The inter-state tussle between Maharashtra and Bihar police over the issue of probe into actor Sushant Rajput’s death mystery has acquired serious proportions. Mumbai municipal authorities have put the Patna city SP Vinay Tiwari under 14 days’ quarantine when he arrived in Mumbai on Sunday to lead his investigation team. Mumbai Police commissioner has said that Bihar police has no jurisdiction over the probe, since the place of occurrence was Mumbai.

Bihar police says, the actor’s father K K Singh is old and inform, he has no faith in the probe being done by Mumbai police, and since he has filed an FIR in Patna, Bihar police has full authority to probe abetment of suicide case. Mumbai police chief says that Patna police should have filed a zero FIR and transferred it to Mumbai, since the actor died in Mumbai.

On Monday, in my prime time show ‘Aaj Ki Baat’, I asked Bihar director-general of police Gupteshwar Pandey, why Bihar police was not transferring the probe to Mumbai police. He replied that the partial cause of action lies in Bihar, because the entire properties of Sushant, who was unmarried, belongs to his father K K Singh, who is unwilling to trust the Mumbai Police. Pandey said this was a clear case of criminal breach of trust and misappropriation of funds and Bihar police has every right to probe this case. He said, during the last four years, Sushant Rajput had nearly Rs 55 crore in his bank accounts, out of which Rs 53 crore were transferred, though he did not buy any big property.

On the other hand, Mumbai Police says that Sushant had Rs 18 crore in his bank accounts, out of which Rs 4 crore are still lying in his accounts. The city police claimed, no evidence has been collected so far about any suspicious transfer of funds.

The Bihar Police DGP said, it was indeed unfortunate that the Patna City SP was quarantined by BMC for 14 days on late Sunday night, and a quarantine stamp was put on his wrist. “This amounts to putting our SP under house arrest. They want to obstruct our investigation”, the Bihar DGP said.

On its part, Mumbai police commissioner ruled out handing over documents or reports related to the case to the Bihar Police. In reply, Bihar DGP Gupteshwar Pandey, during his interview on ‘Aaj Ki Baat’, challenged the Mumbai Police chief to communicate the same remark officially in writing to him.

A sorry state of affairs, indeed.

It is really surprising when Mumbai Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh says that no amount was transferred from Sushant’s bank accounts to Rhea Chakraborty’s accounts. Nobody has made such an allegation. The question still remains as to which accounts were the money transferred from Sushant’s accounts. Moreover, the Mumbai police chief has said that no evidence has so far been gathered against Rhea Chakraborty. On the contrary, he raised questions about the intention of Sushant’s family members. Can anyone justify such remarks from a city police chief? Will this help in carrying out an impartial probe?

The Bihar Police DGP, in course of his interview on ‘Aaj Ki Baat’, raised the question of WhatsApp messages sent on February 25 to DCP, Bandra by Sushant’s brother-in-law O P Singh, who is himself a senior IPS officer. In the messages, Sushant’s brother-in-law alleged that the actor’s life was in danger. According to Mumbai Police, the then DCP told Singh that a written complaint was required for any inquiry and action, but O P Singh wanted this to be resolved informally. He was told that this was not possible.

The Bihar DGP said that in matters of life and death, even an e-mail, a phone call or a WhatsApp message is acceptable for police to take action and save a life, but nothing was done by Mumbai police. He said, the manner in which Patna city SP was quarantined clearly showed that Mumbai Police wants to obstruct a fair and impartial probe. “I only want justice for Sushant”, said the Bihar DGP during the interview.

The DGP revealed how Patna City SP reached Mumbai by flight, and despite formal request sent earlier for his accommodation, Mumbai Police did not make any arrangement. He said, the SP, through his personal contacts made his own arrangement. In the evening, when Mumbai police rang up Patna Police about where the officer was staying, they were given the address, and soon thereafter, BMC officials reached the spot and put him under quarantine till August 15.

If Mumbai Police claims that the probe is moving towards the right direction, then why are so many questions being raised?

I personally believe, the questions raised by Bihar Police are genuine and must be addressed. Four Patna Police investigators earlier came to Mumbai and started their own probe, but the BMC did not put them under quarantine, but when an IPS officer reaches Mumbai to lead the investigation, he is quarantined at 11 pm in the night. So many people land in Mumbai by flight, are all of them quarantined? What justification was there to put an IPS officer under quarantine at 11 pm?

This is no more a tussle between the police force of two states. The remark by Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut on Monday was loaded with political overtones. He compared Mumbai Police with Scotland Yard, and in an oblique hint at Bihar Police, recited a Raaj Kumar dialogue “jinke apney ghar sheeshey ke hon, who doosron par patthar nahin phenka kartey” (those who live in glass houses must not throw stones at others).

Clearly, Sanjay Raut’s comment on Bihar Police was part of a political design. The death case of a renowned actor could have been solved professionally by the police of both states, but now it is taking political overtones. This must be shunned. Shiv Sena leaders believe, since assembly elections are due in Bihar, Nitish Kumar is trying to make an issue out of it by sending his police to probe an incident that took place in Mumbai. On the other hand, leaders from Bihar feel that Mumbai Police is insulting and misbehaving with Bihar Police, in order to shield some powerful people.

I have spoken to several experts. All of them were of the view that the tussle between Bihar and Maharashtra will indirectly help those who are presently under the lens of investigators. If the police of both states do not cooperate, it will be difficult to unravel the mystery behind Sushant Singh Rajput’s death.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट 5 अगस्त को रिया चक्रवर्ती की उस याचिका पर सुनवाई करेगा जिसमें उसने अपने खिलाफ दर्ज एफआईआर को मुंबई पुलिस को ट्रांसफर करने की मांग की है। इस बीच महाराष्ट्र के मुख्यमंत्री उद्धव ठाकरे और बीजेपी नेता देवेंद्र फडणवीस के बीच मुंबई पुलिस द्वारा पिछले 47 दिनों से की जा रही मामले की जांच के तरीकों को लेकर जुबानी जंग छिड़ गई है।

पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री फडणवीस ने अपने ट्वीट में कहा कि ‘सुशांत सिंह राजपूत मामले को सीबीआई को सौंपने को लेकर एक विशाल जनभावना है, लेकिन राज्य सरकार की अनिच्छा को देखते हुए ED कम से कम एक EIRR रजिस्टर कर सकता है, क्योंकि इसमें पैसों के दुरुपयोग और मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग का ऐंगल भी सामने आया है।’ शुक्रवार को प्रवर्तन निदेशालय ने सुशांत के पिता द्वारा बिहार पुलिस में की गई FIR के आधार पर मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग का मामला दर्ज किया था।

शुक्रवार की शाम मुख्यमंत्री उद्धव ठाकरे ने फडणवीस पर बरसते हुए आरोप लगाया कि उन्होंने 5 साल तक मुख्यमंत्री रहने के बावजूद मुंबई पुलिस की क्षमता पर संदेह जताया है। ठाकरे ने कहा, जांच को स्थानांतरित करना राज्य पुलिस का अपमान होगा जो योद्धाओं की तरह कोविड-19 महामारी से लड़ रही है। ठाकरे ने कहा, ‘उन पर भरोसा न करना उनका अपमान है। मैं सुशांत सिंह राजपूत के सभी प्रशंसकों को बताना चाहूंगा कि उन्हें मुंबई पुलिस पर भरोसा करना चाहिए और मामले के बारे में जो भी जानकारी है, उसे मुहैया कराना चाहिए।’

एनसीपी नेता और महाराष्ट्र सरकार में मंत्री जयंत पाटिल ने वादा किया है कि मुंबई पुलिस जल्द ही अपने नतीजे पर पहुंचेगी। उन्होंने कहा, ‘मुझे नहीं पता कि सुशांत के गृह राज्य बिहार में इस मुद्दे का इस्तेमाल कैसे किया जाएगा, लेकिन महाराष्ट्र के नेताओं को इसके बारे में ट्वीट करना और अपनी राय देना बंद करना चाहिए।’ दूसरी ओर, बिहार के उपमुख्यमंत्री सुशील कुमार मोदी ने ट्वीट किया, ‘सुशांत की मौत के मामले में बिहार पुलिस द्वारा निष्पक्ष जांच के रास्ते में मुंबई पुलिस बाधा डाल रही है। बीजेपी को लगता है कि इस मामले को सीबीआई को संभालना चाहिए।’ रामविलास पासवान, उनके बेटे चिराग पासवान, बीजेपी सांसद निशिकांत दुबे जैसे बिहार के कई नेताओं समेत डॉक्टर सुब्रमण्यम स्वामी ने भी सीबीआई जांच की मांग की है।

यही वक्त है कि हम इस विवाद से राजनीति को दूर रखें और इस रहस्यमय मामले की तह तक पहुंचें। यदि पटना पुलिस की क्रैक टीम ने मुंबई जाकर सुशांत की मौत से जुड़ी महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी और दस्तावेजों का पता नहीं लगाया होता तो किसी ने भी मुंबई पुलिस की जांच करने के तरीकों पर सवाल नहीं उठाया होता। शुक्रवार को इंडिया टीवी ने सुशांत की पूर्व प्रेमिका अंकिता लोखंडे, उनके दोस्त सिद्धार्थ पिठानी और सुशांत के पूर्व नौकर अशोक कासू से बात की। इंडिया टीवी को इन लोगों से मामले की जानकारी इसलिए लेनी पड़ी क्योंकि सुशांत की मौत अभी भी रहस्यों के जाल में उलझी एक पहेली बनी हुई है।

किसी के लिए भी यह यकीन करना मुश्किल है कि एक ऐसा ऐक्टर जिसके पास नाम, काम, पैसे और प्यार की कोई कमी नहीं थी वह फांसी लगाकर अपनी जान दे देगा। सुशांत एक मेधावी छात्र थे। उन्होंने 11 इंजीनियरिंग एंट्रेंस एग्जाम्स को पास किया था। उन्होंने दिल्ली कॉलेज ऑफ इंजीनियरिंग के एंट्रेंस एग्जाम में सातवीं रैंक हासिल की थी, लेकिन ऐक्टिंग में करियर बनाने के लिए पढ़ाई छोड़ दी। उन्होंने बॉलीवुड की कुछ बेहतरीन फिल्मों में काम किया, वह एक उभरते हुए सितारे थे, लेकिन तेजी से बढ़ते उनके कदमों को नियति ने रोक दिया। वह लाखों युवा भारतीयों के लिए एक आइकन थे, और उन्होंने उनके दिलों में महत्वाकांक्षा जगाई थी। उनकी आत्महत्या सभी के लिए एक बड़ा झटका थी।

शुक्रवार को उनकी एक्स-गर्लफ्रेंड अंकिता लोखंडे, जिनके साथ सुशांत 6 साल तक रिलेशनशिप में थे, ने इंडिया टीवी को बताया कि ब्रेकअप के बावजूद रिया की फैमिली को लेकर सुशांत ने उन्हें कई व्हाट्सऐप मैसेज भेजे थे। अंकिता ने इन सभी संदेशों को पटना पुलिस को मुहैया करवाया है। अंकिता ने लगभग वही बातें कहीं है जिस तरह के आरोप सुशांत के पिता ने अपनी FIR में लगाए हैं। चूंकि अंकिता और सुशांत के बीच डेढ़ साल पहले ब्रेक-अप हुआ था, इसलिए अकेले उनके बयानों के आधार पर निष्कर्ष पर पहुंचना उचित नहीं होगा।

अंकिता के बयान के बाद शुक्रवार को ही रिया चक्रवर्ती ने अपने वकीलों के माध्यम से एक वीडियो संदेश जारी किया जिसमें उसने कहा, ‘मुझे ईश्वर और न्यायपालिका पर अटूट विश्वास है। मुझे पूरा भरोसा है कि मुझे न्याय मिलेगा। भले ही इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मीडिया पर मेरे बारे में बहुत-सी भयानक बातें कही जा रही हैं, मैं अपने वकीलों की सलाह को मानते हुए कोई टिप्पणी नहीं करूंगी क्योंकि यह मामला अदालत में विचाराधीन है। सत्यमेव जयते, सत्य की जीत होगी।’

सिद्धार्थ पिठानी ने शुक्रवार को इंडिया टीवी से बात करते हुए रिया का बचाव करने की कोशिश की। सुशांत की मौत की पिछली रात पिठानी उनके अपार्टमेंट में मौजूद थे। वह सुशांत की बॉडी को देखने वाले पहले शख्स थे। सुप्रीम कोर्ट के समक्ष अपनी याचिका में रिया ने आरोप लगाया था कि सुशांत का परिवार पिठानी पर उनके खिलाफ बयान देने के लिए दबाव बना रहा है। उसने एक ई-मेल की कॉपी भी अटैच की थी जिसे पिठानी ने भेजा था। पिठानी ने शुक्रवार को इंडिया टीवी को बताया कि उन्हें रिया के खिलाफ बयान देने के लिए सुशांत के परिवार ने फोन किया था, लेकिन कोई धमकी नहीं दी गई थी।

सुशांत के पूर्व नौकर अशोक कासू, जिसने 3 साल तक उनके लिए काम किया था, को रिया ने दिवंगत ऐक्टर की जिंदगी में आने के बाद नौकरी से निकाल दिया था। अशोक कासू ने इंडिया टीवी को बताया कि रिया ने सुशांत की लाइफ पर पूरा कंट्रोल कर लिया था। कासू ने बताया कि सुशांत के सारे फैसले रिया लिया करती थी। उसने खुलासा किया कि सुशांत की 2 बहनें एक बार उनसे मिलने आई थीं, लेकिन अपार्टमेंट की सोसाइटी के जरिए उन्हें मैसेज भेजा गया कि वह उनसे नहीं मिलना चाहते। कासू ने कहा कि ऐसा पहले कभी नहीं हुआ था। पटना पुलिस को मिले बैंक के ट्रांजैक्शन डीटेल्स से पता चलता है कि सुशांत के खाते का अधिकांश पैसा रिया और उसके परिवार के सदस्यों पर खर्च किया जा रहा था। मुझे ये सब इसलिए बताना पड़ा क्योंकि उनकी मौत के पीछे का रहस्य अभी भी अनसुलझा है।

सुशांत सिंह राजपूत जैसे सफल ऐक्टर बहुत सारे नौजवानों की उम्मीदें जगाते हैं, उन्हें सपने दिखाते हैं। लेकिन जब ये उम्मीदें टूटती है, सपने बिखरते हैं, तो बहुत तकलीफ होती है, चिंता होती है। इंडिया टीवी की नजर इस केस पर बनी रहेगी। हम दोनों पक्षों की बात सुनवाएंगे, पुलिस की जांच पर नजर रखेंगे, और उम्मीद करते हैं कि जल्दी ही इस रहस्य से पर्दा उठेगा।

With the Supreme Court likely to hear on August 5 actor Rhea Chakraborty’s petition seeking transfer of FIR against her to the Mumbai police, a political battle of words has broken out between Maharashtra chief minister Uddhav Thackeray and BJP leader Devendra Fadnavis over the manner in which Mumbai police had been handling the probe since last 47 days.

Former chief minister Fadnavis had said in his tweet that “there is a huge public sentiment about handing over Sushant Singh Rajput case to CBI, but looking at the reluctance of state government, at least ED can register an ECIR, since misappropriation and money laundering angle has come out.” On Friday, Enforcement Directorate filed a money laundering case on the basis of Bihar Police FIR lodged by Sushant’s father.

On Friday evening, chief minister Uddhav Thackeray criticized Fadnavis alleging that he has doubted the capability of the Mumbai Police, despite having served as the chief minister for five years. Thackeray said, transfer of the probe will be an insult to the state police which has been fighting the Covid-19 pandemic like warriors. “Not to trust them is an insult to them. I would like to tell all fans of Sushant Singh Rajput that they should trust Mumbai police and pass on whatever information they have about the case”, said Thackeray.

NCP leader and Maharashtra minister Jayant Patil promised that the Mumbai police will reach its conclusion soon. “I do not know how this issue will be used in Sushant’s home state Bihar, but leaders from Maharashtra must stop tweeting and expressing their opinions about it.”

On the other hand, Bihar deputy chief minister Sushil Kumar Modi tweeted, “Mumbai Police is putting obstruction in the way of a fair investigation by Bihar Police in Sushant death case. BJP feels that CBI should take over this case”. Several Bihar politicians, like Ramvilas Paswan, his son Chirag Paswan, BJP MPs Nishikant Dubey and Dr. Subramanian Swamy have also demanded a CBI probe.

It is time that we keep politics out of this controversy and reach to the bottom of this mysterious case. Nobody would have questioned Mumbai Police’s line of investigation, had it not been for the crack team of Patna police, which had gone to Mumbai and unearthed vital information and documents relating to his death.

On Friday, India TV spoke to Sushant’s ex-girlfriend Ankita Lokhande, his friend Siddharth Pithani and Sushant’s ex-servant Ashok Kasu. India TV had to seek details from these people because Sushant’s death still remains an enigma wrapped in mystery.

Nobody can still believe that an actor having name, fame, money and love, would take his own life by hanging himself. Sushant was a brilliant student, he cleared 11 engineering entrance exams, secured seventh rank in Delhi College of Engineering entrance exam, but dropped out because of his acting career. He worked in some of the best films in Bollywood, he was a rising star, but his march to success was halted by destiny. Sushant was an icon for millions of young Indians, he stoked the flames of ambition in their hearts. His suicide came as a shock to all.

On Friday, his ex-girlfriend Ankita Lokhande, who had a six-year-long relationship with him, told India TV that despite the break-up, Sushant used to send her WhatsApp messages about Rhea’s family, which she has passed on to Bihar police. Ankita has more or less corroborated most of the allegations made by Sushant’s father in his FIR. Since the break-up took place a year and a half ago, it would not be proper to reach a conclusion based on Ankita’s statements alone.

On Friday, after Ankita spoke out, Rhea Chakraborty released a video message through her lawyers, in which she said, “I have immense faith in God and the judiciary. I believe, I will get justice. Even though a lot of horrible things are being said about me on the electronic media, I refrain from commenting on the advice of my lawyers as the matter is sub-judice. Satyamev Jayate, the truth shall prevail.”

On Friday, Siddharth Pithani tried to defend Rhea while speaking to India TV. Pithani was present in the apartment on the night preceding Sushant’s death. He was the first to notice Sushant’s body. In her petition before the Supreme Court, Rhea had alleged that Sushant’s family was pressurizing Pithani to give statement against her. She had attached the copy of an e-mail which Pithani had sent. On Friday, Pithani told India TV that he had got telephone calls from Sushant’s family to give statement against Rhea, but there was no intimidation.

Sushant’s former servant Ashok Kasu, who worked for him for three years, was thrown out of his job by Rhea, when she took over the actor’s affairs. Ashok Kasu told India TV that it was Rhea who had full control over Sushant’s life. He said, Rhea used to take all decisions for Sushant. He revealed that two sisters of Sushant had once come to meet him, but a message was sent through the apartment society that he would not meet them. It never happened before, said Kasu.

Details of bank transactions obtained by Patna police reveal that most of the money from Sushant’s account was being spent on Rhea and her family members. I have to mention all these because the mystery behind his death still continues.

Successful actors like Sushant give birth to dreams in the minds of millions of admirers, but when their hopes come dashing to the ground, it causes a lot of pain and worries. India TV will continue to keep a close watch on the probe, it will telecast the viewpoints from all sides, and we hope the mystery will be unraveled soon.

ऐक्टर सुशांत सिंह राजपूत की मौत के पीछे का रहस्य दिन-ब-दिन गहराता ही जा रहा है। रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक, सुशांत की बहन मीतू सिंह ने बिहार पुलिस को बताया है कि सुशांत की दोस्त रिया चक्रवर्ती काला जादू करती थी और वह ‘तांत्रिक’ को अपार्टमेंट में लाती थी। उन्होंने पुलिस को बताया कि जब भी तांत्रिक जादू-टोना करने आते थे, तब फ्लैट में मौजूद अन्य सभी लोगों को बाहर जाने के लिए कहा जाता था। मीतू ने पुलिस को बताया कि सुशांत की बहन होने के बावजूद उन्हें अपने भाई से मिलने अंदर जाने के पहले घंटों तक फ्लैट के बाहर इंतजार करने के लिए कहा जाता था।

मीतू सिंह ने बिहार पुलिस के सामने आरोप लगाया कि रिया और उसकी मां संध्या चक्रवर्ती सुशांत पर जादू-टोना करने के लिए बंगाली तांत्रिक को अक्सर अपार्टमेंट में ले आती थीं। सुशांत के घर के नौकर और खाना बनाने वाले ने भी मितू के आरोपों की पुष्टि की है। मीतू सिंह ने आरोप लगाया है रिया ही तांत्रिक को लेकर आती थी और बाद में उसने सुशांत को एक ताबीज भी दिया था। मीतू ने बिहार पुलिस को बताया कि ज्यादातर वक्त रिया की मां संध्या भी सुशांत के फ्लैट में रहती थी और आने-जाने वालों पर नजर रखती थी। मीतू ने पुलिस को बताया कि रिया की मां की मौजूदगी सुशांत को पसंद नहीं थी। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि रिया को सुशांत के परिवार वाले पसंद नहीं थे और इस मुद्दे पर दोनों के बीच अक्सर अनबन रहती थी।

इस बीच प्रवर्तन निदेशालय ने सुशांत के मामले के बारे में डीटेल मांगी है। बिहार पुलिस के जांचकर्ताओं ने गुरुवार को मुंबई में 3 प्राइवेट बैंकों, कोटक महिंद्रा बैंक, एचडीएफसी बैंक और आईसीआईसीआई बैंक में गए और दिवंगत अभिनेता के अकाउंट से जुड़ी सभी ट्रांजिक्शंस की डीटेल इकट्ठा की। गौरतलब है कि सुशांत के पिता ने आरोप लगाया था कि एक साल के भीतर सुशांत के बैंक खातों से कुल 15 करोड़ रुपये निकाले गए थे।

बिहार पुलिस टीम ने सुशांत और रिया द्वारा बनाई गई कंपनियों के बारे में भी जानकारी इकट्ठा की है, जिनमें रिया के भाई शौविक चक्रवर्ती और उनके पिता प्रमोटर थे। रिया की करीबी सहयोगी श्रुति मोदी ने कंपनी के अधिकांश दस्तावेजों पर गवाह के रूप में दस्तखत किए हैं, क्योंकि वही इन कंपनियों का कामकाज देख रही थी। सुशांत के पिता ने अपनी एफआईआर में श्रुति मोदी का नाम भी लिया है, और बिहार पुलिस पूछताछ के लिए उसे बुला सकती है। वह रिया और उसके भाई की मैनेजर भी थी।

सबसे ज्यादा हैरानी की बात यह है कि बिहार पुलिस की टीम ने 3 दिनों में मामले के बारे में ऐसे खुलासे किए हैं, जो मुंबई पुलिस पिछले 46 दिनों के दौरान नहीं कर पाई थी। सुप्रीम कोर्ट में रिया चक्रवर्ती के साथ एक कानूनी लड़ाई भी चल रही है, जिसमें सुशांत के पिता द्वारा पटना में दर्ज करवाई गई FIR की जांच को मुंबई पुलिस के हवाले करने की मांग की गई है। हालांकि, बिहार सरकार और सुशांत सिंह के पिता ने इस याचिका का विरोध करते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट में एक याचिका दायर की है। बिहार सरकार इस मामले के लिए वरिष्ठ वकील मुकुल रोहतगी को लगाया है।

सुप्रीम कोर्ट के समक्ष अपनी याचिका में रिया चक्रवर्ती ने कहा है कि वह 8 जून तक एक साल के लिए सुशांत सिंह राजपूत के साथ लिव-इन रिलेशनशिप में थी, और इसके बाद अपने घर चली गई थी। रिया की याचिका के मुताबिक, ‘मृतक कुछ समय से डिप्रेशन से पीड़ित था एवं इसकी दवाएं ले रहा था और उसने 14 जून को अपने बांद्रा स्थित आवास पर आत्महत्या कर ली।’ रिया ने यह कहते हुए FIR मुंबई पुलिस को ट्रांसफर करने की मांग की है कि इस मामले में पूछताछ करना बिहार पुलिस के अधिकार क्षेत्र में नहीं है क्योंकि यह घटना मुंबई में हुई थी।

सुशांत की मौत अभी भी अखबारों की सुर्खियां बटोर रही है क्योंकि उनकी मौत से जुड़ी परिस्थितियां अभी भी रहस्य बनी हुई हैं। सुशांत एक सफल, युवा, मेधावी और मजबूत इरादों वाले अभिनेता थे। यह रहस्य अभी तक उजागर नहीं हो पाया है कि उन्होंने आत्महत्या क्यों की। क्या वह दबाव में काम कर रहे थे? अब सारे तथ्य धीरे-धीरे सामने आ रहे हैं। पिछले 44 दिनों से कुछ ऐसे लोग झूठी हवा-हवाई बातें और कॉन्सपिरेसी थियरी फैला रहे थे जो शायद ही सुशांत को जानते थे। जिस व्यक्ति को सबसे ज्यादा नुकसान उठाना पड़ा, वह सुशांत के पिता कृष्ण किशोर सिंह थे, क्योंकि उन्होंने अपना बेटा खो दिया है। जब सुशांत के पिता ने अपनी एफआईआर में रिया के खिलाफ आरोप लगाए, तो बॉलीवुड में सन्नाटा छा गया।

पिछले 44 दिनों में मुंबई पुलिस ने न तो कभी इस ऐंगल के बारे में सोचा और न ही इस दिशा में काम किया। जांचकर्ता केवल बॉलीवुड के बड़े नामों, निर्देशकों और ऐक्टरों को अपने बयान दर्ज करने के लिए बुलाते थे और उन्हें घंटों बैठाए रखते थे। इसके उलट बिहार पुलिस के जांचकर्ताओं ने बहुत ही तेजी से काम किया और सारी डीटेल इकट्ठा की। ऐसी अफवाहें उड़ीं कि रिया फरार हो गई है, कुछ लोगों ने आरोप लगाया कि कुछ लोग पर्दे के पीछे से रिया की मदद कर रहे हैं, लेकिन बिहार पुलिस ने इन अटकलों को खारिज कर दिया है। एक आरोप यह भी लगा कि मुंबई पुलिस का कोई बड़ा अधिकारी रिया की मदद कर रहा था, लेकिन बिहार पुलिस के पास इसे मानने का कोई आधार नहीं है।

बिहार पुलिस ने कहा है कि वह रिया से सही समय पर पूछताछ करेगी, लेकिन इस समय वह कुछ जरूरी सुरागों का पता लगाना चाहती है। वह सुशांत के पिता द्वारा अपनी FIR में उठाए गए सवालों के जवाब तलाशने की कोशिश कर रही है। जैसे कि क्या रिया ने सुशांत को अपने परिवार से दूर रखने की कोशिश की? क्या उसने सुशांत के अकाउंट से 15 करोड़ रुपये निकाले हैं? क्या रिया ने बॉलीवुड के प्रोड्यूसर्स पर सुशांत के लिए आने वाले ऑफर में खुद को महिला लीड के रूप में साइन करने पर जोर दिया? रिया ने अपनी याचिका में इनमें से कुछ सवालों के जवाब देने की कोशिश की है, लेकिन कुछ जरूरी सवालों के जवाब मिलने अभी भी बाकी हैं। जैसे कि सुशांत के सुसाइड करने से 6 दिन पहले रिया फ्लैट छोड़कर क्यों चली गई थी?

कुल मिलाकर ऐसा लगता है कि अब सारा विवाद सुशांत और रिया के परिवारों के बीच का हो गया है। अब तक बॉलीवुड के बड़े नामों द्वारा नेपोटिज्म और फेवरटिज्म के आरोपों के बारे में और सुशांत द्वारा फिल्मों से बाहर किए जाने के बारे में बात हो रही थी, लेकिन सुशांत के पिता द्वारा पटना में FIR दर्ज करवाने के बाद ये बातें बेमानी साबित हुई हैं। 44 दिनों तक मुंबई पुलिस लगातार इस दिशा में हाथ-पैर मार रही थी, और उसने बॉलीवुड के दिग्गजों से पूछताछ भी की ताकि यह पता लगाया जा सके कि नेपोटिज्म के बारे में फैलाई जा रही कॉन्सपिरेसी थियरी में सच्चाई है या नहीं। लेकिन इससे भी कुछ पता नहीं चला। मुझे आशा है कि सच्चाई जल्द ही सामने आ जाएगी।

The mystery behind actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death is turning murkier and deeper by the day, with reports that his sister Mitu Singh has told Bihar police that Sushant’s friend Rhea Chakraborty was in to black magic and that she used to bring ‘tantrik’ to the apartment. She told police that whenever the tantric used to come to perform occult practices, all other persons present in the flat were asked to go out. She told police that despite being Sushant’s sister, she was asked to wait outside the flat for hours before being allowed inside to meet her brother.

Mitu Singh alleged before Bihar police that Rhea and her mother Sandhya Chakraborty used to bring a Bengali tantric to the apartment regularly to carry out occult practices on the actor. Sushant’s domestic servant and cook have also corroborated Mitu’s allegations.

Mitu Singh has alleged that it was Rhea who used to bring the tantric, and the latter had given a talisman to Sushant. She told Bihar police that Rhea’s mother Sandhya used to stay inside the flat for most part of the day to keep a watch on visitors. Sushant did not like the presence of Rhea’s mother, Mitu told police. She alleged that Rhea did not like Sushant’s family members and there used to be frequent spats between the two on this issue.

Meanwhile, the Enforcement Directorate has sought details about Sushant’s case. Investigators from Bihar police on Thursday went to three private banks, Kotak Mahindra Bank, HDFC Bank and ICICI bank, in Mumbai to collect details of all transactions made on the actor’s accounts. Sushant’s father, it may be recalled, had alleged that a sum of Rs 15 crore was siphoned off from Sushant’s bank accounts within one year.

The Bihar police team has also collected details about companies floated by Sushant and Rhea, in which the latter’s brother Shouvik Chakravorty and her father were promoters. Rhea’s close associate Shruti Modi has signed as witness on most of the company documents, as she was looking after the business of these companies. Sushant’s father has named Shruti Modi in his FIR, and Bihar police may call her for interrogation. She was earlier working as manager for Rhea and her brother.

The most surprising part is that the crack team of Bihar police has unearthed details about the case in three days, which their Mumbai counterparts failed to collect during the last 46 days.

A legal battle is looming in the Supreme Court with Rhea Chakraborty filing a petition seeking to transfer the FIR filed by Sushant’s father before Patna Police to Mumbai police for investigation. However, Bihar government and Sushant Singh’s father have filed caveats in the SC while opposing this plea. The Bihar government has engaged senior counsel Mukul Rohatgi for this case.

In her petition before the SC, Rhea Chakraborty has said that she was in a live-in relationship with Sushant Singh Rajput for a year till June 8, when she left for her home. “The deceased was suffering from depression for some time and was on anti-depressants and committed suicide on June 14 at his Bandra residence”, says Rhea’s petition. She has sought transfer of the FIR to Mumbai police by saying that Bihar police had no jurisdiction in inquire into the case as the incident took place in Mumbai.

Sushant’s death is still hogging news headlines because the circumstances relating to his death are still shrouded in mystery. Sushant was a successful, young, intelligent and strong-willed actor. The mystery is yet to be unravelled as to why he chose to commit suicide. Was he acting under pressure? Facts are slowly tumbling out now.

For the last 44 days, false innuendoes and baseless conspiracy theories were being circulated by people who hardly knew the actor. The person who had to bear the biggest loss was Sushant’s father Krishna Kishore Singh, because he has lost his son. When Sushant’s father levelled allegations against Rhea in his FIR, Bollywood was stunned.

For 44 days, the Mumbai police neither pondered over this angle, nor did it work towards that direction. The investigators were only summoning Bollywood biggies, directors and actors to record their statements while making them sit for hours. In contrast, the Bihar police investigators worked at incredible speed and collected details.

Rumours were floated that Rhea has absconded, some alleged that some invisible hands were at work behind Rhea, but Bihar police has rejected these speculations. One allegation was made that somebody who is at the top of Mumbai police was helping Rhea, but Bihar police has no grounds to accept this assumption.

Bihar police has said it will question Rhea at the right time, but at this moment, it is seeking to find out some vital clues. It is trying to find answers to questions raised by Sushant’s father in his FIR. For example, did Rhea try to keep Sushant away from his family? Did she siphon off Rs 15 crores from his account? Did Rhea insist on Bollywood producers signing her as female lead in offers that were meant for Sushant? Rhea has tried to give replies to some of these questions in her petition, but a few vital questions remain still unanswered. For example, what provoked Rhea to leave the flat six days before Sushant committed suicide?

From on overall viewpoint, the entire controversy now seems to be limited to Sushant’s and Rhea’s families. Allegations of nepotism and favouritism by Bollywood biggies and about Sushant being thrown out from movies were making the rounds, but these seem to hold no water after Sushant’s father filed his FIR in Patna. For 44 days, Mumbai police was on a fishing expedition, questioning Bollywood biggies to find out whether conspiracy theories about nepotism were true or not. It uncovered nothing. The truth, I hope, will soon be out.

29 जुलाई का दिन भारत के लिए ऐतिहासिक था। यह तारीख एक ऐसी घटना की गवाह बनी जिसने हर भारतीय के सीने को गर्व से चौड़ा कर दिया। बुधवार को फ्रांस से आए 5 रफेल फाइटर जेट अंबाला एयरबेस पर शान से उतरे और उनका वहां इंडियन एयरफोर्स ने जोरदार स्वागत किया। कुल मिलाकर भारत ने 36 रफेल फाइटर जेट्स का ऑर्डर दिया है और डसॉल्ट एविएशन ने उन्हें जल्द से जल्द डिलीवर करने का वादा किया है। यह हमारे इंडियन एयरफोर्स के लड़ाकों की वीरता का जश्न मनाने का दिन था, हमारे दुश्मनों के लिए चिंता का दिन था और प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के राजनीतिक प्रतिद्वंद्वियों, खासकर राहुल गांधी के लिए आत्मचिंतन का दिन था।

भारतीय वायुसेना को पिछले 21 सालों से इन लड़ाकू विमानों का इंतजार था, लेकिन पूरी प्रक्रिया नौकरशाहों और नेताओं द्वारा टालमटोल की रणनीति में उलझकर रह गई थी। इस दौरान कई सरकारें आईं और गईं, लेकिन रफेल लड़ाकू विमानों को लेकर वायुसेना की मांग फाइलों में ही दबी रही। आज देश को इन 5 रफेल जेट विमानों को आसमान का सीना चीर कर अंबाला के एयरबेस पर शान से लैंड करते हुए देखने का मौका मिला। ये विमान 8,500 किलोमीटर की दूरी तय कर भारत पहुंचे थे और बीच में कुछ समय के लिए अबू धाबी में रुके थे। ऐसा इसलिए मुमकिन हो सका क्योंकि आज देश के पास प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जैसा मजबूत नेता है, जो कभी भी राष्ट्रहित में साहसिक फैसले लेने में नहीं हिचकिचाता। इन जंगी जहाजों का वक्त से पहले भारत पहुंचना नरेंद्र मोदी की दृढ़ इच्छाशक्ति, मजबूत इरादों और दूरदर्शिता का सबूत है।

लड़ाकू विमानों के भारत पहुंचने के कुछ देर बाद ही प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने संस्कृत का एक लोकप्रिय श्लोक ट्वीट किया- राष्ट्ररक्षासमं पुण्यं, राष्ट्ररक्षासमं व्रतम्, राष्ट्ररक्षासमं यज्ञो, दृष्टो नैव च नैव च। इसका मतलब है कि राष्ट्र रक्षा के समान कोई पुण्य नहीं, राष्ट्र रक्षा के समान कोई व्रत नहीं, राष्ट्र रक्षा के समान कोई यज्ञ नहीं। उन्होंने ‘नभः स्पृशं दीप्तम्’ लिखते हुए अपना ट्वीट खत्म किया जो भारतीय वायुसेना का आदर्श वाक्य है और इसका अर्थ होता है ‘गौरव के साथ आकाश को छूएं।’

रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह ने ट्वीट करते हुए इन विमानों के आने पर खुशी जताई। उन्होंने लिखा, ‘जो हमारी अखंडता को चुनौती देने की मंशा रखते हैं, उन्हें भारतीय वायुसेना की इस नयी क्षमता से चिंतित होना चाहिये। रफेल जेट्स का आना सिर्फ प्रधानमंत्री मोदी की वजह से मुमकिन हो सका। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने फ्रांस की सरकार के साथ रफेल को लेकर इंटर गवर्मेंटल एग्रीमेंट का बिल्कुल सही फैसला किया, क्योंकि काफी वक्त से ये डील लटकी हुई थी। मैं उनके साहस और निर्णायकता के लिए धन्यवाद देता हूं।’
राजनाथ सिंह की बात सही है। मैंने 43 साल के अपने करियर में नेहरू और शास्त्री जी को छोड़कर बाकी सारे प्रधानमंत्रियों के काम को करीब से देखा। इस देश में सेना के लिए जंगी जहाज तो छोड़ ही दीजिए, जीप खरीदना भी चुनौतीपूर्ण होता था। लेटेस्ट गन्स की तो बात ही छोड़िए, हमारे बाहदुर जवान बुलेटफ्रूफ जैकेट और हेलमेट के लिए तरसते थे। रफेल की जो फाइल 15 साल से एक टेबल से दूसरी टेबल पर सरक रही थी, उस फाइल को नरेंद्र मोदी ने खुद उठाया और अफसरों को काम करने की, फैसले लेने की छूट दी।

इसका नतीजा यह हुआ कि सिर्फ 6 साल के कार्यकाल में न केवल सौदा हुआ, बल्कि आज रफेल जेट भारत पहुंच भी गए। ऐसे में काम की इस तेजी का क्रेडिट नरेंद्र मोदी को मिलना ही चाहिए। इसीलिए मैं कह रहा हूं कि आज रफेल की शानदार तस्वीरें अगर पूरा हिंदुस्तान देख पाया, अगर आज रफेल फाइटर जेट्स हिंदुस्तान की जमीं पर आ सके तो इसके पीछे सिर्फ और सिर्फ प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की इच्छाशक्ति उनकी दूरदर्शिता और निर्णय लेने की क्षमता है।

बुधवार को इंडिया टीवी पर भी जितने भी एक्सपर्ट्स आए थे, उन सभी ने एक बात कही कि पिछले 20 सालों से हमारी वायुसेना को एक अडवॉन्स्ड फाइटर जेट की जरूरत थी, खासकर चीन और पाकिस्तान के फाइटर जेट्स से मुकाबला करने के लिए। उन्होंने कहा कि इंडियन एयरफोर्स को स्टेट ऑफ द आर्ट कॉम्बैट एयरक्राफ्ट की जरूरत थी। पिछले दो दशकों से किसी भी सरकार ने डिफेंस डील को क्लीयर करने का साहस नहीं दिखाया, लेकिन प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने वायुसेना की जरूरतों को समझा, मल्टी रोल कॉम्बैट एयरक्राफ्ट के लिए नए सिरे से उस डील साइन करने के लिए पेरिस गए जो यूपीए शासन के दौरान 9 सालों से लटकी हुई थी। इसके साथ ही मोदी ने उस डील को 2016 में रीनिगोशियेट किया, और फिर 4 साल के अंदर हमारे पास ये फाइटर जेट्स पहुंचने शुरू हो गए। ऐसा इसलिए भी हो सका क्योंकि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने डिफेंस में दलाली की पूरी सप्लाई लाइन ही काट दी।

एक ऐसे समय में जब पूरा देश रफेल विमानों के भारत आने पर गर्व कर रहा है, राहुल गांधी और उनकी पार्टी के नेता एक अलग ही रुख अपनाए हुए हैं। रफेल जेट मिलने पर भारतीय वायुसेना को बधाई देते हुए राहुल गांधी ने ट्वीट करके पूछा: ‘क्या भारत सरकार जवाब देगी कि (1) प्रत्येक विमान की लागत 526 करोड़ रुपये की बजाय 1670 करोड़ रुपये क्यों है? (2) 126 के बदले 36 विमान क्यों खरीदे गए? (3) HAL के बदले दिवालिया अनिल को 30,000 करोड़ रुपये का ठेका क्यों दिया गया? राहुल गांधी पिछले 3 सालों से बार-बार यही पुराने सवाल पूछ रहे हैं। उन्होंने पिछले साल इसे चुनावी मुद्दा बनाया। इस मामले को वह सुप्रीम कोर्ट में ले गए, जिसने सीलबंद लिफाफों में दी गई अति गोपनीय जानकारी का अध्ययन करने के बाद सौदे पर मुहर लगा दी। फिर भी राहुल इसे पिछले साल आम चुनावों के दौरान जनता की अदालत में ले गए।

उनका पूरा चुनाव अभियान रफेल डील पर केंद्रित था। हर मीटिंग में उन्होंने ‘चौकीदार चोर है’ जैसे नारे लगवाए, बार-बार कहा कि नरेंद्र मोदी ने अनिल अंबानी की जेब में तीस हजार करोड़ रुपये डाले। मुझे याद है कि पूर्व वित्त मंत्री अरुण जेटली ने पार्लियामेंट में कहा था कि मोदी सरकार ने जो रफेल डील की है, वह कांग्रेस सरकार के जमाने में हुई डील से सस्ती है। यहां तक कि कैग ने भी अपनी रिपोर्ट में कहा कि मोदी सरकार द्वारा द्वारा साइन की गई डील पिछले ऑफर की तुलना में 17.08 प्रतिशत सस्ती है। इसके बावजूद राहुल गांधी ने इस मुद्दे को उठाना जारी रखा, अभद्र भाषा का इस्तेमाल किया, और आज भी वह ऐसा ही कर रहे हैं।

नरेंद्र मोदी ने पिछले साल चुनावी कैंपेन के दौरान राहुल गांधी के आरोपों पर जोरदार जवाब देते हुए कहा कि एक दिन जब हिन्दुस्तान के आसमान में रफेल उड़ान भरेगा तो लोग उसे सलाम करेंगे, और उस दिन इल्जाम लगाने वालों को खुद-ब-खुद जवाब मिल जाएगा। दरअसल, कांग्रेस के कई वरिष्ठ नेताओं ने राहुल को मोदी पर व्यक्तिगत हमले न करने की सलाह देने की कोशिश की क्योंकि लोगों में मोदी की ईमानदार छवि के कारण ऐसे आरोप नहीं टिकेंगे और कांग्रेस पार्टी को नुकसान उठाना पड़ सकता है। देश की जनता ने कई बार मतपत्रों के जरिए राहुल गांधी को करारा जबाव दिया। मुझे व्यक्तिगत रूप से लगता है कि रफेल चैप्टर को बंद करने और हमारी वायु सेना का मनोबल बढ़ाने का समय आ गया है। पार्टी को भारतीय वायुसेना में रफेल जेट को शामिल करने का स्वागत करना चाहिए। कांग्रेस को अतीत की गलतियों से भी सबक सीखना चाहिए।

ये कड़वा सच है कि पिछले 30 साल से रक्षा सौदे सेना की जरूरत के मुताबिक नहीं हुए। लगभग हर डिफेंस डील में करप्शन के इल्जाम लगते रहे। जब यूपीए की सरकार थी, तब रक्षा मंत्री ए. के. एंटनी को अपनी ‘मिस्टर क्लीन’ की इमेज का इतना ख्याल था कि उन्होंने डिफेंस डील पर कोई बड़ा फैसला ही नहीं लिया। यही वजह है कि रफेल डील भी लटक गई। लेकिन वहीं दूसरी तरफ नरेंद्र मोदी को अपनी छवि पर भरोसा था। जब उनकी सरकार बनी तब उन्होंने रक्षा सौदों पर बड़े फैसले लेने शुरू किए। उन्होंने बेदाग छवि वाले नेताओं अरुण जेटली, मनोहर पर्रिकर, निर्मला सीतारमण और अब राजनाथ सिंह को रक्षा मंत्रालय की जिम्मेदारी सौंपी। इन सबकी इमेज ऐसी थी कि कभी कोई उंगली नहीं उठा सका।

नरेंद्र मोदी की ईमानदारी पर, देशभक्ति पर और मेहनत पर तो उनके दुश्मन भी सवाल नहीं उठा सकते। और जिन्होंने उन पर सवाल उठाए, जनता ने उन्हें करारा जवाब दिया। इसलिए आज राष्ट्र रक्षा के यज्ञ में आहुति देने का दिन है। आज अपनी सेनाओं पर गर्व करने का दिन है, आज ये संकल्प करने का दिन है कि हम अपनी सेना का इतना मजबूत करें कि वे दुश्मन को बड़ी असानी से मात दे सकें। और सबसे जरूरी ये है कि कम से कम रक्षा के मामलों में राजनीति न हो।

July 29 was a historic day for India, a day marking a momentous event that fills the hearts of every Indian with pride. Five Rafale fighter jets from France landed to a big welcome from the Indian Air Force at Ambala air base on Wednesday. In all, 36 Rafale fighter jets have been ordered by India and Dassault Aviation has promised to deliver them at the earliest. It was a day to celebrate the bravery of our IAF men and women, a day for our enemies to worry, and a day for political rivals of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, particularly Rahul Gandhi, to self-introspect.

Indian Air Force had been waiting for these fighter jets for the last 21 years, and the entire process had been entangled in the web of delaying tactics by bureaucrats and political masters. Several governments came and left, but the IAF’s demand for Rafale fighter jets lay buried deep inside the files.

The nation had the fortune to watch these five Rafale jets streak through the skies and land majestically at Ambala air base, completing a flight distance of 8,500 kilometres with a stopover in Abu Dhabi. This was made possible because the nation has a strong leader in Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who never hesitates to take bold decisions in the national interest, a leader with a strong and decisive political will, marked with farsightedness.

Soon after the arrival of the fighter jets, Modi tweeted in Sanskrit a famous ‘shloka’ (verse): राष्ट्ररक्षासमं पुण्यं, राष्ट्ररक्षासमं व्रतम्, राष्ट्ररक्षासमं यज्ञो, दृष्टो नैव च नैव च (meaning, there is no virtue greater than protecting the nation, there is no vow and sacrifice greater than the defence of the nation). He ended his tweet with the motto of IAF: नभः स्पृशं दीप्तम् (touch the sky with glory).

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh hailed the arrival of Rafale jets with his tweet: “ … if it is anyone who should be worried about or critical about this new capability of the Indian Air Force, it should be those who want to threaten our territorial integrity…The Rafale jets were purchased only because PM Narendra Modi took the right decision to get these aircraft through an Inter-Governmental Agreement with France, after the long-pending procurement case for them could not progress. I thank him for his courage and decisiveness.”

Rajnath Singh’s words are true. In my 43-year-long career, I have seen the working of most of the PMs except Pandit Nehru and Lal Bahadur Shastri. Forget fighter jets, even buying jeeps for the army was a daunting prospect. Forget the latest modern weapons, our jawans yearned for bulletproof jackets and helmets. The Rafale file that was being tossed from one table to another for 15 years, was taken up by Narendra Modi, and he gave full freedom to senior officials to take decisions.

The result: within six years, not only was the deal clinched, but the Rafale jets have landed on Indian soil. Narendra Modi deserves credit for the incredible speed with which these jets were procured. That is why I say, the nation had the fortune to watch visuals of Rafale jets arriving on Indian soil and this was possible only because of Modi’s political will and decisiveness.

All the defence experts who came at the India TV debate on Wednesday admitted that the IAF was waiting for an advanced fighter jet for the last two decades, especially to counter the Chinese and Pakistani fighter jets. Our air force was in dire need of state-of-the-art multi-role combat aircraft. None of the governments dared to clear the Rafale deal for the last 21 years, but it was Prime Minister Modi who understood the urgent requirements of our air force, and went to Paris to sign the deal, that was hanging fire for nine years during the UPA regime.

Modi renegotiated the deal in 2016 and within four years, the jets have landed. This was possible because Modi had snapped off the entire ‘supply line’ of middlemen out to make money.

At a time, when the whole nation applauded the arrival of Rafale jets, Rahul Gandhi and his Congress party struck a note of dissonance. While congratulating IAF for acquiring Rafale jets, Rahul Gandhi tweeted to ask: “..can GOI answer (1) why each aircraft costs Rs 1670 crore instead of Rs 526 crore? Rahul Gandhi has been asking these old questions over and over for the last three years. He made this an election issue last year, took the matter to Supreme Court, which after studying sealed envelopes carrying top secret information, gave a go-ahead to the deal, and yet Rahul took it to the court of the people last year during general elections.

His entire poll campaign was focused on the Rafale deal. At every meeting, he chanted slogans like ‘Chowkidar Chor Hai’, alleged at every meeting that it was Modi who put Rs 30,000 crore in Anil Ambani’s pockets. I remember, former Finance Minister Arun Jaitley telling Parliament that the Rafale deal signed by Modi government was cheaper compared to the deal offered to the UP government. Even the CAG in its report said that the deal signed by Modi government was 17.08 per cent cheaper than the previous offer. And yet, Rahul Gandhi continued to raise this issue, embellished with abusive words, and he continues to do so, even now.

It was during last year’s poll campaign that Modi replied to Rahul’s allegations and said that the day Rafale jets will fly in Indian skies and people will salute them, the naysayers will get their due reply. The day arrived on July 29. In fact, several senior Congress leaders tried to advise Rahul not to make personal attacks on Modi because such charges will not stick because of Modi’s incorruptible image in public and the Congress party may have to face losses. The nation gave its resounding reply to Rahul several times through ballots.

I personally feel that the time has come for the Congress to close the Rafale chapter and raise the morale of our air force. The party should welcome the induction of Rafale jets in the IAF. The Congress should also learn lessons from past mistakes.

For the last 30 years, there were no big defence deals to fulfil the requirements of our armed forces. Charges of corruption through middlemen were levelled in almost every defence deal. When the UPA was in power, its Defence Minister A. K. Antony was more conscious about protecting his ‘Mr. Clean image’ rather than taking decisions on big defence deals. The file relating to Rafale deal was left in limbo.

In contrast, Narendra Modi had full confidence in his ‘clean image’. When he took over as Prime Minister, he started taking decisions on big defence deals. He entrusted the Defence ministry to leaders having incorruptible image like Arun Jaitley, Manohar Parrikar, Nirmala Sitharaman and Rajnath Singh. Nobody could raise a finger against the image of these leaders.

Even his political rivals cannot question Modi’s honesty, patriotism and hard work. Those who questioned Modi had to bite the dust at the hustings. Today is the day to offer our own contribution to this great sacrificial ‘yagna’ for national defence, a day to take pride in our armed forces, a day to take a vow to strengthen the hands of our brave army officers and jawans, who have the capability to defeat the enemies. At least, let us all keep politics above matters relating to defence.

बॉलीवुड ऐक्टर सुशांत सिंह राजपूत के पिता कृष्ण किशोर सिंह ने पटना में एक FIR दर्ज कराई है जिसमें उन्होंने दिवंगत अभिनेता की को-ऐक्टर और दोस्त रिया चक्रवर्ती पर ब्लैकमेल करने, पैसे का दुरुपयोग करने और आत्महत्या के लिए उकसाने का आरोप लगाया है। पिछले 44 दिनों से मुंबई पुलिस सुशांत की मौत के सही कारणों का पता लगाने की कोशिश में बॉलीवुड के कई बड़े नामों से पूछताछ कर रही थी। सुशांत के पोस्टमॉर्टम और विसरा रिपोर्ट में कुछ भी संदिग्ध नहीं पाया गया, लेकिन रिया के खिलाफ सुशांत के पिता द्वारा लगाए गए आरोपों से बॉलीवुड में सन्नाटा छा गया है।

सुशांत के पिता ने अपनी 6 पन्नों की शिकायत में आरोप लगाया है कि रिया ने उनके बेटे को इलाज के बहाने दवा का ओवरडोज दिया, फोन ब्लॉक कर दिए, उनके क्रेडिट कार्ड पर कब्जा कर लिया। उन्होंने इसके साथ ही आरोप लगाया कि रिया ने सुशांत के अकाउंट से ज्यादातर पैसे निकलवा लिए, उनके पर्सनल स्टॉफ को बदल दिया और कैश, गहने एवं दस्तावेजों को गायब कर दिया।

सुशांत के पिता ने आरोप लगाया है कि पिछले साल जब उनका बेटा अपने करियर की बुलंदी पर था, तभी रिया चक्रवर्ती उसकी जिंदगी में आई। रिया ने साजिश के तहत सुशांत सिंह के साथ नजदीकियां बढ़ाईं, जिससे वह खुद अपना करियर भी बना सके और सुशांत की करोड़ों रुपयों की प्रॉपर्टी पर कब्जा कर सके। सुशांत के पिता ने आरोप लगाया कि इस साजिश को कामयाब करने के लिए रिया ने अपने घरवालों को भी सुशांत से मिलवाया। इन सब लोगों ने मिलकर सुशांत को ये कहा कि जिस घर में वह रह रहे हैं वहां भूत-प्रेत हैं जिसकी वजह से उनके दिमाग पर असर हो रहा है। इसके बाद ये सभी लोग सुशांत को मुंबई एयरपोर्ट के पास बने एक रिजॉर्ट में ले गए। इन लोगों ने सुशांत से बार-बार कहा कि उन्हें मेंटल ट्रीटमेंट की जरूरत है।

FIR के मुताबिक, जब परिवार को इस बारे में पता चला तो सुशांत की बहन उसके पास मुंबई गईं। परिवार को लोग उन्हें पटना वापस लाना चाहते थे लेकिन रिया और उसके परिजनों ने सुशांत की बहन को बताया कि मुंबई में उन्हें सबसे अच्छा इलाज मिलेगा। सुशांत के पिता ने आरोप लगाया कि इसके बाद रिया ने उनके बेटे को दवाइयों की ओवरडोज दी। जब लोगों ने पूछा कि सुशांत को क्या हुआ है तो उन्होंने कहा कि उन्हें डेंगू हुआ है।

FIR में लगाए गए आरोपों के मुताबिक, इसी दौरान रिया और उसके परिवार वालों ने सुशांत की चीजों को अपने कब्जे में लेना शुरू कर दिया। रिया ने सुशांत को अपने घरवालों से बात करने से भी रोका। सुशांत का फोन भी रिया और उसके घरवाले अपने पास रखते थे। FIR के मुताबिक, सुशांत के पास फिल्मों के जो भी ऑफर आते तो रिया उसमें यह शर्त लगा देती कि अगर मेन फीमेल लीड के तौर पर उसे लिया जाएगा तभी सुशांत फिल्म में काम करेंगे। आरोप है कि इसके बाद रिया और उसके परिजनों ने सुशांत के घर में काम करने वाले स्टाफ को बदलकर अपने लोगों को फिट करना शुरू कर दिया।

सुशांत के पिता ने आरोप लगाया कि रिया और उसके परिवार वालों ने इसके बाद उनके क्रेडिट कार्ड और बैंक अकाउंट पर कब्जा कर लिया। सुशांत का कनेक्शन उसके घरवालों और दूसरे नजदीकी लोगों से खत्म करने के लिए दिसंबर 2019 में सुशांत के पुराने फोन नंबर को बंद करवा दिया गया और उसकी जगह रिया चक्रवर्ती की करीबी सैमुअल मिरांडा की आईडी पर उनके लिए नया फोन नंबर लिया गया। इस दौरान कभी-कभी सुशांत से बातें होती थीं तो वह अपने पिता से कहते थे कि रिया और उसके घरवाले उन्हें पागलखाने में डलवाना चाहते हैं।

सुशांत के पिता ने आरोप लगाया कि जब दिवंगत ऐक्टर अपनी बहनों से मिलने दिल्ली और हरियाणा आए तो 2 दिन में ही रिया ने फोन करके उन्हें मुंबई बुलवा लिया। FIR के मुताबिक, इसके बाद रिया ने सुशांत के पैसों, प्रॉपर्टी और कनेक्शन्स का अपने फायदे के लिए इस्तेमाल करना शुरू कर दिया। सुशांत के पिता के मुताबिक, जब उनके बेटे ने कुर्ग में ऑर्गेनिक फार्मिंग करने का फैसला किया तो रिया ने उनको ब्लैकमेल किया और कहा कि अगर उन्होंने कुर्ग जाने की कोशिश की तो उनकी मेडिकल रिपोर्ट पब्लिक कर देगी। रिया ने सुशांत को धमकी दी कि वह सबको बता देगी कि वह पागल हो गए हैं।

आरोप के मुताबिक, जब रिया को लगा कि सुशांत अब उनकी बात नहीं मान रहे, तो वह जून में सुशांत का घर छोड़कर चली गई। घर छोड़कर जाते वक्त रिया काफी सारा सामान, कैश, ज्वेलरी, लैपटॉप, पासवर्ड, क्रेडिट कार्ड, पिन नंबर, अहम दस्तावेज और मेडिकल ट्रीटमेंट से जुड़े डॉक्यूमेंट्स भी ले गई। इसके साथ ही रिया ने अपने फोन पर सुशांत का नंबर भी ब्लॉक कर दिया। जाते-जाते रिया ये धमकी दे गई कि अगर उन्होंने ये बात किसी तो बताई तो मीडिया में ये फैला देगी कि सुशांत पागल हो गए हैं। इसी दौरान सुशांत की मैनेजर रहीं दिशा सालियान ने सुसाइड कर लिया। सुशांत के पिता के मुताबिक, डर के मारे सुशांत ने रिया से बात करने की कोशिश की। दिवंगत अभिनेता के पिता ने कहा कि सुशांत डर गए थे कि कहीं रिया इस सुसाइड केस में उन्हें ही ना फंसा दे।

ऐक्टर के पिता ने बातया कि जब सुशांत परेशान थे तब उनकी बहन जून में 4 दिन के लिए उनके पास गईं। उन्होंने सुशांत को समझाया कि सब ठीक हो जाएगा। करीब 4 दिन साथ रहने के बाद सुशांत की बहन वापस लौट आई और इसी के बाद 14 जून को सुशांत ने सुसाइड कर लिया। सुशांत के पिता ने आरोप लगाया कि सुशांत के बैंक अकाउंट्स में 17 करोड़ रुपये थे, लेकिन एक साल के अंदर इनमें से 15 करोड़ रुपये ऐसे अकाउंट्स में ट्रांसफर किए गए जिनसे उनके बेटे का कोई लेना-देना नहीं था। पटना पुलिस की चार-सदस्यीय टीम सुशांत की मौत से संबंधित जरूरी दस्तावेज मुंबई पुलिस से लेने के लिए मुंबई पहुंच चुकी है। एसएसपी पटना के मुताबिक, सुशांत के पिता ने पटना पुलिस से मामले की जांच करने का आग्रह किया है क्योंकि उन्हें लग रहा है कि मुंबई पुलिस सही तरीके से जांच नहीं कर रही है।

इस FIR ने एक झटके में ऐसे कई लोगों को एक्सपोज कर दिया जो पिछले 44 दिनों से तरह-तरह की कॉन्सपिरेसी थिअरी चला रहे थे। यह आरोप लगाया गया कि सुशांत की हत्या की गई है। यह भी आरोप लगाया गया कि सुशांत को आत्महत्या करने के लिए मजबूर किया गया क्योंकि आउटसाइडर होने के नाते इंडस्ट्री में उन्हें साइडलाइन किया जा रहा था। ऐसे भी आरोप लगे कि इंडस्ट्री में नेपोटिज्म के चलते कई फिल्मों से सुशांत को निकलवा दिया गया। किसी ने इसे गैंगवार का नाम दिया तो किसी ने इसे पाकिस्तान की ISI का षड्यंत्र बता दिया। कुल लोगों ने तो बॉलीवुड में माफिया की भूमिका की सीबीआई जांच की मांग कर दी। कई अन्य ने एनआईए द्वारा पाकिस्तानी एंगल की जांच करने की मांग की, तो कुछ ने विदेशी पैसे की भूमिका बताकर ED से जांच कराने की मांग रखी।

ये आरोप तमाम ऐसे लोगों ने लगाए जो कभी सुशांत सिंह राजपूत से मिले भी नहीं थे, और कुछ को तो उनका नाम तक नहीं पता था। बहुत सारे लोग ऐसे भी थे जिन्होंने सुशांत सिंह की मौत को फिल्म इंडस्ट्री में अपने दुश्मनों से बदला लेने के लिए इस्तेमाल किया। पिछले 44 दिनों से मुंबई पुलिस बॉलीवुड के कई लोगों से पूछताछ कर रही थी। निर्देशक शेखर कपूर से पूछताछ की गई क्योंकि उन्होंने एक ट्वीट किया था, निर्देशक महेश भट्ट से पूछताछ की गई क्योंकि उनके खिलाफ कई आरोप लगाए गए थे। इसके अलावा निर्माता-निर्देशक करण जौहर को भी पूछताछ के लिए बुलाया गया था। सुशांत के पिता ने पटना में अपनी प्राथमिकी दर्ज करने के साथ ही इनमें से अधिकांश बातें हवा-हवाई साबित हो गईं हैं।

मुझे पता चला है कि पिछले 44 दिनों में सुशांत के पिता और उनके परिवार के लोगों ने खामोश रहकर मुंबई पुलिस की कार्रवाई को देखा, और फिर पटना पुलिस के पास गए। सुशांत के पिता द्वारा लगाए गए आरोप गंभीर हैं। उन्होंने अपने बेटे को खो दिया है, और उनके आरोपों की गंभीरता से जांच करने की जरूरत है। सुशांत एक कामयाब ऐक्टर थे, और उनके पास पैसे की कोई कमी नहीं थी। उनके खातों में 17 करोड़ रुपये थे और उनके पास फिल्म के ऑफर भी थे। उनके पास अपना घर था, दोस्त थे, इसके बावजूद उन्होंने आत्महत्या कर ली। यह एक ऐसा रहस्य है जिसे सुलझाया जाना चाहिए।

पटना में FIR दर्ज होने के साथ ही वे लोग एक्सपोज हो गए जो इंडस्ट्री में अपना स्कोर सेटल करने की कोशिश कर रहे थे, और बहुत सारी अन्य बातें भी साफ हो गईं। अब इधर-उधर की बात करने की बजाए सुशांत के पिता द्वारा लगाए गए आरोपों की जांच पर फोकस होना चाहिए। हमें उम्मीद करनी चाहिए कि सुशांत सिंह राजपूत की मौत का सच जल्दी सामने आएगा।

Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s father Krishna Kishore Singh has filed an FIR with Patna police in which he has levelled sensational charges against co-actor and friend Rhea Chakraborty accusing her of blackmail, misappropriation of money and abetment of suicide.

For the last 44 days, Mumbai Police had been questioning several Bollywood biggies in its efforts to find out the exact cause behind Sushant’s death. Nothing suspicious was found in the actor’s post mortem and viscera reports. But the charges levelled by Sushant’s father against Rhea have stunned Bollywood.

Sushant’s father, in his six-page complaint, has alleged that Rhea gave his son overdose of medicines in the name of treatment, blocked his phone calls, took away his credit cards and transferred most of the money from his accounts, changed his entire staff and took away gold ornaments, cash and documents belonging to Sushant.

In his FIR, Sushant’s father has narrated how his son’s career was on top till last year and it was then that Rhea entered his life. According to him, she entered into close friendship with the aim of furthering her career and grabbing most of Sushant’s properties. Towards this aim, she introduced her family members to Sushant and told him that he was facing mental issues because his house was haunted. They lodged him in a resort near Mumbai airport for mental treatment.

According to the FIR, when the family came to know about this, Sushant’s sister went to Mumbai, and wanted to bring him to Patna, but Rhea and her family members told her that he would get the best treatment in Mumbai. It was then that Rhea gave overdose of medicines to his son, alleges his father. When people queried about Sushant’s health, they said, it was dengue.

It was alleged in the FIR that during this period, Rhea and her family members started taking possession of Sushant’s personal things. Sushant was prevented by Rhea from speaking to his family. His phone was kept by Rhea and her family members. According to the FIR, whenever film offers came to Sushant, Rhea used to put a rider that she should be taken as the main female lead. It was alleged that Rhea and her family members then started replacing Sushant’s staff with their own people.

Sushant’s father alleged that Rhea’s family members had by then taken full possession of Sushant’s credit cards and bank accounts. In December, 2019, Sushant’s old phone was disconnected. A new phone connection was taken for Sushant on the ID of Rhea’s associate Samuel Miranda. During occasional telephonic talk with his father, Sushant used to tell him that Rhea wanted to send him to a mental asylum.

Sushant’s father has alleged that when the actor came to meet his sisters in Delhi and Haryana, Rhea called him back to Mumbai after two days. It was then that Rhea, according to the FIR, started using Sushant’s money, properties and connections for her own benefit.

Sushant’s father alleged that when his son decided to start organic farming in Coorg, Karnataka, Rhea blackmailed him, threatening to make his medical reports public if he went to Coorg. She threatened Sushant that she would tell the world that he was a lunatic. When Rhea realized that Sushant was no more listening to her advice, she left his home in June, taking away cash, jewellery, laptop, password, credit cards, pin numbers, vital property documents and medical reports. She also blocked Sushant’s phone number.

While leaving, she threatened Sushant that if he revealed the truth, she would publicize him as a mental wreck in the media. Meanwhile, Sushant’s former manager Disha Salian committed suicide. According to his father, Sushant, out of fear, tried to contact Rhea over phone. Sushant, according to his father, feared that Rhea may make him a scapegoat for Salian’s suicide.

Sushant’s father alleged that the actor’s visited him for the last time in June for four days. She tried her best to console Sushant. On her return, Sushant committed suicide on June 14. Sushant’s father alleged that Sushant had Rs 17 crore in his bank accounts, out of which Rs 15 crore was transferred to accounts to which he had no links, in the course of one year.

A four-member team from Patna police has reached Mumbai to collect relevant documents from Mumbai Police relating to the actor’s death. According to SSP Patna, the actor’s father has urged Patna police to probe the case because he felt that Mumbai Police was not conducting the probe properly.

The FIR, in one stroke, has exposed several people who had been floating conspiracy theories for the last 44 days. It was alleged that Sushant was murdered, it was also alleged that the actor was forced to commit suicide because he had been sidelined in the industry for being an outsider, it was alleged that the actor lost roles because of nepotism in the industry, some attributed the cause of death to ‘gang war’ and Pakistani ISI connections, some demanded a CBI probe into the role of mafia in Bollywood, several others demanded a probe by NIA to check the Pakistani angle, some others demanded a probe by ED as foreign money was involved.

The allegations were levelled by people who never made Sushant even once in their life, while some even did not know his name. Some in Bollywood used this case as a point to settle scores with their rivals.

For the last 44 days, Mumbai Police had been questioning several people in Bollywood. Director Shekhar Kapur was questioned because he had posted a tweet, director Mahesh Bhatt was questioned because there were several charges levelled against him, producer-director Karan Johar was also summoned. With Sushant’s father filing his FIR in Patna, most of the theories have now no legs to stand on.

I have learnt that the actor’s father and other family members had been silently watching all the moves by Mumbai Police for the last 44 days and then decided to approach Patna police.

The charges levelled by Sushant’s father are serious. He has lost his son, and his charges need to be investigated seriously. Sushant was a successful actor, and he had no dearth of money. He had Rs 17 crore in his accounts and had film offers too. He had his own house, he had friends, and yet he committed suicide. This is a mystery that needs to be unraveled.

With the filing of FIR in Patna, those who had been trying to settle scores in the industry stand exposed and many doubts have been cleared. The investigation should now focus on the charges levelled by Sushant’s father. Let us hope that the truth behind the actor’s death will be out soon.

अंबाला एयरबेस पर पांच राफेल लड़ाकू विमानों के आगमन के साथ ही भारतीय वायुसेना को 20 वर्षों के लंबे इंतजार के बाद वह उपलब्धि हासिल होनेवाली है जिसे उसने अपनी मारक क्षमता के लिए कभी ‘गेम चेंजर’ बताया था। यह विमान ऐसे समय में आ रहा है जब भारत ने लद्दाख सीमा पर चीन की आक्रामकता का मुकाबला करने के लिए बहुआयामी रणनीति शुरू की है। राफेल विमानों को निर्धारित समय से पहले वायुसेना के बेड़े में शामिल करना इस बहुआयामी रणनीति का केवल एक आयाम है, इसके अलावा टेक्नोलॉजिकल फ्रंट और बिजनेस फ्रंट पर भी रणनीति अपनाई जा रही है।

भारत में दवाओं, मेडिकल इक्यूपमेंट्स (चिकित्सा उपकरण) और दवाओं के रॉ मेटेरियल का सबसे बड़ा सप्लायर चीन है और अगर वो यह सोच रहा है कि सप्लाई बंद कर देगा या कम कर देगा तो भारत का क्या होगा? दरअसल केंद्र सरकार ने चीन की कंपनियों को सरकारी टेंडर हासिल करने पर बैन लगा दिया है और इसी का बदला लेने के लिए चीन इस तरह की धमकी दे रहा है। लेकिन चीन की इस धमकी के जवाब में मोदी सरकार ने सोमवार को फार्मा और मेडिकल इक्यूपमेंट्स क्षेत्र में भारत को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने के लिए कई योजनाओं की घोषणा की। लेकिन सबसे पहले बात करते हैं राफेल के बारे में।

राफेल जंगी जहाज 7000 किलोमीटर का सफर तय करते हुए हिंदुस्तान आ रहे हैं। सोमवार को इन विमानों ने फ्रांस के Bordeaux के पास Merignac एयरबेस से उ़डान भरी। इन विमानों को भारतीय वायुसेना के ट्रेंड फाइटर पायलट्स ही उड़ाकर हिंदुस्तान ला रहे हैं। सोमवार की रात अबु धाबी के अल दफरा एयरबेस पर स्टॉपेज के बाद ये विमान 29 जुलाई को अंबाला एयरबेस पर उतरेंगे। ये पांचों विमान यहां गोल्डन एरोज़ स्क्वॉड्रन का हिस्सा बनेंगे। वैसे तो फ्रांस में 10 राफेल पूरी तरह रेडी हैं,लेकिन अभी पांच विमान ही आ रहे हैं। जबकि बाकी विमानों पर इंडियन एयरफोर्स के पायलट्स को ट्रेनिंग दी जा रही है। यानी जरूरत पड़ने पर उन्हें भी हिंदुस्तान लाया जा सकता है। मोदी सरकार द्वारा चार साल पहले फ्रांस से कुल 36 राफेल जेट विमान खरीदे गए थे। पांच विमानों को डिलीवरी के बाद 2021 तक बाकी बचे सारे विमान भी आ जाएंगे।

राफेल एक Semi Stealth प्लेन (विमान) है। इसका मतलब यह है कि यह जंगी जहाज अगर दुश्मन की सीमा में दाख़िल हो गया, तो भी वो उसके Radar पर आसानी से नज़र नहीं आएगा। जबकि अगर दुश्मन का कोई विमान हमारी सीमा में आने की कोशिश करेगा तो राफेल में लगे रडार उसे 200 किलोमीटर दूर से ही पहचान लेंगे। खास बात ये है कि इसका रडार एक बार में 40 टारगेट को ट्रैक कर सकता है और उनमें से दुश्मन के 8 विमानों को एक साथ एंगेज कर सकता है, उनपर अटैक कर सकता है। जहां तक इंजन की बात है तो राफेल में M-88 इंजन लगे हैं, ये इंजन क़रीब 100 कारों के बराबर पावर पैदा करते हैं। राफेल एक बार में 9 हजार किलो से ज्यादा बम और मिसाइल लेकर उड़ सकता है। इसकी मैक्सिमम स्पीड 2200 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटा है।

दो दिन पहले ही राफेल को लेकर एक बड़ा डेवलपमेंट भी हुआ है। सरकार ने इस फाइटर प्लेन को और पावरफुल बनाने का फैसला किया। अब इसमें HAMMER मिसाइलें भी लगाई जाएंगी। HAMMER का पूरा नाम है- (Highly Agile Modular Munition Extended Range) हाइली एजाइल मॉड्यूलर म्यूनिशन एक्सटेंडेड रेंज मिसाइल। यह मीडियम रेंज का एयर टू ग्राउंड वेपन है। राफेल विमान में एक साथ 6 हैमर मिसाइल फिट की जा सकती है। हैमर से 60 से 70 किलोमीटर रेंज तक किसी भी तरह के टारगेट को तबाह किया जा सकता है। यह मिसाइल लद्दाख जैसे पहाड़ी इलाकों में भी मजबूत से मजबूत शेल्टर और बंकरों को तबाह कर सकती है। हैमर मिसाइल की लंबाई 3 मीटर है और इसका वजन 330 किलो है। यह मिसाइल GPS और इंफ्रारेड तकनीक से लैस है। यह अपने दुश्मन को ढूंढकर Accuracy के साथ पूरी तरह से ध्वस्त कर सकती है। दिन हो या रात, हर मौसम में दुश्मन पर अचूक निशाना लगानेवाली यह मिसाइल वर्टिकली भी टारगेट को एंगेज कर सकती है।

हैमर मिसाइल के साथ-साथ राफेल का एक और खतरनाक हथियार है स्टॉर्म शैडो क्रूज मिसाइल (Storm Shadow Cruise missile)। इस मिसाइल की रेंज 550 किलोमीटर है। यानी ब्रह्मोस Cruise missile से दोगुना रेंज। इस मिसाइल के जरिए पूरा पाकिस्तान, हिंदुस्तान की जद में होगा। इसके साथ वेस्टर्न तिब्बत में चीन के एयरबेस भी टारगेट पर आ जाएंगे। सबसे बड़ी बात तो ये है कि राफेल के हथियार ऐसे हैं, जिन्हें इस्तेमाल करने के लिए enemy line को क्रॉस करने की जरूरत नहीं है। यानी बिना दुश्मन के इलाके में गए हुए टारगेट को हिट किया जा सकता है।

स्टॉर्म शैडो के अलावा राफेल मीटियोर (Meteor) मिसाइल से भी लैस रहेगा। ये मिसाइल दुनिया की सबसे ख़तरनाक Beyond Visual Range missile मानी जाती है। मीटियोर एयर टू एयर मिसाइल है, यानी हवा में ही टारगेट का खात्मा कर सकती है। इस मिसाइल की रेंज 150 किलोमीटर है। इसका मतलब ये है कि पाकिस्तान के फाइटर प्लेंस अपने एयरबेस से टेक ऑफ करते ही राफेल की जद में आ जाएंगे। इतना ही नहीं जरूरत पड़ने परअपनी सीमा में रहते हुए चीन के शिनजियांग प्रोविंस पर भी निशाना लगाया जा सकता है क्योंकि राफेल फाइटर जेट में स्काल्प (SCALP) मिसाइल भी लोड होगी। इस मिसाइल की रेंज 300 किलोमीटर है।

ऐसे समय में जब मिग, सुखोई और मिराज लद्दाख सीमा पर आसमान में गश्त कर रहे हैं और चीनी सैनिकों की हरकतों पर नजर रख रहे हैं, राफेल विमानों के आने से निश्चित रूप से भारतीय वायु सेना का मनोबल बढ़ेगा। हमारी एयर पावर में जबरदस्त इजाफा होगा। हालांकि, कुछ ऑफिशियल सोर्सेज का कहना है कि राफेल विमानों को पूरी तरह से ऑपरेशनल करने में कम से कम दो महीने का समय लगेगा।

टेक्नोलॉजिकल फ्रंट की बात करें तो भारत ने सोमवार को 59 चाइनीज ऐप्स के 47 क्लोन्स को बैन कर दिया। दरअसल चीन लगातार चालाकी दिखा रहा है और भारत उसकी चतुराई को फेल कर रहा है। मोदी सरकार ने टिकटॉक, हैलो और कैम स्कैनर जैसे 59 ऐप्स पर पाबंदी लगा दी थी। इन ऐप्स को भारत में बैन कर दिया था। चीन ने बहुत शोर मचाया लेकिन जब कुछ नहीं हुआ तो चीन ने चालाकी दिखाई। जिन ऐप्स को भारत सरकार ने बैन किया था उनके क्लोन्स को मार्केट में उतार दिया। जैसे टिकटॉक की जगह…टिकटॉक लाइट ….हेलो की जगह हेलो लाइट एप्लिकेशंस को लॉन्च कर दिया। लेकिन भारत सरकार ने फिर डिजिटल स्ट्राइक कर दी। जितने ऐप्स के क्लोन या कॉपी ऐप मार्केट में आए थे उन सभी 47 ऐप्स की पहचान करके क्लोन एप्लिकेशंस को बैन कर दिया। यानी अब ये ऐप्स भी डाउनलोड नहीं की जा सकेंगी ना ही अपडेट हो पाएंगी। जिन एप्लिकेशंस पर प्रतिबंध लगाया गया है उनमें टिकटॉक और हेलो के क्लोन के अलावा….शेयरइट…बीगो और VFY का क्लोन भी शामिल है। इनके नाम शेयरइट लाइट…बीगो लाइट ..और वीएफवाई लाइट हैं। सरकार का कहना है कि ये ऐप्स भी नियमों और डेटा प्रोटोकॉल का वॉयलेशन कर रहे थे। इनपर गोपनीयता कानून का उल्लंघन और डेटा चोरी का आरोप लग रहा था। इसीलिए सिक्योरिटी प्वाइंट ऑफ व्यू से Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology ने इनपर बैन लग दिया है। मोदी सरकार ने इन 47 ऐप्स को मिलाकर अब तक 106 चाइनीज एप्लिकेशंस को बैन कर दिया है। भारत सरकार अब ऐप्स को रैगुलेट करने के लिए डिटेल कानून बना रही है। इस कानून के तहत देश के लोगों की पर्सनल डिटेल्स और दूसरी जरूरी जानकारी के अलावा देश के बारे में जानकारी और सुरक्षा पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जाएगा। इसके अलावा जो विदेशी ऐप्स होंगे उनको डेटा देश से बाहर ले जाने से रोका जाएगा। चूंकि कानून बनने में तो वक्त लगेगा, इसलिए सरकार ने फिलहाल दूसरे प्रोविजन्स का इस्तेमाल करके चाइनीज ऐप्स पर पांबदी लगा दी है।

फार्मास्यूटिकल फ्रंट पर सोमवार को कई बड़े फैसले लिए गए। चीन की तरफ से बल्क ड्रग्स (दवा के कच्चे माल) फॉर्मूलेशन के निर्यात को रोकने के खतरे का मुकाबला करने के लिए आत्मनिर्भरता स्कीम की शुरुआत हुई। मोदी सरकार ने देश में ही बल्क ड्रग्स और दवा के दूसरे मैटिरियल को बनाने के लिए चार योजनाओं की शुरुआत का ऐलान किया है। इसके तहत अब देश में ही दवा का कच्चा माल तैयार करने के लिए मेडिकल डिवाइस पार्क और बल्क ड्रग पार्क बनाए जाएंगे। जो नई यूनिट तैयार होंगी उनके लिए सरकार की तरफ से प्रोडक्शन लिंक्ड इंसेंटिव दिया जाएगा। इसमें 53 क्रिटिकल बल्क ड्रग्स यानी दवा के कच्चे माल को तैयार करने लिए 6 साल तक सरकार आर्थिक मदद भी करेगी। इसके लिए सरकार की तरफ से 6940 करोड़ रुपए जारी किए गए हैं। इसके अलावा 3 बल्क ड्रग्स पार्क बनाने के लिए अलग से 3000 करोड़ का फंड रिलीज किया गया है। दवाओं की डोमेस्टिक मैन्युफैक्चरिंग को बढ़ावा देने के लिए भी सरकार ने 3420 करोड़ रुपए निर्धारित किए हैं। इसमें भी पांच साल का इंसेंटिव दिया जाएगा। इसके साथ-साथ 4 मेडिकल पार्क बनाए जाएंगे। जिन 4 राज्यों में ये बनेंगे उन्हें केंद्र सरकार की तरफ से 100-100 करोड़ रुपए की फंडिंग की जाएगी। कुल मिलाकर सरकार 14 हजार करोड़ का इंवेस्टमेंट करेगी। इसके अलावा अलग से 78 हजार करोड़ के इंवेस्टमेंट की उम्मीद कर रही है। इसके जरिए 2.5 लाख से ज्यादा लोगों को रोजगार मिलने की भी बात कही गई है।

इस बीच, गृह मंत्रालय चीनी कंपनियों की ओर से मिले करीब 200 निवेश प्रस्तावों की बारीकी से जांच कर रहा है। इन कंपनियों ने सिक्योरिटी क्लियरेंस मांगी है। इस साल अप्रैल में लागू हुए नए नियमों के तहत भारत के साथ जिस देश की भी जमीनी सीमा लगती है उसे निवेश (FDI) से पहले भारत सरकार की मंजूरी लेना अनिवार्य है।

एक बात साफ है कि नरेन्द्र मोदी ने बड़ी चतुराई से चीन को तीन तीन मोर्चों- डिफेंस, टेक्नोलॉजी और बिजनेस पर घेरा हुआ है। चीन को बॉर्डर पर अतिक्रमण और भारतीय जवानों पर धोखे से हमला करने का खामियाजा भुगतना पड़ेगा। दूसरी तरफ दुनिया के बड़े-बड़े मुल्क इस वक्त भारत के साथ खड़े हैं। अब सवाल ये है कि जब पूरी दुनिया चीन के खिलाफ है तो भी चीन के तेवर हमलावर क्यों है?

दक्षिण चीन सागर में कई दक्षिण पूर्व एशियाई देशों के साथ चीन का टकराव है। इस इलाके के जल क्षेत्र पर अपना दावा करने के लिए चीन कृत्रिम रूप से समुद्र में द्वीपों का निर्माण कर रहा है। चीन दुनिया के बड़े-बड़े देशों की अपील के बावजूद हांगकांग में लोकतंत्र को कुचल रहा है, और इतना ही नहीं उसने लद्दाख सीमा पर अतिक्रमण कर भारत के खिलाफ भी मोर्चा खोल दिया है।

वास्तविक नियंत्रण रेखा (एलएसी) पर गतिरोध के मुद्दे पर दुनिया के बड़े-बड़े मुल्क इस वक्त भारत के साथ खड़े हैं। असल में चीन की कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी और वहां की फौज पर अब पूरी तरह से शी जिंनपिंग का आधिपत्य है…डोमिनेशन है। कोर लीडर के तौर पर विदेश नीति भी अब शी जिंगपिंग की नीति है।आईलैंड बनाना, साउथ चाइना सी में ताकत दिखाना, हॉंगकॉंग में टकराव भारत की सीमा पर दो-दो हाथ, ये सब शी जिनपिंग की इस नई पॉलिसी का नतीजा है ताकि शी जिंगपिंग अपने देश में अपनी ताकत बनी रहे।

चीन मानता है कि वो एक वर्ल्ड पावर है, बहुत बड़ी शक्ति है और समय-समय पर दुनिया को इसका एहसास कराने के लिए टकराना पड़ता है लेकिन शी जिंगपिंग को शायद इस बात का एहसास नहीं कि अब वर्ल्ड ऑर्डर बदल चुका है। अब अमेरिका खुलकर चीन के सामने खड़ा है। ह्यूस्टन में चीन के हाईकमीशन को बंद करना कोई छोटा फैसला नहीं है। ये मानकर कि कोरोना वायरस चीन ने फैलाया… ब्रिटेन, जर्मनी और ऑस्ट्रेलिया जैसे देश भी अब खुलकर चीन के खिलाफ बोल रहे हैं। सबसे बड़ी बात ये है कि नरेन्द्र मोदी इस समय दुनिया के फ्रंटलाइन लीडर्स में शरीक हैं। जब चाइना ने भारत से टकराने का प्लान बनाया था तो उसे न तो नरेन्द्र मोदी की मजबूती का एहसास था और न भारत की फौज की ताकत का अंदाजा। अब जब दोनों बातें पता चल गई तो चीन इस टकराव से पीछे हटने का ऐसा रास्ता ढूंढ रहा है कि इज्जत भी बनी रहे और मुसीबत से छुटकारा भी मिले। (रजत शर्मा)

With the arrival of the first five Rafale jet fighters at Ambala air base in India, the Indian Air Force has got what it described as a ‘game changer’, after a long delay of twenty years. This has come at a time when India has launched a multi-pronged strategy to counter Chinese aggression on the Ladakh border. Early induction of Rafale fighters is just one dimension of the overall strategy that is being worked out on technological and business fronts.

China, which is India’s biggest supplier of bulk drug formulations and medical equipments, has threatened to cut off or reduce supplies to India in retaliation to the ban imposed on Chinese companies from securing government contracts. In response, the Modi government on Monday announced several schemes to make India self-reliant in the pharma and medical equipment sector. But, first let’s talk about Rafale.

The five Rafale jets that took off on Monday from Merignac air base in Bordeaux, France, were piloted by our own trained IAF men. The jets had a halt at Al Dhafra air base in Abu Dhabi on Monday night, before reaching Ambala, thus completing a distance of nearly 7,000 kilometres. These five jets will form part of the newly formed Golden Arrows squadron. Ten Rafale fighter jets are ready in France, out of which five have been delivered. A total of 36 Rafale jets were bought from France four years ago by the Modi government, and more IAF pilots are presently undergoing training. The delivery of all 36 jets will be complete by next year end.

The Rafale has in-built radar that can trace enemy plane from 200 km away. The radar can track 40 targets at a time, and can engage eight enemy aircraft simultaneously. The Rafale jet is fitted with M-88 engine, that carries a horsepower equivalent to 100 automobiles. It can carry bombs and missiles weighing more than 9,000 kg at a time, and has a maximum speed of 2,200 km per hour.

India has decided to fit Rafale jets with Hammer (short for Highly Agile Modular Munition Extended Range) missiles that can destroy strong bunkers and shelters. The Hammer missile is three metre long and weighs 330 kg. It is GPS controlled and has infra-red technique. The missile can engage a target vertically too.

Along with Hammer missile, the Rafale will also have a Storm Shadow Cruise missile, which has a range of 550 km, twice the range of a BrahMos missile. This missile can target almost the whole of Pakistan and Chinese airbases in western Tibet. The Rafale is fitted with weapons in such a manner that the jet need not cross enemy lines to deliver the missile.

The Rafale will also be fitted with Meteor missile, one of the deadliest Beyond Visual Range air-to-air missiles, with a target range of 150 km. In other words, it can target enemy fighter planes the moment they take off from their air bases. The Rafale can also target places inside Xinjiang province of China with SCALP missile, that has a range of 300 km.

The induction of Rafale jets will surely boost the morale of Indian Air Force at a time when its MiGs, Sukhois and Mirages are patrolling the skies on the Ladakh border, keeping watch on Chinese troop movements. However, it may take at least two months’ time for the Rafale jets to fully integrate with operational preparations, according to some official sources.

On the technological front, India on Monday banned 47 clones of 59 Chinese apps which were already banned by the government. The Chinese companies tried to bypass the ban by launching clones of their apps, like TikTok Lite, Helo Lite, Shareit Lite etc. These clones were violating privacy laws and stealing data of Indian citizens.

The Indian government is now formulating a stringent law to regulate download and use of apps in India, so that vital data relating to Indians are not smuggled to foreign countries. On Monday, the government said, the 47 clones were being banned because they were ‘prejudicial to sovereignty, integrity and security of India’.

On the pharmaceutical front, Modi government on Monday decided to counter Chinese threat to stop export of bulk drug formulations, by launching ‘atmanirbharta’ (self-reliance) schemes. Medical devices parks and bulk drug parks will be set up inside India and production-linked incentives will be given.

The government has set up a Rs 3,000 crore fund to help firms manufacturing raw material for 53 critical bulk drugs. The Centre has earmarked Rs 3,420 crore for giving five-year incentives intending to promote domestic manufacture of drugs. For setting up four medical parks, the Centre will give Rs 100 crore funding for each of the parks. In all, the Centre will invest Rs 14,000 crore to promote domestic manufacture of bulk drug formulations. The Centre expects Rs 78,000 crore investments from other sources in this sector, as it will provide jobs to more than 2.5 lakh people.

Meanwhile, the Home Ministry is closely scrutinizing nearly 200 investment proposals from Chinese companies which have sought security clearance. This follows new rules notified in April this year which makes prior government approval mandatory for FDI from countries that share a land border with India.

The Modi government has effectively cornered China on three major fronts – defence, technology and business. China will have to bear the costs of border transgressions and treacherous attack on Indian jawans. The questions is: why is China belligerent towards other countries?

In the South China Sea, China is at loggerheads with many South East Asian countries, it is artificially creating islands in the seas in order to lay territorial claim on waters, it is crushing democracy in Hong Kong despite appeals from major world powers, and it has started a front against India by transgressing on the Ladakh border.

Major world powers today stand with India on the LAC standoff issue. The reasons behind Chinese belligerence can be found from the measures taken by Chinese President Xi Jinping, who wants to strengthen his hand on Chinese Communist Party and People’s Liberation Army. Towards this end, he wants to project China as a supreme world power ready to take on the other big powers.

Probably the Chinese strategists advising Xi are unaware that the world order is changing fast. The US has hardened its stand against China. It has closed down the Chinese consulate in Houston on charges of espionage. Big powers like the UK, Germany and Australia are also with the US, and they hold China accountable for the spread of COVID-19 pandemic. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is part of this lineup of frontline world leaders who are taking a tough stand against China.

When China carried out border transgressions, it never accounted for Modi’s steel will and the fighting capability of our jawans. Now that it is engaged in a standoff with India, China is trying to find an honourable retreat, so that its honour remains intact and it can wiggle out from the crisis which it has itself created.

शुक्रवार रात को ‘आज की बात’ शो में इंडिया टीवी ने खबरें दिखाई कि कैसे पुलिस ने गुजरात, ओडिशा, महाराष्ट्र और तेलंगाना में तस्करों से गाएं बरामद की। पुलिस के मुताबिक, अगले हफ्ते बकरीद पर कुर्बानी के लिए सैंकड़ों गायों को पिक-अप ट्रक और कंटेनर में भरकर ये तस्कर इन्हें ले जा रहे थे। सबसे ज्यादा शर्मनाक बात ये थी कि तस्करों ने अपनी गाड़ियों में गायों को अमानवीय तरीके से ठूंस कर रखा था। जब इन ट्रकों से गायों को उतारा गया तो उनमें बहुत सी गायें नीम बेहोशी की हालत में थी ।

ओडिशा के बालेश्वर जिले में पुलिस ने गुरुवार रात को 11 गोतस्करों के कब्जे से 77 गायों को बरामद किया, 8 पिकअप वैन में 77 गायों को भरा गया था, 20 गायों को ट्रक में भूसे की तरह भरा गया था। जिनमें कईं फर्श पर पड़ी थीं। इस सिलसिले में 11 तस्करों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है। इन लोगों ने कबूल किया कि बकरीद के मौके पर कुर्बानी के लिए गायों को ले जाया जा रहा था।

गुजरात में पुलिस ने स्थानीय एनजीओ की मदद से वडोदरा, भरूच और वलसाड में गायों को कसाइयों के चंगुल से छुड़ाया। भरूच में तस्कर गायों को कंटेनर में भरकर ले जा रहे थे । उन्हें जीव दया फाउंडेशन के कार्यकर्ताओं की मदद से छुड़ाया गया। ड्राइवर ने हाईवे पर कंटेनर को भगाने के लिए स्पीड बढ़ाई तो पुलिस ने ट्रक का पीछा किया और फोर्स बुलाई। इसके बाद जाकर हाईवे पर गायों से भरे कंटेनर को पकड़ा गया। वलसाड में स्थानीय गोरक्षक दल ने पांच गायों और एक बछड़े को ले जाने वाले तस्करों को पकड़ने में पुलिस की मदद की। इन गायों को महाराष्ट्र ले जाया जा रहा था।

महाराष्ट्र के अमरावती में स्थानीय बजरंग दल कार्यकर्ताओं को जैसे ही खबर मिली कि पिक-अप ट्रक में 12 गायों को भरकर ले जा रहे हैं तो उन्होंने सड़क रोक दी। रेहान नाम के ड्राइवर ने बचने के लिए ट्रक को डिवाइडर से भिड़ा दिया लेकिन पकड़ा गया। 22 जुलाई को अमरावती ग्रामीण पुलिस ने ट्रक में 12 गायों को भरकर ले जाते हुए 2 लोगों को मध्य प्रदेश सीमा के पास गिरफ्तार किया। इन गायों को गोकशी के लिए तस्कर नागपुर लेकर जा रहे थे। अमरावती जिले में ही पिछले 2 हफ्तों के दौरान 200 से ज्यादा गायों को कटने से बचाया गया है।

तेलंगाना के करीमनगर जिले में जिला कलेक्टर और पुलिस कमिश्नर ने मुस्लिम समुदाय के बीच एक ऑडियो क्लिप जारी किया है जिसमें मौलाना मुस्लिमों से बकरीद पर गाय नहीं काटने की अपील कर रहा है, क्योंकि गोकशी कानूनी जुर्म है। मौलाना मुसलमानों से कह रहे हैं कि वे बकरीद के समय हिंदू समुदाय की भावनाओं का आदर करें।

महाराष्ट्र में सरकार ने गाइडलाइन जारी कर मुस्लिम समुदाय से बकरीद की नमाज़ घर में पढ़ने के लिए कहा है क्योंकि कोरोना की वजह से धार्मिक आयोजनों पर पाबंदी है। राज्य सरकार ने मुस्लिम समुदाय से कुर्बानी के लिए बकरे ऑनलाइन खरीदने की सलाह दी है क्योंकि पशु मंडी में भीड़ जुटाना प्रतिबंधित है। राज्य सरकार ने मुस्लिम समुदाय से बकरीद पर ‘प्रतीकात्मक कुर्बानी’ की अपील भी की है। हालांकि कांग्रेस के मंत्री नसीम खान ने इन गाइडलाइन पर आपत्ति जताई है और इसे अल्पसंख्यकों के धार्मिक मसलों में दखल बताया है। मुंबई की रजा अकेडमी के उपाध्यक्ष मौलाना सईद नूरी ने कहा कि बकरीद पर कुर्बानी होकर रहेगी, उन्होंने कहा कि मुस्लिम समुदाय के लोग अपनी सोसाइटी में बकरों की कुर्बानी देंगे, उन्होंने ऑनलाइन बकरों की खरीदारी पर भी सवाल खड़े किए।

हमारे संविधान में गाय से जुड़े कानून सिर्फ राज्य विधानमंडल ही बना सकते हैं। अभी तक 20 राज्यों में गोहत्या के खिलाफ सख्त कानून है जबकि 8 राज्यों यानि पश्चिम बंगाल, केरल, असम, अरुणाचल प्रदेश, मिजोरम, मेघालय, नागालैंड और त्रिपुरा में गोहत्या पर पाबंदी नहीं है।

पिछले 4 साल के दौरान अधिकतर राज्यों ने गोहत्या के खिलाफ कानून को सख्ती से लागू किया है और काफी हद तक गोहत्या पर लगाम लगी है। लेकिन बकरीद से पहले अचानक इस तरह से गौतस्करी का बढ़ना चिंता की बात है। ऐसे समय में प्रशासन को ज्यादा सतर्क रहने की जरूरत है। हालांकि बड़ी बात ये है कि देश के कई बड़े मौलवियों और उलेमा ने बकरीद पर गाय की कुर्बानी न करके हिंदुओं की धार्मिक भावना का आदर करने की अपील की है।

देश में धार्मिक भाईचारा बनाए रखना समय की मांग है। लेकिन समाज में ऐसे असामाजिक तत्व हैं जो बकरीद के दौरान गोहत्या करके शांति भंग करने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं। ऐसे प्रयासों को पैदा होने से पहले ही खत्म कर दिया जाना चाहिए। तर्क ये दिया जाता है कि बकरा बहुत महंगा होता है और जो गाय दूध देना बंद कर देती हैं, किसान उन्हें सस्ते में बेच देते हैं, इसलिए गोवध को मान्यता देनी चाहिए। मुंबई, हैदराबाद, भोपाल जैसे की बड़े शहरों में कई ऐसे नेता सामने आए, जिन्होने इस मसले पर सियासत करते हुए बकरीद के त्योहार को सांप्रदायिक रंग देने की कोशिश की।

देश में बहुत सारे ऐसे मौलाना, उलेमा हैं जो इस बात से सहमत हैं कि कोरोना महामारी के कारण इस बार हालात असामान्य हैं और मुस्लिम समुदाय को भी असमान्य कदम उठाने के लिए तैयार रहना चाहिए, जैसे ईद के दिन घरों में नमाज़ पढ़ना, प्रतीकात्मक कुर्बानी देना, मस्जिदों में भीड़ न करना, आदि। मुसलमानों ने पिछले साल बकरीद मनाई थी और अगले साल भी मनाएंगे, लेकिन इस साल उन्हें सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग के नियमों का पालन करना चाहिए और बड़े सार्वजनिक समारोह से बचना चाहिए।

कोरोना महामारी की वजह से पहले ही जम्मू-कश्मीर में इस साल अमरनाथ यात्रा रद्द कर दी गई है, सालाना हज यात्रा भी रोक दी गई है। ऐसे हालात में जो नेता ये कह रहे हैं कि मुसलमानों को मस्जिद में जाकर ईद की नमाज पढ़नी चाहिए और सार्वजनिक तौर पर कुर्बानी देनी चाहिए , वे कतई मुसलमानों का, समाज का और मुल्क का भला चाहने वाले नहीं हो सकते। ऐसे लोग अपने ही समुदाय के साथ अन्याय कर रहे हैं।

खतरनाक कोरोना वायरस हिंदू, मुस्लिम, सिख या इसाई नहीं देखता। अपने हित के लिए मुस्लिम समुदाय बकरीद के दिन भीड़ में इकट्ठा होकर नमाज पढ़ने से परहेज करें। हम सब ऐहतियात बरतें, इसी में भलाई है। क्योंकि कोरोना से बच गए तो बकरीद अगले साल भी आएगी, अगले साल कुर्बानी भी दे पाएंगे। वरना ये बकरीद तो मना लेंगे, मनमानी कर लेंगे, लेकिन अपने साथ-साथ पूरे परिवार को, पूरे समाज को मुसीबत में डाल देंगे।
