एक्ज़िट पोल्स आ गये, अब एक्ज़ैक्ट नतीजों का इंतज़ार
पांच राज्यों में विधानसभा चुनाव के लिए मतदान पूरे हो चुके हैं और गुरुवार को जो एक्ज़िट पोल्स आये, उनमें से कई चौंकाने वाले हैं. नतीजे 3 दिसंबर को आएंगे. इंडिया टीवी-CNX एक्जिट पोल्स के मुताबिक, मध्य प्रदेश में लगातार पांचवी बार बीजेपी की सरकार बनने की संभावना है, बीजेपी को दो तिहाई बहुमत मिलता दिख रहा है. ये शिवराज सिंह के लिए बहुत अच्छी और कमलनाथ के लिए बहुत बुरी खबर है. एक्जिट पोल में हैरान करने वाले नतीजे राजस्थान को लेकर भी हैं. एक्जिट पोल के मुताबिक, राजस्थान में कांग्रेस की सरकार एक बार फिर रिपीट हो सकती है, मुकाबला कांटे का है लेकिन बीजेपी कांग्रेस से पीछे दिख रही है. छत्तीसगढ़ में एक्जिट पोल्स के नतीजे अनुमान के मुताबिक ही हैं, कांग्रेस की सरकार आसानी से बन सकती है, हालांकि पिछली बार के मुकाबले कांग्रेस की सीटें कम होंगी, बीजेपी की सीटें बढ़ेंगी. तेलंगाना से भी कांग्रेस के लिए अच्छी खबर है. एक्जिट पोल्स के मुताबिक, तेलंगाना में दस साल के शासन के बाद केसीआर की विदाई होगी, कांग्रेस यहां बहुमत के साथ सरकार बनाएगी.
मध्य प्रदेश
मध्यप्रदेश के नतीजे सबसे ज्यादा चौंकाने वाले हैं. एक्जिट पोल के नतीजे ऐसे हैं जिसकी कल्पना न बीजेपी के नेताओं ने की थी और न कांग्रेस के नेताओं ने. एक्जिट पोल्स के मुताबिक, बीजेपी को प्रचंड बहुमत मिलने जा रहा है. शिवराज सिंह चौहान की योजनाओं पर जनता ने मुहर लगाई है. शिवराज को पूरे नंबरों के साथ पास किया है. इंडिया टीवी-CNX एक्जिट पोल के मुताबिक, मध्य प्रदेश में विधानसभा की 230 सीट में से बीजेपी को 140 से 159 सीट मिल सकती हैं, यानि बीजेपी को दो तिहाई से ज्यादा सीटें मिल सकती हैं. मध्य प्रदेश में कांग्रेस को बड़ा झटका लग सकता है. एक्जिट पोल के मुताबिक, कांग्रेस 70 से 89 सीटों के बीच सिमट जाएगी. मैंने कांग्रेस के लिए ‘सिमट जाएगी’ शब्दों का इस्तेमाल इसलिए किया क्योंकि पिछले चुनाव में कांग्रेस को 114 सीटें मिली थी जबकि बीजेपी 109 पर रह गई थी लेकिन इस बार बीजेपी को पचास सीटों तक का फायदा होता दिख रहा है जबकि कांग्रेस को 24 से लेकर 44 सीटों का नुकसान हो सकता है. ये कमलनाथ और दिग्विजय सिंह के लिए बड़ा झटका और शिवराज सिंह चौहान के लिए बहुत बड़ी जीत का संकेत है. वोट शेयर के मुताबिक, पिछली बार बीजेपी को 41 परसेंट वोट मिले थे और इस बार उसमें पांच परसेंट की बढ़त दिख रही है जबकि कांग्रेस को तीन परसेंट के घाटे के साथ करीब 38 परसेंट वोट मिल सकते हैं. मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि वो तो शुरू से ये बातच कह रहे थे कि बीजेपी को सवा सौ से डेढ़ सौ सीट मिल सकती हैं. उन्होंने कहा कि मोदी के नेतृत्व और उनकी सरकार की लाडली लक्ष्मी, लाडली बहना और तीर्थ दर्शन योजना जैसी स्कीम्स का फायदा बीजेपी को मिला. कांग्रेस नेता कमल नाथ ने रात को ट्विटर पर लिखा- “3 दिसंबर को जब मतगणना शुरू होगी तो कांग्रेस की सरकार पर जनता की मुहर लग जाएगी। मैंने हमेशा आपसे कहा है कि देश विजन से चलता है, टेलीविजन से नहीं। बहुत से एग्जिट पोल में कांग्रेस पार्टी की सरकार बनती हुई दिखाई दी है जबकि कुछ एग्जिट पोल अन्य तरह की बात कर रहे हैं। आपको इस सबसे अपना ध्यान भटकने नहीं देना है। अर्जुन की तरह आपको निगाहें सिर्फ अपने लक्ष्य पर रखनी है। आपको अपना पूरा ध्यान मतगणना के दिन पर लगाना है और यह सुनिश्चित करना है कि कांग्रेस को मिला एक-एक वोट सही से गिना जाए और प्रदेश में प्रचंड बहुमत से कांग्रेस की सरकार बने। जय कांग्रेस, विजय कांग्रेस। “ दिग्विजय सिंह ने कहा कि मध्य प्रदेश में जो नतीजे आएंगे वो एक्जिट पोल से बिल्कुल उल्टे होंगे. प्रदेश की जनता शिवराज सिंह चौहान के शासन से ऊब चुकी है, बदलाव चाहती है. उन्होंने दावा किया कि मध्य प्रदेश में कांग्रेस 135 से ज्यादा सीटें जीतेगी.
अगर तीन दिसंबर को नतीजे बीजेपी के पक्ष में आते हैं, तो यह शिवराज सिंह चौहान की बहुत बड़ी जीत होगी क्योंकि बीजेपी के नेताओं को भी लग रहा था कि शिवराज चौहान ने भले ही बहुत काम किया हो, अच्छी योजनाएं लागू की हों, लेकिन 18 साल से वह मुख्यमंत्री हैं, इसलिए एक फटिग फैक्टर (थकावट वाला कारण) काम कर सकता है. इसीलिए बीजेपी ने शिवराज को मुख्यमंत्री पद के उम्मीदवार के तौर पर पेश नहीं किया, लेकिन शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने इसे एक चुनौती के तौर पर लिया, जबरदस्त मेहनत की, डेढ़ सौ से ज्यादा सभाएं की, हर जिले में, हर विधानसभा क्षेत्र में गए, सबको साथ लेकर चले. सबसे बड़ी बात ये है कि मध्य प्रदेश ने महिलाओं के लिए जो काम किए, लाडली बहना, सुकन्या योजना, लाडली लक्ष्मी जैसी 19 ऐसी स्कीम्स लागू कीं, जो महिलाओं को सशक्त करने वाली हैं, इसीलिए इस बार महिलाओं का वोट प्रतिशत बढ़ा और ये बीजेपी के लिए बहुत फायदेमंद साबित होता दिखाई दे रहा है. अगर एक्जिट पोल्स के नतीजे सही साबित होते हैं तो शिवराज सिंह चौहान का कद बीजेपी में बहुत ज्यादा बढ़ जाएगा. मुख्यमंत्री की कुर्सी पर उनकी दावेदारी और ज्यादा पक्की हो जाएगी. दूसरी तरफ ये नतीजे कमलनाथ और दिग्विजय सिंह के राजनीतिक सफर पर बहुत बड़ा स्पीड ब्रेकर साबित होंगे.
छत्तीसगढ
लेकिन छत्तीसगढ़ में स्थिति बिल्कुल भिन्न है. मध्य प्रदेश की तरह छत्तीसगढ़ में भी सरकार के रिपीट होने की उम्मीद है. इंडिया टीवी-CNX एक्जिट पोल के मुताबिक, छत्तीसगढ़ में एक बार फिर कांग्रेस की सरकार बन सकती है. 90 सदस्यों वाली विधानसभा में कांग्रेस को 46 से 56 सीटें मिलने का अनुमान हैं जबकि बहुमत के लिए 45 सीटें चाहिए. पिछली बार कांग्रेस को 68 सीटें मिलीं थीं. इस लिहाज से कांग्रेस की पन्द्रह से बीस सीटें कम हो सकती है. दूसरी तरफ बीजेपी को 30 से 40 सीट मिल सकती हैं. पिछले चुनाव में बीजेपी को सिर्फ 15 सीटें मिलीं थी. छत्तीसगढ़ के मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने दावा किया कि कांग्रेस को सत्तर से ज्यादा सीटें मिलेंगी. कांग्रेस के लिए एक मुश्किल मुख्यमंत्री पद हो सकता है. हालांकि भूपेश बघेल दौड़ में सबसे आगे हैं, लेकिन टी.एस. सिंहदेव की भी दावेदारी है. पिछली बार कहा गया था कि कांग्रेस हाईकमान ने ढाई-ढाई साल सीएम की डील की थी. गुरुवार को एक्जिट पोल के नतीजे आने के बाद टी.एस. सिंहदेव ने कहा कि नतीजे आने दीजिए, उसके बाद मुख्यमंत्री पद पर फैसला हाईकमान करेगा.
छत्तीसगढ़ में बीजेपी के पास मजबूत नेतृत्व नहीं था, संगठन बिखरा हुआ था. भूपेश बघेल ने चुनाव की तैयारी एक साल पहले से शुरू कर दी थी, पार्टी और संगठन उनके साथ था, धान की खरीद से लेकर गोबर खरीद जैसी योजनाएं उन्होंने पहले लागू कर दी. इसका फायदा भूपेश बघेल को मिलता दिख रहा है. हां, ये जरूर है कि अगर छत्तीसगढ़ में कांग्रेस को स्पष्ट बहुमत मिलता है, तो भूपेश बघेल ही मुख्यमंत्री होंगे. .मुझे लगता है कि टीएस सिंह देव का इंतजार और बढ़ जाएगा.
राजस्थान
राजस्थान से भी कांग्रेस के लिए अच्छी खबर है. बीजेपी को राजस्थान से बहुत उम्मीद है लेकिन एक्जिट पोल्स के नतीजे राजस्थान में कांग्रेस की सरकार रिपीट होने का इशारा कर रहे हैं. अशोक गहलोत के जादू का असर दिख रहा है. एक्जिट पोल के मुताबिक राजस्थान में कांग्रेस को 94 से 104 के बीच सीट मिलती दिख रही हैं. बहुमत का आंकड़ा 100 का है. .बीजेपी को 80 से 90 सीटें मिलने का अनुमान है. दिलचस्प बात ये है कि पिछली बार की तरह राजस्थान में इस बार भी छोटी पार्टियों की भूमिका महत्वपूर्ण होगी क्योंकि एक्जिट पोल्स के मुताबिक राजस्थान में छोटी पार्टियां और निर्दलीयों को भी 14 से 18 सीट मिल सकती हैं. सीटों के मामले में भले ही कांग्रेस का आंकड़ा बीजेपी से 10 से 15 सीट ज्यादा दिख रहा हो लेकिन वोट शेयर के मामले में दोनों ही पार्टियां बराबरी पर हैं. बीजेपी को 42 परसेंट वोट और कांग्रेस को 43 परसेंट वोट मिल सकते हैं. एक्जिट पोल के नतीजों से अशोक गहलोत जोश में हैं. गहलोत ने कहा कि वो तो शुरू से कह रहे हैं कि इस बार तीस साल का रिकॉर्ड टूटेगा, राजस्तान में तीस साल के बाद पहली बार सरकार रिपीट होगी, उन्हें हमेशा से भरोसा था कि उनकी सरकार रिपीट हो रही है. गहलोत ने कहा कि राजस्थान में मुख्यमंत्री के खिलाफ कोई हवा नहीं थी, और कैंपेन के दौरान बीजेपी के नेताओं ने जिस तरह की भाषा का इस्तेमाल किया, उससे भी कांग्रेस को फायदा हुआ. गहलोत ने एक गौर करने वाली बात कही. कहा, कि बीजेपी ने चुनाव में जिस तरह धर्म को मुद्दा बनाया, जिस तरह वोटों का ध्रुवीकरण करने की कोशिश की, उसमें बीजेपी अगर कामयाब हुई तो बात अलग है, वरना सरकार तो कांग्रेस की ही बनेगी. वैसे जीत के दावे करने में बीजेपी के नेता भी पीछे नहीं हैं. बीजेपी नेता राजेंद्र राठौर ने कहा कि बीजेपी को 135 से ज्यादा सीटें मिलेंगी. एक्जिट पोल्स के नतीजे राजस्थान में कांटे की टक्कर दिखा रहे हैं, कांग्रेस थोड़ी आगे है, ये बीजेपी के नेताओं के लिए परेशान कर सकता है लेकिन अगर एक्जिट पोल के नतीजे सही साबित होते हैं तो कांग्रेस को फायदा का सारा श्रेय अशोक गहलोत को देना पड़ेगा. राजस्थान में बीजेपी और कांग्रेस की रणनीति में एक बुनियादी फर्क था. कांग्रेस ने वक्त रहते अशोक गहलोत को खुला हाथ देने का फैसला किया, चुनाव की कमान पूरी तरह गहलोत को सौंप दी लेकिन बीजेपी ने वसुन्धरा राजे को मंच पर लाने में देर कर दी, इसलिए पार्टी के कार्यकर्ताओं में भ्रम वाली स्थिति रही, और इसका फायदा गहलोत को मिलता दिख रहा है.
तेलंगाना
तेलंगाना से कांग्रेस के लिए अच्छी खबर है. एक्जिट पोल्स के मुताबिक, तेलंगाना में मुख्यमंत्री के. चंद्रशेखर राव की विदाई और कांग्रेस की सरकार बनना तय है. इंडिया टीवी के एक्जिट पोल के मुताबिक, 119 सीटों वाली तेलंगाना विधानसभा में कांग्रेस को 63 से 79 सीट मिल सकती है. 10 साल से सरकार चला रहे चंद्रशेखर राव की पार्टी भारत राष्ट्र समिति को 31 से 47 सीट मिल सकती हैं जबकि ओवैसी की पार्टी AIMIM को 5 से 7 और बीजेपी को तेलंगाना में 2 से चार सीट मिल सकती हैं. पिछली बार तेलंगाना में कांग्रेस को सिर्फ 19 सीट मिली थी जबकि BRS को 68 सीटें मिली थी. कांग्रेस के वोट शेयर में 14 परसेंट की उछाल दिखाई दे रही है, जबकि BRS का वोट शेयर 9 परसेंट के घाटे के साथ 38 परसेंट पर रह सकता है. लेकिन केसीआर की बेटी के कविता ने कहा हैं कि एक्जिट पोल चाहे कुछ भी कहें लेकिन BRS इस बार सेंचुरी मारेगी. तेलंगाना राज्य UPA शासन में बना था मगर, कांग्रेस कभी इसका श्रेय नहीं ले सकी. अलग राज्य बनने का पूरा श्रेय के. चंद्रशेखर राव ले गए. पिछली बार केसीआर को अपनी जीत को लेकर इतना पुरज़ोर यकीन था कि उन्होंने एक साल पहले ही चुनाव करा लिया. लेकिन इस बार तस्वीर बदली हुई दिखाई दे रही है. तेलंगाना कांग्रेस के अध्यक्ष रेवंता रेड्डी कह रहे हैं कि इस बार कांग्रेस की सरकार बनने वाली है. रेवंता रेड्डी ने तो शपथ ग्रहण की तारीख 9 दिसम्बर भी तय कर दी है. लेकिन कांग्रेस के दावे को असद्दुदीन ओबैसी ने हवा-हवाई बताया. कहा, कि कोई कुछ भी कहे लेकिन तीन तारीख को सच सामने आ जाएगा, KCR एक बार फिर मुख्यमंत्री बनेंगे. तेलंगाना में इस बार बदलाव की हवा साफ दिख रही थी. कांग्रेस को सरकार बनने की उम्मीद थी इसलिए कांग्रेस ने जबरदस्त मेहनत की. कांग्रेस और BRS में मुकाबला मुस्लिम वोटर्स को साथ लेने का था. अब तक ओबैसी की मदद से मुस्लिम वोटर्स केसीआर के साथ रहते थे लेकिन इस बार ऐसा लग रहा है कि मुसलमानों का एकमुश्त वोट कांग्रेस को मिला है और इसी का असर है कि एक्जिट पोल में कांग्रेस तेलंगाना में सरकार बनाती दिख रही है.
मिज़ोरम
मिजोरम में एक बार फिर मिज़ो नेशनल फ्रंट के नेता मुख्यमंत्री ज़ोरमथांगा दौड़ में आगे दीख रहे हैं. .ज़ोरमथंगा की MNF को 14 से 18 सीटें मिल सकती हैं, जबकि ललदुहोमा की ज़ोरम पीपुल्स मूवमेंट को 12 से 16 सीट मिलती दिख रही हैं. कांग्रेस को 8 से 10 सीटों पर संतोष करना पड़ सकता है. बीजेपी भी यहां 2 सीट जीत सकती है.
इन पांच राज्यों के चुनावों को लोकसभा चुनाव से पहले सेमीफाइनल कहा जा रहा है. अगर एक्जिट पोल्स के हिसाब से नतीजे आए, अगर राजस्थान, छत्तीसगढ और तेलंगाना में कांग्रेस की सरकार बनी तो कांग्रेस समेत विरोधी दलों के नेता यही दावा करेंगे कि देश में नरेन्द्र मोदी के खिलाफ लहर है. लेकिन मैं याद दिलाना चाहता हूं कि पांच साल पहले भी राजस्थान, मध्य प्रदेश और छत्तीगढ़ में कांग्रेस ने जीत दर्ज की थी, तेलंगाना में भी बीजेपी हारी थी लेकिन पांच महीने बाद जब लोकसभा चुनाव हुए तो राजस्थान की सभी पच्चीस सीटें बीजेपी ने जीतीं, मध्य प्रदेश में 29 में 28 सीटें बीजेपी ने जीतीं, छत्तीसगढ़ की 11 में से 9 सीटें बीजेपी ने जीतीं. इसलिए मुझे लगता है कि तीन दिसंबर को पांच राज्यों में जनता का जो भी फैसला आए, उसका असर लोकसभा चुनाव पर होगा, ये कहना मुश्किल है. हालांकि एक्जिट पोल्स नतीजे नहीं होते, ये अनुमान ही हैं. एक्जैक्ट नतीजे तो तीन दिंसबर को ही आएंगे. तब तक इंतजार करना चाहिए. और 3 दिसंबर को जब फाइनल नतीजे आएंगे, इंडिया टीवी ने सबसे तेज नतीजे आप तक पहुंचाने के लिए खास इंतजाम किए हैं. 3 दिसंबर को ये स्पेशल कवरेज सुबह 6 बजे से देख सकते हैं. मेरे साथ इंडिया टीवी रिपोर्टर्स की पूरी टीम होगी, नए और मॉडर्न ग्राफिक्स होंगे, एक्सपर्ट्स का पैनल होगा. तो 3 दिसंबर को पांच राज्यों के चुनाव नतीजे देखिए मेरे साथ, सुबह 6 बजे से.
EXIT POLLS ARE IN, LET US WAIT FOR EXACT RESULTS
Exit polls for the five state assembly elections, for which counting will take place on December 3, have come in. Some of the exit poll projections are surprising. India TV-CNX exit poll projection shows, BJP may get a nearly two-third landslide victory in Madhya Pradesh with 140 to 159 seats. Congress may get only 70 to 80 seats, says the exit poll. The party may come to power for the first time since Telangana achieved statehood. If the projection proves to be true, Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao will be on his way out after ruling the state for a decade. The exit poll projection for Mizoram shows a hung assembly in the north-eastern state. Already reactions have started pouring in.
MADHYA PRADESH
An elated Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, who was fighting with his back to the wall, said, he was confident since the beginning that his party would win 125-150 seats. He attributed this to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership and his government’s Ladli Behna, Ladli Lakshmi and Teerth Darshan Yojana schemes. Congress leader Kamal Nath took to Twitter and wrote, “the nation is run by vision, and not by television…When counting starts on December 3, the people of MP will put their seal of approval to a Congress government.” If BJP retains power, it will be a big victory for Shivraj Singh Chouhan. BJP leadership was worried about the ‘fatigue factor’ that was expected because Chouhan has ruled as CM for 18 years. It was because of this that BJP did not project Chouhan as its chief minister this time. Chouhan took this as a challenge. He toiled hard, addressed more than 150 public meetings. He went to each district and assembly constituency, and focussed on women voters with his attractive schemes. This was the reason why there was a quantum jump in the number of women who cast their votes this time, and this could prove advantageous for BJP. If the exit poll proves correct, Chouhan’s stature in his party will surely rise and his claim for the CM’s throne will become stronger. On the other hand, if the results match with exit poll projection, they could act as a speed-breaker for the political careers of Kamal Nath and Digvijaya Singh.
CHHATTISGARH
The situation is different in neighbouring Chhattisgarh. Congress CM Bhupesh Baghel, happy with exit poll projections, says, his party will get more seats than projected. Though exit polls give Congress a majority, there is not much difference between vote share projections of Congress (43 pc) and BJP (41 pc). Though Bhupesh Baghel is again the frontrunner this time for the CM’s post, T. S. Singhdeo is also a strong claimant. In the last elections, the Congress high command had struck a two and a half year deal for both, but it was not implemented. On Thursday, Singhdeo said, ‘let the results come, and then the high command will decide’. In Chhattisgarh, the BJP lacked a strong leadership and its organization is fragmented. Bhupesh Baghel began his poll preparations a year ago, the party backed him and he implemented paddy purchase, and cow dung purchase schemes to attract farmers. If Congress gets a clear majority, Baghel will continue as chief minister. I think, T S Singhdeo will have to wait.
RAJASTHAN
BJP leadership had high hopes in Rajasthan, but exit polls indicate a repeat of Congress rule. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot’s magic may work. This time too, small parties may play an important role. Exit polls have predicted 14 to 18 seats for independents and small parties. In vote share projections, both Congress(43 pc) and BJP (42 pc) are neck-to-neck. Last time, Mayawati’s BSP had won six seats, but Gehlot took all the six MLAs in his party. If Gehlot wins, Rajasthan will break a 30-year-old record of not repeating any party to rule after five years. On Thursday, Gehlot said, there was no anti-incumbency wave or anger against the CM, but the abusive language used by BJP leaders against the Congress, helped his party. Gehlot made one important point. He said, the manner in which BJP tried to polarize voters on lines of religion, could affect the results, but even if BJP succeeds, it will be the Congress which will form the government. On the other hand, BJP leaders claimed that the party will win more than 135 seats this time and will dislodge Gehlot from power. The Congress high command gave Gehlot a free hand during the election campaign, but BJP leadership delayed in bringing Vasundhara Raje on the dais. This led to confusion among BJP supporters, and Gehlot took advantage of this.
TELANGANA
Exit poll projections predict KCR may be on his way out and Congress may form government. India TV-CNX exit poll projects 63-79 seats for Congress, and 31-47 seats for KCR’s party BRS. Vote share projections show, Congress’ share may get a 14 per cent jump, while BRS’ vote share may drop by 9 pc to 38 per cent. Telangana state was formed during UPA rule, but Congress never took credit for it. It was KCR who took the entire credit. Last time, KCR was so confident that he preponed the assembly polls by a year, but this time, the picture appears to be different. Telangana Congress chief Revantha Reddy is confident of forming a new government. He has even fixed December 9 as the date of his swearing-in. But KCR’s ally AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi rejected the exit poll projections and said KCR will retain power on December 3. Winds of change were already blowing in Telangana for the last one year. Congress leaders put in their best efforts, and managed to get support of Muslim voters, who were hitherto supporting BRS, because of Owaisi.
MIZRORAM
In Mizoram, exit poll projection shows a hung assembly, but Chief Minister Zoramthanga’s Mizo National Front is leading with 14-18 seats, followed by Zoram People’s Movement with 12-16 seats. Congress may get only 8-10 and BJP may get two seats.
The current assembly elections are being projected as a ‘semi-final’ for next year’s Lok Sabha elections. If Congress forms government in Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh and Telangana, opposition parties, including the Congress, may claim that there is a nationwide wave against Narendra Modi. But I would like to remind them about what happened five years ago. It won 28 out of 29 seats in MP, and nine out of 11 seats in Chhattisgarh. I think, whatever results that may come on, it is difficult to say confidently that these results will cast a shadow over next year’s parliamentary elections. बीजेपी बंगाल पर क्यों फोकस कर रही है?
पांच राज्यों के विधानसभा नतीजे आने के चार दिन पहले ही भारतीय. जनता पार्टी ने लोकसभा चुनावों की तैयारी शुरू कर दी है. ये काम शुरू किया गया है, पश्चिम बंगाल से. बुधवार को गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने कोलकाता में बड़ी रैली की. इस रैली में अमित शाह ने दावा किया कि 2024 में एक बार फिर नरेन्द्र मोदी जीतेंगे और पश्चिम बंगाल में ममता की हार होगी ….इसके बाद 2026 में बंगाल से भी दीदी की विदाई होगी. अमित शाह ने कहा कि अब जल्दी ही CAA और NRC लागू होगा, चाहे ममता कितना भी विरोध कर लें, लेकिन CAA लागू होकर रहेगा. शाह ने आरोप लगाया कि ममता दीदी वोट के चक्कर में बांग्लादेश और म्यामांर से आ रहे घुसपैठियों के आधार कार्ड बनवा रही है और ये घुसपैठिए बंगाल के हिन्दुओं का हक मार रहे हैं, बीजेपी ये नहीं चलने देगी. अमित शाह की रैली के जबाव में ममता ने भी अपनी पार्टी के नेताओं के साथ केन्द्र सरकार के खिलाफ विधानसभा परिसर में धरना दिया. मोदी सरकार पर बंगाल के साथ भेदभाव का इल्जाम लगाया. कुल मिलाकर बुधवार को कोलकाता में अगले लोकसभा चुनाव के कैंपेन का टोन दिखाई दिया. कोलकाता में अमित शाह की रैली के लिए बीजेपी ने काफी तैयारी की थी. ममता की सरकार इस रैली को रोकना चाहती थी. पहले प्रशासन ने रैली की अनुमति नहीं दी. बीजेपी ने कलकत्ता हाई कोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाया. हाईकोर्ट ने ममता सरकार की दलीलों को खारिज करके अमित शाह की रैली को हरी झंडी दी. इससे बीजेपी नेताओं और कार्यकर्ताओं का उत्साह बढ़ गया. इसलिए अमित शाह की रैली में जबरदस्त भीड़ जुटी. पश्चिम बंगाल में, ममता के राज में, विरोधियों की रैली में इस तरह की भीड़ कम दिखती है. भीड़ को देखकर अमित शाह ने कहा कि पिछले विधानसभा चुनाव में ममता बनर्जी धांधली करके जीत गई, लेकिन अब ममता के जाने का वक्त आ गया है. अमित शाह ने कहा कि बंगाल में तुष्टिकरण की राजनीति अब खत्म होगी, हिन्दुओं का हक मारने वालों की विदाई होगी क्योंकि अब मोदी सरकार जल्दी से जल्दी CAA को सख्ती से लागू करेगी. अमित शाह ने ममता बनर्जी को भ्रष्टाचार, अपराध, चुनावी हिंसा, तुष्टिकरण और घुसपैठ के मुद्दों पर घेरा और इसके बाद सिटिज़नशिप अमेंडमेंट एक्ट का मसला उठाया. अमित शाह ने कहा कि अब CAA को लागू करने से कोई नहीं रोक सकता. शाह ने कहा कि घुसपैठ को रोकने के लिए CAA जरूरी है. उन्होने आरोप लगाया कि बंगाल में ममता ने घुसपैठियों को वोटर बनाने के अवैध सेंटर खोल दिए हैं. अमित शाह ने याद दिलाया कि ममता जब सत्ता में नहीं थीं तो घुसपैठियों के मुद्दे पर संसद नहीं चलने देती थीं लेकिन कुर्सी पर बैठने के बाद अब सियासी फायदे के लिए, बंगाली हिन्दुओं का हक मारने वाले घुसपैठियों की सगी बन गई हैं. शाह ने तृणमूल कांग्रेस पर बदले की राजनीति का इल्जाम लगाया. कहा कि ममता बनर्जी ने बीजेपी के नेता शुभेंदु अधिकारी को विधानसभा से सस्पेंड करवा दिया लेकिन इससे कोई फायदा नहीं होगा, बंगाल की जनता ममता बनर्जी को सबक सिखाएगी. अमित शाह ने ममता सरकार में हुए भ्रष्टाचार के कई मुद्दे उठाए, कई घोटाले गिनाए और साफ-साफ कहा कि घोटाला करने वालों पर ममता बनर्जी इसलिए कार्रवाई नहीं करती क्योंकि उन्हें डर है कि कहीं इसमें उनके भतीजे अभिषेक बनर्जी का नाम न सामने आ जाए. कोलकाता में जिस वक्त अमित शाह पब्लिक मीटिंग कर रहे थे, उसी वक्त कुछ ही दूरी पर ममता बनर्जी तृणमूल कांग्रेस के मंत्रियों और विधायकों के साथ विधानसबा परिसर में केंद्र सरकार के खिलाफ धरना दे रही थी. तृणमूल कांग्रेस का इल्जाम है कि केंद्र सरकार बदले की राजनीति कर रही है और बंगाल को उसके हक का पैसा नहीं दिया जा रहा है, मोदी सरकार ने मनरेगा का पैसा रोक दिया है जिसका असर तकरीबन 3,000 गरीब मजदूरों पर पड़ रहा है. चूंकि बुधवार को अमित शाह की रैली थी, इसलिए ममता ने एक बार फिर इस मुद्दे को हवा दी. अमित शाह ये बात समझ रहे थे, इसलिए वो पूरा ब्यौरा लेकर पहुंचे थे. उन्होंने बताया कि मोदी सरकार ने पिछले नौ साल में पश्चिम बंगाल की सरकार को 54 हजार करोड़ रु. दिये, जबकि यूपीए शासन में 10 साल के दौरान बंगाल को केंद्र से सिर्फ 14 हजार करोड़ रुपये मिले थे. अमित शाह की रैली खत्म हुई तो बीजेपी के नेता सीधे विधानसभा परिसर में पहुंच गए. एक तरफ काले कपड़ों में तृणमूल कांग्रेस के नेता ममता बनर्जी अपने विधायकों के साथ धरने पर बैठी थी, तो दूसरी तरफ शुभेन्दु अधिकारी बीजेपी के विधायकों के साथ धरने पर बैठ गए. बीजेपी ने ममता बनर्जी पर तानाशाही का इल्जाम लगाया, दोनों तरफ से नारेबाजी शुरू हो गई. बाद में ममता बनर्जी ने कहा कि कोलकाता में अमित शाह की रैली फ्लॉप हो गई, इसलिए बीजेपी के लोग विधानसभा परिसर में आकर प्रदर्शन करने लगे. बीजेपी नेताओं ने आरोप लगाया कि सुबह-सुबह ममता की पार्टी के लोगों ने पूरे कोलकाता में अमित शाह के खिलाफ पोस्टर लगा दिए. जहां-जहां से अमित शाह को गुजरना था, उस पूरे पूरे रूट पर जो पोस्टर बैनर लगाए गए, उनमें लिखा था, ‘मोटा भाय, वोट नाय’. बीजेपी के नेताओं ने आरोप लगाया कि ममता की पुलिस ने भी लोगों को अमित शाह की रैली में पहुंचने से रोका, तमाम बसों को शहर के बाहर ही रोक दिया गया, जो लोग पैदल आ रहे थे, उन्हें पुलिस ने रैली की तरफ नहीं जाने दिया. बीजेपी इस बार बंगाल में पूरी ताकत लगाएगी. दरअसल बीजेपी की रणनीति स्पष्ट है. लोक सभा चुनाव के लिए पार्टी का ज्यादा फोकस पश्चिम बंगाल, उडी़सा, तेलंगाना, आन्ध्र प्रदेश, पंजाब और तमिलनाडु जैसे उन राज्यों में होगा, जहां बीजेपी की स्थिति कमजोर हैं और जहां लोकसभा सीटें बढ़ने की संभवाना है. 2019 के लोकसभा चुनाव में बीजेपी ने बंगाल में कुल 42 में से 18 सीटें जीती थी जबकि 2014 में बीजेपी के पास सिर्फ दो सीटें थी. इसके बाद 2021 में हुए विधानसभा चुनाव में बीजेपी को 77 सीटें मिलीं जबकि उससे 5 साल पहले बंगाल विधानसभा में बीजेपी का एक भी विधायक नहीं था. अब बीजेपी बंगाल में मुख्य विपक्षी दल है. बंगाल में लैफ्ट फ्रंट तकरीबन पूरी तरह खत्म हो गया है. कांग्रेस का अस्तित्व न के बराबर है. अब मुकाबला बीजेपी और तृणमूल कांग्रेस के बीच है. इसीलिए बीजेपी बंगाल में पूरी ताकत लगा रही है. बंगाल की तरह बीजेपी की नजर तेलंगाना पर भी है. तेलंगाना में पिछले विधानसभा चुनाव में बीजेपी को कुल 119 में से सिर्फ एक सीट मिली थी लेकिन उसके बाद लोकसभा चुनाव में बीजेपी ने 17 में 4 सीटें जीतीं. बीजेपी को तेलंगाना से भी उम्मीदें हैं. इसीलिए इस बार विधानसभा चुनाव में भी बीजेपी ने तेलंगाना में काफी ताकत लगाई.
WHY IS BJP FOCUSSING ON WEST BENGAL?
Four days before the results of assembly polls in five states are due, BJP launched its 2024 Lok Sabha campaign in West Bengal. The party organized a huge rally in the heart of Kolkata. Addressing the rally, Home Minister Amit Shah said, he was confident that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will get his third term by winning next year’s parliamentary elections. Shah also predicted that Mamata Banerjee’s Trinamool Congress would lose badly in Bengal, and in the 2026 assembly elections. “It will be ‘goodbye time’ for ‘Didi’ (Mamata)”, he said. Amit Shah also said, Citizenship Amendment Act and National Register of Citizens will be implemented in Bengal and “no one can stop it”. Mamata Banerjee and her party had been strongly opposing the CAA and NRC, alleging that it was being targeted at Muslims. Amit Shah alleged that the Trinamool government in Bengal was distributing Aadhar and voter identity cards to infiltrators from Bangladesh and Myanmar, who have entered the state. “These infiltrators”, he said, “are depriving the rights of Bengali Hindus and BJP will not allow this.” Even as Shah was addressing the rally, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and her party leaders sat on a dharna near Ambedkar statue inside Assembly premises demanding release of funds for 3,000 MNREGA workers from the Centre. However, all eyes were on the BJP rally which Mamata government tried to stall by refusing to give police permission. BJP obtained Calcutta High Court’s green signal and this energized party supporters who converged on the rally venue. In his speech, Amit Shah alleged that Mamata Banerjee had won the last assembly elections with the help of rigging, but this time, her appeasement politics will end. Shah targeted Trinamool government on issues relating to corruption, crime, electoral violence, appeasement and infiltration. “The people of Bengal will now teach Didi a lesson for all the scams and political violence that have taken place”, Shah said. Amit Shah said, Bengal received Rs 14,000 crore as MNREGA funds from the Centre during 10 years of UPA rule, while Modi government has given Rs 54,000 crore funds to the state. Soon after Shah’s rally ended, BJP MLAs led by leader of opposition Suvendu Adhikari went to the state assembly premises to stage a counter-dharna. They were alleging “authoritarianism” on part of Mamata Banerjee. There was sloganeering from both sides. Later, Mamata Banerjee claimed that since Amit Shah’s rally was a flop show, BJP MLAs have come to the assembly premises to stage protest. She requested the Speaker to take action. On the other hand, BJP leaders alleged that the state police stopped buses from bringing people from the districts to the rally and refused to allow supporters to march to the venue. BJP is going to exert its full force in West Bengal this time. The party’s strategy is quite clear. The focus this time will be on states like West Bengal, Odisha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Punjab and Tamil Nadu, where the party is said to be weak. The party hopes to improve its tally of Lok Sabha seats. In 2019, BJP won 18 out of a total of 42 Lok Sabha seats in West Bengal. It was a big jump compared to 2014, when the party managed to win only two seats. In the assembly elections in 2021, BJP won 77 seats, but in 2016, the party failed to win a single assembly seat. Now, BJP is the main opposition party in Bengal, and the Left Front, which ruled the state for more than three decades, has been completely sidelined. The Congress is nearly extinct. The main battle in Bengal is going to be between BJP and Trinamool Congress. Similarly, BJP is eyeing Telangana too, where it could win a single seat in the last assembly elections. In the 2019 LS elections, BJP won four out of a total of 17 seats in Telangana. The party hopes to garner more seats this time.
मज़दूरों, बचाव कर्मियों के जज़्बे को सलाम
उत्तरकाशी के सिल्क्यारा में 17 दिन से सुरंग में फंसे सभी 41 मजदूरों को मंगलवार शाम को सुरक्षित बाहर निकाल लिया गया। प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने इस ऑपरेशन की सफलता के बाद सभी के जज्बे को सलाम किया। मोदी ने ट्वीट करते हुए लिखा – ‘रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन की सफलता हर किसी को भावुक कर देने वाली है। टनल में जो साथी फंसे हुए थे, उनसे मैं कहना चाहता हूं कि आपका साहस और धैर्य हर किसी को प्रेरित कर रहा है। इस बचाव अभियान से जुड़े सभी लोगों के जज़्बे को भी सलाम करना चाहता हूं। उनकी बहादुरी और संकल्प-शक्ति ने हमारे श्रमिक भाइयों को नया जीवन दिया है। इस मिशन में शामिल हर किसी ने मानवता और टीम वर्क की एक अद्भुत मिसाल कायम की है।’ देर रात को मोदी ने इन मज़दूरों से फोन पर बात की और उनकी आपबीती सुनी। इन सभी मज़दूरों को AIIMS, ऋषिकेश में रखा गया है। हालांकि सभी स्वस्थ हैं, लेकिन प्रोटोकॉल के मुताबिक अगले 48 घंटे तक इनकी सेहत पर डॉक्टरों की निगरानी रहेगी। उत्तराखंड के मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने बुधवार को अस्पताल जाकर हर मज़दूर को राज्य सरकार की तरफ से एक-एक लाख रुपये का चैक दिया। इन सभी मज़दूरों को एक महीने तक अपने परिवारों के पास रहने दिया जाएगा, और उस दौरान उन्हें उनका वेतन मिलेगा।
दिवाली की सुबह सिलक्यारा टनल का एक हिस्सा गिर पड़ा जिसके कारण 8 राज्यों के 41 मजदूर फंस गये थे। उनके लिए पूरा देश प्रार्थना कर रहा था। प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी खुद रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन को मॉनीटर कर रहे थे। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी मौके पर मौजूद थे। कई मंत्रियों की ड्यूटी लगाई गई थी। सेना, NDRF, SDRF, BRO के साथ ही कई प्राइवेट कंपनियां, पांच देशों के विशेषज्ञ 17 दिन से लगातार रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन में दिन रात लगे थे। बहुत सारी बाधाएं आईं और आखिरकार जिंदगी जीत गई। सभी मजदूरों ने 17 दिन के बाद खुली हवा में चैन की सांस ली, अपने परिवार वालों से मिले। सबसे बड़ी बात ये कि जो काम दुनिया की तमाम बड़ी बड़ी मशीनें नहीं कर पाईं, जिन मुश्किलात से लड़ने में लेटेस्ट टैकनोलॉजी फेल हो गई, उन मुसीबतों से हाथ से खुदाई करने वाले 12 रैट माइनर्स ने निजात दिला दी। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के चेहरे पर जो खुशी थी, जो संतोष के भाव थे, उससे साफ जाहिर है कि उन्होंने कितनी बड़ी जंग जीती है।
धामी ने कहा कि 17 दिन से प्रधानमंत्री मोदी रोज सुबह शाम दिन में दो बार फोन करके बचाव मुहिम का पूरा अपडेट ले रहे थे और जरूरी निर्देश भी दे रहे हैं। 17 दिन से केंद्रीय सड़क परिवहन राज्य मंत्री रिटायर्ड जनरल वी के सिंह लगातार मौके पर कैंप कर रहे थे। जिस सिल्क्यारा टनल में हादसा हुआ, वो टनल चारधाम प्रोजैक्ट के तहत बनाई जा रही है। सड़क परिवहन मंत्रालय के तहत काम हो रहा था। मिशन के सफल होने के तुरंत बाद केंद्रीय मंत्री नितिन गड़करी ने अपनी खुशी जतायी। गड़करी ने कहा कि जो होना था सो हो गया, अब उनकी कोशिश होगी कि पूरे प्रोजैक्ट का फिर से वैज्ञानिक अध्ययन कराया जाय और ये सुनिश्चित हो कि भविष्य में ऐसा हादसा न हो।
ये ऑपरेशन 41 हिन्दुस्तानियों की जिंदगी और मौत का फैसला करने वाला मिशन था। पूरे भारत की दुआएं लगीं, पूरा सिस्टम लगा, सारी सरकारी ताकत लगी और 17 दिन की लंबी जंग के बाद आखिरकार जिंदगी जीत गई। पहाड़ का सीना चीर कर सभी 41 मजदूरों को सुरक्षित बाहर निकाला गया और इस खबर ने हर हिन्दुस्तानी के चेहरे पर खुशी ला दी। इस मिशन की सफलता इस बात का सबूत है कि जब पूरी शिद्दत के साथ, पूरा देश एक साथ किसी मिशन में लगता है तो मुसीबत कितनी भी बड़ी हो, उससे निजात मिलती है। थल सेना, वायु सेना, NDRF, SDRF, BRO, रेलवे, ONGC, पांच देशों के एक्सपर्ट्स सब मिलकर दिन रात लगे रहे। और सबसे बड़ी बात ये की जब अमेरिका की बड़ी बड़ी मशीनें करीब पहुँच कर भी फेल हो गई हमारे rat miners काम आए। हाथों की शक्ति का पुराना देसी तरीका काम आया। सबकी मेहनत से ऑरपेशन पूरा हो गया। लेकिन इन 17 दिनों में इस हादसे पर जिस तरह की राजनीति हुई, वो दुखद है। कांग्रेस के कई नेताओं ने मौत से लड़ रहे 41 मजदूरों को मोदी पर हमले का जरिया बनाया। कांग्रेस के नेताओं ने मंगलवार सुबह को भी ट्विटर पर लिखा कि 41 मजदूर टनल में फंसे है, मोदी को उनकी कोई फिक्र नहीं है, मोदी चुनाव प्रचार में व्यस्त हैं, लेकिन अब जब सारे मजदूर सुरक्षित बाहर निकल आए हैं तो कांग्रेस के नेताओं को सरकार की मुहिम की तारीफ करनी चाहिए। मुझे लगता है कि मुसीबत के वक्त जब लोगों की जिंदगी दांव पर लगी हो, उन्हें बचाने में ताकत लगाई जा रही हो, ऐसे वक्त में ओछी सियासत ठीक नहीं है। इसे देश के लोग कतई पसंद नहीं करेंगे।
NATION SALUTES THE BRAVE WORKERS AND RESCUERS
With Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his cabinet ministers watching the rescue operation live, the multi-agency efforts to rescue 41 workers trapped inside the Silkyara tunnel in Uttarkashi ultimately succeeded on Tuesday evening. The trapped workers came out one by one from the tunnel 17 days after the portion of the tunnel had collapsed. Emotions ran high and there were cheers when Vijay Horo, the first trapped worker from Jharkhand, was wheeled out by NDRF personnel. The entire 17-day-long rescue operation saw several ups and downs. Finally the rat-hole miners achieved the crucial breakthrough by manually digging through the debris. The rescued workers were first taken to Chinyalisour hospital, from where they were taken to AIIMS, Rishikesh, where doctors said, all the 41 workers are in good health. The rat-hole miners belonged to a Delhi company that provides trenchless engineering services, and they dug through the last lap of 12 metres of debris. The rat-hole miners were brought in after the Auger tunnelling machine brought from the US failed, as its blades got entangled in rubble. The 41 workers, hailing from eight states, were trapped since November 12. Initially, loose structures were removed but it had to be stopped after debris began falling, injuring two workers. The American Auger machine was airlifted on Day 3, but its use was suspended after three days fearing further collapse. Prime Minister Modi, monitoring the entire rescue operation, sent his Principal Secretary, former adviser and other PMO officials to coordinate rescue efforts between NDRF, SDRF, army, BRO, DRDO and other agencies. Experts from five countries, who were tunnelling experts, were brought in. The entire nation prayed for the lives of the trapped workers. It is a matter of pride that the 12 rat-hole miners achieved the nearly impossible objective by digging out the 12 metres of debris with spades. Uttarakhand chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and Union Minister of State Gen (retd) V K Singh were present inside the tunnel, when the workers were rescued. On Wednesday, Dhami presented Rs 1 lakh cheque to each of the workers in hospital. Late on Tuesday night, Prime Minister Modi spoke to the rescued workers over phone and asked about the ordeal that they had faced during the critical period. Modi praised the grit and determination of the workers and rescuers. He tweeted, “The success of the operation has made everyone emotional. I want to tell the rescued workers that your courage and patience has inspired everyone. I also salute the spirit of all associated with this rescue operation. All those involved in this mission set an amazing example of teamwork and humane cooperation.” Chief Minister Dhami said, for the last 17 days, the Prime Minister used to ring him up twice a day to get updates about the rescue efforts. Dhami said, all the rescued workers will be allowed to stay with their families for one month, and they will be given their monthly wages. The Silkyari tunnel was being constructed as part of the Char Dham project undertaken by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways. Union Minister Nitin Gadkari was the first to express his joy over the rescue of the 41 workers. Gadkari said, the next step will be to carry out a scientific study of the entire project to ensure that such disasters do not occur in future. It is gratifying to note that the entire nation stood as one in praying for the lives of the workers. The entire government machinery put in its best efforts to save their lives. The 17-day-long battle to save their lives was ultimately won. The success underlines one important thing: if the entire nation puts its best efforts jointly, we can overcome any crisis, howsoever big it may be. Our army, Indian Air Force, NDRF, SDRF, BRO, Railway, ONGC, and experts from five countries pitched in with their efforts. When latest American tunnelling machines failed, our rat-hole miners chipped in and achieved the improbable feat. The rescue mission became a success. But let me sadly point out one fact. There were unnecessary political jibes by opposition leaders at PM Modi during the 17-day crisis. Several Congress leaders made the lives of the trapped workers an issue to criticize Modi. Even on the last day of the rescue mission, some Congress leaders wrote on Twitter that Modi is busy in election campaign and he is not bothered about rescuing them. Now that all the 41 workers have been rescued, opposition leaders should praise the rescue mission carried out by the government. I personally feel that in times of crisis, when lives of people are at stake and when efforts are being made to save them, low-level politics is not justified. The people of India will not like this.

भारत सरकार के दो मंत्रियों ने साफ साफ कहा है कि दूसरे देशों की धरती पर बैठकर भारत को धमकी देने वालों को बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा. विदेश मंत्री एस जयशंकर और पेट्रोलियम मंत्री हरदीप सिंह पुरी ने कहा कि कनाडा में बैठकर भारत के खिलाफ साजिशें रचने वालों, भारत के नागरिकों को धमकी देने वालों, भारत की संप्रभुता को चुनौती देने वालों को रोकने की जिम्मेदारी कनाडा की सरकार की है लेकिन भारत को लगता है कि जस्टिन ट्रूडो की सरकार अपनी जिम्मेदारी निभाने में नाकाम रही है, ट्रूडो अपना फर्ज अदा करने के बजाए भारत पर उल्टे सीधे इल्जाम लगा रहे हैं, जिनका कोई सिर पैर नहीं है. असल में ‘फाइनेंशियल टाइम्स’ और ‘वाशिंगटन पोस्ट’ जैसे कुछ विदेशी अखबारों में एक खबर छपी है जिसमें कहा गया है कि भारत के ऑपरेटिव्स खालिस्तानी आतंकवादी गुरपतवंत सिंह पन्नू की हत्या करने की कोशिश कर रहे थे, लेकिन ऐन मौके पर इसे विफल कर दिया गया. भारत ने अमेरिका से इस आरोप के बारे में सबूत मांगे हैं. भारत ने ये भी कहा है कि भारत आंतकवाद और आतंकवादियों के खिलाफ सख्त रूख अपनाता है, आगे भी अपनाएगा लेकिन आतंकवादियों को इस तरह से खत्म करना हमारी नीति नहीं हैं. लेकिन गुरपतवंत सिंह पन्नू ने जिस तरह से एयर इंडिया के विमान को उड़ाने की धमकी दी, जिस तरह से गाजा में इंडियन डिप्लोमैट पर हमला करने की बात कही, उसे बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा. केन्द्रीय पेट्रोलियम मंत्री हरदीप सिंह पुरी ‘आप की अदालत’ में मेरे मेहमान थे. हरदीप पुरी ने विस्तार से बताया कि पन्नू है कौन, कहां रहता है, उसका एजेंडा क्या है, उसको पैसे कौन देता है, वो किसके इशारे पर काम करता है और कैसे वो अमेरिका और कनाडा में भारत के खिलाफ साजिशें रचता. हरदीप पुरी 39 साल तक भारतीय विदेश सेवा में रहे. संयुक्त राष्ट्र में भारत के स्थायी प्रतिनिध रहे. अब नरेन्द्र मोदी की सरकार में मंत्री हैं. पुरी ने ‘आप की अदालत’ में कहा कि गुरपतवंत सिंह पन्नू पाकिस्तान का पिट्ठू है, ISI के इशारे पर काम करता है, इस्लामाबाद से उसे पैसा मिलता है, उसका एक पाकिस्तानी बिज़नेस पार्टनर मुहम्मद सलमान युनुस है, और दोनों मिल कर आईएसआई के इशारे पर काम करते हैं. मैंने हरदीप पुरी से पूछा कि जो लोग भारत के खिलाफ साजिशें रचते हैं, धमकियां देते हैं, क्या उन्हें खत्म नहीं करना चाहिए? इस पर हरदीप पुरी बहुत कुछ बोलते बोलते रुक गए. उन्होंने कहा कि दिल में जो है वो कह नहीं सकता लेकिन भारत की नीति इस तरह की नहीं है. पन्नू पिछले हफ्ते वीडियो जारी किया था जिसमें उसने एयर इंडिया के विमानों को उड़ाने की धमकी दी थी. कहा था कि 18 नंबवर के बाद सिख एयर इंडिया से सफ़र न करें. एक दूसरे वीडियो में पन्नू ने फिलिस्तीन में भारत के डिप्लोमैट का नाम लेकर मारने की धमकी दी थी. इन्ही हरकतों के बाद भारत सरकार ने कड़ा रुख़ अपनाया. NIA ने गुरपतवंत सिंह पन्नू के खिलाफ केस दर्ज किया.दिल्ली, अहमदाबाद, अमृतसर हवाईअड्डों पर सुरक्षा कड़ी कर दी गई. इससे पहले पन्नू ने इसी साल जून में कनाडा में भारतीय राजनयिकों की तस्वीरों और उनके नाम के साथ पोस्टर लगवाये और उन्हें मार डालने की धमकी दी. ऑपरेशन ब्लूस्टार की बरसी के वक़्त कनाडा में पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री इंदिरा गांधी की हत्या दिखाने वाली एक झांकी निकलवाई. कनाडा के कई शहरों में भारत विरोधी प्रदर्शन किए गए. पन्नू भारत के मोस्ट वांटेड आतंकवादियों की लिस्ट में है. पन्नू अमृतसर के पास एक गांव खानकोट का रहने वाला है. 1990 के दशक में वो वकालत करने अमेरिका गया था लेकिन वहां जाकर भारत विरोधी गतिविधियों में लिप्त हो गया. पन्नू ने सिख फॉर जस्टिस के नाम से एक संगठन बनाया…ISI से उसे पैसा मिलता है और ISI के इशारे पर कभी कनाडा में सिखों की छोटी मोटी रैलियां निकालता है, तो कभी अमेरिका और ऑस्ट्रेलिया में पैसा बांटकर भारत के खिलाफ प्रदर्शन करवाता है.. जैसा हरदीप पुरी कह रहे थे कि वो कनाडा में सड़क पर खड़े होकर भारत के ख़िलाफ पर्चियां बांटता है. 2020 में पन्नू को वैंकूवर में खालिस्तान पर जनमतसंग्रह के नाम पर लोगों को पर्चियां बांटते देखा गया था.विदेश मंत्री एस जयशंकर ने भी कहा है कि पन्नू खतरनाक इरादों वाला पाकिस्तानी एजेंट हैं, कनाडा की सरकार ने अपनी धरती पर इस तरह के लोगों को भारत के खिलाफ के साजिशें रचने की छूट दे रखी है और इससे वहां मौजूद भारतीय राजनयिकों की जान को खतरा पैदा हा गया है, इसे भारत कतई बर्दाश्त नहीं करेगा. पन्नू जैसे खालिस्तानी आतंकवादियों की वजह से कनाडा में सिख समुदाय बदनाम हो रहा है. ISI के इशारे पर पन्नू और खालिस्तान समर्थक आतंकवादी, कनाडा के गुरुद्वारों में जाकर सिखों को भड़काते हैं , चंदा जुटाते हैं. ‘आप की अदालत’ में हरदीप सिंह पुरी ने कहा कि उन्हें तो कनाडा सरकार की बुद्धि पर तरस आता है, ट्रूडो की मति मारी गई है. हरदीप पुरी ने कहा कि ट्रुडो जिस तरह से आंतकवादियों को पनाह दे रहे हैं, उनका समर्थन करते हैं, उससे तो लगता है कि खालिस्तान अगर कभी बने, तो कनाडा में ही बनना चाहिए. हरदीप पुरी ने अपने 39 साल लंबे डिप्लोमैटिक करियर के बहुत सारे अनुभव शेयर किए.कई राज़ खोले, .हरदीप पुरी ने बताया कि जब उनकी पोस्टिंग कोलंबो में थी, तो कैसे वो उत्तरी श्रीलंका के जाफना के जंगलों में जाकर LTTE के चीफ प्रभाकरण से मिले, रात के अंधेरे में लैंडमाइन के बीच उन्हें जाना पड़ा, कैसे प्रभाकरण को शांति समझौते के लिए तैयार कराया, फिर जान पर खेलकर प्रभाकरण को हेलीकॉप्टर में बैठाकर भारत लाए, राजीव गांधी से उनकी मुलाकात करवाई. ‘आप की अदालत’ में हरदीप पुरी की पत्नी लक्ष्मी पुरी भी मौजूद थीं. लक्ष्मी उस समय कोलंबो में भारतीय उच्चायोग में प्रेस सचिव थीं. उन्होंने बताया कि जब हरदीप जाफना के जंगलों में गए तो उन्हें डर तो लगा पर उन्हें भगवान पर भरोसा था.हरदीप पुरी ने बताया कि उन्होंने गुरु गोविंद सिंह को याद किया.गुरु की वाणी से उन्हें हिम्मत मिली. ‘आप की अदालत’ का ये पूरा एपिसोड आप देख सकेंगे इंडिया टीवी पर आज रात 10 बजे.
HARDEEP PURI ON CANADA, KHALISTAN IN ‘AAP KI ADALAT’
Two senior ministers of the Government of India have emphatically said that those who give threats to India sitting on foreign soil will not be tolerated, at any cost. External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar and Petroleum Minister Hardeep Singh Puri, himself a former diplomat, clearly said that it is the responsibility of Canadian government to stop those issuing threats to India and are conspiring to challenge India’s sovereignty and territorial integrity. Both the ministers said, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is making baseless allegations against India instead of discharging his responsibility to stop anti-Indian elements. Some foreign newspapers including ‘Financial Times’, London, and ‘Washington Post’ have published reports alleging that Indian operatives were trying to eliminate Khalistani terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannu, but they were intercepted in time and their plan was foiled. India has sought evidence from the US government about this allegation. India has said that it will continue to take a tough stand against terrorism and secessionist forces in future, but “eliminating” such terrorists is not part of India’s policy. India has also said that Pannu’s threats to blow up Air India aircraft and to attack Indian diplomats in Palestine, will not be tolerated. Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri was the guest in my show ‘Aap Ki Adalat’ this week, in which he told me in detail about Pannu, where he stays, his agenda, his financiers and his political masters. Puri also disclosed how Pannu hatches conspiracies against India sitting in the US and Canada, as he is a citizen of both countries. Puri is a diplomat. He has been in service for 39 years. He has been India’s Permanent Representative in the United Nations. Presently, he is the Union Minister for Urban Affairs and Petroleum. Puri told me in ‘Aap Ki Adalat’ that Pannu is closely working with Pakistan’s intelligence agency ISI and he gets money from Islamabad. I pointedly asked Puri, should India not eliminate such elements who give threats and conspire against India? Puri was on the verge of giving his reply, but he halted abruptly. He said, “I can’t reveal what is cooking in my heart, but it is not India’s policy. ” Already, Pannu has circulated several videos on social media giving threats to Indian officials and Indian nationals. In one video, Pannu cautioned Sikhs not to travel by Air India aircraft after November 18 because there could be a blast. In another video, Pannu had threatened an Indian diplomat by name and said he would be killed in Palestine. The Indian government took a tough stand after these videos surfaced. National Investigation Agency filed an FIR against Pannu under Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA) and Indian Penal Code under sections that deal with criminal conspiracy, threats and promoting enmity between groups. Security at Delhi, Ahmedabad and Amritsar airports has been tightened. NIA said, Pannu, as part of his concerted plan to promote terrorist acts in India, has been creating a false narrative arounds issues relating to Sikh religion and Punjab. “The latest threat is in line with the same narrative, which Pannu has actively promoted in the past by threatening and attempting to disrupt essential transportation network systems, including the Railways, as well as thermal power plants in India”, the NIA spokesperson said. In June this year, Pannu and his outfit Sikhs For Justice, displayed posters in Canada threatening to kill Indian diplomats by name. On Operation Bluestar anniversary this year, a tableau was taken out in Canada depicting Indira Gandhi being shot by her bodyguards. Pannu’s supporters staged anti-India protests in several cities of Canada. Pannu is among the Most Wanted List of terrorists circulated by India. In ‘Aap Ki Adalat’, Hardeep Singh Puri disclosed how Pannu used to distribute anti-India pamphlets seeking referendum for Khalistan on the streets of Vancouver in Canada in 2020. Pannu has a Pakistani business partner, Muhammed Salman Younus. Both of them hatch anti-India conspiracies at the behest of ISI. Because of Khalistani terrorists like Pannu, the Sikh community in Canada is getting a bad name. Pannu’s supporters incite Sikhs living in USA and Canada and forcibly collect donations from them at gurudwaras. In the name of freedom of speech, the Canadian government is encouraging these secessionist elements on its soil. Hardeep Singh Puri said, he has nothing but pity for the Canadian government. “Justin Trudeau has lost his senses. The manner in which he is providing shelter and support to Khalistani terrorists in Canada, I can only say, if ever Khalistan becomes a reality, it should be created in Canada only”, Puri said in ‘Aap Ki Adalat’. In the show, Hardeep Singh Puri also shared several nuggets from his 39 years of experience in diplomatic service. He recalled how during his posting in Colombo, he had to go through the landmine-infested forests of Jaffna to meet LTTE supremo V. Prabhakaran, took him in a helicopter to India, introduced him to the then PM Rajiv Gandhi and convinced him to agree to a peace accord in Sri Lanka. Puri’s wife Lakshmi Puri was present in ‘Aap Ki Adalat’ show. At that time, she was the Press Secretary in Indian High Commission in Colombo. She disclosed how there was fear when Hardeep passed through war-torn Jaffna jungles. Puri said, I prayed to Guru Gobind Singh, and it was Gurbaani which gave me courage. हलाल सर्टिफकेट पर सियासत
उत्तर प्रदेश में योगी आदित्यनाथ की सरकार ने 18 नवम्बर को हलाल सर्टिफाइड प्रोडक्ट्स बनाने, बेचने और रखने पर पूरी तरह प्रतिबंध लगा दिया. केवल निर्यात होने वाले खाद्य पदार्थों को इस बैन से मुक्त रखा गया है. राज्य के तमाम जिलों में खाद्य विभाग के अधिकारी लगातार छारे मार कर हलाल सर्टिफाइड प्रोडक्ट ज़ब्त कर रहे हैं. अब बिहार और महाराष्ट्र में भी हलाल सर्टिफाइड प्रोडक्ट्स पर प्रतिबंध लगाने की मांग शुरू हो गई है. गुरुवार को केंद्रीय ग्रामीण विकास मंत्री गिरिराज सिंह ने मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार को चिट्ठी लिखकर बिहार में हलाल सर्टिफाइड प्रोडक्ट्स की बिक्री पर पाबंदी लगाने की मांग की. गिरिराज सिंह का कहना है कि हलाल सर्टिफिकेट देने का धंधा एक लाख करोड़ रूपए तक पहुंच गया है और इस पैसे का इस्तेमाल देश विरोधी गतिविधियों में किया जा रहा है. गिरिराज सिंह ने कहा कि हलाल प्रोडक्ट के नाम पर इस्लामीकरण की कोशिश हो रही है और इसे बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा. गिरिराज सिंह की मांग पर नीतीश कुमार तो कुछ नहीं बोले लेकिन उपमुख्यमंत्री तेजस्वी यादव ने कहा कि ये सब बेकार की बातें हैं, बीजेपी को सिर्फ़ धार्मिक भावनाएं भड़काना, हिंदू मुसलमानों को लड़ाना आता है. हैदराबाद में एक चुनाव रैली को संबोधित करे समय असम के मुख्यमंत्री हिमंता बिस्वा सर्मा ने भी हलाल बैन का समर्थन किया और कहा हलाल सर्टिफिकेट, ट्रिपल तलाक़ और बहुपत्नी प्रथा पर प्रतिबंध लगना चाहिए. बिहार के साथ साथ महाराष्ट्र में भी हलाल प्रोडक्ट बैन करने की मांग हो रही है. महाराष्ट्र बीजेपी के अध्यक्ष चंद्रशेखर बावनकुले ने कहा कि महाराष्ट्र सरकार बहुत जल्दी इस बारे में फ़ैसला लेगी लेकिन जनता को ख़ुद हलाल सर्टिफाइड प्रोडक्ट का बायकॉट करना चाहिए. राज ठाकरे की पार्टी महाराष्ट्र नवनिर्माण सेना के नेता संदीप देशपांडे ने कहा कि हलाल के नाम पर मार्केट में मोनोपोली बनाने की कोशिश बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी. लेकिन मुस्लिम संगठन हलाल सर्टिफाइड प्रोडक्टस पर पाबंदी का कड़ा विरोध कर रहे हैं, योगी आदित्यनाथ को कोस रहे हैं. चूंकि अब ये मुद्दा महाराष्ट्र तक पहुंच गया है इसलिए मुंबई में कई मुसलिम नेताओं ने इस पर प्रतिक्रिया दी. सबसे तीखा बयान रज़ा एकेडमी के मौलाना ख़लील उर रहमान नूरी ने दिया. मौलाना नूरी ने कहा कि कोई क्या खाता है, कौन सा सामान इस्तेमाल करता है, इससे सरकार को क्या मतलब है. मौलाना ने योगी आदित्यनाथ को दहशतगर्द बता दिया. मौलाना नूरी ने कहा कि बीजेपी इस तरह की हरकतें चुनाव को ध्यान में रखकर कर रही है. कांग्रेस और उसकी सहयोगी पार्टी ने हलाल प्रोडक्ट पर बैन का विरोध किया. तृणमूल कांग्रेस के नेता माजिद मेमन ने हलाल सर्टिफाइड प्रोडक्ट बैन करने को ग़लत बताया. माजिद मेमन ने कहा कि हलाल प्रोडक्ट ग़ैर मुसलमानों के लिए हैं ही नहीं, इसलिए जो लोग नहीं ख़रीदना चाहते, वो हलाल सर्टिफाइड प्रोडक्ट न ख़रीदें, बैन करने की क्या ज़रूरत है? कांग्रेस के नेता हुसैन दलवाई ने भी महाराष्ट्र में हलाल प्रोडक्ट बैन करने की मांग का विरोध किया. हुसैन दलवाई ने कहा कि बीजेपी नेता चुनाव जीतने के लिए समाज को बांटने वाले मुद्दे उछालते हैं. उन्होंने कहा कि हलाल प्रोडक्ट खाना किसी के लिए ज़रूरी नहीं, ये अपनी अपनी पसंद का मामला है. योगी के फैसले के बाद अब सभी राज्यों में हलाल सर्टिफाइड प्रोडक्ट्स पर बैन लगाने की मांग उठेगी और इससे दिक्कत उन राज्यों के मुख्यमंत्रियों को होगी. जिन राज्यों में विरोधी दलों की सरकारें हैं, वहां समस्याएं पैदा होंगी. सबसे ज्यादा समस्या नीतीश कुमार को होगी क्योंकि हलाल सर्टिफाइड प्रोडक्ट्स का इस्तेमाल मुसलमान करते हैं. नीतीश और तेजस्वी ऐसा कोई काम नहीं कर सकते जिससे मुसलमान नाराज हो जाएं. बिहार में मुस्लिम वोटर्स की तादाद काफी है, लेकिन साफ दिखाई दे रहा है कि गिरिराज सिंह जैसे नेता इसे मुद्दा बनाएंगे. वो पूछेंगे कि vegetarian प्रोडक्ट्स पर हलाल सर्टिफिकेट की मोहर क्यों लगती है? इससे होने वाली कमाई कहां जाती है? तो नीतीश कुमार को जवाब देना मुश्किल होगा. महाराष्ट्र में ये मसला इतना बड़ा नहीं है. वहां राज ठाकरे भी हलाल प्रोडक्ट्स को बैन करने की मांग पिछले कई बरसों से कर रहे हैं, समस्या यहां उद्धव ठाकरे को होगी, कि वो इस मसले पर क्या स्टैंड लेंगे?
POLITICS OVER HALAL CERTIFICATION BAN
On November 18, the Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s Uttar Pradesh government imposed a ban on manufacture, storage, distribution and sale of all Halal-certified products (except those meant for exports) with immediate effect. A notification issued by the Food Safety and Drugs Administration department said, halal certification was being shown on the labels for all dairy products, sugar, bakery products, peppermint oil, mixtures, ready-to-eat savouries and edible oil. “This halal certification is a parallel system which is causing confusion about the quality of food products and it goes against the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 which ensures food products are safe for human consumption”, the notification said. The department said, FSSAI (Food Safety Standards Authority of India) was created to ensure quality of food products. Therefore, in exercise of powers under the Act, and in the interest of “public health”, the state Food Safety and Drugs Commissioner imposed a ban on use of ‘halal-certification’ labels on all food products made and sold in Uttar Pradesh. Following this, raids were carried out across UP by food inspectors to seize all food products showing ‘halal certification’ labels. Union Rural Development Minister Giriraj Singh on Thursday wrote a letter to Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar seeking a similar ban in his state. He urged a probe into this trade practice and alleged that this was “Islamization of food products”. Singh said, the practice of issuing ‘halal certification’ has reached a turnover of nearly Rs one lakh crore, and this money was being misused to fund anti-national activities. Though Nitish Kumar did not react, but Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav rejected the demand and alleged that BJP is trying to fan religious sentiments between Hindus and Muslims. Assam chief minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, while addressing an election rally in Hyderabad, said, politics of appeasement must end and there should be a ban on halal certification, triple talaq and polygamy. In Maharashtra, state BJP chief Chandrashekhar Bawankule said, the BJP-NCP-Shiv Sena (Shinde) government will soon take a decision to ban halal certification of food products in the state,. He also appealed to people to boycott food products that display halal certification label. Muslim organizations are strongly opposing the move to ban halal certification. In Mumbai Raza Academy chief Maulana Khalilur Rahman Noorie described Yogi Adityanath as a “terrorist” and alleged that BJP resorts to such tactics to gain electoral dividends. The Maulana said, government has nothing to do with the food preferences of people. Raj Thackeray’s Maharashtra Navnirman Sena leader Sandeep Deshpande said, his party will not tolerate market monopoly in the name of halal certification. Congress and Trinamool Congress have opposed the demand for ban. Congress leader Hussain Dalwai alleged that BJP leaders were trying to divide society in order to win elections. Dalwai said, consumption of halal-certified food products is not compulsory and it is a matter of choice. TMC leader Majid Memon said, halal-certified food products are not meant for non-Muslims and it was up to them whether to buy those products or not. “There is no need for a ban”, Memon said. The fact is: in India, halal certificates are issued by Halal India Pvt Ltd and Jamiat-Ulama-e-Hind Halal Trust. Unlike Gulf countries, India does not have an official regulator to issue Halal certificates. Halal certificate was first issued in 1974 for all slaughtered meat in India, and later this certificate was issued for other food products too. All food products carrying halal-certified label are accepted in Gulf countries. After Yogi initiated the move to ban halal certification, other states are also going to demand a similar ban and it can cause problems for their chief ministers. Bihar CM Nitish Kumar may face a huge problem because Muslims use only halal-certified food products. Nitish Kumar and Tejashwi cannot take the risk to impose ban on such certification and face anger from Muslim voters. Clearly, Giriraj Singh is trying to make it a big political issue in Bihar with the Lok Sabha elections due next year. Giriraj Singh is going to ask why vegetarian food products need halal certification. He will also be asking about where the funds collected in the name of halal certification go. It would be difficult for Nitish Kumar to give a reasonable answer. In Maharashtra, the issue is not so big. Raj Thackeray’s MNS has been demanding ban since the last several years. It is Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray who may face a problem. He is part of the Maha Aghadi alliance with Congress and NCP (Sharad Pawar). Uddhav Thackeray will have to take a stand on this issue.

होगी वो ये सारे प्रमाण, डेटाबेस के साथ सुप्रीम कोर्ट के सामने रखने को तैयार हैं, वो लाइलाज बीमारियों से ठीक हो चुके मरीजों की परेड भी कराने को तैयार हैं. असल में ये सारी बात इसलिए सामने आई क्योंकि मंगलवार को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने स्वामी रामदेव से कहा कि अगर उनके विज्ञापनों में कोई गलत दावा किया गया है तो उसे तुरंत बंद कर दें वरना हर विज्ञापन पर एक-एक करोड़ रूपए का जुर्माना लगेगा. स्वामी रामदेव ने कहा कि एलोपैथिक दवाईयां बनाने वाली दुनिया की बड़ी बड़ी कंपनियां उनके पीछे पड़ी हैं, वे जानबूझ कर आयुर्वेद के खिलाफ दुष्प्रचार कर रही हैं क्योंकि आयुर्वेदिक दवाओं और योग से ऐसी बीमारियां जड़ से खत्म हो रही हैं जिनका इलाज एलोपैथी में नहीं हैं. स्वामी रामदेव ने कहा कि लाखों करोड़ रूपए के कारोबार वाली बहुराष्ट्रीय कंपनियां मुनाफाखोरी के चक्कर में आयुर्वेद को बदनाम करने की साजिश कर रही हैं लेकिन वह अन्तिम सांस तक सच की लड़ाई लड़ेंगे. स्वामी रामदेव ने कहा कि जो चाहे उनके दावों की जांच कर सकता है, अगर कोई एक व्यक्ति भी उनके दावे को झूठा साबित कर दे तो वो फांसी की सजा के लिए तैयार हैं. स्वामी रामदेव ने एक बड़ी बात कही. उन्होंने कहा कि एलोपैथी में बीमारियों से अस्थायी राहत तो मिल सकती है लेकिन आयुर्वेद में बीमारियों को जड़ से खत्म करने की ताकत है, एलोपैथी जिन बीमारियों को लाइलाज मानती है, उन बीमारियों के शिकार लोगों को स्वामी रामदेव ने आयुर्वेदिक उपचार से पूरी तरह ठीक कर दिया. इंडियन मेडिकल एसोशिएसन समेत कुछ संस्थाओं ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका दायर कर इल्जाम लगाया था कि स्वामी रामदेव बिना साइंटिफिक रिसर्च के, बिना लैब टेस्टिंग के और बिना प्रोटोकॉल और दूसरे प्रक्रियाओं का पालन किए तमाम बीमारियों को ठीक करने का झूठा दावा करते हैं. इसी बात से नाराज़ स्वामी रामदेव ने दवा कंपनियों के खिलाफ मोर्चा खोल दिया. उन्होंने कहा कि वह सुप्रीम कोर्ट का सम्मान करते हैं लेकिन झूठे इल्जाम बर्दाश्त नहीं करेंगे, मुनाफे के चक्कर में लोगों को जबरदस्ती दवाएं खिलाने वाली कंपनियों के सामने नहीं झुकेंगे. स्वामी रामदेव ने कहा कि ये पहली बार नहीं है जब पतंजलि के प्रोडक्ट्स पर सवाल उठाए गए हों. उन्होंने कहा कि कभी जानवरों की हड्डियों की राख दवाओं में मिलाने का आरोप लगाकर, तो कभी आयुर्वैदिक दवाओ के असर पर सवाल उठाकर पतंजलि को बदनाम करने की साजिश होती रही है. रामदेव ने दावा किया कि पतंजलि आयुर्वेद के हर प्रोडक्ट्स पूरी साइंटिफिक रिसर्च के बाद ही तैयार किए जाते हैं, प्री- और पोस्ट-क्लिनिकल टेस्ट और सारे साइंटिफिक प्रोटोकॉल का पालन किया जाता है. अन्तरराष्ट्रीय जर्नल्स में भी रिपोर्ट प्रकाशित हुई है लेकिन कुछ बड़ी दवा कंपनियों और उनसे मिले हुए डॉक्टर लगातार पतंजलि के खिलाफ काम कर रहे हैं. स्वामी रामदेव आज इतने ज्यादा तैश में इसलिए थे क्योंकि कल ये खबर फैलाई गई कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने पतंजलि की आयुर्वेदिक दवाओं के विज्ञापन में किए गए दावों को गलत पाया और इस तरह के विज्ञापन बंद न करने पर हर विज्ञापन पर एक करोड़ रुपये का जुर्माना लगाने की बात कही है. हालांकि सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने ऐसा कोई फैसला नहीं दिया है. हुआ ये था कि पतंजलि आयुर्वेद के खिलाफ इंडियन मेडिकल एसोसिएशन की पिटीशन पर सुनवाई हुई. पिटीशन में IMA ने पतंजलि आयुर्वेद पर एविडेंस बेस्ट मेडिसन और एलोपैथिक मेडिकल साइंस के खिलाफ दुष्प्रचार का इल्जाम लगाया. इसके साथ साथ ICMR यानी इंडियन काउंसिल ऑफ मेडिकल रिसर्च और फॉर्मा इंडस्ट्री के संगठनों ने इल्जाम लगाया था कि पतंजलि के प्रोडक्ट्स को लेकर झूठे दावे किए जा रहे हैं. इस केस की सुनवाई के दौरान दो जजों की बेंच ने कहा कि ये गंभीर मामला है लेकिन इसे एलोपैथी बनाम आर्युवेद का रंग देना सही नहीं है. कोर्ट ने कहा कि अगर पतंजलि आयुर्वेद के विज्ञापनों में दावे गलत हैं तो पतंजलि ऐसे विज्ञापनों को तुरंत बंद कर दे वर्ना हर विज्ञापन पर एक करोड़ रूपये का जुर्माना लगाया जाएगा. इसके बाद कोर्ट ने इस केस की सुनवाई के लिए 5 फरवरी 2024 की तारीख दे दी. कोर्ट ने कोई फैसला नहीं सुनाया लेकिन कोर्ट की टिप्पणी को फैसले के तौर पर प्रोजेक्ट किया गया. इसी बात ने स्वामी रामदेव को नाराज कर दिया. स्वामी रामदेव प्रेस कांफ्रेंस में रिसर्च पेपर, लैब टेस्टिंग की रिपोर्ट्स के साथ सामने आये, साथ ही उनकी दवाओं से असाध्य रोगों से ठीक हुए लोगों को भी कैमरों के सामने खड़ा कर दिया. स्वामी रामदेव ने कहा कि उन्होंने आयुर्वेद और योग की मदद से उन लोगों की डायबिटीज भी ठीक दी जो इंसुलिन पर थे. इस वक्त भारत में हर पन्द्रहवां व्यक्ति डायबिटीज का शिकार है. डायबिटीज के मरीजों की संख्या करीब आठ करोड़ है. हर साल देश में बीस हजार करोड़ रूपए की डायबिटीज की दवाओं की बिक्री होती है. डायबिटीज़ की दवा एक बार शुरू हो गई तो ज्यादातर मामलों में जिंदगी भऱ बंद नहीं होती क्योंकि एलोपैथी में इसका कोई स्थायी इलाज नहीं हैं. लेकिन स्वामी रामदेव का दावा है कि आयुर्वेद से डायबिटीज़ ठीक हो सकती है, शरीर में इन्सुलिन दोबारा बन सकता है. उन्होंने कई मरीजों की ठीक किया है. डायबिटीज़ के अलावा ब्लड प्रेशर और थायरॉयड की समस्या भी आजकल हर घर में हैं. ये बीमारियां भी ऐसी हैं जिनका एलोपैथी में कोई स्थायी इलाज नहीं हैं. इस वक्त दुनिया भर में बीपी के 128 करोड़ मरीज हैं और इनमें सबसे ज्यादा करीब 19 करोड़ मरीज़ भारत में हैं. स्वामी रामदेव ने कहा कि आयुर्वेद में बीपी का भी इलाज है और थायरॉयड का भी. उन्होंने इन बीमारियों के मरीजों को ठीक किया है. इस वक्त दुनियाभर में जो सबसे बड़ी बीमारी है, वो है मोटापा. ये ऐसी बीमारी है जो दूसरी तमाम बीमारियों को जन्म देती है. मोटापे के शिकार सबसे ज्यादा लोग अमेरिका में हैं. दूसरे नंबर पर भारत है जहां साढ़े तेरह करोड़ लोग मोटापे के शिकार हैं. दुनिया भर में मोटापे से मुक्ति पाने के चक्कर में सबसे ज्यादा खर्च होता है. लेकिन हकीकत ये है कि एलोपैथी में मोटापे का कोई इलाज नहीं हैं. स्वामी रामदेव ने कहा कि योग और आयुर्वेद मोटापे से भी मुक्ति दिलाता है. सारे सबूत सामने रखने के बाद स्वामी रामदेव ने कहा कि वो सुप्रीम कोर्ट में खुद जाएंगे, सारे सबूत दिखाएंगे और उन्हें पूरी उम्मीद है कि जीत सच की होगी, जीत आयुर्वेद की होगी. मैं स्वामी रामदेव को कई साल से जानता हूं. कोरोना के काल में उन्होंने इंडिया टीवी पर जो शो शुरू किया था उससे करोड़ों लोगों को फायदा हुआ. आज भी बड़े बड़े लोग योग के इस शो को रोज देखते हैं. मैं ऐसे कई मरीजों से मिला हूं जिनके असाध्य रोग, स्वामी रामदेव के योग और दवाओं से ठीक हुए हैं. कई बार लोग जब हर जगह से निराश हो जाते हैं तो स्वामी रामदेव को याद करते हैं, उनके पास जाते हैं, पतंजलि के योग ग्राम में इलाज कराते हैं. मैं ये नहीं कहता कि सारे के सारे मरीज बिल्कुल ठीक हो जाते हैं लेकिन ऐसे लोगों की तादाद लाखों में है, जिनकी डायबिटीज़ और थायरॉयड की दवा स्वामी रामदेव के इलाज से छूट गई. कई ऐलोपैथिक डॉक्टर भी इस बात को मानते हैं कि योग और आयुर्वेद से लाइलाज बीमारियों का इलाज हो सकता है. दूसरी तरफ स्वामी रामदेव भी मानते हैं कि किसी भी इमरजेंसी में, या ऑपरेशन कराने के लिए ऐलोपैथी आयुर्वेद के मुकाबले ज्यादा कारगर है. मैं भी मानता हूं कि ऐलोपैथी ने पूरी दुनिया में लोगों की जान बचाने के लिए बहुत बड़ा योगदान दिया है. इसीलिए आयुर्वेद और एलोपैथी में टकराव नहीं होना चाहिए, ये एक दूसरे के पूरक हैं. हमारी चिंता मरीज के इलाज से होना चाहिए, इस बात से नहीं कि उपचार आयुर्वेद से हुआ या एलोपैथी से. स्वामी रामदेव की ये बात सही है कि उनके सस्ते इलाज से फार्मा कंपनियों के कारोबार पर असर पड़ता है. आज हमारे देश में एलोपैथिक दवाओं का कारोबार करीब डेढ़ लाख करोड़ रूपए का है. ये सिर्फ दवाओं का कारोबार है. मेडिकल इक्यूपमेट्स, अस्पताल, डॉक्टर और ऑपरेशन का खर्च अलग. इसीलिए उनकी चिंता भी वाजिब है. लेकिन हमारे देश में लोगों को आयुर्वेद और एलोपैथी दोनों की ज़रूरत है. कई जगह तो होम्योपैथी भी बहुत कारगर साबित होती है. सिर्फ पैसा कमाने के लिए, बिजनेस चलाने के लिए, आयुर्वेद को बदनाम करने से, स्वामी रामदेव को बदनाम करने से, किसी का भला नहीं होगा. स्वामी रामदेव ने योग और आयुर्वेद के प्रचार प्रसार के लिए, साइंटिफिक रिसर्च के लिए, लोगों को सस्ता इलाज देने के लिए जो काम किया है, उसकी सराहना होनी चाहिए. माफिया तो हर जगह सक्रिय रहते है, एलोपैथी में भी और आयुर्वेद में भी. उनके खिलाफ सब को मिलकर लड़ना चाहिए.
AYURVEDA AND ALLOPATHY : INDIA NEEDS BOTH
Yog guru Swami Ramdev on Wednesday claimed that diseases like diabetes, hypertension, asthma, arthritis, obesity, kidney, liver failure and thyroid can be permanently cured through yoga and Ayurveda. These are diseases for which allopathy is used to provide permanent cure. He claimed that his company Patanjali Ayurved has manufactured medicines to cure life-threatening diseases with the help of scientific research, and millions of people have been treated successfully. Ramdev said, he has a complete database of records of such treatment, and Patanjali’s research papers have been published in several journals across the globe. The yog guru offered to submit all these evidences from his database before the Supreme Court. He even offered to present patients who have been cured of such diseases. Ramdev’s offer came a day after the apex court cautioned Patanjali Ayurved against making “false and misleading” claims to cure diseases in advertisements for its medicines, and threatened to impose costs up to Rs 1 crore on every product on which “false” claims are made. Swami Ramdev alleged that some top multinational pharma companies selling medicines are deliberately spreading false propaganda against Ayurvedic medicines. He said these companies have annual turnover running into several lakh crores of rupees and they are trying to bring a bad name to India’s traditional Ayurveda medicine system. The yog guru challenged that he was ready to except death sentence if even one of his claims were proved to be false. Ramdev made one important point. He said, allopathic medicines can give temporary relief to patients, but Ayurvedic medicines have the power to provide complete cure. The apex court’s observation came in course of hearing on a petition filed by Indian Medical Association. A bench comprising Justices Ahsanuddin Amanullah and Prashant Kumar Mishra said, “all false and misleading advertisements by Patanjali Ayurveda have to stop immediately. This court will take such infractions very seriously and will consider imposing costs of up to Rs 1 crore on every product for which a false claim is made that it can cure a particular disease.” The bench said, it did not intend to turn the issue into an “allopathy versus Ayurveda” debate, and the aim was to find a genuine solution to the problem of misleading medical advertisements. The apex court asked the Centre to come up with suitable recommendations after consultations in the next hearing on February 5, 2024. The petitioners had alleged that Swami Ramdev’s Patanjali Ayurveda had been selling medicines claiming to cure diseases, without proper scientific research or lab testing or protocols and procedures. Ramdev said, he has full respect for the Supreme Court but he would not tolerate false allegations. “I will not bow before pharma companies which are forcing patients to take medicines in their quest for profit”, he said. The yog guru said, this is not the first time that false allegations have been made against his company. Earlier, false charges were levelled saying that his company used ashes of animal bones in Ayurveda medicines, which was later found to be false. Ramdev claimed that each product made by Patanjali Ayurveda is prepared after full scientific research, pre- and post-clinical tests and after following all scientific protocols. Several international journals have published our research, he said, but some big companies in cahoots with some doctors are working against Patanjali. In fact, the Supreme Court has not given any verdict. The observations made by the bench was projected as a ruling in some sections of media, and Ramdev expressed his anger over this. Diabetes, hypertension and cancer are some of the major diseases in India and it is an open fact that allopathy does not have permanent cure for these diseases. Ramdev said, he has cured diabetic patients, who were on insulin, with the help of Ayurveda and Yoga. In India, every 15th person is suffering from diabetes, and the number of diabetic patients has gone up to nearly eight crore. Every year, Rs 20,000 crore worth medicines to tackle diabetes are sold in India. Once a patient starts taking medicines for diabetes, it continues till death, because allopathy has no permanent cure for diabetes. Ramdev claims that diabetes can be cured through Ayurveda, and the body can start secreting insulin once the Ayurvedic treatment continues. He has claimed to have cured several diabetic patients. Similarly, hypertension and thyroid diseases have no permanent cures in allopathy, and every patient has to take medicines daily. There are 128 crore patients across the world suffering from blood pressure, out of which nearly 19 crore are in India. Ramdev says, Ayurveda can also cure blood pressure and thyroid related diseases. He says, some pharma companies and individuals are unwilling to accept this. Obesity is another ailment that gives rise to several diseases. USA has the highest number of obesity cases, while India is second. There are nearly 13.5 crore people in India suffering from obesity. There is no permanent cure for obesity in allopathy, but Swami Ramdev says, yoga and Ayurveda can cure obesity. Ramdev said, he would “personally appear before the Supreme Court, show all evidences and truth and Ayurveda will ultimately triumph.” I know Swami Ramdev since last several years. During Covid epidemic, he started a morning yoga health show on India TV. The show benefited millions of people. Even today, after the pandemic is practically over, several top personalities watch this morning yoga show daily on India TV. I personally met several former patients who were suffering from incurable diseases. They told me they were cured after undergoing Ramdev’s yoga and Ayurvedic treatment. There are people who go to Swami Ramdev as the last resort, after suffering for years. They undergo treatment at Yoga Gram run by Patanjali Ayurveda in Haridwar. I will not say that all the patients get cured, but there are lakhs of patients who have been cured of diabetes and thyroid after undergoing Ramdev’s treatment. Several allopathic physicians also agree that Yoga and Ayurveda can cure some incurable diseases. At the same time, Swami Ramdev admits that allopathy is more effective than Ayurveda in times of emergency or surgeries. I agree that allopathy has made a significant contribution in saving the lives of millions across the globe and there should not be any confrontation between Ayurveda and allopathy. They are complementary to each other. Our concern should be to provide proper treatment to each patient. It does not matter whether the treatment is done through allopathy or ayurveda. Swami Ramdev is right when he says that his cheap mode of treatment through yoga and ayurveda has adversely affected the business of big pharma companies. Nearly Rs 1.5 lakh crore worth allopathic medicines are sold every year in India. This figure is limited to sale of medicines only. The costs of medical equipment, hospital treatment, doctors and surgeries are separate. In India, people need both Ayurveda and allopathy. In some cases, even homoeopathy has proved effective. It will help nobody by defaming Swami Ramdev or Ayurveda in the quest for making profits and expanding business. Swami Ramdev’s contribution in providing cheap and effective treatment to patients through yoga and Ayurveda, backed by scientific research, must be commended. Mafia cartels are active everywhere, whether in allopathy or in Ayurveda. Everybody should jointly tackle them.
