MODI’S MESSAGE IS QUITE CLEAR FROM BJP LIST
The ruling Bharatiya Janata Party on Wednesday released its second list of 72 candidates for Lok Sabha elections. Among the notable candidates are Union Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal, who will be contesting from Mumbai North, Union Road Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari from his traditional constituency Nagpur, former Haryana CM Manohar Lal Khattar from Karnal, Information and Broadcasting Minister Anurag Thakur from Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh, former Uttarakhand CM trivendra Singh Rawat from Haridwar and former Karnataka CM Basavaraj Bommai from Haveri. Others include Pankaja Munde from Beed, Maharashtra and party media cell chief Anil Baluni from Garhwal, Uttarakhand. In Delhi, BJP has fielded Harsh Malhotra from East Delhi replacing ex-cricketer Gautam Gambhir, while Yogendra Chandolia will contest from North-west Delhi replacing Hansraj Hans. The surprising part is that BJP announced the names of its 20 candidates from Maharashtra, despite the fact that the final seat sharing with Shiv Sena (Shinde) and NCP(Ajit) is yet to be formally announced. BJP is going to contest on 31 seats, which SS (Shinde) will contest on 13 and NCP(Ajit) will contest on four seats. The message is quite clear from BJP’s second list. Firstly, MPs who made controversial statements, or created controversy causing embarrassment to the party, have failed to get tickets. For example, Pratap Simha from Mysore. It was he who procured Lok Sabha entry tickets for those who jumped from the visitors’ gallery and threw smoke bomb inside the House. Pankaja Munde was given ticket and Pritam Munde was denied ticket for creating controversy. Secondly, senior party leaders like Nitin Gadkari and Piyush Goyal were given due respect and they were given nominations from seats of their own choice. No top leader was deprived of ticket, despite baseless speculations being circulated in media. Thirdly, the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections will be fought in the name and achievements of Narendra Modi. That is why new faces have been fielded in many constituencies. This was the reason why six out of seven Lok Sabha MPs from Delhi failed to get tickets this time, except Manoj Tiwari. In Gujarat, ten out of 22 candidates are new faces. Meanwhile, work is going on at a fast pace to sew up alliances in Bihar, Tamil Nadu and Odisha. Former AIADMK leader and late Jayalalithaa’s close aide Sasikala’s nephew T T V Dhinakaran’s party Anna Makkal Munnetra Kazhagam (AMMK) has joined BJP-led NDA. BJP is in talks with ex-CM O. Panneerselvam and PMK (Pattali Makkal Katchi) for an alliance in Tamil Nadu. There is possibility of an alliance between Naveen Patnaik’s Biju Janata Dal and BJP in Odisha. In Bihar, BJP has decided to leave five seats for Chirag Paswan’s Lok Janshakti Party. The fight in Bihar appears to be interesting with Congress demanding 15 seats from its ally RJD, and Asaduddin Owaisi’s AIMIM party deciding to contest 11 seats.
हरियाणा : मोदी ने खट्टर को हटा कर सैनी को क्यों CM बनाया?
हरियाणा में बीजेपी ने बड़ा उलटफेर किया, सरकार का चेहरा बदल गया, मनोहर लाल खट्टर की जगह नायब सिंह सैनी नए मुख्यमंत्री बन गए. नायब सिंह सैनी के मंत्रिमंडल में पांच मंत्रियों ने शपथ ली, पांचों वही चेहरे हैं, जो खट्टर की सरकार में मंत्री थे. यानि हरियाणा में सिर्फ सरकार का मुख्यमंत्री बदला है. बुधवार को विधानसभा में सैनी ने विष्वास प्रस्ताव पेश किया, जो ध्वनिमत से पास हो गया. मंगलवार को चंडीगढ़ में जो हुआ, वो अप्रत्याशित था, किसी को भनक तक नहीं लगी, दूर-दूर तक कोई उम्मीद नहीं थी. सोमवार को ही मनोहर लाल खट्टर द्वारका एक्सप्रैस-वे के उद्घाटन के मौके पर प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के साथ मंच पर थे. मोदी ने खट्टर की जमकर तारीफ की थी. उस वक्त किसी को नहीं लगा कि ये खट्टर के लिए विदाई भाषण हो सकता है. इसीलिए मंगलवार सुबह जब खबर आई तो हर कोई हैरान था. सुबह हलचल हुई, दोपहर होते होते खट्टर इस्तीफा देने राजभवन पहुंच गए. दिल्ली से दो प्रेक्षक चंड़ीगढ़ पहुंच गए. विधायक दल की बैठक हुई. नायब सिंह सैनी को विधायक दल का नेता चुना गया लेकिन इस फैसले से अनिल विज नाराज हो गए. बैठक बीच में छोड़कर वापस अंबाला अपने घर चले गए. शाम को नई सरकार का शपथग्रहण हो गया, पर अनिल विज समारोह में नहीं पहुंचे. लेकिन बड़ी बात ये है कि जननायक जनता पार्टी के दस में से तीन विधायक शपथ समारोह में मौजूद थे. अब सवाल ये है कि क्या नेतृत्व परिवर्तन के साथ साथ हरियाणा में दुष्यंत चौटाला की पार्टी टूट जाएगी? आखिर बीजेपी ने अचानक खट्टर को क्यों हटाया? नायब सैनी को मुख्यमंत्री बनाकर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने क्या संकेत दिया है? बीजेपी ने हरियाणा में चुनाव से पहले जिस तरह नेतृत्व परिवर्तन का फैसला किया, उस तरह के प्रयोग बीजेपी ने पहले भी किए हैं. उत्तराखंड में तीरथ सिंह रावत की पुष्कर सिंह धामी को कमान सौंपी, गुजरात में विजय रूपाणी की जगह भूपेन्द्र पटेल को मुख्यमंत्री बनाया, त्रिपुरा में विप्लव देव को हटा कर माणिक साहा को सीएम बनाया और कर्नाटक में येदियुरप्पा की जगह बसवराज बोम्मई को सीएम बनाया. कर्नाटक को छोड़कर बाकी जगह बीजेपी की रणनीति सफल रही. इसलिए हो सकता है खट्टर को बदलने के पीछे दस साल की एंटी इनकंबैसी से बचने की रणीनीति हो. लेकिन ये सिर्फ एक कारण नहीं हैं, क्योंकि लोकसभा का चुनाव तो नरेन्द्र मोदी के नाम और उनके काम पर होना है. इसलिए इसके पीछे दूसरे कारण भी हैं. नायब सिंह सैनी नया चेहरा हैं, उम्र कम है, किसी तरह का कोई baggage नहीं हैं, संगठन के आदमी हैं और जातिगत समीकरणों में फिट बैठते हैं. नायब सिंह सैनी पिछड़े वर्ग से आते हैं, जिनका हरियाणा में करीब 25 परसेंट वोट है. इसके अलावा ब्राह्मण, पंजाबी और बनिया वोट भी करीब इतना ही है जबकि जाट वोट करीब तीस परसेंट है. चूंकि पिछले चुनाव में जाटों का समर्थन बीजेपी को नहीं मिला था, कैप्टन अभिमन्यु, ओमप्रकाश धनकड़ और सुभाष बराला जैसे तमाम जाट नेता चुनाव हार गए थे, अब वीरेन्द्र सिंह के बेटे ब्रजेन्द्र सिंह भी बीजेपी छोड़कर कांग्रेस में शामिल हो गए हैं, इसलिए बीजेपी की निगाह गैर-जाट वोटों पर है. अब हरियाणा में चार पार्टियां होगीं – बीजेपी, कांग्रेस, ओमप्रकाश चौटाला की आई.एन.एल.डी. और दुष्यन्त चौटाला की जे.जे.पी. यानि जाटों का वोट अगर बीजेपी को न मिला तो तीन पार्टियों में बंटेगा, और अगर बीजेपी गैर-जाट जातियों को अपने पक्ष में कर लेती है तो सभी दस लोकसभा सीटें जीतने का लक्ष्य पूरा हो सकता है और ये फॉर्मूला विधानसभा चुनाव में भी काम कर सकता है. मुझे लगता है कि इसीलिए बीजेपी ने ये दांव चला है. हालांकि अब मनोहर लाल खट्टर का क्या होगा, क्या वह कुरूक्षेत्र से लोकसभा का चुनाव लडेंगे या संगठन में काम करेंगे, इसका फैसला बीजेपी की चुनाव समिति करेगी.
HARYANA: WHY MODI REPLACED KHATTAR WITH SAINI
BJP brought about a major upset in Haryana on Tuesday. Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar was replaced by Nayab Singh Saini, the state party chief, at the party legislators’ meeting. Five ministers, who were in Khattar’s cabinet, were sworn in along with Saini by the Governor. On Wednesday, Saini, the new CM, won the vote of confidence in the assembly by a voice-vote. The change in Haryana leadership was unexpected. Nobody had the remotest hint about it. On Monday, Khattar had appeared with Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Gurugram for the inauguration of Gurugram-Dwarka expressway. Modi praised Khattar from the dais. Nobody knew that this could be Khattar’s farewell speech. When news came on Tuesday morning that Khattar would resign and a new leader would be elected at the legislative party meeting, there was hectic political activity. Everybody was stunned. Two central party observers reached Chandigarh to attend the legislative party meet. Anil Vij, who was Home Minister in Khattar’s cabinet, was unhappy when Saini was elected leader. He left the meeting in a huff and went to his home in Ambala. Vij did not attend the oath taking ceremony. Three out of 10 MLAs from Dushyant Chautala’s Jannayak Janata Party were present in the oath taking ceremony, raising concerns whether Dushyant’s party could split. Dushyant’s party had walked out of its alliance with BJP. The question is, why Prime Minister Modi replaced Khattar with Saini. The change of leadership in Haryana by the BJP high command is not a first-of-its-kind experiment. Similar changes in leadership were made in the past in Uttarakhand, Gujarat, Tripura and Karnataka. Uttarakhand CM Tirath Singh Rawat was replaced by Pushkar Singh Dhami, Gujarat CM Vijay Rupani was replaced by Bhupendra Patel, Tripura CM Biplab Deb was replaced by Manik Saha and Karnataka CM B S Yeddyurappa was replaced by Basavaraj Bommai. This experiment proved successful in these states, except Karnataka. The reason for change of leadership in Haryana could be the anti-incumbency factor building up against Manohar Lal Khattar, who has been the CM for more than nine years. But this cannot be the sole reason. Lok Sabha elections will be fought in the name and achievements of Narendra Modi. There are other reasons. Nayab Singh Saini is a fresh face, he is young, he does not carry past baggage, he is an organization man and caste equations are in his favour. Nayab Singh Saini belongs to the backward caste. Backward castes account for nearly 25 per cent votes in Haryana. Brahmin, Punjabi and Bania votes also account for a similar proportion. Jat votes account for nearly 30 per cent. In the last assembly electgions, BJP failed to get Jat community’s support, and BJP’s Jat leaders like Capt Abhimanyu, Om Prakash Dhankhar and Subhash Barala lost the elections. Last week, Birendra Singh’s son Brajendra Singh left the BJP to join Congress. BJP’s strategists are now focusing on non-Jat votes. With Dushyant Chautala’s JJP moving out of its alliance with BJP, there are now four major players in the fray – BJP, Congress, Om Prakash Chautala’s Indian National Lok Dal and Dushyant’s JJP. If BJP fails to get Jat votes, it could be divided among three other parties. If BJP manages to mobilize non-Jat votes in its favour, it can achieve its objective of winning all the 10 Lok Sabha seats in Haryana in May. This formula can also work during Haryana assembly elections which will be held in the latter part of the year. It will now depend on BJP high command whether to field Manohar Lal Khattar in the Lok Sabha elections or not.
CAA से किसी को डरने की ज़रूरत नहीं है
देश भर में 11 मार्च से CAA कानून लागू हो गया. हालांकि CAA दिसंबर 2019 में ही संसद में पास हो गया था, राष्ट्रपति के दस्तखत भी हो गए थे लेकिन उसके बाद कोविड महामारी आ गई. इसलिए अब तक CAA के नियम अधिसूचित नहीं हो पाये थे. सोमवार शाम को सरकार ने CAA रूल्स को नोटीफाई कर दिया. चूंकि गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने तीन महीने पहले बंगाल में कहा था कि चुनाव से पहले देश भर में CAA लागू होकर रहेगा, ममता बनर्जी, असदुद्दीन ओवैसी समेत तमाम नेताओं और मुस्लिम संगठनों ने इसका विरोध किया था. 2019 में भी CAA के खिलाफ देश भऱ में प्रोटेस्ट हुए थे, दिल्ली में शाहीन बाग का धरना तो कई महीनों तक चला था, इसलिए सोमवार को जैसे ही सरकार ने नोटिफिकेशन जारी किया, मुस्लिम संगठनों ने विरोध किया. ओवैसी ने इसे चुनावी पैंतरा बताया, अखिलेश यादव ने कहा, जब देश के नागरिक रोज़ी-रोटी के लिए बाहर जाने पर मजबूर हैं, तो दूसरों के लिए नागरिकता कानून लाने से होगा? गृह मंत्रr अमित शाह ने सोशल मीडिया पर 39 पन्नों का नोटिफ़िकेशन जारी कर दिया. नागरिकता हासिल करने के नियम क़ायदे तय कर दिए गए हैं. इस क़ानून के तहत, पाकिस्तान, बांग्लादेश और अफ़ग़ानिस्तान में धर्म के आधार पर सताए गए लोग, भारत की नागरिकता ले सकेंगे. इन देशों के जो हिंदू, सिख, बौद्ध, जैन, पारसी और ईसाई 31 दिसंबर 2014 से पहले भारत आ चुके हैं, उनको CAA के तहत नागरिकता मिल सकेगी. इन देशों के मुस्लिम नागरिकों को भारत की नागरिकता नहीं मिल सकेगी. पाकिस्तान, बांग्लादेश और अफ़ग़ानिस्तान के जो शरणार्थी भारत की नागरिकता लेना चाहेंगे, वो ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकेंगे. इन सभी शरणार्थियों को अपने आप भारत की नागरिकता नहीं मिलेगी. उन्हें ऑनलाइन एप्लीकेशन देनी होगी. हर जिले में एक empowered कमेटी बनेगी. ये कमेटी आवेदनों की जांच करेगी और हर ज़िले की कमेटी को दस्तेवाजों की जांच करने के बाद भारत की नागरिकता देने का हक होगा. पाकिस्तान, बांग्लादेश और अफगानिस्तान से आए हिन्दू, सिख, ईसाई, बौद्ध, जैन और पारसी लोगों को दो बातों का ख्याल रखना है. एक तो ये साबित करने वाले दस्तावेज देने होंगे कि वो इन देशों के नागरिक थे और दूसरा, ये साबित करने वाले दस्तावेज देने होंगे कि वो 31 दिसंबर 2014 से पहले से भारत में रह रहे हैं. नोटिफिकेशन के मुताबिक, नागरिकता के लिए एप्लाई करने वालों को अपने देश का पासपोर्ट, वहां की सरकार की तरफ से जारी कोई लाइसेंस, नागरिकता का प्रमाण पत्र, जन्म प्रमाणपत्र, जमीनों के कागजात या फिर अपने माता-पिता या दादा के पाकिस्तानी, बांग्लादेशी या अफ़ग़ानी नागरिक होने के सर्टिफिकेट भी जमा कर सकते हैं. इसके अलावा अगर वो 31 दिसंबर 2014 से पहले भारत आए थे, तो वीजा की कॉपी, विदेश मंत्रालय की तरफ से जारी भारत में रहने का प्रमाण पत्र, स्कूल में एडमीशन का सर्टिफिकेट, बर्थ सर्फिकेट, आधार कार्ड, ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस जैसा कोई भी दस्तावेज जिससे ये साबित हो कि नागरिकता के लिए अप्लाई करने वाले 2014 से पहले से भारत में रह रहा है, ये सारे दस्तावेज आवेदन के साथ ऑनलाइन जमा करने होंगे. जिसा स्तरीय कमेटी उनकी जांच करेगी, फिर आवेदक को बुला सकती है और सब कुछ ठीक होने पर भारत की नागरकिता दे सकती है. जैसे ही CAA लागू होने की ख़बर आई, पश्चिम बंगाल में मतुआ समुदाय ने जश्न मनाना शुरू कर दिया. मतुआ समुदाय की महिलाओं ने ढोल बजाकर नया क़ानून लागू करने का स्वागत किया. मतुआ समुदाय के लोगों ने बांग्लादेश में सताए जाने के बाद भारत में पनाह ली थी लेकिन अभी तक उन्हें भारत की नागरिकता नहीं मिली थी. वो शरणार्थी की तरह रह रहे थे, उन्हें सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ नहीं मिलता था. बीजेपी नेता शुभेंदु अधिकारी ने कहा कि CAA लागू होने से बंगाल में ढाई तीन करोड़ हिंदुओं में ख़ुशी की लहर है क्योंकि इससे उनको वेरिफिकेशन और नौकरियों के लिए जहां-तहां भागदौड़ नहीं करनी होगी. लेकिन ममता संभल कर बोलीं. उन्होंने कहा कि CAA तो बीजेपी का राजनीतिक पैंतरा है, वो पहले इस क़ानून के नियमों को पढ़ेंगी, फिर कुछ कहेंगी. CPM के नेता मुहम्मद सलीम ने कहा कि जब मोदी और ममता कोलकाता के राजभवन में मिले थे, तभी दोनों के बीच CAA पर डील हो गई थी. AIMIM चीफ असदुद्दीन ओवैसी ने कहा कि CAA संविधान के ख़िलाफ़ है, इसलिए, मुसलमान इसका विरोध करते रहेंगे, फिर सड़कों पर उतरेंगे.
कांग्रेस के नेता दिग्विजय सिंह ने कहा कि कानून तो चार साल पहले बन गया था, इसे चुनाव से पहले नोटिफाई इसलिए किया गया ताकि मज़हबी भावनाओं को भडकाया जा सके.
CAA का कानून बनने के बाद सबसे बड़ा सवाल ये उठा है कि इस कानून को 4 साल बाद क्यों लागू किया गया? क्या इसका चुनाव से कोई संबंध है, तो मैं कहूंगा कि चुनाव से नाता तो है. ममता बनर्जी, अरविंद केजरीवाल और ओवैसी जैसे नेता जब CAA का विरोध करेंगे, तो बीजेपी को फायदा तो होगा. CAA को लेकर जब बयानबाजी होगी, मुस्लिम भाइयों को डराने भड़काने की कोशिश होगी, चुनाव में इसे मुद्दा बनाया जाएगा, तो जाहिर है बीजेपी को फायदा होगा. लेकिन मुझे लगता है चुनावी फायदे से हटकर इस कानून को और इसके rules को समझने की जररूत है. मुस्लिम भाई-बहनों को इसका हकीकत बताना जरूरी है. पहली बात तो ये कि CAA का भारतीय नागरिकों से सरोकार नहीं हैं. इसमें किसी भी भारतीय की नागरिकता नहीं जाएगी. ये कानून सिर्फ पड़ोसी देशों में जुल्मों की शिकार अल्पसंख्यकों की मदद के लिए हैं. पाकिस्तान, अफगानिस्तान और बांग्लादेश से भागकर भारत आने वाले हिन्दू, सिख, ईसाई, जैन, बौद्ध और पारसियों के लिए हैं. इन समुदायों के जो लोग 31 दिसंबर 2014 से पहले भारत आए हैं, उन्हें अब भारतीय नागरिकता मिल पाएगी. इससे हमारे देश के मुस्लिम या किसी और धर्म से जुड़े किसी भारतीय की नागरिकता पर कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ेगा, न उस पर सवाल उठेंगे, न उनसे कागज़ मांगे जाएंगे. ये सारी आशंकाएं, बेबुनियाद हैं, बे-सिरपैर की हैं. CAA सिर्फ नागरिकता देने का कानून है, लेने का नहीं. इसीलिए इस कानून से किसी को परेशान होने की जरूरत है. चूंकि चुनाव का माहौल है, इसलिए तमाम नेता और मौलाना राशन पानी लेकर मैदान में कूदेंगे, तरह तरह की बातें करेंगे, लेकिन किसी को panic में आने की जरूरत नहीं है. किसी को डरने की जरूरत नहीं है. बस, सबको सावधान रहने की ज़रूरत है.
NO NEED TO PANIC OVER CAA
The Union Home Ministry on Monday notified the rules for the amended Citizenship Act, four years after it was enacted to fast-track granting of citizenship to non-Muslims who entered India from Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan before December 31, 2014. The Citizenship Amendment Bill was passed by Parliament in 2019 and was signed by the President, but due to Covid epidemic, the rules could not be notified. Home Minister Amit Shah had promised in West Bengal that CAA rules would be notified before the Lok Sabha elections. Soon after the rules were notified, several Muslim organisations protested, with AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi describing it as a poll gimmick. On Monday, Home Minister Amit Shah posted the 39 page notification on social media. The rules are quite elaborate. Soon after, there were celebrations among Matua Hindus in West Bengal who had migrated from Bangladesh due to persecution. The Matua community members had been seeking Indian citizenship since several decades. Since they were not Indian citizens, they were not getting the benefit of government schemes. State BJP leader Suvendu Adhikari said, nearly two and a half crore Hindus living in West Bengal are elated over this measure. Trinamool Congress chief Mamata Banerjee described it as a political gimmick, and added that she would react only after going through the full notification. CPI(M) leader Mohammed Salim alleged that there was a “secret deal” when Mamata called on Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Raj Bhavan last week. He described CAA as BJP’s “election card” in Bengal. AIMIM chief Owaisi described CAA as anti-Constitutional. He said, “one must look at CAA in association with NRC (National Register of Citizens) and NPR (National Population Register. Home Minister Amit Shah said in Parliament that NRC and NPR will be implemented…it’s on record. Their (BJP) main aim is to implement NPR and NRC in the country.” Since Shaheen Bagh in Delhi was the spot where Muslim women had staged dharna for several months against CAA in 2019, police forces were deployed on Monday night in Shaheen Bagh and North-east Delhi. Police in Uttar Pradesh and Assam have also been put on full alert. Muslim scholar in Lucknow Maulana Khalid Rashid Firangimahali appealed to Muslims not to over-react, and form their opinion only after going through the CAA notification. The main question that is being raised is why CAA has been notified four years after it became law? Whether it has any connection with the Lok Sabha elections? I would say, it has a connection with elections. When leaders like Mamata Banerjee, Arvind Kejriwal and Owaisi will oppose CAA, it will benefit the BJP. Whenever attempts will be made to create fear in the minds of Muslims, naturally BJP will be the beneficiary. But I think, instead of going through electoral advantages and disadvantages, once should go through the rules. It is necessary to tell Muslim brothers and sisters about the ground reality. Firstly, CAA is not related to people who are already Indian citizens. No Indian citizen would lose his or her citizenship. This law is meant to help those minorities who had been facing persecution at the hands of Muslim majority in Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan. This law is meant for Hindus, Sikhs, Christians, Jains, Buddhists and Parsees who came to India before December 31, 2024 from these three neighbouring countries. They can get Indian citizenship. This law will not affect any Muslim or non-Muslim Indian’s citizenship. No questions will be raised about their citizenship. No documents will be demanded from them to prove their citizenship. All such fears are baseless. CAA is a law that only grants citizenship. Nobody needs to be worried about this law. Since elections are near, most of the leaders and Maulanas may try to create a sense of fear, but there is no need to panic, nor should anybody fear. Everybody must be on alert.

आज सबसे पहले देश के नौजवानों और उनके माता-पिताओं को सावधान करना चाहता हूं. सोशल मीडिया यू-ट्यूब, फेसबुक, इन्स्टाग्राम, ट्विटर या किसी भी प्लेटफॉर्म पर कोई नौकरी का ऑफर देता है, स्टूडेंट वीजा पर विदेश भेजकर वहां हर महीने लाखों रूपए कमाने का लालच देता है, तो बिल्कुल भरोसा मत कीजिए, वरना पैसा भी जाएगा और जान जाने की नौबत भी आ सकती है क्योंकि इसी तरह के वीडियो के चक्कर में फंस कर पंजाब, हरियाणा, राजस्थान, तेलंगाना, कर्नाटक और तमिलनाडु जैसे कई राज्यों के लड़के रूस पहुंच गए. उन्हें रूस में कोई नौकरी नहीं मिली बल्कि धोखे से उन्हें वहां की प्राइवेट आर्मी में भर्ती करवा दिया गया. हथियार थमा कर, बंदूक दे कर, यूक्रेन में जंग के मैदान में भेज दिया गया. रूस और यूक्रेन की जंग से भारत का कोई लेना- देना नहीं है लेकिन इस जंग में हमारे दो नौजवान मारे जा चुके हैं. दोनों जालसाजों के चक्कर में फंस कर रूस पहुंचे थे. कम से कम 35 नौजवान ऐसे हैं, जो जंग में मौत के दरवाजे पर खड़े हैं. हालांकि अब सरकार इस तरह की धोखाधड़ी करने वाली एजेंसियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई कर रही है, CBI ने जांच शुरू कर दी है, 13 प्लेसमेंट एजेंसीज के ठिकानों पर रेड की गई है, जिन परिवारों के बच्चे रूस में फंसे हैं, उनसे संपर्क किया जा रहा है लेकिन सरकार के लिए इन नौजवानों को जंग के मैदान से सुरक्षित वापस लाना आसान नहीं हैं क्योंकि रूस की सरकार का इन भारतीय नौजवानों के रूस पहुंचने में या recruitment में कोई सीधा हाथ नहीं हैं. ये सब प्राइवेट एजेंसीज और एजेंट्स का खेल है. इंडिया टीवी पर शुक्रवार रात को ‘आज की बात’ शो में हमने वीडियो दिखाए. इन तस्वीरों में हमारे नौजवान सैनिक की वर्दी पहने नज़र आए, लेकिन इन्हें ऐसा पहनने के लिए मजबूर किया गया. इन्हें सेना की कोई ट्रेनिंग नहीं मिली, लेकिन इनकी ड्रेस असली है, इन्हें असली बंदूकें दी गई हैं और ये जंग के असली मैदान में हैं. हैरानी की बात ये है कि न ये रूसी भाषा जानते हैं, न यूक्रेनी, और इन्हें ये भी नहीं मालूम कि वो रूस के इलाके में हैं या फिर यूक्रेन के बॉर्डर में, बस चारों तरफ गोलियों और धमाकों की आवाजें सुनाई पड़ रही है. इनके पास फोन हैं, उससे इन लड़कों ने अपना वीडियो बनाया, परिवार वालों को भेजा, तब जाकर ये राज़ खुला कि अच्छी नौकरी, लाखों के पैकेज के चक्कर में रूस पहुंचे इन नौजवानों को न नौकरी मिली, न पैसा, ऊपर से जिंदगी खतरे में पड़ गई. ये भारतीय नागरिक हैं, रूस की तरफ से यूक्रेन के खिलाफ जंग लड़ रहे हैं.ऐसे एक दो नहीं कई वीडियो हैं और सभी वीडियो में रूस में फंसे नौजवान ये बता रहे हैं कि वो तो घूमने के लिए रूस गए थे और वहां उन्हें एक एजेंट ने झांसा देकर फंसा लिया जिसके बाद पुलिस ने उन्हें ज़बरन सेना के हवाले कर दिया और उन्हें यूक्रेन में रूस की तरफ़ से जंग लड़ने के लिए भेज दिया गया जबकि उन्हें बंदूक चलानी तो दूर, बंदूक पकड़नी भी नहीं आती. जिन सात लड़कों ने ये वीडियो भेजा है, वो पंजाब, हरियाणा और राजस्थान के रहने वाले हैं. लेकिन ये रैकेट दक्षिण भारत तक फैला हुआ है. तेलंगाना, कर्नाटक और तमिलनाडु से चार लड़कों को नौकरी के नाम पर रूस भेजा गया और फिर उन्हें ज़बरदस्ती यूक्रेन में जंग लड़ने के लिए भेज दिया गया. ट्रैवल एजेंट्स, टूर ऑपरेटर्स और वीज़ा दिलाने के नाम पर लोगों को फंसाने का मानव तस्करी का ये नेटवर्क बड़े सुनियोजित तरीके से काम करता है. प्राइवेट वीजा कंसल्टेंसी की अलग अलग कपनियां सोशल मीडिया पर वीडियो, और यू-ट्यूब पर Vlog के ज़रिए, उन युवाओं से कनेक्ट होते थे जो विदेश में नौकरी करना चाहते हैं, फिर इन नौजवानों को बताया जाता था कि विदेश में उनके लिए नौकरियों के तरह तरह के ऑप्शन हैं. जैसे डिलीवरी बॉय, हेल्पर, डेटा ऑपरेटर वग़ैरह. रूस के बारे में ये एजेंट दावा करते थे कि युवकों को वहां जाकर बॉर्डर पर जाकर न टैंक चलाना है, न तोप के गोले दाग़ने हैं, इन कंपनियों के एजेंट रूस में भी मौजूद हैं. वो वहां से वीडियो बनाकर दिखाते थे कि रूस में हालात बिल्कुल नॉर्मल हैं, सेना मोर्चे पर है, लेकिन सिविलियन इलाकों में लाइफ नॉर्मल है और उनको सिविलियन इलाकों में काम करना है. ये एजेंट दावा करते थे कि ये सब काम करने के लिए युवकों को तीन महीने ट्रेनिंग दी जाएगी और पहले तीन महीने तक हर महीने 40 हज़ार रूपये सैलरी भी मिलेगी. तीन महीने की ट्रेनिंग के बाद जब इन युवकों की पोस्टिंग होगी, तो उनकी सैलरी बढ़कर एक लाख रुपए प्रति महीना हो जाएगी. विदेश में बसने का सपना देख रहे पढ़े-लिखे नौजवान उनके झांसे में आ जाते थे और वो रूस जाने के लिए जैसे तैसे तीन लाख रुपए इकट्ठा करते थे लेकिन, जैसे ही ये युवक रूस पहुंचते थे, इन एजेंटों का असली खेल शुरू हो जाता था. उनसे रूसी भाषा में एक कॉन्ट्रैक्ट पर ज़बरन साइन कराया जाता था और बंदूक, राइफल चलाने की थोड़ी बहुत ट्रेनिंग देकर जंग के मोर्चे पर भेज दिया जाता था. जो लोग इसका विरोध करते थे, उनको 10 साल के लिए जेल में डालने की धमकी दी जाती थी. इस पूरे रैकेट में सबसे ज़्यादा चर्चा Babavlogs नाम के एक एजेंट की हो रही है. ये असल में दुबई में रहने वाले फ़ैसल अब्दुल मुतालिब ख़ान का वीडियो ब्लॉग है . सबसे ज़्यादा नौजवान इसी फ़ैसल अब्दुल मुतालिब ख़ान के वीडियो देखकर एजेंट्स के जाल में फंसे. इस बाबा व्लॉग के कई वीडियो अब भी सोशल मीडिया पर उपलब्ध हैं. ये फ़ैसल अब्दुल मुतालिब ख़ान दुबई की एक कंपनी में डायरेक्टर है. इस कंपनी का नाम बाबा व्लॉग्स ओवरसीज़ रिक्रूटमेंट सॉल्यूशंस प्राइवेट लिमिटेड है. ये शख़्स रूस के अलग अलग शहरों से अपने वीडियो डालकर लोगों को यक़ीन दिलाता था कि रूस में सब कुछ नॉर्मल है, ऐसे में नौजवानों को वहां आकर नौकरी करने में कोई रिस्क नहीं है. इस ब्लॉगर ने दो दर्जन लड़कों को रूस भेजा लेकन जब रूस यूक्रेन की जंग में दो भारतीय नौजवानों की मौत की खबर आई तो हमारी सरकार और एजेंसीज एलर्ट मोड में आईं. धोखाधड़ी की ऐसी ही घटनाओं पर एक्शन लिया. CBI ने इस तरह की 17 प्लेसमेंट एजेंसीज़ का पता लगाया. दिल्ली, मुंबई, अंबाला चंडीगढ़, मदुरै और चेन्नै समेत 13 जगहों पर छापेमारी की. CBI ने 17 कंपनियों और उनके मालिकों पर केस दर्ज किया. दिल्ली में ओवरसीज़ फाउंडेशन और इसके निदेशक सुयश मुकुट के ख़िलाफ़ केस दर्ज हुआ है. ओवरसीज फाउंडेशन के ठिकानों पर रेड्स भी हुई हैं. ओवरसीज़ फाउंडेशन का ऑफ़िस दिल्ली में कस्तूरबा गांधी रोड पर अंबादीप बिल्डिंग में है. इसी तरह, CBI ने मुंबई की ओएसडी ब्रदर्स ट्रैवल्स ऐंड वीज़ा सर्विसेज़ और इसके निदेशक राकेश पांडेय पर केस रजिस्टर किया. इसके ठिकानों पर रेड की, हालांकि राकेश पांडेय गिरफ़्त में नहीं आया. चंडीगढ़ और अंबाला की एडवेंचर वीज़ा सर्विसेज़ और इसके डायरेक्टर मंजीत सिंह के ख़िलाफ़ भी एक्शन हुआ. CBI ने दुबई की बाबा व्लॉग्स ओवरसीज़ रिक्रूटमेंट सॉल्यूशंस और इसके निदेशक फ़ैसल अब्दुल मुतालिब ख़ान उर्फ़ बाबा के ख़िलाफ़ केस दर्ज किए हैं. CBI के मुताबिक़, जबरन प्राइवेट आर्मी में भर्ती करने के कम से कम 35 मामले सामने आए हैं, अब सबकी जांच की जा रही है. CBI की रेड में 50 लाख नक़द और कई इलेक्ट्रॉनिक एविडेंस और कुछ वीडियो भी मिले हैं. बाबा व्लॉग के झांसे में आकर रूस गए हैदराबाद के एक युवक मुहम्मद आफशान की जंग लड़ते हुए मौत हो गई. उसे वापस भारत लाने के लिए अफ़शान के भाई ने हैदराबाद में असदुद्दीन ओवैसी से गुहार लगाई. ओवैसी ने विदेश मंत्रालय के साथ ये मसला उठाया. पिछले हफ़्ते अफ़शान के परिवार को उसकी मौत की ख़बर मिली. अफ़शान के भाई मुहम्मद इमरान अब अपने भाई की लाश वापस लाने की जद्दोजहद कर रहे हैं.
सूरत के हेमिल मांगुकिया भी अफ़शान की तरह मानव तस्करी करने वालों के चक्कर में फंसकर रूस गए थे. 21 फ़रवरी को यूक्रेन के एक ड्रोन हमले में हेमिल की मौत हो गई. भारत सरकार की कोशिशों का एक असर ये हुआ है कि रूस की सरकार ने मोर्चे पर फंसे भारतीयों को बॉर्डर से हटाना शुरू कर दिया है, उन्हें सुरक्षित इलाकों में भेजा जा रहा है लेकिन मुश्किल ये है कि जो भारतीय नौजवान रूस और यूक्रेन की जंग में फंस गए हैं, उन्हें जंग के मैदान में भेजने में न तो भारत सरकार की और न ही रूसी सरकार की कोई भूमिका है. ये लोग प्राइवेट एजेंट्स के चक्कर में फंसे और उन्हें प्राइवेट रशियन सशस्त्र ग्रुप के हवाले कर दिया जिनका रूसी सेना से कोई लेना देना नहीं.. ये प्राइवेट कॉन्ट्रैक्टर्स हैं. इसलिए इन भारतीयों की पहले पहचान करनी पड़ेगी उनके ठिकानों का पता लगाना होगा. उसके बाद उनको सुरक्षित जगहों पर लाकर उन्हें भारत लाने की कोशिश होगी. ये काम बहुत मुश्किल है, इसलिए इसमें वक्त लगेगा.. इसीलिए सरकार भी कह रही है और मैं भी अपील करूंगा कि विदेश जाने के चक्कर में प्राइवेट एजेंसियों और एजेंट्स के चक्कर में न फंसे. विदेश में बढिया सैलरी पर अच्छी नौकरी का कोई झांसा देता है तो उस पर यकीन न करें.बैकग्राउंड चैक करें. जिस देश में नौकरी की बात कही जा रही है. उसके दूतावास से संपर्क करें. सारे फैक्ट्स चैक करें. फिर अपने विदेश मंत्रलाय के जरिए लीगल डॉक्यूमेंट्स के साथ ही विदेश जाएं.. अगर टूरिस्ट वीजा या स्टूडेंट वीजा पर नौकरी का वादा करके विदेश भेजने की बात कहता है तो उस पर बिल्कुल यकीन न करें, क्योंकि इसमें पैसा भी जाएगा और जिंदगी भी खतरे में पड़ेगी. .इसलिए सावधान रहें. सोशल मीडिया पर इस तरह के वीडियो और रील्स पर कतई भरोसा न करें, .वरना मुश्किल में पड़ना तय है. मैं तो सरकार से भी अपील करूंगा कि कोई ऐसा पोर्टल या एप लांच करे .जिस पर जाकर नौजवान इस तरह के ऑफर को वैरीफाई कर सकें और दलालों के चंगुल में फंसने से बच सकें.
SAVE OUR YOUTH FROM HUMAN TRAFFICKERS
I would like to sound a note of caution to all parents whose sons and daughters are seeking a job abroad in their quest for a better life. A new trend has emerged in which social media platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and X are being used where scamsters offer attractive jobs abroad and arrange student visas to send our youths promising them lakhs of rupees as monthly wages. My advice to all: do not fall in such traps, otherwise our youths may not only lose money but may also lose their lives. Already, youths from Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Telangana, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu fell in the traps and landed in Russia, where they were forcibly sent to work in private armies as mercenaries on the Ukraine war front. India has nothing to do with either Russia or Ukraine in this war, but already two Indian youths have lost their lives. CBI on Friday conducted raids against 17 firms across the country. It booked a Delhi-based visa consultancy firm for sending nearly 180 youths to Russia in the last few months. CBI is trying to locate the whereabouts of these youths, most of whom had gone to Russia on student visas. CBI is also probing the role of two Russia-based agents who seized the passports of Indian youths soon after arrival in Russia and forcibly sent them for combat training. The CBI FIR lists 19 suspects, including the companies and their directors, and some agents. A Delhi-based firm RAS Overseas Foundation and its director Suyash Mukut, another firm Baba Vlogs Oversears Recruitment Solutions, Dubai, and its director Faisal Abdul Mutalib Khan alias Baba have been named in the FIR. Others include OSD Brothers Travels and Visa Services, Mumbai and its director Rakesh Pandey, and Adventure Visa Services, Chandigarh and Ambala. At least 17 such placement agencies have been identified across India by CBI. Not less than 35 Indian youths are presently deployed on the war front and it seems to be a difficult task for Indian government to trace them and bring them back to the country safely. Since the Russian government is not directly involved in the recruitment of these youths, it is difficult for Indian authorities to ensure their safe return. One positive outcome has been that the Russian authorities have started removing Indians from the war front and they are being sent to safe zones.. Private agents working for human trafficking agencies handed them over to private Russian mercenary groups . The task of identifying the exact locations of Indian youths is a time-consuming one. In my prime time show ‘Aaj Ki Baat’ on Friday night, telecast on India TV, we showed parents of these Indian youths narrating their tales of woes. We also showed videos of Indian youths forced to fight the Ukraine war. Seven youths trapped inside Russia sent these videos. Most of them hail from Punjab, Haryana and Rajasthan, and this human trafficking racket has already spread to Telangana, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. In November last year, these youths, one from Hyderabad and three from Kalaburgi, Karnataka, watched a video blog Babavlogs posted by a Dubai-based vlogger Faisal Abdul Mutalib Khan, claiming to be in St. Petersburg and luring Indian youths to join the Russia army. All four of them paid Rs 3 lakhs each to the travel agency and landed in Russia. Abdul Naeem of Kalaburgi, who earlier used to work in Dubai, said, he was promised Rs one lakh salary a month, a Russian passport and Russian citizenship for his entire family by the scamsters. In Russia, they were forced to sign contracts drafted in Russian language, ttheir passports were confiscated by the Russian manpower agencies and packed off to the Ukraine warfront. In India, the human trafficking network trapped jobless youths by promising jobs for the posts of delivery boy, helper, data operator, etc. in Russia. Already, two Indian youths have died on the Ukraine warfront. Muhammad Afshan of Hyderabad had gone to Russia in November last year with three friends from Karnataka. He remained incommunicado with his family for 45 days, and in January, somebody told his family that Afshan is lying injured in a hospital. The family sought AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi’s help, who contacted External Affairs Ministry. Last week, news came in that Afshan was no more. His brother Imran is waiting to go to Russia to bring his body back home. Another Indian youth, Hemil Mangukia of Surat, died in a Ukrainian drone attack on February 21 at the war front. Three of his Indian colleagues sent his body in a truck from the war front, but there is no information about the location of his body. Hemil’s father said, his son spoke to him for the last time on February 20 and the next day, he was killed in the drone attack. I would again like to caution parents to make proper background check when their children apply for foreign jobs. They can contact the embassies of those countries in India for a fact check. Do not trust job or travel agencies who promise to send your sons on student or tourist visas for getting a nice job. Do not trust reels posted on social media by vloggers or travel agencies promising attractive jobs abroad. I would request the Indian government to launch a portal or app, so that our youth can verify job offers before falling into anybody’s trap.
HOW MODI GAINED THE TRUST OF KASHMIRIS
It was heartening to see the 25,000-capacity Bakshi Stadium in Srinagar, fully packed, on Thursday to watch Prime Minister Narendra Modi speak on Kashmir’s developmental issues. This was Modi’s first visit to the Kashmir Valley since Article 370 granting special status to J&K, was abrogated five years ago. It was a surprise to watch the feeling of enthusiasm among Kashmiris who had come to watch Modi speak. This was the same Valley where people used to fear before moving out of their homes. The pervading sense of fear has ended. Earlier, public meetings in the Valley used to be held under the shadow of fear, but on Thursday, thousands stood in queues to enter the stadium. It was just like any political rally in Kolkata, Mumbai or Delhi. Kashmir has changed for the better. Kashmiris came from Anantnag, Baramulla, Budgam, Bandipore, Ganderbal, Kupwara, Kulgam, Pulwama and Shopian to watch the Prime Minister speak. There was a festive atmosphere with several of them beating drums outside the stadium. People said on camera that Kashmir has now changed for the better and the fruits of development were reaching different corners of the Valley. The occasion was the launch and foundation laying of 53 projects worth Rs 6,400 crore in Kashmir. Modi met local artisans, watched their products at an exhibition, handed over appointment letters to 1,000 youths, and spoke to youths and women engaged in startups in the Valley. Modi posed for a selfie with a Pulwama resident Nazim Nazeer. In his speech, Modi said, “I have come here to win the hearts of people (Main Yahaan Dil Jeetne Aaya Hoon)” . Modi described how the nation was being misled by some “political families of the Valley” in the name of Article 370. “That phase is now over and a clear change has taken place in Jammu and Kashmir”, he said. After watching the crowds at Modi’s public meeting, and hearing commoners speak about development, one can easily gauge the sentiments of the people. Creating such a sentiment in the hearts of the people was not easy. Development work began at full pace soon after Article 370 was abrogated. The results are there for all to see. There was a time when Kashmir’s beautiful vales were famous for film shooting. Crews from Mumbai film industry used to visit the Valley with actors and directors. Gradually, it dried up after the onset of terrorism. In the last few years, permission was given for shooting of more than 400 films in the Valley. Cinema halls have reopened in the Valley and local residents are going to the theatres without any fear. Everybody will surely this change. Tourism has been the mainstay of Kashmir’s economy. Last year, more than 1.84 crore tourists visited the Valley. It is a record. Hotels are full, and people have to book flights in advance. Shikaras have started operating at Srinagar’s Dal Lake again. 75 new trekking routes have been opened. This is evidence of the Valley regaining normalcy. In Kashmir, education was always a big problem. Kashmiri students had to go out of the state for studies. Now, 50 new colleges have been opened, while 25,000 more seats have been added in the existing colleges. IIT, IIM, IIMC have started working. Kashmiris were suffering from lack of better hospital care. Two new AIIMS, seven new medical colleges and five new nursing colleges have opened. Kashmiris used to complain about lack of better roads. In the last three years, 16,807 kilometre new roads were built and travel time between Jammu and Kishtwar, between Jammu and Srinagar, between Srinagar and Gulmarg, has reduced. People from Delhi can reach Katra in five hours. Roads are being built to link all villages. 244 new bridges were built. More than 3.5 lakh homes have got electricity and LED lights under Ujala scheme. There is a long list of developmental work which has enhanced the day-to-day life of Kashmiris. Earlier, Kashmiris used to shiver in cold due to lack of electricity. While Kashmir generated only 3,500 megawatt electricity in the last 70 years, there is now plan to double the power generation in three years. Such activities are directly related to the lives of common Kashmiris. That is why a positive outlook towards Modi government has developed in the hearts of Kashmiris. Of course, much needs to be done to achieve progress and prosperity in Kashmir, but I can say, this is a good beginning. There is now a sense of trust in the hearts of Kashmiris.

कश्मीर की तस्वीर बदल रही है. संविधान की धारा 370 खत्म होने के बाद प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी गुरुवार को पहली बार श्रीनगर पहुंचे, कश्मीर के लोगों से मिले, उनकी बात सुनी, अपने दिल की बात कही और इस दौरान कश्मीरी अवाम में जो जज़्बा और जोश दिखा, वो वाकई हैरान करने वाला है. प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र को देखने-सुनने पहुंचे हजारों लोगों की भीड़ की तस्वीरें जब सामने आईं, तो लोगों को यकीन नहीं हुआ कि ये वही कश्मीर है, जहां पहले लोग घर से निकलने में डरते थे. लेकिन अब कश्मीर में खौफ का खात्मा हो चुका है. श्रीनगर के जिन इलाकों में पहले हथियारबंद सुरक्षाकर्मियों की फौज और बख्तरबंद गाड़ियों के काफिले दिखते थे, गुरुवार को उन्हीं सड़कों पर हजारों लोग बेखौफ होकर चलते हुए दिखाई दिए. पहले कश्मीर में होने वाले राजनीतिक जलसों पर भी डर का साया रहता था लेकिन गुरुवार को श्रीनगर का पूरा बख्शी स्टेडियम लोगों से भर गया. प्रोग्राम खत्म होने के बाद भी हजारों लोग स्टेडियम के बाहर खड़े दिखाई दिए. लंबी-लंबी लाइनें लगीं, श्रीनगर की सड़कों पर ढोल नगाड़े बजाते हुए लोग उसी तरह मोदी के कार्यक्रम में पहुंचे जैसे दिल्ली, मुंबई, कोलकाता या दूसरे शहरों में किसी राजनीतिक रैली में पहुंचते हैं. कहने का मतलब ये है कि कश्मीर की फिंज़ा बिल्कुल बदली हुई नज़र आई. बख्शी स्टेडियम में बारह बजे सभा शुरू होनी वाली थी, लेकिन लोगों के पहुंचने का सिलसिला सुबह सात बजे से शुरू हो गया, वो भी सुबह दो डिग्री की ठंड में. अनंतनाग, बारामूला, बडगाम, बांदीपोर, गांदरबल, कुपवाड़ा, कुलगाम, पुलवामा, शोपियां समेत हर इलाके से लोग श्रीनगर पहुंचे. सुबह दस बजे अच्छी धूप खिल गई, तापमान भी बढ़ गया और सियासी गर्मी भी. कुछ साल पहले तक कश्मीर की सड़कों पर आम लोग कम, सुरक्षाकर्मी ज्यादा दिखाई देते थे लेकिन गुरुवार को सुरक्षाकर्मी गिने-चुने थे और जनता हजारों में थी. कश्मीर के लोगों ने कई दशकों बाद किसी कार्यक्रम में ऐसी भीड़ देखी. नोट करने वाली बात ये है कि मोदी के प्रोग्राम में हर वर्ग के लोग पहुंचे, बड़ी संख्या में मुस्लिम पुरुष-महिलाएं थीं, कश्मीरी युवा भी थे. मोदी के पहुंचने से पहले बख्शी स्टेडियम में पहुंच चुके लोगों ने कहा कि कश्मीर बदल चुका है, अब कश्मीर के हर हिस्से में तरक्की पहुंच रही है, धारा 370 हटने के बाद अमन लौटा है, नौजवानों के हाथों में अब पत्थर नहीं हैं, अब कश्मीरी यूथ जिंदगी की नई राह पर निकल चुका है, अब सैलानी आ रहे हैं, डल झील की रौनक और वादियों की खूबसूरती लौट आई है. बख्शी स्टेडियम में मोदी का प्रोग्राम सरकारी था. 6400 करोड़ रुपये के 53 प्रोजेक्ट्स का लोकार्पण और शिलान्यास होना था. मोदी ने कश्मीरी कारीगरों से बात की, उनके प्रोडक्ट्स देखे, मंच पर पहुंच कर 1000 नौजवानों को नौकरी के नियुक्ति पत्र बांटे और शोपियां, जम्मू, कुपवाड़ा, श्रीनगर, गांदरबल, बांदीपुरा, कठुआ और किश्तवाड़ में स्टार्टअप्स शुरू करने वाले नौजवानों और महिलाओं से बात की. मोदी ने अपने भाषण में जम्मू-कश्मीर की तरक्की की बात की, और फिर विरोधियों पर निशाना साधा. मोदी ने कहा कि दशकों तक धारा 370 के नाम पर कुछ राजनीतिक परिवारों ने देश को गुमराह किया लेकिन अब वो वक्त चला गया है, अब कश्मीर में वो बदलाव साफ दिख रहा है, जिसका इंतज़ार बरसों से था. मोदी ने परिवारवादी पार्टियों पर सीधा निशाना साधा. कहा कि परिवारवादी पार्टियों ने जम्मू-कश्मीर का बहुत नुकसान किया है लेकिन अब उन लोगों को समझ में आ गया है कि कश्मीरी लोगों के दिल में मोदी है, और मोदी के दिल में कश्मीर है. कश्मीर में गुरुवार को जो भीड़ देखने को मिली, वहां के लोगों से मोदी के बारे में जो सुनने को मिला, ये वहां के लोगों के जज़्बात हैं. और ये जज़्बा पैदा करना आसान नहीं था. आर्टिकल 370 हटने के बाद कश्मीर में जिस तेजी से काम हुआ, ये उसका असर है. मैं आपको कुछ मोटी-मोटी बातें गिनवा सकता हूं. एक ज़माने में कश्मीर को फिल्मों की शूटिंग के लिए जाना जाता था. वहां मुंबई से लोग पहुंचते थे लेकिन धीरे-धीरे ये सिलसिला बंद हो गया. लेकिन पिछले कुछ सालों में 400 से ज्यादा फिल्मों की शूटिंग की इजाज़त दी गई है. कश्मीर में अब सिनेमा हॉल खुल गए हैं, लोग बेखौफ होकर फिल्में देखने जाते हैं. इस बदलाव को कौन पसंद नहीं करेगा? कश्मीर की सबसे बड़ी ताकत वहां की tourism रही है. अब एक बार फिर कश्मीर में टूरिस्ट की भीड़ दिखाई देती है. पिछले साल 1 करोड़ 84 लाख से ज्यादा टूरिस्ट आए जो कि एक रिकॉर्ड है. होटलों में जगह नहीं मिलती, फ्लाइट्स एडवांस में बुक करानी पड़ती है लेकिन टूरिस्ट के लिए लगातार सुविधाएं बढ़ी हैं. डल लेक में शिकारे फिर से चलने लगे हैं. 75 नए ट्रैकिंग रूट्स खोले गए हैं, जो नॉर्मल्सी का सबूत है. कश्मीर में शिक्षा हमेशा से एक बड़ी समस्या रही है. वहां के छात्रों को पढ़ने के लिए बाहर जाना पड़ता था. अब कश्मीर में 50 नए कॉलेज खोले गए हैं. जो colleges पहले थे उनमें 25 हजार सीटों का इजाफा किया गया है, जो पिछले 70 साल में नहीं हुआ. अब IIT, IIM और IIMC शुरु हो गई है. कश्मीर के लोगों को हमेशा इलाज के लिए परेशान होना पड़ता था, अच्छे अस्पताल नहीं थे. जो थे, वो कम पड़ते थे. अब दो नए AIIMS खोले गए हैं, 7 नए मेडिकल कॉलेज बने हैं, पांच नए नर्सिंग कॉलेज शुरु किए गए हैं. कश्मीर के लोगों को हमेशा शिकायत रहती थी सड़कों की. पिछले 3 साल में 16 हजार 807 किलोमीटर नई सड़कें बनाई गईं हैं. जम्मू से किश्तवाड़ जाना हो या श्रीनगर से जम्मू जाना हो या श्रीनगर से गुलमर्ग जाना हो, हर जगह ट्रैवल टाइम कम हुआ है. दिल्ली से कटरा अब पांच घंटे में पहुंचा जा सकता है. हर गांव के लिए सड़क बनाई जा रही है और पिछले तीन साल में 244 नए पुल बनाए गए हैं. उजाला स्कीम के तहत LED लाइट्स लगी हैं, साढ़े 3 लाख से ज्यादा घरों को बिजली पहुंची है. ऐसे कामों की फेहरिस्त बहुत लंबी है जिसका सीधा असर लोगों की रोजमर्रा की जिंदगी पर हुआ है. इनमें एक बड़ा काम बिजली का है. जाड़े के दिनों में बिजली की कमी से कश्मीर के लोग ठिठुरते थे लेकिन पिछले 70 साल में सिर्फ 3 हजार 500 मेगावॉट पावर का जेनेरेशन हुआ था. लेकिन तीन साल में पावर जेनेरेशन को डबल करने का प्लान है. ये सब वो काम है जो सीधे सीधे आम कश्मीरी की जिंदगी से ताल्लुक रखते हैं. इसीलिए लोगों के दिल में मोदी सरकार के प्रति सकारात्मक सोच का दौर शुरु हुआ है. लेकिन कश्मीर को पिछले 70 साल में जिस तरह की परिस्थितियों का सामना करना पड़ा, उसको देखते हुए ये बहुत कम है. शुरुआत अच्छी है लेकिन इसे अंजाम तक ले जाने के लिए कश्मीर को तरक्की और खुशहाली दिलाने के लिए अभी बहुत किया जाना बाकी है. अच्छी बात ये है कि हम सही दिशा में बढ़ रहे हैं और कश्मीर के लोगों के मन में भरोसा पैदा हो रहा है.
संदेशखाली और शाहजहां : ममता ने बड़ी गलतियां की
संदेशखाली में महिलाओं पर जुल्म करने वाले शेख शाहजहां को लेकर ममता बनर्जी को हर मोर्चे पर शर्मींदगी झेलनी पड़ी. शाहजहां को सीबीआई से बचाने की ममता की हर कोशिश नाकाम हो गई. Calcutta हाईकोर्ट के फैसले के खिलाफ ममता सरकार की अपील पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने तत्काल सुनवाई करने से इंकार कर दिया. इसके बाद हाईकोर्ट ने बंगाल पुलिस को शाहजहां को शाम साढ़े चार बजे तक सीबीआई के हवाले करने का आदेश दिया, ममता की सरकार में मुख्य सचिव, पुलिस महानिदेशक और सीआईडी के अतिरिक्त महानिदेशक को अदालत की अवमानना का नोटिस थमा दिया लेकिन इसके बाद भी पुलिस ने सीबीआई की टीम को दो घंटे तक बैठाकर रखा. ममता सरकार द्वारा शाहजहाँ को बचाने की नाकाम कोशिश का एक और नतीजा ये हुआ कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी को पूरा मौका मिला. उन्होंने बंगाल जाकर कहा कि ममता को न मां की चिंता है, न माटी की, न मानुष की, उन्हें सिर्फ एक अपराधी की फिक्र है जिसने संदेशखाली की माताओं-बहनों के सम्मान को तार तार किया. मोदी ने संदेशखाली में शेख शाहजहां के जुल्मों की शिकार हुई महिलाओं से मुलाकात की, उनसे बात की, उनकी पीड़ा को सुना और न्याय का पूरा भरोसा दिलाया. बारासात की रैली में मोदी ने बंगाल के लोगों से कहा कि संदेशखाली में जो हुआ, उसके लिए बंगाल की महिलाएं ममता को जरूर सबक सिखाएंगी. संदेशखाली अब पश्चिम बंगाल के चुनावी माहौल का सबसे बड़ा मुद्दा बन गया है. असल में ममता की सरकार ने इसके लिए पूरी ताकत लगाई कि किसी भी सूरत में शाहजहां को सीबीआई के सुपुर्द न करना पड़े. कलकत्ता हाईकोर्ट ने तो मंगलवार को ही बंगाल पुलिस को आदेश दिया था कि शहाजहां को सीबीआई के हवाले करे लेकिन ममता की सरकार ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में अपील करने की बात कह कर शाहजहां को लेने पहुंची सीबीआई की टीम को वापस लौटा दिया. बुधवार को बंगाल सरकार की तरफ से अभिषेक मनु सिंघवी ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट से गुहार लगाई कि अपील पर जल्द सुनवाई हो, लेकिन कोर्ट ने ये कहकर इंकार कर दिया कि चीफ जस्टिस की बेंच ही तय करेगी कि अर्जी पर कब और कौन सी बेंच सुनवाई करेगी. इसी दौरान कलकत्ता हाईकोर्ट में ED की तरफ से ममता बनर्जी की सरकार के खिलाफ अदालत की अवमानना की अर्जी दायर की गई. हाईकोर्ट को बताया गया कि अदालत के आदेश के बाद भी बंगाल पुलिस ने शेख शाहजहां को सीबीआई के हवाले नहीं किया. इस पर हाईकोर्ट ने सख्त नाराजगी जाहिर की और राज्य के शीर्ष अधिकारियों को अदालत की अवमानना का नोटिस जारी कर दिया. हार् कोर्ट ने बंगाल पुलिस को फिर से आदेश दिया कि वह आरोपी शाहजहां को शाम साढे़ चार बजे तक CBI के हवाले करे और इस मामले की सारी फाइलें CBI को सौंप दे लेकिन हैरानी की बात ये है कि शाम छह बजे तक बंगाल पुलिस ने शाहजहां को सीबीआई के हवाले नहीं किया. लगभग दो घंटे इंतज़ार कराने के बाद पहले बंगाल पुलिस शाहजहां को मेडिकल चेक-अप के लिए अस्पताल ले गई और क़रीब पौने सात बजे CBI के हवाले किया. एजेंसीज के रूख से, सरकार के तेवरों से, कैसे अपराधी का रवैया और उसके हावभाव बदलते हैं, ये भी बुधवार को साफ नजर आया. सीबीआई की टीम जब शेख शाहजहां को मेडिकल चैकअप के लिए ले जा रही थी, तो उसके चेहरे पर हवाइयां उड़ रही थी, चेहरा उतरा हुआ था. लेकिन ठीक एक हफ्ते पहले जब पश्चिम बंगाल की पुलिस ने शाहजहां को कोर्ट में पेश किया था तो पुलिस उसे एस्कॉट कर रही थी. शेख शाहजहां जेब में हाथ डालकर कोर्टरूम में घुसा. उसने कैमरे देखकर विक्ट्री साइन दिखाई . इसके बाद जब कोर्ट से बाहर निकला, उस वक्त गाड़ी में बैठने से पहले नेताओं की तरह उसने पब्लिक की तरफ हाथ हिलाकर वेव किया. लेकिन जब शाहजहां सीबीआई की गिरफ्त में आया तो उसकी सारी अकड़ खत्म हो चुकी थी. और जो रही सही है, वो अगले दो चार दिनों की खारितरदारी में खत्म हो जाएगी. शाहजहां अब CBI की कस्टडी में है. आज उसे याद आ रहा होगा कि वो अपनी पब्लिक मीटिंग्स में लोगों से कहता था कि CBI और ED उसका बाल भी बांका नहीं कर सकते. वो कहता था कि भगवान से प्रार्थना करो कि उसे गुस्सा ना आए, अगर उसे गुस्सा आया तो वो बीजेपी के वर्कर्स के दांत तोड़ देगा और बीजेपी के नेताओं की खाल खिंचवा देगा. कोई भी लीडर चाहे कितना भी ताकतवर क्यों न हो, बिना मुख्यमंत्री की शह के, बिना मुख्यमंत्री के संरक्षण के सरेआम इस तरह की बातें नहीं कह सकता. अब तो ममता बनर्जी को भी इस बात का एहसास हो गया होगा कि 56 दिन तक खामख्वाह शाहजहां जैसे अपराधी को बचाने की कोशिश की, उसे पनाह देने की कोशिश की, उसके जुल्मों पर पर्दा डालने की कोशिश की, एक तरफ कोर्ट को नाराज किया, दूसरी तरफ गलत राजनीतिक संदेश भेजा, इन सब का नतीजा ये हुआ कि बीजेपी को बैठे बिठाए ममता के खिलाफ एक बड़ा मुद्दा मिल गया. लोकसभा चुनाव में बीजेपी इसे एक बड़ा मुद्दा बनाएगी. बंगाल की महिलाओं को बार बार याद दिलाएगी कि दीदी ने एक अपराधी को बचाया, महिलाओं पर जुल्म करने वालों का साथ दिया. बारासात में मोदी ने इसका पूरा इस्तेमाल किया. बारासात उत्तरी 24 परगना जिले का एक शहर है और संदेशखाली से 85 किलोमीटर दूर है. कोलकाता से बारासात के रास्ते में लोगों ने मोदी का फूलों से स्वागत किया. मोदी की रैली को नाम दिया गया था, नारी शक्ति वंदन, इसीलिए बड़ी संख्या में महिलाएं इस रैली में शामिल हुईं. खास बात ये थी कि मोदी की रैली में मोदी को सुनने के लिए बड़ी संख्या में संदेशखाली की महिलाएं भी बारासात आई थीं. हालांकि जैसे ही प्रशासन को इस बात की खबर लगी तो संदेशखाली की महिलाओं को रास्ते में रोका गया, उनसे पूछताछ की गई और कुछ ही महिलाओं को मोदी की रैली तक जाने दिया गया. लेकिन ये सारी महिलाएं रैली में उस वक्त पहुंची जब मोदी का भाषण खत्म हो चुका था. रैली खत्म होने के बाद मोदी ने मंच से उतर कर शाहजहां के जुल्मों की शिकार इन महिलाओं से मुलाकात की, उनसे काफी देर बात की, उनकी आपबीती सुनी. मोदी से इन महिलाओं ने कहा कि उन्हें अभी भी धमकियां मिल रही हैं, बंगाल की सरकार और बंगाल की पुलिस पर उन्हें यकीन नहीं हैं, वे अभी भी खौफ के साये में जी रहे हैं. मोदी ने इन महिलाओं को यकीन दिलाया कि केन्द्र सरकार उनके साथ खड़ी हैं, उन्हें न्याय दिलाने के लिए हर संभव कोशिश की जाएगी, इसलिए अब उन्हें किसी से डरने की जरूरत नहीं हैं. इस बीच ममता बनर्जी ने महिलाओं को लुभाने के लिए बुधवार को ऐलान किया कि ASHA वर्कर्स, ICDS हेल्पर और आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकर्ताओं की सैलरी बढ़ाई जाएगी. ममता बनर्जी ने अपना एक रिकॉर्डेड बयान जारी किया जिसमें उन्होने कहा कि बीजेपी बंगाल की शान्ति को भंग करने की कोशिश कर रही है, चुनाव के मौके पर बंगाल को बदनाम करने की साजिश कर रही हैं और तृणमूल कांग्रेस इस कोशिश को कभी कामयाब नहीं होने देगी. ममता 10 मार्च को कोलकाता में जनगर्जना रैली करेंगी. ममता बनर्जी भले ही बीजेपी पर माहौल को खराब करने का इल्जाम लगाएं, संदेशखाली को बीजेपी की साजिश बताएं, लेकिन ये तो पूरे देश ने देखा है कि अगर शाहजहां और उसके गुंडे ED की टीम पर हमला न करते, और अगर ममता बनर्जी उसी दिन शेख शाहजहां को गिरफ्तार करवा देती, तो हो सकता है कि संदेशखाली की महिलाओं के साथ हुए जुल्म और जमीनों पर कब्जे के मामले कभी सामने ही न आते. इसलिए पहली गलती तो ममता ने शाहजहां को गिरफ्तार करने के बजाय, उसे छुपा कर की. इसके बाद जब संदेशखाली में केंद्रीय सुरक्षा बलों की तैनाती हुई, बीजेपी के नेताओं के दौरे शुरू हुए तो वहां के लोगों को हिम्मत मिली, संदेशखाली की महिलाओं ने खुद कैमरे के सामने के सामने आकर रो-रोकर अपनी दास्तां कही लेकिन ममता ने विधानसभा में खड़े होकर महिलाओं के आंसूओं को एक्टिंग बता दिया, आरोपों को झूठा करार दिया, महिलाओं के बयानों को बीजेपी की स्क्रिप्ट बता दिया. ये ममता की दूसरी गलती थी. इसके बाद संदेशखाली की महिलाओं के एफीडेविट कोर्ट में जमा हुए. कोर्ट के दबाव में पुलिस को FIR दर्ज करनी पड़ी. फिर हाईकोर्ट के आदेश के बाद बंगाल की पुलिस ने शाहजहां को गिरफ्तार किया और उसे सीबीआई से बचाने के लिए ममता बनर्जी ने ED पर हमले के केस की जांच CID को सौंप दी और शाहजहां को CID की कस्टडी में भेज दिया. ये ममता की तीसरी गलती थी. इसके बाद जब हाईकोर्ट ने ED पर हमले का केस सीबीआई को ट्रांसफर करने और शेख शाहजहां को सीबीआई के हवाले करने का आदेश दिया, तो पुलिस ने कोर्ट का आदेश नहीं माना. ये ममता सरकार की चौथी गलती थी और इसके बाद ममता ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में कलकत्ता हाईकोर्ट के फैसले के खिलाफ अपील की. ये ममता की पांचवी गलती थी. चूंकि ममता लगातार शेख शाहजहां को बचाने की कोशिश कर रही हैं, इसलिए उनके खिलाफ महिलाओं में गुस्सा पनप रहा है. अगर ममता ने पहले ही दिन शाहजहां को गिरफ्तार कर लिया होता, उसे जेल भेजा होता, तो शायद ये मामला इतना न बढ़ता लेकिन ममता ने लगातार गलतियां की, उससे उनके खिलाफ जो माहौल बना, उसका फायदा अगर बीजेपी उठा रही हैं, तो इसमें गलत क्या है? .चुनाव सामने है – मौका भी है और दस्तूर भी.
SANDESHKHALI AND SHAHJAHAN : HOW MAMATA COMMITTED BLUNDERS
West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee had to face embarrassment on all fronts over the issue of atrocities on women in Sandeshkhali. Mamata Banerjee tried her best to avoid handing over Sandeshkhali strongman Shahjahan Sheikh to CBI, despite Calcutta High Court order. The Supreme Court refused an urgent hearing on her government’s appeal against HC order. The High Court issued a contempt of court notice to the state chief secretary, police director-general and additional director-general of state CID for defying the court orer. In spite of all these, West Bengal Police handed over Shahajahan to CBI only when two hours elapsed after the High Court deadline of 4.30 pm on Wednesday. In Barasat, 85 km away from Sandeshkhali, Prime Minister Narendra Modi lashed out at Mamata Banerjee and asked the people of Bengal to teach her party a lesson for committing “sins” against women. In a hard-hitting speech at Barasat rally, Modi said, Mamata does not care ‘Ma (mother), Maati (soil), Maanush (human beings)’, and was trying to shield a criminal, who dishonoured the mothers and sisters of Sandeshkhali. Modi also met five women victims from Sandeshkhali after the rally and listened to their woes. Sandeshkhali has now become a major issue in the Lok Sabha elections in Bengal. In sharp contrast to the ‘V’ sign shown by Shahjahan Sheikh outside Barasat court, he was looking crestfallen on Wednesday when the CBI team took him away from the state police headquarters. Shahjahan Sheikh used to say in his public meetings that CBI and ED will not be able to harm him. He had also threatened to “skin” BJP workers alive and break their teeth. Any leader on a local level can never issue such threats unless he gets protection from the chief minister. Mamata Banerjee may be realizing now why her government tried to protect a criminal for 56 days and tried to hide his crimes. On one hand, Mamata faced the displeasure of courts, and on the other hand, she sent a wrong political message. The result was: BJP got a handle to beat Mamata’s party easily. BJP is going to make Sandeshkhali a big issue in the forthcoming elections and will tell the voters how Didi gave protection to a criminal who committed sexual abuses against women. Modi named his Barasat rally as ‘Naari Shakti Vandan’. At the rally, Modi spoke for seven minutes on Sandeshkhali and said, these atrocities has brought shame to the nation. He said, “the women of Bengal will never tolerate Mamata government which tried to protect the criminal who committed excesses on the women of Sandeshkhali”. After the rally, Modi consoled the women victims and said that the Centre would try its best to secure justice for them and they need not fear anymore. On Wednesday, Mamata Banerjee tried to counter Modi’s attack, by raising the salaries of ASHA workers, Anganwadi nurses and ICDS helpers. In a recorded video statement, Mamata alleged that BJP leaders are trying to disturb peace in Bengal and defame the state. Mamata will hold a Jana-Garjana Rally in Kolkata’s Brigade Parade Ground on March 10. Mamata may blame BJP for “conspiring” to raise the Sandeshkhali issue, but the entire nation has seen how Shahjahan’s goons in Sandeshkhali attacked the ED team which it came to conduct searches. Had Mamata got Shahjahan arrested, the issue of atrocities against women and land grab would not have come to the fore. The first mistake that Mamata committed was to hide Shahjahan from arrest. When central forces were deployed and BJP leaders started visiting Sandeshkhali, the local women and villagers gained courage and raised their voices. The women victims narrated their woes in front of cameras, but Mamata mocked their allegations and said in the assembly that all these tears were mere acting and the allegations were baseless. She described the allegations of women victims as “scripted by BJP”. This was Mamata’s second big mistake. The women of Sandeshkhali filed their affidavits before the court, and under judicial order, police had to file FIR. It was only after the Hight Court order, that West Bengal police was forced to arrest Shahjahan Sheikh. To shield the criminal from CBI, Mamata handed over the probe to her state CID. Shahjahan was sent to CID custody. That was Mamata’s third big mistake. When the High Court took a stern stand and ordered that the case relating to attack on ED be transferred to CBI and that Shahjahan be handed over to CBI, her government tried to defy the order. This was Mamata’s fourth big mistake. When her government approached the Supreme Court to appeal against the High Court order, it was her fifth mistake. Since Mamata Banerjee tried hard to shield Shahjahan, anger is already growing among women in Bengal. Had Mamata arrested Shahjahan on the first day itself and sent him to jail, the issue would not have blown to such a big proportion. Mamata committed several blunders continuously. Now that an atmosphere against her party is building up, BJP is trying to take advantage. There is nothing wrong in it. Since the elections are not far away, it is a big opportunity and a norm for any political rival.
एक सोची-समझी रणनीति : ए. राजा ने किया भारत माता का अपमान
जैसे जैसे चुनाव नजदीक आ रहा है, विरोधी दलों के नेताओं की बौखलाहट बढ़ रही है और इस चक्कर में रोज सेल्फ-गोल कर रहे हैं. मंगलवार को मोदी-विरोधी मोर्चे के सहयोगी DMK के नेता ए. राजा ने फिर प्रभु राम के बारे में ज़हर उगला. यहां तक कह दिया कि बीजेपी के जय श्रीराम पर वो थूकते हैं. ए. राजा ने भारत को राष्ट्र मानने से इंकार कर दिया. कहा, कि अगर बीजेपी भारत माता की जय का नारा लगाने को कहती है तो बिल्कुल नहीं लगाएंगे क्योंकि भारत कोई देश नहीं हैं, कोई राष्ट्र नहीं है, भारत तो राज्यों का समूह है और हर राज्य अपने आप में एक राष्ट्र है. ए. राजा ने कहा कि वो रामायण को नहीं मानते, रामचरित मानस को नहीं मानते, वो कंबन की रामायण को मानते हैं जिसमें राम ने एक दलित को भाई बनाया, एक बंदर को अपना भाई बनाया. ए. राजा ने रविवार 3 मार्त को कोयम्बटूर में मुख्यमंत्री एम. के. स्टालिन के जन्मदिन पर आयोजित एक जनसभा में कही. भरी सभा में हजारों कार्यकर्ताओं के सामने माइक पर चिल्ला-चिल्ला कर ए. राजा ने कहा कि अगर बीजेपी एक ईश्वर का नाम लेकर उनकी पूजा करने की बात थोपेगी तो तमिलनाडु की जनता इसे बिलकुल स्वीकार नहीं करेगी. ए. राजा ने राष्ट्र की अपनी परिभाषा भी दी. कहा कि राष्ट्र वह होता है, जहां एक जैसी संस्कृति हो, एक जैसी परंपराएं हों, एक भाषा हो. इस लिहाज से भारत कोई राष्ट्र नहीं है, भारत कई राष्ट्रों को मिलकर उपमहाद्वीप है. इसलिए अगर कोई ज़बरदस्ती भारत माता की जय का नारा लगाने का दवाब डालतचा है, तो तमिलनाडू की जनता इसे कभी स्वीकार नहीं करेगी. ए. राजा जैसे नेता गज़ब का दोहरा चरित्र रखते हैं. अगर वह भारत को देश नहीं मानते, तो संसद का चुनाव लड़कर संसद में क्यों बैठते हैं ? संविधान की शपथ क्यों लेते हैं ? केन्द्र सरकार में मंत्री क्यों बनते थे ? ये वही ए. राजा हैं जो डॉ. मनमोहन सिंह की सरकार में संचार मंत्री थे, जिनका नाम 2-जी घोटाले में आया, फिर उन्हें मंत्रिमंडल से हटाया गया, वह जेल में रहे, पांच बार सासंद रह चुके हैं, केन्द्र सरकार में चार बार मंत्री रह चुके हैं और कह रहे हैं कि भारत को राष्ट्र नहीं मानते. यानि जब मंत्री हों, सत्ता में हों, तो शासन करने के लिए भारत राष्ट्र है और जब विपक्ष में हों, सत्ता से बाहर हों, तो भारत को राष्ट्र नहीं मानेंगे. ये रवैया हैरान करने वाला हैं. बीजेपी नेता रविशंकर प्रसाद ने पूछा कि क्या DMK ने संविधान नहीं पढ़ा? क्या ए. राजा ने संविधान की झूठी शपथ ली थी और अब वह देश की एकता को खंड-खंड करने की बातें कर रहे हैं? कांग्रेस ने ए. राजा का बयान ख़ारिज करने में देर नहीं की. कांग्रेस प्रवक्ता सुप्रिया श्रीनेत ने कहा कि कांग्रेस भगवान राम को आदर्श मानती है, भगवान राम के प्रति आस्था रखती है, इसलिए कांग्रेस राजा के बयान की निंदा करती है. सुप्रिया श्रीनेत ने कहा कि कांग्रेस के सहयोगी दलों के नेताओं को सोच-समझकर बोलना चाहिए. वहीं आरजेडी नेता तेजस्वी यादव ने कहा कि ए. राजा ने जो कुछ कहा वो उनकी निजी राय है, RJD उससे सहमत नहीं. DMK के प्रवक्ता टी.के.एस. एलंगोवन ने कहा कि अपने बयान पर ए. राजा ही सफ़ाई दे सकते हैं, पार्टी को कुछ नहीं कहना है. यहां याद दिला दूं कि 3 जुलाई 2022 को ए. राजा ने मुख्यमंत्री एम. के. स्टालिन की मौजूदगी में अलग देश की मांग उठाई थी. उस वक्त भी स्टालिन ने उन्हें टोका नहीं, रोका नहीं और बाद में DMK ने राजा के बयान को उनका निजी बयान बता दिया. लेकिन चूंकि चुनाव का वक्त है, इसलिए अब राजा के बयान से सिर्फ स्टालिन को नहीं, उनके सहयोगी दलों को भी जवाब देना पड़ेगा. जहां तक ए. राजा का बयान है तो इसमें मैं दो बातें कहना चाहता हूं. पहला ये कि अब ये तर्क नहीं चलेगा कि अभिव्यक्ति की आजादी है, कोई कुछ भी बोल सकता है. सोमवार को ही सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने हिन्दुत्व की तुलना मलेरिया और डेंगू से करने वाले DMK नेता उदयनिधि स्टालिन को फटकार लगाई थी. उदयनिधि एम. के. स्टालिन के बेटे हैं और अपने पिता के मंत्रिमंडल में मंत्री हैं. उदयनिधइ ने हिन्दुत्व को जड़ से खत्म करने की बात कही थी. जब कई सारे मुकदमे दर्ज हुए तो राहत पाने के लिए सुप्रीम कोर्ट गए थे लेकिन सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने साफ कह दिया कि अभिव्यक्ति की आजादी का मतलब माहौल को खराब करने की आजादी नहीं हैं और नेताओं को, मंत्रियों को इसका खास ध्यान रखना चाहिए. इसके बाद भी फिर DMK के नेता ने इस तरह के बेतुके बयान दिए. दूसरी बात, चाहे ए, राजा हों, या उदयनिधि, ये बिना सोचे समझे नहीं बोलते. ये बयान उनकी राजनीतिक रणनीति का हिस्सा है. हकीकत ये है कि राममंदिर निर्माण के बाद जिस तरह प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी तमिलनाडु के मंदिरों में गए, अयोध्या में प्राण प्रतिष्ठा से पहले रामेश्वरम गए, रंगनाथस्वामी मंदिर में बैठकर कंबन रामायण का पाठ सुना था, इसलिए अब DMK को लग रहा है कि बीजेपी तमिलनाडू में अपनी जमीन तैयार कर सकती है. इसीलिए अब DMK के नेताओं ने हिन्दू, हिन्दुत्व और भगवान राम के खिलाफ अपमानजनक बयान देने शुरू किए हैं.
