महुआ को अभी कई सारे सवालों के जवाब देने हैं
तृणमूल कांग्रेस की सांसद महुआ मोइत्रा की मुसीबत बढ़ गई है. शुक्रवार को जाने माने उद्योगपति दर्शन हीरानंदानी ने महुआ पर पैसे और गिफ्ट लेकर संसद में सवाल पूछने के आरोपों को नोटराइज़्ड ऐफिडेविट पर कंफर्म कर दिया. महुआ मोइत्रा ने सवाल उठाया था कि हीरानंदानी ने सादे कागज पर क्यों लिखा, इस बात की क्या प्रमाणिकता है कि ये सब हीरानंदानी ने लिखा, ये सब प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय ने ज़बरदस्ती लिखवाया. शुक्रवार को हीरानंदानी ने सर्टिफाइड एफिडेविट जारी कर दिया, इसमें सारे आरोपों को दोहराया गया है. हीरानंदानी ने एक बार फिर कंफर्म किया कि अडानी के खिलाफ सवाल पूछने के लिए उन्होंने महुआ मोइत्रा को सूचनाएं दी, सवाल ड्राफ्ट किये. हीरानंदानी ने महुआ मोइत्रा को पैसे और सौगातों से मदद की, महुआ ने अपना पार्लियामेंट का लॉगिन और पासवर्ड हीरानंदानी को दिया, हीरानंदानी ने पार्लियामेंट के पोर्टल पर महुआ के नाम से अडानी के खिलाफ डायरेक्ट सवाल पोस्ट किये, हीरानंदानी ग्रुप के CEO दर्शन हीरानंदानी ने ethics कमिटी को ये सब लिख कर दिया है कि ये माना था कि महुआ मोइत्रा ने उनसे मंहगे गिफ्ट लिए, विदेश यात्राएं की, उनसे अपने सरकारी घर का रेनोवेशन करवाया और अडानी ग्रुप के खिलाफ पार्लियामेंट में वो सवाल पूछे जो उन्होंने लिख कर भेजे थे. दर्शन हीरानंदानी ने पूरी डिटेल दी है कि महुआ ने उनसे क्या क्या लिया, अडानी ग्रुप को बदनाम करने के लिए सवाल लिखवाए, इस काम में महुआ ने और किस किस से मदद ली, सब बताया. अब ये मामला पार्लियामेंट की एथिक्स कमेटी के सामने है. पार्लियामेंट में शिकायत बीजेपी के सांसद निशिकांत दुबे ने की है. एथिक्स कमेटी निशिकांत दुबे की शिकायत पर 26 अक्टूबर को सुनवाई करेगी. निशिकांत दुबे के अलावा कोर्ट में महुआ के खिलाफ केस करने वाले वकील जय अंनत देहदराय के साथ साथ दर्शन हीरानंदानी को भी बुलाया जा सकता है. दर्शन हीरानंदानी ने अपना सर्टिफाइड एफिडेविट पार्लियामेंट की एथिक्स कमेटी को भेज दिया है. महुआ मोइत्रा के लिए दूसरी मुश्किल ये पैदा हुई कि शुक्रवार को दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट में खुलासा हुआ कि महुआ के वकील ने महुआ पर पैसे लेकर सवाल पूछने का आरोप लगाने वाले जय अनंत से आउट ऑफ कोर्ट सेटेलमेंट की बात की. महुआ के वकील गोपाल शंकरनारायणन ने जय अनंत से गुरूवार को संपर्क किया और इस मामले को कोर्ट के बाहर बातचीत के जरिए निपटाने का प्रस्ताव दिया. चूंकि ये बात सार्वजनिक हो गई, कोर्ट को इसकी जानकारी दी गई, इसके बाद महुआ के वकील ने खुद को इस केस से अलग कर लिया लेकिन महुआ ने अब तक किसी भी आरोप का स्पेसिफिक जवाब नहीं दिया. उन्होंने कहा वो एथिक्स कमिटी को जवाब देंगी, मीडिया को नहीं, फिलहाल वो दुर्गा पूजा के उत्सव में व्यस्त है, महुआ ने ये भी कहा था कि दर्शन हीरानंदानी का बयान मोदी सरकार ने ड्राफ्ट करवाया है, वो हर इल्जाम का जवाब देने के लिए तैयार हैं, लेकिन वह डरेंगी नहीं. सरकार के दवाब के सामने झुकेंगी नहीं. अब सवाल ये है कि महुआ अपने बचाव में क्या कहेंगी, सारे सबूत और गवाह उनके खिलाफ हैं, महुआ ममता की करीबी हैं लेकिन दर्शन हीरानंदानी का बयान आने के बाद तृणमूल कांग्रेस का कोई नेता महुआ के बचाव में नहीं बोला, किसी ने महुआ का समर्थन नहीं किया, हालांकि इंडिया एलायन्स की कुछ पार्टियों के नेता महुआ के साथ दिख रहे हैं, लेकिन उनकी अपनी पार्टी महुआ के साथ नहीं हैं.
महुआ को इस बात पर भी आपत्ति है कि एथिक्स कमेटी के अध्यक्ष विनोद सोनकर इस मुद्दे पर मीडिया से बात क्यों कर रहे हैं. महुआ ने ट्विटर पर लिखा कि नियमों के मुताबिक जब तक कोई मामला लम्बित है, तब तक एथिक्स कमेटी के अध्यक्ष को इस पर कुछ नहीं बोलना चाहिए. महुआ ने कहा कि इस सवाल का जवाब मिलना चाहिए कि दर्शन हीरानंदानी का एफिडेविट मीडिया के हाथ कैसे पहुंचा. महुआ मोइत्रा का आरोप है कि बीजेपी का एक सूत्री एजेंडा ये है कि उनको किसी तरह लोकसभा से बाहर किया जाए. हैरानी की बात ये है कि महुआ ममता बनर्जी की करीबी हैं. ममता ने उन्हें विधायक और फिर सांसद बनाया. लोकसभा में हर मुद्दे पर महुआ ही तृणमूल कांग्रेस का सबसे मुखर चेहरा हैं लेकिन जब महुआ मुसीबत में पड़ी हैं तो तृणमूल कांग्रेस का कोई भी नेता उनके समर्थन में खड़ा दिखाई नहीं दिया. किसी ने महुआ पर लगे आरोपों के मामले में उनका बचाव नहीं किया. लेकिन लोकसभा में कांग्रेस के नेता अधीर रंजन चौधरी ने कहा कि जब भी एक खास उद्योगपति को लेकर सवाल पूछे जाते हैं तो सरकार बौखला जाती है, इस मामले में भी जिस तरह एथिक्स कमेटी बनाई गई, उससे लग रहा है कि सब कुछ पहले ही तय कर लिया गया है. तेलंगाना के मुख्यमंत्री केसीआर के बेटे और खुद उनकी सरकार में मंत्री केटीआर ने कहा कि जांच सवाल पूछने वाले की नहीं, सवालों की होनी चाहिए. ये पता लगाया जाना चाहिए कि महुआ ने जो सवाल पूछे उनमें दम था या नहीं, कोई घोटाला हुआ या नहीं. RJD के सांसद मनोज झा ने महुआ के बचाव में कहा कि जब 15 अक्टूबर को निशिकांत दुबे ने महुआ पर पैसे लेकर सवाल पूछने के आरोप लगाए तब दर्शन हीरानंदानी ने इन आरोपों से इनकार किया लेकिन दो दिन बाद आखिर ऐसा क्या हो गया कि उनकी तरफ से इतना लंबा चौड़ा एफिडेविट दिया गया, इसका मतलब है कि पर्दे के पीछे कुछ तो हुआ है, इसलिए सभी को जांच का इंतजार करना चाहिए. मैं आप को महुआ मोइत्रा की पृष्ठभूमि बता देता हूं. महुआ बड़े बंगाली ब्राह्मण परिवार की बेटी हैं, असम में पैदा हुईं, अमेरिका में पली बढ़ी, वहीं पढ़ीं, फिर लंदन में नौकरी की, जे पी मॉर्गन जैसी बड़ी कंपनी में इन्वेस्टमेंट बैंकर थी, 2009 में राजनीति का शौक लगा और कांग्रेस में शामिल हो गईं. राहुल गांधी की करीबी रहीं. लेकिन एक साल बाद महुआ ने कांग्रेस छोड़ तृणमूल कांग्रेस का हाथ पकड़ लिया. ममता के करीब हो गईं. ममता ने 2016 में उन्हें विधानसभा चुनाव लड़वाया, विधायक बनाया, फिर 2019 में लोकसभा का टिकट दिया, सांसद बनवाया. राजनीति में इतनी जल्दी और इतनी ज्यादा सफलता कम लोगों को मिलती है, लेकिन महुआ महत्वाकांक्षी हैं. वो और आगे जाना चाहती थीं. .ये कोई बुरी बात नहीं हैं लेकिन उन्होंने जो रास्ता अपनाया, अब वही उनका सबसे बड़ा स्पीड ब्रेकर बन सकता है. क्योंकि दर्शन हीरानंदानी ने सार्वजनिक तौर पर ये मान लिया है कि महुआ ने मंहगे गिफ्ट और तमाम तरह के फेवर लेकर अडानी ग्रुप के खिलाफ संसद में सवाल पूछे. उन्होंने हीरानंदानी को अपना लॉगिन और पासवर्ड दिया. ये पूरी तरह गैरकानूनी और अनैतिक है. मुझे याद है, 2005 में 11 सांसदों के खिलाफ पैसे लेकर सवाल पूछने का आरोप लगा था और दिसंबर 2005 में सभी सांसदों की सदयस्ता रद्द कर दी गई थी. इनमें 10 लोकसभा और 1 राज्यसभा का MP था. उस वक्त इन सासंदों को निष्कासित करने का प्रस्ताव लोकसभा में प्रणब मुखर्जी और राज्यसभा में डॉ मनमोहन सिंह ने रखा था. .बाद में अपनी बर्खास्तगी को सांसदों ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में चुनौती दी थी, लेकिन सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने संसद के फैसले को सही माना था. दूसरी बात ये है कि महुआ ने अभी तक अपने ऊपर लगे आरोपों का कोई स्पष्ट जवाब नहीं दिया है. न तो उन्होंने ये बताया कि उन्होंने हीरानंदानी से अपना सरकारी घर रेनोवेट क्यों करवाया, महंगे गिफ्ट्स क्यों लिए, न ही उन्होंने ये बताया कि उन्होंने अपना पासवर्ड और पार्लियामेंट का लॉगिन एक आउटसाइडर के साथ शेयर क्यों किया. महुआ कभी पीएमओ पर इल्जाम लगाती हैं, कभी हीरानंदानी के एफिडेविट को गलत बताती हैं, कभी उनका वकील आउट ऑफ कोर्ट सैटलमेंट करने की कोशिश करता है. इसीलिए लोग कह रहे हैं “तू इधर उधर की न बात कर, ये बता कि क़ाफ़िला क्यूं लुटा, मुझे रहज़नों से गिला नहीं, तेरी रहबरी का सवाल है”.
MAHUA HAS MUCH TO ANSWER
Trinamool Congress Mahua Moitra’s problems have now got bigger with the Lok Sabha Ethics Committee deciding to record oral evidence of BJP MP Nishikant Dubey in its meeting on October 26 on charges of ‘cash-for-question’ levelled against her. On Friday, Dubai-based businessman Darshan Hiranandani sent a notarized affidavit repeating his charges against Mahua Moitra to the Ethics Committee. The committee chairman Vinod Sonkar said, Mahua Moitra will also be called to place her views about the entire case. Moitra, however, questioned how the committee was going public with such details about Hiranandani’s letter listing charges against her, when committee rules say that all communications should be kept confidential. She alleged that the ethics committee chairman was openly speaking to the media, and questions have been raised on how an affidavit given to the committee found its way to the media. “BJP’s one-point agenda is to expel me from the Lok Sabha to shut me up on Adani issue”, Moitra alleged. Meanwhile, BJP MP Nishikant Dubey has requested Lok Sabha Speaker to take action on efforts being made to pressurize Mahua’s ex-friend advocate Jai Anant Dehadrai to withdraw his complaint from CBI. Delhi High Court said on Friday it was “appalled” to learn that Mahua’s counsel Sankaranarayanan had contacted Dehadrai on Thursday evening on phone and had persuaded him to withdraw his complaint. The counsel later withdrew from the case when Justice Sachin Dutta asked him how he was appearing for the petitioner when he was also acting as mediator for an out-of-court settlement. The high court will now hear the matter on October 31. As of now, the notarized affidavit submitted by Hiranandani clearly rubbishes Mahua Moitra’s charge that the businessman was “forced by PMO” to level the charges. In his affidavit, Hiranandani has admitted that Mahua Moitra gave her Parliament login and password to send questions to Lok Sabha secretariat. He has also alleged that he gave expensive gifts and footed her inland and foreign travel bills. The Ethics Committee may also call the Dubai-based businessman to appear and depose in this matter. Mahua Moitra is considered close to Trinamool Congress supremo Mamata Banerjee, but it looks strange that, till now, not one senior TMC leader has come forward to defend her. It was Mamata Banerjee who first made her a party MLA and then got her elected as MP from Krishnagar. Mahua has been the most vociferous face among TMC MPs in Parliament, but now, when she is facing a crisis, not a single TMC leader has appeared in public to defend her. On the contrary, some other parties in the opposition INDIA alliance have sought to defend her. Leader of Congress in Lok Sabha Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury said, when questions are asked about a particular industrialist, the government becomes worried and the manner in which the Ethics Committee has been set, it “all looks pre-decided”. Telangana CM K Chandrashekhar Rao’s son K. T. Rama Rao said, “the probe should not be against those asking questions, but about the questions that have been raised. It should be probed whether the questions raised by Mahua Moitra had substance or not, whether there was a scam or not.” KCR’s Bharat Rashtra Samithi is not a part of INDIA alliance. RJD MP Manoj Jha defended Mahua saying it was Darshan Hiranandani who had denied all charges against Mahua when they were first levelled by Nishikant Dubey on October 15, but two days later he has sent a notarized affidavit admitting the charges were correct. “It means something fishy is going on in the background and it needs a thorough probe”, Jha said. Now, let me describe Mahua Moitra’s background. She is the daughter of an affluent Bengali Brahmin family. She was born in Assam, brought up in the US, worked as an investment banker with the multinational J P Morgan, and in 2009, she joined politics. She first joined Congress, came closer to Rahul Gandhi, but, after a year, she left the party and joined Trinamool Congress. She became a close associate of Mamata Banerjee, who fielded her as party candidate in 2016 assembly elections and got her elected as MLA. In 2019, Mamata fielded her from Krishnagar and got her elected as MP. Few people are so fortunate to rise up the political ladder in India so fast. Mahua is ambitious. She wanted to move up and up the ladder. There is nothing wrong in this, but now this yearning for more power has acted as a speed-breaker. Darshan Hiranandani has publicly admitted that Mahua gave her Parliament login and password to post questions to Lok Sabha secretariat. This is highly illegal and unethical. I remember, in 2005, 11 MPs faced charges for agreeing to ask questions in return for cash in a sting operation. In December, 2005, Parliament expelled all these 11 MPs. These included 10 from Lok Sabha and one MP from Rajya Sabha. At that time, the leaders of both Houses, Pranab Mukherjee and Dr Manmohan Singh had moved resolutions for expelling these members. Later their expulsions were challenged in Supreme Court. The apex court upheld the Parliament’s decision. Secondly, Mahua has not yet given any specific replies to the allegations made against her. She has not explained why Hiranandani helped to renovate her official bungalow and gave her expensive gifts, nor did she respond to the charge that she shared her Parliament login and password with Hiranandani. Mahua has been levelling charges against PMO, and questioning the format in which Hiranandani has levelled charges, but at the same time, her counsel is persuading her ex-friend to agree to an out-of-court settlement and withdraw his complaint. This entire episode can be summed up with the following Urdu couplet: “Tu idhar udhar ki baat naa kar, yeh bataa ki kaafila kyun luta, mujhe rehzanon se gila nahin, teri rehbari ka sawaal hai”. महुआ मोइत्रा : नैतिकता, प्रेरणा और मिशन
तृणमूल कांग्रेस सांसद महुआ मोइत्रा की मुश्किलें बढ़ गई है. गुरूवार को हीरानंदानी ग्रुप के सीईओ दर्शन हीरानंदानी ने तीन पन्नों का एक हलफनामा जारी करके ये मान लिया कि महुआ ने उनसे जानकारी लेकर उद्योगपति गौतम अडानी के खिलाफ संसद में न सिर्फ सवाल पूछे, बल्कि महुआ ने दर्शन को लोकसभा का अपना login, password भी दे दिया ताकि वह सीधे मोइत्रा के नाम पर संसद के सचिवालय को प्रश्न भेज सकें. अपने हलफनामा में दर्शन हीरानंदानी ने कबूल किया कि महुआ मोइत्रा ने उनसे महंगे तोहफे लिए, देश-विदेश की यात्राएं करने और अपने सरकारी बंगले को आलीशान रूप देने के लिए मदद भी ली. हलफनामे में ये भी कहा कि गौतम अडानी के खिलाफ उनसे सवाल ड्राफ्ट करवाए. दरअसल बीजेपी सांसद निशिकांत दुबे ने महुआ मोइत्रा पर पैसे लेकर सदन में सवाल पूछने का इल्जाम लगाया था और ये मामला अभी संसद की एथिक्स (नैतिकता) कमेटी के पास है. दर्शन हीरानंदानी ने अपने हलफनामे में कहा कि महुआ मोइत्रा जब लोकसभा चुनाव जीतकर दिल्ली पहुंची तो वो जल्द से जल्द राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर खबरों की सुर्खियों में आना चाहती थी. हलफनामे में कहा गया कि चूंकि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के खिलाफ किसी तरह का कोई इल्जाम नहीं था, उनकी नीतियों, सरकार चलाने के तौर-तरीके और व्यक्तिगत स्तर पर मोदी के खिलाफ कोई आरोप नहीं था, इसलिए महुआ ने किसी भी तरह से प्रधानमंत्री की छवि को नुकसान पहुंचाने का फैसला किया. हलफनामे में कहा गया कि इसके लिए उन्होंने संसद में गौतम अडानी के खिलाफ सवाल पूछने का रास्ता अपनाया. अपने बयान में दर्शन हीरानंनदानी ने कहा कि वो पहली बार महुआ मोइत्रा से 2017 में कोलकाता में बिजनेस सम्मिट के दौरान मिले थे. उस वक्त महुआ तृणमूल कांग्रेस की विधायक थी. 2017 के बाद से महुआ लगातार दर्शन के संपर्क में रहीं. उनके खर्चे पर महुआ ने विदेश यात्राएं की. दर्शन हीरानंनदानी ने कहा कि “ महुआ को पता था कि इंडियन ऑयल कॉरपोरेशन अडानी ग्रुप की एक ज्वाइंट वेंचर कंपनी के साथ लम्बी अवधि का समझौता करना चाहता है. इसी सूचना के आधार पर उन्होंने कुछ सवाल तैयार किए जिसे संसद में उठाया जा सके. उन्होंने मुझसे कुछ जानकारी मांगी, मैंने उनका प्रस्ताव मान लिया. मैंने उन्हें अडानी ग्रुप से संबंधित कुछ जानकारी भेजी। उन्हें कुछ और लोग भी मदद कर रहे थे। अडानी कंपनीज़ को लेकर राहुल गांधी से भी उनकी बातचीत हुई. फाइनेंशियल टाइम्स, न्यूयॉर्क टाइम्स के कुछ विदेशी पत्रकारों से भी उनकी बातें हुई. मुझे लगा कि उनके जरिए मुझे भी विपक्षी पार्टियों की सरकार वाले राज्यों में कुछ समर्थन मिलेगा. वो अक्सर मेरे सामने कई मांगें रखती थी, जिसे मुझे पूरा करना होता था। कई बार मुझे लगा कि वो मेरा बेजा फायदा उठा रही हैं लेकिन मेरे पास कोई विकल्प नहीं था क्योंकि मैं उन्हें नाराज़ नहीं कर सकता था।“ गुरुवार रात को महुआ मोइत्रा ने हीरानंदानी के हलफनामें के बारे में एक लम्बा बयान जारी किया और आरोप लगाया कि हीरानंदानी पर दबाव डालकर प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय से ये हलफनामा लिखवाया गया है. अपने बयान में महुआ ने आरोप लगाया कि प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय ने दर्शन और उनके पिता की कनपटी पर बंदूक तान दी और उन्हें हलफनामें पर दस्तखत करने के लिए 20 मिनट का वक्त दिया. महुआ ने आरोप लगाया कि “ तीन दिन पहले, 16 अक्टूबर को हीरानंदानी ग्रुप ने एक प्रेस विज्ञप्ति जारी करके ग्रुप पर लगे तमाम आरोपों को निराधार बताया था, लेकिन आज (19 अक्टूबर को) एक इबालिया हलफनामा प्रेस को लीक किया गया. यह हलफनामा एक सफेद कागज पर लिखवाया गया और इसे किसी ने आधिकारिक तौर पर जारी नहीं किया”. महुआ ने पूछा कि “ ये कैसे हो सकता है कि भारत का एक शिक्षित और सम्मानित व्यापारी एक सफेद कागज पर दस्तखत करे, बशर्ते कि उसकी कनपटी पर बंदूक न तानी गयी हो?…..ऐसा कैसे हो सकता है कि पहली बार सांसद बनी एक महिला एक अमीर, सफल कारोबारी पर दवाब डालकर उससे तोहफे ले रही हो और उन पर अनुचित दवाब डाल रही हो ? ये कतई तर्कसंगत नज़र नहीं आता और इससे इस बात की पुष्टि होती है कि हलफनामा दर्शन ने नहीं, पीएमओ ने तैयार करवाया. ..अभी तक दर्शन को किसी जांच एजेंसी ने या एथिक्स कमेटी ने बुलाया भी नहीं है… अगर उन्हें कबूलनामा जारी करना था तो वह आधिकारिक तौर पर जारी करते, न कि प्रेस में लीक करके. सच्चाई बिल्कुल साफ है.” अपने बयान में महुआ ने अपने पुराने मित्र वकील जय अनन्त देहदराय पर वार किया और कहा कि “ वह मेरा पुराना मित्र था जिसे मैं छोड़ चुकी हूं और वह अब मुझसे बदला लेना चाहता है. अगर उसे मेरे भ्रष्टाचार के बारे में सब कुछ पता था, तो वह मेरे साथ इतने साल तक कैसे रहा और इसे सार्वजनिक करने में इतना समय इंतजार क्यों किया? “ दरअसल ये सारा मामला उस समय सार्वजनिक हुआ जब भाजपा सांसद निशिकांत दुबे ने महुआ मोइत्रा पर संसद में सवाल पूछने के एवज में रिश्वत लेने का आरोप लगाया और अपनी शिकायत लोकसभा अध्यक्ष ओम बिरला के पास भेज दी. स्पीकर ने इसे एथिक्स कमेटी के पास भेज दिया है. निशिकांत दुबे ने दावा किया है कि वकील देहदराय से उन्हें ‘अकाट्य’ सबूत मिले हैं कि महुआ ने पैसे और तोहफे लिए. शुक्रवार को इसी से जुड़ा मामला दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट में आया. महुआ ने एक याचिका दायर की थी जिसमें हाई कोर्ट से कहा गया था कि वह X, Google, YouTube जैसे सोशल प्लैटफॉर्म्स और 15 मीडिया हाउस पर उनके खिलाफ मानिहानि वाले झूठे और दुर्भावना से प्रेरित खबर छापने या दिखाये जाने पर प्रतिबंध लगाये. अपनी याचिका में महुआ ने हर्जाना भी मांगा है. शुक्रवार को महुआ के वकील गोपाल शंकरनारायणन उस वक्त इस मामले से खुद को अलग कर लिया, जब वकील देहदराय ने आरोप लगाया कि शंकरनारायणन ने गुरुवार रात को उन्हें फोन करके कहा था कि वह सीबीआई को भेजा अपना आरोप वापस ले लें. जस्टिस सचिन दत्ता ने कहा कि उन्हें आश्चर्य हो रहा है कि शंकरनारायणन मध्यस्थ की भूमिका निभाते समय इस मामले में कोर्ट के सामने क्यों पेश हो रहे हैं? शंकरनारायणन ने तुरंत कहा कि वह खुद को इस केस से अलग कर रहे हैं और कोर्ट ने सुनवाई 31 अक्टूबर तक मुल्तवी कर दी. दर्शन हीरानंदानी का हलफनामा सनसनीखेज़ है. ये निशिकांत दुबे द्वारा महुआ मोइत्रा पर लगाए गए एक-एक आरोप को सही साबित करता है. दर्शन हीरानंदानी महुआ मोइत्रा को जानते थे, अक्सर बातें होती थी, मुलाकातें होती थी. इसमें तो कोई बुराई नहीं थी, लेकिन हीरानंदानी ने माना कि उन्होंने अडानी के खिलाफ महुआ को सूचनाएं दी, सवाल लिखकर दिए, वो सवाल महुआ ने संसद में पूछे और इसके बाद हद हो गई जब महुआ मोइत्रा ने अपना संसद का लॉगिन और पासवर्ड हीरानंदानी को दे दिया. और इससे भी खतरनाक बात हीरानंदानी ने ये बताई कि उन्होंने अडानी के खिलाफ प्रश्न संसद के वाबसाइट पर सीधे पोस्ट किए महुआ के नाम से. उन्होंने ये भी माना कि महुआ मोइत्रा ने हीरानंदानी से कीमती तोहफे लिए, अपने बंगले का रेनोवेशन करवाया और ट्रैवल बिल भरवाए. मुझे लगता है कि ये पूरी तरह अनैतिक और अवैध काम है, जो महुआ मोइत्रा ने किया. इसीलिए मैंने कल कहा था कि जिनके घर शीशे के होते हैं, उन्हें दूसरो पर पत्थर नहीं फेंकने चाहिए. जहां तक महुआ के बयान का सवाल है, उन्होने संसद से किसी भी मुद्दे पर सवाल उठाये जाने की पवित्रता को लेकर उठे प्रश्नों का अभी तक उत्तर नहीं दिया है. कहना पड़ेगा – “तू इधर उधर की न बात कर ये बता कि क़ाफ़िला क्यूँ लुटा, मुझे रहज़नों से गिला नहीं तिरी रहबरी का सवाल है”.
MAHUA MOITRA: MORALITY, MOTIVATION AND MISSION
Trinamool Congress MP Mahua Moitra may be in deep trouble after Darshan Hiranandani, the CEO of Hiranandani Group, sent an affidavit to the Ethics Committee of Lok Sabha alleging that she provided him her Lok Sabha website login and password so that he could post questions directly on her behalf when required. In the three-page affidavit submitted on Thursday to the Ethics Committee, and released to the press by the businessman’s corporate communications team, Hiranandani, who lives in Dubai, has alleged, “Ms. Moitra drafted a few questions that would have elements to embarrass the government by targeting the Adani group; questions that she could raise in Parliament. She shared with me her email ID as Member of Parliament, so that I could send her information, and she could raise the questions in Parliament. I went along with her proposal.” The affidavit further states, “she…requested me to keep supporting her in her attacks on the Adani group and provided me her Parliament login and password so that I could post the questions directly on her behalf when required.” In the affidavit, the businessman alleged that Moitra made frequent demands and kept asking him for favours, which he “had to fulfil in order to remain in close proximity with her and get her support.” Hiranandani, in his affidavit, alleged that Moitra “made frequent demands” including “expensive luxury items, providing support on renovation of her officially allotted bungalow in Delhi, travel expenses, holidays, etc., apart from providing secretarial and logistical help for her travels within India and to different parts of the world.” The affidavit also says, Moitra “thought that the only way to attack Shri Modi is by attacking Shri Gautam Adani and his group as both were contemporaries, and they belong to the same state of Gujarat.” Hiranandani said in the affidavit that Mahua Moitra targeted industrialist Gautam Adani to “malign and embarrass” Prime Minister Narendra Modi, “whose impeccable reputation gave the opposition no opportunity to attack him.” Late on Thursday night, Mahua Moitra issued a statement alleging that the affidavit was “drafted by the PMO” and “the PMO held a proverbial gun to Darshan and his father’s heads and gave them 20 minutes to sign this letter.” In her statement, Moitra alleged, “Three days ago (16.10.2023), the Hiranandani Group put out an official press release stating that all charges levelled against them were baseless. Today (19.10.2023), an “approver affidavit” has been leaked to the press. This affidavit is on a white piece of paper with no letter and there is no official origin aside from a press leak. Why would one of India’s most respected/educated businessman sign a letter like this on white paper unless a gun was put to his head to do it?” Moitra said, “Though tragic, it is totally understandable that Darshan (who is a dear friend) would need to think of what is at stake for him here – namely the continuation of his family businesses built up over decades and the fate of thousands of employees – or buckle under pressure and sign this.” She also said in her statement, “Why would such a wealthy successful businessman who enjoys direct access to every Minister and the PMO be coerced by a first-time opposition MP into giving her gifts and giving in to her demands? It is totally illogical and only cements the truth that this letter was drafted by the PMO and not Darshan”. Moitra stated, “He (Darshan) has not even been summoned by any investigative agency or the Ethics Committee yet. ..If indeed he has confessed to this, then why is he not releasing its officially rather than through backchannel leaks? The truth is exceedingly clear.” Moitra also hit out at her estranged partner and lawyer Jai Anant Dehadrai, who has accused her to taking bribes, saying, he is a “jilted ex with an acrimonious personal history with me who wanted to somehow get back at me. If indeed he was witness to all of my corruption, then why was he with me during the time and why did he wait till now to make it public?” The entire matter has gone to Parliament’s Ethics Committee because BJP MP Nishikant Dubey has accused Moitra of taking bribes from a businessman for asking questions in the House and he had urged Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla to constitute an inquiry committee to look into the charges. Dubey has claimed that Dehadrai, the lawyer, has shared “irrefutable” evidence of bribes given to Moitra. In a related development on Friday, Mahua Moitra’s counsel senior advocate Gopal Sankaranarayanan withdrew himself from the case after the Delhi High Court was informed by advocate Jai Anant Dehadrai that he was contacted by Sankaranarayanan over phone on Thursday night to withdraw his complaint to CBI against Moitra. Justice Sachin Datta said, he was “appalled” and asked whether Sankaranarayanan who tried to play the role of a mediator is still eligible to appear in the case? The counsel promptly said he was withdrawing himself from the case and further hearing has been listed for October 31. Mahua Moitra had filed a petition in the High Court seeking directions to restrain Nishikant Dubey, Dehadrai and several social media platforms like X, Google, YouTube and 15 media houses, from making, publishing, circulating per se defamatory, ex facie false and malicious statements against her. She has also sought damages. There is no doubt that Darshan Hiranandani’s affidavit before the Parliament Ethics Committee contains sensational allegations and to some extent, they indicate that Nishikant Dubey’s charges against Moitra could be correct. Darshan Hiranandani knew Mahua Moitra, they used to meet and talk often. There is nothing wrong in this, but Hiranandani has admitted that it was he who gave Mahua “information” relating to Adani group. Mahua asked questions about Adani group in Parliament, but she took it to the extreme by sharing her login and password for Parliament website with Hiranandani. The most objectional part of the allegations is that Hiranandani has confessed that he used to post questions to Parliament about Adani group in Mahua Moitra’s name. He has confessed that he gave expensive gifts to her and helped her to renovate her bungalow. I think this is quite unethical and immoral for a Member of Parliament. I had said it a day before that those who live in glass houses must not throw stones at others. As far as Mahua’s reply is concerned she has not replied to the basic questions that relate to the sanctity of Parliament. “तू इधर उधर की न बात कर ये बता कि क़ाफ़िला क्यूँ लुटा, मुझे रहज़नों से गिला नहीं तिरी रहबरी का सवाल है”.
गाज़ा के अस्पताल पर हुआ हमला दुखद और निंदनीय है
हमास के खिलाफ चल रही जंग के बीच अमेरिका के राष्ट्रपति जो बाइडेन इजराइल पहुंचे और तेल अवीव पहुंचते ही बाइडेन ने गाजा के अस्पताल पर हुई बमबारी में इजराइल को क्लीन चिट दे दी. बाइडेन ने कहा, वो जानते हैं ये हमला इजराइल ने नहीं किया, ये दूसरे लोगों का काम है. बाइडेन ने हमास को ISIS से भी ज्यादा खतरनाक आंतकवादी संगठन बताया और कहा कि पूरी दुनिया में किसी को इस बात पर शक नहीं होना चाहिए कि अमेरिका पूरी ताकत के साथ इजराइल के साथ खड़ा है. ब्रिटेन के प्रधानमंत्री ऋषि शुनक भी गुरुवार को इजरायल पहुंचे और इजराइल के प्रधानमंत्री बेंजामिन नेतान्याहू से बातचीत की. नेतान्याहू ने अस्पताल पर हुए हमले को हमास की करतूत बताया. वहीं हमास का आरोप है कि इजराइल ने अस्पताल पर हमाल कर बेगुनाह फिलस्तीनियों को मारा. मंगलवार की शाम को अस-अहली अस्पताल पर विस्फोट हुआ. उस समय तकरीबन 1,000 बेघर लोग अस्पताल के बाहर शरण लिए हुए थे, और असपताल भवन के अंदर करीब 600 मरीज़ और स्टाफ थे. हमास ने इल्जाम लगाया कि ये हमला इजराइल ने किया है. हमास ने तेजी से इस खबर को फैलाया. हालांकि हमास ने हमले में इज़राइल का हाथ होने का कोई सबूत नहीं दिया, कुछ ही देर बाद दुनिया भर में मुस्लिम संगठनों ने इजराइल के खिलाफ सड़क पर प्रोटेस्ट शुरू कर दिया. इस्लामिक मुल्कों में तो पूरी रात प्रदर्शन हुए. ईरान ने कह दिया कि अब सब्र का प्याला भर गया, अस्पताल पर हमला अमेरिका और इजराइल की मिलीभगत का नतीजा है, बेगुनाह फिलस्तीनियों पर और जुल्म सहन नहीं किया जाएगा. लेबनान की तरफ से हिजबुल्ला ने इजराइल की तरफ रॉकेट अटैक शुरू कर दिए. जॉर्डन के शाह और अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति बाइडेन के बीच होने वाली मीटिंग को रद्द कर दिया गया. ईरान ने तेल निर्यातक संगठन से कहा कि वह इजराइल को तेल की सप्लाई बंद कर दे, अस्पताल पर हमले को मुसलमानों का कत्लेआम बताया गया. चूंकि अस्पताल पर हुए हमले में मरीजों और पैरामैडिकल स्टाफ के साथ साथ बड़ी संख्या में ऐसे लोगों की भी मौत हुई जो ये सोच कर शरण लिए हुए थे कि अस्पताल पर हमला नहीं होगा लेकिन अंधेरा होते ही धमाका हुआ. तेल अवीव में बाइडेन ने साफ कहा कि अस्पताल पर हमले में इजराइल का कोई रोल नहीं हैं. बाइडेन ने नेतान्याहू से कहा कि मुझे मालूम है, हमला आपने नहीं किया, ये किसी दूसरे का काम है. बाइडेन ने कहा कि अब तक जो फैक्ट्स सामने आए हैं और अमेरिका ने अपने स्तर पर जो जांच कराई है, उससे ये साफ है कि अस्पताल पर हमला इजरायल ने नहीं बल्कि दूसरी टीम ने किया..बाइडेन ने हमास का नाम नहीं लिया लेकिन दूसरी टीम से उनका मतलब यही था. बाइडेन नें कहा कि हमास अब ISIS की तरह हैवान हो चुका है और कुछ मामलों में तो हमास की दरिंदगी ISIS से भी ज्यादा है. बाइडेन ने इजराइल को क्लीन चिट सिर्फ इसलिए नहीं दी क्योंकि अमेरिका इजराइल का पार्टनर है. गाज़ा के स्वास्थ्य अधिकारियों ने कहा कि इस हमले में करीब 500 लोगों की मौत हो गई और मरने वालों में ज्यादातर बच्चे हैं. हमले का आरोप इजरायल पर लगाया गया और ये खबर तुरंत पूरी दुनिया में फैल गई. इस हमले के लिए सबने इजरायल को दोषी ठहराना शुरू कर दिया. अखबारों में ये हेडलाइन बन गई. पूरी दुनिया में रोते बिलखते घायल बच्चों की तस्वीरें और वीडियो सर्कुलेट होने लगे. घायलों को लेकर भागते हुए लोग दिखने लगे. अस्पताल के मलबे में दबे लोगों को बचाने की कोशिशों के वीडियो आए. इन तस्वीरों से पूरी दुनिया में इजराइल के खिलाफ नाराजगी बढ़ी. र्चूंकि अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति को इजरायल आना था इसलिए उनकी यात्रा से ठीक पहले एक अस्पताल पर हमले में 500 नागरिकों की मौत के बाद अमेरिका भी डिफेंसिंव में आ गया. चूंकि 500 बेगुनाहों की मौत का इल्जाम इजराइल पर था, इसलिए इजराइली एजेंसीज भी सक्रिय हुईं. और कुछ घंटों के बाद इजराइल के रक्षा मंत्रालय ने अपने बेगुनाही के सबूत पेश कर दिए. इजराइली सेना की तरफ से इस हमले को लेकर एक वीडियो जारी किया गया. इस वीडियो के जरिए ये साबित करने की कोशिश की गई है, धमाका गाजा में ही हॉस्पिटल से कुछ दूरी से दागे गए रॉक्टेस का नतीजा था. इजराइल का दावा ये है कि ये रॉकेट गाजा में सक्रिय फिलीस्तीन इस्लामिक जिहाद नाम के आतंकी संगठन ने फायर किए थे, रॉकेट इजराइल की तरफ दागे गए थे लेकिन मिसफायर होने की वजह से ये रॉकेट अस्पताल से टकरा गए. इजराइली सेना ने एक ग्राफिक एनिमेशन वीडियो जारी कर ये भी बताया कि आतंकी संगठन फिलीस्तीन इस्लामिक जिहाद ने रॉकेट कहां से दागे. उनकी ट्रैजेक्ट्री क्या थी. रॉकेट किस तरह मिसफायर हुआ और इसकी वजह से अस्पताल के पार्किंग एरिया में धमाका कैसे हुआ. एक दूसरे सबूत में बताया गया कि इज़राइली रेडार्स ने उस वक्त के मूवमेंट्स को ट्रैक किया. जिस दौरान अस्पताल में धमाका हुआ और जब आतंकियों के तरफ से गाज़ा से रॉकेट दागे गए, रॉकेटों की ट्रैजेक्टरी की स्टडी करने के बाद पाया गया कि ये रॉकेट अस्पताल से कुछ दूरी पर एक स्थान से दागे गए. अब तक तो दुनिया सिर्फ हमास का नाम जानती थी लेकिन फिलीस्तीन इस्लामिक जिहाद नाम का आतंकवादी संगठन भी गाजा में पचास साल से सक्रिय है. ये संगठन गाजा में इस्लामिक कानून लागू करना चाहता है. इसे अमेरिका ने 1997 में ही आतंकी संगठनों की लिस्ट में डाल दिया था और इस पर पांबदी लगा दी थी. फिलीस्तीन इस्लामिक जिहाद हमास के साथ मिलकर इजराइल के खिलाफ हमलों को अंजाम देता रहा है. इजराइली सेनना ने एक ऑडियो टेप सुनाया जिसमें हमास के आतंकियों की बातचीत सुनायी पड़ रही है. हमास का दावा है कि अस्पताल में हुए घमाके में पांच सौ लोगों की मौत हुई है लेकिन इजराइल का कहना है कि जिस अस्पताल पर हमले का आरोप लगाया जा रहा है, उसकी इमारत अभी भी है, उसकी दीवारें भी नहीं गिरी हैं. जिस जगह हमले की बात कही जा रही है, वहां न तो कोई गड्ढा हुआ, न ही स्ट्रक्चरल डैमेज हुआ. तो सवाल ये है कि पांच सौ लोगों की मौत कैसे हो सकती है. इजरायल की इस बात में दम नज़र आता है क्योंकि धमाके की जगह की जो एक तस्वीर आई है, उनमें इतनी बड़ी तबाही के निशान नजर नहीं आ रहे हैं. हॉस्पिटल की पार्किंग में धमाके की बात सामने आई है. यहां पर खड़ी कुछ कारें तो पूरी तरह डैमेज हो चुकी हैं जबकि कुछ कारें आंशिक रूप से जली हैं. लेकिन पार्किंग एरिया में जो टाइल्स बिछाई गई हैं, वो सही सलामत हैं, किसी तरह का कोई गड्ढा नहीं दिख रहा है. इसीलिए इजराइल ने एयरस्ट्राइक की बात को गलत बताया है. अमेरिकी जांच एजेंसियों की रिपोर्ट और इजराइल की तरफ से पेश सबूतों को देखने के बाद ही बाइडेन ने इजराइल को क्लीन चिट दे दी. बाइडेन ने कहा कि वो खुद इन हालात में इजराइल इसलिए आए हैं जिससे दुनिया को संदेश जाए कि अमेरिक इजराइल के साथ डटकर खड़ा है. फिलिस्तीन के अस्पताल पर जो हमला हुआ वो वाकई में दुखदायी है. इजरायल और आतंकवादी हमास के झगड़े के बीच अगर आम लोग मारे जाते हैं, तो इसे माफ नहीं किया जाना चाहिए. फिलिस्तीन के अस्पताल पर जो हमला हुआ, उसका जिम्मेदार कौन है, इसको लेकर इजरायल और हमास के अपने अपने दावे हैं. दोनों एक दूसरे पर दोष मढ़ रहे हैं. इजरायल ने सबूत दिए हैं कि ये विस्फोट हमास का रॉकेट मिसफायर होने से हुआ. हमास ने इजरायल के हमले का कोई प्रूफ नहीं दिया. हमास ने बार बार 500 बेगुनाहों की मौत की बात की लेकिन इजरायल के इस सवाल का जवाब नहीं दिया कि विस्फोट अस्पताल के पार्किंग एरिया में हुआ और अस्पताल की दीवारें इंटैक्ट रहीं. क्या वाकई में 500 लोग मारे गए? एक बड़ा सवाल हॉस्पिटल पर इजरायल के हमले के दावे की टाइमिंग को लेकर है. ये ब्लास्ट ऐसे वक्त हुआ जब अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति इजरायल के दौरे पर पहुंचने वाले थे. इसके बाद बायडेन को जॉर्डन जाना था जहां वो जॉर्डन, मिस्र और फिलिस्तीन के राष्ट्राध्यक्षों के साथ एक शिखऱ बैठक करने वाले थे. इस शिखर बैठक के बाद हमास की पोजिशन बहुत कमजोर हो जाती. इसीलिए कुछ लोगों ने सवाल उठाया है कि क्या अस्पताल में रॉकेट से हमला इस शिखर बैठक को फेल करवाने के लिए किया गया. क्योंकि इस खबर के बाद जॉर्डन ने शिखर बैठक को रद्द कर दिया. जॉर्डन की राजधानी अम्मान में अमेरिकी दूतावास के बाहर प्रदर्शन हुए. हमास और उसके समर्थकों ने इस संघर्ष को मुसलमानों के संघर्ष का नाम दे दिया और पूरी दुनिया में मुसलमानों से इजरायल के खिलाफ सड़कों पर उतरने के लिए कहा. इसका असर दिखाई भी दिया. इस्लामिक देशों में बड़ी संख्या में प्रोटेस्ट हुए. अमेरिका, फ्रांस, दक्षिण कोरिया और नीदरलैंड्स जैसे देशों में भी मुसलमान सड़कों पर उतरे. नोट करने की बात ये भी है कि जो जॉर्डन और मिस्र फिलिस्तीन के साथ हमदर्दी दिखा रहे हैं जो मुल्क फिलिस्तीन पर होने वाले जुल्म की बात कर रहे हैं वही फिलिस्तीन के लोगों को अपने यहां शरण देने के लिए तैयार नहीं हैं. मिस्र ने तो अपनी सीमा सील कर दी है. सिर्फ रफाह क्रासिंग को मानवीय सहायता गाज़ा तक पहुंचाने के लिए खोला है. सब अपने आपको बचाने में लगे हैं इसीलिए ये मामला इतना उलझ गया है और इसका असर पूरी दुनिया में दिखाई दे रहा है.
DEADLY ATTACK ON GAZA HOSPITAL IS SHOCKING, OUTRAGEOUS
The death of more than 600 people in the deadly attack on Al-Ahli hospital in Gaza City on Tuesday evening is shocking, outrageous and saddening. None can pardon the perpetrators who caused loss of so many civilians in the ongoing Israeli-Hamas conflict. Israeli and Hamas are blaming each other for the attack. While Hamas says it was “a deliberate attack” by Israeli armed forces, US President Joe Biden and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu have said that it was the result of a misfired rocket fired by a “terrorist group” (read Hamas). A US National Security Council spokesperson said that its current assessment, based on analysis of overhead imagery, intercepts and open source information, clearly shows Israel is not responsible for the explosion. Hamas is yet to come out with any evidence to support its charge. The dean of the hospital, owned and run by the Anglican Church of Jerusalem, said there were nearly 1,000 displaced people sheltering in the courtyard of the hospital when it was hit. There were nearly 600 patients and staff inside the building. Live footage from Al-Jazeera TV network showed two bright flashes of light in the sky above Gaza, before suddenly changing direction and exploding. Ballistic experts say, as per available evidence, it cannot be described as an Israeli air strike, and it could be a failed rocket section hitting the car park of the hospital causing the blast. One big question that is being raised is about the timing of the attack. It took place hours before US President Joe Biden was to land in Israel, and he was scheduled to meet Arab leaders at a key summit in neighbouring Jourdan. Such a summit of the US President with the Egyptian President, King of Jordan and Palestinian Authority President could have made Hamas’ position weaker. It had the desired impact. Some experts have raised the question whether the rocket attack on the hospital was carried out to abort the scheduled summit. Jordan immediately cancelled the summit after the hospital attack. There was protest by thousands of demonstrators outside the US embassy in Amman. Hamas terror outfit and its supporters have described this as an attack on Muslims across the world. There were protests in capitals of Islamic countries. In US, Franch, South Korea and Netherlands, protesters came out on the streets demanding a halt to the conflict. At the end of his brief visit to Israel, US President Biden said, Egypt has agreed to reopen the Rafah crossing for sending humanitarian assistance to Gaza. Chinese President Xi Jinping has also urged Egypt to open a humanitarian corridor for civilians fleeing Gaza. On the other hand, Israel has already amassed its artillery and tanks near the Gaza fence to launch a ground offensive. Road repairing machinery have been sent through Rafah crossing to repair roads in Gaza to facilitate delivery of Red Cross humanitarian aid from Egypt. One point to note is that neither Egypt, nor Jordan are willing to give shelter to several million Palestinians fleeing Gaza, though they are expressing sympathy for the Palestinian cause. The issue has now become much complicated despite efforts by US, European Union, UK and other Arab regional powers to halt the conflict. Gaza is now sitting on a keg of gunpowder, ready to explode anytime, unless better sense prevails.

कांग्रेस का घोषणा पत्र जारी करने से पहले इस मामले में सफाई देनी पड़ी. लेकिन जब कमलनाथ बोल रहे थे तो मंच पर दिग्विजय सिंह ने उन्हें टोक दिया. कह दिया बाकी सब तो ठीक है लेकिन कार्यकर्ताओं को पता होना चाहिए कि टिकट कौन दे रहा है, गलती कौन कर रहा है और कपड़े किसके फाड़े जाने चाहिए. लेकिन कमलनाथ पूरे रंग में थे उन्होंने दिग्विजय सिंह से अपने चालीस साल पुराने रिश्ते गिनाएं, यारी दोस्ती की बात की लेकिन तीर कमान से निकल चुका था. दिग्विजय सिंह ने हंसते हंसते ही जवाब दिया लेकिन जवाब करारा था. लेकिन कमलनाथ भी कम नहीं हैं. उन्होंने कहा मैंने आपको पावर ऑफ अटॉर्नी दी थी कि कमलनाथ के लिए आप पूरी गालियां खाइए, इसीलिए कमलनाथ और दिग्विजय की इस तकरार की गूंज पूरे मध्य प्रदेश में सुनाई दी. असली समस्या यह है कि कांग्रेस में टिकटों के ऐलान के बाद कई जगह बगावत हो रही है, कई जगह नेता पार्टी छोड़ कर जा चुके हैं. दर्जनों कैमरों के सामने कमलनाथ और दिग्विजय सिंह एक दूसरे पर तीखे कटाक्ष कर रहे हों, इसका असर तो पड़ेगा. वचनपत्र समारोह में मंच पर कमलनाथ, दिग्विजय सिंह, प्रदेश कांग्रेस के सारे दिग्गज मौजूद थे, मीडिया का जमावड़ा था. मध्य प्रदेश के लिए कांग्रेस का रोडमैप क्या है ये बताने के लिए कमलनाथ ने माइक संभाला लेकिन इतने महत्वपूर्ण मौके पर कमलनाथ ने वचनपत्र की बात शुरु करने से पहले बात की दिग्विजय सिंह की. कमलनाथ ने सबको इस बात की सफाई दी कि उन्होंने दिग्विजय सिंह के कपड़े फाड़ने वाली बात क्यों कही. एक तरफ से कमलनाथ बोल रहे थे, दूसरी तरफ से दिग्विजय सिंह उनका जवाब दे रहे थे. हांलाकि दोनों के बीच बातचीत मजाकिया अंदाज में ही हुई लेकिन मंच पर कमलनाथ और दिग्विजय सिंह के इस संवाद में ये साफ नजर आ रहा था कि दिग्विजय कमलनाथ की कपड़ा फाड़ने वाली बात से खुश नहीं है. कमलनाथ ने दिग्विजय की दोस्ती का हवाला दिया, पारिवारिक संबंधों की बात की लेकिन दिग्विजय यही पूछते रहे कि जब टिकट के ‘ए’ और ‘बी’ फॉर्म में दस्तखत कमलनाथ के हैं तो फिर उन्हें जिम्मेदार क्यों ठहराया गया. कमलनाथ के इस रूख के बाद भी दिग्विजिय की नाराजगी कम नहीं हुई. दिग्विजय ने स्टेज पर कमलनाथ के साथ मंच पर हुई इस बातचीत का वीडियो सोशल मीडिया पर पोस्ट किया. साथ में एक शेर की दो लाइनें भी जोड़ दीं, “ बेतकल्लुफ वो औरों से हैं, नाज़ उठाने को हम रह गए हैं “ . दिग्विजय की नाराजगी की वजह वाजिब है. जो लोग मध्य प्रदेश की राजनीति को जानते समझते हैं, उन्हें पता है कि कमलनाथ और दिग्विजय सिंह की अदावत पुरानी है लेकिन चुनाव के मौके पर दोनों अब तक साथ साथ दिख रहे थे. ये वीडियो एकता को तोड़ सकता है. इसलिए कमलनाथ ने एक बार फिर इस मसले को हल्के में निपटाने की कोशिश की. उन्होंने कहा कि दिग्विजय के कपड़े फाडने की बात तो उन्होंने अपनेपन के नाते कही थी, आज भी वो यही कहेंगे कि अगर कोई नाराजगी है तो दिग्विजय सिंह के कपड़े फाड़ो. कमलनाथ कुछ भी कहें, लेकिन वो भी जानते हैं कि उम्मीदवारों की लिस्ट आने के बाद नाराजगी तो है और ये बात मंगलवार को भोपाल में भी दिखी. जब कांग्रेस दफ्तर में वचन पत्र जारी करने के लिए नेता जुट रहे थे, उस वक्त कांग्रेस के दफ्तर के बाहर टिकट न मिलने से नाराज कांग्रेस के कार्यकर्ता विरोध प्रदर्शन कर रहे थे. दतिया, जतारा और बुधनी सीट पर कांग्रेस के घोषित उम्मीदवारों का विरोध कर रहे थे. दो-तीन बातें जानने लायक हैं, जैसे कि टिकटों के बंटवारे के बाद मध्य प्रदेश कांग्रेस के मीडिया सेल के उपाध्यक्ष अजय सिंह यादव ने पार्टी छोड़ दी. उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि कांग्रेस ने पिछड़ों के साथ अन्याय किया है. कांग्रेस के दूसरे नेता यादवेन्द्र सिंह नागोदा से टिकट न मिलने से नाराज थे. उन्होंने उम्मीदवारों की लिस्ट जारी होने के बाद कांग्रेस छोड़कर बहुजन समाज पार्टी ज्वाइन कर ली. बुधनी को लेकर विरोध है, जहां शिवराज सिंह चौहान के सामने रामायण में हनुमान का रोल करने वाले विक्रम मस्ताल को कांग्रेस ने उतारा है. उन्हें कांग्रेस के लोकल नेता “पैराशूट कैंडिडेट” बता रहे हैं. उज्जैन में माया त्रिवेदी का विरोध हो रहा है. .कहा जा रहा है कि लोकसभा चुनाव में लाखों वोटों से हारी, विधानसभा चुनाव तीस हजार वोट से हारी, फिर भी उन्हें टिकट दिया गया. बीजेपी कांग्रेस में मचे घमासान को कमलनाथ और दिग्विजय सिंह के आपसी झगड़े का नतीजा बता रही है. चुनाव से पहले टिकट न मिलने पर नाराज़ नेता प्रदर्शन करते हैं, ये हर पार्टी में होता है, हर चुनाव में होता है. ये बड़ी बात नहीं हैं. नाराज लोगों को समझाने के लिए नेता टिकट कटने की जिम्मेदारी एक दूसरे पर डालते हैं, ये भी कोई नई बात नहीं है, लेकिन पार्टी का बड़ा नेता अपनी ही पार्टी के कार्यकर्ताओं से दूसरे बड़े नेता के कपड़े फाड़ने को कहे और उसका वीडियो भी बन जाए, ये पहली बार देख रहा हूं. ये कमलनाथ के लिए एंब्रैसिंग हैं. उससे भी बड़ी बात ये है कि चुनाव से पहले इस तरह के वीडियो से कांग्रेस कार्यकर्ताओं के मनोबल पर भी असर पड़ेगा. ये बात कमलनाथ भी समझ रहे हैं और दिग्वजिय सिंह भी. इसीलिए अब दोनों सार्वजनिक तौर पर इस मसले को हल्के में टालने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं लेकिन बीजेपी इसे जोर शोर से फैलाएगी और हर मंच से इसी वीडियो की बात करेगी. दूसरी तरफ कांग्रेस की कोशिश है कि वो इस मामले में मिट्टी डालकर अपनी गारंटियों पर फोकस करे. कांग्रेस ने मध्य प्रदेश के लिए जो वचनपत्र जारी किया है, उसमें 1,290 वादे किए हैं. लोगों को 25 लाख रु. का हैल्थ कवर, बेरोजगारों को 1500 से तीन हजार रु. तक हर महीने का भत्ता, बेटियों की शादी के लिए एक लाख रूपए, बिटिया रानी योजना के तहत दो लाख 51 हजार रूपए, स्कूली बच्चों को पांच सौ से डेढ़ हजार रूपए मासिक, 1,200 रु. प्रति महीने सामाजिक सुरक्षा पेंशन, ऐसे तमाम वादे किए गए हैं. कांग्रेस ने किसान, नौजवान, बच्चे, बुजुर्ग, महिलाओं हर किसी को कुछ न कुछ देने का वादा कर दिया, अगर सिर्फ बच्चों को मिलने वाले वजीफे की बात करें तो इस अकेले वादे को पूरा करने के लिए हर साल करीब साढ़े सात हजार करोड़ रूपए की जरूरत होगी. सारे वादे पूरे करने के लिए लाखों करोड़ रुपये की जरूरत होगी. इतना तो मध्य प्रदेश का बजट नहीं है. फिर वादे कैसे पूरे होंगे? लेकिन आजकल चुनाव के दौरान मुफ्त का माल बांटने के बड़े बड़े लुभावने वादे सब करते हैं. इसके लिए पैसा कहन से आएगा, ये कोई नहीं बताता. कांग्रेस मध्य प्रदेश में बीस साल से सत्ता से दूर है, इसलिए वापसी के लिए जो करना पड़े, वो सब कर रही है. जो कहना पड़े, वो सब कह रही है.
WILL INFIGHTING AFFECT CONGRESS PROSPECTS IN MADHYA PRADESH?
Electoral politics is now on the boil in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh and Telangana, but a video of MP Congress chief Kamal Nath has not only become viral on social media, but it had also repercussions, when Kamal Nath and senior Congress leader Digvijaya Singh indulged in banter laced with sarcasm about the video in front of media at the state party office. One of the supporters of two-term MLA Virendra Raghuvanshi had made a video of Kamal Nath telling supporters of this leader to tear the kurtas of Digivijaya Singh and his son Jaivardhan Singh for not being given the ticket. Raghuvanshi had quit the BJP a few weeks ago and had jointed Congress on September 2, but he failed to get a party ticket. At the press conference called for launch of the party manifesto, Kamal Nath clarified why he told supporters to tear Digvijaya Singh’s clothes. Digvijaya Singh, who was sitting on the rostrum, intervened, and asked: “Bhai, whose signatures are there on Form A and B? the PCC President’s. Then whose clothes should be torn (for denying ticket)?” Kamal Nath replied: “My relations with Digvijaya Singh is not political, we have light bantering between us. We have affection for each other. I have given you power of attorney and you will take all the abuses for Kamal Nath and that power of attorney is valid even today.” Digvijaya Singh retorted: “And you should also listen, who is making mistakes, people should know.” Kamal Nath replied: “Whether mistakes are made or not, we have to hear abuses, but our relations are so old, it is family relationship, not political… You have already taken bitter sips of poison in the past, and will have to take in future also.” By making this light banter, Digvijaya Singh showed the mirror to Kamal Nath in front of the media. All his replies were laced with full of sarcasm. From the banter, it was clear that Digivijaya Singh was not happy with Kamal Nath telling supporters to tear his clothes. Digivijaya Singh posted the entire conversation on social media, and added an Urdu couplet: “Be-taqalluf woh auron se hain, Naaz uthaane ko hum rah gaye hain” (She is impolite before others, it is for me to bear with her airs/whims). Digvijay Singh’s unhappeness is justified. The BJP MLA from Kolaras Virendra Raghuvanshi wanted to contest from Shivpuri, but ticket was given to veteran Congressman K P Singh. Raghuvanshi’s supporters staged protest outside Kamal Nath’s house, and the latter told them that it was Digvijaya Singh who gave the ticket to K P Singh and they should go and protest and tear the clothes of him and his son Jaivardhan Singh. Kamal Nath did not know that one of the supporters was making a video on the sly and it soon became viral. Digvijaya Singh immediately expressed his unhappiness on social media, and BJP leaders made fun of the duo. People who understand Madhya Pradesh politics know it well that Digvijaya and Kamal Nath have been rivals in the past, but because of assembly elections, they are appearing together in public. This video can break their unity. Kamal Nath tried to ignore this by indulging in light banter at the press conference. Whatever Kamal Nath may say, there is unhappiness among many Congress leaders for being denied tickets. At the manifesto launch event on Tuesday, party workers were chanting slogans against candidates fielded in Datia, Jatara and Budhni constituencies. State Congress media cell vice-president Ajay Singh Yadav has quit the party alleging that leadership has not given justice to backward caste workers. Another Congress leader Yadavendra Singh joined Bahujan Samaj Party after being denied ticket from Nagoda. In the key constituency of Budhni, where Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan is contesting, Congress has fielded Vikram Mastal, an actor who does Hanuman’s role at Ramlila. Local Congress leaders describe him as “a parachute candidate”. In Ujjain, Maya Trivedi’s candidature is being opposed because she had lost the Lok Sabha poll by several lakh votes and the assembly poll by 30,000 votes last time. In Indian politics, it is normal for leaders and their supporters to stage protests whenever ticket is denied. This is nothing new. It happens in all political parties. It is also normal that top leaders shift the blame on their rivals whenever anybody is denied a ticket. But this is the first time that a state party chief is telling workers to tear the clothes of a senior party colleague. This is really embarrassing for Kamal Nath. Circulation of such a video can badly affect the morale of Congress workers during the elections. Both Kamal Nath and Digvijaya Singh realize this. That is why, they tried to pass it off with light banter in public. But BJP leaders are preparing to go to town with this video and play it before the voters. Congress is trying to douse this internal fire by focusing more on 1,290 guarantees given in its Vachan Patra (manifesto) released on Tuesday. The guarantees include Rs 25 lakh health cover for people, monthly Rs 1,500 to Rs 3,000 allowance to unemployed youths, Rs one lakh for marriage of girls, Rs 2,51,000 assistance under Bitiya Rani Yojana, Rs 500 to Rs 1,500 per month for school children, Rs 1,200 per month social security pension, etc. It is nothing short of a poll bonanza for youths, women, children, elderly people and other sections. Monthly assistance to school children alone will entail a cost of Rs 7,500 crore for the state exchequer. Fulfilling all these promises may require several lakh crores of rupees, but the state government does not have this kind of a budget. The question is: Whether the promises will be fulfilled? Nobody is ready to tell from where the money is going to come. Congress has been out of power for the last two decades, and it is trying its best to return to power. It is making all kinds of promises, left and right.
हमास की दरिंदगी पर कौन खामोश हैं ? क्यों ?
गाजा में हमास के खिलाफ इजरायल के हमले जारी है और लाखों लोग अपनी जान बचाने के लिए इधर उधर भागने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं. अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति जो बाइडन बुधवार को इज़रायल और जॉर्डन जाएंगे और इज़रायल, जॉर्डन, मिस्र और फलस्तीन के नेताओं से मुलाकात करेंगे. उधर ईरान के विदेश मंत्री ने धमकी दी है कि अगर इजरायल ने गाज़ा पर हमला नहीं रोका, तो इज़रायल के खिलाफ कार्रवाई हो सकती है. अब हमास-इज़रायल जंग पूरे क्षेत्र में फैलने की आशंका पैदा हो गई है. इजराइली फौज की तरफ से नार्थ गाजा के इलाकों को खाली करने की डैडलाइन खत्म हो गई है. हमास और इजराइली फौज के बीच चल रहे युद्ध के बीच गाजा के आम लोगों फंस गए हैं. मिस्र अपनी सीमा खोलने को तैयार नहीं हैं. हालांकि अमेरिकी विदेश मंत्री एंटनी ब्लिंकन ने कहा है कि जल्दी ही राफा बॉर्डर खुल जाएगा और गाजा के लोग मिस्र जा सकेंगे. लेकिन इजराइल इतनी आसानी से गाजा के लोगों को मिस्र जाने की इजाजत देने को तैयार नहीं हैं क्योंकि उसे शक है कि आम लोगों के बीच हमास के आंतकवादी भी मिस्र भाग सकते हैं. इसवक्त गाजा में लाखों लोगों के पास पीने का पानी नहीं है, खाना नहीं है. इजराइल की कार्रवाई को इस्लामिक देश अमानवीय बता रहे हैं. लेकिन इजराइल ने साफ कह दिया है कि जब तक हमास के सभी आतंकवादियों को खत्म नहीं कर देगा तब तक हमले नहीं रूकेंगे. इजराइल ने कहा है कि अब भी इजरायल समेत 41 देशों के 199 नागरिक हमास के कब्जे में हैं. इस बीच लेबनान की तरफ से आंतकवादी संगठन हिजबुल्लाह ने भी इजराइल पर रॉकेट से हमले से शुरू कर दिए हैं. इससे स्थिति और खराब हुई है. अमेरिका, भारत और यूरोपीय संघ पूरी तरह से इजराइल के साथ खड़े हैं लेकिन ईरान, सीरिया, तुर्किए, लेबनान और रूस के अलावा चीन ने भी हमास का समर्थन किया है. चीन ने गाजा में इजराइल के एक्शन को गलत बताया है. दुनिया दो भागों में बट रही है जबकि गाजा और इजराइल में लोगों की मौत का सिलसिला जारी है. इजराइल के हमलों में गाजा में अब तक 2700 से ज्यादा लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है जबकि दस हजार से ज्यादा लोग घायल हैं. इजराइल का दावा है कि हमास के हमलों में 1400 से ज्यादा इजराइली लोगों की जान गई, ढाई हजार से ज्यादा घायल हैं. मरने वालों में 297 इजराइली सैनिक भी शामिल हैं. चूंकि दुनिया इजराइल की कार्रवाई पर सवाल उठा रही है इसलिए इजराइल ने हमास के हमलों के कुछ वीडियो फुटेज जारी किए. ये दिखाने की कोशिश की कि हमास के आतंकवादियों ने किस तरह की हैवानियत की थी, छोटे छोटे बच्चों को घर में घुसकर प्वाइंट ब्लैंक रेंज से गोली मारी, जिंदा जला दिया. अब सवाल ये है कि गाजा के आम लोगों का इसमें क्या कसूर? क्या हमास की दारिंदगी का बदला गाजा के आम लोगों के खून से चुकाया जाएगा? इजराइल का बदला कैसे पूरा होगा? ये कौन तय करेगा कि हमास के आतंकवादी खत्म हो गए? ये कैसे तय होगा कि इजराइल की जीत हो गई? क्योंकि बेंजामिन नेतान्याहू कह रहे हैं कि जब तक जीत नहीं जाते तब तक हमले नहीं रूकेंगे. हमास के आतंकवादियों ने जब इजरायल के मासूम नागरिकों पर बेरहमी से हमला किया तो वो हथियारों के साथ-साथ कैमरों से भी लैस थे, अपनी वहशियाना हरकतों को कैमरे में कैद कर रहे थे. आज जब इसके सबूत सामने आए तो साफ हो गया कि इरादा सिर्फ मारकाट मचाना नहीं था, इरादा सिर्फ इजरायल को नुकसान पहुंचाने का नहीं था, इरादा तो ये था कि ये हैवानियत दुनिया को दिखाया जाए, इरादा इजरायल के आत्म सम्मान पर चोट पहुंचाना भी था. इसलिए अब इजरायल दुनिया को हमास के जुल्मों की तस्वीरें दिखाकर पूछ रहा है कि इस पर दुनिया के इस्लामिक देश खामोश क्यों हैं? जो आज इजरायल से जंग रोकने के लिए कह रहे हैं उन्होंने हमास की अमानवीय कार्रवाई की निंदा क्यों नहीं की? अगर कैमरों पर सबूत न होते तो कुछ लोग शायद ये कह देते कि इजरायल की फौज और मोसाद ने खुद ही अपने लोगों को मरवाया ताकि उन्हें हमास पर हमला करने का बहाना मिल सके. लेकिन इस बात के पुख्ता सबूत हैं और दावे भी कि हमास के आतंकवादियों ने मासूम और बेकसूर लोगों के साथ वहशियाना तरीके से जुल्म किया, हत्या की और आज भी अगवा किए गए लोगों को इंसानी ढाल बनाकर अपने आप को बचाने की कोशिश कर रहा है. लेकिन फिलिस्तीन का समर्थन करने वाले इन हरकतों को नजरअंदाज करने में लगे हैं. दुनिया के कई मुल्कों में प्रदर्शन हुए हैं, लोग इजरायल पर दबाव बनाना चाहते हैं ताकि वो गाजा पर किए जा रहे हमलों को रोके. पर इजरायल ने साफ कर दिया कि वो हमास को खत्म करके ही दम लेगा. इजराइल के कड़े रूख को देखते हुए अब हमारे देश में भी फलिस्तीन और हमास के समज्ञर्थन में मुश्लिम संगठनों और मुस्लिम नेताओं ने प्रदर्शन शुरू कर दिए हैं. सोमवार को दिल्ली और मुंबई में प्रदर्शन हुए, दिल्ली में जंतर-मंतर पर वाम दलों से जुड़े संगठनों ने प्रदर्शन किया. इस प्रदर्शन में AISA, कई वामपंथी स्टूडेंट यूनियन., JNU और जामिया के छात्र और दिल्ली यूनिवर्सिटी के कुछ प्रोफेसर शामिल हुए. असदुद्दीन ओवैसी खुलकर इजराइल का विरोध कर रहे हैं. इजराइल का समर्थन करने के भारत सरकार के फैसले को गलत बता रहे हैं. ओवैसी ने कहा कि महात्मा गांधी ने फिलस्तीन का समर्थन किया था, आजादी के बाद से 2014 तक की सभी सरकारों ने इजराइल का विरोध किया. अब भारत सरकार ने यूटर्न ले लिया है, ये ठीक नहीं है. इजरायल ने तो बताया है कि उसने हमास के खिलाफ इतना सख्त एक्शन क्यों लिया पर हमारे देश में इजरायल पर सवाल उठाने वालों ने ये नहीं बताया कि उन्होंने हमास के जुल्म को नजरअंदाज क्यों किया. इन लोगों ने इस बात को भी नजरअंदाज किया कि हमास के दहशतगर्दों ने महिलाओं के कपड़े उतारकर उन पर जुल्म करके, उनकी नुमाइश करते वक्त कैमरों के सामने अल्लाहु अकबर के नारे लगाए. नोट करने की बात ये भी है कि साउदी अरब और यूनिइटेड अरब अमीरत के मुल्कों में कोई प्रोटेस्ट के लिए सड़कों पर नहीं उतरा लेकिन हमारे देश में ऐसे लोगों की कमी नहीं है जिनके बारे में कुछ लोग कह रहे हैं – बेगानी शादी में अब्दुल्ला दीवाना.
WHO IS SILENT OVER HAMAS’ ATROCITIES? AND WHY ?
The Israel-Hamas conflict continues to escalate with Israel pounding large parts of Gaza, and lakhs of people suffering due to lack of water, electricity, healthcare and basic amenities. US President Joe Biden is scheduled to visit Israel and Jordan on Wednesday. He will engage with both Israeli and Arab leaders to de-escalate the situation. Biden will meet Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu, Jordan King Abdullah, Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas. A statement from White House said Biden will reiterate that Hamas does not stand for Palestinian people’s right to dignity and self-determination, and that Biden will discuss the humanitarian needs of the civilians trapped inside Gaza. The present conflict threatens to blow up into a big regional crisis with Iranian Foreign Minister issuing a warning about the possibility of Iran and its allies taking what he called “pre-emptive action” in response to Israel’s continued attacks on Gaza. Egypt is unwilling to open its border to allow Palestinians to cross over from Gaza, but US Secretary of State was optimistic that Rafah border crossing will be reopened soon to allow people to cross over from Gaza to Egypt. Israeli says, this could help Hamas terrorists in fleeing Gaza and the main aim of the entire operation to eliminate Hamas will be defeated. US, European Union and India stand with Israel, but Iran, Syria, Turkiye, Lebanon, Russia and China are supporting Hamas in the name of Palestinians. Israel has already circulated more videos of how Hamas terrorists carried out bestial attacks on innocent Israeli women and children, how they shot children point-blank after entering their homes and burnt many of them alive. The question now is: Why should the people of Gaza suffer for the brutalities committed by Hamas? How will Israel extract its revenge against Hamas? Netanyahu has already said that attacks will not cease till victory is achieved. Already more than 10,000 Israeli soldiers, expert in urban warfare, are on standby for entering Gaza and fight Hamas. These soldiers have been ordered to kill Hamas leaders after occupying Gaza city. More than 300 tanks and artillery guns have taken up position on Gaza border. Already, six top Hamas leaders have been killed in action. Israeli military officials told India TV correspondent Amit Palit that the Gaza operation this time will be bigger compared to the operation that was conducted in 2006. When Hamas terrorists forcibly entered Israeli settlements on that black Saturday, they not only carried weapons but had cameras fitted on their bodies to videograph the gory details. The aim was not only to carry out murder and mayhem. The aim was not only to deal a crushing blow to Israel. The aim was to show to the world how Israeli pride can be shattered by committing bestialities. Israel is now using those videos and asking Islamic countries why they are silent over cruelties committed by Hamas. Israel is demanding why Islamic countries are not denouncing inhuman action committed by Hamas. Had these videos not been available, there are people around the world who could have blamed Israel for killing its own people and blaming Hamas, in order to gain an alibi to attack Gaza. This time there are solid and concrete evidences that establish that Hamas terrorists killed innocent people in a brutal manner, kidnapped people and is now using them as human shield. Those supporting Palestine are deliberately ignoring such proof. There has been protests by pro-Palestine Muslims in several world capitals in order to exert pressure on Israel to avoid a major ground assault on Gaza. Israel is firm on its stand. It wants to eliminate Hamas completely, come what may. There are Muslim leaders in India who are openly supporting Hamas, along with their traditional backing for Palestinian cause. On Monday, there were protests in Delhi and Mumbai. Left activists staged protest at Delhi’s Jantar Mantar along with JNU and Jamia Millia students. AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi and other Muslim maulanas are openly espousing the cause of Palestine but ignoring the inhumanities committed by Hamas terrorists. They should take note of the fact that even Saudi Arabia and UAE have not allowed any protests in their countries in support of Hamas. But, in India, several Muslim leaders and Leftists are silent on Hamas atrocities and are only trying to highlight Israeli attacks on Gaza.

इज़रायल और हमास के बीच जंग ने पूरी दुनिया को दो हिस्सों में बांट दिया है.. गाजा में जंग के मैदान में मौजूद इंडिया टीवी संवाददाता अमित पालित ने बताया कि इजरायल के 1 लाख फौजी किसी भी वक्त गाजा में घुस सकते हैं. 3 लाख 60 हजार फौजी रिजर्व में रखे गए हैं. 300 टैंक गाजा बॉर्डर तक पहुंच चुके हैं.इंतजार है इन्टेलिजन्स की मंजूरी का, इजराइल की फौज किसी जाल में नहीं फंसना चाहती, ये सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि हमास ने बारूदी सुरंगें तो नहीं बिछाई हुई हैं. इज़रायल गाजा की आम जनता को हमले से भी बचना चाहता है. इज़रायल ने फिलीस्तीनी लोगों को गाज़ा सिटी छोड़कर जाने का निर्देश दिया है लेकिन हमास ने गाजा के लोगों से कहा है कि वो अपने घरों को न छोड़ें. हमास ने दावा किया है कि इजरायल की बमबारी में उन 13 इजराइली नागरिकों की मौत भी हो गई है जो हमास के कब्जे में थे लेकिन इजराइल ने साफ कर दिया कि जब तक हमास का नामोनिशान नहीं मिटा देंगे तब तक युद्ध नहीं रूकेगा. इजरायली वायु सेना की बमबारी में गाजा पट्टी में डेढ़ हजार से ज्यादा लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है. दूसरी बड़ी बात ये है कि पुरी दुनिया में शुक्रवार को हमास के समर्थन में मुस्लिम संगठनों ने प्रोटेस्ट किया. जॉर्डन, लीबिया, ईरान के अलावा फ्रांस में बड़ी संख्या में मुसलमान हमास के समर्थन में सड़कों पर निकले. हालांकि फ्रांस और ब्रिटेन की सरकारों ने हमास के समर्थन में किसी भी तरह के प्रदर्शन पर रोक लगा दी है. लंदन में सारे यहूदी स्कूल बंद कर दिए गए हैं. हैरानी की बात ये है कि हमारे देश में भी ज्यादातर मस्जिदों में जुमे की नमाज के बाद हुई तकरीरों में हमास के समर्थन में नारे लगे. कई शहरों में हमास के समर्थन में प्रदर्शन हुए. लेकिन नोट करने की बात ये है कि हमास के खिलाफ इजराइल के एक्शन को लेकर अब दुनिया दो हिस्सों में बंट गई है. अमेरिका, भारत और यूरोपीय देश पूरी तरह इजराइल के साथ खड़े हैं, लेकिन रूस, ईरान, इराक, लेबनान और दूसरे मुस्लिम देश हमास के साथ खड़े हो गए हैं. यूरोपीय यूनियन ने दिल्ली में जी20 संसदीय स्पीकर्स के सम्मेलन में इजराइल-फिलस्तीन का मुद्दा उठाया. EU ने कहा कि हमास का राजनैतिक और आर्थिक समर्थन बंद होना चाहिए. प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने साफ कर दिया कि आतंकवाद दुनिया में कहीं भी हो, किसी भी रूप में हो, उसका समर्थन नहीं किया जा सकता, आतंकवाद को मजहब के चश्मे से देखना ठीक नहीं हैं. लेकिन रूस के राष्ट्रपति ब्लादिमीर पुतिन ने कहा है कि इजराइली हमलों में आम लोगों को नुकसान हुआ है और आम लोगों को हुए नुकसान को बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा. तेल अवीव पहुंचे अमेरिका के रक्षामंत्री ने कहा कि अमेरिका हमास को बर्बाद करने के इजराइल के अभियान में पूरी तरह उसके साथ है क्योंकि हमास ने बेगुनाह इजराइली नागरिकों का कत्ल किया है. इजरायल ने इतने बड़े पैमाने पर हमास पर हमला क्यों किया? इसके बारे में मैंने कई एक्सपर्ट से बात की. असल में इजरायल ये समझता है कि ईरान और हमास ने मिलकर इजरायल का दबदबा खत्म करने का प्लान बनाया था और एक तरह से हमास ने इजरायल को एक बड़ा झटका दिया भी.पहली बार इजरायल की इंटेलिजेंस का इतना बड़ा फेल्यर हुआ. पहली बार इजरायल की मिलिट्री के वर्चस्व को भी धक्का लगा क्योंकि उसकी तैयारी में कमी दिखाई दी. अब इजरायल, ईरान और हमास को और एक तरह से पूरी दुनिया को दिखाना चाहता है कि उसकी सैन्य ताक़त बरकरार है और वो गाजा पर कब्जा करने में सक्षम है. कुछ हद तक इजरायल की बात सही भी है क्योंकि सैन्य ताक़त और इंटेलिजेंस के मामले में इजरायल वाकई में बहुत मजबूत है और इसकी ताकत इसीलिए कई गुना बढ़ जाती है क्योंकि उसके पास पश्चिमी देशों का, खासतौर से अमेरिका का पूरा पूरा समर्थन है. मैंने एक्सपर्ट्स से इस बात को लेकर भी चर्चा की कि ईरान और हमास दोनों जानते थे कि इजरायल उन्हें करारा जवाब देगा तो भी हमास ने इजरायली नागरिकों की इतनी क्रूरता से हत्या करने की हिमाकत क्यों की? सबका कहना ये है कि ईरान और हमास इस बात को लेकर काफी परेशान हो गए थे कि इजरायल और सऊदी अरब के बीच रिश्तों में सुधार हो रहा था. अमेरिका की कोशिश से सऊदी और इजरायल के बीच एक शांति समझौता साइन होने वाला था. अगर ये हो जाता तो खाड़ी के देश और इजरायल मिलकर ईरान को कमजोर कर सकते थे और ईरान को लगता था कि इस क्षेत्र में अमेरिका की ताकत और बढ़ जाएगी. इसीलिए फिलिस्तीन की आड़ लेकर, उनपर हुए जुल्म के नाम पर इजरायल पर इस तरह का हमला किया गया. लेकिन मुझे लगता है की ईरान का ये प्लान फेल हो गया. ये बात तो समझ में आती है कि हमास के खिलाफ गाजा में जिस तरह का एक्शन इजरायल ने किया है. उससे समस्या का समाधान नहीं निकल सकता, पर इजरायल अपनी ताकत दिखा देगा, दूसरी बात ये कि इस जंग की वजह से अरब शांति पहल एक बार फिर से जरूरी हो जाएगी. सऊदी और अमीराती इजरायल का साथ देते नजर आएंगे, कम से कम उसके खिलाफ खड़े नहीं होंगे. नोट करने वाली बात ये है कि पूरी दुनिया में कई जगह हमास के समर्थन में प्रदर्शन हुए हैं लेकिन सऊदी अरब और संयुक्त अरब अमीरात के मुल्कों में कहीं कोई आवाज नहीं उठी. जुमे की नमाज के बाद अपने खुत्बे में मौलानाओं ने जो कुछ कहा, उसे सुनने की ज़रूरत है. आतंकवाद के खिलाफ लड़ाई को मजहब के खिलाफ जंग बताकर लोगों को बहकाना खतरनाक है. ये न दुनिया के अमन चैन के लिए अच्छा है और न मुस्लिम भाइयों के लिए.. हमास ने इजराइल में छोटे छोटे मासूम बच्चों का गला काट दिया, 14-15 साल के बच्चों के हाथ पैर बांध कर उन्हें बम से उड़ा दिया, महिलाओं के साथ बलात्कार करके उन्हें मार डाला, फिर लाशों के कपड़े उतार कर सड़क पर घसीटा,पुरूषों की लाशों को चीर कर उनका मांस खाया,इसके वीडियो बनाकर सर्कुलेट किए. क्या इस्लाम इसकी इजाजत देता है? क्या ये इस्लाम की तालीम के खिलाफ नहीं हैं? क्या कोई मुसलमान इस तरह के वहशीपन को समर्थन कर सकता है? लेकिन हमास की इस हैवानियत की तरफ से आंखे फेरकर इजराइल के एक्शन को मुसलमानों पर हमला बताकर दुनियाभर के मुसलमानों को भड़काया जा रहा है. अमनपसंद लोग इसे कभी बर्दाश्त नहीं करेंगे. जो लोग इस मुद्दे पर इजराइल के साथ खड़े होने पर प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी का विरोध कर रहे हैं, उनका मकसद भी सियासी है. क्योंकि मोदी ने साफ साफ कहा है कि आंतकवाद का कोई मजहब नहीं होता, आतंकवाद इंसानियत का दुश्मन है. दहशतगर्दी का सबको मिल कर मुकाबला करना चाहिए.
Hamas-Israel conflict: World is now divided into two camps
The Hamas-Israel conflict has entered the eighth day today and in the process, it has nearly divided the entire world into two camps. The USA, India and European nations stand firmly with Israel, while Russia, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon and other Muslim countries are supporting Hamas. European Union leaders demanded a ban on political and economic support to Hamas at the G20 Parliamentary Speakers Summit in Delhi on Friday. At the summit, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, terrorism, in any form, anywhere in the world, is against humanity, there must be no direct or indirect support to terrorism, and it should not be seen through the prism of religion. On the other hand, Russian President Vladimir Putin has said that thousands of civilians have suffered losses due to bombardments by Israeli army and any offensive in Gaza will have serious consequences. US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin met Israeli leaders and expressed solidarity. Meanwhile, tens of thousands of civilians have fled Gaza after Israel gave 24 hours’ notice to Palestinians
to evacuate the northern part before an expected ground offensive. More than 3,200 people from both sides have been killed in fighting during the last seven days, while more than four lakh Palestinians have become homeless. India TV reporter Amit Palit has reported from Gaza that more than 300 Israeli tanks have been amassed on the Gaza-Israel border and nearly 3.6 lakh army reserves are ready for action. Israel has asked Palestinians to evacuate because it wants to avoid civilian deaths in the offensive. The army commanders want to avoid falling into Hamas’ mine traps too. On Friday, millions of Muslims staged demonstrations in support of Palestinians in France, Jordan, Libya, Iran, Malaysia, Afghanistan, Pakistan and India. All Jewish schools have been closed in London as a precautionary measure. Pro-Hamas slogans were raised in most of the mosques after Friday prayers. I spoke to several strategic affairs experts on why Israel has planned a massive offensive against Hamas. Actually, Israel believes that Iran and Hamas had jointly planned to carry out last Saturday’s vicious attacks in order to challenge Israel’s supremacy. Hamas managed to give a big jolt to Israel taking advantage of Israeli intelligence failure. Israel’s military reputation was smashed in the first few hours of Hamas’ blitzkrieg. Israel now wants to show to the rest of the world that its military power is intact despite Hamas attacks and that it can easily occupy Gaza. Israel’s claim may be correct to some extent because it continues to have a strong intelligence and military power network. Israel continues to have the full support of the world’s greatest power USA as its mainstay. I asked several experts why Iran and Hamas took the risky adventurist step in carrying out brutal murders of Israelis as they knew that Israel will retaliate strongly. Almost all of them said that Iran and Hamas had become worried after Israel and Saudi Arabia tried to improve their bilateral relations for the first time. A peace agreement between Israel and Saudi Arabia was being worked out with US help. Had the peace agreement taken shape, Israel and other Gulf countries could have weakened Iran. Iran feared that American clout in the region could have increased. To counter this, Iran, using the shield of past atrocities on Palestinians, prepared a plan for carrying out blitzkrieg on Israel through Hamas. I think, Iran’s plan has now failed. This cannot help in finding a durable solution to the Palestine problem. On the contrary, Israel is going to exert its military clout more. Secondly, because of this conflict, an Arab peace initiative may again become necessary. Saudi Arabia and UAE may side with Israel, or if not, they may not stand up against Israel, as they used to do in the past. One thing to note is that on Friday, there were demonstrations in most of the Muslim countries, except in Saudi Arabia and UAE. One should watch the speeches made by Islamic mullahs during Friday prayers in India and other countries. It is dangerous to misguide devouts by describing a war against terrorism as a war against religion. This is neither good for world peace nor for our Muslim brethren. The Hamas attackers slashed the necks of innocent children, blew up teenagers after tying them up, brutally murdered innocent women after committing rapes, then dragged their naked bodies through the streets, slashed the bodies of male captives and ate their flesh, and above all, circulated these gory videos on social media. Does Islam allow all this? Is it not against the teachings of Islam? Can any true Muslim support such heinous acts? But by closing their eyes over Hamas’ torture, and describing Israeli attacks on Gaza as attacks on Muslim, these religious bigots are inciting Muslims across the world. Peace loving people will never accept this. Those who are criticizing Prime Minister Narendra Modi for standing up with Israel, have ulterior political motives. Modi has clearly said that terrorism has no religion, terrorists are enemies of humanity, and the entire world must unite to eliminate terrorists.
