क्या धर्म के आधार पर मुसलमानों को आरक्षण मिलना चाहिए ?
छठे दौर के मतदान से ठीक पहले चुनाव में हिन्दू मुसलमान बड़ा मुद्दा बन गया है. शुक्रवार को प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने कहा कि कांग्रेस राम मंदिर का विरोध करती है, समान नागरिक संहिता के खिलाफ है, क्योंकि कांग्रेस देश में मुस्लिम पर्सनल लॉ ( शरीया) लागू करना चाहती है. हिमाचल और पंजाब की रैलियों में मोदी ने कांग्रेस पर देश में शरीया लागू करने के मंसूबे पालने का इल्जाम लगाया. मोदी ने कहा कि राम मंदिर बनने से, रामलला की प्राण प्रतिष्ठा होने से पूरा देश खुश है, लेकिन कांग्रेस दुखी है, कांग्रेस को अपने वोटबैंक की चिंता है. मोदी ने कहा कि कांग्रेस CAA के खिलाफ है, UCC का भी विरोध कर रही है, क्योंकि वो देश में शरीया लागू करना चाहती है. मोदी ने अपनी बात नरम तरीके से कही, लेकिन योगी आदित्यनाथ ने खुलकर कहा कि कांग्रेस औऱ उसके साथियों के मंसूबे खतरनाक हैं, ये लोग मुसलमानों को सिर्फ आरक्षण नहीं देना चाहते बल्कि देश में पर्सनल लॉ लागू करना चाहते हैं, कांग्रेस और समाजवादी पार्टी के लोग चाहते हैं बेटियां बुर्का पहन कर घर से निकलें लेकिन हिन्दुस्तान इस तरह की साजिशों को कभी सफल नहीं होने देगा. आजमगढ़ में शनिवार को वोटिंग थी, धर्मेन्द्र यादव समाजवादी पार्टी के उम्मीदवार हैं. धर्मेन्द्र यादव ने जवाब दिया. उन्होंने कहा कि मुसलमानों को आरक्षण देना क्या गलत है? संसद ने इसे माना है तो ये असंवैधानिक कैसे हुआ? धर्मेंद्र यादव ने कहा कि बीजेपी का काम सिर्फ नफरत फैलाना है, असली मकसद हिन्दूओं और मुसलमानों को लड़ाकर चुनाव में फायदा उठाना है. केंद्रीय मंत्री गिरिराज सिंह ने धर्मेंद्र यादव को जवाब दिया. उन्होंने कहा कि धर्म के नाम पर आरक्षण देने की इजाजत संविधान में नहीं है, मुस्लिम आरक्षण अब पूरे देश से खत्म होना चाहिए, ये हिन्दुओं पर प्रहार है. पिछड़ों, दलितों और आदिवासियों को भी अब इंडी अलायंस के इरादे को समझ कर एकजुट होना चाहिए,वरना ये लोग भारत को पाकिस्तान बना देंगे. एनसीपी के संस्थापक शरद पवार ने कहा कि उन्होंने महाराष्ट्र में मुसलमानों को बीस साल पहले आरक्षण दे दिया था. आरजेडी नेता तेजस्वी यादव ने कहा कि मोदी, अमित शाह और योगी सिर्फ और सिर्फ मुसलमान-मुसलमान करते रहते हैं क्योंकि वो मंहगाई पर बोलना नहीं चाहते. बिहार और झारखंड की रैलियों में गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने कहा कि कांग्रेस और INDI अलायन्स में शामिल पार्टियों के एजेंडा में मुस्लिम आरक्षण सबसे ऊपर है. इस मोदी-विरोधी मोर्चे में शामिल पार्टियां दलितों, पिछड़ों और आदिवासियों का आरक्षण छीनकर मुसलमानों को देने की साजिश कर रहे हैं. अमित शाह ने कहा कि बंगाल में ममता बनर्जी ने इसकी कोशिश भी की लेकिन हाईकोर्ट ने कामयाब नहीं होने दी. जवाब में ममता ने कहा कि बीजेपी जानबूझ कर चुनाव में हिन्दू मुसलमान की बात कर रही है क्योंकि बीजेपी को हार का डर है, बंगाल में जिन मुसलमानों को आरक्षण मिलता था वो मिलता रहेगा. बंगाल के मथुरापुर और जयनगर में रैलियों को संबोधित करते हुए ममता बनर्जी ने दोनों जगह हाईकोर्ट के आदेश का ज़िक्र किया. ममता ने कहा कि अभी कोर्ट में गर्मियों की छुट्टियां चल रही हैं, जैसे ही कोर्ट खुलेगा, उनकी सरकार इस आदेश को चुनौती देगी. ममता बनर्जी ने आरोप लगाया कि कई जज राजनीतिक प्रभाव में आकर फैसले दे रहे हैं लेकिन वो मुसलमानों का हक़ किसी कीमत पर किसी को छीनने नहीं देंगी. शरद पवार और इंडी अलायंस के नेता ऐसी बातें क्यों कहते हैं, इसे योगी ने समझाया. योगी ने कहा कि कांग्रेस और उसके साथी पहले मुस्लिम तुष्टिकरण का काम चुपचाप करते थे, लेकिन अब खुलकर बोलने लगे हैं. महाराजगंज की रैली में योगी ने कहा कि कर्नाटक और आन्ध्र प्रदेश की बात तो पुरानी है, लेकिन पश्चिम बंगाल का मामला तो ताज़ा है, बंगाल में ममता सरकार ने मुसलमानों को धर्म के आधार पर आरक्षण देने की कोशिश की लेकिन हाईकोर्ट के कारण वो कामयाब नहीं हो पाईं. शनिवार को छठे राउंड की वोटिंग में आठ राज्यों की 58 सीटों पर वोटिंग हुई. इनमें से 14 सीटें उत्तर प्रदेश की हैं. पिछले चुनाव में इन 14 में से बीजेपी ने 13 सीटें जीतीं थी. आजमगढ़ की सीट पर अखिलेश यादव जीते थे लेकिन उपचुनाव में ये सीट बीजेपी ने छीन ली थी. निरहुआ ने धर्मेंन्द्र यादव को हराया था. इस बार फिर से दोनों के बीच मुकाबला है. इस बार समाजवादी पार्टी ने आजमगढ में मुस्लिम वोट बंटने से रोकने की कोशिश की है. पिछले चुनाव में बहुजन समाज पार्टी के टिकट पर लड़ने वाले गुड्डू जमाली को अपने साथ ले लिया और मुस्लिम वोट के इसी चक्कर में ही पोलिंग से एक दिन पहले अब धर्मेन्द्र मुस्लिम आरक्षण को खुलकर समर्थन कर रहे हैं. जहां तक शरद पवार के बयान का सवाल है तो महाराष्ट्र की सभी सीटों पर वोट पड़ चुके है. जब तक वोटिंग हो रही थी, तब तक शरद पवार खामोश रहे लेकिन वो जानते हैं कि अब बोलने से महाराष्ट्र में उन्हें तो कोई नुकसान नहीं होगा, लेकिन दूसरे राज्यों में सहयोगी दलों को फायदा हो सकता है. इसीलिए अब शरद पवार भी खुल कर बता रहे हैं कि उन्होंने तो महाराष्ट्र में 20 साल पहले ही मुसलमानों को आरक्षण दे दिया था. यही हाल ममता बनर्जी का है. शनिवार को बंगाल की जिन आठ सीटों पर वोटिंग हुई, उनमें से 5 सीटें पिछले चुनाव में बीजेपी ने जीती थी. ममता की पार्टी को सिर्फ तीन सीटें मिली थी. इसीलिए वोटिंग से एक दिन पहले ममता ने शुक्रवार को फिर कहा कि बंगाल में मुसलमानों को जो आरक्षण मिलता था, वो मिलता रहेगा.वो हाईकोर्ट के फैसले के खिलाफ सुप्रीम कोर्ट जाएंगी. अब ममता की कोशिश है कि किसी भी कीमत पर बंगाल में बीजेपी को रोका जाए. बंगाल में मोदी और ममता की तकरार में लाइन बिल्कुल साफ है. ममता अपने मुस्लिम वोट बैंक को गोलबंद रखने के लिए मुसलमानों को आरक्षण देने की बात करती हैं. दूसरी तरफ बंगाल में मोदी और योगी हिंदुओं को ममता की ऐसी ही नीतियों की याद दिला रहे हैं. वे ममता के “जय श्री राम” के नारे से चिढ़ने की बात बताते हैं, मुहर्रम के ताजियों को निकलने देने के लिए दुर्गा की प्रतिमाओं के विसर्जन पर लगी रोक के बारे में याद दिला रहे हैं.
Should there be reservation for Muslims on religious grounds?
With Calcutta High Court nullifying all OBC certificates issued by West Bengal government between 2010 and 2024, and Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee preparing to challenge the verdict in apex court after summer vacation, the issue of reservation, particularly for minorities, has taken centrestage in the current general elections. Both Prime Minister Narendra Modi and UP chief minister Yogi Adityanath, in their election rallies on Friday, alleged that the Congress wants to implement ‘Shariat’ (Muslim personal laws) in the country and reduce quotas for SC, ST and OBCs in order to give reservation to Muslims. Yogi Adityanath even alleged that the Congress and INDI alliance parties want to implement Taliban laws by asking women to come out of their homes wearing ‘burqa’. Addressing rallies in Jharkhand and Bihar, Home Minister Amit Shah alleged that Muslim reservation is on the top of the agenda of Congress and INDI alliance parties. “They tried to implement Muslim reservation in Bengal, but the High Court nullified their measures”, Amit Shah said. In reply, Mamata Banerjee vowed to continue reservation for “Backward Muslim castes”. Samajwadi Party leader Dharmendra Yadav said, there was no harm in giving reservation to Muslims, while Nationalist Congress Party founder Sharad Pawar claimed that he had given reservation to Muslims in Maharashtra nearly 20 years ago. On his part, Prime Minister Modi pledged that his government would implement uniform civil code and Citizenship Amendment Act during his third term. Union Minister Giriraj Singh emphatically said, there is no provision in the Constitution for providing reservation on grounds of religion, and hence, all reservation given to backward Muslim castes must end. “Hindus”, he said, “must unite, otherwise INDIA alliance parties will convert Bharat into another Pakistan”. The Muslim reservation issue has cropped up on the eve of the last two rounds of polling. This has been evident mostly in Muslim-dominated constituencies like Azamgarh. Smajwadi Party candidate in Azamgarh, Dharmendra Yadav is openly supporting Muslim reservation. As far as Sharad Pawar is concerned, polling is already over in all Maharashtra constituencies. Pawar was silent on Muslim reservation issue till the time voting in Maharashtra was going on. Pawar knows that since all the votes have been cast in Maharashtra, raising the issue of Muslim reservation will not harm his alliance’s prospects in Maharashtra, where Maratha reservation seems to be a bigger issue. In Bengal, chief minister Mamata Banerjee has vowed to continue with Muslim reservation, and challenge the Calcutta High Court verdict that struck down the OBC list, describing it as “unlawful”. Out of a total of 42 Lok Sabha seats in West Bengal, votes have already been cast in 25 constituencies, and polling remains in 17 seats. The eight constituencies that went to polls on Saturday were earlier Mamata Banerjee’s strongholds, but in 2019, her party had lost five of them to BJP. Mamata wants to stop BJP’s advance in Bengal at all costs by consolidating her Muslim vote banks. The political faultlines in Bengal have now been clearly demarcated between Modi and Mamata. The Trinamool chief wants to keep her Muslim vote banks intact, and she has even gone to the extent of blaming NGOs like Ramakrishna Mission and Bharat Sevashram Sangha as working for BJP. On the other hand, Modi has vowed to oppose reservation for Muslims. BJP leaders in Bengal have gone to town, telling voters how Mamata government tried to prevent Durga idol immersions in order to allow Muharram tazia processions.
मोदी का वार : केजरीवाल कमज़ोर विकेट पर
प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने कांग्रेस और इंडी अलायन्स पर अब तक का सबसे बड़ा हमला किया. दिल्ली की रैली में बुधवार को मोदी ने कहा कि कांग्रेस और इंडी अलायन्स के लोगों ने वोट के चक्कर में तुष्टिकरण की हद पार कर दी है. मोदी ने इंडी अलायंस को खान मार्केट गैंग बताया. नरेन्द्र मोदी ने कहा कि खान मार्केट गैंग न सिर्फ दलित, पिछड़ों, आदिवासियों का आरक्षण छीनकर मुसलमानों को देना चाहता है, बल्कि ये लोग देश की संपत्ति वक्फ बोर्ड को देना चाहते हैं, खेलों में धर्म के आधार पर खिलाड़ियों का चय़न करना चाहते हैं, बैंक कर्ज़ धर्म के आधार पर देना चाहते हैं, देश के बजट का 15 परसेंट हिस्सा अपने वोट बैंक को देना चाहते हैं. मोदी ने कहा कि जब वो इस हकीकत को देश के सामने रखते हैं, तो उन पर हिन्दू-मुसलमान की राजनीति करने का इल्जाम लगाया जाता है लेकिन ” मोदी को वोट की नहीं, देश की चिंता है”, इसलिए वो हकीकत बयां करते रहेंगे. इंडी अलायन्स के मंसूबों को एक्सपोज़ करते रहेंगे. मोदी ने 1984 में दिल्ली में सिख विरोधी दंगों की बात की, कांग्रेस और केजरीवाल पर भ्रष्टाचार के आरोपों का मुद्दा उठाया. दूसरी तरफ अरविन्द केजरीवाल ने कहा कि मोदी जनता का ध्यान भटकाने की कितनी भी कोशिश कर लें, लेकिन 4 जून को इंडी एलायन्स की सरकार ही बनेगी. दिल्ली में 25 मई को वोटिंग होनी है. इसलिए मोदी ने बुधवार को दिल्ली में दो रैलियां की. इन रैलियों में मोदी अलग रंग में दिखाई दिए. उन्होंने कांग्रेस के माने में क्या क्या हुआ, दिल्ली के लोगों ने कैसी-कैसी मुसीबतें झेली और अब कांग्रेस और इंडी अलायन्स के लोग किस तरह की साजिशें रच रहे हैं, इसका पूरा ब्यौरा जनता के सामने रख दिया. मोदी ने कहा कि जब से उन्होंने देश की जनता को ये सच बताया कि कांग्रेस मुसलमानों को धर्म के आधार पर आरक्षण देना चाहती है, तब से विरोधी दलों के नेता उनके पीछे पड़े हैं, उन पर हिन्दू-मुसलमान वाली सियासत करने का इल्जाम लगा रहे हैं लेकिन पीएम ने कहा, ” मोदी रुकेगा नहीं…डरेगा नहीं. सच्चाई को जनता के सामने रखेगा.” इसके बाद मोदी ने कहा कि कांग्रेस और इंडी अलायन्स में शामिल पार्टियों में तीन बातें समान है – सब के सब घोर सांप्रदायिक हैं, सब के सब घोर जातिवादी हैं और सब के सब घोर परिवारवादी हैं. मोदी ने कहा कि अब देश को नेशन फर्स्ट और फैमिली फर्स्ट वालों में से किसी एक को चुनना है. मोदी ने इसके बाद अपनी सरकार के काम गिनाए, कांग्रेस के साठ साल के शासन से उनकी तुलना की. मोदी ने दिल्ली के लोगों को सिख विरोधी दंगों की याद दिलाई. कहा कि एक तरफ वो लोग हैं जिन्होंने सिख भाइयों के गले में जलते टायर डाल कर उन्हें जलाया, दूसरी तरफ मोदी है जिसने दंगा करने वालों को जेल भेजा, उन्हें सजा दिलवाई. मोदी ने अरविन्द केजरीवाल की बात की. मोदी ने केजरीवाल का नाम नहीं लिया लेकिन कहा कि दिल्ली के लोग कट्टर भ्रष्टाचारियों को देख रहे हैं, जो ईमानदारी के वादे करके सत्ता में आए थे, अब उनके कारनामे देखकर अदालतें भी हैरान हैं. मोदी ने कहा कि इंडी अलायन्स के लोग देश के नागरिकों की संपत्ति का एक्सरे करना चाहते हैं, लेकिन अब मोदी इन लोगों की संपत्ति का एक्स-रे करेगा और देश की लुटी सम्पत्ति देश को लौटाएगा. उधर, अरविन्द केजरीवाल अपनी पत्नी सुनीता के साथ दिल्ली के मालवीय नगर इलाके में रोड शो कर रहे थे. रोड शो के दौरान केजरीवाल ने मोदी को जवाब दिया. कहा कि अब तो उन्हें पक्का यकीन हो गया है कि 4 जून को मोदी जाने वाले हैं, उन्हें हार का डर सता रहा है, इसीलिए असली मुद्दों पर बात करने की बजाए मंगलसूत्र की बातें कर रहे हैं. केजरीवाल ने कहा कि 4 जून को जब देश में इडी अलायन्स की सरकार बन जाएगी तो वो सबसे पहले दिल्ली को पूर्ण राज्य का दर्जा दिलवाएंगे, दिल्ली में कानून-व्यवस्था को दुरुस्त करेंगे. दिल्ली में महिला सुरक्षा इस वक्त बड़ा मुद्दा है और मुख्यमंत्री के निवास में स्वाति मालीवाल के साथ मारपीट का केस चर्चा में हैं. अरविन्द केजरीवाल ने इस मुद्दे पर कुछ नहीं कहा. एक हफ्ते से वह इस मसले पर खामोश हैं. हालांकि उन्होंने PTI को दिए एक इंटरव्यू में सिर्फ इतना कहा कि दोनों पक्षों की तरफ से कई तरह की बातें कहीं जा रही हैं, इसलिए इस केस की निष्पक्ष जांच होनी चाहिए. इसके जवाब में स्वाति मालीवाल ने कहा कि उन्हें धमकाया जा रहा है, ट्रोल किया जा रहा है, उनका चरित्र हनन किया जा रहा है, मुख्यमंत्री आरोपी के साथ घूम रहे थे, उसे अपने अपने घर में बुला रहे थे, और अब कह रहे हैं निष्पक्ष जांच होनी चाहिए. इससे बड़ी विडंबना क्या हो सकती है? एक बात तो तय है कि स्वाति मालीवाल के साथ मारपीट का मुद्दा केजरीवाल को भारी पड़ेगा. कानूनी मुश्किलात तो होगी ही, सियासी नुकसान भी होगा. जहां तक केजरीवाल के इल्जाम का सवाल है कि मोदी अपने भाषणों में भावनात्मक मुद्दे उठा रहे हैं, तो केजरीवाल भी आजकल अपनी पत्नी सुनीता को साथ लेकर रोड़ शो कर रहे हैं, उनसे भाषण दिलवा रहे हैं जिसमें वो कह रही है कि अगर मोदी को वोट दिया, तो केजरीवाल को फिर जेल जाना पड़ेगा. ये भावनात्मक अपील नहीं तो क्या है? केजरीवाल कह रहे है कि मोदी मंगलसूत्र और मुसलमान की बात कर रहे हैं., तो केजरीवाल और इंडी अलायन्स के नेता भी कह रहे हैं कि मोदी आया, तो तानाशाही आएगी, संविधान खत्म हो जाएगा, दलितों, पिछड़ों और आदिवासियों का आरक्षण खत्म हो जाएगा. दोनों एक ही तरह की बातें हैं . असल बात ये है कि दिल्ली में 2013 से अरविन्द केजरीवाल की सरकार है. इस दौरान लोकसभा के दो चुनाव हो चुके हैं औऱ दिल्ली की सातों की सातों सीटें बीजेपी ने जीती. इस बार एक अंतर हैं. अब कांग्रेस औऱ आम आदमी पार्टी का अलायन्स है, दोनों मिलकर लड़ रहे हैं, लेकिन इस बार भी बीजेपी के लिए हालात मुश्किल नहीं दिखते क्योंकि अरविन्द केजरीवाल भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ आंदोलन करके सत्ता में आए और आज वो खुद रिश्वत के कई मामलों में फंसे हैं. शराब घोटाले के केस में केजरीवाल खुद 21 दिन की अन्तरिम ज़मानत पर हैं. इसके अलावा केजरीवाल ने उसी कांग्रेस से हाथ मिलाया है जिसके नेताओं को भ्रष्टाचार के आरोपों में जेल भेजने के दावे करके सत्ता में पहुंचे थे. मोदी ने आज यही बात कही. इसलिए केजरीवाल भी जानते हैं कि इस बार वो कमजोर विकेट पर हैं.
MODI’S ASSAULT ON AAP : KEJRIWAL ON A WEAK WICKET IN DELHI
In one of his strongest attacks on Congress-led INDIA bloc, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday told an election rally in Delhi that INDIA bloc “is the symbol of all evils, like massive corruption and dynastic politics,” in the country. Taking a swipe at Congress and its ally Aam Aadmi Party, Modi said, “the oldest corrupt party has joined hands with the ‘kattar bhrashtachari’ (highly corrupt) party in Delhi”. Modi alleged that Congress and “INDI alliance” have crossed all limits of appeasement and they want to reduce reservation quotas of Dalits, Adivasis and Backward castes in order to help minorities. “The Khan Market Gang wants to give the nation’s property to Waqf boards, select sportspersons on the basis of religion and give bank loans to minorities. They want to give 15 per cent of the nation’s budget to their minority vote-bank”, Modi said. The PM said, whenever he talked about appeasement of minority vote-bank, he was blamed by the opposition for raising “Hindu-Muslim issue”, “but Modi is not worried aboout votes, he has the nation’s interest in mind and shall continue to expose the nefarious aims of INDI alliance”. Responding, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal alleged, Modi was trying to divert people’s attention from pressing issues and he was confident that INDIA bloc would form government at the Centre on June 4. Delhi is going to the polls on May 25. Modi reminded voters of what happened during the 1984 anti-Sikh riots in Delhi. “Sikhs were burnt to death by putting burning tyres round their necks during the riots”, Modi said. The Prime Minister said, ‘Congress and “INDI alliance” have three points in common – they are highly communal, they are casteist and they are steeped in dynastic politics’. Modi did not name Kejriwal, but said, the voters of Delhi are watching the acts of “kattar bhrashtacharis” (highly corrupt leaders). “Even the courts are shocked on seeing evidences of their corruption…Modi will carry out a full x-ray of the assets of these people and restore the looted money to the nation”, he said. On his part, Arvind Kejriwal, along with his wife Sunita, took out a road show in Delhi’s Malviya Nagar. Kejriwal said, “it is now almost certain that Modi will have to quit on June 4 and he is afraid of quitting. This is the reason why Modi is talking about ‘mangalsutra’ instead of real issues.” Kejriwal promised that Delhi would be granted full statehood after INDIA bloc government is formed after June 4. Kejriwal has been maintaining a studied silence on Swati Maliwal assault issue for the last one week, but, in an interview to a news agency, he said, this case should be probed impartially, since both sides are coming up with their own versions. On Wednesday, Swati Maliwal alleged that she was being threatened by AAP leaders and was also being trolled on social media. She alleged that she was being subjected to character assassination and the main accused was openly travelling with the Chief Minister. “The same chief minister is now saying there must be an impartial probe. There can’t be a bigger irony”, she said. The May 13 incident at the CM House, in which Swati Maliwal was allegedly assaulted, is going to cost Kejriwal heavily in the Delhi LS elections. It is going to cause political damage to hist party, apart from legal hassles. Kejriwal has been alleging that Modi is raising emotional issues in his campaign, but he is himself taking his wife Sunita in his road shows, making her to tell voters that if they voted for Modi, her husband will have to spend time in jail. If this is not emotional pressure, what else is? Kejriwal is alleging that Modi is trying to raise the Muslim bogey of Hindu women going to lose their ‘mangalsutras’, but the fact remains that Kejriwal and INDI alliance leaders have been saying if Modi retains power, India will face dictatorship, Constitution will be scrapped and quotas for Dalits, Adivasis and Backwards will end. These allegations and counter-allegations are on the same lines. The fact remains that Kejriwal has been in power in Delhi since 2013, two Lok Sabha elections were fought and in both elections, BJP swept all the seven parliamentary seats. There is one major difference this time. Congress and Aam Aadmi Party are allies now in Delhi, and are fighting the Lok Sabha elctions jointly. Yet, the situation in Delhi does not seem to be difficult for BJP. The reason: It was Kejriwal who came to power by launching anti-corruption agitation, and now, he and his party are involved neck-deep in charges of corruption in liquor cases. Kejriwal himself is on 21 days’ interim bail till June 1. Secondly, Kejriwal has joined hands with Congress. महिलाओं की पसंद मोदी क्यों ?
मंगलवार को बिहार में रैलियां करने के बाद प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी उत्तर प्रदेश पहुंचे. पहले प्रयागराज में रैली की, उसके बाद प्रधानमंत्री अपने संसदीय क्षेत्र वाराणसी पहुंचे. मोदी ने संकट मोचन मंदिर में बजरंग बली का दर्शन किया. इससे पहले उन्होंने संपूर्णानंद संस्कृत महाविद्यालय में नारी शक्ति संवाद कार्यक्रम में करीब 25 हजार महिलाओं को संबोधित किया. इस प्रोग्राम की खास बात ये थी कि इस कार्यक्रम में पूर्वी उत्तर प्रदेश की महिलाएं ही मौजूद थीं. मंच का संचालन भी महिलाओं ने किया. इस कार्यक्रम में मोदी ने सिर्फ काशी की बात की और मातृ शक्ति के लिए क्या-क्या किया, ये बताया. मोदी ने कहा कि भारतीय समाज का आधार, भारत की शक्ति का श्रोत मातृ शक्ति है, लेकिन समाजवादी पार्टी की सरकार ने कदम-कदम पर महिलाओं का अपमान किया, महिलाओं की सुरक्षा से खिलवाड़ किया. मोदी ने कहा कि जो पहले कहते थे “लड़के हैं, लड़कों से गलती हो जाती है”, अब यूपी में समाजवादी पार्टी के लड़के गलती करके दिखाएं, तो योगी उनका वो हाल करेंगे, जो सोचा नहीं होगा. मोदी ने कहा – “काशी में राजपाट बाबा विश्वनाथ का है, लेकिन व्यवस्था माता अन्नपूर्णा ही चलाती हैं. जब घर आपके बिना नहीं चल सकता, तो देश कैसे चल जाता? ये बात साठ साल तक सरकारों को समझ ही नहीं आई. कांग्रेस सपा की सरकारों ने महिलाओं के साथ क्या किया, केवल उपेक्षा और असुरक्षा. इंडी गठबंधन की मानसिकता ही महिला विरोधी है. इंडी वाले महिलाओं को आरक्षण दिए जाने का विरोध करते हैं. जहां इनकी सरकार आती है, महिलाओं का जीना दूभर हो जाता है. बनारस के लोग तो यूपी, बिहार दोनों में रहे जंगलराज से परिचित हैं. बहन-बेटियों का घर से निकलना मुश्किल था. बेटियों को सुरक्षा के डर से पढ़ाई छोड़कर घर पर बैठना पड़ता था और सपा वाले कहते थे, बेशर्मी से कहते थे, लड़के हैं, लड़कों से तो गलती हो जाती है. आज सपा के लड़के जरा गलती करके दिखाएं. योगी जी की सरकार उनका वो हाल करेगी, जो उन्होंने सोचा भी नहीं होगा” मोदी ने कहा कि उनकी सरकार की कई जन कल्याण योजनाओं से जनता की बचत में इज़ाफा हुआ है. कांग्रेस की सरकीर की पहचान होती थी – ‘कांग्रेस आई, महंगाई लाई’. कांग्रेस सरकार रही होती, तो आपका रसोई का बजट दो-तीन गुना बढ चुका होता लेकिन मोदी लगातार प्रयास करता है कि आपकी खर्च कम हो और आपकी बचत बढे. मुफ्त राशन योजना से हर परिवार के साल में करीब 12 हजार रुपये बच रहे हैं. उज्ज्वला योजना से प्रति गैस सिलेंडर 300 रुपये से ज्यादा की बचत हो रही है. जन औषधि केंद्रों पर 80 प्रतिशत तक छूट दवाओं पर मिल रही है. पाइप गैस से भी बचत हो रही है. मोदी जब बोल रहे थे तब मंच पर मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ मौजूद थे. आपको याद होगा, 2019 में मतगणना वाले दिन जब ये स्पष्ट हो गया कि मोदी दूसरी बार जीत गए हैं, तो उन्होने पार्टी मुख्यालय के बाहर अपने भाषण में जीत का पहला श्रेय देश की आधी आबादी, महिला वोटरों को दिया था. मंगलवार का नारी शक्ति संवाद उसी दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कड़ी है. इसमें कोई दो राय नहीं कि देश के लगभग सभी राज्यों में बड़ी संख्या में महिला मतदाता मोदी के मुरीद हैं.
NAARI SHAKTI : WHY WOMEN VOTERS PREFER MODI
After addressing election rallies in Bihar on Tuesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed a mega Naari Shakti Samvaad event at the Sampurnanand Sanskrit College in Varanasi. It was attended by nearly 25,000 women voters, mostly from eastern Uttar Pradesh which will go to the polls on May 25 and June 1. The most significant point was that the entire event was conducted by women. Modi spoke only about the development of Kashi (Benares) and what his government did for the upliftment of women (Matri Shakti). Modi said, women as ‘Matri Shakti’ (Mother Force) have always been the mainstay of India’s cultural ethos. ‘India’, he said, ‘derives it power from Matri Shakti’. Modi told women voters how his government ensured big savings for women despite inflation. “The Congress rule was infamous for price rise and people used to say ‘Congress Aayi, Mehengai Laayi’. Had the Congress been in power now, your kitchen budget would have doubled or tripled, but Modi ensured that your expenses remain low and your savings should increase”. Modi said, “every family is now saving Rs 12,000 annually under free ration scheme, while Ujjwala LPG cylinder scheme has ensured savings of more than Rs 300 per cylinder. Jan Aushadhi Kendras are ensuring savings of 80 per cent on medicines, and piped kitchen gas is also ensuring savings”. On the other hand, Modi lashed out at Samajwadi Party’s rule in UP, when women were not safe on the streets and incidents of sexual assault used to take place. Modi said, “though Baba Vishwanath rules Kashi, Maa Annapurna ensures that the lives of people go on smoothly. If not a single home can run without your help, how can the nation run without you? Congress and SP governments ignored women and created insecurity in their minds. The very mindset of INDI alliance is anti-women. INDI parties had opposed 33 per cent reservation for women in legislatures. Whenever these parties come to power, women find themselves unsafe. The people of Benares know the ‘jungle raaj’ that existed in both UP and Bihar. Mothers and daughters found themselves unsafe on the streets. Many of our daughters had to leave their studies and stay at home, out of fear of eve-teasers. SP leaders used to say, boys are after all boys, and they do make mistakes. Let the SP boys commit the same mistakes today. Yogi’s government will teach them lessons that they never thought of in their dreams.” In his speech focussing on women voters, Modi said, “For 60 years, Congress governments did not realize that the nation cannot run without the help of women. During the last 10 years, mothers, sisters and daughters have come centrestage in our government’s policies and decisions. This issue may not have been discussed much, but the fact remains that women have been a major factor behind India’s success story.” Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath was present on the dais, when the Prime Minister was speaking to women. Women voters in not only UP, but in many states of India, have always been staunch supporters of Modi. With two phases of polling now remaining, Modi wants to reach out to his core base among women voters. One must remember, what Modi said when he won the Lok Sabha elections in 2019. Modi had then said that he attributed his success to the massive support that he received from nearly half the voters who were women across the country. Tuesday’s Naari Shakti Samvaad was a manifestation of Modi’s focus on women.
शरद पवार से एक सवाल
महाराष्ट्र में सोमवार को बाकी बचे 13 चुनाव क्षेत्रों में वोटिंग हुई. इनमें मुंबई के 6 चुनाव क्षेत्र भी शामिल थे. चुनाव आयोग ने मंगलवार को बताया कि 13 सीटों पर 54.33 परसेंट पोलिंग हुई. मुंबई में 52.27 परसेंट पोलिंग हुई. 13 सीटों पर पोलिंग खत्म होने के बाद महाराष्ट्र की सभी 48 सीटों पर वोटिंग हो चुकी है. निराश करने वाली बात ये रही कि इस बार भी मुंबई में तकरीबन आधे वोटरों ने वोट नहीं डाला. मुंबई में लोगों को वोटिंग के लिए प्रेरित करने फिल्मी सितारे भी मैदान में उतरे. शाहरुख खान, सलमान, आमिर खान, धर्मेंद्र, अमिताभ बच्चन, हेमा मालिनी, दीपिका पादुकोण, रेखा, रणबीर कपूर, रणवीर सिंह, सुनील शेट्टी जैसे तमाम स्टार परिवार समेत वोट डालने पहुंचे, लोगों से पोलिंग बूथ्स तक जाने की अपील भी की लेकिन इसका खास असर दिखाई नहीं दिया. शाम को वोटिंग खत्म होने से पहले वोटरों की भीड़ पहुंची और चुनाव आयोग को वोटिंग का समय एक घंटा बढाना पड़ा. मुंबई में कुछ जगह EVM में गड़बड़ी की शिकायतें भी मिलीं. बोरीवली और मगाठाणे इलाके के कई पोलिंग बूथों पर वोटिंग मशीन ख़राब हो गई. इन मशीनों को तुरंत रिप्लेस किया गया. लेकिन इसके बाद भी महाविकास अघाडी के नेताओं ने चुनाव आयोग पर जानबूझ कर वोटिंग परसेंट कम करने की कोशिश का इल्जाम लगाया. उद्धव ठाकरे ने कहा कि जिन इलाकों में महाविकास अघाड़ी के वोटर हैं, वहीं EVM खराब हुई, इसका मतलब साफ है कि बीजेपी के इशारे पर साजिश हो रही है. उद्धव ठाकरे ने कहा कि वो इस मामले को कोर्ट में ले जाएंगे क्योंकि अब उन्हें चुनाव आयोग पर भरोसा नहीं है. उद्धव ठाकरे जब कोर्ट जाने की धमकी दे रहे थे, शरद पवार ने इंडिया टीवी को दिए एक इंटरव्यू में दावा किया कि इस बार महाराष्ट्र के नतीजे चौंकाने वाले होंगे. उन्होने कहा,महाराष्ट्र में इस बार कम से कम पचास परशेंट सीटें महाविकाश अघाड़ी जीतेगा. मैं आपको बता दूं कि 2019 में महाराष्ट्र के 48 में से 42 सीटें NDA ने जीतीं थीं. आज जिन 13 सीटों पर वोटिंग हुई, वो सारी सीटें पिछली बार NDA ने जीती थी. लेकिन शरद पवार को भरोसा है कि इस बार कम से कम 24 सीटें महाविकास अघाड़ी जीतेगा. पवार ने कहा – “इस चुनाव में हम चालीस से पचास प्रतिशत तक जाएं तो भी मुझे आश्चर्य नहीं होगा. पांच साल से मोदी जी ने कुछ काम नहीं किया. ये सोचते हैं मोदी जी के नाम पर वोट मिल जाएगा लेकिन अब ऐसा नहीं है. ये बात सही है कि चुनाव प्रचार में मोदी सबसे ज्यादा मेहनत करने वाले नेता हैं. इसे नज़रअंदाज़ नहीं किया जा सकता. लेकिन पांच साल पहले उनकी जो इमेज थी..उनको जो समर्थन था. आज बिल्कुल नहीं है.” अगर एक मिनट के लिए शरद पवार की बात मान भी ली जाए कि मोदी की लोकप्रियता कम हुई है, तो पवार साहब ये तो बता दें कि किसकी लोकप्रियता बढ़ी है? पवार साहब की? जिनका भतीजा साथ छोड़ गया. राहुल गांधी की? जो रायबरेली में लाज बचाने के लिए आज मारे मारे फिरते रहे. या लालू यादव की? नीतीश जिनका साथ छोड़ गए. या ममता की? जो INDI अलायंस से अलग हो गईं. या केजरीवाल की? जो interim bail पर हैं. ये कहना बहुत आसान है कि मोदी को पहले जैसा समर्थन नहीं मिल रहा, लेकिन ये बताना मुश्किल है कि समर्थन किसको मिल रहा है? सच तो ये है कि पवार साहब भी जानते हैं, मोदी की मेहनत के आगे सब बेरंग हैं.
A QUESTION FOR MR. SHARAD PAWAR
Braving hot weather, voters on Monday in 13 constituencies of Maharashtra including six in Mumbai, came out to cast their vote. The Election Commission announced on Tuesday that 54.33 per cent polling was recorded. This includes an average turnout of 52.27 per cent voters in Mumbai. With this, polling for all 48 Maharashtra LS seats has been completed and leaders of parties have begun making their calculations about probable wins or defeats. Dindori in Nashik recorded the highest at 62.66 per cent, while Kalyan recorded the lowest at 47.08 per cent. Top film stars Shahrukh Khan, Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Dharmendra, Hema Malini, Amitabh Bachchan, Rekha, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Ranbir Kapoor, Suneil Shetty and others went to polling booths to exercise their franchise, but the fact remains that nearly half of the voters in Mumbai did not vote. There were reports of malfunctioning of electronic voting machines at some booths and they were immediately replaced. Election Commission extended polling time by one hour as large number of voters lined up to vote towards the end. Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray alleged that most of EVMs were found faulty in areas dominated by supporters of Maha Vikas Aghadi. He alleged a “BJP conspiracy” and threatened to go to courts. On Monday, Nationalist Congress Party founder Sharad Pawar claimed that Maharashtra results this time would be surprising. In an interview with India TV, Sharad Pawar claimed that Maha Vikas Aghadi would win nearly half of the total 48 LS seats. In 2019 elections, BJP-led NDA had won 42 out of 48 seats. Five years ago, NDA had won all the 13 constituencies that went to the polls on Monday. Sharad Pawar is, however, confident. He said, “I will not be surprised if we get 40 to 50 per cent this time . Modi Ji has not done any work here in the last five years. These people (BJP) think they will get votes in the name of Modi, but this is not the case. It is true that Modi toiled hard this time during electioneering, which cannot be overlooked, but the image and support that he commanded five years ago, is now totally missing.” Pawar clearly indicated that MVA would win at least 24 LS seats in Maharashtra this time. Even if one agrees with Pawar’s view for a minute that Modi’s popularity has waned, Pawar Sahib must say, whose popularity has gone up? Pawar Sahib? His nephew left him and his party in the lurch. Rahul Gandhi? He went around Raebareli today during polling, to hide his uneasiness. Lalu Yadav? He was ditched by Nitish Kumar. Mamata Banerjee? She opted to stay out of the INDI alliance. Or, Kejriwal? He is presently on interim bail till June 1. It is easy to say that Modi is not getting the level of support that he used to get earlier, but it is difficult to say, who is getting popular support to fill up the space. The truth is: Pawar Sahib himself knows, other leaders lack colour in the face of Modi’s strenuous toil.
स्वाति मालीवाल : केजरीवाल के लिए बड़ी समस्या!
स्वाति मालीवाल के केस में दिल्ली पुलिस ने शनिवार को मुख्यमंत्री अरविन्द केजरीवाल के पीएम विभव कुमार को मुख्यमंत्री निवास से गिरफ्तार कर लिया. स्वाति ने विभव कुमार पर आरोप लगाया है कि उसने मुख्यमंत्री निवास में 13 मई को उन्हें थप्पड़ मारे, उनके सीने, पेट और निचले हिस्सों में लात मारे और उनके कपड़े फाड़ दिए. ये बात स्वाति ने एक मजिस्ट्रेट के सामने घारा 164 के तहत दर्ज़ करवाई. इसके जवाब में आम आदमी पार्टी ने शुक्रवार को एक सीसीटीवी वीडियो क्लिप दिखाकर ये साबित करने की कोशिश की कि स्वाति के साथ कोई मारपीट नहीं हुई थी. दिल्ली की मंत्री आतिशी का ये दावा सनसनीखेज़ है कि स्वाति को बीजेपी ने केजरीवाल के घर भेजा. लेकिन दो दिन पहले संजय सिंह ने तो कहा था कि विभव ने स्वाति के साथ बदसलूकी की. उन्होंने कहा था केजरीवाल विभव के खिलाफ एक्शन लेंगे.स्वाति अब कह रही हैं कि केजरीवाल विभव के दबाव में हैं क्योंकि उनके पास कोई राज़ हैं.इसीलिए इस पूरे मामले को ट्विस्ट देने की कोशिश की गई. असल में ये सारी खिचड़ी घर में ही पकी. स्वाति के साथ जो हुआ वो दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण था,लेकिन जो हुआ, ये समझना मुश्किल है. जानकार कहते हैं कि संजय सिंह ने स्वाति को इस बात के लिए मना लिया था कि वो इस मामले को पब्लिक ना करें. दो दिन पहले इसपर सुलह भी हो गयी थी. क्योंकि केजरीवाल को चुनाव में इसका भारी नुकसान हो सकता है. स्वाति की शर्त थी विभव को उसके पद से हटा दिया जाए ताकि वो केजरीवाल तक लोगों को पहुंचने से रोक न सके. इस बात को सार्वजनिक किया जाना था, जो संजय सिंह ने कर दिया. स्वाति खामोश थीं. पर जब उन्होंने देखा कि बिभव को केजरीवाल अपने साथ लखनऊ ले गए हैं तो स्वाति ने पुलिस को बुलाया और बयान दर्ज करवाया, लेकिन मीडिया से बात नहीं की.कोई सार्वजनिक बयान भी नहीं दिया लेकिन शुक्रवार को जब आम आदमी पार्टी ने एक वीडियो जारी करके स्वाति मालीवाल पर पलटवार किया, ट्वीट करके अपने इरादे जाहिर कर दिए तो स्वाति भी सामने आ गईं और जब आतिशी ने उनपर बीजेपी के साथ मिलकर साजिश रचने का इल्जाम लगाया तो स्वाति ने कहा कि आज विभव के दबाव में आम आदमी पार्टी ने हार मान ली और पूरी पार्टी से मेरे चरित्र पर सवाल उठवाए गए. ये सारी की सारी घटना चौंकाने वाली, चिंता में डालने वाली है. अब पुलिस इस मामले की हर एंगल से जांच करेगी. इसमें कानून और सार्वजनिक सहानुभूति स्वाति के साथ है, राजनीतिक हालात उनके पक्ष में है, इसीलिए केजरीवाल की मुश्किलें काफी बढ़ सकती हैं. दिल्ली में 25 मई को वोटिंग है. यही देखते हुए आज आम आदमी पार्टी ने इस मामले में बीजेपी को लपेटने की कोशिश की लेकिन इस मसले पर बीजेपी का भी काउंटर मिलेगा क्योंकि शनिवार को दिल्ली में नरेन्द्र मोदी की पहली रैली है और मोदी इस मसले पर क्या कहेंगे, ये देखने लायक होगा.
SWATI MALIWAL : BIG PROBLEM FOR KEJRIWAL!
Embattled Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal’s PA Vibhav Kumar was arrested by Delhi Police on Saturday from the CM’s residence. He has been arrested on the basis of an FIR lodged and statement made under Sec 164 to a magistrate by AAP Rajya Sabha member Swati Maliwal. She had alleged that Vibhav Kumar kicked her in the chest, abdomen and lower parts, tore her clothes and slapped her on May 13, when went to the chief minister’s residence. On Friday, Delhi minister Atishi showed a video clip and made a sensational claim that it was BJP which sent Maliwal to create a drama at Kejriwal’s official residence. Two days ago, AAP MP Sanjay Singh had told media that Kejriwal’s PA had misbehaved with Swati, and the AAP supremo would take action against him. But now, Swati has alleged that Kejriwal is working under pressure from Vibhav Kumar because he has several deep secrets about the chief minister with him. This is the reason why the entire matter is sought to be given a twist. The entire drama took place at Kejriwal’s residence. Whatever happened with Swati was unfortunate, but it is difficult to understand what exactly happened on May 13 morning. Those in the know say that Sanjay Singh had persuaded Swati not to make the matter public and there was an agreement between the two a few days ago. Clearly, the AAP supremo never wanted to face electoral damage as Delhi goes to polls next week. Swati Maliwal put a condition: that Vibhav Kumar must be removed from his post so that he cannot control access of outsiders to the chief minister. Sanjay Singh made his remarks public as per the agreement, and Swati remained silent. But when she noticed the next day that Kejriwal had taken his PA Vibhav Kumar to Lucknow, she was furious. She called Delhi Police to her residence and gave her statement nailing Vibhav. Even at that point, she did not speak to the media nor did she make any public statement over the incident. But, on Friday, when Aam Aadmi Party released a cctv video, made a counter-attack on Swati Maliwal and posted a tweet making its aims clear, Swati came out in public. It was Atishi who alleged that Swati was in cahoots with BJP to level charges against Kejriwal’s PA. Swati retorted and said that Aap Aadmi Party has surrendered because of “pressure” from Vibhav Kumar. She alleged that the entire party machinery has been used to raise fingers at her character. The entire sequence of events is astonishing and worrying. Delhi Police will now have to probe the matter from every angle. Both the law and public opinion is with Swati. The political situation is also in her favour and Kejriwal’s worries may now multiply. Delhi goes to the polls on May 25. AAP has now started to drag BJP into its internal affair, and BJP is sure to launch a counter-attack. The ball is now in PM Narendra Modi’s court who will be addressing an election rally in Delhi on Sunday.

प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने गुरुवार को साफ कहा कि 4 जून को “आएगा तो मोदी ही”. नरेन्द्र मोदी ने कहा कि 4 जून को सिर्फ मोदी ही रह जाएगा, 4 जून के बाद इंडी एलायन्स खटाखट..खटाखट बिखर जाएगा. शहजादों की जोड़ी खटाखट छुट्टियां मनाने निकल जाएगी क्योंकि जनता खटाखटृ खटाखट बटन दबाकर विरोधियों को खटाखट बाहर कर देगी. राहुल गांधी आजकल अपनी हर रैली में कहते हैं कि 4 जून के बाद इंडी अलायन्स की सरकार बनेगी और 4 जुलाई को महिलाओं के अकाउंट में खटाखट, खटाखट पैसा ट्रांसफर होगा. इसीलिए मोदी ने उसी अंदाज में जवाब दिया. राहुल गांधी गुरुवार को घर पर थे, उन्होंने कोई रैली नहीं की, लेकिन वो और अखिलेश साथ साथ रैलियां कर रहे हैं. इसलिए मोदी ने यूपी में दो शहजादों की बात की. गुरुवार को अखिलेश ने लखनऊ में अरविन्द केजरीवाल के साथ प्रैस कॉन्फ्रैंस की. दोनों ने दावा किया कि 4 जून को बीजेपी की विदाई तय है. केजरीवाल ने बीजेपी को 220 और अखिलेश यादव ने बीजेपी को ज्यादा से ज्यादा 143 सीटें मिलने का दावा किया. केजरीवाल ने फिर कहा कि 4 जून के बाद योगी आदित्यनाथ की कुर्सी पर खतरा होगा, मोदी अगर जीते तो योगी मुख्यमंत्री नहीं रहेंगे. इस पर योगी ने कहा कि ये केजरीवाल के जेल जाने का साइड इफेक्ट है, केजरीवाल को खुद अपनी कुर्सी की चिन्ता करनी चाहिए. गुरुवार को नरेन्द्र मोदी ने पूर्वी उत्तर प्रदेश के आज़मगढ़, जौनपुर, भदोही और प्रतापगढ़ में रैलियां की और हर रैली में कांग्रेस और समाजवादी पार्टी पर जोरदार हमला बोला. मोदी ने कहा कि समाजवादी पार्टी और कांग्रेस दो अलग-अलग पार्टियां हैं, लेकिन उनकी दुकान एक ही है, दोनों झूठ का सामान बेचते हैं.. मोदी ने कहा कि बीजेपी के पक्ष में जो माहौल है, उसे देखकर शहजादों के पेट में दर्द हो रहा है, उन्हें अपनी दुकान की फिक्र है. मोदी ने चार जून को लेकर भविष्यवाणी इसलिए की क्योंकि विरोधी दलों के नेता लगातार 4 जून को बीजेपी की विदाई की भविष्यवाणी कर रहे हैं.. लखनऊ में मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे और अखिलेश ने बुधवार को दावा किया था, गुरुवार को केजरीवाल और अखिलेश ने ये दावा किया. ये तो मैंने आपको कल ही बता दिया था कि भविष्यवाणी सच होने के मामले में किसका रिकॉर्ड कैसा है. सबूत के साथ, तारीख, महीना और साल समेत सब के बयान बता दिए थे. इसलिए ये तो साबित हो चुका है कि 2014 से लेकर अब तक चुनाव नतीजों के बारे में, सियासी चालों के बारे में नरेन्द्र मोदी की भविष्यवाणी हमेशा सही साबित हुई. प्रियंका गांधी कह रही थी कि मोदी अपने वादों से पलट जाते हैं, इसलिए जनता उन पर यकीन नहीं करेगी. तो इसकी हकीकत भी 4 जून को सामने आ जाएगी. जहां तक केजरीवाल के इस दावे का सवाल है कि मोदी अमित शाह को प्रधानमंत्री बनाने के लिए वोट मांग रहे हैं, 4 जून को अगर बीजेपी जीती, तो मोदी योगी को हटा देंगें, ऐसी बातें सुनकर सिर्फ हंसा जा सकता है क्योंकि राजनीति में इस तरह की बयानबाजी विरोधियों का आखिरी हथियार होता है. केजरीवाल बहुत चालाक हैं, लेकिन जनता उनसे ज्यादा चतुर है. सब इस बात को समझते हैं कि चूंकि विरोधी दल मोदी की लोकप्रियता से घबराने लगे हैं, वो जानते हैं कि मोदी का मुकाबला नहीं कर सकते, योगी भी लोकप्रिय हैं, इसलिए योगी के जाने और मोदी की जगह अमित शाह के आने का डर दिखाओ, पब्लिक को कन्फ्यूज करो, जिससे थोड़ा बहुत फायदा अगर हो सकता है, तो हो जाए. लेकिन मुझे लगता है कि ये पुराना फॉर्मूला है. जनता इसके बहकावे में नहीं आएगी. इसीलिए गुरुवार को मोदी ने कहा कि आएगा तो मोदी ही और सिर्फ इतना ही नहीं कहा, ये भी बता दिया कि यूपी में योगी ने बहुत काम किया है, समाजवादी पार्टी के राज में “वन डिस्ट्रिक्ट,वन माफिया” का फॉर्मूला चलता था, उसे बदल कर योगी ने “वन डिस्ट्रिक्ट, वन प्रोडक्ट” का फॉर्मूला लागू कर दिया है इसलिए यूपी में योगी के मुकाबले कोई नहीं.
‘KHATAKHAT’, ‘KHATAKHAT’ : MODI AND RAHUL
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday mocked Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s “khatakhat” remark and told a Pratapgarh rally in Uttar Pradesh that the Congress-led INDIA bloc will disintegrate “khatakhat” (very fast) after the poll results are out of June 4. Modi also said, after June 4, the shehzadas (referring to Rahul Gandhi and Akhilesh Yadav) will also leave India “khatakhat” (in a jiffy). Modi said: “They have lost from Amethi, and will lose from Rae Bareli too. After June 4, INDI alliance will disintegrate khatakhat, the shehzade (princes) will leave for summer vacation abroad. I have information that they have booked their air tickets.” Rahul Gandhi in his election rallies has been telling voters that after June 4, when INDIA bloc will come to power, Rs 1 lakh (Rs 8500 per month) will be deposited in the bank account of each woman belonging to every poor household in India every year, “khatakhat”(in a second). He had said, the money will be sent to their accounts every month “khatakhat”. It was this “khatakhat” remark of Rahul, which Prime Minister Modi was mocking on Thursday. Rahul Gandhi took rest on Thursday and did not address any poll rally, but since Rahul and Akhilesh have been addressing joint rallies in UP (in Kannauj and Jhansi), Modi spoke about the two “shehzade”(princes). On Thursday, Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav addressed a press meet in Lucknow with AAP convenor Arvind Kejriwal. Both leaders claimed that BJP will be dislodged from power on June 4. Kejriwal predicted BJP will win 220 seats this time, while Akhilesh Yadav said, BJP will win a maximum number of 143 seats only. Kejriwal also hinted that CM Yogi Adityanath’s government will be in danger after June 4 if Modi wins. The Prime Minister spoke about June 4 counting day because opposition leaders have been consistently telling crowds that BJP will be dislodged from power after results are out on June 4. UP chief minister Yogi Adityanath responded to Kejriwal’s remarks, by saying he seemed to have lost his mental balance after coming out of jail. “This could be the side-effect of staying inside jail”, Yogi said. The UP CM said, Kejriwal was deliberately trying to create confusion by saying that Yogi would lose his seat if Modi wins. The UP CM said, “I am a yogi, I do not lust for power. For me, the nation and Sanatan dharma is supreme, for which I am ready to sacrifice everything, even my chief minister post. Kejriwal should worry about his own CM seat.” I have also written in my blog yesterday about how predictions of oppositions leaders proved wrong in 2019. I cited dates when these leaders made their predictions five years ago. Their predictions were later proved wrong. I cited the predictions of Narendra Modi and Amit Shah in 2019, which were found to be correct. Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi has been alleging in her meetings that Modi always backtracks from his own promises and people would not trust him anymore. This assessment will also be proved right or wrong, on June 4. As far as Kejriwal’s prediction that Yogi may be axed if Modi wins on June 4, is concerned, one can only laugh over such speculation. Kejriwal is a clever politician, but the people of India are cleverer than him. Many of the voters have now realized that since opposition leaders are afraid of Modi’s popularity, they know they cannot take on Modi directly, and that is why they are creating fresh bogeys about Amit Shah and Yogi. Their aim is to create confusion among voters, but people are not going to fall into their trap. Modi continues to tell his voters that “Aayega Toh Modi Hi”, and he also praises Yogi. Modi said, during Samajwadi Party’s rule, there was the formula of ‘one district, one mafia’, but under Yogi’s rule, a new industrial policy of ‘one district, one product’ has been launched. Naturally, Yogi has no serious competition in UP.
