरी नई जनरेशन के लोग दीपेन्द्र हुड्डा, मिलिन्द देवड़ा, जितिन प्रसाद ऐसे तमाम नेता हैं, जो सचिन पायलट को साइड लाइन किए जाने से परेशान हैं, इन्हीं के लिए सचिन ने कहा कि ‘सत्य परेशान हो सकता है, पराजित नहीं हो सकता’।

लेकिन इस मामले में सबसे बड़ी चुनौती राहुल गांधी के सामने हैं । ये सारे के सारे नेता राहुल गांधी की टीम का हिस्सा थे । हम रोज देखते थे कि ये राहुल को मजबूत करने के लिए काम कर रहे थे, नई कांग्रेस बनाना चाहते थे । मजे की बात ये है कि अब कहा जा रहा है कि अब सचिन पायलट से बात की जाएगी, राहुल गांधी उनकी बात सुनेंगे, लेकिन मंत्रिमंडल से बरखास्त विश्वेन्द्र सिंह ने मंगलवार को जो शेर ट्वीट किया, उसके बाद राहुल गांधी से कुछ कहने की जरूरत नहीं हैं । ये शेर था, “काट कर जुबान मेरी, कह रहा है वो ज़ालिम, अब तुझे इजाज़त है, हाल ए दिल सुनाने की

The first round of the political battle in Rajasthan went to Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot on Tuesday. His bete noire Sachin Pilot was dismissed from the posts of Deputy Chief Minister and state Congress chief, while two of his close associates, Vishwendra Singh and Ramesh Meena, were sacked from the cabinet.

Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot is presently in a strong position. He has the party high command behind him, and he has managed to garner the support of most of the Congress MLAs, whom he has kept in a resort. All the heads of state Youth Congress, NSUI and Seva Dal have been replaced and Pilot’s supporters have been shown the door.

With this, the Congress high command has effectively shut the doors on Sachin Pilot and his supporters. Pro-Gehlot MLAs passed a resolution calling for strict action against the rebels and immediately after Chief Minister Gehlot went to Raj Bhavan to submit letters for dismissal of the three ministers. Simultaneously, the name plate and posters of Sachin Pilot displayed at the state Congress office were immediately removed.

Pilot reacted on Twitter saying “you can harass Truth, but you cannot defeat Truth”. The Congress high command alleged that Pilot was trying to dislodge the Congress government in Rajasthan while entering into a conspiracy with the BJP.

Soon after Pilot’s exit, there was a flurry of meetings in BJP camp. The party demanded an immediate trial of strength in the assembly, while its senior leaders were in touch with Pilot to persuade him to join the BJP. There were reports that two MLAs belonging to Bharatiya Tribal Party have been kept under police surveillance. The party had initially support Gehlot, but later decided to stay neutral during the floor test. Several leaders of the Congress “youth brigade”, Jitin Prasada,Shashi Tharoor and Priya Dutt in particular, tweeted to say that the exit of Sachin Pilot could have been avoided.

Questions are being asked on why Sachin Pilot revolted against the Congress high command. Pilot was finding himself uncomfortable. He was beginning to realize that his very existence in Rajasthan politics was being eroded by the Gehlot camp. He was Deputy Chief Minister only in name. In reality, he had been completely sidelined in administrative matters. That is when he decided to revolt, just like his former associate Jyotiraditya Scindia in Madhya Pradesh.

Scindia and Pilot are not the only two leaders who are unhappy with the Congress dispensation. They are several more among the next generation of leaders – Jitin Prasada, Deependra Hooda, Milind Deora, Shashi Tharoor – to name a few. Most of them were part of Team Rahul during his initial days as party chief, but now they find themselves completely sidelined. These young leaders were toiling hard to project the party as the New Congress headed by Rahul Gandhi, but their efforts went in vain.

The main challenge now is not before Sachin Pilot, but before Rahul Gandhi. It is he who has to chalk out his future road map in the party. One of Pilot’s close associates, Vishwendra Singh tweeted an evocative Urdu couplet after his dismissal: “Kaat kar meri zubaan, jeh raha hai wo zaalim, ab tujhe ijaazat hai, haal-e-dil sunane ki”. (After slashing off my tongue, the tyrant says, you are now allowed to speak). This effectively sums up the mood in the Sachin Pilot camp.

मंगलवार को कांग्रेस आला कमान ने राजस्थान के बाग़ी नेता सचिन पायलट को दो बड़े झटके दिए। पायलट को प्रदेश कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष और उपमुख्यमंत्री, दोनों पदों से हटा दिया गया। साथ ही पायलट के दो समर्थक मंत्रियों – विश्वेन्द्र सिंह और रमेश मीणा की भी छुट्टी कर दी गई। इस घटना के बाद राजस्थान में गुर्जर बहुल इलाकों, जैसे दौसा, अजमेर, भीलवाडा, धौलपुर, टोंक, सवाई माधोपुर और भरतपुर में प्रदर्शनों की आंशंका को देखते हुए हाई अलर्ट घोषित कर दिया गया है।

इससे पहले कांग्रेस विधायक दल की बैठक एक होटल रिज़ॉर्ट में हुई, जहां पायलट और उनके साथियों के खिलाफ अनुशासन की कार्रवाई करने का प्रस्ताव पास किया गया। इसके फौरन बाद मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत राज भवन गए और राज्यपाल को अपने बाग़ी मंत्रियों को छुट्टी कराने और अपने पक्ष में विधायकों के प्रस्ताव वाले पत्र सौंपे।

कांग्रेस प्रवक्ता रणदीप सिंह सुरजेवाला ने कहा कि सचिन पायलट से छह बार बात हई, उन्हें मनाने की कोशिश की गई, लेकिन कांग्रेस को लगता है कि वह भाजपा के साथ मिलकर सरकार गिराने के षडयंत्र में शामिल हैं. सुरजेवाला ने कहा कि प्रदेश युवा कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष और प्रदेश सेवा दल अध्यक्ष के पदों से भी सचिन पायलट के समर्थकों को हटा दिया गया है और उनके स्थान पर नयी नियुक्तियां की गई है।

मंत्रिमंडल से छुट्टी किए जाने के बाद पायलट के खासमखास विश्वेन्द्र सिंह ने एक शेर ट्वीट किया – ‘काट कर मेरी ज़ुबान, कह रहा है वो ज़ालिम, अब तुझे इजाज़त है, हाले दिन सुनाने की। ‘

पायलट और उनके साथी मंत्रियों की छुट्टी करके कांग्रेस आला कमान यह संदेश देने की कोशिश कर रही है कि पार्टी में नेता के खिलाफ बग़ावत को बरदाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा, पर सवाल ये है कि अगर पायलट अपने 18 या 20 विधायकों के साथ पार्टी छोडकर चले भी जाएंगे, तो क्या मुख्यमंत्री गहलौत की कुर्सी सलामत रहेगी ?

अभी तक किसी को मालूम नहीं है कि अंकों का गणित कहां जाकर रुकेगा । सबके मन में सवाल है कि क्या अशोक गहलोत की सरकार बचेगी और अगर सरकार बच गई तो सचिन पायलट क्या कांग्रेस में रहेंगे । फिलहाल जो समीकरण दिख रहे हैं, जिस तरह से अशोक गहलोत ने विधायकों का मैनेजमेंट किया है, विधायक दल की बैठक में विधायकों की जो संख्या है और पार्टी हाईकमान का जो रुख है, उसके हिसाब से ज्यादातर विधायकों का समर्थन अभी अशोक गहलोत क साथ हैं, पार्टी हाईकमान का आशीर्वाद भी गहलोत के साथ हैं, इसलिए कम से कम मौजूदा हालात में, गहलोत की सरकार को फिलहाल कोई खतरा नहीं दिख रहा है । फिलहाल अशोक गहलोत सचिन पायलट पर भारी दिख रहे हैं ।

राजस्थान की राजनीति में क्या हो रहा है, ये समझने के लिए आपको सचिन पायलट की बजाय राहुल गांधी की तरफ देखना होगा। राहुल गांधी जब कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष थे तो ज्योतिरादित्य सिंधिय़ा, सचिन पायलट और मिलिंद देवड़ा जैसे नेता उनके आसपास दिखाई देते थे । इसमें कोई दो राय नहीं है कि जब देश भर में कांग्रेस की नाव डूब रही थी, उस वक्त सचिन पायलट राजस्थान की गली गली में घूमे, पार्टी को खड़ा किया, उन्हें पूरा यकीन था कि अगर कांग्रेस जीती तो वही मुख्यमंत्री बनेंगे। जैसे मध्य प्रदेश में सिंधिया को यकीन था कि वह मुख्यमंत्री बनेंगे, लेकिन जब मौका आया तो राहुल गांधी ने अशोक गहलोत और कमलनाथ को चुना।
उस वक्त सचिन पायलट खून का घूंट पीकर रह गए लेकिन अब सचिन को लग रहा है कि वो भले ही उपमुख्यमंत्री हैं लेकिन सरकार में उनकी चलती नहीं और ऊपर से अशोक गहलोत इस कोशिश में लगे है कि सचिन पायलट को प्रदेश कांग्रेस के अध्यक्ष पद से हटा दिया जाय। सचिन पायलट के करीबी कहते हैं कि अशोक गहलोत मुख्यमंत्री हैं लेकिन उनके बेटे वैभव गहलोत का दखल बढ़ गया है। गहलोत अपने बेटे को राजनीति में आगे बढ़ाने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं, इसी बात से सचिन नाराज हैं।
बिल्कुल यही मध्य प्रदेश में हुआ था । ज्योतिरादित्य सिंधिया ने मेहनत की, जब सरकार बनाने का मौका आया तो कमलनाथ को कुर्सी पर बैठाया गया, ज्योतिरादित्य सिंधिया को मध्य प्रदेश कांग्रेस का अध्यक्ष तक नहीं बनाया, दिग्बिजय सिंह के बेटे को मंत्री बनाया गया, कमलनाथ का बेटा नकुलनाथ लोकसभा का सदस्य बन गया लेकिन ज्योतिरादित्य सिंधिया को मध्य प्रदेश से राज्य सभा का टिकट देने से भी इनकार कर दिया गया । इसलिए ज्योतिरादित्य ने मौका देखकर ताकत दिखा दी, कांग्रेस की सरकार गिर गई ।
सचिन पायलट की नाराजगी जायज है। उन्हें लगता है कि राहुल गांधी ने चुनाव जीतने के लिए उनका इस्तेमाल किया और फिर किनारे फेंक दिया। वो अपना दुख कहते तो किससे कहते।
आज हालत ये है कि कांग्रेस के बड़े-बड़े नेताओं को लगता है कि राहुल गांधी के व्यवहार की वजह से उन्होंने ज्योतिरादित्य सिंधिया को खोया, अब अगर सचिन पायलट को नहीं मनाया गया तो आज नहीं तो कल राजस्थान में भी सरकार ज्यादा दिन चला पाना मुश्किल होगा ।
एक नोट करने वाली बात और है कि प्रियंका गांधी ने पहली बार उत्तर प्रदेश के बाहर राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर किसी झगड़े में सीधा दखल दिया है और सचिन पायलट से बात की ।
असल में कांग्रेस को शरद पवार से सीखना चाहिए । बगावत करने वाले अजीत दादा पवार के साथ उन्होंने कैसा व्यवहार किया । कांग्रेस के नेता कहते हैं कि सिंधिया के मामले में जो गलती हुई, वो सचिन पायलट के मामले में नहीं होनी चाहिए लेकिन वो ये क्यों भूल जाते हैं कि सचिन पायलट के पीछे सिंधिया का भी हाथ हो सकता है ।

On a day of hectic political activity in Jaipur and New Delhi, Rajasthan chief minister Ashok Gehlot, facing rebellion from his deputy CM Sachin Pilot, hurriedly called a meeting of Congress MLAs at his residence on Monday, and then packed them off in buses to a resort in a bid to prevent desertions. Congress leaders, including Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, P. Chidambaram, spoke to Sachin Pilot and tried to persuade him to call off his political battle against Gehlot.

The number game is still unclear. Though Gehlot claimed the support of 107 MLAs in a house of 200, Pilot managed to keep his camp intact. The BJP called for a floor test in the assembly in order to put an end to the political drama. In a fast changing scenario, Gehlot seems to have a upper hand in the majority stakes.

Sachin Pilot is insisting on 50 per cent posts for his supporters in the state cabinet and state-run corporations, his continuance as state party chief and ‘full freedom’ in administrative work for him and his supporters.

In order to understand why Sachin Pilot revolted against the party leadership, one should not look at this young leader. One must look at the style of working of Rahul Gandhi.

When Rahul took over as Congress president, he had young leaders like Jyotiraditya Scindia, Sachin Pilot and Milind Deora with him as top lieutenants. At a time when the party’s political fortunes were dipping fast across India, it was Sachin Pilot who traversed the length and breadth of Rajasthan to garner public support.

Pilot was under the impression that he would be made the chief minister, if the Congress won in Rajasthan. Similarly, in Madhya Pradesh, Jyotiraditya Scindia was under the false impression that he would be made the chief minister, if the Congress returned to power. But when the time for picking up the chief ministers came, Rahul Gandhi opted for Ashok Gehlot and Kamal Nath. At that time, Sachin Pilot tried his best to suppress his unhappiness over this selection, but now he has realized that though he was given the ornamental post of Deputy CM, he had practically no say in government. The entire political power in Rajasthan is concentrated in the hands of the chief minister.

As a counter move, Chief Minister Gehlot was trying his best to dislodge Pilot from the post of state party chief. Pilot’s supporters allege that the chief minister was trying to promote his son Vaibhav Gehlot as a power centre. This was a clear affront to Pilot, who had put in years of toil to galvanize the party in Rajasthan.

A similar thing happened in Madhya Pradesh. Jyotiraditya Scindia toured the entire state to shore up the party’s position, but after the election results were out, it was Kamal Nath who was made the chief minister. Scindia was not even made the state party chief. Digvijay Singh’s son was made a minister, while Kamal Nath’s son Nakul Nath was made a party MP. Scindia was even denied a party ticket to become a Rajya Sabha member.

Scindia bided his time, and at an opportune moment, he displayed his political power by walking out of the Congress with his supporters, and joined the BJP. This resulted in the fall of Kamal Nath’s government.

I think, Sachin Pilot’s unhappiness is justified. He believes that Rahul Gandhi used him as a pawn to bring the Congress to power in Rajasthan and then cast him aside. The situation has now come to such a pass that several senior Congress leaders feel that it was Rahul’s style of working that caused Scindia to leave, and now Pilot wants to follow his path. They believe that if the issues raised by Pilot are not addressed soon, the party may soon have to sit in the opposition in Rajasthan.

There was one point to take note of on Monday. Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, who had confined herself to Uttar Pradesh politics, stepped in to persuade Sachin Pilot. This was her first interference in sorting out political disputes in the party on a national level.

Congress leaders should learn a lesson from NCP chief Sharad Pawar. The Maratha strongman’s nephew Ajit Pawar not only revolted, but formed a government with BJP for a few days, and yet Sharad Pawar did not lose his cool. He calmly persuaded him to return, forgave him, and gave him a place of prominence in the coalition government in Maharashtra.

Congress leaders say that the party leadership must not commit the same mistake with Pilot as it did with Scindia. But they forget one thing. It could be Scindia who might be advising Pilot on what to do in the coming weeks.
