The Sri Gangotri Mandir Samiti in Uttarakhand has decided to ban entry of all non-Hindus to the holy shrine in order to protect its sanctity. The ban will also be in force for non-Hindus entering Mukhba, the winter home of Mother Ganga.
Only Hindus will be allowed to enter these two places, said Suresh Semwal, president of the Samiti. His view is, people of other faiths come to this sacred places hurting the sentiments of Hindus. He however said, there will be no ban on entry of those having faith in Sanatan Dharma. Semwal said, ban on entry of non-Hindus to Kedarnath and Badrinath will also be considered in due course.
Hemant Dwivedi, president of Badrinath-Kedarnath Mandir Samiti says, there are sacred shrines in all faiths where only believers in those religions are allowed entry. He cited the examples of Mecca and Medina, the holy pilgrimage centres of Muslims, and Vatican City, the most sacred spot for Roman Catholics. Dwivedi says, only those having faith in Sanatan Dharma will be allowed entry to Badrinath and Kedarnath.
Uttarakhand chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has said, there is nothing wrong in prohibiting entry of people from other faiths to sacred pilgrimage spots of Hindus. Dhami says, his government will respect the sentiments of sadhus and will take further action based on legal advice.
Congress leader and former CM Harish Rawat says, people from all over the world visit Hindu pilgrimage spots to know more about Hindu Dharma, but BJP is trying to work on its political agenda.
Jamiat Ulama-e-Hind chief Maulana Arshad Madani said, this is a matter concerning Hindus and they should decide what they desire.
It is a fact that the managements of two famous shrines, Tirupati Balaji and Jagannath Puri, had been prohibiting entry of non-Hindus to the temple premises. But there is no such ban in other Sanatan religious shrines.
The question of ban arose after some incidents were noticed in the recent past. A few days ago, some vendors selling chicken patties at the Gangasagar mela in West Bengal were caught. In Haridwar, several Muslims in the garb of sadhus were nabbed. Some tourists were found eating mutton near a temple. There were tourists who were making reels of these holy spots.
But will it be justified to ban the entry of all because of mistakes committed by a few? A large number of foreign touritsts come to India to visit these places in their quest for spiritual salvation.
The founder of Apple Steve Jobs himself visited Kainchi Dham in search of spirituality. His wife Laurene Powell visited the Maha Kumbh Mela last year, stayed for a month at the holy Sangam, adopted Hinduism and changed her name to Kamala.
There are dozens of such instances. Only those people should be prohibited who insult our Sanatan tradition and culture. It will not be proper to put a ban on all.

उत्तराखंड के हरिद्वार में हर की पौड़ी के बाद अब गंगोत्री धाम में भी गैर हिंदुओं के आने पर पाबंदी लगाई जाएगी. खास बात ये कि गैर हिंदुओं पर पाबंदी सिर्फ गंगोत्री धाम में ही नहीं बल्कि मां गंगा के शीतकालीन निवास मुखबा पर भी लागू होगी.
दोनों ही जगह सिर्फ हिन्दुओं को प्रवेश दिया जाएगा. श्री गंगोत्री मंदिर समिति के अध्यक्ष सुरेश सेमवाल ने कहा कि दूसरे धर्मों के लोग यहां पर्यटक के तौर पर आते हैं, हिन्दुओं की भावनाओं का अनादर करते हैं, ये ठीक नहीं हैं, इसलिए इन धार्मिक स्थानों में उन लोगों को रोका जाएगा, जिनकी सनातन में आस्था नहीं हैं.
सेमवाल ने कहा कि जो सनातन धर्म का सम्मान करते हैं, उनके आने पर कोई पाबंदी नहीं होगी. आने वाले दिनों में बदरीनाथ और केदारनाथ में भी गैर हिंदुओं के प्रवेश पर रोक लगाए जाने पर भी विचार किया जाएगा.
बदरीनाथ-केदारनाथ मंदिर समिति के अध्यक्ष हेमंत द्विवेदी ने कहा कि हर धर्म में कुछ ऐसी जगहें होती हैं, जहां सिर्फ उसी धर्म को मानने वाले लोग जा सकते हैं, मक्का और मदीना में सिर्फ मुस्लिम जाते हैं, वेटिकन सिटी में सिर्फ रोमन कैथलिक ईसाई जाते हैं, अब बदरीनाथ-केदारनाथ में भी सिर्फ सनातन में आस्था रखने वाले ही आएंगे.
उत्तराखंड के मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि हिन्दुओं के पवित्र स्थानों में दूसरे मज़हब के लोगों के प्रवेश पर पाबंदी कोई गलत बात नहीं हैं, सरकार भी साधु संतों की भावनाओं का ख्याल रखेगी, इस मुद्दे पर कानूनी राय लेकर आगे बढ़ेगी.
लेकिन कांग्रेस के नेता इस तरह की पाबंदी का विरोध कर रहे हैं. पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री हरीश रावत ने कहा कि धार्मिक स्थलों पर आकर लोग हिंदू धर्म की महानता से परिचित होते हैं, लेकिन बीजेपी अपना सियासी एजेंडा पूरा करने के लिए गैर हिंदुओं पर पाबंदी लगा रही है.
जमीयत उलेमा-ए-हिंद के अध्यक्ष मौलाना अरशद मदनी ने कहा कि ये हिंदुओं का मसला है, उन्हें जो करना है, करें.
ये बात सही है कि तिरुपति बालाजी का मंदिर, जगन्नाथ पुरी जैसे कई देवस्थान हैं, जहां गैर-हिन्दुओं का प्रवेश वर्जित है. लेकिन ज्यादातर धार्मिक स्थानों पर इस तरह की कोई रोक नहीं है.
ये सवाल इसीलिए उठा क्योंकि कुछ दिन पहले गंगासागर मेले में चिकन पैटीज़ बेचते हुए कुछ लोग पकड़े गए. हरिद्वार में बहुत से मुस्लिम साधु के भेष में पकड़े गए. कुछ लोगों ने मंदिर के आसपास मांस का सेवन किया. कई लोगों ने गलत तरीके से रील्स बनाई.
इसके कारण विवाद हुआ. लेकिन कुछ लोगों की गलत हरकतों के कारण सब पर रोक लगाना कैसे ठीक हो सकता है? बड़ी संख्या में विदेशों से लोग अध्यात्म की तलाश में भारत आते हैं.
एप्पल के संस्थापक स्टीव जॉब्स ने खुद कैंचीधाम जाकर अध्यात्म का अनुभव किया. स्टीव जॉब्स की पत्नी लारेन पॉबेल पिछले साल ही कुंभ में आईं, एक महीने तक संगम के तट पर रहीं, अपना नाम कमला रख लिया, हिन्दुत्व को अपनाया.
इस तरह के दर्जनों उदाहरण है. बड़ी संख्या में विदेशी गंगोत्री, यमुनोत्री, बदरीनाथ और केदारनाथ जाते हैं. वे सनातन के प्रति अपनी आस्था का भाव लेकर आते हैं. इसीलिए पाबंदी उन लोगों पर लगानी चाहिए, जो परंपराओं का अपमान करते हैं. सब पर पाबंदी लगाना ठीक नहीं होगा.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday launched BJP’s election campaign in Kerala and Tamil Nadu.
In Kerala, he first launched several Amrit Bharat trains and Swanidhi Credit Card with Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan praising him, then took out a road show to his NDA rally in Thiruvananthapuram, where he lambasted both the Left Front and Congress.
The icing on the cake was his rally in Tamil Nadu’s Madurantakam, 87 km from Chennai, where on the dais sat AIADMK’s ex-CM Edappadi K. Palaniswami, AMMK leader T.T.V. Dhinakaran and PMK leader Anbumani Ramadoss. InTamil Nadu, it is the AIADMK which leads the National Democratic Alliance.
Modi was unsparing in his criticism of ruling DMK, describing it as CMC (corruption, mafia, crime) government. He said, “the countdown for DMK’s exit has begun and NDA will come to power in Tamil Nadu.”
He told the huge rally, “you gave DMK majority twice, but they broke the trust of the people…Women are now unsafe and corruption is rife.”
Modi referred to the recent controversy over lighting the ceremonial Lord Murugan’s Karthigai Deepam atop Thiruparankundram hill in Madurai. He accused DMK government of opposing religious traditions and defying court orders only for vote bank politics. “DMK is the biggest enemy of Tamil culture”, Modi said.
In Kerala, Modi lashed out at the Left Front government alleging that even God’s gold ornaments were not spared by thieves in Sabarimala shrine. He promised to send the thieves to jail if the NDA comes to power in Kerala.
Though Modi claimed that NDA would form governments in Tamil Nadu and Kerala, the ground reality is that BJP’s voter base is not wide. In both states, it is not even the number four party.
BJP has joined hands with several smaller parties in both the states to give DMK, Congress and Left Front a fight in the forthcoming assembly elections.
In Tamil Nadu, Palanisami-led AIADMK has a good base in the west, Anbumani Ramadoss’ PMK has a good base in north, Dhinakaran’s AMMK is strong in the south, and G.K. Vasan’s Tamil Maanila Congress and some other smaller parties are active in central Tamil Nadu.
Modi is trying to forge a social arithmentic by bringing together parties having good base in regions and communities, to give the DMK-led alliance a strong fight.
In the past, DMK and AIADMK never won elections alone. They had to forge alliances with smaller parties. Modi is applying this same formula to challenge DMK.
For his rally in Tamil Nadu, Modi selected Vasant Panchami as an auspicious day to challenge DMK for its anti-Sanatan policy and to raise the Deepam controversy.
Modi has set the tone for BJP campaign by highlighting issues relating to Tamil Nadu’s dynastic politics, corruption and anti-Sanatan stand. DMK may face problems on these scores when the assembly campaign will reach its peak.
In Kerala, Modi banked on his party’s recent victory in Thiruvananthapuram corporation elections. He reminded voters how BJP first won the Ahmedabad municipal elections in 1987, and till today the party is ruling Gujarat without a break. He predicted the same for Kerala in his speech.
Modi also raised the Sabarimala gold theft issue and vowed to punish the thieves if NDA comes to power in Kerala.
BJP may have won Thiruvananthapuram municipal elections, but the ground reality is: the Left Front and Congress have deep roots among voters across Kerala. Though the RSS has worked hard across the state, it is difficult to predict whether BJP alone can defeat LDF and UDF in Kerala.
BJP central leadership realizes this and that is why BJP has joined hands with several small parties in Kerala too.
One is a party called Twenty20 launched by Sabu Jacob, owner of Kitex Garments, who is opposing the Left Front. Another small party is BDJS (Bharath Dharma Jana Sena) led by OBC leader Tushar Vellapalli. BJP is banking its hopes on this alliance.

तमिलनाडु और केरल में प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने NDA के चुनाव प्रचार की शुरूआत कर दी. मोदी ने कहा कि केरल को तो ईश्वर का घर (God’s Own Country) कहा जाता है, लेकिन लेफ्ट फ्रंट और कांग्रेस ने केरल को लूट, भ्रष्टाचार, जनता के पैसे की चोरी का अड्डा बना दिया.
मोदी ने कहा, इन लोगों ने मंदिर को तो छोड़िए, भगवान को भी नहीं छोड़ा, भगवान की मूर्तियों का सोना तक चुरा लिया, इसलिए अब केरल से LDF और UDF की विदाई जरूरी है, भगवान की मूर्तियों से सोना चुराने वालों को जेल भेजने का वक्त आ गया है.
मोदी ने कहा कि तमिलनाडु में भी यही हाल है, खुद को तमिल संस्कृति का रक्षक बताने वाली DMK वोट बैंक को खुश करने के चक्कर में भगवान मुरूगन के मंदिर में दीप प्रज्ज्वलन का विरोध करती है, न्यायपालिका को कटघरे में खड़ा करती है, तमिल संस्कृति के विरोधियों को भी अब सत्ता में रहने का हक नहीं हैं.
मोदी ने तमिलनाडु और केरल में सनातन की बात की, दोनों जगह भ्रष्टाचार का मुद्दा उठाया. दोनों राज्यों में सरकार बनाने का दावा किया, लेकिन सवाल ये है कि केरल और तमिलनाडु में बीजेपी का बेस बहुत ज्यादा मजबूत नहीं हैं. बीजेपी दोनों राज्यों में तीसरे चौथे नंबर की पार्टी भी नहीं है. इसके बाद भी मोदी के आत्मविश्वास का राज़ क्या है? दोनों राज्यों में बीजेपी की रणनीति क्या है?
मोदी की रैलियों में मंच पर जो नेता दिखे, उससे भविष्य की राजनीति के कुछ कुछ संकेत मिले हैं.
चेन्नई से करीब सौ किलोमीटर दूर चेंगलपेट में मोदी की रैली हुई. इस रैली में जुटी भीड़ को देखकर दक्षिण की सियासत के बड़े-बड़े जानकार भी हैरान है. दावा किया गया कि मोदी की रैली में पांच लाख से ज्यादा लोग पहुंचे. लोगों की संख्या और पब्लिक का जोश देखकर मोदी भी हैरान थे. उन्होंने मंच पर पहुंचते ही इतने भारी समर्थन के लिए सिर झुका कर लोगों का शुक्रिया अदा किया.
मोदी के साथ मंच पर AIADMK समेत उन सभी दस पार्टियों के नेता मौजूद थे, जो NDA का हिस्सा हैं. केंद्रीय मंत्री पीयूष गोयल पिछले तीन दिन से चेन्नई में थे और इस दौरान उन्होंने तमिलनाडु में NDA के कुनबे को बढ़ाने की जो कोशिश की, उसका असर आज मोदी की रैली में दिखा.
कुछ ही दिन पहले फिर से NDA में शामिल हुए AIADMK के पूर्व सीएम पलानीस्वामी, AMMK पार्टी के TTV दिनकरन, PMK के अंबुमणि रामदास, तमिल मानिला कांग्रेस के GK वासन भी मोदी के साथ मंच पर थे. चेंगलपेट में मोदी के साथ मंच पर NDA के जो नेता दिखे, वो बीजेपी की चुनावी रणनीति का इशारा है.
बीजेपी ने छोटी बड़ी क्षेत्रीय पार्टियों से गठजोड़ करके ऐसा मोर्चा बनाया जिससे पूरे तमिलनाडु में NDA का प्रभाव दिखेगा.
पलानीसामी की AIADMK इस गठबंधन की मुख्य ताकत है, जिसकी पश्चिमी तमिलनाडु में अच्छी पकड़ है. अंबुमणि रामदास की PMK का असर उत्तरी तमिलनाडु में है. TTV दिनकरन की AMMK दक्षिण तमिलनाडु में काफी मजबूत है. मध्य तमिलनाडु में GK Vasan की तमिल मानिला कांग्रेस और अन्य छोटी पार्टियां NDA के साथ है.
इस तरह अलग-अलग समुदायों और क्षेत्रों में प्रभाव रखने वाली पार्टियों को साथ लाकर मोदी ने एक ऐसा सामाजिक गणित (social arithmetic) तैयार करने की कोशिश की है, जो DMK के लिए बड़ी चुनौती पेश करेगा.
वैसे भी तमिलनाडु में DMK या AIADMK कभी अकेले अपने दम पर नहीं जीते, गठजोड़ अलायन्स बनाकर ही जीत हासिल की है. मोदी अब इसी फॉर्मूले से DMK को चुनौती दे रहे हैं.
तमिलनाडु में प्रचार शुरू करने के लिए नरेंद्र मोदी ने बसंत पंचमी का शुभ दिन चुना. DMK को उसके सनातन विरोध पर घेरा, मदुरै के दीपम का सवाल उठाया, तमिलनाडु में रहने वाले हिंदुओं की आस्था और भक्ति का जिक्र किया.
मोदी ने तमिलनाडु में बीजेपी के प्रचार का tone भी सैट कर दिया. सनातन का बेवजह अपमान ऐसा मुद्दा है, जो DMK की कमज़ोर नस है और चुनाव में उसे नुकसान पहुंचा सकता है.
केरल के तिरुवनंतपुरम में मोदी के दो प्रोग्राम हुए. पहला सरकारी और दूसरा राजनीतिक. सरकारी कार्यक्रम में मोदी के साथ मंच पर मुख्यमंत्री पिनरई विजयन भी थे. मोदी ने तीन नई अमृत भारत एक्सप्रेस और एक नई पैसेंजर ट्रेन को हरी झंडी दिखाई, स्वनिधि क्रेडिट कार्ड लॉन्च किया. पिनरई विजयन ने मोदी की तारीफ की, कहा कि केन्द्र सरकार केरल की जिस तरह मदद कर रही है, वो अभूतपूर्व है.
इसके बाद मोदी रोड शो करते हुए NDA की रैली में पहुंचे.
चूंकि तिरुवनंतपुरम में पहली बार बीजेपी का मेयर बना है, केरल के किसी नगर निगम में ये बीजेपी की पहली जीत है, इसलिए बड़ी संख्या में लोग मोदी को देखने सुनने पहुंचे.
मोदी ने कहा कि एक नगर निगम में जीत किसी को छोटी लग सकती है लेकिन ये शुरूआत है, 1987 में इसी तरह पहली बार बीजेपी को अहमदाबाद नगर निमग में जीत मिली थी, इसके बाद बीजेपी ने गुजरात में सरकार बनाई, एक बार लोगों ने बीजेपी का काम देखा, तो उसके बाद अब तक गुजरात की जनता बीजेपी को ही आशीर्वाद दे रही है…..ऐसा ही केरल में होगा.
मोदी ने सबरीमला के अयप्पा मंदिर में सोने की चोरी का मुद्दा उठाया. उन्होंने कहा कि केरल में लेफ्ट फ्रंट हो या कांग्रेस, दोनों ने सिर्फ जनता का पैसा लूटा है, इन लोगों ने भगवान को भी नहीं छोड़ा, भगवान की मूर्तियों पर लगा सोना भी चुरा लिया, भगवान की गुल्लक से चोरी हिंदुओं की आस्था का मज़ाक़ है लेकिन ये मोदी की गारंटी है कि केरल में अगर बीजेपी की सरकार बनी तो भगवान के घर में चोरी करने वालों को जेल में डाला जाएगा.
जिस वक्त मोदी केरल में कांग्रेस पर निशाना साध रहे थे, उसी समय दिल्ली में केरल के कांग्रेस नेताओं की बैठक अध्यक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे और राहुल गांधी के साथ हो रही थी. केरल के सभी बड़े कांग्रेस नेता के. सी. वेणुगोपाल, रमेश चेन्निथला, के. सुरेश और के. सुधाकरन समेत पार्टी के दूसरे बड़े नेता इस बैठक में थे, लेकिन शशि थरूर उस वक्त मोदी के साथ तिरूवंतनपुरम में थे. शशि थरूर ने सफाई दी, कहा कि तिरुवनंतपुरम से सांसद होने के नाते प्रधानमंत्री के सरकारी कार्यक्रम में मौजूद रहना उनके लिए ज़रूरी था. इसकी जानकारी उन्होंने पार्टी को पहले ही दे दी थी.
ये सही है कि तिरूवनंतपुरम में बीजेपी का मेयर बना है, इससे पार्टी के कार्यकर्ता उत्साहित हैं लेकिन केरल में लेफ्ट की जड़ें बहुत गहरी हैं. कांग्रेस भी यहां मजबूत हैं. राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ ने ग्रासरूट लेवल पर केरल में बहुत काम किया है. हर जिले में बीजेपी का झंडा पहुंचा है लेकिन वहां बीजेपी अकेले दम पर LDF और UDF का मुकाबला कर पाएगी, ये कहना मुश्किल है.
ये बात बीजेपी नेतृत्व भी समझता है, इसीलिए बीजेपी केरल में छोटी पार्टियों को साथ ले रही है. ये आज मोदी के प्रोग्राम में दिखा. दो छोटी पार्टियों के नेता मंच पर थे. इन पार्टियों को राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर पर कोई नहीं जानता लेकिन केरल के कई पॉकेट्स में इनका अच्छा जनाधार है.
एक कंपनी है कीटैक्स. ये बच्चों के कपड़े बनाने वाली देश की सबसे बड़ी कंपनी है. इसके मालिक साबू जैकब ने लेफ्ट फ्रंट की सरकार से परेशान होकर खुद अपनी पार्टी बनाई, नाम है, Twenty20. अब Twenty20 पार्टी बीजेपी के साथ मिलकर केरल में चुनाव लड़ेगी. इसी तरह केरल के बड़े OBC नेता है, तुषार वेलपल्ली. उनकी पार्टी का नाम है, BDJS. इस पार्टी के साथ भी बीजेपी ने गठजोड़ किया है. केरल में बीजेपी की रणनीति है, छोटी पार्टियों को साथ लेकर केरल में LDF और UDF के खिलाफ मजबूत मोर्चा बनाया जाए.

दावोस से दुनिया के लिए बहुत बड़ी खबर आई. अमेरिका के राष्ट्रपति डॉनल्ड ट्रंप ने कहा कि संयुक्त राष्ट्र पुरानी बात है, बीता वक़्त, गुज़रा हुआ कल है. अब दुनिया के तमाम मसले इंटरनेशनल बोर्ड ऑफ़ पीस सुलझाएगा.
ट्रंप ने दावा किया कि दुनिया के 60 से ज्यादा मुल्कों ने उनके इंटरनेशनल बोर्ड ऑफ़ पीस का सदस्य बनने पर सहमति दी है. रूस के राष्ट्रपति पुतिन भी इस पीस बोर्ड में कुछ शर्तों के साथ शामिल होने के लिए राज़ी हैं.
ट्रंप ने इस बोर्ड में शामिल होने के लिए भारत को भी आमंत्रित किया था. प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी को दावोस में हो रही मीटिंग में बुलाया था लेकिन मोदी नहीं गए. आज विदेश मंत्रालय ने कहा कि भारत इंटरनेशनल बोर्ड ऑफ़ पीस में शामिल होने के ट्रंप के प्रस्ताव के हर पहलू पर सोच विचार करके फैसला करेगा.
ट्रंप ने कहा कि ग्रीनलैंड के मुद्दे पर समझौता क़रीब क़रीब फाइनल हो चुका है. डील में क्या है, कौन सी शर्तें हैं, इसके बारे में अभी ब्यौरा नहीं दिया गया है.
अब ट्रंप का जो रुख़ है, जिस तरह वह विश्व व्यवस्था को बदलने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं, उसके बाद ये सवाल उठता है कि क्या अब पूरी दुनिया ट्रंप के इशारे पर चलेगी? क्या UN का अस्तित्व वाक़ई ख़त्म हो जाएगा? क्या पैसे और हथियारों के दम पर अमेरिका दुनिया के बाकी मुल्कों को डराएगा? इन सबका भारत पर क्या असर होगा? भारत की रणनीति क्या होगी, यह विचारणीय है.
ट्रंप ने दावोस इंटरनेशनल बोर्ड ऑफ़ पीस लॉन्च किया, इसके चार्टर पर दस्तख़त किए और खुद इसके आजीवन अध्यक्ष बन गए. हालांकि पहले जब ट्रंप ने ग़ज़ा में शांति समझौते के तहत इस बोर्ड के गठन की घोषणा की थी, तब इसे सिर्फ़ ग़ज़ा और मिडिल ईस्ट की ज़िम्मेदारी देने की बात कही गई थी लेकिन आज ट्रंप ने कहा कि उनका ये बोर्ड ऑफ़ पीस दुनिया के किसी भी मसले को सुलझाने के लिए, उसमें दख़ल देने के लिए आज़ाद होगा.
ट्रंप ने कहा कि संयुक्त राष्ट्र एक अच्छी संस्था थी, वह बहुत अच्छे तरीके से काम कर सकती थी लेकिन अब UN का कोई मतलब नहीं रह गया क्योंकि जब दुनिया में ख़ून-ख़राबा हो रहा था, तो संयुक्त राष्ट्र हाथ पर हाथ धरे बैठा रहा, इसीलिए बोर्ड ऑफ़ पीस बनाने की ज़रूरत पड़ी.
इस बोर्ड में शामिल होने के लिए अब तक क़रीब 60 देशों ने हामी भर दी है. इंटरनेशनल बोर्ड ऑफ़ पीस के अध्यक्ष के तौर पर सबसे पहले ट्रंप ने चार्टर पर दस्तखत किये. इसके बाद हंगेरी, बेलारूस, इंडोनेशिया, मिस्र, अज़रबैजान, बहरीन, मोरक्को, कज़ाख़िस्तान, वियतनाम, पाकिस्तान, अर्जेंटीना और आर्मेनिया के नेताओं ने भी चार्टर पर दस्तख़त किए.
इसके अलावा जॉर्डन, क़तर, सऊदी अरब, संयुक्त अरब अमीरात जैसे इस्लामिक देशों ने भी ट्रंप के बोर्ड ऑफ़ पीस में शामिल होने का फ़ैसला किया.
दुनिया में सवाल उठ रहे हैं कि क्या ट्रंप का ये बोर्ड ऑफ़ पीस संयुक्त राष्ट्र के समानान्तर काम करेगा या उसकी जगह लेगा. अभी बहुत ज़्यादा स्पष्टता नहीं है, किसी को नहीं पता कि ट्रंप का प्लान क्या है, वह क्या चाहते हैं. इसीलिए अब तक भारत, फ्रांस, जर्मनी, चीन और ब्रिटेन ने बोर्ड ऑफ़ पीस में शामिल होने के आमंत्रण पर कोई फैसला नहीं किया है.
तमाम देशों को दुविधा इसलिए है क्योंकि पहले इसे ग़ज़ा के पुनर्निर्माण के लिए लांच किया था लेकिन इसके चार्टर में बोर्ड को एक अन्तरराष्ट्रीय संगठन बताया गया है, जो पूरी दुनिया में शांति और स्थिरता को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए काम करेगा.
इस बोर्ड की कार्यकारी समिति में ज्यादातर ट्रंप के करीबी लोग हैं. ट्रंप खुद इस बोर्ड के आजीवन अध्यक्ष हैं, उनके दोस्त स्टीव विटकॉफ और ट्रंप के दामाद जेयर्ड कुशनर भी बोर्ड के स्थायी सदस्य हैं, अमेरिका के राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा सलाहकार रॉबर्ट गैब्रिएल, विदेश मंत्री मार्को रूबियो, ब्रिटेन के पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री टोनी ब्लेयर, वर्ल्ड बैंक के चेयरमैन अजय बंगा और अमेरिकी कारोबारी मार्क रोवन को भी इसमें शामिल किया गया है.
वैसे तो ट्रंप ने कहा है कि ये बोर्ड संयुक्त राष्ट्र के साथ मिलकर काम करेगा लेकिन ट्रंप ने बार-बार संयुक्त राष्ट्र को एक नाकारा संस्था बताया और कहा कि उन्होंने खुद दुनिया में 8 युद्ध रुकवाए और कभी भी इसके बारे में संयुक्त राष्ट्र से बात नहीं की, इसीलिए अब वो बोर्ड ऑफ़ पीस बना रहे हैं, जो दुनिया को ख़ून-ख़राबे और नफ़रत भरी जंगों से निजात दिलाएगा.
बोर्ड ऑफ़ पीस में पुतिन को आमंत्रित करने को लेकर ट्रंप से सवाल पूछे गए क्योंकि ट्रंप पहले कह रहे थे कि पुतिन ग्रीनलैंड पर क़ब्ज़ा करना चाहते हैं. इस पर ट्रंप ने perfect dealmaker वाला जवाब दिया.
ट्रंप ने कहा कि उनको पुतिन से शिकायतें तो हैं लेकिन, वो नहीं चाहते कि बोर्ड में सिर्फ़ अच्छे लोग रहें, वो दुनिया के उन तमाम शैतान बच्चों को अपने बोर्ड में शामिल कर रहे हैं, जो बदमाशी करते हैं. बोर्ड में शामिल होने के बाद उनकी शैतानियां बंद हो जाएंगी.
ट्रंप की ये बात तो सही है कि संयुक्त राष्ट्र अपनी प्रासंगिकता खो चुका है. प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने भी कई बार ये सवाल उठाया है लेकिन इस बात की क्या गारंटी है कि बोर्ड ऑफ पीस दुनिया की उन समस्याओं को सुलझाएगा, जो संयुक्त राष्ट्र नहीं सुलझा सका?
इस बात पर कैसे यकीन किया जाए कि ट्रंप का बोर्ड संयुक्त राष्ट्र का स्थान ले सकता है?
ये कौन सुनिश्चित करेगा कि बोर्ड ऑफ पीस पर सिर्फ ट्रंप का वर्चस्व नहीं रहेगा, क्योंकि ये बोर्ड बनाने से पहले दूसरे मुल्कों से चर्चा नहीं की गई. ये सिर्फ राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप के आदेश से बना.
किसी भी अंतरराष्ट्रीय संगठन की विश्वसनीयता तब बनती है जब बाकी देश उस पर भरोसा करते हैं. बोर्ड ऑफ पीस अभी वो भरोसा नहीं जीत पाया है.

In Davos, Switzerland, US President Donald Trump signed the charter of Board of Peace alongwith heads of state of 19 other countries on Thursday. Trump claimed that more than 60 countries have agreed to join the board.
Trump said, his Board of Peace will endeavour to solve most of the problems that the world is facing. He said, “the combination of the Board of Peace..coupled with the United Nations could be something very, very unique for the world”, while adding that the UN did not realise the “tremendous potential” that it had.
Trump had invited India to join his board. He had also invited Prime Minister Narendra Modi to visit Davos, but Modi decided not to go. On Thursday, the External Affairs Ministry said, it will take a call on joining Trump’s Board of Peace after weighing all aspects.
Several questions arise: One, Will the world be run according to the whims of Donald Trump? Will UN’s existence come to an end? Will the US intimidate the rest of the world on the basis of its military and financial powers? What will be the implications for India? What should be India’s strategy? These questions beg answers.
The Board of Peace that Trump launched was initially meant for the reconstruction of Gaza in pursuance of the Middle East peace deal that was agreed upon. But now, Trump says, this board of peace will be free to intervene and solve all others problems that the world faces.
Till now, nearly 60 nations have agreed to join this board. Trump was the first to sign the charter of this board as lifetime chairman. He was followed by leaders from Hungary, Belarus, Indonesia, Egypt, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Morocco, Kazkhstan, Vietnam, Pakistan, Argentina and Armenia, who signed the charter. Jordan, Saudi Arabia, UAE have agreed to join the board.
Questions arise whether this board of peace will work parallel to the United Nations. There is no clarity at the moment. Nobody knows what is Trump’s next plan and what he wants. India, France, Germany, China and Britain have not yet decided to join the board.
Many of the nations are in a dilemma because this board was earlier meant for reconstruction of Gaza, but now it has been projected as an international organisation which will work for peace and stability throughout the world.
Trump’s close associates, including his friend Steve Witkoff and his son-in-law Jared Kushner are in the executive committee of the board as permanent members. US national security adviser Robert Gabriel, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, British former PM Tony Blair, World Bank chief Ajaj Banga and Amercian businessman Mark Rowan are also in the executive committee.
Trump has said this board will work in tandem with the UN, but he had been openly criticising the UN for its failure in handling important crises. Trump has consistenly claimed that it was he who stopped eight wars without taking the UN into confidence, and this is the reason why he has launched the Board of Peace to save the world from bloodshed and wars.
Trump is right. The United Nations has, more or less, lost its relevance. Prime Minister Narendra Modi had been raising this issue several times, but where is the guarantee that the Board of Peace will solve all world problems which the UN couldn’t?
How can anybody trust that Trump’s board of peace will replace the UN in due course?
Who will ensure that it will not be Trump alone whose word will be final in the Board of Peace? No discussions about this board took place with other nations before it was launched. The board was launched on the orders of President Trump.
The credibility of any international institution is created only when most of the nations of the world trust it. Board of Peace has not been able to win that trust, as of now.

दावोस में भारत ने पूरी ताकत के साथ अपनी बात कही. आर्टिफ़िशियल इंटेलिजेंस को लेकर भेदभाव भरे वर्गीकरण का कड़ा विरोध किया.
दरअसल अन्तरराष्ट्रीय मुद्रा कोष (IMF) ने AI इनोवेशन की एक लिस्ट बनाई है जिसमें भारत को सेकेंड ग्रेड AI पावर बताया गया है.
दावोस में वर्ल्ड इकॉनमिक फोरम की बैठक में IMF की मैनेजिंग डायरेक्टर क्रिस्टालिना जॉर्जियोवा ने कहा था कि भारत AI के मामले में अमेरिका और चीन जैसी पहले दर्ज़े की ताक़तों से काफी पीछे है.
ये बात वहां मौजूद हमारे IT और इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स मंत्री अश्विनी वैष्णव को बुरी लगी. उन्होंने तुरंत इसका विरोध किया.
अश्विनी वैष्णव ने कहा कि IMF ने पता नहीं किस आधार पर देशों की AI कैटेगरी बनाई है, हक़ीक़त ये है कि आर्टिफ़िशियल इंटेलिजेंस के मामले में भारत पहले दर्ज़े की शक्ति है.
वैष्णव ने तथ्यों और आंकड़ों के साथ बताया कि भारत ने किस तरह अपनी अर्थव्यवस्था में AI का इस्तेमाल बढ़ाया है, ज्यादा से ज्यादा लोगों को AI इनोवेशन से जोड़ने का काम हो रहा है और AI का इस्तेमाल रोज़मर्रा की ज़िंदगी को आसान बनाने में किया जा रहा है.
अश्विनी वैष्णव ने कहा कि भारत AI के मामले में किसी से कम नहीं है और भारत इस मामले में पहली क़तार में खड़ा है.
भारत को एक बार फिर बताना पड़ा कि वो ज़माना चला गया जब World Bank और IMF भारत को नीचा दिखाकर निकल जाते थे.
अश्विनी वैष्णव ने याद दिलाया कि अब भारत आंख में आंख डालकर बात करता है. उन्होंने बताया कि IMF ग़लत है और भारत सही है, भारत की AI power क्या है और कैसे AI talent के मामले में भारत दुनिया में नंबर 2 पर है.
मतलब साफ है, ग्रुप बनाने वालों को, रेटिंग देने वालों को भारत के बारे में अब सोच-समझ कर बोलना होगा.

At the ongoing annual summit of World Economic Forum in Davos, India’s Minister of Electronics & Information Technology Ashwini Vaishnaw rejected International Monetary Fund managing director Kristalina Georgieva’s assertion that India belongs to the second-tier of AI economies.
Without mincing words, Vaishnaw said, “I don’t know what the IMF criteria have been, but Stanford places India as third in the world in terms of AI penetration, in terms of AI preparedness and in terms of AI talent.”
He told the IMF chief directly regarding the classification, “I don’t think your classification in the second tier is right. It’s actually in the first.”
The minister said, India’s compartive advantage in AI lies in building and delivering applications for enterprises.
Vaishnaw said, “On the application layer, we will probably be the biggest supplier of services to the world..Such application-driven adoption is where returns are realized. Returns on Investment (ROI) does not come from creating a very large model…The bulk of use-cases can be addressed using models in the range of 20 to 50 billion parameters.”
Vaishnaw said, “India’s push has five layers in the AI architecture – application layer, model layer, chip layer, infrastructure layer and energy layer. We are working on all the five layers and are making very good progress across each layer.”
The IMF chief had earlier remarked that India is lagging behind in the AI race compared to other countries like US and China, which are leading the race.
Vaishnaw cited facts and figures to rubbish this claim. He said India stands in the first tier of countries that are working on AI.
The manner in which the minister rebutted IMF claim clearly shows, those days are gone when the World Bank and IMF used to show India in a poor light.
Vaishnaw’s remarks show, India can now look into the eyes of world powers and make assertions. He clearly showed, India’s assertion was right, backed by proper reasoning, while the IMF’s assertion was wrong.
Vaishnaw described in details how India, as one of leading economies of the world, is making its mark as an AI world power and how India stands at No. 2 as far as AI talents are concerned.
The message is clear. Those in international institutions who create categories and ratings must be careful while making assertions.

सोशल मीडिया का ग़लत इस्तेमाल किस क़दर ख़तरनाक होता जा रहा है, इसका एक उदाहरण केरल के कोझीकोड में देखने को मिला.

41 वर्षीय दीपक ने सोशल मीडिया पर की जा रही बदनामी और trolling से तंग आकर आत्महत्या कर ली. दीपक कोझीकोड के गोविंदपुरम इलाक़े में रहते थे. एक टेक्सटाइल कंपनी में सेल्स मैनेजर थे.

शुक्रवार को वह अपने घर से दफ़्तर जाने के लिए निकले थे. उन्होंने कन्नूर के लिए बस पकड़ी. बस में भीड़ थी. बस में दीपक के पीछे खड़ी सोशल मीडिया इन्फ्लुएंसर शिमजिथा मुस्तफ़ा वीडियो बना रही थी.

भीड के बीच दीपक का हाथ शिमजिथा मुस्तफ़ा से टच हो गया. उस वक्त तो ये लड़की कुछ नहीं बोली लेकिन कुछ देर के बाद उसने ये वीडियो सोशल मीडिया पर पोस्ट कर दिया और आरोप लगाया कि दीपक ने बस में उसे छेड़ा.

देखते ही देखते इन्फ्लुएंसर के इस वीडियो के views लाखों में पहुंच गए. क़रीब बीस लाख लोगों ने उसका वीडियो देखा और दीपक के पीछे पड़ गए. उसे ट्रोल करने लगे.

बेवजह इल्ज़ाम और सोशल मीडिया पर बदनामी के डर से दीपक की नींद उड़ गई, भूख-प्यास ख़त्म हो गई. उसने खाना खाना भी छोड़ दिया और रविवार की रात अपने कमरे में फांसी लगा ली.

इस घटना के बाद पुलिस ने मामला दर्ज किया और सोशल मीडिया influencer शिमजिथा से पूछताछ की. उसने अपनी सफ़ाई में एक वीडियो बनाकर सोशल मीडिया पर डाला तो लोग उसके पीछे पड़ गए. उसे दीपक का हत्यारा कहने लगे. अब केरल पुलिस ने उस सोशल मीडिया influencer पर आत्महत्या के लिए उकसाने का केस दर्ज किया है जिसके बाद से वो फ़रार हो गई है.

सोशल मीडिया पर trolling किस कदर डरा देती है, मैनेजर दीपक की आत्महत्या उसका नया उदाहरण है. अपने आप को influencer कहने वाले कई लोग परेशानी की दुकान बन गए हैं.

बदनामी का डर किसी बेकसूर को आत्महत्या करने के लिए मजबूर कर दे, ये समाज के चेहरे पर एक बदनुमा दाग़ है. ऐसा करने वाले क़ानून की नजर में अपराधी हैं. उन्हें सज़ा तो मिलनी चाहिए.

In the latest case of harassment on social media, Deepak U., a sales manager working in a textile company in Kerala, committed suicide by hanging himself in his home on Monday after he was trolled on social media.

41-year-old Deepak was travelling from home to office inside a crowded bus in Kozhikode on Friday. A social media content creator Shimjitha Mustafa was standing behind him making reels.

Inside the crowded bus, Deepak’s hand accidentally brushed the woman’s body. The latter didn’t say anything, but she posted the 18-second video clip on social media. She alleged that she was inappropriately touched several times by Deepak inside the bus.

Within minutes, the video garnered more than two million views on social media. Trolls wrote nasty things about Deepak.

Subjected to massive online abuse, Deepak underwent severe mental stress and took the extreme step. He was found hanging from the ceiling by his parents on Monday morning.

Police registered a case and the content creator Shimjitha Mustafa was questioned. She posted another video on social media clarifying her views, but this time it was a reverse online attack on social media. People accused her of unfairly assassinating Deepak’s character in order to garner views.

Police have registered a case of abetment of suicide against the content creator, who has now gone underground.

Trolling on social media can cause severe mental stress to innocent victims. Deepak’s suicide is the latest example. Several so-called social media influencers have become tools of harassment.

It is a dark blot on society if an innocent person is forced to commit suicide because of false social stigma.

In the eyes of law, such persons who defame and troll others are criminals. They must be punished.

The drowning of a 27-year-old software engineer in a deep pit in Noida filled with water on a foggy night is not a tragedy, it’s murder due to sheer negligence.
Yuvraj Mehta was returning home after a late Friday night duty in his office in Gurugram, when his car fell into a ditch. The pit was more than 20 feet deep. It was dug because of construction work going on nearby by two builders.
For three hours, Yuvraj shouted for help, lay on the roof of his car, rang up his father who rushed to the spot, opened his camera light to show his location, but everybody was helpless. Why?
Police reached the spot within 15 minutes, the fire brigade reached within half an hour, but they did nothing except sliding down ropes.
The fire brigade staff had neither a life jacket nor a boat. There were nearly 100 people watching this.
The fire brigade staff was unwilling to descend into the pit in foggy, cold weather. Finally, a delivery boy dared to dive into the water. By that time, Yuvraj’s body had become limp, lifeless.
It was three days after this tragedy that the Noida Authority woke up from slumber, put barricades and signage near the pit. A junior engineer was dismissed from his job.
The question is: What was the Noida authority doing when the pit was filled with water for the last two years? There had been similar drownings in the past. Why were there no streetlights to caution motorists and pedestrians?
Nothing can be sadder than a helpless father watching his son taking his last breath in front of his eyes.
A furious UP chief minister Yogi Adityanath on Monday removed Lokesh M, CEO of Noida Authority, from his post, put him on ‘waiting’, and formed a special investigation team to identify the culprits responsible for this negligence.
Yuvraj’s father Raj Kumar Mehta was staying in Noida with his son after his wife passed away. His daughter stays in UK.
Residents of Tata Eureka Park society in Noida Sector 150 say, they had been complaining to Noida Authority about this deep pit for the last two years, but no action was taken to put barricades and signages near the pit.
Noida Authority has filed cases against two builders M.J. Wish Town Planners and Lotus Green Construction, and one of the builders was arrested on Tuesday.
This is a clear case of sheer negligence. Local residents say, when they went to lodge complaints, the Additional CEO of Noida Authority shooed them away and even told them to go and approach the Supreme Court.
It is a shame that the fire brigade staff had no life jacket to deal with drowning incidents. The firemen were unwilling to dive into deep water on a foggy, cold night. They were only throwing ropes and preventing others who offered to dive and save Yuvraj.
Those responsible for this sheer negligence must be identified and punished.
Footnote: Insensitivity of some people touched a new depth when nearly 100 persons were making reels of this drowning and posting them on social media.
Time to ponder about how to deal with such people.

नोएडा में 27 साल के एक सॉफ्टवेयर इंजीनियर की मौत नोएडा अथॉरिटी के नाकारापन और लापरवाही की वजह से हुई. तीन दिन पहले युवराज मेहता रात के अंधेरे में घने कोहरे के कारण गाड़ी समेत सड़क के किनारे पानी से भरे बीस फीट गहरे गड्ढे में गिर गया. वह मदद के लिए तीन घंटे तक चिल्लाता रहा, मौके पर पुलिस और फायर ब्रिगेड पहुंची, सौ से ज्यादा लोग मौजूद थे लेकिन फिर भी युवराज की जान नहीं बचा सके. वह डूब गया.
युवराज ने गड्ढे में गिरने के बाद सबसे पहले अपने बुजुर्ग पिता राज कुमार मेहता को फोन किया. पिता मौके पर पहुंच गए. बेटे ने फोन की लाइट जलाकर अपनी लोकेशन बताई, गाड़ी डूब रही थी, बेटा गाड़ी की छत पर लेट गया और बचाने की गुहार लगाता रहा लेकिन न फायर ब्रिगेड का कई कर्मी, न कोई पुलिसवाला , न कोई rescuer पानी में कूदा. सब दूर से रस्सी फेंकते रहे.
कुछ देर के बाद एक डिलीवरी boy वहां से गुजरा, वो पानी में कूदा लेकिन तब तक युवराज डूब चुका था. उसके पिता ने अपने इकलौते बेटे को खो दिया था.
इस हादसे के तीन दिन बाद सोमवार को नोएडा अथॉरिटी ने वह रास्ता बंद किया, वहां बैरीकेड लगाए और एक जूनियर इंजीनियर को बर्खास्त कर दिया.
लेकिन सवाल ये है कि जिस गहरे गड्ढे में गिर कर युवराज की मौत हुई, जिसमें दो साल से पानी भरा था, पहले भी वहां हादसे हो चुके हैं, तो नोएडा अथॉरिटी कर क्या रही थी? कोई साइन बोर्ड क्यों नहीं लगाए? बैरीकेडिंग क्यों नहीं की? स्ट्रीट लाइट तक नहीं लगाई, इसके लिए कौन जिम्मेदार है ?
एक बेटा पिता से जान बचाने की गुहार लगा रहा हो और पिता कुछ न कर पाए, बेटे की मौत उसकी आंखों के सामने हो जाए, इससे बड़ा दुख कोई और नहीं हो सकता.
युवराज के पिता राजकुमार मेहता की आंखों के आंसू भी सूख गए. सोमवार को जब मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने इस मामले में कार्रवाई की, जांच के लिए SIT का गठन किया, नोएडा अथॉरिटी के CEO लोकेश M को पद से हटा दिया, तो युवराज के पिता का कहना था, एक्शन हो रहा है, अच्छी बात है, अब बेटा तो वापस नहीं आ सकता, कम से कम इतना हो जाए कि किसी और के साथ ऐसा हादसा न हो.
राजकुमार मेहता ने कहा कि पुलिस पन्द्रह मिनट में पहुंच गई थी, आधे घंटे में फायर ब्रिगेड के लोग भी पहुंच गए लेकिन उनके पास रस्सी के अलावा एक डूब रहे व्यक्ति को बचाने के लिए न लाइफ जैकेट थी, न नाव थी और फायर ब्रिगेड के लोग ठंडे पानी में कूदने से डर रहे थे. इसलिए कोई पानी में नहीं उतरा और बेटा डूबकर मर गया.
युवराज राजकुमार मेहता का अकेला बेटा था, पत्नी के देहांत के बाद राजकुमार अपने बेटे के साथ रहते थे, एक बेटी ब्रिटेन में रहती है.
युवराज शुक्रवार की रात गुरूग्राम में अपने ऑफिस से नोएडा सेक्टर 150 में अपने घर लौट रहा था, घर के बिल्कुल करीब पहुंच चुका था लेकिन घना कोहरा था, इसलिए युवराज को रास्ते का अंदाज़ा नहीं हुआ, इसलिए गाड़ी skid करके सड़क के किनारे गहरे गड्ढे में जा गिरी.
राजकुमार मेहता ने बताया कि कुछ दिनों पहले एक ट्रक उसी गड्ढे में गिर गया था, अगर नोएडा अथॉरिटी के अधिकारी उसी दिन वहां पर बैरीकेडिंग करके वार्निंग signage लगा देते, तो ये हादसा न होता.
सेक्टर 150 की सोसाइटी टाटा यूरेका पार्क के निवासियों का कहना है कि पहले तो नोएडा अथॉरिटी ने इतना गहरा गड्ढा यूं ही खुला छोड़ दिया, और जब इलाक़े के लोगों ने नोएडा अथॉरिटी से शिकायत की तो एडिशनल सीईओ सतीशपाल सिंह ने उन्हें डांट कर बाहर भेज दिया.
युवराज मेहता की मौत के बाद नोएडा अथॉरिटी हरकत में आई. उसने दो बिल्डर्स M.J. Wishtown Planners और Lotus Green Construction के ख़िलाफ़ केस दर्ज किया है. इसके अलावा, नोएडा ट्रैफिक cell डिपार्टमेंट के जूनियर इंजीनियर नवीन कुमार को नौकरी से बर्ख़ास्त कर दिया गया है.
घटना की जांच के लिए मुख्यमंत्री ने मेरठ जोन के कमिश्नर के नेतृत्व में तीन सदस्यों की SIT गठित कर पांच दिन के अंदर रिपोर्ट देने को कहा है. ये कमेटी हादसे के लिए जिम्मेदार लोगों की पहचान करेगी और उनके बाद उनके खिलाफ कार्रवाई होगी.
ये मौत एक हादसा नहीं, हत्या है. अफसरों की लापरवाही की इंतेहा है. पानी से भरा गड्ढा था, लेकिन किसी ने ध्यान नहीं दिया, न barricades लगाए, न warning sign लगाया.
लोगों ने शिकायत की तो Noida के ACEO ने डांटकर भगा दिया, सुप्रीम कोर्ट जाने को कहा. हद तो तब हो गई जब फायर ब्रिगेड पहुंची पर उसके लोगों के पास life jacket नहीं थी. कोई पानी में नहीं उतरा. पुलिसवाले रस्सियां फेंकते रहे और लोगों को पानी में उतरने से रोकते रहे.
इस लापरवाही के गुनहगारों को सज़ा मिलनी चाहिए. संवेदनशून्यता की सीमा तो तब पार हो गई जब वहां खड़े 100 लोग रील बनाकर सोशल मीडिय़ा पर पोस्ट करते रहे. किसी की जान जा रही थी और वो मज़ा लेते रहे. ऐसे लोगों का क्या किया जाए? ये भी सोचने की ज़रूरत है.
