In the first official statement in Parliament on the India-China military standoff in Ladakh, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Tuesday said, China is trying to unilaterally alter the status quo on the Line of Actual Control, while India wants to peacefully resolve the ongoing confrontation. Singh said, India is fully prepared to deal with any situation and the morale of Indian troops remains high despite several face-offs with the Chinese troops. “The Chinese actions reflect a disregard of our various bilateral agreements”, the Defence Minister said.

Singh said that the Indian armed forces have taken adequate counter-measures to match the Chinese military buildup across the LAC. He admitted that India “is facing a challenge in eastern Ladakh” this time, but did not elaborate saying he “would not go into sensitive operational issues”. The Defence Minister’s words in Parliament were carefully modulated and balanced, but it reveals how China is resorting to aggressive postures with massive military buildup and had been making frequent attempts at incursions.

India has tried its best to resolve the issue, both militarily and diplomatically. Both National Security Adviser Ajit Doval and Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar spoke to Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi, and our Defence Minister spoke to his Chinese counterpart, but China is not yielding. It is unwilling to listen to reason. The statement made by our Defence Minister clearly indicates that a warlike situation on the LAC cannot be immediately ruled out. The possibilities remain because Chine is not yielding.

In our prime time show ‘Aaj Ki Baat’ on Tuesday night, we showed exclusive visuals, taken by our Defence Editor Manish Prasad and cameraperson Chandra Bhan, of how our army and air force are in a state of preparedness near the LAC in Ladakh. Looking at the visuals on preparedness of our armed forces, we cannot but marvel at the extensive, scientific and minute planning made by our strategists. The Defence Ministry, on its part, has provided all facilities to our brave jawans, manning our posts at heights of more than 16,000 feet.

Looking at the morale of our officers and jawans, we can be rest assured that our borders are safe and secure in capable hands. One should not forget that life at such altitudes is not easy. Winter is fast approaching, and our jawans will have to face biting cold weather, in which oxygen levels drop and it is even difficult to breath normally. Our troops are ready with adequate food provisions, ammunitions and weapons to take on the enemy.

We should indeed be proud of our officers and jawans, when we watch the visuals of their state of preparedness. To all questions relating to ‘How’s the josh’, these brave officers and jawans always reply “High, sir”. Such is their tenacity and morale. All of us must salute them for their bravery so that they may know that the entire nation stands solidly behind them. Our government is confident and the ‘josh’ of our officers and jawans is high.

The visuals from a forward location shown on Tuesday night in ‘Aaj Ki Baat’ clearly show our troops have enough stocks of food, medicines, ammunitions, weapons and fuel. Our Globemaster transport aircraft and Chinook choppers are constantly supplying essentials to our troops deployed at the frontline. The planning is so meticulous that even if there is bad weather and the supply line is disrupted, our troops will be left with enough essentials to last the whole winter.

This is unprecedented in our army’s history. Tents have been erected for our officers and jawans at heights of 18-20,000 feet. These tents can withstand biting winter in temperature as low as minus 50 degree Celsius. Three-layered suits, camouflage jackets, solar heaters and lights, avalanche kits along with medical supplies, top quality food provisions that can last for almost a year have been provided to our troops. Even if there is a limited war, our troops are fully equipped with arms, ammunitions and provisions to last the entire duration of the conflict.

Let us hope that the Chinese military leaders realize the folly that they are going to commit. If they do not yield from their intransigent position, the only option left is a limited war. Our valiant armed forces are ready to give a crushing blow to the enemy.

सोमवार को हुआ यह रहस्योद्घाटन कि एक चीनी कंपनी आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस टूल की मदद से 10,000 से ज्यादा भारतीयों, जिनमें राष्ट्रपति, प्रधानमंत्री, बड़े राजनेता और उनके करीबी लोग शामिल हैं, के डेटा को इकट्ठा करने और उनकी मूवमेंट पर नजर रखने में लिप्त रही है, एक बड़ी चिंता का कारण बन गया है।

चीनी कंपनी जेनहुआ डेटा इन्फॉर्मेशन टेक्नोलॉजी एक टेक्नोलॉजी फर्म है जिसका हेडक्वॉर्टर शेनजेन में है। यह कंपनी चीन की खुफिया, सैन्य और सुरक्षा एजेंसियों के साथ काम करने का दावा करती है। कंपनी ने इन टूल्स को भारतीय राजनेताओं, सैन्य अधिकारियों, मून मिशन और मार्स मिशन के वैज्ञानिकों, परमाणु ऊर्जा विशेषज्ञों, उद्योगपतियों, मुख्यमंत्रियों और ओपिनियन मेकर्स की निगरानी के लिए डिजाइन करके काम में लगाया था। इस लिस्ट में तमाम सांसदों, विधायकों और कई शहरों के महापौरों के नाम शामिल हैं।

कोई भी आसानी से अंदाजा लगा सकता है कि चीनी खुफिया और सुरक्षा एजेंसियां भारत के VVIPs से जुड़ीं इन तमाम जानकारियों का क्या करती होंगी। घरेलू नीतियों को प्रभावित करने के इरादे से इन जानकरियों के इस्तेमाल से कहीं ज्यादा बड़ा खतरा मनोवैज्ञानिक युद्ध का है। चीनी कंपनी ने उन लोगों का डेटा इकट्ठा किया है जो भारत की हुकूमत में असर रखते हैं।

कंपनी ने जिन लोगों का डेटा इकट्टा किया है उनकी लिस्ट दिमाग को हिलाकर रख देने वाली है: राष्ट्रपति रामनाथ कोविंद, प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी, कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष सोनिया गांधी, कई केंद्रीय मंत्री, मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी, शिवराज सिंह चौहान, अशोक गहलोत, कैप्टन अमरिंदर सिंह, योगी आदित्यनाथ, नवीन पटनायक, हेमंत सोरेन, त्रिवेंद्र रावत, उद्धव ठाकरे, लगभग 350 सांसद, सीडीएस जनरल बिपिन रावत, तीनों सेनाओं के प्रमुख, सशस्त्र बलों के लगभग 60 वरिष्ठ सेवारत अधिकारी और सशस्त्र बलों से रिटायर हो चुके 15 सीनियर अफसर। इस लिस्ट में भारत के चीफ जस्टिस एस. ए. बोबडे, जस्टिस ए. एम. खानविलकर, सीएजी जी. सी. मुर्मू, उद्योगपति रतन टाटा और गौतम अडानी के नाम भी शामिल हैं। मकसद साफ है: चीनी कंपनी डेटा इकट्ठा करके उसे रिसर्च के लिए चीनी खुफिया एजेंसियों को सौंप रही थी। इसे ‘हाइब्रिड वॉरफेयर’ कहा जाता है।

इस चीनी कंपनी की स्थापना अप्रैल 2018 में हुई थी। कंपनी के चीन के विभिन्न शहरों में लगभग 20 प्रोसेसिंग सेंटर्स हैं। चीनी सरकार और चीनी सेना इसके सबसे बड़े क्लाइंट्स हैं। कंपनी राजनीति, व्यापार, न्यायपालिका, सरकार, प्रौद्योगिकी, मीडिया और सिविल सोसाइटी से जुड़े लोगों को टारगेट करती है। कंपनी इनमें से हरेक शख्स की सोशल मीडिया पर की जा रही गतिविधियों पर बारीकी से नजर रखती है: वे सोशल मीडिया पर क्या लिख रहे हैं, क्या लाइक कर रहे हैं और लोग उनकी पोस्ट पर क्या कमेंट कर रहे हैं। कंपनी इन लोगों की लाइव लोकेशन ट्रैक करती है, उनकी फ्रेंड लिस्ट पर नजर रखती है: कुल मिलाकर यह कंपनी किसी शख्स के सारे डिजिटल फुटप्रिंट्स पर नजर रखती है। इस डेटा के आधार पर कंपनी एक इंफॉर्मेशन लाइब्रेरी तैयार करती है और इसे चीनी सुरक्षा एजेंसियों के साथ साझा किया जाता है। ये सारी गतिविधियां भारत के सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम, 2011 के प्रमुख प्रावधानों का साफ तौर से उल्लंघन करती हैं।

हाइब्रिड वॉरफेयर एक प्रकार का छद्म युद्ध या प्रॉक्सी वॉर है जिसका उद्देश्य दुश्मन पर मनोवैज्ञानिक प्रभुत्व हासिल करना है। हाइब्रिड वॉर में पारंपरिक युद्ध के साथ साइबर युद्ध और मनोवैज्ञानिक युद्ध को मिलाया जाता है। यह लड़ाई हथियारों से नहीं लड़ी जाती। इसका उद्देश्य दुश्मन देश के लोगों की सोच में बदलाव लाना होता है। हाइब्रिड वॉर के तहत अफवाहें, गलत जानकारियां और फेक न्यूज फैलाई जाती है और इसका मकसद सेना का इस्तेमाल किए बिना प्रभुत्व हासिल करना होता है। उदाहरण के लिए, 2006 में लेबनान युद्ध के दौरान हिजबुल्लाह ने मनोवैज्ञानिक युद्ध के तहत गलत जानकारियों और तथ्यों का इस्तेमाल किया था और आम जनता को गुमराह किया था।

जेनहुआ डेटा इंफॉर्मेशन टेक्नोलॉजी सिर्फ भारत के नेताओं का डेटा इकट्ठा नहीं कर रही है। चीन ने एक विशाल वैश्विक डेटाबेस बनाया है जिसका इस्तेमाल खुफिया ऑपरेशन के लिए किया जाता है। चीन दुनिया भर के 24 लाख लोगों की जासूसी कर रहा था जिनमें से लगभग 10,000 भारत के हैं। यह चीनी कंपनी ऑस्ट्रेलिया के प्रधानमंत्री समेत देश के 35 हजार लोगों की जासूसी कर रही थी। कंपनी की लिस्ट में अमेरिका के बड़े राजनेताओं और उद्योगपतियों समेत देश के कुल 52 हजार लोगों के नाम शामिल हैं। जेनहुआ डेटा चीन की कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी और इसकी सुरक्षा एजेंसियों से सीधे जुड़ी हुई है। भारत, अमेरिका, ऑस्ट्रेलिया, ब्रिटेन, कनाडा, इंडोनेशिया और मलेशिया ऐसे कुछ देश हैं जहां यह कंपनी जासूसी में शामिल रही है। इस कंपनी ने भारत में आतंकवाद, नशीले पदार्थों की तस्करी, वित्तीय गड़बड़ी और भ्रष्टाचार में लिप्त लोगों का डेटा भी इकट्ठा किया है। चीन भारत के इन दुश्मनों को आसानी से ब्लैकमेल कर सकता है।

मुझे उम्मीद है कि कम्युनिकेशंस और आईटी मिनिस्ट्री जासूसी करने और डेटा इकट्ठा करने के काम में लिप्त इस चीनी कंपनी से जुड़े लोगों के नापाक मंसूबों को ध्वस्त करने के लिए सख्त कदम उठाएगी और उन्हें उनके अंजाम तक पहुंचाएगी। यह काम जितनी जल्दी हो उतना ही अच्छा होगा।

The revelation on Monday that a Chinese company has been indulging in data mining and tracking of movement through Artificial Intelligence tools of more than 10,000 Indians, including the President, Prime Minister, top politicians and people in their close circles, has now become a major cause for worry.

The Chinese company Zhenhua Data Information Technology, a Shenzhen-based technology firm which claims to work with intelligence, military and security agencies of China, had designed and deployed these tools to monitor Indian political leaders, army officers, Moon mission and Mars mission scientists, atomic energy experts, industrialists, chief ministers and opinion makers. Names of scores of MPs, MLAs and city mayors are in the list.

One can easily guess what Chinese intelligence and security agencies will do with this huge mass of information relating to VVIPs from India. The bigger threat is psychological warfare judging from the intent to use such information to influence domestic policy. The Chinese company has mined data of people who have a say in India’s governance.

The list of people whose data have been mined is mind boggling: President Ramnath Kovind, PM Narendra Modi, Congress President Sonia Gandhi, several union ministers, chief ministers Mamata Banerjee, Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Ashok Gehlot, Capt. Amrinder Singh, Yogi Adityanath, Naveen Patnaik, Hemant Soren, Trivendra Rawat, Uddhav Thackeray, nearly 350 MPs, CDS Gen. Bipin Rawat, all three service chiefs, nearly 60 senior serving officers of armed forces and 15 retired senior armed force officers. The list also includes Chief Justice of India S. A. Bobde, Justice A M Khanwilkar, CAG G. C. Murmu, industrialists Ratan Tata and Gautam Adani. The motive is clear: the Chinese company was mining data and handing them over to Chinese intelligence agencies for research. This is called ‘hybrid warfare’.

Set up in April, 2018, this Chinese company has nearly 20 processing centres in different cities of China. The Chinese government and Chinese army are its biggest customers. The company targets politics, business, judiciary, government, technology, media and civil society. The company keeps a watchful eye on social media activities of each of these individuals: what they write, what they like and what comments do people give on their posts. The company tracks live locations of these individuals, their friend lists: in short, all the digital footprints of an individual are kept under watch by this company. An information library is created and this is shared with Chinese security agencies. All these activities clearly violate the major provisions of India’s Information Technology Act, 2011.

Hybrid warfare is a sort of proxy war intended to gain psychological dominance over the enemy. In hybrid war, tools of conventional war are blended with psychological operations and cyber war. It is not fought with weapons. The aim is to bring about change in the mindset of people of the enemy country. Rumours, fake news and misinformation are spread through hybrid warfare and the aim is to gain dominance without use of military. For example, during the Lebanon war in 2006, Hezbollah used fake news and information to carry out psychological war and misguide the general public.

Zhenhua Data Information Technology’s data mining of leaders is not confined to India alone. China has created a big global data base that is used for intelligence operations. China had been keeping surveillance on 2.4 million individuals across the world, out of which nearly 10,000 belong to India. Nearly 35,000 individuals in Australia including their Prime Minister, had been kept under surveillance by this Chinese company. The list includes 52,000 Americans including top politicians and businessmen. Zhenhua Data is directly connected with the Communist Party of China and its security agencies. India, US, Australia, UK, Canada, Indonesia and Malaysia are some of the countries where this company keeps surveillance. This company has also done data mining of individuals in India found involved in terrorism, narcotic smuggling, financial bungling and corruption. China can easily blackmail these individuals who are enemies of India.

I hope Communications and IT Ministry will take stringent steps to put an end to the nefarious activities of people associated with this Chinese company engaged in surveillance and data mining, and take them to task. The sooner, the better.

पूर्वी लद्दाख में भारतीय सेना के साथ पिछले चार महीने से जारी गतिरोध के बीच चीन की सेना (पीएलए) अब एक ऐसे संकट में घिर गई है जिसकी नींव खुद उसी ने रखी थी। ऐसी हालत में अब भारत को डराने के लिए चीन की सेना ने प्रोपेगेंडा वॉर शुरू कर दिया है। उधर, एलएसी पर तैनात भारत के जवान पूरी मुस्तैदी के साथ सरहद की हिफाजत में डटे हुए हैं।

शुक्रवार को अपने प्राइम टाइम शो ‘आज की बात’ में हमने चीन के आधिकारिक मीडिया की तरफ से जारी किए गए वीडियो दिखाए। इन वीडियो में चीन के टैंक और आर्टिलरी गन दिखाए गए हैं। पिछले तीन दिन से चीन के सरकारी टेलीविजन पर लगातार युद्धाभ्यास के वीडियो जारी किए जा रहे हैं और दावा किया जा रहा है कि भारत के सैनिक अगर पीछे नहीं हटे या भारत ने सरहद पर टेंशन कम करने की कोशिश नहीं की तो उसे युद्ध के लिए तैयार रहना चाहिए। चीन की सेना तिब्बत में लगातार युद्धाभ्यास कर रही है। चीन की मीडिया का दावा है कि ये वीडियो तिब्बत स्थित पीएलए के वेस्टर्न मिलिट्री कमांड की ओर से जारी किया गया है।

इसी तरह दो दिन पहले भी चाइनीज टीवी ने एयरबोर्न ट्रूप्स की मॉक ड्रिल को एंकर्स के साथ दिखाया था और यह कहा गया कि यह युद्धाभ्यास लद्दाख में एलएसी पर मौजूदा हालात को देखकर ही किया जा रहा है। हमारे डिफेंस एडिटर मनीष प्रसाद ने बताया कि ये बात तो सही है कि चीन सरहद पर भारत को उकसाने, डराने और धमकाने की हर संभव कोशिश कर रहा है। ये भी सही है कि बीच-बीच में चाइनीज फौज मिलिट्री ड्रिल भी करती है और चीनी सौनिकों की तैनाती भी बढ़ी है। लेकिन चीन की तरफ से जो वीडियो जारी किए जा रहे हैं, वो सिर्फ प्रोपेगेंडा वॉर का हिस्सा हैं। चीन के ये वीडियो कब के हैं, कहां के हैं, कोई नहीं जानता। लेकिन कई दिनों से लेह में मौजूद मनीष प्रसाद ने बताया कि भारतीय जवान लद्दाख में पूरी तरह मुस्तैद हैं। हथियारों का जमावड़ा हमारी तरफ भी कम नहीं हैं।सैनिकों की तैनाती हमारी तरफ भी चीन से कम नहीं हैं और जहां तक एक्सरसाइज का सवाल है तो आसमान में हमारे फाइटर जेट और जमीन पर हमारे टैंक्स भी हर वक्त तैयार हैं।

अपने दावे को सही साबित करने के लिए चीन की सेना अपने जवानों के अजीबो-गरीब वीडियो भी जारी कर रहा है। वीडियो भी ऐसा, जिसे देखकर आप हंसे बिना नहीं रह सकते। एक वीडियो में चीन के सैनिकों को ड्रोन के जरिए ‘गर्म’ नूडल्स पहुंचाने की तस्वीरें दिखाई गई हैं। पूरी दुनिया जानती है कि हाई एल्टीट्यूड वॉर (पहाड़ों पर युद्ध) में हिन्दुस्तान की फौज का कोई मुकाबला नहीं है। ऊंचे और बर्फीले इलाकों में सर्वाइव करने और दुश्मन को धूल चटाने में हमारे जवानों को महारत हासिल है और पूरी दुनिया ये भी जानती है कि चीन के फौजी ऊंचे और बर्फीले इलाकों में लंबे वक्त तक नहीं टिक सकते। गलवान घाटी में जो हुआ था वो इसका सबूत है। हमारे जवानों ने दुश्मन को बड़ा नुकसान पहुंचाते हुए चीनी सैनिकों के हमले को नाकाम कर दिया, उसे पूरी दुनिया ने देखा है।

चीन की सेना बार-बार ये दावा करती है कि उसकी फौज ने सर्दियों की पूरी तैयारी कर ली है लेकिन सर्दियों में भारत के जवान लद्दाख के पहाड़ों पर इतनी ऊंचाई में टिक नहीं पाएंगे। सैनिकों को गर्म नूडल्स परोसते हुए वीडियो में दावा किया गया कि ड्रोन्स के जरिए चीन के अग्रिम मोर्चे पर तैनात सैनिक, सर्द मौसम में भी गरमागर्म खाने का लुत्फ उठाएंगे। इसके बाद चीन की सरकारी मीडिया में ये भी कहा गया कि ऐसे मौसम में भारतीय जवानों को ठंडा कैन्ड फूड खाना पड़ेगा और भारी ठंड का सामना करना पड़ेगा। वैसे ये बात तो सही है कि ठंड बढ़ेगी तो चुनौतियां भी बढ़ेंगी। लेकिन इसके लिए हमारी सेना पूरी तरह तैयार है। भारतीय सेना के जवान इस वक्त भी 16 हजार फीट की ऊंचाई पर मौजूद हैं और उनके लिए खाने-पीने की कोई दिक्कत नहीं होगी, क्योंकि अब ऊंचाई वाले इलाकों में बेस कैंप के पास ही छोटे-छोटे किचन बनाए गए हैं। इनमें जवानों के लिए गर्म खाना बनता है। किचन हर वक्त चलती रहे और इसके लिए ईंधन की कमी न हो, इसलिए लगातार डीजल की सप्लाई हो रही है। सिर्फ खाने-पीने के सामान ही नहीं बल्कि हथियारों की सप्लाई भी लगातार जारी है।

चीन की जब कोई चालाकी काम नहीं आई और पीएलए का प्रोपेगेंडा वार फेल हो गया तो चीन ने मॉस्को में बातचीत का ड्रामा किया। मैं जानबूझकर ड्रामा शब्द का इस्तेमाल कर रहा हूं। इसकी वजह आपको बताता हूं। दरअसल रूस में SCO समिट के साइडलाइन एलएसी विवाद को लेकर पहली बार भारत के विदेश मंत्री एस. जयशंकर और चीन के विदेश मंत्री वॉन्ग यी के बीच वन-टू-वन मीटिंग हुई। दोनों नेताओं के बीच विस्तार से बॉर्डर के मुद्दे पर चर्चा हुई। तय हुआ कि टेंशन को कम किया जाएगा। इसके लिए पांच सूत्रीय एजेंडा तय हुआ। लेकिन यह कागजों पर ही अच्छा लग रहा था, जमीनी हकीकत बिल्कुल अलग है।

पांच सूत्रीय फॉर्मूले में दोनों देश इस बात पर राजी हुए हैं कि (1) मतभेदों को विवाद नहीं बनने दें। (2) सैन्य स्तर पर बातचीत जारी रखनी चाहिए, विवादित जगहों पर दोनों देशों के सैनिकों को पीछे हटना चाहिए और सैनिक प्रॉपर डिस्टेंस मेंटेन करें जिससे तनाव कम हो सके। (3) बॉर्डर को लेकर दोनों देशों के बीच जो भी समझौते हुए हैं, दोनों सेनाएं उसका पालन करेंगी। (4) दोनों देश स्पेशल रिप्रेजेंटेटिव मैकेनिज्म के जरिए कम्यूनिकेशन बनाए रखेंगे। (5) हालात सामान्य होने पर दोनों देशों को विश्वास बहाली के उपायों पर काम में तेजी लाना होगा।

जब ज्वाइंट स्टेटमेंट जारी हुआ तो लगा कि चीन अब रास्ते पर आ रहा है। लेकिन हैरानी की बात ये है कि मास्को में ज्वाइंट स्टेटमेंट के जारी होने के कछ ही देर के बाद चीन ने अपनी लाइन बदल दी। चीन ने लद्दाख सेक्टर में एलएसी के पास 50,000 से अधिक सैनिकों को तैनात कर दिया है, और उसके वायु सेना के विमान और एयर डिफेंस सिस्टम लगातार एक्सरसाइज कर रहे हैं। चीन के आर्मी जनरल इतने चिंतित और घबराए हुए क्यों हैं? ऐसा इसलिए है, क्योंकि हमारे स्पेशल फ्रंटियर फोर्स के जवान, जो तिब्बती निर्वासित हैं, ने एलएसी के पास कई ऊंचाई वाली चोटियों पर कब्जा कर लिया है, जहां से वे चीनी सैनिकों की गतिविधियों पर नजर रख सकते हैं।

इस वक्त भारतीय फौज की पोजिशन चीन के मुकाबले कई गुना मजबूत है। दक्षिणी पैंगोग सो इलाके की 24 चोटियों पर हमारे जवान तैनात हैं। भारतीय फौज की इस तैनाती से चीन की फौज परेशान है। उसके जनरल घबराए हुए हैं। साउथ पैंगोंग सो में फिंगर फोर की सबसे ऊंची चोटी पर अब इंडियन पोस्ट बन चुकी है। हमारे जवानों ने प्रीएम्टिव मेजर्स के साथ, मिडनाइट ऑपरेशन करके करीब 6000 मीटर की ऊंचाई यानी करीब 18 हजार फीट की ऊंचाई पर अपनी मौजूदगी दर्ज करवा ली है। असल में फिंगर फोर और फिंगर फाइव को लेकर ही दोनों सेनाओं के बीच टकराव के हालात हैं। चीन ने इस इलाके में हैवी डिप्लॉयमेंट किया हुआ है इसीलिए भारतीय सेना का भी मिरर डिप्लॉयमेंट है। चूंकि पहले हम नीचे की तरफ थे,इसलिए चीन की तैनाती पर नजर रखने में दिक्कत होती थी और चीन को छुपकर, चुपके से घुसपैठ करने में आसानी होती थी। लेकिन अब इंडियन आर्मी को फायदा मिला है कि वह चीनी सैनिकों पर नजर रख सके।

जरा सोचिए, दुनिया की सबसे ऊंची पोस्ट सियाचिन ग्लेशियर 22 हजार फीट पर है और अब हमारे जवान पैंगोंग सो इलाके में 18 हजार फीट की ऊंचाई पर पहुंच चुके हैं। और यहां से हम चाइनीज डिप्लॉयमेंट पर..चाइनीज मूवमेंट पर पूरी तरह नजर रख सकते हैं। इस वक्त भारत और चीन की सेना के बीच चुशूल, हॉटस्प्रिंग्स, डेपसांग वैली और पैंगोंग सो की पोजिशन को लेकर फेसऑफ की स्थिति बनी हुई है। यहां एक स्ट्रेटजिक प्वाइंट है ‘रेचेनला पास’। इस वक्त ‘रेचेनला पास’ चीन की लाइफ लाइन है। लेकिन इसके करीब ही भारतीय सेना के जवान 16 हजार फीट की ऊंचाई पर तैनात है। यहां से चीन की हर हरकत पर नजर रखी जा रही है।

आइए, हम यह समझने की कोशिश करें कि चीनी जनरलों क्यों चिंतित हैं और घबराए हुए क्यों हैं। अप्रैल में चीनी सैनिकों की घुसपैठ नोटिस में आने के बाद जून में भारतीय जवानों के साथ उनका टकराव शुरू हुआ। अप्रैल तक भारत को चीन की दोस्ती पर भरोसा था और इसका अनुचित लाभ चीनी सेना ने उठाया। लेकिन अब, हालात बदल गए हैं। भारतीय सेना ने लगभग 24 चोटियों पर नियंत्रण स्थापित कर लिया है जहां से वे चीन के सैनिकों की गतिविधियों पर कड़ी नजर रख सकते हैं। चीन चाहता है कि भारतीय सैनिक इन चोटियों से हट जाएं।

चीन की दूसरी परेशानी ये है कि भारत ने उससे होने वाले व्यापार पर पाबंदी लगाई है। अब चीन की कोशिश ये है कि एलएसी पर बात होती रहे, मामला लटकता रहे, लेकिन भारत ने चीन के बिजनेस पर जो रोक लगाई है उसे वापस ले लिया जाए। क्योंकि बिजनेस की मार भी चीन को खूब पड़ी है। चीनी आईटी कंपनियां भारत सरकार द्वारा ऐप्स पर लगाए गए बैन से बुरी तरह प्रभावित हुई हैं। भारत का रुख बिल्कुल स्पष्ट है। जब तक चीन अपने सैनिकों को नहीं हटाता और तिब्बत में अपनी सेना की तैनाती कम नहीं करता, तब तक सामान्य हालात बहाल नहीं हो सकते।

चीन की तीसरी तकलीफ ये है कि पूरी दुनिया में आज भारत की डिप्लोमेसी और नरेन्द्र मोदी की लीडरशिप का प्रभाव है। आज अमेरिका, रूस, यूके, जापान, ऑस्ट्रेलिया, यूरोप से लेकर सारे बड़े-बड़े मुल्क भारत के साथ हैं। वो चीन की चालाकियों को समझते हैं,इसलिए चीन आइसोलेटेड है और किसी तरह से इस हालात से बाहर निकलना चाहता है।

और अंत में सबसे बड़ी बात ये है कि इन सारी बातों का असर चीनी कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी की टॉप लीडरशिप की आंतरिक ताकत पर भी पड़ रहा है, जिसे वहां की जनता की आलोचनाओं का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। चीन ‘मुंह में राम और बगल में छुरी’ की कहावत चरितार्थ करता रहा है। लेकिन भारत ने चीन के इस गेम को अच्छी तरह से समझ लिया और चीन को उसी की भाषा में जवाब देने का फैसला किया है। क्योंकि दूध का जला छाछ भी फूंक-फूंककर पीता है।

In the four month long standoff with Indian army in eastern Ladakh, the Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA) now finds itself in a crisis of its own making. The Chinese army has therefore launched a propaganda war to intimidate India, whose army jawans stand firm and vigilant at the Line of Actual Control.

In our prime time show ‘Aaj Ki Baat’ on Friday night, we showed videos released by Chinese official TV media showing their tanks and artillery guns in action. For the last three days, Chinese TV stations are broadcasting war games videos with their newscasters saying that if India does not withdraw its troops and defuse tension, it should be prepared to face a war. The PLA troops are constantly carrying out war exercises in Tibet and the Chinese media claims that these videos have been released by the PLA’s Western Theatre Command in Tibet.

Two days ago, Chinese TV showed airborne troops carrying out mock drills with their anchors saying that the PLA is all set to deal strongly with the current standoff in Ladakh. Our defence editor Manish Prasad says that the Chinese army is trying its utmost to provoke, intimidate and threaten India and telecast of such war games videos are part of its propaganda war. Nobody knows the date, time and location of these videos, but Manish Prasad, presently in Leh, says that the Indian army is ready in Ladakh with mirror deployment of its troops and artillery. Our fighter jets, tanks and artillery guns are ready to deter the enemy from launching any misadventure.

One cannot stop laughing while watching a video released by the Chinese army in which ‘hot’ noodle packs are being provided to their troops with the help of drones. The world knows that the capability of Indian troops to carry out high altitude warfare is legendary and our brave jawans have the tenacity to fight against all odds high up in the mountains. The ferocious manner in which our jawans foiled Chinese troops’ attack in Galwan valley, inflicting heavy casualties on the enemy, has been noticed across the world.

The Chinese army is claiming from rooftops that its troops are ready to dig in for a long haul during the oncoming winter when snowfall starts. They claim that Indian troops may not be able to withstand a tough winter in Ladakh’s mountainous region. The Chinese media, while showing ‘hot’ noodle packs being served to its troops, commented that Indian jawans may have to content themselves with cold, canned food during winter. They overlook the fact that our army has already set up small kitchens at base camps at 16,000 feet altitude for our jawans. These base camps are regularly being provided fuel so that the kitchens continue to provide hot food to our jawans keeping a close vigil on the LAC.

When the propaganda war by Chinese PLA failed, the Chinese mandarins resorted a ‘drama’ in Moscow. I am deliberately using the word ‘drama’ because the marathon talks between our Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar and the Chinese foreign minister Wang Yi yielded a five-point consensus that may look nice on paper, but is not worth the paper it is written on. The ground reality is completely different.

The five-point consensus was on (1) not allowing differences to become disputes, (2) troops should continue dialogue, quickly disengage, maintain proper distance and ease tension (3) both countries shall abide by all existing agreements and protocols (4) both countries shall continue communication through Special Representatives mechanism (5) as situation eases, both sides should expedite new confidence-building measures for ensuring peace and tranquility.

High-sounding words, these. The ground reality is different. China has deployed more than 50,000 troops near LAC in Ladakh sector, and its air force jets and air defence systems are continuously carrying out exercises. Why are the Chinese army generals so worried? It is because, our Special Frontier Force jawans, manned by Tibetan exiles, have occupied several heights near the LAC, from where they can keep watch on Chinese troop movements.

The Indian position is now stronger compared to that of China’s. Our jawans are in control of nearly 24 heights in the southern part of Pangong lake area, and the PLA generals are worried. Our jawans are manning the post on the topmost height of Finger 4. This was possible because of pre-emptive action taken by SFF troops during a midnight operation at 6,000 metre (18,000 feet) height. The two armies are now in a faceoff for Finger 4 and Finger 5. China has made heavy deployment and India has also made mirror deployment of its troops and weapons in that area. Earlier, our troops were at a lower height and there was problems in keeping watch on Chinese movements, but now they have an upper hand by occupying key heights.

Just imagine, the world’s highest battlefield is Siachen glacier at 22,000 feet height, and our jawans are now posted at heights which are at 18,000 feet in Pangong Tso. Presently, both the armies are in a faceoff situation in Pangong Tso, Depsang valley, Hot Springs and Chushul. Our jawans are close to Rechen La, a strategic point, considered a lifeline for Chinese troops assembled there.

Let us try to understand why the Chinese generals are worried and appear to be in a hurry. After their incursions were noticed in April, the Chinese troops were engaged in clashes with Indian jawans in June. At that time, they were in a better position. Till April, India had been trusting China’s friendship and the Chinese army took undue advantage. But now, the situation has reversed. Our army occupies nearly 24 heights from where our troops can keep close watch on Chinese troop movements. China wants our troops to disengage from these heights.

The second point over which China appears to be worried is: trade. Chinese mandarins want that India should lift all restrictions on bilateral trade even as talks on Ladakh continue. Chinese IT companies have been badly hit by bans imposed on apps by Indian government. India’s stand is quite clear. There can be no return to normalcy until and unless China disengages its troops and reduce its troop deployment in Tibet.

The third point is: China is isolated in world arena. Big powers like the USA, UK, European countries, Japan and Australia are with India and Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s strong diplomacy with these countries is yielding positive results. Faced with international opprobrium, China wants to wiggle out from the crisis it has created.

And last, but not the least, the effects of all these developments are being felt by the Chinese Communist Party leadership which is facing criticisms from the Chinese public. In Hindi, there is a proverb: Munh Me Ram, Bagal Me Chhuri (One who speaks sweetly may be hiding a dagger behind to stab at the right moment). Once bitten, twice shy. India has realized the Chinese game of double-talk and has therefore decided to respond accordingly.

मुंबई में स्पेशल NDPS कोर्ट ने शुक्रवार को अभिनेत्री रिया चक्रवर्ती, उसके भाई शौविक, उसके दोस्तों दीपेश सावंत, सैमुअल मिरांडा, संदिग्ध पेडलर्स अब्दुल बासित और जैद विलात्रा द्वारा दायर सभी 6 जमानत याचिकाओं को खारिज कर दिया। जज जी. बी. गुराव ने कहा कि रिया के घर से जब्त किए गए टैबलेट में बॉलीवुड पार्टियों के वीडियो और तस्वीरों की अभी तक जांच नहीं की गई है और इसलिए न्यायिक हिरासत जरूरी है। रिया को अब भायखला जेल में तब तक रहना होगा जब तक कि उसकी जमानत याचिका पर बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट में सुनवाई नहीं हो जाती।

इस बीच दिल्ली में नारकोटिक्स कंट्रोल ब्यूरो के हेडक्वॉर्टर में NCB के डायरेक्टर जनरल राकेश अस्थाना ने फिल्म इंडस्ट्री में ड्रग माफिया की हद और पहुंच की जांच के लिए अपने अधिकारियों के साथ एक शीर्ष स्तरीय बैठक की। NCB के लिए एक ऐक्शन प्लान बनाया गया ताकि फिल्म इंडस्ट्री में ड्रग्स लेने के आदी और इसकी खरीद करने वालों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की जा सके। मुंबई की स्पेशल कोर्ट में NCB प्रॉसिक्यूटर ने रिया की जमानत याचिका का कड़ा विरोध करते हुए आरोप लगाया कि वह साफ तौर पर अवैध ड्रग्स की तस्करी से जुड़ी फाइनेंसिंग ऐक्टिविटी में शामिल थी और अन्य आरोपियों द्वारा दिए गए स्वैच्छिक बयान, वॉट्सएप चैट रिकॉर्ड, कॉल डिटेल रिकॉर्ड और लैपटॉप एवं टैबलेट्स से मिली जानकारियां इस बात का समर्थन करती हैं।

NCB प्रॉसिक्यूटर ने अदालत को बताया, ‘याचिकाकर्ता (रिया) को सुशांत सिंह राजपूत द्वारा ड्रग्स के इस्तेमाल की बात पता थी और उसने ड्रग्स की खरीद करके खुद को इस अपराध में शामिल कर लिया। उसने अवैध ड्रग तस्करी से जुड़े पैसे के लेनदेन के लिए अपने क्रेडिट कार्ड और पेमेंट गेटवे का इस्तेमाल किया है।’

NCB के वकीलों ने रिया के उन दावों को खारिज कर दिया जिसमें कहा गया था कि उसे अपना गुनाह कुबूल करने के लिए मजबूर किया गया था, जिसे उसने औपचारिक रूप से वापस ले लिया है। NCB के वकील ने अदालत से बताया कि ‘स्वीकारोक्ति कानून के मुताबिक से ली गई थी और स्वीकार्य है। कानूनी सलाह के आधार पर अपनी स्वीकारोक्ति से पलट जाना एक नियमित प्रक्रिया है।’ उन्होंने अदालत को यह भी बताया कि रिया ने यह बात मानी थी कि वह अप्रैल 2019 से सुशांत सिंह राजपूत के साथ रह रही थी और अपने भाई शौविक और उसके साथियों बासित परिहार, कैजाम इब्राहिम और ज़ैद विलात्रा के जरिए सुशांत के लिए ड्रग्स खरीदा करती थी। वकील ने कहा कि NDPS ऐक्ट की धारा 27ए के तहत ‘अपराधियों को प्रश्रय देना और अवैध तस्करी को फाइनैंस करना’ गैर-जमानती अपराध है।

रिया के भाई शौविक द्वारा NCB को दिए गए बयान में, जिसमें उसने विस्तार से बताया है कि कैसे उस तक ड्रग्स की सप्लाई की गई थी। शौविक ने NCB को बताया कि जब वह पिछले साल अप्रैल में पहली बार सुशांत सिंह से मिला था, तो उसे पता चला कि सुशांत नियमित रूप से बड और वीड्स (मारियुआना) स्मोक करते थे। इसकी पुष्टि उसके दोस्तों सिद्धार्थ पिठानी और सैमुअल हॉकीप ने भी कंफर्म की थी। अपने बयान में शौविक ने स्वीकार किया कि उसने कई बार सुशांत के लिए मारियुआना और हशीश की खरीद की।

अपनी बहन रिया के साथ वॉट्सऐप चैट में शौविक ने सुशांत के लिए हैश और मारियुआना की खरीद पर बात की थी। रिया ने उसे बताया था कि सुशांत दिन में कम से कम 4 से 5 बार मारियुआना ले रहे थे। चैट के दौरान शौविक ने अपनी बहन से कहा कि वह 5 ग्राम बड्स (क्यूरेटेड मारियुआना) की व्यवस्था करेगा। उसने अब्दुल बासित परिहार से संपर्क किया और रिया एवं सैमुएल मिरांडा को कीमत के बारे में बताया। उसने बासित परिहार के साथ मिरांडा का कॉन्टैक्ट नंबर शेयर किया। बासित ने ड्रग्स को जैद के हवाले किया, जिसने अगले दिन बांद्रा में लगभग 5 बजे इसे मिरांडा को डिलीवर कर दिया।

ऐसी खबरें हैं कि भायखला जेल की 10 बाई 15 फीट की सेल में रिया की रातें करवटों में गुजरी हैं और उसकी आंखों से नींद गायब थी। जमानत के लिए उसका इंतजार अब लंबा खिंचने वाला है। इस बीच, NCB फिल्म इंडस्ट्री उन हस्तियों के लिए अपना जाल बिछाने की प्लानिंग कर रही है, जो रिया के टैबलेट में तस्वीरों और वीडियो में नजर आए थे। सुशांत की मौत की जांच ने निश्चित रूप से एक बड़ा मोड़ ले लिया है।

The NDPS special court in Mumbai on Friday rejected all the six bail petitions filed by actor Rhea Chakraborty, her brother Showik, their associates Dipesh Sawant, Samuel Miranda, suspected peddlers Abdul Basit and Zaid Vilatra. Judge G B Gurao said that the videos and pictures of Bollywood parties in the tablet seized from Rhea’s residence is yet to be forensically examined and hence judicial custody was necessary. Rhea will now have to spend more time in Byculla jail, till her bail petition is heard in Bombay High Court.

Meanwhile, at the Narcotics Control Bureau headquarters in Delhi, NCB director general Rakesh Asthana had a top-level meeting with his officials to probe the extent and reach of drug mafia in film industry. An action plan was chalked out for NCB to go ahead against habitual drug users and purchasers in the film industry.

In the Mumbai special court, the NCB prosecutor had strongly opposed Rhea’s bail plea alleging that she was clearly involved in financing activities, related to illicit drugs trafficking and this was supported by voluntary statements made by her and other accused, WhatsApp chat records, call detail records and information received from latops and tablets.

The NCB prosecutor told the court, “The applicant (Rhea) was having conscious knowledge about drug consumption by Sushant Singh Rajput and she made herself part of this offence by procuring drugs. She has used her credit card and payment gateways to facilitate the financial transactions related to dealing of illicit drug trafficking.”

The NCB lawyers rejected Rhea’s claims that she was coerced into making self-incriminating confessions, which she has now formally retracted. “The confession was taken legally and is admissible. Retraction is routine process based on legal advice”, the NCB lawyer told the court. He also told the court that Rhea had admitted that she was staying with Sushant Singh Rajput since April 2019 and was procuring drugs for him through her brother Showik and his associates Basit Parihar, Kaizam Ebrahim and Zaid Vilatra. He said, “financing illicit traffic and harbouring offenders” under section 27A of NDPS Act was a non-bailable offence.

In the statement given to NCB by Showik, Rhea’s brother, in which he described in detail how drugs were supplied to him. He told NCB that when he met Sushant Singh for the first time in April last year, he came to know that Sushant used to smoke buds and weed (marijuana) regularly. This was confirmed by his associates Siddharth Pithani and Samuel Hakip. In his statement, Showik admitted that he procured marijuana and hashish for Sushant several times.

In WhatsApp chat with her sister Rhea, Showik discussed procurement of hashish and marijuana for Sushant. Rhea told him that Sushant smoked marijuana at least four to five times a day. During the chat, Showik assured his sister that he would arrange 5 grams of buds (curated marijuana). He contacted Abdul Basit Parihar and told Rhea and Samuel Miranda about the price. He shared Miranda’s contact number with Basit Parihar. Basit passed it on to Zaid, who delivered the buds to Miranda the next day in Bandra at around 5 pm.

There are reports that Rhea is spending sleepless nights in her 15 feet by 10 feet cell in Byculla jail. Her wait for bail will now stretch longer. In the meantime, the NCB is planning to extend its dragnet to other celebrities in the film industry, seen in photographs and videos from Rhea’s tablets. The investigation into Sushant’s death has surely taken a big turn.

2 ट्रकों में सवार मजदूरों, एक जेसीबी मशीन और भारी पुलिस बंदोबस्त को साथ लेकर शिवसेना की सरपरस्ती वाली बृहन्मुंबई महानगरपालिका ने बुधवार को अभिनेत्री कंगना रनौत के बंगले में स्थित दफ्तर के कुछ हिस्सों को ध्वस्त कर दिया। काफी तेजी से हुई इस कार्रवाई को कवर करने के लिए मीडिया के लोग भी भारी संख्या में मौजूद थे। कंगना के वकील रिजवान सिद्दीकी द्वारा बंबई हाई कोर्ट के समक्ष स्टे ऑर्डर के लिए याचिका दायर किए जाने के बावजूद बीएमसी ने तोड़फोड़ की इस कार्रवाई को अंजाम दिया।

जब तक हाई कोर्ट ने स्टे ऑर्डर जारी किया, तब तक BMC कंगना के दफ्तर में तोड़फोड़ को को लगभग अंजाम दे चुकी थी। कंगना के वकील ने जस्टिस एस. जे. कठावलिया और जस्टिस रियाज छागला की पीठ के समक्ष याचिका दायर की थी ताकि ‘अवैध, मनमाने और दुर्भावनापूर्ण’ विध्वंस पर तत्काल रोक लगाई जा सके। बीएमसी के अधिकारियों ने कंगना के बंगले से लगे उनके दफ्तर के अधिकांश हिस्से को ध्वस्त कर दिया और तोड़फोड़ की इस पूर कार्रवाई को सारे देश न्यूज चैनल्स पर देखा। कंगना के वकील सिद्दीकी ने कहा कि जब तक हाई कोर्ट तत्काल सुनवाई के लिए मामले को उठाता, तब तक परिसर का 40 प्रतिशत हिस्सा ध्वस्त किया जा चुका था।

बंबई हाई कोर्ट ने बीएमसी द्वारा की गई तोड़फोड़ को ‘बेहद दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण’ कहा। हाई कोर्ट ने कहा, ‘यह साफ है कि अनाधिकृत काम रातोंरात नहीं हुए हैं। हालांकि, अचानक, ऐसा लगता है कि निगम अपनी नींद से जाग गया और याचिकाकर्ता को नोटिस जारी कर दी, वह भी तब जब याचिकाकर्ता राज्य से बाहर है, और उसे 24 घंटे के भीतर जवाब देने का निर्देश दिया, और लिखित अनुरोध के बावजूद उसे कोई और समय नहीं दिया। और 24 घंटे पूरे होते ही तोड़फोड़ की कार्रवाई के लिए आगे बढ़ गया।’

हाई कोर्ट ने कहा, ‘यदि बीएमसी इस शहर के तमाम अनधिकृत निर्माणों पर इसी तेजी के साथ काम करता, तो यह (मुंबई) जगह रहने के लिहाज से पूरी तरह अलग होती।’ मुंबई लौटने पर कंगना रनौत ने एक कड़े वीडियो मैसेज में महाराष्ट्र के मुख्यमंत्री उद्धव ठाकरे को ’तू’ कहकर संबोधित किया और कहा: ‘उद्धव ठाकरे, तुझे क्या लगता है कि तूने फिल्म माफिया के साथ मिलके मेरा घर तोड़ के मुझसे बहुत बड़ा बदला लिया है। आज मेरा घर टूटा है कल तेरा घमंड टूटेगा, यह वक्त का पहिया है, याद रखना हमेशा एक जैसा नहीं रहता।’

कंगना ने कहा: ‘तुमने मुझ पर एक एहसान किया है। मुझे पता तो था कि कश्मीर पंडितों पर क्या बीती है, आज मैंने महसूस किया है और आज मैं इस देश को वचन देती हूं कि मैं सिर्फ अयोध्या पर ही नहीं, कश्मीर पर भी एक फिल्म बनाऊंगी। मुझे पता था कि यह मेरे साथ होगा। इसका कुछ मतलब है। उद्धव ठाकरे, ये जो क्रूरता, ये जो आतंक है, अच्छा हुआ मेरे साथ हुआ क्योंकि इसके कुछ मायने हैं। जय हिंद, जय महाराष्ट्र।’

बुधवार को अपने वीडियो संदेश में कंगना बेहद दृढ़ और उग्र नजर आ रही थीं। उन्होंने अपने दफ्तर को काफी अच्छे इंटीरियर से सजाया था, लेकिन बीएमसी के लोगों ने उनके ड्रीम ऑफिस को कुछ ही घंटों के अंदर ध्वस्त कर दिया। कंगना के दफ्तर पर तोड़फोड़ की शुरुआत लगभग उसी समय हुई जब वह हिमाचल प्रदेश के मंडी से सड़क मार्ग द्वारा चंडीगढ़ से मुंबई के लिए उड़ान भरने के लिए रवाना हुई थीं। उन्हें लगभग हर मिनट अपने फोन पर मुंबई के उनके दफ्तर में चल रही तोड़फोड़ की तस्वीरें मिल रही थीं।

कंगना ने तब ट्वीट किया, ‘आओ उद्धव ठाकरे और करण जौहर गैंग, तुमने मेरा वर्क प्लेस तोड़ दिया। अब मेरा घर तोड़ दो। फिर मेरा चेहरा और शरीर भी तोड़ दो। मैं चाहती हूं कि दुनिया देखे कि पर्दे के पीछे तुम लोग क्या करते हो। मैं मरूं या ज़िंदा रहूं, मैं तुम्हें बेनकाब करके रहूंगी।’ उन्होंने एक अन्य ट्वीट में कहा, ‘उन्होंने आज मेरा घर गिराया है, कल यह आपका होगा। सरकारें आती हैं और चली जाती हैं लेकिन जब आप एक आवाज़ को हिंसक तरीके से दबाए जाते हुए देखने के आदी हो जाएंगे, तो यह सामान्य बनता जाएगा। आज एक आदमी को चिता पर जलाया जा रहा है, कल हजारों का जौहर होगा। जागो।’ कंगना ने ट्वीट किया, ‘‘मैं कभी गलत नहीं होती और मेरे दुश्मनों ने फिर से साबित कर दिया है कि मेरी मुंबई अब पीओके क्यों है।’

तोड़फोड़ की तस्वीरों के साथ कंगना ने लिखा: ‘बाबर और उसकी सेना।’ उन्होंने यह भी लिखा, ‘मेरे ऑफिस को पिछले 24 घंटों में अचानक अवैध घोषित कर दिया गया, उन्होंने फर्नीचर और लाइट्स सहित अंदर सब कुछ तबाह कर दिया है और अब मुझे धमकियां मिल रही हैं कि वे मेरे घर आएंगे और इसे भी तोड़ देंगे, मुझे खुशी है कि फिल्म माफिया के पसंदीदा दुनिया के सबसे अच्छे सीएम के बारे में मैंने सही सोचा था।’

इस बात में कई शक नहीं है कि कंगना के बंगले पर BMC द्वारा की गई तोड़फोड़ बदले की कार्रवाई थी। बीएमसी अधिकारियों का सिर बंबई हाई कोर्ट द्वारा की गई कड़ी टिप्पणियों पर शर्म से झुक जाना चाहिए। कंगना ने इससे पहले शिवसेना को ‘मुंबई PoK जैसी लगती है’ वाले बयान पर चुनौती देते हुए कहा था कि वह जो उखाड़ सकती है उखाड़ ले। शिवसेना ने दफ्तर उखाड़ दिया, वह जानती थी कि कंगना को अदालत से स्टे मिल जाएगा। यही वजह थी कि बीएमसी कंगना के बंगले पर भारी पुलिस बल लेकर आया और कुछ ही घंटों में तोड़फोड़ के काम को अंजाम दे दिया।

मैंने कंगना के खूबसूरत बंगले और दफ्तर को देखा है। कंगना ने अपना ऑफिस और घर बहुत मन से और बड़ी मेहनत से बनाया है, खासकर इसके इंटीरियर्स को। बीएमसी अधिकारियों को पता था कि वे जो कुछ भी कर रहे थे वह हाई कोर्ट के स्टे ऑर्डर के उल्लंघन की जद में आ जाता। इसलिए उन्होंने सुनवाई में देरी करने की पूरी कोशिश की, ताकि तोड़फोड़ के काम को तेजी से अंजाम दिया जा सके।

शिवसेना का लंबे समय से बदला लेने का यही तरीका रहा है। शिवसेना को यह बर्दाश्त नहीं हुआ कि कंगना ने उनके सुप्रीमो उद्धव ठाकरे पर व्यक्तिगत हमला किया और वे उनके साथ हिसाब बराबर करने के लिए बेकरार थे। जब कंगना ने पाक अधिकृत कश्मीर के साथ मुंबई की तुलना की तो वे भी ज्यादा भड़क गए। शिवसेना के लोग कहने लगे कि अगर बाला साहब जिंदा होते तो वह कंगना को ऐसे बयान देने की इजाजत ही नहीं देते। चूंकी अब शिवसेना की गठबंधन सरकार सत्ता में है, उसने कंगना के बयानों को चुनौती के तौर पर लिया और उनके दफ्तर पर तोड़फोड़ का मन बना लिया।

कंगना को भी अपनी ओर से संयम बरतना चाहिए था। तोड़फोड़ की बाबर के साथ तुलना करते हुए टिप्पणी करना, मुंबई की पीओके से तुलना करना, जय श्री राम के नारे लगाना और फिर सूबे के मुख्यमंत्री को ‘तू’ कहकर संबोधित करना कुछ ज्यादा ही था। वह अपनी बात गरिमापूर्ण ढंग से भी रख सकती थीं।

पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस के नेतृत्व में भाजपा-शिवसेना गठबंधन के शासन के दौरान बीएमसी ने शाहरुख खान के मन्नत बंगले के बाहर एक रैंप को ध्वस्त कर दिया था, और इरफान खान और कपिल शर्मा को तोड़फोड़ के लिए नोटिस दिए गए थे। यह सही है कि बीएमसी ने अतीत में भी ऐसी कार्रवाइयों को अंजाम दिया है और इसमें कंगना का राजनीतिक एजेंडा हो सकता है, लेकिन उनके बंगले पर बुधवार को अचानक की गई तोड़फोड़ राजनीतिक बदला है। इस कार्रवाई का उद्देश्य व्यक्तिगत हिसाब बराबर करना था और यह लोकतंत्र के लिए अच्छा नहीं है।

Armed with two truckloads of workers, a JCB machine and huge police ‘bandobast’, the Shiv Sena-run Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation on Wednesday, in a swift blitzkrieg, demolished the office portions of actor Kangana Ranuat’s bungalow in Pali Hill, Bandra, in the presence of a large media contingent. The demolition was carried out even as Kangana’s lawyer Rizwan Siddiquee moved a petition for stay order before Bombay High Court.

By the time the High Court issued a stay order, the demolition work by the BMC was almost complete. Kangana’s lawyer had approached the bench of Justice S J Kathawalia and Justice Riyaz Chagla, seeking immediate stay on “illegal, arbitrary and malafide” demolition. The whole nation watched the demolition work on TV news channels as BMC officials demolished most of the portions of Kangana’s office adjoining her bungalow. By the time the High Court took up the matter for urgent hearing, Siddiquee said, 40 per cent of the premises was razed.

The Bombay High Court described BMC’s demolition work as “highly deplorable”. The high court said, “it is clear that the unauthorised works have not come up overnight. However, all of a sudden, the corporation appears to have woken up from its slumber, issued notice to the petitioner …when she is out of the state, directing her to respond within 24 hours, and not granting her any further time despite written request, and proceeding to demolish ….on completion of 24 hours.”

The High Court added, “if the BMC would act with similar swiftness on the numerous unauthorised constructions in this city, it (Mumbai) would be a completely different place to live in.”

On her return to Mumbai, Kangana Ranuat in a hard-hitting video message addressed Maharashtra chief minister Uddhav Thackeray as ‘tu’(you) and said: “Uddhav Thackeray, tujhe kya lagta hai? That you colluded along with the film mafia, demolished my home and took revenge on me? My home was demolished today, your arrogance will crumble tomorrow. ..This is the wheel of time, remember, it never remains the same.”

Kangana said: “You have done me a favour. I knew what Kashmiri Pandits had gone through, but I felt the same today. I vow before my country that I will make a film not only on Ayodhya, but also on Kashmir… I knew this would happen to me. This has some meaning. Uddhav Thackeray, this cruelty, this terror, it’s good that this happened to me. Because it means something. Jai Hind, Jai Maharashtra.”

Kangana was looking steely and furious in the video message on Wednesday. She had built her office with nice interior décor, but her dream office was demolished in a few hours by BMC men. The demolition began in the morning at approximately the same time when she left Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, en route Chandigarh, to take her flight to Mumbai. She was getting pictures of demolition on her phone almost every minute.

She then tweeted : “Come Udhav Thakeray and Karan Johar Gang you broke my work place come now break my house then break my face and body, I want world to see clearly what you anyway do underhand, whether I live or die I will expose you regardless.” She also tweeted: “Today they have demolished my house tomorrow it will be yours, governments come and go when you normalise violent suppression of a voice it becomes the norm, today one person being burned at the stake tomorrow it will be jowhar of thousands,wake up now.” “I am never wrong and my enemies prove again and again this is why my Mumbai is POK now”

At one point, she wrote along with demolition pictures: “Babur and his army”. She also wrote: “My office was suddenly declared illegal in last 24 hours, they have destroyed everything inside including furniture and lights and now I am getting threats they will come to my house and break it as well,I am glad my judgement of movie mafia’s favourite world’s best CM was right.”

There is not an iota of doubt that the demolition work done by BMC at Kangana’s bungalow was an act of reprisal. BMC officials should hand their heads in shame over the strong observations made by Bombay High Court. Kangana had earlier threw a challenge to Shiv Sena over her “Mumbai seems to be POK” remark and had challenged them to do whatever they can. The Shiv Sena did it, it knew that Kangana would get a stay from the court. It was because of this that the BMC brought a huge police force to the bungalow and finished the demolition work within a few hours.

I have seen Kangana’s beautiful bungalow and office that she built with much care and passion, particularly its interior decoration. BMC officials knew that whatever they were doing was in contravention of High Court’s stay order. They tried their best to delay the hearing, so that the demolition could be completed at breakneck speed.

This has been Shiv Sena’s style of taking revenge since long. The party was furious when Kangana personally attacked their supremo Uddhav Thackeray and they were raring to settle scores with her. They were more furious when Kangana compared Mumbai with Pak Occupied Kashmir. Shiv Sena leaders, at that time, remarked that had Balasaheb Thackeray been alive, he would not have allowed the actor to make such a remark. Since Shiv Sena is in power in a coalition government, it took up Kangana’s remarks as a challenge and set out to demolish her office.

Kangana, on her part, should also have exercised restraint. Making remarks comparing the demolition with that of Babur, comparing Mumbai with POK, chanting Jai Shri Ram, and then addressing the state chief minister as “tu” (you), were too extreme. She could have responded with dignity and grace.

During former chief minister Devendra Fadnavis’ BJP-Shiv Sena coalition rule, BMC had demolished a ramp outside Shahrukh Khan’s Mannat bungalow, and demolition notices were given to Irrfan Khan and Kapil Sharma. It is true that BMC took these actions in the past and Kangana may have a political agenda, but Wednesday’s sudden demolition with a bulldozer at Kangana’s bungalow smacks of political revenge. This action was intended to settle personal scores and this does not augur well for democracy.

फिल्म अभिनेत्री रिया चक्रवर्ती की ज़मानत की अर्ज़ी मुम्बई सेशन कोर्ट से खारिज होने के बाद बुधवार को उन्हें 14 दिनों के लिए भायखला जेल भेज दिया गया। ज़मानत की अर्जी खारिज होने के बाद रिया देर तक अपने भाई के साथ रोती रही। रोते हुए रिया ने आरोप लगाया कि बॉलीवुड के कई एक्टर्स मारिहुआना और अन्य ड्रग्स सेवन करते हैं । नारकोटिक्स कन्ट्रोल ब्यूरो (NCB) ने तीन दिन तक तकरीबन 21 घंटे तक पूछताछ करने के बाद रिया को गिरफ्तार किया था। रिया पर अपने बॉयफ्रेंड सुशांत सिंह के लिए मारिहुआना का इंतजाम करने और ड्रग डीलर्स को अपने भाई शोविक और अन्य सहयोगियों के ज़रिए पैसे का भुगतान करने का आरोप है।

एनसीबी ने अपने रिमांड एप्लिकेशन में रिया को ‘ड्रग पेडलर्स के साथ जुड़े एक सक्रिय ड्रग सिंडिकेट का हिस्सा’ बताया था। एनसीबी ने जब रिया को अदालत के सामने पेश किया तो उसकी रिमांड नहीं मांगी क्योंकि एनसीबी के वकील का कहना था कि रिया से तीन दिन की पूछताछ में सारे जवाब लिए गए हैं। अब उसके जवाबों को वैरीफाई करना है और इसमें रिया की रिमांड की जरूरत नहीं हैं।
इसलिए कोर्ट ने रिया को 22 सितंबर तक न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया।

एनसीबी ने रिया के खिलाफ NDPS एक्ट की जिन धाराओं में केस दर्ज किया है, उनमें न्यूनतम दस साल तक की सजा और 1 लाख रुपये तक के जुर्माने का प्रावधान है । रिया चक्रवर्ती के खिलाफ NDPS एक्ट का सेक्शन 8C लगाया गया है, इस सेक्शन का मतलब है प्रतिबंधित ड्रग्स को गैर-कानूनी तरीके से खरीदना और इस्तेमाल करना। इसके अलावा सेक्शन 20 B (2) यानि ड्रग्स रखना, खरीद और ट्रांसपोर्टेशन करना। इसमें भी कम से कम 10 साल सज़ा का प्रावधान है। इसके अलावा अलावा एक्ट का सेक्शन 27 (अवैध ट्रांसपोर्टेशन के लिए वित्तपोषण), सेक्शन 28 (अपराध की कोशिश) और सेक्शन 29 (उकसाना और आपराधिक साजिश) भी जोड़े गए हैं।

एनसीबी की रिमांड एप्लिकेशन में कहा गया है, “ये (मारिहुआना की) डिलीवरी सुशांत के साथियों के जरिए होती थी और हर डिलीवरी और पेमेंट रिया चक्रवर्ती की जानकारी में थी, यहां तक कि कभी-कभी ड्रग्स की च्वाइस और पेमेंट खुद रिया कंफर्म करती थी। रिया 10वीं व्यक्ति है जिसे सुशांत सिंह राजपूत केस में ड्रग्स एंगल जुड़ने के बाद एनसीबी की जांच के क्रम में गिरफ्तार किया गया है। रिमांड एप्लिकेशन में कहा गया है कि रिया के भाई शोविक ने पैडलर्स बासित परिहार, कैजान इब्राहिम और जैद विलात्रा के माध्यम से ड्रग्स की डिलीवरी कराई। शोविक पर आरोप है कि उसने पिछले साल सितंबर से इस साल मार्च के बीच सुशांत के लिए गांजे (मारिहुआना) का इंतजाम कराया था। एनसीबी ने रिया, शोविक और सैमुअल मिरांडा के बीच ड्रग्स की खरीद को लेकर हुए चैट मैसेजेस को कोर्ट में पेश किया। हालांकि जैसे ही रिया की गिरफ्तारी की खबर आई वैसे ही रिया चक्रवर्ती के वकील सतीश मानशिंदे ने रिया को विक्टिम बता दिया। सतीश मानशिंदे ने रिया की गिरफ्तारी को इंसाफ पर हमला बताया। मानशिंदे ने कहा कि एक अकेली महिला को घेरने के लिए तीन सेंट्रल एजेंसियों का इस्तेमाल किया गया वो भी सिर्फ इसलिए क्योंकि उसने एक ऐसे ड्रग एडिक्ट और कई साल से मेंटल हेल्थ का इलाज करा रहे शख्स से प्यार किया जिसने गैरकानूनी तरीके से प्रिस्क्राइब मेडिसिन के इस्तेमाल के बाद सुसाइड कर लिया।

रिया के खिलाफ एनसीबी की ओर से कठोर धाराओं में दर्ज कराए गए केस से लगता है कि रिया की मुसीबतें अभी और बढ़ेंगी। रिया चक्रवर्ती ने एनसीबी के सामने पहली बार ये माना है कि वो कभी-कभार ड्रग्स लेती थी। यह एक ऐसी सच्चाई थी जिसे वह सोमवार तक नकार रही थीं। रिया चक्रवर्ती का बयान ही उसकी गिरफ्तारी का सबसे बड़ा सबब बना। जैसे ही रिया ने यह कबूल किया कि वह ड्रग्स का सेवन करती थी, एनसीबी ने तुरंत कड़े कदम उठाते हुए अपनी कार्रवाई शुरू कर दी। इससे पहले, पूछताछ के दौरान रिया लगातार ये कहती रही कि उसने सुशांत सिंह राजपूत के कहने पर ड्रग्स मंगवाई थी। अपने भाई और दूसरे लोगों को ड्रग्स का इंतजाम करने को कहा था। हालांकि रिया पूछताछ के दौरान बार-बार यही कहती रही कि वो ड्रग एडिक्ट नहीं है। उसने प्रयोग के तौर पर एकाध बार ज्वाइंट स्मोक किया था।

एनसीबी अधिकारियों के मुताबिक, रिया के घर से जो लैपटॉप, मोबाइल और टैबलेट जब्त किया गया था उसकी जांच से पता चला कि रिया 2017 से ही ड्रग पैडलर्स के संपर्क में थी। जांच में यह भी पता चला है कि 2017, 2018 और 2019 में रिया का ड्रग्स सर्कल काफी ज्यादा ऐक्टिव था। रिया के टैबलेट से कई पार्टियों की तस्वीरें मिली है, जिसमें लोग स्मोकिंग करते देखे गए हैं। कई वीडियो और तस्वीरें मिली हैं, जिसमें फिल्म इंडस्ट्री के कई जाने माने चेहरे नज़र आ रहे हैं। अब एनसीबी इन लोगों को भी ड्रग्स सिंडिकेट की जांच के दायरे में लाकर पूछताछ के लिए बुला सकती है। रिया चक्रवर्ती ने पूछताछ के दौरान कुछ सवालों के जवाब नहीं दिए। कुछ सवालों पर रिया चुप रही। रिया से पूछा गया था कि क्या ड्रग्स उसके पिता के घर पर सप्लाई की गई थी? रिया ने इसपर चुप्पी साध ली। क्या सुशांत ने रिजॉर्ट में ड्रग्स ली थी? इसपर भी रिया चुप रही। ड्रग्स के लिए पैसे किसने दिए..तुमने या शौविक ने? इस सवाल पर भी रिया ने कोई जवाब नहीं दिया।

एनसीबी के डिप्टी डायरेक्टर जनरल एम. अशोक जैन ने मंगलवार को खुलासा किया कि एनसीबी को इस केस में एक बड़ा एंगल नजर आ रहा है। उन्होंने कहा, ‘आमतौर पर हम अन्तरराष्ट्रीय और अन्त-राज्यीय ड्रग्स तस्करी के मामले देखते हैं और इस तरह का (रिया) मामला हमारे लिए बहुत खास नहीं है। हम बड़ी मछलियों की तलाश में हैं, अब हमें जानकारी मिल रही है और जिनके भी नाम जांच में आ रहे हैं, हम किसी को भी नहीं छोड़ेंगे।’ रिया की गिरफ्तारी ने बॉलीवुड की कई हस्तियों की रातों की नींद उड़ा दी है।

Film actor Rhea Chakraborty was on Wednesday sent to Byculla jail for 14 days after a session court dismissed her bail petition in the drugs case. The actor, caught in the centre of controversy after Sushant Singh Rajput’s death, wept for a long time with her brother after the session judge rejected her bail petition. While weeping, Rhea alleged that many Bollywood actors were habitual consumers of marijuana and other drugs.
Rhea was arrested after 21 hours of questioning spread over three days by Narcotics Control Bureau on charge of arranging marijuana for her boyfriend Sushant Singh and also making payment to drug dealers with the help of her brother Showik and other associates.
In its remand application, the NCB described Rhea as “part of an active drug syndicate” connected with drug peddlers. NCB did not ask for her custody and wanted her to be sent to judicial custody. The city court sent her to judicial custody till September 22. If charges are proved after trial, Rhea faces a jail sentence of minimum 10 years and a fine of not less than Rs 1 lakh. She has been booked under section 8C of NDPS Act which deals with possession and purchase of narcotics, under 20B(2) for possession, purchase and transporting, under section 27 for financing illicit traffic, under section 28 for attempt to commit offences and under section 29 for abetment and criminal conspiracy.
The NCB remand application said, “these deliveries (of marijuana) used to be received by aides of Sushant and every delivery and payment was in conscious knowledge of Rhea Chakraborty and even sometimes payment and choice of drugs were confirmed from Rhea.” Rhea is the tenth person to be arrested after NCB’s probe into drug use involving Sushant Singh Rajput.
The remand application said, Rhea’s brother Showik facilitated delivery of drugs through peddlers Basit Parihar, Kaizan Ibrahim and Zaid Vilatra. Showik is accused of organizing weed (marijuana) for Sushant between September last year and March this year. The NCB has submitted chat messages between Rhea, Showik and Samuel Miranda which relate to procurement of drugs.
Rhea’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde termed Rhea’s arrest as ‘travesty of justice’ and alleged that “three central agencies were hounding a single woman just because she was in love with a drug addict who was suffering from mental health issues for several years and was under the care of five psychiatrists in Mumbai”.
Stringent sections used by NCB against Rhea clearly indicate that there are more troubles ahead for her. Rhea, for the first time, has admitted before NCB that she used to occasionally consume drugs, a fact which she had been denying till Monday. During questioning by NCB officials, Rhea vehemently denied that she was a drug addict and this proved to be her nemesis. The NCB immediately slapped stringent actions the moment she admitted that she used to take drugs. Earlier, Rhea had been saying that she used to procure drugs for Sushant Singh through her associates. Rhea admitted that she smoked joints once or twice on experimental basis.
According to NCB officials, laptop, mobile and tablet seized from Rhea’s residence clearly indicated that she was in touch with drug peddlers since 2017. Rhea’s tablet revealed pictures of parties where people were seen smoking. This may open a fresh can of worms in Bollywood. According to officials, Rhea’s drug circle was quite active n 2017, 2018 and 2019, and videos and pictures seized from her tablet show several Bollywood personalities at these parties. NCB may now summon several Bollywood personalities to probe the extent and reach of the drug syndicate. During questioning, Rhea either evaded or remained silent on several key questions, like whether drugs were delivered at her father’s residence, whether she consumed drugs while staying in resorts, and who paid for these drugs.
NCB deputy director general Mutha Ashok Jain on Tuesday revealed that the bureau is looking towards a bigger angle. “Normally we look at international and inter-state drug trafficking and usually this (Rhea case) is not our mandate..we look for big fish But now we are getting information and we will not spare anyone whose names are figuring in the investigation”. Many personalities in Bollywood will now be having sleepless nights after Rhea’s arrest.

सुशांत सिंह राजपूत मौत मामले में ड्रग्स एंगल की जांच कर रही नारकोटिक्स कंट्रोल ब्यूरो (NCB) की टीम तेजी से निष्कर्ष की ओर बढ़ रही है। मंगलवार को भी (NCB)की पांच सदस्यों की स्पेशल टीम ने रिया चक्रवर्ती से पूछताछ के बाद उसे गिरफ्तार कर लिया है।

उधर रिया ने भी सोमवार देर शाम सुशांत की बहनों के खिलाफ मुंबई के बांद्रा थाने में लिखित शिकायत दर्ज कराई है। रिया ने सुशांत की बहन प्रियंका और दिल्ली के सरकारी अस्पताल के डॉक्टर के खिलाफ एंजाइटी की दवा प्रिस्क्राइब करने का आरोप लगाया है। उसने मुंबई पुलिस से इन दोनों के खिलाफ आईपीसी के तहत धोखाधड़ी, और एनडीपीएस अधिनियम और टेलीमेडिसिन प्रैक्टिस गाइडलाइंस, 2020 के प्रावधानों के तहत एफआईआर दर्ज करने के लिए कहा है।

अपनी शिकायत में रिया ने कहा है कि प्रिस्क्रिप्शन में सुशांत को दिल्ली का ओपीडी पेशंट बताया गया है जबकि उस समय वह मुंबई में था। इस शिकायत में कहा गया है कि प्रियंका सिंह ने डॉक्टर की नकली पर्ची बनवाई और गलत तरीके से दवा की खरीदारी के लिए यह पर्ची सुशांत को भेजी। रिया ने शिकायत में कहा, ‘इससे स्पष्ट है कि यह जाली है। इसके अलावा, डॉक्टर एक कार्डियोलॉजिस्ट हैं और वो कैसे साइकोट्रोपिक सब्सटांस एक ऐसे शख्स को प्रिस्क्राइब कर सकते हैं, जिसे वो जानते नहीं और न ही कभी उससे मुलाकात की।’

मंगलवार को रिया के वकील सतीश मानशिंदे ने कहा, ‘अवैध दवाओं और ड्रग्स का कॉकटेल सुशांत सिंह राजपूत की आत्महत्या की वजह बन सकता है। उसकी बहनों को जांच एजेंसियों और भगवान को जवाब देना होगा।

जाहिर है, ड्रग पेडलर्स से नशीले पदार्थों की खरीद के मामले में रिया की संभावित गिरफ्तारी से जनता का ध्यान हटाने के लिए वकील मानशिंदे ने अपने सहयोगियों के साथ मिलकर एक सोची समझी चाल चली है। लेकिन मुझे नहीं लगता है ये इतना बड़ा इश्यू होगा। आगे चलकर सुशांत के परिवार के सदस्यों पर रिया का यह जवाबी हमला नाकाम साबित हो सकता है।

कांनूनी और तकनीकी रूप से मानशिंदे यह सवाल उठा सकते हैं कि कैसे एक ओपीडी पेशेंट को टेलीमेडिसिन द्वारा एक कार्डियोलॉजिस्ट ने मेंटल हेल्थ (एंजाइटी) की दवा दे दी। जैसा कि हम सब जानते हैं कि कोरोना वायरस की वजह से हॉस्पिटल का कामकाज सामान्य नहीं है। उस वक्त तो ओपीडी बंद थीं। ऐसे समय में जो भी डॉक्टर मिलता था लोग उससे सलाह ले लेते थे। ज्यादातर डॉक्टर्स ऑनलाइन कंसल्टेशन दे रहे थे। मरीजों को अपने पास आने से मना कर रहे थे। वे फोन के जरिए सलाह भी दे रहे थे और व्हाट्सऐप के जरिए दवाएं भी प्रिस्क्राइब कर रहे थे।

और दूसरी बात ये कि सुशांत की बहन का मकसद क्या था? उसका मकसद अपने भाई की मदद करने का था।अगर भाई की तबीयत खराब हो, नींद ना आ रही हो, एंजाइटी हो और बहन दूर हो, दूसरे शहर में..तो यही तो कोशिश हो सकती है कि किसी तरह सुशांत को आराम मिले। इसलिए सुशांत की बहन ने डॉक्टर से संपर्क कर सुशांत की मदद करने की कोशिश की। जहां तक मुंबई पुलिस में रिया की तरफ से शिकायत दर्ज कराने का सवाल है तो इसमें सुप्रीम कोर्ट का आदेश बिल्कुल स्पष्ट है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने अ्पने आदेश में कहा है कि मुंबई पुलिस इस मामले की जांच नहीं कर सकती और सुशांत की मौत से जुड़े ऐसे सारे मामले सीबीआई को देने पड़ेंगे।

इस तरह के सभी कानूनी दावपेंच का सहारा लेकर तथ्यों को छिपाया नहीं जा सकता है। वह रिया ही थी जिसने ड्रग्स खरीदने के सवाल पर अपने साथियों के साथ हुए व्हाट्सएप चैट को डिलीट कर दिया था। वो तो इंफोर्समेंट डिपार्टमेंट ने उसके फोन को क्लोन किया और डिलीट मैसेज को फिर से प्राप्त कर लिया। फिर इस मैसेज को एनसीबी को भेजा और अब धीरे-धीरे ड्रग्स एंगल का खुलसा होने लगा। रिया, उसका भाई और उसके साथी डायरेक्ट ड्रग पेडलर्स के साथ काम कर रहे थे।

रविवार और सोमवार को पूछताछ के दौरान रिया चक्रवर्ती ने एनसीबी जांचकर्ताओं के सामने लगातार इस बात से इनकार किया कि उसने कभी ड्रग्स का सेवन किया और कहा कि वह केवल सिगरेट पीती है और शराब लेती है। मंगलवार की पूछताछ ड्रग्स ऐंगल में रिया की संलिप्तता के लिए अहम साबित हुई और उसे गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया।

इस केस में दूसरी बड़ी खबर ये है कि सीबीआई के अनुरोध पर एम्स द्वारा गठित मेडिकल बोर्ड सुशांत सिंह के विसरा रिपोर्ट की फिर से जांच करेगा ताकि यह पता लगाया जा सके कि कहीं सुशांत को जहर तो नहीं दिया गया था। दरअसल मुंबई के कूपर हॉस्पिटल में सुशांत सिंह का पोस्टमार्टम हुआ था। कूपर हॉस्पिटल के डॉक्टर्स ने सुशांत सिंह की मौत को सुसाइड का केस बताया था लेकिन एम्स की टीम ने कूपर हॉस्पिटल की पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट में कई खामियां पकड़ी हैं। एम्स के फॉरेंसिंक एक्सपर्ट्स का पैनल दिल्ली लौट आया है। अब ये तय हुआ है कि सुशांत सिंह की मौत का सच जानने के लिेए जो फॉरेंसिक बोर्ड बना है वो अब इस मामले की जांच करेगा कि क्या सुशांत सिंह राजपूत को जहर तो नहीं दिया गया।

हालांकि सुशांत का विसरा टेस्ट मुंबई के कलीना लैब में हो चुका है और इस दौरान 75 प्रतिशत विसरा इस्तेमाल में लाया चुका है। अब एम्स को जांच के लिए सुशांत के विसरा का सिर्फ 25% सैंपल मिलेगा। एम्स बोर्ड की टीम ने ये सैंपल कलेक्ट कर लिया है और अब उन इक्विपमेंट्स से इस विसरा सैंपल की जांच की जा रही है जिसे हाल में ही जर्मनी से खरीदा गया है। ये ऐसे इक्विपमेंट्स हैं जो सैंपल के अंदर से जहर के काफी माइन्यूट ट्रेस यानी छोटे-से-छोटे अंश भी निकाल सकते हैं। इस टेस्ट की रिपोर्ट दस दिन के अंदर आएगी। यानी तब पता चल सकेगा कि क्या सुशांत सिंह राजपूत की मौत में कोई फाउल प्ले था या नहीं।

एम्स मेडिकल बोर्ड का मानना है कि विसरा टेस्ट के दौरान कई तरह की कमियां थीं। एम्स के फॉरेंसिक एक्सपर्ट्स की टीम ने सुशांत के घर जाकर क्राइम सीन को रिकंस्ट्रक्ट किया और एक-एक चीज की जांच की। कुर्ते के निशान से लेकर गले पर मौजूद निशानों वाली तस्वीरों को स्टडी किया।

एम्स की टीम ने कूपर अस्पताल के उन डॉक्टरों से पूछताछ की जिन्होंने सुशांत सिंह राजपूत की पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट पर साइन किए थे और उसपर अपनी फाइंडिंग्स लिखी थी। एम्स की फॉरेंसिक टीम की तरफ से एक लेटर जारी हुआ जिसमें कूपर अस्पताल के डॉक्टरों से चार सवाल पूछे गए थे। इंडिया टीवी के पास इस लेटर की प्रति है। इस लेटर में पहला सवाल पूछा गया कि सिर्फ लिगेचर मार्क्स यानी गले पर मौजूद निशान को लेकर आपकी क्या राय है ? दूसरा सवाल ये पूछा कि इस बात को एक्सप्लेन कीजिए कि आपने गला दबाने से बनने वाले निशानों को किस तरह रूल आउट किया…? तीसरा सवाल यह पूछा गया कि कुर्ते की वजह से गले पर लिगेचर मार्क…ये निशान कैसे बन सकते हैं? और चौथा सवाल- गला दबाकर हत्या की बात जो लोगों के बीच फैली हुई है..इसे कैसे रिजॉल्व करेंगे..इसका जवाब कैसे देंगे?

असल में एम्स के फॉरेंसिक एक्सपर्ट्स ने ये सवाल सुशांत की गर्दन पर सीधा लिगेचर मार्क देखकर उठाया। जबकि फांसी लगाकर आत्महत्या के मामलों में यह मार्क तिरछा और ऊपर की ओर होता है। कूपर अस्पताल के सभी पांच डॉक्टरों से लिगेचर मार्क्स के बारे में पूछताछ की गई। अगर फांसी के लिए पतले कपड़े का इस्तेमाल किया गया होता तो निशान शार्प और स्पष्ट होता। कुर्ता का कपड़ा मोटा था तो फिर सवाल उठता है कि ऐसा सीधा लिगेचर मार्क कैसे उभर सकता है।

एम्स के एक्सपर्ट्स द्वारा उठाए गए सवाल पहले से ही सार्वजनिक रूप से चर्चा में है। कूपर अस्पताल के डॉक्टरों ने अपनी रिपोर्ट में मौत के समय का उल्लेख नहीं किया और जल्दबाजी में इसे सुसाइड करार दिया। एम्स द्वारा की जा रही विसरा जांच की रिपोर्ट सामने आने के बाद काफी हद तक भ्रम दूर हो सकता है।

इस मामले की मुख्य रूप से जांच कर रही सीबीआई को एक निश्चित परिणाम तक पहुंचने में समय लग रहा है। इसके लिए सीबीआई को दोष नहीं दिया जा सकता है, क्योंकि दो महीने बीत जाने के बाद उसे यह मामला मिला है और जांच में कई एंगल हैं। सीबीआई की टीम धीरे-धीरे अपने कदम बढ़ा रही है। अभी भी यह निष्कर्ष निकालने में समय लग सकता है कि क्या सुशांत की मौत आत्महत्या थी या हत्या, और अगर यह आत्महत्या थी तो क्या किसी के उकसाने पर ऐसा हुआ? इस सवाल का जवाब ढूंढने में वक्त तो लगेगा। अदालतें परिस्थितिजन्य साक्ष्य और गवाहों के बयानों के आधार पर मामले तय करती हैं। जाहिर है सीबीआई एक कठिन चुनौती का सामना कर रही है।
