इज़राइल में हमास के वहशीपन की एक स्वर में निंदा होनी चाहिए
मैं हैरान हूं कि इज़राइल में हमास के वहशीपन की तस्वीरें देखने के बाद भी कुछ लोग और संगठन उसे डिफेंड करने में लगे हैं. छोटे-छोटे मासूम बच्चे की चीखें सुनने के बाद भी कुछ लोगों का दिल नहीं दहला. मां बेटियों को मारकर उनके कपड़े उतारकर नुमाइश करने वाले दहशतगर्दों को कई जगह सपोर्ट मिला. ये निहायत ही शर्मनाक है. क्योंकि ये कोई जंग नहीं है. ये इज़राइल और फिलिस्तीन के बीच का संघर्ष नहीं है. हमास ने जो किया वो इंसानियत पर हमला है, वहशियत की इंतहा है. और ऐसा करने वालों ने मज़हब की आड़ ली. जुल्म करते समय अल्लाह हु अकबर के नारे लगाए. ये और भी बड़ा अपराध है. दुनिया का कोई धर्म इस तरह की वहशियाना हरक़त की इजाज़त नहीं देता. जो लोग ऐसे क़त्ल कर रहे हैं, वे सच्चे मुसलमान नही हो सकते. और ये जंग किसी मुल्क की आबरू के लिए भी नहीं है. मुल्कों की जंग फौजें लड़ती है. मासूम बच्चों, बेबस औरतों और बीमार लोगों से नहीं. ये सही है कि हमास के इस हमले से मोसाद की साख को बट्टा लगा है. अब वो कैसे दावा करेंगे कि वो दुनिया की सबसे चतुर चालाक इंटेलिजेंस एजेंसी है? ये भी सही है कि हमास ने इज़राइल पर घर में घुसकर जो हमला किया उससे इज़राइली फौज की काबिलियत पर भी सवाल उठेंगे.अब तक तो ये कहा जाता था कि इजराइल की फौज के पास ऐसा नेटवर्क है जो दुश्मन को दूर से ही पहचान लेता है. अब तक तो ये माना जाता था कि इजराइल की डिफेंस इतनी मजबूत है कि कोई उसमें सेंध नहीं लगा सकता. लेकिन हमास ने ये करके दिखाया. लेकिन सवाल ये है क्या हमास को इसका फायदा होगा? अगर एक मिनट के लिए इंसानियत को छोड़कर हमास के एक्शन को रणनीति के हिसाब से देखा जाए, तो भी इस जंग से उन्हें क्या हासिल होगा? क्या इजराइल डर जाएगा? क्या इजराइल फिलिस्तीनी इलाकों को खाली करके भाग जाएगा? असल में जो हो रहा है और जो होगा वो इसका बिलकुल उल्टा है. अब इज़राइल की थल सेना और वायु सेना अपनी ताकत दिखा रही है. पांच दिन से गाजा पर ज़बरदस्त हमले हो रहे हैं और ये जंग हमास को बहुत महंगी पड़ेगी. इस खूनी संघर्ष से किसी को कोई फायदा नहीं होगा. इसलिए इस जंग को खुले दिमाग से समझने की ज़रूरत है. इस मारकाट को इंसानियत की नजरों से देखने की ज़रूरत है. वक्त का तक़ाजा है कि कोई भी दहशतगर्दों का साथ न दे. बेकसूर बच्चों, बेटियों और बेबस नागरिकों पर ज़ुल्म करने वालों का कोई समर्थन न करे. इस वक्त ढाई लाख लोग गाज़ा में अपने घरबार छोड़ कर इधर-उधर भाग रहे हैं ताकि इज़राइली बमबारी से खुद को बचा सकें. अब तक 2,100 से ज़्यादा जानें जा चुकी है और ये युद्ध सीरिया और लेबनान में बैठे हिज़बुल्ला आतंकियों तक पहुंच चुका है. अकेले गाज़ा में 900 से ज्यादा लोग मारे जा चुके हैं, और उनमें 260 बच्चे और 230 महिलाएं शामिल हैं.अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति जो बाइडन ने हमास द्वारा किये गये कत्लेआम को अमानवीय बताया है और कहा है कि उनका मुल्क इज़राइल का पूरी तरह साथ देगा. प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने मंगलवार को इज़राइल के पीएम बेन्जामिन नेतन्याहु से फोन पर बात की और कहा कि भारत की जनता पूरी तरह संकट की इस घड़ी में इज़राइल के साथ है. संयुक्त राष्ट्र महासचिव एंटोनियो गुटेरेस ने कहा है कि वो फलस्तीनी अवाम की जायज़ समस्याओं को मानते हैं, लेकिन जिस तरह का आतंक बेगुनाह नागरिकों पर बरपाया गया उसे किसी भी सूरत में न्यायोचित नहीं ठहराया जा सकता. हमास के आतंकवादी आम नागरिकों को ढाल बना कर छुपे हुए हैं और वो चाहते हैं कि गाज़ा में ज्यादा से ज्यादा नागरिक मरें ताकि दुनिया शनिवार को हुई आमानवीय घटनाओं को भूल जाए. हमास द्वारा किये गये ज़ुल्मों को किसी भी रूप से उचित नहीं ठहराया जा सकता.इसकी जितनी भी निंदा की जाए कम है.
Israel: Brutal crimes by Hamas must be condemned unequivocally
I am surprised to find how some individuals and organisations in India are defending the terror outfit Hamas that carried out a bloody rampage in Israel last weekend, committing crimes of bestiality against innocent men and women. More than 150 people have been kidnapped by Hamas terrorists, who have threatened to kill them, one by one. I am appalled how people are so insensitive to the cries and wails of innocent children facing murderers who went on sprees of massacre. The gory visuals of women and daughters brutally murdered and then displayed naked by Hamas terrorists have shocked the world and yet there are people who are justifying these attacks. This is utterly shameful. This was not a war between Israel and Palestine. What the Hamas terrorists did was an attack on humanity. And while doing so, they carried the fig leaf of religion. While committing atrocities, they chanted slogans like ‘Allahu Akbar’ (Allah is great!). This makes their crimes more sordid. No religion in the world permits such bestial crimes. Those trying to defend these brutal murders cannot be called true Muslims. This war is not being fought for the dignity of a nation. Wars are fought between soldiers belonging to conventional armies, not against innocent children, helpless women and sick people. By carrying out the blitzkrieg on Saturday, Hamas has punctured the invincibility of Mossad, which can no more claim to be the world’s cleverest espionage agency. Questions are being raised on how Hamas, in a daring plan, carried out incursions into Israeli territories on land, sea and air, and inflicted casualties. The invincibility of Israel’s Iron Dome has been shattered. Hamas did all this, but to what end? Does it think, Israeli will tremble in fear? Will Israel vacate Palestinian territories? What is happening in retaliation has also shocked the world. Lakhs of civilians living in Gaza Strip are living a life in hell, with Israel imposing a blockade on food, fuel, water and electricity supply. For the last five days, Israeli warplanes have been hammering many localities in Gaza Strip reducing buildings to rubble, with thousands of civilians scurrying to safety. The war has, till now, claimed 2,100 lives, and it is expected to escalate after Israeli forces are fighting Hezbollah militants in Lebanon and Syria. In Gaza alone, more than 900 people, including 260 children and 230 women, have died, while thousands have been wounded. More than 2.5 lakhs people have fled their homes in Gaza to save themselves from bombardment. On Tuesday, US President Joe Biden condemned the weekend attacks by Hamas as “pure, unadulterated evil”. Biden said, “in this moment, we must be crystal clear: We stand with Israel”. He warned adversaries not to take advantage of the crisis. On Tuesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in his telephonic talk with his Israeli counterpart Bejamin Netanyahu, expressed solidarity with Israel and said, “the people of India stand firmly with Israel in this difficult hour and India strongly and unequivocally condemns terrorism in all its forms and manifestations”. Netanyahu assured support for the safety of nearly 18,000 Indians living in Israel. I completely agree with the United Nations Secretary General Antonio Gueterres, who said, “I recognize the legitimate grievances of the Palestinian people, but nothing can justify acts of terror and the killing, maiming and abduction of civilians”. Hamas terrorists are now behaving like the dreaded terror outfit ISIS, by hiding behind civilians, in order to maximize civilian casualties in Gaza and trying to make the world forget the massacre of hundreds of Israelis that started this war in the first place. The misadventure by Hamas will cost the Palestinian cause dearly. This bloody conflict will not help either side. We must try to understand the entire situation with an open mind. Massacres and killings of innocent civilians are blots on humanity. Let us all decide not to directly or indirectly support terrorists who have committed brutal atrocities on innocent children, women and civilians. This is the call of the hour.
केजरीवाल के सामने चुनौतियां
शराब घोटाले में गिरफ्तार संजय सिंह के तीन करीबी लोगों से पूछताछ शुरू हो गई है. सर्वेश मिश्रा से ED पूछताछ कर रही है. ED का दावा है कि संजय सिंह सर्वेश मिश्रा, विवेक त्यागी और कंवरवीर सिंह के जरिए ही अपने काम करवाते थे. शराब घोटाले में सरकारी गवाह बन चुके दिनेश अरोड़ा ने बताया था कि संजय सिंह को दो करोड़ रूपए दो किश्तों में सर्वेश मिश्रा के जरिए दिए गए थे. इसलिए ED ने सर्वेश मिश्रा पूछताछ के लिए बुला लिया और करीब दस घंटे से लगातार पूछताछ चली. सर्वेश के अलावा ED ने संजय सिंह के दो और सहयोगियों विवेक त्यागी और कंवरवीर सिंह को भी पूछताछ का समन जारी कर दिया है. हालांकि संजय सिंह के सहयोगियों से पहले भी पूछताछ हो चुकी है और इसका जिक्र ED ने संजय सिंह के रिमांड पेपर्स में किया है. चूंकि ED का दावा है कि सर्वेश के जरिए ही दो करोड़ रूपए की डिलवरी की गई, इसलिए सर्वेश से पूछताछ के बाद संजय सिंह की मुश्किलें बढ़ सकती हैं. जैसे जैसे संजय सिंह पर शिकंजा कस रहा है, वैसे वैसे इसका राजनीतिक असर भी दिखने लगा है. संजय सिंह की गिरफ्तारी के मुद्दे पर इंडिया एलायन्स में फूट दिखाई दे रही है. कांग्रेस के महासचिव के सी वेणुगोपाल ने कहा कि विरोधियों के खिलाफ जिस तरह का रवैया केन्द्र सरकार है, उसी तरह का रवैया पंजाब में आम आदमी पार्टी की सरकार का विरोधियों के साथ है. अगर संजय सिंह की गिरफ्तारी गलत है, तो फिर पंजाब में कांग्रेस के नेता सुखपाल सिंह खैरा की गिरफ्तारी को भी जायज़ नहीं ठहरा जा सकता. कांग्रेस के इस व्यवहार से केजरीवाल खफा हैं. अब इस मामले में शरद पवार मध्यस्थता कर रहे हैं, लेकिन कोई रास्ता निकलता नहीं दिखाई दे रहा है. असल में संजय सिंह की गिरफ्तारी को लेकर इंडिया एलान्यस में शामिल ज्यादातर पार्टियां खुलकर केजरीवाल के साथ खड़ी हैं लेकिन कांग्रेस ने इस मामले में गोलमोल रूख दिखाया है. कांग्रेस का कोई नेता संजय सिंह के पक्ष में खुलकर नहीं बोला. शुक्रवार को उस वक्त बात और बिगड़ गई जब राहुल गांधी के करीबी और कांग्रेस के महासचिव के सी वेणुगोपाल ने साफ बता दिया कि इस मामले में कांग्रेस केजरीवाल के साथ क्यों नहीं हैं. के सी वेणुगोपाल ने ट्विटर पर लिखा कि .संजय सिंह को ED ने जिस तरह अरेस्ट किया है, वो सियासी बदले की कार्रवाई को एक अलग लेवल पर लेकर जाती है. जांच एजेंसियों के सहारे राजनीतिक बदला लेने की इस प्रवृति का कांग्रेस विरोध करती है और इसीलिए पंजाब में जिस तरह ऑल इंडिया किसान सभा के चेयरपर्सन सुखपाल सिंह खैरा और फॉर्मर डिप्टी सीएम ओपी सोनी को गिरफ्तार किया गया है..कांग्रेस उसका भी विरोध करती है. लोकतंत्र में सबसे फेयर ट्रायल का मौका मिलना चाहिए और जांच एजेंसियों को संविधान के दायरे में काम करना चाहिए. इसके बाद के सी वेणुगोपाल ने एक लाइन और लिखी जो केजरीवाल को सबसे ज्यादा बुरी लगी होगी. वेणुगोपाल ने लिखा कि अगर हम वही बन जाते हैं जिसका हम विरोध करते हैं तो ये सही नहीं है. वेणुगोपाल के कहने का मतलब ये है कि आम आदमी पार्टी दिल्ली में तो अपने नेताओं के खिलाफ जांच एजेंसियों के एक्शन को गलत बता रही है लेकिन पंजाब में आम आदमी पार्टी की सरकार जांच एजेंसियों का दुरूपयोग करके कांग्रेस के नेताओं को गिरफ्तार कर रही है. के सी वेणुगोपाल के बयान का मतलब है, कांग्रेस हाईकमान का बयान, इसीलिए केजरीवाल संकेत तो समझ गए, लेकिन बोले कुछ नहीं. जब उनसे पूछा गया कि संजय सिंह की गिरफ्तारी के मुद्दे पर कांग्रेस तो आपके साथ नहीं हैं तो केजरीवाल ने कहा कि जिसे साथ आना हो आए, जिसे न आना हो, न आए, क्या फर्क पड़ता है, लेकिन शराब घोटाला फर्जी है, ये तो सबको पता है. केजरीवाल संजय सिंह को बेगुनाह बता रहे हैं और कांग्रेस सुखपाल सिंह खैरा को. केजरीवाल बीजेपी पर एजेंसियों का वक्त बर्बाद करने का इल्जाम लगे हैं और सुखपाल सिंह की खैरा की गिरफ्तारी को लेकर कांग्रेस यही बात केजरीवाल को याद दिला रही है. सुखपाल सिंह खैरा पंजाब के पूर्व शिक्षामंत्री सुखजिंदर सिंह खैरा के बेटे हैं. सुखजिंदर सिंह खैरा अकाली नेता थे लेकिन सुखपाल सिंह खैरा ने कांग्रेस से सियासत शुरू की. पंजाब विधानसभा में विपक्ष के नेता रह चुके हैं. तीसरी बार विधानसभा का चुनाव जीते हैं. बीच में कांग्रेस छोड़कर आम आदमी पार्टी में शामिल हुए थे लेकिन केजरीवाल से बनी नहीं और कांग्रेस में लौट आए. कांग्रेस ने उन्हें भारतीय किसान कांग्रेस का अध्यक्ष बना दिया. कुछ दिन पहले भगवंत मान की सरकार ने खैरा को नशीले पदार्थ की तस्करी के केस में गिरफ्तार कर लिया. पंजाब में आम आदमी पार्टी ने कांग्रेस के एक और बड़े नेता ओ पी सैनी को भी गिरफ्तार किया है. पूर्व उपमुख्यमंत्री ओ पी सोनी के खिलाफ भ्रष्टाचार के आरोप है. इन दो बड़े नेताओं की गिरफ्तारी से कांग्रेस परेशान है. लेकिन केजरीवाल ने पिछले हफ्ते पंजाब में कहा कि कानून अपना काम करेगा, भ्रष्टाचार करने वाला, नौजवानों की जिंदगी खराब करने वाले, भ्रष्टाचार करने वाला कोई भी हो उसे बख्शा नहीं जाएगा. ये बात कांग्रेस को बुरी लगी. इसीलिए जब संजय सिंह की गिरफ्तारी हुई, तो कांग्रेस ने चुप्पी साध ली, केजरीवाल के साथ खड़ी नहीं हुई और आज वेणुगोपाल ने इसकी वजह भी बता दी. केजरीवाल चाहते हैं कांग्रेस इस मुद्दे पर उन्हें समर्थन करे, मोदी के खिलाफ सब एकजुट रहें, लेकिन वो सीधे कह नहीं सकते. इसलिए शरद पवार के जरिए अपना संदेश कांग्रेस तक पहुंचाया. शुक्रवार को शरद पवार ने मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे के घर जाकर उनसे मुलाकात की. इस मीटिंग में राहुल गांधी और गुरदीप सप्पल भी मौजूद थे लेकिन क्या बात हुई, बात बनी या नहीं, इस पर तो मीटिंग के बाद किसी ने कुछ नहीं कहा, लेकिन गुरदीप सप्पल की बातों से साफ हो गया कि कांग्रेस का रुख केजरीवाल के लिए सख्त है. सप्पल ने केजरीवाल को वो सारे मौके याद दिला दिए जब कांग्रेस आम आदमी पार्टी के साथ खड़ी रही. सप्पल ने कहा कि कांग्रेस की नीयत तो साफ है, केजरीवाल की पार्टी पंजब में क्या कर रही है, ये देखना भी जरूरी है.
दिल्ली और पंजाब में कांग्रेस और केजरीवाल की तकरार को समझने के लिए इसकी पृष्ठभूमि को समझना जरूरी है. अगर सिर्फ चुनाव नतीजों के लिहाज से देखा जाए तो दोनों राज्यों में केजरीवाल की पार्टी का वर्चस्व है. केजरीवाल ने जिस अंदाज में दिल्ली और पंजाब के विधानसभा चुनाव को जीते हैं, उसे आधार बनाया जाए तो कांग्रेस का इन दोनों राज्यों में लोकसभा की सीटों पर कोई क्लेम नहीं बनता. दिल्ली विधानसभा में तो कांग्रेस को एक भी सीट नहीं मिली थी. पंजाब में कांग्रेस सिर्फ 18 सीटें जीतें पाई थी, इसीलिए केजरीवाल का ये दावा सही है कि दोनों राज्यों में सिर्फ वही मोदी को टक्कर दे सकते हैं. इसीलिए विरोधी दलों के मोर्चे में शामिल होने से केजरीवाल को इन दोनों राज्यों में कोई फायदा नहीं होगा. उल्टे दो चार सीटें देनी पड़ेंगी और नुकसान होगा. दूसरे राज्यों में जहां कांग्रेस मजबूत स्थिति में है, वहां वो आम आदमी पार्टी के लिए सीटों को छोड़ेगी इसकी उम्मीद कम है. लेकिन शरद पवार सबको यही समझा रहे हैं कि इस समय सीटों को लेकर आपस में नहीं लड़ना चाहिए और काफी हद तक मोदी विरोधी मोर्चे के नेता इस बात को समझते हैं क्योंकि सब ED और CBI के केसेज से परेशान हैं. जेल और बेल के चक्करों से हैरान हैं लेकिन राजनीति के खेल में सब अपने अपने हिसाब से चाल चलेंगे. इसीलिए जब संजय सिंह के सवाल पर कांग्रेस ने समर्थन नहीं किया तो केजरीवाल ने भी कांग्रेस को आंख दिखाई. शुक्रवार को ही आम आदमी पार्टी ने हरियाणा की दस लोकसभा सीटों के लिए प्रभारियों के नामों की लिस्ट जारी कर दी. इसका संकेत ये है कि अगर कांग्रेस ने अपना रुख नहीं बदला, तो केजरीवाल उन राज्यों में भी लोकसभा चुनाव के दौरान अपने उम्मीदवार उतारेंगे जहां कांग्रेस और बीजेपी का सीधा मुकाबला है.
Challenges before Kejriwal
The Enforcement Directorate on Friday questioned Sarvesh Mishra, an assistant of arrested AAP MP Sanjay Singh, who is alleged to have taken Rs 2 crore cash from a liquor businessman. Two more assistants of Sanjay Singh, Vivek Tyagi and Kanwarvir Singh have also been summoned for questioning. Even as the ED’s noose tightens around Sanjay Singh and his assistants, political spat has begun between Congress and Aam Aadmi Party, sowing seeds of dissensions in the newly-formed INDIA opposition alliance. On Friday, Congress general secretary K C Venugopal gave a strong message to AAP to desist from settling ‘political scores’ in Punjab. Venugopal tweeted: “AAP MP Sanjay Singh’s arrest by the ED takes the BJP’s vendetta politics to another level. We stand in complete solidarity with him and reject the use of law enforcement agencies to settle political scores. For this reason, we also oppose the arrests of All India Kisan Sabha Chairpeson Shri Sukhpal Khaira and former Punjab Deputy Cm Shri O P Soni ji by the Punjab police. Democratic principles of a fair trial and authorities acting within the boundaries of the Constitution are non-negotiable. We cannot become those we oppose.” There were reports of NCP chief Sharad Pawar mediating between the two parties, when he met Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. The interesting part is that while several top parties in INDIA alliance have condemned Sanjay Singh’s arrest, Congress leaders are maintaining a stony silence. On Friday, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal reacted by saying, “those who want to come with us, let them some or let them stay away, it won’t make a difference, because the liquor scam is fake.” Congress spokesperson Gurdeep Singh Sappal, who was present at Pawar’s meeting with Kharge and Rahul Gandhi, later reminded Kejriwal of how Congress had extended support to AAP in the past. Sappal said, Congress party’s intentions are bonafide, but Kejriwal’s party must see what its government is doing in Punjab. One must understand the background before assessing the spat between Congress and Kejriwal in Delhi and Punjab. Electoral results clearly show the dominance of Kejriwal’s party in both states and Congress cannot stake claim to Lok Sabha seats in these two states. In Delhi Assembly polls, Congress failed to win a single seat, while it could win only 18 seats in Punjab. Kejriwal’s claim is therefore justified that it is only AAP which can give a tough fight to BJP in both these states. For Kejriwal, joining INDIA alliance is not going to give additional benefits to AAP in both these states. On the contrary, AAP may be asked to leave two or four seats to Congress. In states where Congress has dominance, AAP has little chances of getting a single seat as concession from the Congress. It is in this context that Sharad Pawar is trying to convince all sides not to quarrel over seats now. Most of the leaders in INDIA alliance realize this because they are worried about actions taken by ED and CBI. Some of these leaders are either spending time in jail or are trying to get bail. But, in the game of politics, parties move ahead only with their own advantage in mind. While Congress dithered in supporting AAP on the issue of Sanjay Singh’s arrest, Kejriwal has also hit back at the Congress. On Friday, Aam Aadmi Party appointed party in-charge for all the 10 Lok Sabha seats in Haryana. This is clear indication that if Congress does not change its stand, Kejriwal may field candidates in those states which are going to witness a direct fight between Congress and BJP.
ED, CBI की कार्रवाई : विपक्षी एकता के लिए फेवीकॉल
अरविंद केजरीवाल के लिए तीन बुरी खबरें आईं. पहली उनके वकीलों की तमाम दलीलों के बावजूद संजय सिंह को कोर्ट ने 5 दिन के लिए ED की हिरासत में भेज दिया. केजरीवाल ने कहा था कि संजय सिंह के खिलाफ दिनभर की छानबीन के बाद कोई सबूत नहीं मिला. जिन संजय सिंह को केजरीवाल ने बेकसूर बताया था, उनके बारे में ED ने अदालत में खुलासा किया कि संजय सिंह को शराब घोटाले में दो करोड़ रूपए दिए गए. ED ने दावा किया कि उसके पास इस बात के सबूत हैं कि इस रकम की अदायगी एक एक करोड़ की किस्तों में संजय सिंह के घर पर हुई. केजरीवाल के लिए दूसरी बुरी खबर ये थी कि नेताओं के बाद अब आम आदमी पार्टी भी ED के लपेटे में आती दिखाई दे रही है. इन्फोर्समेंट डायरैक्ट्रेट ने इस बात के संकेत दिए कि वो शराब घोटाले के केस में अरविन्द केजरीवाल की पार्टी को भी आरोपी बनाएगी क्योंकि घोटाले का वित्तीय फायदा आम आदमी पार्टी को हुआ. केजरीवाल के लिए तीसरी बुरी खबर ये आई कि शराब घोटाले के केस में सात महीने से जेल में बंद मनीष सिसोदिया को अदालत से जमानत नहीं मिली. अब 12 अक्टूबर को उनकी अर्जी पर आगे सुनवाई होगी. गुरुवार को संजय सिंह के वकील ने ED की रिमांड का विरोध करते हुऐ कहा कि सिर्फ एक शख्स दिनेश अरोड़ा के बयान के आधार पर किसी को आरोपी नहीं बनाया जा सकता. वकील ने कहा, ED के पास न कोई सबूत है, न कोई बरामदगी हुई इसलिए गिरफ्तारी ही गलत है. जज ने भी ED के वकील से कहा कि जब संजय सिंह का फोन और दूसरे दस्तावेज ED की कब्जे में हैं, call detail records भी ED निकलवा लेगी तो फिर संजय सिंह की रिमांड क्यों चाहिए. इस पर ED ने खुलासा किया कि उसके पास इस बात की जानकारी है कि शराब घोटाले में 2 करोड़ रूपये संजय सिंह को दिए गए. ये बात दिनेश अरोड़ा ने अपने बयान में बताई है कि एक-एक करोड़ की दो किस्तों में ये रकम संजय सिंह के घर पर डिलीवर की गई और दोनों ही बार पेमेंट सर्वेश मिश्रा ने रिसीव की. ED ने कोर्ट को ये भी बताया कि संजय सिंह 2017 से ही दिनेश अरोड़ा को जानते थे और कॉल रिकॉर्ड से इसकी पुष्टि हुई है. इसलिए दिनेश अरोड़ा के बयान पर शक नहीं किया जा सकता क्योंकि कोर्ट ने उसे इकबालिया गवाह बनने की इजाजत दी है. आखिर में जज साहब ने संजय सिंह से भी पूछा कि क्या वो कुछ कहना चाहते हैं. इस पर संजय सिंह ने हाथ जोड़ कर कहा आप न्याय की कुर्सी पर है, आप बेहतर समझ सकते हैं. संजय सिंह ने शायर कृष्ण बिहारी शर्मा ‘नूर’ का एक शेर सुनाया, ‘ सच घटे या बढ़े तो सच न रहे, झूठ की कोई इंतिहा ही नहीं’. संजय सिंह की गिरफ्तारी के बाद अब मोदी विरोधी मोर्चे में शामिल सारी पार्टियां मजबूती से आम आदमी पार्टी के साथ खड़ी नजर आ रही हैं. प्रियंका गांधी ने गुरुवार को कहा कि ED को सिर्फ विरोधी दलों में भ्रष्टाचार दिखाई देता है. मध्य प्रदेश के धार में एक रैली को संबोधित करते हुए प्रियंका ने कहा कि ED की कार्रवाई सिर्फ उन्हीं राज्यों में होती है जहां विपक्षी पार्टियों की सरकारें है, ED सिर्फ विरोधी दलों के नेताओं के घर पहुंचती है जबकि मध्यप्रदेश में भी इतने घोटाले हुए हैं, ED को ये सब क्यों नहीं दिख रहा है. ED के एक्शन पर NCP के संस्थापक शरद पवार भी बोले. शरद पवार ने कहा कि देश में बच्चा-बच्चा अब ED और CBI का नाम जानने लगा है, ED-CBI पहले भी थी लेकिन पहले इन एजेंसियों का इतना दुरूपयोग नहीं होता था. शरद पवार ने कहा, दिल्ली में आम आदमी पार्टी के एक भले आदमी के घर पर ईडी ने छापे मारे. रात के आठ दस बजे उन्हें गिरफ्तार किया और जेल में रख दिया. ऐसा ही काम पश्चिम बंगाल में हुआ था, ममता जी के जो साथी हैं, उनके खिलाफ छापे मारे गए. महाराष्ट्र के गृह मंत्री, एनसीपी के नेता अनिल देशमुख के यहां छापे मारे, 13 महीने उन्हें जेल में रखा. शिवसेना का नेता संजय राउत ने अपने अखबार में बीजेपी और प्रधानमंत्री के खिलाफ लिखा, उनको गिरफ्तार किया गया, आठ महीने जेल में रखा. अपने खिलाफ जो राजनैतिक दल हैं, उनके नेताओं के खिलाफ सीबीआई या ईडी का इस्तेमाल करके इनको खत्म करने का राजनीतिक दुष्चक्र और साजिश हो रही है. शरद पवार ने विरोधी दलों के लिए एक काम की बात कही. उन्होंने कहा कि सीबीआई और ED के एक्शन से विपक्ष के एकता और मजबूत होगी, यानि ED का एक्शन फेवीकोल का काम करेगा. यही बात मैंने कल ‘आज की बात’ में कही थी. शरद पवार ने कहा कि वो जानते हैं कि इंडिया एलायन्स में शामिल पार्टियों में आपसी मतभेद हैं, लोकल लेवल पर आपसी झगड़े हैं, लेकिन बीच का रास्ता निकालना होगा, ये वक्त की मांग है. पवार ने कहा कि बंगाल में लैफ्ट और कांग्रेस से ममता की लड़ाई है, दिल्ली और पंजाब में कांग्रेस और केजरीवाल का झगड़ा है. ये झगड़े राज्यों के चुनावों तक सीमित रखने चाहिए, कोशिश ये होनी चाहिए कि कम से कम लोकसभा चुनाव सब मिलकर लड़ें, बीजेपी को हराने के लिए ये जरूरी है. शरद पवार ने बताया कि वो कौन सी ताकत है जो इंडिया अलायंस के लिए फेविकॉल का काम कर रही है. चतुर सुजान पवार साहब ने कंफर्म किया कि ED और CBI के केसेज ने विरोधी दलों को जोड़कर रखा हुआ है. जितने केस बनेंगे, उनका अलायंस उतना ही मजबूत होगा. उन्होंने समझाया कि केजरीवाल अपनी पार्टी के नेताओं पर CBI, ED के केसेज से इतने ज्यादा परेशान हैं कि वो दिल्ली में कांग्रेस के लिए तीन सीटें छोड़ने के लिए तैयार हैं. कांग्रेस, NCP, आम आदमी पार्टी, तृणमूल कांग्रेस, RJD सब ऐसी पार्टियां हैं जिनके बड़े बड़े नेताओं के खिलाफ CBI और ED के केस चल रहे हैं. कोई बेल पर है, कोई जेल में है. इस बात को अब तक प्राइवेटली तो सब कहते थे कि ये पार्टियां इसी वजह से मजबूर होकर साथ आई हैं क्योंकि ये सब केसेज से परेशान हैं. जब शरद पवार ने इस बात को सार्वजनिक रूप से स्वीकार कर लिया तो मोदी ने इस बात को पकड़ लिया. मोदी पहले भी कहते आए हैं कि विरोधी दलों का अलायंस भ्रष्टाचार में लिप्त नेताओं का गठबंधन है. मोदी का ये भी कहना है कि उन्होंने भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ अभियान चलाया, इसीलिए उन्हें हटाने के लिए ऐसे लोग इकट्ठा हो गए. इन सारे बयानों से दो बातें साफ हैं – शरद पवार को लगता है कि जितने केसेज बने अच्छा है, मोदी विरोधी मोर्चे की एकता उतनी ही मजबूत होगी. मोदी को लगता है कि वो भ्रष्टाचार को बड़ा मुद्दा बना पाएंगे और एक साथ सारे विरोधी दलों को घेर पाएंगे. नरेंद्र मोदी अपनी रैलियों में जो भाषण दे रहे हैं, उनमें इस बात पर काफी फोकस दिखाई दे रहा है.
ED & CBI : fevicol for opposition unity
Aam Aadmi Party supremo Arvind Kejriwal got three bad news on Thursday. One, his close associate Sanjay Singh was sent to five-day custody of Enforcement Directorate by a Delhi court , Two, Aam Aadmi Party may be made an accused by ED in Delhi liquor excise case, and Three, former Deputy CM Manish Sisodia, who has been in jail for last seven months, failed to get bail from Supreme Court. Despite Kejriwal’s claim that not a single rupee has been seized from the residences of any of his leaders, ED in its remand application before the court disclosed that accused businessman Dinesh Arora had given Rs two crore cash at the residence of Sanjay Singh in two tranches. Singh strongly rejected this allegation in court. ED’s remand application says, the cash was paid between August 2021 and April, 2022. ED has summoned two assistants of Sanjay Singh, Sarvesh Mishra and Vivek Tyagi in this connection. In the remand application, ED has said that Sanjay Singh received “proceeds of crime” to the tune of Rs 2 crore. It now appears that AAP wants to fight this corruption case on a political pitch, and in pursuance of this strategy, its workers staged protests on Thursday in Delhi, Chandigarh, Mumbai and Pune. On the other hand, constituent parties of INDIA opposition bloc have come forward to extend support to him. Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, while addressing a rally in MP, alleged that ED is conducting raids and carrying out arrests only in non-BJP ruled states. She alleged that ED never conducted raids in BJP-ruled Madhya Pradesh, where several scams have taken place. On Friday, Nationalist Congress Party chief Sharad Pawar met Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi in Delhi to chalk out INDIA opposition bloc’s next strategy. A day before, on Thursday, Pawar criticized Sanjay Singh’s arrest and accused BJP of misusing agencies like CBI and ED to target the opposition. Pawar said, “I feel that when they can’t find anything against the opposition, they resort to misusing agencies like ED and CBI.” Pawar described Sanjay Singh as a “nice person” and condemned his arrest. He also mentioned how raids were carried out against Mamata Banerjee’s associates in West Bengal. He also mentioned how NCP leader and former Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh was arrested and kept in jail for 13 months. He also mentioned how Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Sanjay Raut was arrested and kept in jail for eight months. I find one of the observations made by Sharad Pawar interesting. He said, opposition unity will now become stgronger after raids by ED and CBI. “ED’s actions will act as Fevicol”, he said. I had said this in my show ‘Aaj Ki Baat’ on Wednesday night. Pawar understands that parties which are part of INDIA alliance may be having differences at local levels, but a middle path has to be found out. He feels, this is the need of the hour. Pawar has said, while Left and Congress are against Mamata Banerjee and her party, Congress and AAP are at loggerheads in Delhi and Punjab. These quarrels, he thinks, should be kept confined to those states only, and there must be coordinated efforts so that all major opposition parties can at least contest next year’s Lok Sabha elections unitedly by fielding common candidates to defeat BJP. Sharad Pawar is an experienced and clever politician. He chooses his words carefully. When he said that forces like ED and CBI are acting as Fevicol to keep the INDIA alliance intact, he is conveying the message that more the cases are filed, stronger will be the bloc. Kejriwal is so much worried about CBI, ED cases against his party leaders that he may now be ready to leave three out of seven Lok Sabha seats in Delhi for his rival party Congress. Overall, Congress, NCP, Aam Aadmi Party, Trinamool Congress, RJD are parties, in which top leaders are facing corruption cases from CBI and ED. Some leaders are out on bail, while some others are in jail. Till now, leaders of these opposition parties have been admitting in private that they have joined hands on a common platform because of the cases that they are facing. Pawar has now publicly admitted this, and it is now for Prime Minister Narendra Modi to pick it up. Modi has been saying consistently that the opposition bloc is actually an alliance of leaders neck deep in corruption. Modi has been saying that it was his government which relentlessly carried out action against corruption, and this was the reason why opposition leaders have come together. Modi feels he can now go to the people with corruption as the main plank. This will help him to corral all the opposition parties on a single pitch. Modi’s speeches at his recent rallies are fairly indicative of this strategy.
संजय सिंह की गिरफ्तारी : केजरीवाल की परेशानियां बढ़ सकती है
प्रवर्तन निदेशालय द्वारा दिल्ली में आम आदमी पार्टी के नेता संजय सिंह की गिरफ्तारी से राजनीतिक हल्कों में हलचलें तेज़ हो गई है. आम आदमी पार्टी के कार्यकर्ताओं ने गुरुवार को दिल्ली, मुंबई और चंडीगढ में विरोध प्रदर्शन किए, जबकि दिल्ली में बीजेपी ने जवाबी प्रदर्शन किए. दिल्ली शराब आबकारी घोटाले में मनीष सिसोदिया के बाद गिरफ्तार होने वाले संजय सिंह दूसरे बड़े नेता हैं. सिसोदिया अभी तिहाड़ जेल में हैं. ईडी शराब घोटाले में संजय सिंहका नाम पहले ही तार्जशीट में शामिल कर चुकी थी. बुधवार को उनके घर की तलाशी ली गई और करीब 11 घंटे की पूछताछ के बाद संजय सिंह को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया. अरविन्द केजरीवाल ने सुबह ही कह दिया था कि संजय सिंह के घर से ED को कुछ नहीं मिलेगा, ये एक्शन सिर्फ आम आदमी पार्टी को बदनाम करने की नीयत से किया जा रहा है. केजरीवाल का इस मामले में इंडिया एलायन्स में शामिल कांग्रेस, RJD और उद्धव शिवसेना समेत कई पार्टियों ने समर्थन किया. मोदी सरकार पर ED और CBI के जरिए विरोधियों को झूठे केसेज में फंसाने का इल्जाम लगाया, लेकिन सवाल ये है कि बिना सबूत के किसी की गिरफ्तारी तो नहीं होती है. ED के पास संजय सिंह के खिलाफ दो बड़े आरोपियों के बयानात हैं. ये दो आरोपी हैं – दिनेश अरोड़ा और वाईएसआर कांग्रेस से एक सांसद के बेटे राघव मागुंटा. दोनों अब सरकारी गवाह बन गये हैं. मंगलवार को दिल्ली की एक अदालत ने इन दोनों को सरकारी गवाह बनने की इजाज़त दे दी थी. उधर, केजरीवाल ने संजय सिंह को क्लीन चिट दे दी, संजय सिंह को सबसे ईमानदार और प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी को सबसे बड़ा भ्रष्ट बता दिया. असल में संजय सिंह को भी अंदाज़ा था कि उनकी गिरफ्तारी होगी, इसलिए उन्होंने भी पूरी तैयारी तैयारी कर रखी थी, संजय सिंह ने अपना बयान खुद रिकॉर्ड किया. उसके बाद जब टीम उन्हें गिरफ्तार कर घर से ले जा रही थी, उससे पहले माता पिता के पैर छू कर आशीर्वाद लिया, उसका वीडियो बनाया गया. घर से बाहर निकलते वक्त संजय सिंह ने नारेबाजी कर रहे कार्यकर्ताओं का हौसला बढ़ाया और जब संजय सिंह घर से निकल कर ED के दफ्तर पहुंचे, उसी वक्त आम आदमी पार्टी की तरफ से संजय सिंह के वीडियो जारी कर दिए गए, जिसमें संजय सिंह ये कहते हुए नजर आ रहे हैं कि नरेन्द्र मोदी डर गए हैं, इसीलिए ED और CBI के जरिये डराने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं, लेकिन मुझे मरना मंजूर है, डरना नहीं. संजय सिंह के गिरफ्तार होते ही पूरी पार्टी उनके बचाव में उतर आई है. अब सबसे बड़ा सवाल है कि आखिर संजय सिंह की गिरफ्तारी क्यों हुई? संजय सिंह पर क्या आरोप हैं? शराब घोटाले में उनकी क्या भूमिका है? उनके घर रेड क्यों मारी गई? इसका जवाब ये है कि शऱाब घोटाले में संजय सिंह के रोल का खुलासा इसी केस में आरोपी दिनेश अरोड़ा ने ED के सामने किया है. दिनेश अरोड़ा के बयानों के आधार पर ED ने शराब घोटाले की चार्जशीट में तीन बार संजय सिंह का नाम डाला है. दिनेश अरोड़ा ने ED को बताया कि वो संजय सिंह से एक रेस्टोरेंट में मिला था, जहां संजय सिंह ने उसे मनीष सिसोदिया से मिलवाया. संजय सिंह के कहने पर उसने आम आदमी पार्टी को चंदे के रूप में चैक से 32 लाख रूपए का भुगतान किया. ED ने चार्जशीट में दावा किया है कि दिल्ली सरकार में दिनेश अरोड़ा का एक काम फंसा हुआ था जिसे सजंय सिंह ने मनीष सिसोदिया के जरिए करवाया. ED के मुताबिक, दिनेश अरोड़ा ने खुलासा किया है कि उसकी मनीष सिसोदिया से पांच छह बार मुलाकात हुई, इसके बाद संजय़ सिंह के साथ मुख्यमंत्री आवास में केजरीवाल से भी मिला. दिनेश अरोड़ा आज भले ही सरकारी गवाह बन गया हो, अब आम आदमी पार्टी के नेता भले ही दिनेश अरोड़ा से संजय सिंह के रिश्तों की बात गलत बता रहे हों, लेकिन हकीकत ये है कि रिश्ते तो थे, और अब बीजेपी के नेता रिश्तों के सबूत खोज खोजकर ला रहे हैं. मनजिंदर सिंह सिरसा ने कुछ लेटर औऱ फोटो दिखाकर कहा कि दिनेश अरोड़ा और आम आदमी पार्टी का बहुत गहरा रिश्ता था. संजय सिंह भी उसको जानते थे. संजय सिंह की गिरफ्तारी को लेकर कांग्रेस दुविधा में है. संजय सिंह की गिरफ्तारी की खबर आई तो कांग्रेस के नेता उदित राज ने अपने समर्थकों को प्रदर्शन करने संजय सिंह के घर के बाहर भेज दिया. प्रमोद तिवारी ने संजय सिंह के खिलाफ ED के एक्शन को मोदी सरकार की तानाशाही का सबूत बताया लेकिन दिल्ली कांग्रेस के अध्यक्ष अरविंदर सिंह लवली ने गोलमोल बात की. लवली ने कहा कि अगर संजय सिंह घोटाले में शामिल हैं तो उन पर कार्रवाई का कांग्रेस समर्थन करती है, लेकिन कई बार ऐसा लगता है कि सरकार अपनी एजेसिंयों के जरिए विरोधियों को परेशान कर रही है. जब जब आम आदमी पार्टी का कोई नेता भ्रष्टाचार के आरोप में गिरफ्तार होता है तो वो कहते हैं कि मोदी केजरीवाल की लोकप्रियता से डर गए, इसलिए हमारे लोगों को जेल में डाल दिया, हम अडानी को एक्सपोज कर रहे थे, इसलिए पकड़ लिया. आज भी कहा कि 2024 के चुनाव में होने वाली हार से बीजेपी पहले से ही घबरा गई इसलिए संजय सिंह को गिरफ्तार कर लिया. लेकिन आम आदमी पार्टी के नेता कभी दिल्ली शराब घोटाले को लेकर विस्तार से बात नहीं करते, कोई तर्क नहीं देते. आम आदमी पार्टी के नेता कई बार ये भी कहते हैं कि हमारे नेताओं को पकड़ लिया, संजय सिंह को पकड़ा, सिसोदिया को पकड़ा लेकिन उनके घर से एक पैसा भी नहीं मिला. लेकिन ये भी सच है कि पंजाब में आम आदमी पार्टी की सरकार है, वहां इन्होंने जिन लोगों को भ्रष्टाचार के आरोपों में पकड़ा उनके यहां से भी कुछ नहीं मिला, लेकिन केस बना. मुझे लगता है कि केजरीवाल की परेशानी इन सब बातों से कहीं ज्यादा बड़ी है और वो परेशानी ये है कि उनकी राजनीति भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ चले आंदोलन से शुरू हुई. केजरीवाल ने शरद पवार, लालू यादव और सोनिया गांधी समेत तमाम नेताओं के खिलाफ भ्रष्टाचार के गंभीर आरोप लगाए थे और अब राजनीति ने ऐसा पैंतरा बदला है कि केजरीवाल को इन्ही लोगों के साथ गठबंधन करने के लिए मजबूर होना पड़ा. दिलचस्प बात ये है कि विरोधी दलों के नेता ED को कितनी भी गाली दें, लेकिन ED ने इनके गठबंधन को और मजबूत कर दिया है, क्योंकि एक्शन गठबंधन में शामिल पार्टियों के कई नेताओं पर हो रहा है. आज ED की टीम सुबह जब संजय सिंह के घर पहुंची थी, उसके कुछ ही घंटों के बाद बंगाल में ममता बनर्जी के भतीजे अभिषेक बनर्जी और उनकी पत्नी रुजिरा को शिक्षक भर्ती घोटाले में ED का समन मिला.
Sanjay Singh’s arrest : Kejriwal’s worries may increase
The arrest of Aam Aadmi Party MP Sanjay Singh in Delhi liquor excise scam on Wednesday, after a day-long search at his residence, has caused ripples in political circles. AAP workers staged protests in Delhi, Mumbai and Chandigarh, while BJP workers staged counter-protest in Delhi. Sanjay Singh is the second top AAP leader to be arrested in the liquor excise case after Deputy CM Manish Sisodia, who is presently in Tihar jail. Sanjay Singh has been accused of helping liquor businessmen in procuring licenses and his name has been mentioned in the chargesheet multiple times. While AAP alleged that the action was nothing but ‘political vendetta’, BJP leaders said, it is now the turn of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal to face the music. There was drama on Wednesday before and during the arrest, with Sanjay Singh saying in a video, “I accept dying, but not bowing down”. Kejriwal described the arrest as illegal and said, it reflects Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s “nervousness”. Kejriwal said, “they will arrest many more opposition until the next general elections”. On his part, Sanjay Singh claimed, “I had spoken openly against industrialist Adani and will continue to do so in future. We are soldiers of Kejriwal and will not back down in the face of atrocities.” The fact of the matter is that some of the accused in the liquor case have named Sanjay Singh for helping their liquor cartels. On Tuesday, a Delhi court had accepted the plea of two key accused, Dinesh Arora, a prominent liquor trader and Raghav Magunta, son of YSR Congress MP Magunta Srinivasulu Reddy, to turn approvers. Dinesh Arora and Raghav Magunta were arrested by ED earlier this year and are now out on bail. ED claims that nearly Rs 200 crores in bribes were paid to public servants in Delhi by the liquor cartel controlled by the ‘South Group’ that benefited from the new liquor policy. The ED chargesheet says, Dinesh Arora has confessed that it was at the request of Sanjay Singh that he spoke to several restaurant owners and arranged cheques amounting to Rs 82 lakh and handed them to Manish Sisodia, the then Deputy CM. Arora has also claimed that he had also met CM Kejriwal once at his residence with Sanjay Singh. But Singh refuted all of ED’s claims saying that he had no links to the liquor cartel. The fact remains that Dinesh Arora had close contacts with Sanjay Singh. BJP leader Manjinder Singh Sirsa has shown letters and photographs to establish that Arora and AAP leaders had close contacts. The moot point is: whenever AAP leaders are arrested on charges of corruption, their leader and other partymen allege that Prime Minister Modi has become afraid of Kejriwal’s popularity. They also claim that they are being subjected to witch hunt because they had been “exposing” Adani group’s irregularities, and that BJP has become afraid of the 2024 general elections. AAP leaders never speak in detail about the Delhi excise scam, nor do they give logical arguments. AAP leaders claim that not a single rupee was seized from the residences of their leaders, but it is also a fact that in Punjab, ruled by AAP, leaders were arrested on charge of corruption and not a single rupee was seized from them. I think, Kejriwal’s worries are bigger. His party was founded on anti-corruption plan after a long agitation. Kejriwal had levelled serious charges of corruption against opposition leaders like Sharad Pawar, Lalu Prasad Yadav and Sonia Gandhi in the past. But now politics has taken a complete U-turn and Kejriwal is now being forced to join these leaders in an alliance. The interesting part is that the more opposition leaders abuse ED of witch hunting, the more ED is making the opposition bloc stronger.
