The daylight murder of a girl in Ballabhgarh near Faridabad in Haryana has caused nationwide outrage after the 23-second CCTV footage of the shooting at point blank range by the stalker named Tauseef was circulated on social media.

Twenty-year-old Nikita Tomar was a B. Com. Final Year student in a Faridabad college. On Tuesday, as she came out of the college with her friend, the killer and his associate Rehan came in a car and tried to drag her into their car. As Nikita resisted, Tauseef whipped out his pistol and fired, killing her on the spot. The two fled in their car leaving the shocked friend watching Nikita dying on the road.

Soon her family members came and along with other local residents, they staged an impromptu sit-in on the road blocking traffic on the Delhi-Mathura highway. Thousands of people joined the protesters demanding immediate action against the killers.

Nikita’s father alleged that Tauseef had been harassing her for the last two years, and his daughter had filed a molestation complaint in September last year. The local police had then arranged a compromise between the two families, but Tauseef and his mother had been persistently calling her for the last few week pressuring her to convert to Islam and marry. Nikita steadfastly refused, but Tauseef continued to stalk her.

The local police did not take any action to provide security to the girl. Nikita’s grandfather alleged that after the murder, the local SHO did not listen to the family’s version about the incident while registering FIR against Tauseef. They demanded that a fresh FIR be registered and the case be tried in a fast track court.

Ten teams were set up by the Crime Branch to nab the two killers, and both Tauseef and Rehan were arrested within hours of committing the heinous crime. Tauseef is 21 years old and is studying physiotherapy. Both were produced in court on Tuesday and sent to two days’ police custody. Police had a tough time persuading Nikita’s family members and local residents, who were demanding death penalty for the killers. Police officers had to convince them that the case would be speeded up during trial and justice will be ensured. By evening, the sit-in was lifted and Nikita’s body was taken for last rites.

This was a case of cold-blooded murder and by no stretch of imagination, it can be said that the killing took place because of anger. The role of the local police has come under the scanner because Tauseef happens to be a cousin of a local Congress MLA. Now that the CCTV evidence and eyewitnesses are available, there must be no delay in filing charge sheet and securing punishment for the two killers. The defence counsels may try their best to delay the matter in courts, but one must understand that justice delayed is justice denied. The prosecution must come out with a strong water-tight case and the killers must not be spared at any cost.

The anger of protesters is justified because normally law takes a long time while following its own course. Though a stringent law has been enacted to punish rapists and killers, there must be a specific deadline for disposal of such cases in fast track courts. The sooner justice is given, the better. The punishment must be exemplary and swift, so that stalkers, killers and rapists must dread the hands of law. Only then can our daughters can dream of living a secure life unhindered by such criminals.

पंजाब और हरियाणा के कई हिस्सों में रविवार को दशहरा महोत्सव के दौरान किसानों ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी का पुतला जलाया। रावण के पुतलों पर प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी का चेहरा लगाया गया। रावण के दस सिरों की जगह उद्योगपति गौतम अडानी और मुकेश अंबानी की तस्वीरें लगाई गई। कुछ जगहों पर प्रधानमंत्री मोदी के साथ गृह मंत्री अमित शाह और बीजेपी के अन्य नेताओं की फोटो लगाई गई। इंडिया टीवी के रिपोर्टर्स जब मामले की तह में गए तो पाया कि इन विरोध प्रदर्शनों के पीछे स्थानीय कांग्रेस नेताओं का हाथ था।

इस तरह से प्रधानमंत्री का पुतला जलाना देश के लिए, लोकतन्त्र के लिए, संवैधानिक संस्थाओं के लिए और संवैधानिक पदों की गरिमा के लिए अच्छा नहीं है। इससे संवैधानिक पदों के प्रति लोगों का सम्मान खत्म होता है और यह लोकतंत्र की नींव को बहुत कमजोर कर देता है। अगर इस तरह की एक-दो घटनाएं होती तो इसकी चर्चा नहीं होती। ये बड़ा मुद्दा नहीं बनता। इसे छिटपुट घटना मानकर नजरअंदाज किया जा सकता था। लेकिन, ये सब सोच-समझकर, पूरी रणनीति के साथ कांग्रेस पार्टी के इशारे पर पंजाब और हरियाणा के कई शहरों में किया गया।

ज्यादतर जगहों पर स्थानीय कांग्रेस के नेताओं ने भारतीय किसान यूनियन के कार्यकर्ताओं को आगे रख कर पीएम मोदी के पुतले जलाए जिससे यह दावा किया जा सके कि सरकार ने किसानों के लिए जो कानून बनाए हैं, उससे किसान नाराज हैं। नाराज किसान पीएम मोदी के खिलाफ विरोध जाहिर कर रहे हैं।

राहुल गांधी ने सोमवार को बड़ी चतुराई से इन तस्वीरों को फैला दिया। राहुल गांधी ने ट्वीटर पर वीडियो पोस्ट किए। राहुल ने इसके साथ जो लिखा, उससे ऐसा दिखाने की कोशिश की, जैसे उनका या कांग्रेस का इन घटनाओं से कोई लेना-देना नहीं है। राहुल ने लिखा-‘कल पूरे पंजाब में पीएम मोदी का पुतला जलाया गया। ये दुखद है कि पंजाब में प्रधानमंत्री को लेकर लोगों का गुस्सा इस लेवल तक पहुंच गया है। यह बहुत ही खतरनाक उदाहरण है और हमारे देश के लिए बुरा है। प्रधानमंत्री को इन लोगों से बात करनी चाहिए और इन्हें तत्काल राहत देनी चाहिए।’

बठिंडा में स्टेडियम के पास प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी का 12 फीट का पुतला बनाया गया था। इस पुतले के चेहरे पर पीएम मोदी की तस्वीर लगाई गई थी। मोदी के चेहरे के दाएं-बाएं अंबानी और अडानी की तस्वीर लगी थी। पुतले के एक हाथ में फांसी का फंदा लटकाते हुए इसे कृषि कानून बताया गया था। जबकि पुतले के दूसरे हाथ में चाय के कप में केतली से चाय डालते हुए दिखाया गया था। बठिंडा जैसी तस्वीरें नवांशहर में भी दिखी। नवांशहर में भी रावण के चेहरे पर प्रधानमंत्री मोदी की फोटो लगाई गई थी। यहां मेघनाद की जगह उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ और कुंभकर्ण की जगह गृह मंत्री अमित शाह का पुतला बनाया गया था। नवांशहर में विजयादशमी पर इन पुतलों को जलाने के लिए क्रिकेटर युवराज सिंह के पिता योगराज सिंह पहुंचे थे। उधर, जालंधर में किसानों की आड़ में स्थानीय कांग्रेस कार्यकर्ताओं ने प्रधानमंत्री मोदी के मुखौटे वाले पुतले जलाए। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी के पुतले जलाने वालों में जालंधर पश्चिम से कांग्रेस विधायक, एनएसआईयू और यूथ कांग्रेस के कई नेता शामिल थे। पंजाब के कई शहरों में प्रशासन की नाक के नीचे देश के चुने हुए प्रधानमंत्री को रावण के रूप में जलाया गया, लेकिन पूरे पंजाब में कहीं कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हुई। प्रशासन ने कहीं कोई कदम नहीं उठाया, न लोगों को ऐसा करने से रोका।

वहीं, पड़ोसी राज्य हरियाणा के यमुनानगर में कांग्रेस कार्यकर्ताओं ने पुतले पर रावण की जगह नरेन्द्र मोदी की तस्वीर लगाया था। इसके साथ-साथ रावण के 10 सिरों में हरियाणा से सभी 10 लोकसभा सांसदों के चेहरे लगाए गए थे। चूंकि हरियाणा में लोकल इंटेलीजेंस को जानकारी मिल गई थी कि दशहरे के मौके पर इस तरह की हरकत हो सकती है, इसलिए पुलिस ने एहतियात के तौर पर कांग्रेस के नेताओं को हिरासत में लिया था। इसके बावजूद यमुनानगर में कुछ कांग्रेस समर्थक पीएम मोदी का पुतला जलाने में सफल रहे। उधर, अंबाला में भारतीय किसान यूनियन के लोगों ने पहले से प्रधानमंत्री मोदी और मुख्यमंत्री मनोहरलाल खट्टर का पुतला फूंकने का ऐलान कर रखा था। इसे देखते हुए अंबाला में जगह-जगह पुलिस तैनात थी। कई जगह पुलिस ने किसानों को पुतला फूंकने से रोका लेकिन कई जगह अचानक छोटे-छोटे समूह में लोग आए और पुतले में आग लगा दी।

अब राहुल गांधी बहुत निर्दोष भाव से कह रहे हैं कि बहुत बुरा हुआ। राहुल कह रहे हैं कि यह बहुत ही खतरनाक उदाहरण है और हमारे देश के लिए बुरा है। प्रधानमंत्री को पुतला जलाने वालों से बात करनी चाहिए। लेकिन बीजेपी ने साफ-साफ कहा है कि जो हुआ वो राहुल गांधी के इशारे पर हुआ। पंजाब और हरियाणा में राहुल गांधी की हरी झंड़ी मिलने के बाद कांग्रेस के नेताओं ने रावण की जगह प्रधानमंत्री के पुतले जलाए। बीजेपी के अध्यक्ष जे.पी. नड्डा ने कहा कि पंजाब में ये ड्रामा राहुल गांधी के डायरेक्शन पर हुआ है। नड्डा ने ट्विटर पर लिखा-‘ ये घटना शर्मनाक है, लेकिन आकस्मिक या अनएक्सपेक्टेड नहीं है। नेहरु-गांधी परिवार ने प्रधानमंत्री पद का कभी सम्मान नहीं किया। 2004-2014 के बीच भी ऐसा ही देखने को मिला था जब यूपीए के शासनकाल में प्रधानमंत्री के पद को सोचे-समझे तरीके से कमजोर किया गया।’

हैरानी की बात ये है कि राहुल गांधी ये सब (नरेंद्र मोदी पर हमला) करने के लिए किसानों के पीछे क्यों छुप रहे हैं। अगर वाकई में वो किसी से नहीं डरते, जैसा वो दावा करते हैं, तो उन्हें कहना चाहिए कि हां हमने ये किया और करवाया है। दशहरे पर ये पुतले पिछले तीन साल में राहुल गांधी के द्वारा बोले गए डायलॉग की याद दिलाते हैं। आपको याद होगा कि वो हमेशा कहते हैं ‘नरेन्द्र मोदी किसानों के विरोधी हैं, ये अडानी और अंबानी की सरकार है।’ अब पंजाब और हरियाणा में रावण के पुतलों पर जो तस्वीरें लगीं वो राहुल गांधी के ऐसे ही डायलॉग के मुताबिक लगी।

ये पूरी घटना राहुल गांधी की सोच का रिफ्लेक्शन है। राहुल गांधी की सोच इसमें दिखती है। कांग्रेस के विधायक ने, एनएसयूआई के कार्यकर्ताओं ने रावण के रूप में पीएम मोदी का पुतला जलाया और राहुल गांधी कहते हैं- ‘बड़े दुख की बात है…ये देश के लिए अच्छा नहीं है।’ अगर वाकई में राहुल गांधी को तकलीफ हुई और वो इसे गलत मानते हैं, तो फिर पंजाब में कांग्रेस की सरकार है। राहुल गांधी को पंजाब सरकार से उन लोगों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई करने के लिए कहना चाहिए जिन्होंने इस तरह की हरकत की। लेकिन पंजाब सरकार ने कार्रवाई क्यों नहीं की? पीएम मोदी को रावण के रूप में दिखाने वाले कांग्रेस विधायक के खिलाफ पार्टी ने एक्शन क्यों नहीं लिया?

मुझे लगता है कि राहुल गांधी का ये दोहरा चरित्र और ये चालाकी ठीक नहीं है। सरकार का विरोध करने का हक सबको है। प्रधानमंत्री के खिलाफ प्रदर्शन करने का भी हक है। सरकार की आलोचना करना, सरकार से सवाल पूछना गलत नहीं है, लेकिन दशहरे जैसे पावन पर्व का इस तरह सियासी इस्तेमाल करना, प्रधानमंत्री के पद को अपमानित करना, ये ठीक नहीं है। जो हुआ वो लोकतन्त्र के लिए अच्छा नहीं है। क्योकि लोग आएंगे, जाएंगे। सरकारें बनेंगी और बदलेंगी। लेकिन प्रधानमंत्री पद की गरिमा तो हमेशा रहेगी और इसके साथ खिलवाड़ नहीं की जानी चाहिए।

On Sunday, during Dussehra festivities, effigies of Prime Minister Narendra Modi were set on fire by farmers in several parts of Punjab and Haryana. Pictures of industrialists like Ambani and Adani, and Home Minister Amit Shah were pasted on the ten-headed effigy of Ravana and set on fire. India TV reporters investigated and found that local Congress leaders were behind most of these protests.

Burning of the Prime Minister’s effigies is not a good sign for democracy. It erodes people’s respect for Constitutional posts and weakens the very foundation of democracy. Had it been a stray and isolated incident, one could have ignored it, but the burning of PM’s effigies in the form of Ravana during Dussehra was done on a large scale in these two states at the behest of the Congress party.

In most of the places, Bharatiya Kisan Union activists were placed in front, while the backstage arrangements were made by local Congress leaders. It was all part of a well-coordinated strategy to tarnish the Prime Minister’s image.

On Monday, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi posted a tweet, which amounted to indirectly dissociating his party from these protests. Rahul Gandhi used pictures of effigy burning and tweeted: “This happened all over Punjab yesterday. It’s sad that Punjab is feeling such anger towards PM. This is a dangerous precedent and is bad for our country. PM should reach out, listen and give a healing touch quickly.”

In Bathinda, a 12-feet high effigy of the PM along with pictures of Ambani and Adani was burnt. One hand of the effigy was shown carrying a hangman’s noose marked as farming laws, and the other hand was pouring tea into a cup from a kettle. In Nawanshahar, Modi’s effigy was accompanied by the effigies of Yogi Adityanath as Meghnad and Amit Shah as Kumbhakarna. The main person setting fire to these effigies was Yograj Singh, father of cricketer Yuvraj Singh. In Jalandhar, a local Congress MLA led NSUI and Youth Congress activists in setting fire to Modi’s effigy. No action was taken by police and local administration against those who burnt the PM’s effigies.

In neighbouring Haryana, Congress activists set fire to PM’s effigy in Yamunanagar, and the ten heads of the demon depicted pictures of all the ten BJP MPs from the state. Haryana police rounded up several Congress leaders in advance, but their supporters managed to set fire to the effigy. In Ambala, Congress and BKU had planned to burn effigies of Modi and Haryana CM Manohar Lal Khattar, but due to tight restrictions, no such protests took place, though a handful of Congress supporters managed to set fire to the effigies.

On the face of it, Rahul Gandhi is putting up an innocent face by saying that such an act of burning the PM’s effigy was “a dangerous precedent and bad for our country”, but he should rein in his own partymen who are indulging in such acts. BJP president Jagat Prakash Nadda alleged on Twitter: “The Rahul Gandhi-directed drama of burning PM’s effigy in Punjab is shameful, but not unexpected. After all, the Nehru-Gandhi dynasty has NEVER respected the office of the PM. This was seen in the institutional weaking of the PM’s authority during the UPA years of 2004-2014.”

I do not understand why Rahul Gandhi is hiding behind the farmers in targeting Narendra Modi. If he claims that he has the courage to speak up to Modi, then he should publicly admit that he and his party were behind these protests. For the last three years, Rahul Gandhi had been alleging that Modi was colluding with Mukesh Ambani and Gautam Adani, and now his partymen are presenting them in the form of effigies of Ravana and his heads.

This act is a clear reflection of Rahul Gandhi’s thinking and there should be no doubt about it. If we go by what Rahul Gandhi has written in his tweet, then he should tell his party’s government in Punjab to take action against those who set fire to the PM’s effigies.

I feel that such double-faced attitude on part of Rahul Gandhi is not good. In a democracy, every body has the right to express opinion and stage protest against the government, but to use a religious and festive occasion to denigrate the Constitutional office of the Prime Minister is not good for democracy. Leaders may come, and leaders may go, but the prestige of the post of Prime Minister must not be tarnished.

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद मोदी ने शुक्रवार को बिहार में चुनाव प्रचार का श्रीगणेश करते हुए चुनावी माहौल में और ज्यादा गर्मी ला दी। उन्होंने लोगों से बिहार रेजिमेंट के उन जवानों की वीरता और साहस को नहीं भूलने की अपील की, जिन्होंने लद्दाख के गलवान घाटी में चीनी सैनिकों का डटकर मुकाबला किया। पीएम मोदी ने मतदाताओं को बिहार के जवानों द्वारा दिखाए गए अदम्य साहस की याद दिलाई। बिहार रेजिमेंट के ये जवान बिना हथियार के, खाली हाथ ही दुश्मन पर टूट पड़े और देश की सेवा करते हुए अपना सर्वोच्च बलिदान दिया।

गया, भागलपुर और सासाराम में तीन चुनावी रैलियों को संबोधित करते हुए पीएम मोदी ने कहा, ‘बिहार के बहादुर बेटों ने गलवान घाटी में तिरंगे के सम्मान की रक्षा के लिए अपनी शहादत दी। मैं अपना सिर झुकाकर इन बहादुर बेटों को श्रद्धांजलि देता हूं, उन्हें नमन करता हूं।’ इसके बाद प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने विपक्ष, और खासतौर से कांग्रेस पर जम्मू और कश्मीर में धारा 370 को बहाल करने के वादे को लेकर निशाना साधा। उन्होंने कहा-‘वे कह रहे हैं कि अगर वे सत्ता में आए तो धारा 370 को बहाल करेंगे। उनका दुस्साहस तो देखिए। और वे अभी भी बिहार में वोट मांगने की हिम्मत कर रहे हैं। क्या यह बिहार के लोगों की भावनाओं का अपमान नहीं है, जो देश की सीमा की रक्षा के लिए अपने बेटे और बेटियों को भेजते हैं?’

पीएम मोदी ने भ्रष्टाचार और वंशवाद की राजनीति पर भी विपक्षी दलों को घेरा। उन्होंने सीधे तौर पर लालू की राष्ट्रीय जनता दल का नाम तो नहीं लिया लेकिन बिहार में उसके 15 वर्ष के शासन को याद करते हुए ‘जंगल राज’ का जिक्र किया। उन्होंने मतदाताओं से अपील की कि वे भावनाओं में बहकर वोट न डालें बल्कि विकास और रूल ऑफ लॉ (कानून के शासन) के लिए वोट करें। गया में अपनी रैली में मोदी ने महागठबंधन का जिक्र किया और कहा कि इन दलों ने नक्सलियों से हाथ मिला लिया है। बिहार के लोग समझ गए होंगे कि पहले ही दिन गया में मोदी की रैली क्यों रखी गई और मोदी ने नक्सलियों की बात करके क्या मैसेज दिया। मैं आपको बताता हूं। असल में महागठबंधन में तेजस्वी यादव ने इस बार लेफ्ट पार्टियों के लिए 29 सीटें छोड़ी हैं और इनमें से 19 सीटें सीपीआई (एमएल) को दी है। नक्सल प्रभावित इलाकों में इनका प्रभाव है। इसीलिए मोदी ने कहा कि अब नक्सली समस्या को जड़ से खत्म करना है, तो फिर महागठबंधन से दूर रहना होगा।

शुक्रवार को पीएम मोदी की सहरसा, गया और भागलपुर की रैलियों से करीब 40 विधानसभा की सीटों पर असर होगा। मैं पिछले कई दिन से बिहार के लोगों की बात सुन रहा हूं। लालू प्रसाद के बेटे तेजस्वी के भाषण भी सुन रहा हूं और उनके वादे भी सुन रहा हूं। बिहार की जनता जानती है कि लालू के राज में कितनी गड़बड़ थी, ‘जंगल राज’ था। राज्य में चारों ओर भ्रष्टाचार फैला हुआ था। बिहार में अपहरण एक उद्योग हो गया था। लेकिन आजकल ज्यादातर लोग कहते हैं कि मोदी से कोई दिक्कत नहीं हैं, लेकिन नीतीश कुमार अपेक्षाओं पर खरे नहीं उतरे। वे एनडीए के लिए बोझ बनते जा रहे हैं।

मैंने देखा कि तेजस्वी यादव मतदाताओं से कह रहे हैं कि मतगणना से एक दिन पहले नौ नवंबर को लालू को जमानत मिल जाएगी। उन्होंने अपने समर्थकों के बीच यह भी कहा कि लालू जी को जमानत मिलने के अगले दिन नीतीश कुमार की विदाई हो जाएगी। यह अपने समर्थकों के मनोबल को बढ़ाने के लिए तेजस्वी की रणनीति का हिस्सा हो सकता है। लेकिन जहां तक लालू के जमाने के बिहार का सवाल है तो ये बात तो सच है कि बिहार के लोग उस दौर को वापस लाना तो दूर, उस वक्त को याद भी नहीं करना चाहते।

मैं तो इसका गवाह हूं। मैंने वो वक्त देखा है जब बिहार में अपहरण एक उद्योग हो गया था। कार तो बहुत दूर की बात है, लोग स्कूटर या बाइक खरीदने से डरते थे। क्योंकि अगर किसी को लगा कि इसके पास पैसा है तो उसके बच्चे का अपहरण हो जाएगा। ठेकेदार बिहार में काम नहीं करना चाहते थे, क्योंकि सरकारी टैक्स से ज्यादा रंगदारी देनी पड़ती थी। इसीलिए नरेन्द्र मोदी ने बिहार के लोगों को पुराने दिन याद दिलाए। पीएम मोदी ने आरजेडी नेताओं की वो नस दबाई है, जहां दर्द सबसे ज्यादा होता है। अब तेजस्वी समेत आरजेडी के बड़े नेताओं को इसका जवाब देना पड़ेगा। मतदाताओं से वादा करना होगा कि ‘जंगल राज’ वापस नहीं आएग।

वहीं दूसरी ओर ये सही है कि नीतीश कुमार के कार्यकाल में काम हुआ है, सड़कें बनी हैं, बिजली की हालत सुधरी है, स्कूल, कॉलेज और अस्पताल बने हैं। भ्रष्टाचार आरजेडी शासन के मुकाबले कम हुआ है। अपराधियों पर नकेल कसी गई है, अपहरण का उद्योग बंद हो गया है। सब सही है। लेकिन कोरोना और बाढ़ के वक्त जो मिस मैनेजमेंट हुआ है उसे लोग कैसे भूल सकते हैं। इन दो अहम मौकों पर नीतीश कुमार अपने घर से कभी-कभार ही बाहर निकले। उन्हें खुद को घर में बंद रखने के बजाय लोगों की सेवा के लिए आगे आना चाहिए था। लोग इस बात को लेकर उनसे नाराज हैं।

मेरी बिहार के बड़े बीजेपी नेताओं से बात हुई है। निजी तौर पर बीजेपी के नेता भी इस बात को मान रहे हैं कि कोरोना के कारण हुई दिक्कतों और बाढ़ के वक्त हुई परेशानियों के कारण बिहार के लोगों में नीतीश कुमार के प्रति नाराजगी तो है। लेकिन बिहार के लोग लालू यादव के जमाने के ‘जंगल राज’ को भी याद नहीं करना चाहते। ये बीजेपी के लिए राहत की बात है। इसीलिए बीजेपी ने अब नरेंद्र मोदी को प्रचार के लिए मैदान में उतारा है। बीजेपी के नेता अब प्रधानमंत्री मोदी पर अपनी उम्मीदें टिकाए हुए हैं, जिनकी छवि बेदाग है। पीएम मोदी ने पहले ही दिन बिहार के लोगों को पन्द्रह साल पुराने दिन याद दिला दिए और ‘जंगल राज’ के प्रति लोगों को सावधान कर दिया। वहीं उन्होंने नीतीश कुमार के काम को भी याद करा दिया। अब बिहार के मतदातों को इसपर अंतिम फैसला लेना है।

Prime Minister Narendra Modi hit the election campaign trail in Bihar on Friday and appealed to people not to forget the bravery of Bihar Regiment jawans who gallantly fought Chinese troops at Galwan valley in Ladakh. He reminded voters about the indomitable courage shown by our jawans from Bihar who fought the enemy with bare hands, without weapons, and gave the supreme sacrifice in the service of the nation.

Addressing three election rallies in Gaya, Bhagalpur and Sasaram, Modi said: “The brave sons of Bihar attained martyrdom to protect the honour of our tricolour in Galwan valley. I bow my head and pay homage to these brave sons.” The Prime Minister then hit out at the opposition, particularly the Congress, for promising to restore Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir. He said, “They are saying they will restore Article 370 if they came to power. Look at their audacity. And they still dare to seek votes in Bihar. Is this not an insult to the sentiments of people in Bihar who send their sons and daughter to protect our borders?”

Modi also spoke about corruption and dynastic politics, indirectly referring to Lalu Yadav’s Rashtriya Janata Dal, and the ‘jungle raj’ during his party’s rule in Bihar for 15 years. He asked voters not to be swayed by emotions and vote for development and the rule of law. In his rally in Gaya, Modi pointedly referred to the Mahagathbandhan and said that these parties have joined hands with Naxalites. The RJD-led Mahagathbandhan has given 29 seats to Left parties in Bihar, out of which 19 seats have been given to CPI(ML), a pro-Maoist party.

Modi’s three rallies on Friday will definitely have an impact on voters’ preferences in at least 40 assembly constituencies. For the last several days, I have been watching reactions of common people in Bihar and also the promises being made by Lalu’s son Tejashwi Yadav. The common voter is aware that there was ‘jungle raj’ during RJD regime, he is also aware that there was widespread corruption and kidnappings in the state. The same voters also say that they have no issues with Narendra Modi, but most of them are unhappy with Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, who is fast becoming a liability for NDA.

I watched Tejashwi Yadav telling voters that his father Lalu will be out on bail on November 9, a day before counting of votes will take place. He has also told his supporters that Nitish Kumar will lose the next day. This could be part of his strategy to boost the morale of his followers, but he is unable to remove the ‘jungle raaj’ perception about RJD from the minds of common people.

I remember how during RJD regime in Bihar, kidnapping became a thriving industry. If people went to showrooms to buy cars, or even motorbikes or scooters, their children were abducted by criminals in order to collect ransom. Road and building contractors refused to work because they had to pay ‘rangdaari’ tax to criminals, which was more compared to the taxes that they paid to the government. It was because of this perception that Prime Minister Modi on Friday pressed the nerves of RJD leaders where it hurt the most. Tejashwi will now have to promise voters that the days of ‘jungle raaj’ will not return.

On the other side, it is a fact that during Nitish Kumar’s regime, roads, schools, colleges and hospitals were built and power supply position has improved in Bihar. The scale of corruption during his rule is less compared to massive corruption during RJD regime. Criminals have been kept on a tight leash. But the common man is unhappy with the manner in which the Covid pandemic and this year’s floods were handled in Bihar. Nitish Kumar barely moved out from his official residence during these two critical periods. He should have been out serving the people instead of closeting himself inside his residence.

I have spoken to several senior BJP leaders. The state BJP leaders admit in private that the common people is unhappy with Nitish Kumar. They are now resting their hopes on Prime Minister Modi, who has an impeccable and incorruptible image. Modi cautioned voters about the return of ‘jungle raaj’ if they were swayed by anti-incumbency. He did not forget to remind the people of the thriving kidnapping industry that was going on in Bihar during RJD rule. Modi also pointed out the achievements of Nitish Kumar’s government in recent years. It is now for the voters of Bihar to take a final call.

बिहार के लिए भारतीय जनता पार्टी के चुनावी घोषणापत्र को जारी करते हुए वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने गुरुवार को ऐलान किया कि यदि पार्टी सत्ता में वापसी करती है तो राज्य के प्रत्येक व्यक्ति को मुफ्त में कोविड-19 का टीका लगाया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा, ‘जैसे ही कोविड-19 का टीका बड़े पैमाने पर उत्‍पादन के लिए उपलब्‍ध होगा, बिहार में हर व्‍यक्ति का मुफ्त में टीकाकरण होगा। यह हमारे चुनावी घोषणापत्र का सबसे पहला वादा है।’

जहां एक तरफ आरजेडी, कांग्रेस, शिवसेना, लेफ्ट पार्टियों और अकाली दल ने ‘महामारी का राजनीतिकरण’ करने के लिए बीजेपी की आलोचना की, वहीं बीजेपी ने कहा कि चूंकि हेल्थ एक स्टेट सब्जेक्ट है, इसलिए पार्टी ने फ्री में वैक्सीन देने का वादा किया है और इसमें कुछ भी गलत नहीं है। कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी ने एक ट्वीट करते हुए कहा कि ‘भारत सरकार ने कोविड वैक्सीन वितरण की घोषणा कर दी है। ये जानने के लिए कि वैक्सीन और झूठे वादे आपको कब मिलेंगे, कृपया अपने राज्य के चुनाव की तारीख देखें।’ बाद में रात को कर्नाटक और तमिलनाडु की सरकारों ने भी अपने-अपने राज्यों में लोगों को मुफ्त में वैक्सीन देने की घोषणा कर दी। मध्य प्रदेश सरकार ने भी गरीबी रेखा से नीचे के लोगों को कोविड-19 का टीका मुफ्त में देने का वादा किया।

हालांकि बीजेपी के घोषणापत्र में 19 लाख लोगों को रोजगार देने, 3 लाख नए शिक्षकों को नियुक्त करने, बिहार को आईटी हब बनाने और सूबे को मछली उत्पादन में नंबर 1 राज्य बनाने का भी वादा किया गया है, लेकिन विपक्षी दल कोविड-19 की फ्री वैक्सीन के वादे पर सबसे ज्यादा शोर मचा रहे हैं। मार्क्सवादी कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी के नेता सीताराम येचुरी ने इसे ‘चुनाव आचार संहिता का घोर उल्लंघन’ बताया, जबकि छत्तीसगढ़ के मुख्यमंत्री और कांग्रेस नेता भूपेश बघेल ने कहा कि बीजेपी लोगों के स्वास्थ्य के साथ राजनीति कर रही है। अपनी प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस में निर्मला सीतारमण ने कहा कि भारत तेजी से कोविड वैक्सीन के ट्रायल्स को पूरा करने की दिशा में बढ़ रहा है, और वैज्ञानिकों द्वारा वैक्सीन के बड़े पैमाने पर उत्पादन की मंजूरी मिलते ही इसे बिहार के हरेक शख्स को मुफ्त में दिया जाएगा।

केंद्र ने पहले ही संकेत दिया है कि कोविड वैक्सीन अगले साल की शुरुआत में ही उपलब्ध हो पाएगी, क्योंकि एस्ट्रा जेनेका कैंडिडेट वैक्सीन के तीसरे चरण के ट्रायल डेटा के नवंबर के अंत या दिसंबर की शुरुआत में जांच के लिए तैयार होने की उम्मीद है। ऐसे में कोविड वैक्सीन की पहली खुराक इस साल के अंत से कुछ ही पहले मिलने की उम्मीद है, लेकिन उस समय तक बिहार में चुनाव खत्म हो चुके होंगे। केंद्र ने भारतीय नागरिकों को कोविड वैक्सीन उपलब्ध कराने के लिए इस वित्त वर्ष के दौरान 50,000 करोड़ रुपये ($37 बिलियन) अलग से रखे हैं। प्रत्येक खुराक की कीमत $6 से $7 हो सकती है और 135 करोड़ से भी ज्यादा जनसंख्या वाले देश में टीकाकरण की लागत काफी ज्यादा आएगी।

मैंने इस मुद्दे पर कई मंत्रियों, नेताओं और वैज्ञानिकों से बात की है और उनका अनुमान है कि वैक्सीन की पहली खुराक फरवरी से पहले लोगों के लिए उपलब्ध होना मुश्किल है। भारत में जुलाई के पहले हफ्ते तक वैक्सीन की लगभग 25 करोड़ खुराकें तैयार हो जाएंगी। वैज्ञानिक इस वैक्सीन से जुड़े सभी ट्रायल डेटा की जरूरी जांच करने में व्यस्त हैं, जबकि सरकार इसके डिस्ट्रिब्यूशन की रणनीति पर काम कर रही है।

जहां तक नेताओं का सवाल है, वे सभी वैक्सीन के डिवेलपमेंट की जमीनी हकीकत के बारे में जानते हैं, लेकिन वे बात ऐसे करते हैं जैसे कि वैक्सीन बन चुकी है और सरकार उन्हें वोट के लिए लोगों को बांटने जा रही है। भारत के, बल्कि यूं कहें कि दुनिया के हरेक शख्स को कोविड की वैक्सीन का इंतजार है। निर्मला सीतारमण ने साफ कहा है कि देश में तीन वैक्सीन पर काम एडवांस स्टेज में है। विपक्ष के लोग भी यह जानते हैं लेकिन वे अपने राजनीतिक लाभ के हिसाब से तथ्यों को पेश कर रहे हैं।

सभी नेता चाहते हैं कि वैक्सीन सभी को फ्री में ही उपलब्ध कराई जाए। गुरुवार की रात कर्नाटक और तमिलनाडु सरकारों द्वारा लिए गए फैसलों से यह साफ भी हो गया। ऐसे में अगर बीजेपी बिहार में सभी को मुफ्त में वैक्सीन देने का वादा करती है तो इसमें कुछ भी गलत नहीं है। जेडी (यू) ने भी कुछ ऐसा ही वादा किया है। बेहतर होगा कि नेता मोरल हाई ग्राउंड लेना बंद करें और इसकी बजाय यह सुनिश्चित करें कि उनकी रैलियों में आने वाली भीड़ कोविड के मानदंडों का पालन करे, मास्क पहने और सोशल डिस्टैंसिंग बनाए रखे।

While releasing the BJP poll manifesto for Bihar on Thursday, Finance Minister Nirmala Seetharaman announced that the party, if elected to power, would provide free vaccination to every single person in the state. She said, “as soon as Covid-19 vaccine is available for production at a mass scale, every person in Bihar will get free vaccination. This is the first promise mentioned in our election manifesto.”
While RJD, Congress, Shiv Sena, Left parties and Akali Dal criticized the BJP for what they called “politicizing the pandemic”, the BJP said that since health is a state subject, the party has promised to give free vaccine and there was nothing wrong about it.
Congress leader Rahul Gandhi took a jibe tweeting that “GOI just announced India’s Covid access strategy. Kindly refer to the state-wise election schedule to know when will you get it, along with a hoard of false promises.”
Later in the night, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu governments announced they would give free vaccines to all in their states. Madhya Pradesh government promised to give free Covid vaccines to those below poverty level.
Though the BJP manifesto also promised employment to 19 lakh people, appointments to three lakh new teachers, making Bihar an IT hub, and making Bihar the No. 1 state in fisheries production, the main grouse of the opposition parties was over free Covid vaccine promise. CPI(M) leader Sitaram Yechury described it as “a brazen violation of election code of conduct”, while Chhattisgarh’s Congress Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel said, BJP was playing politics with the health of the people.
In her press conference, Nirmala Sitharaman said that India was fast approaching completion of Covid vaccine trials, and once scientists give clearance to mass production of vaccine, it would be provided to every person in Bihar free of cost.
The Centre has already indicated that the Covid vaccine would be available early next year, as the stage three trial data for Astra Zeneca candidate vaccine are expected to be ready for scrutiny by end of November or early December. Thus, the first dose of Covid vaccine is expected before year end, but by that time elections in Bihar will be over. The Centre has set aside Rs 50,000 crore ($37 billion) during this fiscal year to provide Covid vaccines to Indian citizens. Each dose may cost $6 to $7 and the cost will be tremendous for a nation of more than 135 billion people.
I have spoken to several ministers, leaders and scientists on this issue, and their estimate is the first doses may be available to the people not before February. By the first week of July, nearly 25 crore doses will be prepared in India. The scientists are busy carrying out critical checks of all trial data relating to the vaccine, while the government is mapping out the distribution strategy.
As far as politicians are concerned, all of them know the ground reality about vaccine development, but they are taking a stance as if the vaccines are ready and the government is going to distribute them to gain votes.
Every Indian, or rather every person in the world, is waiting for Covid vaccine. Nirmala Sitharaman has clearly said that three vaccine candidates are in advanced stages of trial. Those in the opposition also know this, but they are projecting facts to suit their political advantage.
Every politician wants that the vaccine is made available to all free of cost. This was evident from the decisions taken by Karnataka and Tamil Nadu governments on Thursday night. There is nothing wrong if the BJP promises free vaccine to all in Bihar. The JD(U) has also made a similar promise. It would be better if politicians stop taking a moral high ground, and instead ensure that the crowds in their rallies stick to Covid norms, wear masks and maintain social distancing.

बुधवार की रात अपने प्राइम टाइम शो ‘आज की बात’ में हमने आपको बिहार के मधुबनी, खगड़िया, बेतिया, आरा, पटना, बक्सर, हाजीपुर और राघोपुर जैसी जगहों पर आम मतदाताओं का मूड बताने की कोशिश की। इंडिया टीवी के रिपोर्टर्स ने इन जगहों पर आम मतदाताओं से बात की। यहां मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार के खिलाफ लोगों में नाराजगी है। इन इलाकों में एंटी इन्कम्बैंसी को साफ महसूस किया जा सकता है। यहां केवल प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ही गेम चेंजर साबित हो सकते हैं, जो शुक्रवार को प्रचार के मैदान में उतरनेवाले हैं। अब मोदी ही आरजेडी की अगुवाई वाले महागठबंधन के पासे को पलट सकते हैं।

बिहार विधानसभा चुनाव में बीजेपी के बड़े-बड़े धुरंधर मोर्चा संभाले हुए हैं। भारतीय जनता पार्टी के अध्यक्ष जयप्रकाश नड्ढा, यूपी के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ, रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह भी प्रचार में उतर चुके हैं। इन लोगों ने मतदाताओं का मिजाज भांप लिया है कि वे इसबार बदलाव चाहते हैं। बीजेपी के नेता भी ये समझ गए हैं कि नीतीश कुमार के पन्द्रह साल के शासन के बाद लोगों में नाराजगी तो है। बिहार में नीतीश कुमार ने 15 साल तक शासन किया, पहले भाजपा के साथ गठबंधन किया और फिर आरजेडी के साथ महागठबंधन में शामिल हो गए। बाद में वे महागठबंधन से भी निकल गए और वापस भाजपा के साथ एनडीए गठबंधन में शामिल हो गए।

ऐसे में सवाल उठता है कि मतदाता अपने मुख्यमंत्री से क्यों नाराज हैं? इंडिया टीवी रिपोर्टर्स ने जब लोगों से बात की और तो उनकी बात सुनने के बाद लगता है कि बिहार में चुनाव की तस्वीर जनता के सामने स्पष्ट है। चुनाव लड़ने वाले भी माहौल को समझ रहे हैं और चुनाव लड़ाने वाले भी। बीजेपी के नेता भी ये समझ गए हैं कि नीतीश कुमार के पन्द्रह साल के शासन के बाद लोगों में नाराजगी तो है। कोरोना के दौरान मिस मैनेजमेंट हो या फिर बाढ़ के वक्त नीतीश की गैर-मौजूदगी, लोग ये सब भूले नहीं हैं। तेजस्वी यादव हों या चिराग पासवान या फिर उपेन्द्र कुशवाहा, सब जानते हैं कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की बेदाग छवि लोगों के जेहन में है। लेकिन नीतीश कुमार के खिलाफ लोगों में नाराजगी है। मतदाताओं में से किसी ने भी प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के खिलाफ कुछ नहीं कहा। लोग कह रहे हैं कि वो नीतीश से खुश नहीं हैं, लेकिन मोदी जी के कहने पर एक बार फिर नीतीश को वोट दे देंगे। सार्वजनिक जीवन में मोदी की स्वच्छ छवि आम मतदाताओ के मन में है। लेकिन नीतीश कुमार के समर्थन में किसी ने कुछ नहीं कहा।

उधर, आरजेडी के नेता और मुख्यमंत्री उम्मीदवार तेजस्वी यादव भी जनता का मूड भांप चुके हैं। यही वजह है कि वे अपने भाषणों में सिर्फ नीतीश कुमार को निशाना बनाते हैं। वे सिर्फ नीतीश कुमार के कामों की बात करते हैं लेकिन नरेन्द्र मोदी का नाम नहीं लेते हैं। वे जानते हैं कि आम जनता का प्रधानमंत्री मोदी के प्रति गहरा लगाव है।

चिराग पासवान तो साफ-साफ कह रहे हैं कि वो मोदी के भक्त हैं, लेकिन नीतीश कुमार को किसी कीमत पर दोबारा सत्ता में नहीं आने देना चाहते। बीजेपी के सीनियर नेता चाहे योगी आदित्यनाथ हों, जे पी नड्ढा, राजनाथ सिंह या रविशंकर प्रसाद हों, ये सारे नेता मोदी के नाम पर और मोदी के काम पर वोट मांग रहे हैं। वे अपने भाषणों में कभी-कभार ही नीतीश कुमार का नाम ले रहे हैं। अब मोदी खुद चुनाव प्रचार में उतरेंगे। शुक्रवार को मोदी की तीन रैलियां होंगी। बिहार चुनाव में मोदी कुल 12 रैलियां करेंगे। बीजेपी नेताओं को उम्मीद है कि मोदी की रैलियों के बाद तस्वीर और बदलेगी। मोदी की रैली गेमचेंजर साबित हो सकती है। मोदी अपने प्रचार में मतदाताओं को आगाह कर सकते हैं कि वे एंटी इन्कम्बैंसी के नाम पर कोई गलती नहीं करें, क्योंकि बिहार के लोग 15 साल के राजद के कुशासन को नहीं भूले हैं। उस दौरान राज्य में कानून-व्यवस्था की हालत बेहद बदतर हो गई थी। यहां तक कि एंटी इन्कम्बैंसी से बचने के लिए नीतीश कुमार भी मोदी का नाम ले रहे हैं।

वहीं, दूसरी ओर लालू यादव भ्रष्टाचार के केस में सजा काट रहे हैं। वे ढाई साल से जेल में हैं और ऐसे में राष्ट्रीय जनता दल के चुनाव प्रचार का पूरा दारोमदार तेजस्वी यादव पर है। तेजस्वी क्रिकेट के खिलाड़ी रह चुके हैं और उन्होंने 9वीं क्लास तक पढ़ाई की है। सत्ता में आने के बाद 10 लाख युवाओं को रोजगार के वादे से वे मतदाताओं के बीच उत्साह पैदा करने की कोशिश कर हैं। चुनाव प्रचार में तेजस्वी जबरदस्त मेहनत कर रहे हैं। जो लोग उन्हें राजनीति में बच्चा समझ रहे थे, वे भी तेजस्वी की मेहनत देखकर, उनकी रैलियों में जुट रही भीड़ को देखकर और तेजस्वी के अंदाज को देखकर चिंता में हैं। बुधवार को तेजस्वी यादव ने 12 रैलियां की। सोचिए बारह चुनावी रैली एक दिन में, कोई लंबा भाषण नहीं। वे बिहार की जनता से ठेठ बिहारी अंदाज में बात करते हैं। तेजस्वी यादव अपने भाषणों में न प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी का जिक्र करते हैं। न बीजेपी के दूसरे नेताओं की बात करते हैं। सिर्फ फोकस नीतीश कुमार पर है। सिर्फ बिहार की बात करते हैं।बिहारियों की बात करते हैं। राजद, कांग्रेस, वाम दलों और कुछ छोटे दलों को मिलाकर बने महागठबंधन के कर्णधार के तौर पर तेजस्वी उभर रहे हैं। युवा मतदाताओं के बीच तेजस्वी की अपील कितना असर करती है, इसका नतीजा तो 10 नवंबर को सामने आ जाएगा।

In my prime time show ‘Aaj Ki Baat’ on Wednesday night, India TV reporters spoke to a cross-section of voters in different places like Madhubani, Khagaria, Bettiah, Aarah, Patna, Buxar, Hajipur and Raghopur, and found a strong anti-incumbency mood against Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar. The only game changer who can turn the tables on RJD-led Mahagathbandhan is Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who will join the election campaign on Friday.
Senior BJP leaders in Bihar have already begun to sense the mood of the voters, who are eager for change this time. Nitish Kumar ruled for 15 years in Bihar, first in alliance with the BJP, then joined Mahagathbandhan, and later walked out to forge alliance with the BJP again.
The question is: why are voters unhappy with their CM? Most of the voters India TV reporters spoke to pointed out to gross mismanagement during Covid pandemic, Nitish Kumar’s absence from the scene when floods ravaged Bihar, and a strong perception that Nitish Kumar failed to address their grievances during his 15-year-long rule.
After watching reactions of common people, it is amply clear that the voters of Bihar have almost made up their mind: to oust Nitish Kumar from power this time. Leaders like Tejashwi Yadav, Chirag Paswan and Upendra Kushwaha have already sensed the voters’ mood. None of the voters spoke out against Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Modi’s clean image of probity in public life is still in the minds of common voters. Some of them even went to the extent of saying that they would vote for whichever candidate Modi would ask them to. But not a single voter spoke in support of Nitish Kumar.
RJD leader and chief ministerial candidate Tejashwi Yadav has sensed public mood. That is why he is only focusing on Nitish Kumar in his speeches. Tejashwi has so far refrained to speak out against Modi, because he knows that the common man has deep affection towards the Prime Minister.
LJP leader Chirag Paswan says, he is a supporter of Modi, but he will never accept Nitish Kumar as chief minister again. Senior BJP leaders like Yogi Adityanath, Rajnath Singh, Jagat Prakash Nadda and Ravi Shankar Prasad, in their election rallies, are seeking votes in the name of Modi, his government and his achievements. They rarely make any mention of the present incumbent Nitish Kumar.
On Friday, Modi is scheduled to address three election rallies in Bihar. In all, he will address 12 rallies throughout Bihar. BJP leaders expect that Modi’s entry in the election campaign could act as a gamechanger. Modi may caution voters not to make a mistake in the name of anti-incumbency, because the people of Bihar have not forgotten the infamous 15-year-long RJD rule, during which the law and order situation had reached its nadir. Even Nitish Kumar is counting on Modi to save him from anti-incumbency mood.
On the other hand, with Lalu Prasad in jail for the last two and a half years, the entire burden of running the party and its election campaign has fallen on the young shoulders of his son Tejashwi Yadav, a former cricketer who has studied till Class 9. He is rousing the crowds by promising to give 10 lakh government jobs after coming to power. On Wednesday, Tejashwi addressed 12 election rallies. His speeches are brief, he lashes out at Nitish Kumar but he refrains from attacking Modi. The entire Mahagathbandhan consisting of RJD, Congress, Left Parties and some smaller parties, are now banking on Tejashwi’s appeal among the young voters. The results will be out on November 10.

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने मंगलवार को देश की जनता से हाथ जोड़कर एक भावुक अपील करते हुए कहा कि वे त्योहारों के मौसम में कोरोना को लेकर लापरवाही नहीं बरतें। उन्होंने कहा कि कोरोना का प्रकोप कम जरूर हुआ है, लेकिन खत्म नहीं हुआ है। इसलिए लापरवाही न करें। लॉकडाउन खत्म हुआ है, लेकिन कोरोना वायरस खत्म नहीं हुआ है। इसलिए रिस्क न लें, कोई खतरा मोल न लें। उन्होंने लोगों से कहा कि मास्क पहनें, हाथ को धोते रहें और दो गज की दूरी का ध्यान रखें। उन्होंने कहा कि लोगों को इस नतीजे तक नहीं पहुंच जाना चाहिए कि कोरोना के खिलाफ जंग जीती जा चुकी है और कोरोना के प्रति लापरवाह हो जाएं, लोग कोरोना के खतरे को हल्के में लेने लगे हैं। उन्होंने लोगों से अपील की है कि वैक्सीन (टीका) आने तक वे संयम बरतें और किसी तरह की लापरवाही न करें।

प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने करीब बारह मिनट के देश के नाम संदेश में कोरोना वायरस के प्रति लोगों की लापरवाही पर चिंता जताई। मोदी ने चिंता जताई कि दुनिया के कई देशों में कोरोना महामारी की दूसरी लहर शुरू हो चुकी है और हमें किसी तरह की लापरवाही नहीं बरतनी चाहिए। पीएम मोदी ने बहुत ही कम और सधे हुए शब्दों में सीधी सीधी और साफ साफ बात की। मोदी ने कहा कि स्थिति अच्छी है, इसे बिगाड़ना नहीं है, और अच्छा करना है। इसका एक ही तरीका है-सावधानी। उन्होंने कहा कि ये सही है कि कोरोना का खतरा कम हुआ है। लेकिन ये नहीं भूलना है कि वैक्सीन अभी बनी नहीं हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि लॉकडाउन तो खत्म हो गया है लेकिन कोरोना अभी गया नहीं है। अगर आप लापरवाही बरतते हैं, बिना मास्क के घर से बाहर निकलते हैं तो आपकी थोड़ी सी लापरवाही पूरी मेहनत पर पानी फेर सकती है। आपके परिवार और पूरे समाज को मुश्किल में डाल सकती है।

प्रधानमंत्री के देश के नाम संबोधन से एक दिन पहले मैंने अपने प्राइम टाइम शो ‘आज की बात’ में आपको मंदिरों और चुनावी रैलियों की तस्वीरें दिखाई थी। बताया था कि कैसे लोग कोरोना के खतरे को हल्के में ले रहे हैं और कोरोना के इन्फैक्शन को न्योता दे रहे हैं। कैसे बिहार की चुनावी रैलियों में भारी भीड़ उमड़ रही है। कैसे उत्तर प्रदेश के प्रसिद्ध मंदिरों में नवरात्रि पूजा के दौरान हजारों की संख्या में भक्त उमड़ रहे हैं। चुनावी रैलियों और मंदिरों में जुटी भीड़ में अधिकांश लोगों ने मास्क तक नहीं लगा रखा था।

जाहिर है कि लोग कोरोना वायरस को हल्के में ले रहे हैं। वास्तव में ये लोग कोरोना वायरस को हमले का न्योता दे रहे हैं। मैं अपने शो में आपको आगाह कर चुका हूं कि अगर संभलकर चले तो नैया पार हो जाएगी और थोड़ी सी लापरवाही की तो मंझधार में किनारे पर आकर नाव डूब सकती है। थोड़ी सी लापरवाही से एकबार फिर कोरोना के मामले तेजी से बढ़ सकते हैं। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने राष्ट्र के नाम अपने संबोधन में इन सब बातों का जिक्र किया। मोदी की बात सुनकर लगा कि जैसे वो समाज में हो रहे छोटे- छोटे डेवलपमेंट्स पर नजर रखते हैं। कहां क्या हो रहा है? लोगों का व्यवहार कैसा है? किस तरह की तस्वीरें आ रही हैं और किस-किस तरह की लापरवाही हो रही है, पीएम मोदी की नजर हर जगह रहती है।

ऐसे समय में जब देशभर में कोरोना वायरस का ग्राफ धीरे-धीरे नीचे आ रहा है, किसी भी तरह की लापरवाही की कोई गुंजाइश नहीं रहनी चाहिए। पिछले 24 घंटे में देशभर में कोरोना वायरस के 54,044 नए मामले सामने आने के साथ ही संक्रमितों की कुल संख्या 76,51,108 हो गई है। पिछले 24 घंटे में 717 लोगों की मौत होने के साथ ही देशभर में मृतकों का आंकड़ा बढ़कर 1,15,914 हो गया है। इंडियन काउंसिल ऑफ मेडिकल रिसर्च (ICMR) के मुताबिक पिछले 24 घंटे में एक्टिव मामलों में की संख्या में 8, 448 की कमी के साथ ही देश में कुल एक्टिव मामले अब 7,40,090 हैं। पिछले 24 घंटे में 61,775 मरीज डिस्चार्ज किए गए। इसके साथ ही कोरोना वायरस के संक्रमण से अबतक 67,95,103 लोग ठीक हो चुके हैं।

महाराष्ट्र में कोरोना को लेकर हालत अभी भी गंभीर है (कल 8,151 नए मामले आए), जबकि अन्य प्रभावित अन्य राज्यों में कर्नाटक (6,297 मामले), केरल, पश्चिम बंगाल, तमिलनाडु और आंध्र प्रदेश हैं।

त्यौहारों का मौसम और बिहार चुनाव को देखते हुए पीएम मोदी ने लोगों को एक सिंपल सा नारा दिया: ‘जब तक दवाई नहीं, तब तक ढिलाई नहीं’। मोदी ने कहा- ‘कोरोना का खतरा कम हुआ है, ये भी सही है कि कोरोना के मामले में भारत की स्थिति दुनिया के तमाम मुल्कों में सबसे बेहतर है। ये भी सही है कि भारत के पास संसाधन कम हैं, लेकिन भारत ने कोरोना का मुकाबला दुनिया के तमाम धनी देशों से बेहतर ढंग से किया है। अबतक, भारत में कोरोना से मृत्यु दर अन्य देशों के तुलना में सबसे कम है, भारत ने अपने मेडिकल इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर को बड़ा किया है। टेस्टिंग की क्षमता को बढ़ाया है। यह सकारात्मक उपलब्धियां हैं। ये भी सही है कि भारत कोरोना की वैक्सीन बनाने के बेहद करीब है। लेकन ये नहीं भूलना है कि वैक्सीन अभी बनी नहीं हैं, और कोरोना अभी गया नहीं है। इसलिए ये वक्त बहुत नाजुक है। थोड़ी सी लापरवाही बड़ी मुसीबत का सबब बन सकती है।

मंगलवार की रात मैंने आपको चेन्नई के सिल्क साड़ी शोरूम में सेल का दृश्य दिखाया जहां सस्ती साड़ी लेने के लिए लोग ऐसे टूट पड़े, जैसे कोरोना का डर कभी था ही नहीं। कोरोना को लेकर सारे नियम कायदे सेल की भेंट चढ़ गए। साड़ियां खरीदने के लिए जबरदस्त भीड़ लग गई। शोरूम में हजारों लोग साड़ी खरीदने के लिए जद्दोजहद करते नजर आए। पांव रखने तक की जगह नहीं थी। बहुत से लोगों ने तो मास्क भी नहीं लगाया था। बाद में जब इसका वीडियो सर्कुलेट हुआ,वायरल हुआ, तो चेन्नई म्युनिसिपल कॉर्पोरेशन एक्शन में आई। अफसरों ने कोरोना नियमों के उल्लंघन के आरोप में इस शो रूम को अब सील कर दिया है। इसी तरह की तस्वीरें, इसी तरह की लापरवाही, लोगों का इसी तरह का बर्ताव, चिंता पैदा करता है। कोरोना के खिलाफ पूरे देश की लड़ाई को कमजोर करता है। इसपर अंकुश लगाने की जरूरत है।

यहां मैं दो बातें कहना चाहता हूं। पहली बात ये कि मंदिर, मजिस्द, गुरूद्वारे या चर्च खुलें, इससे किसी को कोई एतराज नहीं है। आस्था का सम्मान जरूरी है। इस पर रोक लगनी भी नहीं चाहिए, लेकिन भगवान भी तो भक्तों को मुश्किल में नहीं डालना चाहते। और भक्तों का भला इसी में है कि दो गज की दूरी रखें, मास्क लगाएं। दशहरा, दीवाली, ईद अगले साल भी आएगी। इसलिए इस साल खुद को खतरे में डालना ठीक नहीं हैं।

दूसरी बात, जहां तक चुनावी रैलियों में उमड़ रही भीड़ का सवाल है तो चुनाव भी जरूरी है और चुनाव प्रचार पर भी रोक नहीं लगाई जा सकती। लेकिन जो तस्वीरें आ रहीं हैं, उसमें पब्लिक की नहीं, नेताओं की गलती दिख रही है। अगर नेता खुद नियमों का पालन नहीं करेंगे, जनता को नहीं समझाएंगे, खुद भीड़ जुटाएंगे तो कोरोना के लिए अकेले पब्लिक को दोषी कैसे ठहराया जा सकता है?

मुझे लगता है कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की अपील का असर जरूर होगा। लोग सार्वजनिक जगहों पर, मंदिर, मस्जिद, गुरुद्वारों में भीड़ नहीं लगाएंगे। नियमों का पालन करेंगे और कोरोना के खतरे को समझेंगे। ये मैं इसलिए कह रहा हूं क्योंकि पिछले सात महीनों में नरेन्द्र मोदी का देश के लोगों के नाम ये सातवां संबोधन था। हर बार पीएम मोदी ने जो कहा उसे देश के लोगों ने माना। इसीलिए कोरोना की लड़ाई में हमारी स्थिति दूसरों से बेहतर है। अब थोड़ी गड़बड़ी हो रही है। जब कोरोना का ग्राफ देश में नीचे जा रहा है तो हमें नियमों का पालन करने में किसी तरह की लापरवाही नहीं बरतनी चाहिए। इसलिए सही वक्त पर प्रधानमंत्री ने लोगों को खतरे से आगाह कर दिया और इसका असर भी जरूर होगा।

In an impassionate appeal to people with folded hands, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday asked people not to be careless during the festive season, wear masks in public places and practise social distancing. People must not rush to the conclusion that the battle against Covid has been won, he said, and become careless. He asked people to practise restraint till the time they get vaccinated.

In a 12-minute nationwide address, Modi cautioned that a second wave of Covid pandemic has already begun in several countries, and we should not be complacent. The Prime Minister did some plain speaking and said that “people are not being careful, which is not good…we must keep in mind that lockdown may have ended but the virus is still there. This is not the time to be careless or to believe that the pandemic has ended. If you become careless and start moving around without a mask, you will be putting yourself, your children and elder members of your family at risk.”

A day before the Prime Minister’s speech, I had shown in my prime time show ‘Aaj Ki Baat’, how huge crowds were thronging election rallies in Bihar and thousands of devotees are flocking to the famous temples of Uttar Pradesh during the ongoing Navratra festival. Most of the people were not wearing masks, and they were jampacked at rallies and in temples.

Clearly, people are taking Covid risks lightly. They are, in fact, inviting the Corona virus to attack. I had also cautioned in my show that such mistakes could cause a big surge in the number of Covid cases again. The Prime Minister, too, highlighted similar concerns in his nationwide address. After watching his speech, one can conclude that our PM is keeping a close watch on developments in society and his intervention was timely.

At the moment, the Covid graph is gradually on the decline in India, but that is no reason for being complacent. During the last 24 hours, 54,044 new cases were reported in India taking the total number to 76,51,108. There were 717 new deaths and the death toll has now reached 1,15,914. Total active cases are now 7,40,090 after a decrease of 8,448 in the last 24 hours, according to Indian Council of Medical Research. Total number of cured/migrated cases is now 67,95,103 with 61,775 patients discharged in the last 24 hours.

The situation is still grim in Maharashtra (8,151 new cases yesterday), while the other worst-hit states are Karnataka (6,297 cases), Kerala, West Bengal, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh.

With the festive season and Bihar elections on the threshold, Modi gave a simple slogan to the people: “Jab Tak Dawai Nahin, Tab Tak Dhilai Nahin” (No carelessness till you get the vaccine). He said, “even a small degree of carelessness will have adverse impacts. Let us stick to wearing masks, keeping distance and washing hands. So far, India has kept its Covid mortality rate low, medical infrastructure has been ramped up and testing capacity scaled up. These are positive achievements, which we must not fritter away through carelessness.”

On Tuesday night, I showed visuals of how crowds thronged a silk saree showroom in Chennai during a sale, throwing Covid norms to the winds. As the video became viral, the city municipal corporation officials came and sealed the showroom. This is an illustrative example of how people are still being careless about Covid. Thousands of devotees are still flocking to temples during Navratri and tens of thousands of people are thronging election rallies in Bihar. This needs to be curbed.

I want to make two points here.

First, visiting temples, churches, mosques and gurudwaras is a matter of faith. One should respect people’s faith, but even Almighty does not want devotees to risk their lives. Devotees must understand: Dussehra, Diwali, Eid will come next year too, and there is no need to put themselves at risk this year.

Second, as far as Bihar election rallies are concerned, I agree elections are essential in a democracy and campaigning cannot be prohibited. But the visuals that we are watching clearly point out the mistakes on part of the leaders, who themselves are not following Covid norms. How can they expect their supporters to follow norms, if they do not comply themselves? You cannot blame the public alone.

I think the Prime Minister’s appeal will have a good effect. Devotees will refrain from crowding places of worship and markets during the festive season. This was Modi’s seventh address to the nation in the last seven months, and every time his appeal was followed by people with sincerity. Now that the Covid graph appears to be on the decline, we must be resolute in following Covid norms scrupulously. I believe, the people of India will repose their trust in the Prime Minister by practising Covid norms till the time vaccines are available.

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने देशभर में कोरोना वायरस के रोजाना मामलों में आ रही गिरावट और 88 फीसदी की हाई रिकवरी रेट हासिल करने के बारे में सोमवार को देशवासियों को बताया। वहीं दूसरी ओर बिहार में नेताओं की चुनावी रैलियों में बड़ी तादाद में लोगों की भीड़ उमड़ रही है। यूपी के लखनऊ और मिर्जापुर के मंदिरों में भक्तों की बड़ी भीड़ देखने को मिल रही है। यह निश्चित रूप से आपदा को आमंत्रण देना है। अगर रैलियों और मंदिरों में इस तरह से भीड़-भाड़ का क्रम जारी रहा तो इन राज्यों को कोरोना वायरस के मामलों में बढ़ोतरी का सामना करने के लिए तैयार रहना चाहिए। नरेंद्र मोदी ने अपने भाषण में लॉकडाउन को समय रहते लागू करने, बाद में फेज वाइज अनलॉक और मास्क के उपयोग के लिए जनता को प्रोत्साहित करने के उपायों को महामारी से निपटने में भारत की सफलता का सूत्र बताया। लेकिन बिहार की स्थिति बहुत अलग है।

सोमवार की रात अपने प्राइम टाइम शो ‘आज की बात’ में हमने आरजेडी नेता तेजस्वी यादव और मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार की चुनावी रैलियों के दृश्य दिखाए, जहां अधिकतर लोगों ने मास्क नहीं पहना थे। यहां सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग (दो गज दूरी) की धज्जियां उड़ाई जा रही थीं, पूरा कार्यक्रम स्थल भीड़ से भरा था। बिहार में चुनाव को लेकर लोगों में जबरदस्त उत्साह हैं, लेकिन जोश में लोग होश खो रहे हैं। ये गलती भारी पड़ सकती है। ये खौफनाक भविष्य की आहट है। निश्चित रूप से आनेवाले हफ्तों में बिहार में कोरोना वायरस के मामले बहुत तेजी से बढ़ सकते हैं।

केंद्र सरकार की वैज्ञानिकों की एक कमिटी ने अपनी रिपोर्ट में कहा है कि बिहार में चुनाव के बाद कोरोना का विस्फोट हो सकता है। बिहार में स्थिति बहुत खराब हो सकती है। दरअसल, चुनाव आयोग ने बिहार में चुनाव के दौरान तमाम तरह के नियम कानून बनाए हैं। नामांकन में सिर्फ दो लोग जा सकते हैं, पदयात्रा में सिर्फ पांच लोग, रोड शो में पांच गाड़ियां, पांच-पांच गाड़ियों के बीच निश्चित दूरी का अंतर, रैली में सौ लोगों को शामिल होने की इजाजत, चुनाव प्रचार में शामिल हर व्यक्ति के लिए मास्क लगाना जरूरी है, सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का पालन करना और करवाना जरूरी है। लेकिन इनमें से कुछ नहीं हो रहा है।

अब जैसे-जैसे बिहार चुनाव के लिए वोटिंग की तारीख करीब आ रही है, चुनाव प्रचार ज्यादा तेज हो रहा है। सोमवार को ही मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार ने पांच जनसभाएं की, तेजस्वी यादव की सात रैलियां हुई। इन जनसभाओं को देखकर ऐसा बिल्कुल नहीं लगा कि कोरोना का खतरा है, या फिर कोरोना का किसी तरह का कोई खौफ है। एक भी ऐसी सभा नही दिखी जहां कोरोना वायरस को लेकर किसी तरह की सतर्कता बरती जा रही है। ऐसा लग रहा था कि कोरोना से पहलेवाले दिन वापस आ गए हैं। हैरानी की बात ये है कि न नेताओं को पब्लिक की चिंता है और न पब्लिक को अपनी फ्रिक है। सब वोट के चक्कर में फंसे हैं। हैरानी की बात ये है कि लोग नेता जी का हैलीकॉप्टर दिखाने के लिए छोटे-छोटे बच्चों को भी साथ लेकर रैली में आ रहे हैं। सभाओं में पहुंचनेवाले अधिकांश नेता और पब्लिक के चेहरे पर मास्क नहीं था। अपने भाषण में तेजस्वी यादव ने लोगों से एक बार भी यह नहीं पूछा कि वे मास्क क्यों नहीं पहन रहे हैं?

इंडिया टीवी संवाददाता ने जब लोगों से पूछा कि मास्क क्यों नहीं लगाया? दो गज की दूरी क्यों नहीं रखते? इसपर लोगों ने कहा कि बिहार में कोरोना नहीं है। कुछ लोगों ने कहा कि कोरोना कुछ नहीं है, सब झूठ फैलाया गया। कुछ लोगों ने कहा कि बिहार के लोग मेहनतकश हैं और मेहनत मजदूरी करने वालों को कोरोना का कोई खतरा नहीं है। उधर, मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार की रैली में भी हजारों लोग उनके हेलिकॉप्टर को देखने के लिए पहुंचे। नीतीश कुमार जहानाबाद की घोसी विधानसभा सीट पर जेडीयू उम्मीदवार के लिए वोट मांगने गए थे। जब हमारे संवाददाता ने लोगों से बात की और पूछा- कोरोना के संकट के वक्त खतरा मोल क्यों ले रहे हो, तो लोगों ने कहा कि कोरोना -वोरोना कुछ नहीं है, सब बेकार की बात है। कुछ लोगों ने कहा कि हम तो किसान हैं। इतना पसीना आता है कि कोरोना ध्वस्त हो जाता है। यहां पर ज्यादातर लोग ऐसे थे जिन्हें गलती का एहसास तो था, लेकिन गलती क्यों की? इस सवाल का कोई जबाव नहीं था।

उधर, बिहार के श्रम मंत्री विजय सिन्हा जब लखीसराय के गौरा गांव पहुंचे तो यहां सब नियम कायदे हवा हो गए। मंत्री जी गांव के लोगों के बीच गए, अपने काम गिनाने लगे और धीरे-धीरे भीड़ जमा हो गई। इंडिया टीवी संवाददाता ने जब पूछा कि कोरोना गाइडलाइंस फॉलो क्यों नहीं करते? तो मंत्री जी ने कहा कि बिहार में कोरोना का असर कम हो रहा है इसलिए लोग लापरवाही बरत रहे हैं।

बिहार के लोग राजनीतिक रूप से जागरूक हैं, वे चुनाव के लिए उत्साहित हैं और बढ़-चढ़कर हिस्सा ले रहे हैं। लेकिन जहां तक नियमों का सवाल है तो लोग नियमों का तभी पालन करते हैं, जब डर होता है। और मुश्किल ये है कि कोरोना के प्रति लोगों का डर खत्म हो गया है। लोग ये मानने लगे हैं कि कोरोना खत्म हो गया और कोरोना हो भी गया तो ठीक हो जाएंगे, कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ेगा। इसीलिए लोग इस पर ध्यान नहीं दे रहे हैं। लेकिन मैं आपको बता दूं कि ये सही है कि देश में कोरोना के मामलों की रफ्तार अब तेजी से कम हो रही है, लेकिन ये भी सही है कि सरकार ने साफ कहा है कि सर्दी के दौरान कोरोना का कहर बहुत से तेजी से बढ़ सकता है। वैज्ञानिक भी बिहार चुनाव के बाद कोरोना के बढ़ने की आशंका जता चुके हैं, और अगर दूसरों से सीखें तो अमेरिका के चुनाव इस बात का सबूत है। अमेरिका में नेताओं ने रैलियां की, सड़कों पर प्रचार के लिए उतरे और नतीजा ये हुआ कि अब अमेरिका मे कोरोना की दूसरी लहर आ गई है। वहां तेजी से मरीजों की तादाद बढ़ रही है। लेकिन मुश्किल ये है कि यहां लोग समझने को तैयार नहीं है।

कोरोना वायरस को लेकर इसी तरह की लापरवाही धार्मिक स्थलों पर भी देखने को मिल रही है। सरकार ने नियमों के तहत मंदिरों को खोल दिया लेकिन भक्तों के व्यवहार के कारण, भीड़ के कारण, कोरोना के खतरे के कारण मंदिरों को दोबारा बंद करना पड़ रहा है। कोरोना की वजह से बांके बिहारी मंदिर सात महीनों से बंद था। 17 अक्टूबर से मंदिर खोलने का फैसला हुआ। लेकिन पहले ही दिन दर्शन के लिए हजारों लोगों की भीड़ मंदिर के सामने पहुंच गई। इनमें क्या बच्चे, क्या बुजुर्ग और क्या महिलाएं, सब एक दूसरे के बिल्कुल पास खड़े नजर आए। इसके बाद प्रशासन ने तय किया कि एक दिन में दो सौ भक्तों को मंदिर में अंदर जाने की इजाजत होगी और किसी तरह का कोई भेदभाव न हो इसलिए ऑनलाइन बुकिंग का फैसला हुआ था। लेकिन एक साथ इतने भक्तों ने ऑनलाइन रजिस्ट्रेशन की कोशिश की, कि सिस्टम ही डाउन हो गया। इसके बाद हजारों भक्त बांके बिहारी के दर्शन करने पहुंच गए। भक्तों के सैलाब से गलियां पट गईं। पैर रखने की जगह नहीं थी। भक्तों की भीड़ देखकर प्रशासन के हाथ-पांव फूल गए और इसके बाद एक ही रास्ता बचा कि मंदिर के दरवाजे बंद कर दिए जाएं। और प्रशासन ने मंदिर को दोबारा बंद कर दिया।

लखनऊ में चंद्रिका देवी मंदिर में भी इसी तरह की भीड़ नजर आई। यहां एक दिन में सिर्फ 200 लोगों की एंट्री वाले नियम का पालन करवाना बहुत मुश्किल है क्योंकि नवरात्र के दौरान रोजाना हजारों श्रद्धालु मंदिर पहुंच रहे हैं। गाइडलाइंस के मुताबिक मंदिर में दर्शन के लिए फेस कवर या मास्क जरूरी है। एक-दूसरे से छह फीट की दूरी का पालन करना होगा। दस साल से कम उम्र के बच्चे और साठ साल के ज्यादा के बुजुर्ग मंदिर में दर्शन नहीं कर सकते। लेकिन ये सारे नियम भीड़ की भेंट चढ़ गए। यूपी के मिर्जापुर में प्रसिद्ध विंध्यवासिनी मंदिर में भी हालात ऐसे ही हैं। यहां पर भी नवरात्रि के चलते रोजाना हजारों श्रद्धालु पूजा करनेआते हैं।

चूंकि त्योहारों का मौसम है, नौ दिन की नवरात्रि का त्योहार चल रहा है, दशहरा है, फिर दीवाली होगी और फिर छठ पूजा। अगले डेढ़-दो महीने तक उत्सव का माहौल रहेगा। बाजारों और मंदिरों में भारी भीड़ रहेगी। इसके बाद सर्दी का मौसम आ जाएगा। वैज्ञानिकों और डॉक्टरों ने सरकार से पहले ही साफ-साफ कहा है कि सर्दी के दौरान कोरोना का खतरा बढ़ेगा। इसलिए जब तक दवाई नहीं है तब तक ढ़िलाई नहीं। अब सवाल ये है कि कोरोना की वैक्सीन (टीका) या कोरोना की दवा कब तक तैयार हो जाएगी तो इसके बारे में कोई निश्चित तौर पर नहीं कह सकता। हां, इतनी जानकारी जरूर है कि कोरोना की वैक्सीन पर काम फाइनल स्टेज में है। स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डॉक्टर हर्षवर्धन ने बताया है कि एक वैक्सीन का क्लीनिकल ट्रायल थर्ड फेज के एडवांस स्टेज में है जबकि दो वैक्सीन का क्लीनिकल ट्रायल सेकेन्ड फेज के एडवांस स्टेज में है। अब तक तो नतीजे अच्छे हैं और अगर सब ठीक रहा तो अगले तीन महीनों में वैक्सीन मार्केट में आ सकती है। लेकिन लोगों को कोरोना से सावधान रहने की जरूरत है। चुनाव प्रचार भी होगा, त्योहार भी मनाए जाएंगे लेकिन कोरोना ने पकड़ लिया तो कोई नहीं बचा पाएगा। इसलिए मास्क पहनिए और दो गज की दूरी बनाए रखिए। इसी में सब का भला है।
