Steps are being taken to bring about a complete transformational change in Sri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust. New trustees will be inducted and the trust deed will be amended to add provision for appointing a CEO.

The three-member committee headed by retired judge Pradeep Kohli will shortlist the names for the post of CEO. Responsibilities will be fixed for chairperson, general secretary, treasurer and all trustees in the new deed. It is being drafted by K. Parasaran, the noted Supreme Court advocate who fought the Ram Janmabhoomi case. He is himself the founder trustee.

Amendment of deed, appointment of a CEO and several other key issues will be discussed at the July 22 meeting of the trust. 200 kg of silver bricks donated by Vishwa Sindhi Seva Sangam to Champat Rai on January 26, 2021, have now been accounted for. Raju Manwani, the international president of the Samaj had expressed apprehension about the bricks.

Trust treasurer has told Manwani that 200 silver bricks of 1 kg each have been melted by Minting Corporation of India in Hyderabad into bricks of 20 kg each. These have been deposited in the SBI locker in Ayodhya. The management of Ram Mandir now appears to be on track. Donation money will be deposited on rotational basis in public sector banks instead of the local SBI branch only.

A new CEO will take over, strict vigilance will be maintained and donation money stolen are being seized from the pilferers. Their ill-gotten properties will also be confiscated. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is raising the Ram Mandir issue in each of his rallies. He wants to prevent the opposition from making it an election issue next year.

Is Mayawati losing her ground?

Bahujan Samaj Party supremo Mayawati came out with a statement after a long gap. In her statement she said, some Dalit leaders are shedding crocodile tears in order to garner votes but they are actually enemies of Dalits. She was indirectly referring to Bhim Army chief Chandrashekhar Azad, the MP from Nagina, UP.

Mayawati said, these leaders do not do anything worthwhile for the Dalits and vanish after embroiling poor Dalits in legal cases. The issue relates to the murder of Dalit girl Lalita Gautam. Meerut SSP had ordered action against Bhim Army supporters who were staging a protest.

On Friday, Azad went to Meerut to meet the victim’s family. He was prevented from entering the city by police, but after two hours, he was allowed to meet the family members. Chandrashekhar Azad said, if Mayawati had an iota of sympathy for Dalits, she should have gone to Meerut to meet the victim’s family instead of issuing a statement from her home. The murder of Lalita Gauram deserves to be condemned.

Naturally, political leaders are out doing politics over this issue. Mayawati feels she is losing her grip over Dalit voters. She criticized Chandrashekhar Azad, but her problem is that she is rarely seen among the public and is content issuing written statements only. Instead of staging protests, Mayawati is telling Dalits not to come out on the streets and take law into their hands. Other Dalit leaders are trying to take advantage of this situation, but Mayawati is unwilling to change.

Will Sharad Pawar join NDA?

A five-minute meeting between Sharad Pawar and Maharashtra Deputy CM Eknath Shinde in his Mantralaya chamber sparked speculations in state politics about Pawar’s next move. Shiv Sena and Congress leaders who are in alliance with Sharad Pawar’s NCP are tense. There are speculations that Pawar may cross over to NDA. BJP leaders described Sharad Pawar as the tallest, seniormost and most venerated leader of Maharashtra. They said, if Pawar decides to join NDA, he is welcome.

Eknath Shinde’s Shiv Sena said, Sharad Pawar knows the pulse of the people and if he joins Mahayuti alliance , there is nothing to be surprised about. Uddhav Thakeray’s Shiv Sena is up in arms. Party leader Sanjay Raut said, “Pawar could have met Shinde anywhere else. There was no need to meet him in his official chamber. By doing so, Sharad Pawar is losing his credibility”, he said.

Eknath Shinde said, if anybody visits your home or office, he should be welcomed. “This is part of Maharashtrian culture. Since a senior leader like Sharad Pawar had come to meet him, he did what was necessary”, he added. Sharad Pawar has friends in every political party. He has relationships in most places. It should not be made an issue as to where he goes and whom he meets. But Uddhav Sena has problems when Eknath Shinde’s name crops up.

Uddhav’s leaders did not even think that Sharad Pawar is the seniormost and most experienced political leader of Maharashtra. His administrative capability and his grip on politics are unmatched. I knew how once Pawar Saheb lost the race to become the Prime Minister. The chair was ready for him, but he missed. This is the first time I am being told that Pawar missed becoming the Rashtrapati.

Should food adulterators be hanged?

This news should make everyone sit up and read. Normally, customers in India munch green fennel seeds (saunf) after having their meals in dhabas and restaurants. The ‘saunf’ that you eat may be harmful and adulterated. Nearly 26,000 kilograms of adulterated ‘saunf’ was seized from Unjha in Gujarat’s Mehsana district from a factory. The ‘saunf’ looked fresh and green, but they were actually painted with harmful green colour.

During a raid conducted by food safety department at the factory, it was found that this adulterated ‘saunf’ was being sent for sale throughout the country. Even the bags in which they were stuffed appeared green in colour. The fennel seeds had developed molds and were infested with worms. The factory owner was using green colour used for clothes to give the fennel seeds a fresh look.

A few days ago, food safety department raided more than 100 hotels and restaurants. Not one of them was found to be using ‘paneer’ made from milk. We often read reports about vegetables being coloured and sold in markets. This is a case for worry. There are many countries in the world which give capital punishment to food adulterators. The same law must be applied in India.

चढ़ावे में चोरी पकड़े जाने के बाद अब राम मंदिर के प्रबंधन में आमूल परिवर्तन करने की तैयारी है. ट्रस्ट में नए सदस्य आएंगे. ट्रस्ट की डीड में बदलाव होगा क्योंकि वर्तमान bye-laws में किसी सीईओ की नियुक्ति का कोई प्रावधान नहीं है.

ट्रस्ट डीड में बदलाव करके CEO की नियुक्ति का प्रावधान जोड़ा जाएगा. ट्रस्ट के अध्यक्ष, महासचिव और कोषाध्यक्ष के साथ साथ बाकी सदस्यों की जिम्मेदारियां भी तय की जाएंगी. चोरी के खुलासे के बाद स्टेट बैंक ऑफ इंडिया की लापरवाही भी सामने आई है. अब SBI के अलावा दूसरे बैंकों में भी चढ़ावे की रकम को रोटेशन के हिसाब से जमा करने की व्यवस्था की जाएगी.

राम मंदिर के लिए सुप्रीम कोर्ट में लड़ने वाले वकील के. पारासरन राम मंदिर ट्रस्ट के फाउंडिंग ट्रस्टी हैं. ट्रस्ट के नियमों में बदलाव की जिम्मेदारी के. पारासरन को सौंपी गई है. पारासरन अपने सुझाव 22 जुलाई को होने वाली ट्रस्ट की मीटिंग में रखेंगे. उसी मीटिंग में तीन सदस्यों की कमेटी मंदिर के CEO के लिए तीन नामों का सुझाव देगी. CEO के नाम का फैसला इसी बैठक में होगा. राम मंदिर ट्रस्ट ने सिंधी समाज को चांदी की 200 ईंटों का रिकॉर्ड सबूतों के साथ भेज दिया है.

विश्व सिंधी सेवा संगम के अन्तरराष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष राजू मनवानी ने 200 किलो चांदी की ईंटें 26 जनवरी 2021 को चंपत राय को सौंपी थीं लेकिन चढ़ावे में चोरी की खबरों के बाद राजू मनवानी ने चांदी की ईंटों को लेकर भी आशंकाएं जताई थीं. शुक्रवार को ट्रस्ट के कोषाध्यक्ष गोविन्द देव गिरि ने सिंधी सेवा संगम को चांदी की इन ईंटों के बारे में पूरी जानकारी दी. गोविन्द देव गिरि ने बताया कि चांदी की सारी ईंटें सुरक्षित हैं, चढ़ावे के रजिस्टर में एंट्री है, एक-एक किलो चांदी की दो सौ ईंटों को अगस्त 2024 में मिंट कॉरपोरेशन की हैदराबाद ब्रांच को भेजा गया था. वहां पर इन्हें गला कर 20-20 किलो की चांदी की ईंटों में ढाला गया और अब ये अयोध्या में स्टेट बैंक की शाखा के लॉकर में सुरक्षित रखी हैं.

राजू मनवानी ने राम मंदिर ट्रस्ट का आभार व्यक्त किया. राम मंदिर में अब CEO आ जाएगा, बैंक बदल जाएगा, विजिलेंस की व्यवस्था बढ़ा दी जाएगी, लूटने वालों से कैश की बरामदगी हो गई, चोरी के पैसे से खरीदी गई संपत्ति जब्त कर ली जाएगी, सोने की रामचरितमानस मिल गई, चांदी की सारी ईंटें सुरक्षित हैं. प्रभु राम के मंदिर में व्यवस्था पटरी पर आने लगी है. योगी आदित्यनाथ का प्रयास है कि अगले साल विधानसभा चुनाव में उनके विरोधी राम मंदिर में चोरी के मुद्दे का इस्तेमाल न कर पाएं.

क्या दलित वोटर्स मायावती से दूर हो रहे हैं?

लम्बे वक्त के बाद बहुजन समाज पार्टी की सुप्रीमो मायावती सामने आईं. मायावती ने चन्द्रशेखर आजाद जैसे नेताओं को दलितों का दुश्मन बताया, कहा कि वोटों के चक्कर में कुछ लोग घड़ियाली आंसू बहाने दलितों के बीच पहुंच जाते हैं, उनके लिए करते तो कुछ नहीं, उल्टे गरीबों को कानूनी पचड़ों में फंसा कर गायब हो जाते हैं. मुद्दा था, मेरठ में दलित छात्रा ललिता गौतम की हत्या का. मेरठ के SSP ने भीम आर्मी के प्रदर्शनकारियों की पिटाई कर दी, उन्हें थप्पड़ मारे.

शुक्रवार को चन्द्रशेखर आजाद रावण दलित लड़की के परिवार से मिलने निकले, लेकिन पुलिस ने उन्हें रोक दिया. दो घंटे बाद पुलिस ने उन्हें मेरठ में घुसने की इजाजत दी. चन्द्रशेखर ने मायावती को जवाब दिया. कहा, अगर मायावती को दलितों के दर्द का वाकई एहसास होता तो घर में बैठकर बयान न देतीं, मेरठ में पीड़ित परिवार से मिलतीं. मेरठ में यूपी की बेटी की हत्या दुखद और निंदनीय है. इस पर सियासत होना स्वाभाविक है.

मायावती को लगता है कि दलित वोट उनके हाथ से खिसकने लगा है. उन्होंने इस मुद्दे को लेकर चंद्रशेखर आजाद पर वार किया, पर मायावती की समस्या ये है कि वो सिर्फ लिखा हुआ बयान पढ़कर काम चलाना चाहती हैं. अब वो पब्लिक के बीच दिखाई नहीं देतीं और लोगों को भी सड़कों पर प्रदर्शन करने के लिए मना कर रही हैं. उनकी इस कमी का फायदा दूसरे दलित नेता उठा रहे हैं लेकिन मायावती बदलने को तैयार नहीं हैं.

क्या शरद पवार NDA में जाएंगे?

महाराष्ट्र में इस वक्त उद्धव ठाकरे की शिवसेना और कांग्रेस के नेता जबरदस्त टेंशन में हैं क्योंकि चर्चा है कि शरद पवार NDA के साथ जा सकते हैं. गुरुवार को शरद पवार की डिप्टी सीएम एकनाथ शिंदे से मुलाकात हो गई, पांच मिनट अकेले में बात हुई. इसके बाद महाराष्ट्र की राजनीति में भूचाल आ गया.

बीजेपी के नेताओं ने कहना शुरू कर दिया कि शरद पवार महाराष्ट्र के सबसे बड़े, सबसे सीनियर और सबसे सम्माननीय नेता हैं, अगर वो साथ आएंगे तो उनका स्वागत होगा. एकनाथ शिंदे की शिवसेना ने भी कहा कि शरद पवार वक्त की नब्ज़ पहचानते हैं, अगर वो महायुति में आते हैं तो इसमें आश्चर्य की क्या बात है. उद्धव ठाकरे की शिव सेना भड़क गई. संजय राउत ने कहा कि शरद पवार कहीं भी मीटिंग कर सकते थे, मंत्रालय में एकनाथ शिंदे के केबिन में जाने की क्या ज़रूरत थी. इस तरह की हरकतों से शरद पवार की विश्वसनीयता खत्म होती है.

संजय राउत ने कहा, अगर शरद पवार को गद्दारों के साथ बैठना है तो उन्हें अपने साथ हुए धोखे पर बात नहीं करनी चाहिए. एकनाथ शिंदे ने कहा, अगर कोई आपके घर आए तो उसका सम्मान करना महाराष्ट्र की संस्कृति और परंपरा है, सीनियर लीडर शरद पवार आए तो उन्होंने वही किया जो उन्हें करना चाहिए था. आदित्य ठाकरे ने कहा कि राज्यसभा चुनाव में उनकी पार्टी ने अपनी सीट शरद पवार के सम्मान में छोड़ दी थी, इसके बाद भी शरद पवार अगर एकनाथ शिंदे के साथ बैठेंगे तो दुख होना स्वाभाविक है.

शरद पवार के हर पार्टी में दोस्त हैं, सब जगह उनके रिश्ते हैं, इसीलिए वो कहां बैठे, किसके साथ बैठे, ये मुद्दा नहीं होना चाहिए. लेकिन उद्धव सेना को तो शिंदे का नाम सुनते ही मिर्ची लग जाती है. उन्होंने ये भी नहीं सोचा कि शरद पवार वाकई में महाराष्ट्र के सबसे सीनियर और सबसे अनुभवी नेता हैं. उनकी प्रशासनिक क्षमता और राजनीति पर पकड़ दोनों कमाल की हैं. मुझे ये तो मालूम था कि पवार साहब कैसे प्रधानमंत्री बनते-बनते रह गए. कुर्सी सामने थी और वह चूक गए लेकिन ये आज पहली बार सुना कि वो राष्ट्रपति बनते बनते भी रह गए.

क्या मिलावट करने वालों को फांसी दी जानी चाहिए?

एक खबर आपको सावधान करने वाली. ढाबों और रेस्तरां में खाने के बाद आप जो सौंफ खाते हैं, वो मिलावटी और ज़हरीली हो सकती है. गुजरात के मेहसाणा में 26 हजार किलो जहरीली सौंफ ज़ब्त हुई. ये सौंफ देखने में हरी दिखती है लेकिन हकीकत में इसे जहरीले रंगों से रंगा गया था.

मेहसाणा के ऊंझा इलाके की इस फैक्ट्री में सौंफ की सफाई होती थी, पैक करके पूरे देश में सप्लाई होती थी. अफसरों ने देखा कि बोरों में भरी सौंफ सड़ी हुई थी, उनमें फफूंद लग चुके थे, कीड़े पड़ चुके थे. जिन बोरों में सौंफ भरी गई थी, उन बोरों का रंग भी हरा हो गया था. कमरे की दीवारें हरे रंग में रंगी थीं. जांच हुई तो पता लगा कि फैक्ट्री मालिक सड़ी हुई घटिया सौफ खऱीद कर उसे कपड़ों को रंगने वाले हरे रंग से रंग देता था.

कुछ दिन पहले अहमदाबाद के सौ से ज्यादा होटल्स और रेस्तरां पर रेड की गई. इन होटल्स में परोसे जाने वाले पनीर की जांच की गई…तो पता लगा कि किसी भी होटल में मिल्क पनीर का इस्तेमाल नहीं हो रहा था. सब्जियों को रंग कर बेचने की खबर अक्सर आती हैं. ये चिंता की बात है. दुनिया के कई देशों में इस तरह की हरकतें करने वालों के लिए मौत की सजा का प्रावधान है. इसी तरह का कानून हमारे देश में भी होना चाहिए.

Gangsters sitting inside Indian jails have been ordering targeted killings, making extortions across continents and carrying on with drug smuggling with impunity. This has been revealed in three chargesheets filed by US Department of Justice for the FBI in American courts. The chargesheets are the results of three-year-long painstaking efforts made by FBI undercover agents and informants into the shady world of Lawrence Bishnoi, Goldy Brar, Jaggu Bhagwanpuria and several other Indian gangs.

They make interesting reading and are enough to secure sentences from American courts. FBI has filed three chargesheets against the gangs led by Lawrence Bishnoi, Jaggu Bhagwanpuria and Ravinder Singh Dhandha in a court in California. FBI has also made a Punjab Police inspector as one of the accused. It has sought his extradition. The inspector has since been sent to police lines in Punjab. The chargesheets reveal how FBI undercover agents played out a double-cross plot with Bishnoi gang, similar to that in the Bollywood film ‘Khosla Ka Ghosla’.

The agents secured entry into the gangs, won the trusts of dons and collected valuable evidence about crimes that were committed. In short, FBI double-crossed the gang leaders who were trying to be too clever by half. The question now is: What will happen to Lawrence Bishnoi now in Sabarmati jail in Gujarat? His gang members are also in several Indian jails.

What will happen when extradition will be demanded consequent to the FBI chargesheets? If they are extradited to the US, their ill-gotten properties will be seized and the dons will forget how to make extortions while staying inside US prisons.

Khamenei buried : Can US get out of Iran quagmire?

Iran’s former supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was laid to rest at the Imam Reza Shrine in his hometown of Mashhad. The burial in the shrine concluded a week-long nationwide funeral. Ayatollah Khamenei, his daughter-in-law and grandchildren were killed more than four months ago in a U.S. and Israeli airstrike that spared the US-Iran conflict.

Khamenei’s son Mojtaba did not attend the funeral as he is still recovering from serious injuries. Mojtaba, the new supreme leader, is yet to appear in public, where slogans were raised demanding revenge against US President Donald Trump. Millions of people attended the funeral, with Iranian authorities claiming that more than 2.37 crore people attended the five-day-long funeral ceremony.

Before the February 28 air strike on Iran, a large section of people in the country was noticeably unhappy with the present regime. There were many anti-government protests in Teheran and other cities. US strategists assumed, people in general would be happy if Khamenei is killed, but after the airstrike in which the Ayatollah and his family members were assassinated, the attack has united the Iranian people against America. It has been more than four months that Khamenei was assassinated.

US warplanes have caused widespread damage in many cities of Iran, but the appearance of millions of Iranians in the funeral clearly shows, people still revere their Supreme Leader. Experts are now saying that a living Khamenei was a better option for the US, which could not brought about regime change even after spending billions of dollars on the conflict. In Hindi there is a saying, “Maya Mili Na Ram” (meaning, falling between two stools). American interest has now narrowed to ensuring the reopening of Strait of Hormuz.

Iran knows this is the jugular vein of the US interests in Middle East countries. American strategists have realized that attacking Iran with naval fleets, warships and bomber planes, without any clearcut plan and preparations, was a mistake. Since America is the superpower, it does not want the world to see that it has bowed before Iran. The ceasefire deal was signed as a temporary way out. But it now seems Iran has frustrated the US by backing out of the deal. The outcome in the near future can be anything.

Ayodhya : Finish probe soon, put new system in place

Sri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust treasurer Swami Govind Dev Giri has said the counting system has been thoroughly overhauled and all loopholes in the temple management have been rectified. Govind Dev Giri said, he wanted to assure millions of devotees of Lord Ram that the mistakes that were committed would not be repeated. Powers of issuing VVIP passes that were hitherto given to Champat Rai, Anil Mishra and Gopal Rao have been withdrawn.

Their official temple mail IDs have been blocked. The new working general secretary Krishna Mohan will be the sole authority to allow expenditure on the temple. All cheques will be jointly signed by Krishna Mohan and chartered accountant Chandan Roy. All the counting staff have been replaced. Police and SIT investigation into donation embezzlement is continuing at a fast pace.

More cash has been recovered from three accused Lavkush Mishra, Anukalp Mishra and Karunesh Pandey. There has been a noticeable decline in donations by devotees at the Ram temple in recent weeks. The Trust is yet to regain the confidence of millions of devotees. In order to regain this trust, two measures are essential. One, probe into embezzlement must end soon, and Two, a new system must be put in place at the earliest. There must be no delay.

हमारे देश की जेलों में बैठकर गैंगस्टर्स कैसे दूसरे देशों में सुपारी लेकर कत्ल करवाते हैं, हत्या की धमकियां देकर रंगदारी वसूलते हैं, ड्रग्स का कारोबार करते हैं, इसकी विस्तृत जानकारी अमेरिकी जांच एजेंसी FBI की चार्जशीट में मिलती है.

तीन साल की तहकीकात के बाद लॉरेंस बिश्नोई, गोल्डी बराड़, जग्गू भगवानपुरिया जैसे गिरोहों के अपराध को लेकर चार्जशीट में जो सबूत पेश किए गए हैं, वो चौंकाने वाले हैं और उन्हें सजा दिलाने के लिए काफी हैं. FBI चार्जशीट में एक-एक बात का सबूत है. FBI, लॉस एंजिलिस पुलिस और कनाडा की पुलिस ने अपने अंडरकवर एजेंट्स के जरिए लॉरेंस बिश्नोई और उसके गैंग के जुर्म के सबूत इकट्ठे किए, हत्या, ड्रग्स, अपहरण, वसूली जैसे जघन्य अपराधों के बारे में सबूत हासिल किए.

FBI ने कैलिफ़ोर्निया की अदालत में लॉरेंस बिश्नोई, जग्गू भगवानपुरिया और रविंदर सिंह ढांढा गिरोहों के ख़िलाफ़ तीन चार्जशीट्स फाइल की हैं. इनमें बताया गया कि कैसे FBI के एजेंट्स ने इन गैंग्स में एंट्री ली, मुजरिमों का भरोसा जीता, उनके साथ मिलकर काम किया और तीन साल में इनके खिलाफ सबूत जुटाए. FBI ने इस मामले में पंजाब पुलिस के एक इंस्पेक्टर को भी आरोपी बनाया है. इस इंस्पेक्टर को अब लाइन हाजिर कर दिया गया है.

सभी चार्जशीट्स पढ़ कर ऐसा लगता है, मानो FBI ने लॉरेंस बिश्नोई के साथ ‘खोसला का घोसला’ कर दिया. उसके गैंग्स में अपने एजेंट घुसाए, विश्वास जीता और पक्के सबूत हासिल किए. जो अपने आप को बड़ा oversmart समझता था, उसको double cross कर दिया. सवाल ये है कि लॉरेंस बिश्नोई का अब क्या होगा ? उसके gangs के जो अपराधी भारत की जेलों में बंद हैं, अमेरिका की अदालत में file की गई चार्जशीट से उनका क्या बिगड़ेगा ?

दरअसल अमेरिका की जांच एजेंसियां अब लॉरेंस बिश्नोई और उसके नेटवर्क के सदस्यों को extradite करने की मांग करेगी. इस गैंग से जुड़े एक-एक अपराधी की सारी प्रॉपर्टी जब्त कर ली जाएगी. FBI का कहना है कि एक बार ये गैंगस्टर्स अमेरिका की जेल में पहुंच गए, तो फिर जेल में रहकर रंगदारी वसूलना भूल जाएंगे.

अमेरिका ईरान के दलदल से कैसे निकलेगा?

ईरान के सुप्रीम लीडर आयतुल्लाह सैयद अली ख़ामेनेई को उनके पुश्तैनी शहर मशहद में सुपुर्द-ए-ख़ाक किया गया. उन्हें इमाम रज़ा के मकबरे के पास दफ़नाया गया. जनाज़े में लाखों लोग शामिल हुए. मशहद की सड़कों पर पैर रखने की जगह नहीं थी. ख़ामेनेई 28 फ़रवरी को इज़राइली हमले में मारे गए थे. ईरान की सरकार ने दावा किया कि पिछले पांच दिनों में ख़ामेनेई के जनाज़े में दो करोड़ 37 लाख से ज़्यादा लोगों ने हिस्सा लिया.

ख़ामेनेई को दफ़्न करने से पहले ईरान ने पहली बार उनके उस घर की फुटेज रिलीज़ की है जहां पर 28 फ़रवरी को हुए हमले में ख़ामेनेई मारे गए थे. इस हमले में ख़ामेनेई के अलावा उनके बेटे मुज्तबा की बीवी और पोतों की मौत हो गई थी. इस हमले में मौजूदा सुप्रीम लीडर मुज्तबा ख़ामेनेई गंभीर रूप से ज़ख़्मी हो गए थे और वो आज तक दुनिया के सामने नहीं आए हैं. खामेनेई की मौत से पहले फरवरी तक ये लगता था कि ईरान में पब्लिक का एक बड़ा वर्ग हुकूमत से नाराज़ है.

तेहरान और कई शहरों में प्रदर्शन भी हुए थे. अमेरिका को लगा था कि खामेनेई को खत्म करने से ईरान के लोग खुश होंगे लेकिन जिस तरह से खामेनेई और उनके परिवार का खात्मा किया गया, उसने ईरान की अवाम को अमेरिका के खिलाफ एकजुट कर दिया. खामेनेई की मौत को हुए चार महीने से ज्यादा हो गए हैं. इस दौरान अमेरिका की बमबारी ने ईरान को तबाह करके रख दिया लेकिन खामेनेई के जनाज़े में लोगों की भारी भीड़ ने साबित कर दिया कि लोग अपने रहबर को भूले नहीं हैं. अब एक्सपर्ट्स कह रहे हैं कि जिंदा खामेनेई अमेरिका के लिए फायदे का सौदा था. उन्हें मारकर भी अमेरिका ईरान पर कब्जा नहीं कर सका.

जंग पर अमेरिका ने अरबों डॉलर खर्च किए, सो अलग. हमारे यहां इसे कहते हैं, “माया मिली न राम.” ईरान से अमेरिका की तकरार अब स्ट्रेट ऑफ होरमूज़ को लेकर है. ईरान भी जानता है कि यही अमेरिका की कमजोर नस है. अमेरिका को इस बात का एहसास तो है कि ईरान पर बिना पूरी तैयारी के, बिना पूरी इंटेलीजेंस के, हमला करना गलती थी लेकिन आखिरकार अमेरिका सुपरपावर है, वह ईरान से हार स्वीकार नहीं कर सकता, इसीलिए ceasefire और deal का रास्ता निकाला गया है. लेकिन अब ऐसा लगता है कि ईरान ने बार-बार पीछे हटकर ट्रंप को काफी परेशान कर दिया है और इसका नतीजा कुछ भी हो सकता है.

अयोध्या : जांच जल्द पूरी हो, नई व्यवस्था लागू हो

राम मंदिर ट्रस्ट के कोषाध्यक्ष गोविन्द देव गिरि ने कहा है कि उन्होंने चढ़ावे की गिनती की सारी व्यवस्था अब दुरुस्त कर ली गई है और मंदिर की व्यवस्था में जो कमियां थीं, उन्हें दूर कर दिया गया है. अब किसी तरह की गड़बड़ी की कोई संभावना नहीं है. गोविन्द देव गिरि ने कहा कि वो करोड़ों रामभक्तों को विश्वास दिलाना चाहते हैं कि जो गलती हुई वो भविष्य में दोबारा कभी नहीं होगी. चंपत राय, अनिल मिश्रा और गोपाल राव को VVIP पास बनाने के जो अधिकार दिये गये थे, उन्हें वापस ले लिये गये हैं.

इन लोगों की Mail IDs को बंद कर दिया गया है. अब ट्रस्ट के कामों के लिए खर्चे की अनुमति ट्रस्ट के नए कार्यकारी महासचिव कृष्ण मोहन देंगे. बैंक से पैसा निकालने के लिए कृष्ण मोहन और चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट चंदन रॉय के काउंटर साइन ज़रूरी होंगे.

चढ़ावे की गिनती में लगा पूरा स्टाफ बदल दिया गया है. चढ़ावा चोरी केस की जांच भी तेज़ी से आगे बढ़ रही है. आरोपी लवकुश मिश्रा, अनुकल्प मिश्रा और करुणेश पांडेय के कब्जे से कुछ और रकम बरामद की गई है. प्रभु राम के प्रति भक्तों में कितनी अटूट श्रद्धा है, वहां आने वालों की संख्या में कमी न आना इसका प्रमाण है.

दान की राशि में कमी आई है. ये मंदिर में व्यवस्था के प्रति भक्तों का अविश्वास है. अगर इस विश्वास को लौटाना है, आहत भावनाओं पर मरहम लगाना है, तो दो काम जरूरी हैं. एक, राम मंदिर के दानपात्रों में चोरी की जो जांच चल रही है, उसे जल्द से जल्द पूरी की जाय, दूसरा, मंदिर में जो नई व्यवस्था बनाई जानी है, उसमें देर नहीं होनी चाहिए.

The prime accused in Bengal’s Baruipur rape-murder case Prabhas Mondal was shot dead in a police encounter during crime scene reconstruction. Mondal along with his friends had raped and killed a 12 year old girl and threw her body in a pond. Mondal was shot by police near the same pond during crime scene reconstruction, when he tried to snatch a policeman’s rifle.

Bengal Police has arrested the fourth accused in this case Kabir Mollah. Already, there have been state-wide protests against this heinous gangrape and murder case. There was so much public outrage that when news came about the death of Mondal in the encounter, his mother refused to take his body saying he has shamed the family. Surprisingly, Trinamool Congress leaders criticized the police encounter saying that this seems to be the beginning of a new type of “goonda raj”.

TMC MP Mohua Moitra alleged “this is jungle law” on social media. She wrote, “Bengalis, please welcome new Bengal – Uttar Pradesh 2.0″ In the evening when TMC supremo Mamata Banerjee brought out a protest march in Kolkata, people threw eggs amidst shouts of ‘chor, chor (thief)’. By raising questions about this encounter, Trinamool Congress leaders have invited trouble.

BJP leaders are now listing out cases of rape and murders during Mamata Banerjee’s rule, when rapists were shielded by police and in the R. G. Kar Hospital rape-murder case, all evidence of the heinous act were washed away, a few hours after the act. During Mamata Banerjee’s rule, policemen were either shielding criminals or were hiding on seeing criminals.

Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari has now given police a free hand. Bengal police has started action. Clearly, Adhikari is following Yogi Adityanath’s model. No state can progress unless criminals fear police. No investor will go to a state where crime and extortion are rampant. In Bengal, there was “goonda raj” during Mamata Banerjee’s rule, its roots were quite deep, killers and rapists were getting police protection. There is clear change in the situation now. Naturally, Mamata will not like this.

FBI action : Curb gangster networks in Indian jails

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has launched a sweeping crackdown named ‘Operation Hard Ball’ against jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi and his close aid Satinderjit Singh alias Goldy Brar. This follows a years-long investigation targeting criminal syndicates involved in murder, extortion, drug trafficking and other organised crime activities in USA, Canada and Europe.

24 criminals have been arrested in USA, Canada and Europe. US Department of Justice (DOJ) said, searches were carried out in more than 50 locations and suspects were nabbed from California, Indiana, Georgia, Canada and Spain. The DOJ said, 37 accused have been charged across three separate federal indictments involving three organised crime groups with links to India. Of them, 24 have been arrested, while 10 remain fugitives. One of the three federal indictments focuses on gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, presently inside an Indian jail, whom US prosecutors allege, directed a global criminal enterprise from a prison in India.

According to court documents, Bishnoi and Brar ordered the assassination of Sikh extremist Hardeep Singh Nijjar in Canada, in 2023. US prosecutors also named Bishnoi’s key associates Goldy Brar and Rohit Godara. They said, while Brar looked after North America operations, Godara oversaw operations in Europe. FBI has declared a $50,000 bounty for the arrest of Goldy Brar. Another gang led by Jaggu Bhagwanpuria was described by prosecutors as one which was active in US, Canda, UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. The FBI probe also found collusion between some Punjab Police officers with the gangs. FBI has made Gurinderjit Singh Nagra, SHO of Tanda police station in Hoshiarpur, as accused and his extradition has been sought.

FBI alleged Nagra had connections with Bhagwanpuria gang and had extorted $4 lakh from a family in the US by sending threats from Bhagwanpuria gang. After the exposure by FBI, Punjab Police has sent SHO Nagra to police lines and has asked DIG Jalandhar to probe the charges. It is no more a secret that Lawrence Bishnoi used to run a criminal network from inside an Indian jail. His gang members were active in extorting money from victims. The latest development is that FBI has collected evidence about the hands of Lawrence Bishnoi and Goldy Brar gangs in murders and extortions.

FBI now says, if all these gangsters are extradited to the US, they will not be able to extort or kill. This comment raises questions about Indian jails. Criminals who are behind bars in India have given interviews and have even posted threatening videos on social media. They have been extorting money too. How can it be possible? How do they get access to phones and internet inside jails? We, in India, must have a system so that a criminal sitting inside jail cannot communicate with the outside world.

बंगाल पुलिस ने उस हैवान को एनकाउंटर में मार गिराया, जिसने अपने दोस्तों के साथ मिल कर 12 साल की लड़की के साथ गैंगरेप किया, उसकी हत्या की और लाश को तालाब में फेंक दिया था. जिस जगह मासूम बच्ची की लाश मिली थी, उसी जगह बच्ची का हत्यारा एनकाउंटर में मारा गया. बंगाल पुलिस ने इस केस के चौथे आरोपी कबीर मोल्लाह को भी गिरफ्तार कर लिया.

बच्ची के साथ हुई दरिंदगी के बाद पूरे बंगाल में प्रोटेस्ट हो रहे थे, लोगों में जबरदस्त नाराजगी थी, ये घटना इतनी वीभत्स थी कि जब हत्यारा प्रभास मंडल मारा गया तो उसकी मां ने अपने बेटे की लाश को लेने से इनकार कर दिया. प्रभास मंडल की मां ने कह दिया कि उसके बेटे ने परिवार का सिर शर्म से झुका दिया. लेकिन हैरानी की बात है कि तृणमूल कांग्रेस के नेताओं ने प्रभास मंडल के एनकाउंटर को “जंगलराज” का सबूत बता दिया. महुआ मोइत्रा ने कहा कि बीजेपी बंगाल में योगी मॉडल लागू कर रही है और बंगाल के लोग इसे बर्दाश्त नहीं करेंगे. शाम को जब ममता बनर्जी ने प्रोटेस्ट मार्च निकाला तो पब्लिक ने जुलूस पर अंडे फेंके, ‘चोर चोर’ के नारे लगाए.

एक मासूम बच्ची की जघन्य हत्या और रेप करने वाले के एनकाउंटर से पब्लिक को शिकायत नहीं है. कुछ लोग इसे कानून सम्मत नहीं मानेंगे, पर तृणमूल कांग्रेस के नेताओं ने एनकाउंटर पर सवाल उठा कर अपने लिए मुसीबत मोल ले ली है. अब बीजेपी के नेता गिना रहे हैं कि ममता बनर्जी के शासन काल में जब बलात्कार के केस हुए तो पुलिस ने अपराधियों को बचाया, आर. जी. कर अस्पताल के केस में तो घटनास्थल की धुलाई करके सारे सबूत मिटा दिए गए. ममता बनर्जी के राज में पुलिस गुंडों के साथ थी या अपराधियों को देखकर पुलिस चारपाई के नीचे छुप जाती थी. अब शुभेंदु अधिकारी ने पुलिस को खुली छूट दी है. पुलिस एक्शन में आई है.

शुभेंदु अधिकारी सरकार चलाने के मामले में योगी आदित्यनाथ के मॉडल को follow कर रहे हैं. असल में राज्य कोई भी हो, जब तक अपराधियों के दिलोदिमाग में पुलिस का खौफ नहीं होगा, विकास के काम नहीं हो सकते. जहां गुंडागर्दी हो, वहां कोई investor नहीं आता. बंगाल में भी गुंडाराज था, जड़ें बहुत गहरी थीं, हत्यारों को पुलिस का संरक्षण मिलता था. अब हालात बदलने लगे हैं और जाहिर है, ये ममता को रास नहीं आ सकता.

FBI एक्शन : भारत की जेलों में बंद गैंगस्टर्स पर लगाम कसो

अमेरिका में Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) ने लॉरेंस बिश्नोई गैंग के इंटरनेशनल नेटवर्क के ख़िलाफ़ बड़ा ऑपरेशन शुरू किया है. इस Operation Hardball के तहत अमेरिका, कनाडा और यूरोपियन देशों में 50 से ज़्यादा ठिकानों पर तलाशी ली गई. बिश्नोई गैंग के 24 लोग गिरफ्तार हुए, एक हजार किलो से ज्यादा ड्रग्स बरामद हुई और बड़ी संख्या में हथियार जब्त किए गए. इस ऑपरेशन में कनाडा और यूरोपियन देशों की एजेंसियां भी शामिल हैं.

FBI ने कैलिफ़ोर्निया में लॉरेंस बिश्नोई गैंग के अलावा गोल्डी बराड़, जग्गू भगवानपुरिया और रोहित गोदारा के नेटवर्क को भी टारगेट किया था. FBI का आरोप है कि भारत की जेल में बंद लॉरेंस बिश्नोई के इशारे पर उसका इंटरनेशनल रैकेट अमेरिका, कनाडा, मेक्सिको और यूरोपियन देशों में ड्रग्स, अवैध वसूली, टारगेटेड किलिंग, किडनैपिंग और ह्यूमन ट्रैफिकिंग जैसे अपराध कर रहा था. कनाडा, मेक्सिको और अमेरिका में बिश्नोई गैंग के रैकेट की कमान गोल्डी बराड़ के पास थी. FBI का कहना है कि छापों के दौरान गोल्डी बराड़ पकड़ में नहीं आया. अब FBI ने गोल्डी बराड़ को मोस्ट वांटेड अपराधी घोषित कर उस पर पचास हजार डॉलर का इनाम घोषित किया है.

अमेरिका में गोल्डी बराड़ और लॉरेंस बिश्नोई समेत गैंग के 34 गुर्गों को आरोपी बनाया गया है. अब इन सबके खिलाफ अमेरिका में मुकदमा चलेगा. FBI के ऑपरेशन हार्डबॉल से पंजाब के कुछ पुलिस अफसरों और गैंगस्टर्स के बीच सांठगांठ का भी पर्दाफ़ाश हो गया है. FBI ने इस मामले में पंजाब पुलिस के इंस्पेक्टर गुरिंदरजीत सिंह नागरा को आरोपी बनाया है और उसके extradition की मांग की है. FBI के वकील ने कहा कि होशियारपुर के टांडा थाने में तैनात SHO इंस्पेक्टर गुरिंदरजीत नागरा के जग्गू भगवानपुरिया गैंग से कनेक्शन हैं. नागरा ने एक अमेरिकी परिवार को जग्गू भगवानपुरिया गैंग के ज़रिए धमकी दिलवाई थी और इस परिवार से 4 लाख डॉलर की वसूली की.

नागरा पर इल्ज़ाम है कि वो भगवानपुरिया गैंग के इशारे पर बेगुनाह लोगों को धमका कर वसूली करता था. FBI का बयान आने के बाद पंजाब पुलिस ने SHO गुरिंदरजीत सिंह नागरा को लाइन हाजिर कर दिया है. जालंधर रेंज के DIG ने नागरा पर लगे आरोपों की जांच के आदेश दिए हैं. ये तो कोई सीक्रेट नहीं है कि लॉरेंस बिश्नोई एक क्रिमिनल गैंग चलाता है. ये गैंग उसके नाम से वसूली करता है. नई बात ये है कि अमेरिका में FBI के पास लॉरेंस बिश्नोई और गोल्डी बराड़ के हत्या और वसूली के कई मामलों में शामिल होने के सबूत हैं. FBI को ये भी पता है कि लॉरेंस बिश्नोई और उसके गैंग के जो गुर्गे भारत की जेलों में हैं, वे जेलों में रहकर भी extortion के काम चलाते हैं.

अब FBI का कहना है कि एक बार ये सारे अपराधी अमेरिका की गिरफ्त में आ जाएं तो वो न कभी extortion कर पाएंगे, न किसी की हत्या कर पाएंगे. ये कमेंट भारत की जेलों पर सवाल उठाता है. जो अपराधी जेल में बंद हैं, वो कभी जेल में बैठकर इंटरव्यू देते हैं. कभी धमकी भरे वीडियो पोस्ट करते हैं और कभी उनके नाम पर वसूली की जाती है. ये कैसे संभव है ? उनके पास फोन और इंटरनेट कहां से आता है ? हमारे यहां भी ऐसा सिस्टम होना चाहिए कि कम से कम जेल में बैठकर तो कोई इस तरह के अपराध न कर सके.

The Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust on Monday accepted the resignations of general secretary Champat Rai and another trustee Anil Mishra. They had tendered their resignations after an FIR was filed by the Trust relating to temple donation embezzlement.

Krishna Mohan, a trustee, has been given the responsibility of running the temple as working general secretary till a new appointment is made. There are now three posts of trustees vacant in the Trust. A meeting of the Trust will be held on July 22 to decide on the names of new trustees.

A CEO will be appointed to look after the administration of the temple. A three-member committee headed by retired Justice Permod Kohli will give recommendations about changes in the management. After Monday’s meeting of the Trust, treasurer Govind Dev Giri said, no one has any doubts about the integrity of Champat Rai, but he made a big mistake in trusting the wrong persons.

Govind Dev Giri said, the golden Ramcharit Manas book donated by former Home Secretary S. Laxminarayanan has been placed inside the sanctum sanctorum now. He said, all gold, silver, diamond and other ornaments donated to Lord Ram are secure. A list of 2,800 such valuable gifts has been prepared and anybody can inspect them in the temple premises.

The treasurer said, the embezzlement of donation box money took place because of negligence on part of some of the members, but the State Bank of India is equally accountable since counting and deposit of donation money was being done jointly by the trust and SBI. Govind Dev Giri said, SBI should have filed the FIR about embezzlement with the police, but it failed in discharging its duty.

Govind Dev Giri said, some anti-Hindu elements are trying to take advantage of the situation and they are trying to incite Hindus. He appealed to all devotees of Shri Ram not to be swayed by such moves. Champat Rai will no more be seen in Ram Mandir Trust because he trusted those who committed the sin and insulted those who tried to give him sane advice. He showed negligence and ran the Ram Temple like his fiefdom. He was blinded by arrogance and did not see or hear what was happening inside the temple.

There was no lack of dedication on his part and his intentions were pure, but there was grave lapse in monitoring and policy. Champat Rai neither listened to the RSS, nor did he give importance to the members of the Trust. In spite of getting requests to appoint a CEO, he raised his army of sycophants and allowed them to loot donation money.

When the robbers were caught, he showed mercy instead of handing them over to police. This behaviour of Champat Rai proved to be his downfall. Professionals must now be appointed to manage the Ram Mandir. There should be a vigilance department to keep strict watch so that no one can ever dare to commit such a sin.

राम मंदिर ट्रस्ट से चंपत राय और अनिल मिश्रा की छुट्टी हो गई. चंपत राय की जगह कृष्ण मोहन को अभी ट्रस्ट के कार्यकारी महासचिव की जिम्मेदारी सौंपी गई है. अब ट्रस्ट में कुल तीन पद खाली हैं. नए ट्रस्टियों के नामों पर विचार के लिए 22 जुलाई को ट्रस्ट की फिर से बैठक होगी.

राम मंदिर की प्रशासनिक व्यवस्था को देखने के लिए CEO की नियुक्ति होगी. CEO कौन होगा, इस पर विचार के लिए रिटायर्ड जज प्रमोद कोहली की अध्यक्षता में तीन सदस्यों की एक समिति बनी है, जिसकी रिपोर्ट पर 22 जुलाई को विचार होगा.

ट्रस्ट की बैठक के बाद कोषाध्यक्ष गोविन्द गिरि जी ने कहा कि चंपत राय की निष्ठा पर किसी को शंका नहीं है, लेकिन उन्होंने गलत लोगों पर भरोसा किया, यह उनकी बड़ी गलती थी. गोविन्द गिरि ने कहा कि रामलला को जो सोने-चांदी के आभूषण और अन्य कीमती चीजें अर्पित की गई थीं, वे सब सुरक्षित हैं. ऐसी 2800 मूल्यवान वस्तुओं की सूची तैयार है, कोई भी इन्हें आकर देख सकता है.

स्वामी गोविन्द देव गिरि ने कहा कि चढ़ावे की चोरी ट्रस्ट के सदस्यों की लापरवाही से हुई लेकिन इसके लिए स्टेट बैंक भी बराबर का ज़िम्मेदार है. इसलिए FIR भी बैंक को ही करानी चाहिए थी, लेकिन SBI अपनी जिम्मेदारी निभाने में नाकाम रहा. गोविन्द देव गिरि ने सोने की रामचरित मानस मीडिया को दिखाई, जिसे पूर्व केंद्रीय गृह सचिव एस. लक्ष्मीनारायणन ने रामलला को अर्पित किया थी. इसे वापस गर्भगृह में रख दिया गया है.

गोविन्द देव गिरि ने कहा कि चढ़ावे में चोरी की खबरों के बाद कुछ हिन्दू विरोधी लोग माहौल का फायदा उठाने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं, हिन्दुओं को भड़काने की कोशिशें हो रही हैं, रामभक्तों को ऐसे देश विरोधी लोगों के बहकावे में नहीं आना चाहिए.

चंपत राय अब कभी राम मंदिर ट्रस्ट में दिखाई नहीं देंगे क्योंकि उन्होंने पाप करने वालों पर भरोसा किया और सही सलाह देने वालों का अपमान किया. चंपत राय ने लापरवाही की और राम मंदिर को अपनी रियासत की तरह चलाया, अहंकार ने उनकी आंखों पर पट्टी बांध दी थी, उनको न कुछ दिखाई देता था, न सुनाई देता था.

चंपत राय की निष्ठा में कमी नहीं थी, नीयत भी साफ थी, लेकिन निगरानी और नीति में भारी चूक हुई. चंपत राय ने न RSS की सुनी, न Trust के सदस्यों को कोई भाव दिया. बार बार कहने के बाद भी CEO नियुक्त नहीं किया, अपने चमचों की फौज खड़ी कर दी और उनको दान पात्र लूटने दिया. जब लूटने वाले पकड़े गए, तो उन्हें पुलिस को सौंपने की बजाय उन पर दया दिखाने लगे.

चंपत राय का यही व्यवहार उन्हें ले डूबा. अब राम मंदिर का प्रबंधन करने के लिए professionals को नियुक्त किया जाना चाहिए, नज़र रखने के लिए एक vigilance department होना चाहिए ताकि भविष्य में कोई ऐसा पाप करने की हिम्मत न करे.

On the Ram Mandir theft issue, the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) has asked the government “to ensure that anyone found guilty after the investigation faces severe punishment.”

RSS general secretary Dattatreya Hosabale in a video statement said: “The grand temple constructed at the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi ……..is a center of reverence, faith, and devotion for the entire Hindu society, owing to the struggles of generations and the dedication, sacrifice, and martyrdom of crores of Ram devotees”. He said: “The unfortunate incident of theft in the donation boxes kept at the temple…..has deeply hurt the sentiments and faith of the entire society and Ram devotees; we are all extremely pained and angered by this event.”

Hosabale said: “ It is natural for the Hindu society, including RSS, to expect the Trust to treat this highly condemnable incident as an extraordinary matter and take effective steps to rectify all shortcomings in temple management and operations…..The current state of confusion and uncertainty must end.” Hosabale said, the RSS was “…confident that through proper financial management, flawless and transparent operational systems, and an atmosphere imbued with purity, sanctity, and true dharmikta (religiousness), the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust will continue to strengthen the faith and trust of the Hindu society”.

He appealed to Hindus “ to display patience and restraint during this difficult moment and to thwart the conspiracies of anti-Hindu and anti-national forces seeking to malign the Hindu dharma and society by exploiting this unfortunate incident.” RSS, Vishwa Hindu Parishad and saints like Baba Bageshwar are all agreed on the point that pilferage of money is a grievous sin and no one must be spared.

The second point on which RSS, VHP and saints agree is that some forces are trying to gain political mileage from this incident and Hindus should guard against such forces. I think, this is not the first time politics is taking place over Ram Mandir. Politics will continue. Some people will try to corner benefit, but instead of worrying over this, RSS, VHP and Sant Samaj must focus on the need to have a foolproof system for maintaining records of donations, take help from professionals, and put in place a scientific and perfect system so that no individual or group can gain undue control over the temple.

Is Ethanol useful? Need to convince the public

Is ethanol-blended petrol harmful for engines? Does ethanol-blended petrol provide lesser mileage? Petroleum Minister Hardeep Singh Puri said it will be incorrect to blame ethanol for lesser mileage, since there are several reasons for change in mileage. Ethanol does not affect engine power and acceleration. Puri said, the world is today switching from fossil fuel to cleaner fuel and the decision to blend petrol with ethanol is a correct one. He said, ethanol-blended petrol is being used in racing cars to ramp up acceleration.

However, the ground reality is that most people agree ethanol-blended petrol gives less mileage. Claims about the range of lesser mileage differ. Experts say, energy density of ethanol is nearly 33 pc lesser compared to petrol, and in order to generate power, ethanol burns more fuel. This could result in lesser mileage. If your vehicle is pre-2024, then E20 will give you lesser mileage, but post-2024 vehicles are E-10 and E-20 compliant. Their engines and other parts have been tuned so that ethanol cannot harm engine power.

The argument that there should be less dependence on petrol is a valid one, because much of our foreign exchange is drained out because of import of fuel. It has also been scientifically proven that ethanol could be a better alternative, but the ground reality is felt when one uses that alternative. If ethanol mixed petrol gives lesser mileage, causes problems for engines, and if older model vehicles break down, then how can one expect people to trust E10 or E20? Instead of making tall claims, it must be proved in practical life that ethanol does not harm vehicles. People are ready to cooperate, but if the fuel pump and engine parts are harmed, why would anybody use ethanol?

Ban on apps stopping e-rickshaws : A welcome step

The government on Friday ordered a blocking of several apps which were being used to remotely switch off e-rickshaw batteries. Thousands of such complaints were received in Delhi, Mumbai, Bhopal and Ujjain. After a thorough probe, the government directed removal of apps like BAT-BMS, Lossigy and Epoch-i-ion with immediate effect.

These apps were being used remotely to switch off battery-charged vehicles. Mostly, e-rickshaw drivers were the victims. Who are those who hack e-rickshaws? It was found many of them were mechanics who used to charge exorbitantly from e-rickshaw drivers. There were some drivers too who used to play a prank on others in order to get more passengers. Experts say, Battery Management System (BMS) is used by hackers to switch off e-lithium batteries of e-rickshaws.

BAT-BMS, Lossigy and Epoch-i-ion were the apps developed to keep a watch on health, voltage and temperature of batteries. When people purchase battery operated vehicles, companies promote these apps. If the battery is not password protected, then mischievous elements can use these apps to take control of the battery remotely. The apps that were being misused have been blocked by the Centre and it is a welcome step.

राम मंदिर के मामले में राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ का पहला बयान आया. संघ ने स्पष्ट शब्दों में कहा, कोई कितना भी बड़ा हो, उसे किसी भी कीमत पर बख्शा नहीं जाना चाहिए, ऐसा पाप करने वालों को सख्त से सख्त सजा दी जानी चाहिए. संघ के सरकार्यवाह दत्तात्रेय होसबाले ने कहा कि भविष्य में कोई इस तरह का पाप न कर सके, इसके लिए सरकार और ट्रस्ट को एक्शन लेना चाहिए.

सरकार्यवाह ने कहा, “पीढ़ियों के संघर्ष और करोड़ों रामभक्तों के समर्पण, त्याग एवं बलिदान के कारण संपूर्ण हिन्दू समाज के लिए रामलला मंदिर श्रद्धा, आस्था और भक्ति का केन्द्र बना।.. मंदिर में रखे हुए दान पात्रों में जमा राशि की चोरी की दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण घटना से समूचे समाज और राम भक्तों की भावना एवं श्रद्धा को आघात पहुँचा है तथा इस घटना से हम सभी आहत हैं। “ होसबाले ने कहा, “जाँच में जो भी दोषी पाए जाएँगे उन्हें कठोर दंड हो, यह सुनिश्चित करना आवश्यक है।“

उन्होंने हिन्दू समाज से अपील की कि वह “इस कठिन क्षण में आवश्यक धैर्य और संयम का परिचय दें तथा इस दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण घटना का लाभ उठाकर हिन्दू विरोधी, राष्ट्र विरोधी शक्तियों के हिंदू धर्म एवं समाज को बदनाम करने के षड़यंत्रों को विफल करें।” RSS, विश्व हिंदू परिषद और बाबा बागेश्वर जैसे साधु संत सब इस बात पर सहमत हैं कि राम मंदिर के दान पात्र से चोरी करने वालों ने महापाप किया है, उनमें से किसी को भी बख्शा ना जाए. कौन छोटा है, कौन बड़ा, इसकी परवाह न की जाए.

दूसरी बात जिस पर संघ, परिषद और संत समाज एकमत है, वो ये कि कुछ लोग इस मामले का राजनीतिक फायदा उठाने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं. ऐसे लोगों के मंसूबों के बारे में हिंदू समाज को सावधान किया जाए. मुझे लगता है कि राम मंदिर पर राजनीति कोई पहली बार तो नहीं हो रही. इस पर सियासत तो होगी. कुछ लोग इसका फायदा भी उठाएंगे, पर इस पर ध्यान देने की बजाय RSS, VHP और संत समाज को इस बात पर फोकस करना चाहिए कि राम मंदिर में दान के हिसाब-किताब के लिए एक foolproof व्यवस्था बनायी जाय, इसमें professionals की मदद ली जाए, व्यवस्था scientific और perfect हो ताकि भविष्य में किसी को ट्रस्ट पर या राम मंदिर पर कब्जा जमाने का मौका ना मिल सके.

एथेनॉल सही या गलत : सरकार सारी शंकाओं को दूर करे

क्या एथेनॉल युक्त पेट्रोल से गाड़ियों का इंजन खराब हो रहा है? क्या एथेनॉल से माइलेज में कमी आ रही है? पेट्रोलियम मंत्री हरदीप सिंह पुरी का कहना है कि एथेनॉल से माइलेज में कमी की बात पूरी तरह ठीक नहीं है क्योंकि माइलेज में कमी के बहुत से कारण होते हैं. इंजन की पावर और acceleration में भी इससे कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ता. पुरी ने कहा कि सारी दुनिया fossil fuel से क्लीन फ्यूल की तरफ बढ़ रही है, ऐसे में पेट्रोल में एथेनॉल blending का फैसला अच्छा है. पुरी ने यहां तक कहा कि एथेनॉल युक्त पेट्रोल का इस्तेमाल अब रेसिंग कारों में भी हो रहा है, इससे उनका acceleration बढ़ता है.

पेट्रोलियम मंत्री हों या भारत पेट्रोलियम कंपनी के अफसर, सभी ने ये माना कि एथेनॉल से माइलेज में कमी आती है, लेकिन कितनी कमी आती है, इसको लेकर सबके दावे अलग अलग हैं. एक्सपर्ट्स का कहना है कि पेट्रोल की तुलना में एथेनॉल की energy density करीब 33 परसेंट कम होती है. पावर जेनरेट करने के लिए एथेनॉल में ज़्यादा फ्यूल जलता है, इससे माइलेज कम हो जाता है. अगर आपकी गाड़ी 2024 से पहले की है तो फिर माइलेज कम मिलेगा. 2024 के बाद की गाड़ियां E10 और E20 compliant हैं. इनके इंजन मैटेरियल और दूसरे पार्ट्स को इस तरह ट्यून किया गया है जिससे एथेनॉल से गाड़ी के इंजन को कोई नुकसान न हो.

ये सही है कि पेट्रोल पर निर्भरता कम करनी है. इसमें हमारी काफी विदेशी मुद्रा खर्च होती है. ये भी वैज्ञानिक तौर पर साबित किया गया है कि कि इथेनॉल इसका एक अच्छा विकल्प हो सकता है लेकिन असली बात तो तब पता चलती है जब विकल्प का इस्तेमाल होता है. अगर पेट्रोल में इथेनॉल मिलाने से माइलेज में कमी आएगी, गाड़ियां खराब होने लगेंगी, पुरानी गाड़ियां बैठ जाएंगी तो लोग इथेनॉल युक्त पेट्रोल पर भरोसा कैसे करेंगे? इसीलिए बड़ी-बड़ी बातें कहने की बजाय practical life में ये साबित करके दिखाना चाहिए कि इथेनॉल से गाड़ियों को कोई नुकसान नहीं होता. लोग सहयोग करने को तैयार हैं, लेकिन अगर fuel pump और engine के parts को नुकसान होगा तो फिर कोई इथेनॉल का इस्तेमाल क्यों करेगा?

ई-रिक्शा रोकने वाले apps पर बैन : एक सही कदम

सरकार ने शुक्रवार को कई ऐसे एप्स को तुरंत ब्लॉक करने के निर्देश दिए, जिनकी मदद से ई-रिक्शा की बैटरी को दूर से ही स्विच ऑफ किया जा रहा था. इस तरह की हजारों शिकायतें दिल्ली, मुंबई, भोपाल और उज्जैन जैसे कई शहरों से आई थीं. सरकार ने जांच की और फिर एंड्रॉयड और IOS एप स्टोर से BAT-BMS, Lossigy और Epoch-i-ion जैसे एप्स को तुरंत हटाने के आदेश जारी कर दिए.

इन सारे ऐप्स का इस्तेमाल बैटरी व्हीकल्स को रिमोट के जरिए बंद करने के लिए हो रहा था. खासतौर पर ई-रिक्शा चलाने वालों को निशाना बनाया जा रहा था. एक्सपर्ट्स बताते हैं कि Lithium बैटरी का कंट्रोल सिस्टम BMS यानी Battery Management System होता है. बैटरी की health, voltage, temperature की निगरानी करने के मकसद से कुछ App develop किए गए हैं. जब लोग गाड़ियां खरीदते हैं तो battery operated गाड़ियों के लिए कंपनियां इन Apps को promote करती हैं. लेकिन अगर battery को password से protect न किया जाए तो शरारत करने वाले इन Apps के जरिए battery को control कर लेते हैं.

अब सवाल है कि इस तरह की हरकतें क्यों की जाती हैं ? पुलिस ने बताया कि कुछ मैकेनिक ई-रिक्शे वालों से पैसा ऐंठने के लिए गड़बड़ी करते हैं और कुछ ई-रिक्शे वाले भी सवारियां छीनने के लिए दूसरे E-rickshaw को block करते हैं . असल में जिन Apps का गलत इस्तेमाल हो रहा है, उन्हीं को block किया गया है.

The Special Investigation Team today began the second part of its probe into the multi-crore theft from Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. Lawyers of Faizabad Bar Association have filed a complaint with police demanding FIR against Champat Rai and Anil Mishra. Meanwhile, Ayodhya Development Authority issued notice for demolition of an under construction building owned by one of the accused Lavkush Mishra. Ayodhya police has provided breakup of money recovered from the accused.

The total recovery till now is Rs 79.85 lakhs, out of which maximum Rs 20.39 lakhs was recovered from Avinash Shukla. This includes US $1121. Hailing from Pratapgarh, Avinash Shukla used to sell water on a handcart near the Ram Mandir till three months ago. His brother used to study at the Yoga Sansthan. Both of them came in touch with temple authorities and they were tasked with counting donation money.

Among the eight nabbed, Tinnu Yadav, right hand man of Champat Rai, is the richest. He owns three residential buildings and a big hostel. He is in partnership with others in running six hotels and restaurants. Only Rs 1 lakh cash was recovered from him. Investigators suspect he managed to hide his ill-gotten cash in time after getting whiff of a probe.

These looters did not even spare Rs 10 currency notes and Rs 5 coins donated by devotees! Among the thieves were a delivery boy, a handcart water seller and an auto driver. Now they own huge amount of money. During questioning, Champat Rai reportedly confessed that he blindly trusted Tinnu Yadav and the latter cheated him.

Champat Rai suspects it was Tinnu Yadav who leaked news about the discovery of theft to Samajwadi Party MLA Pawan Pandey. There were rumours about large scale theft since January, but Champat Rai did not take any step to stop the pilferage. In all, this seems to be a case of betrayal, deception and fraud. The RSS leadership trusted its old-timer Champat Rai, who was found guilty of negligence.

Champat Rai trusted Tinnu Yadav and Anil Mishra, and they betrayed him. Champat Rai confesses that he trusted the wrong people, but is unwilling to accept the fact that he did not listen to well-meaning advice from friends. Finally, a secret spycam was fitted inside the counting room and the accused were caught stuffing currency notes in their pockets.

Champat Rai was still unwilling to hand over these thieves to the police. A senior responsible person unwilling to punish the sinners, despite knowing that they stole the Lord’s money, is as much guilty as the culprits. For a person holding such a position, not only cheating, but getting cheated is also a crime. Committing a crime is not the only crime, hiding some one’s sin is also a crime.

Uttarakhand : New Madarsa law a welcome step

From July 1, Uttarakhand has implemented a new Minorities Education Act. Under this law, all minority educational institutions in the state, whether a madarsa or a Sanskrit gurukul or a Christian missionary school will have to get themselves registered with the Minorities Education Authority. Madarsas will be the most affected.

There were 952 madarsas in Uttarakhand, out of which nearly 250 were sealed by the government till December last year. Till now, 452 madarsas have registered themselves. More than 40,000 children study there. Only 52 madarsas impart education till Class 12. These students were only getting Islamic education till now. After completing education, they used to be employed as moulvis in mosques or as teachers in madarsas. There was no further scope for their employment elsewhere.

With the introduction of a new law, madarsas will have to impart all subjects approved by Uttarakhand State Education Board which include English, Hindi, Maths, Science and Social Science. Madarsas can impart Islamic education to their students in extra classes during afternoon. After studying these subjects, madarsa students can be eligible for higher education and they can become doctors, engineers or scientists. I think Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has taken a commendable step.

Bengal : Not fair to throw eggs

Calcutta High Court has directed West Bengal government to take measures to ensure eggs are not thrown at arrested persons and prepare guidelines for safe transporting of accused to courts or other places. A division bench of acting Chief Justice Tapabrata Chakrabarty directed the government to file FIR against such attackers and submit an action-taken report.

The high court said, “State has a responsibility to protect the accused from inhumanity and barbarity. The general public cannot take law in their own hands. The incidents of hurling eggs upon the accused …. need to be restricted ….It is the State’s obligation to extend due protection to the accused”, the bench observed. There has been a spate of attacks on TMC leaders by people who have been throwing rotten eggs and tomatoes, while being taken to court or police stations. I have said this earlier too and I want to repeat here.

Beating up an accused in the presence of police, or throwing eggs and tomatoes cannot be justified under any circumstance. This is a wrongful act and stern action must be taken. I think state BJP chief Samik Bhattacharya’s argument that police cannot frisk each onlooker while taking accused to court, is fallacious. A government must display its majesty. If people come to know that police will send them to jail if they throw eggs, they will desist from doing so. Instead of inventing excuses, the state must put a stop to such nuisance.

राम मंदिर में दान की लूट के मामले में अब तेज़ी से कार्रवाई हो रही है. अयोध्या विकास प्राधिकरण ने एक आरोपी लवकुश मिश्रा के निर्माणाधीन मकान पर बुलडोज़र चलाने के लिए नोटिस जारी किया है. वहीं SIT ने आज अयोध्या पहुंच कर दूसरे चरण की जांच शुरू कर दी. फैजाबाद बार एसोसिएशन के वकीलों ने थाने में तहरीर देकर चंपत राय और अनिल मिश्रा के खिलाफ तत्काल FIR दायर करने की मांग की है.

अयोध्या पुलिस ने अब तक कैश की बरामदगी का जो ब्यौरा दिया है, उसके मुताबिक, अब तक कुल 79 लाख 85 हज़ार रुपये बरामद किए गये हैं. सबसे ज्यादा 20 लाख 39 हज़ार 220 रुपये की बरामदगी अविनाश शुक्ला से हुई है. इसमें 1121 डॉलर भी शामिल हैं.

अविनाश शुक्ला प्रतापगढ़ का रहने वाला है. तीन महीने पहले तक वो राम मंदिर के पास ठेला लगाकर पानी बेचता था. इसका भाई योग संस्थान में योग सीख रहा था. उसने इसे अपने साथ रखा, वहां से ये मंदिर के लोगों के संपर्क में आया. फिर संस्थान के प्रभारी ने ट्रस्ट के लोगों से कहकर इसे चढ़ावे की काउंटिंग के काम में लगवा दिया.

अविनाश शुक्ला को पुलिस रिमांड पर लेकर पूछताछ करेगी. जो आठ लोग पकड़े गए हैं, उनमें टिन्नू यादव सबसे अमीर है. उसके अयोध्या में तीन आलीशान मकान हैं, एक बड़ा हॉस्टल है, छह होटल्स और रेस्ट्रां में पार्टनरशिप है, लेकिन उसके पास से सिर्फ 1 लाख कैश बरामद हुआ है. ऐसा लगता है कि टिन्नू यादव को खबर मिल गई थी, इसलिए उसे अपनी काली कमाई छुपाने का मौका मिल गया. आगे की जांच में उसका सारा पैसा, सारी प्रॉपर्टी और कमाई बाहर आ जाएगी.

इन पापियों ने करोड़ों रामभक्तों की आस्था को चोट पहुंचाई है. इनके हाथ जो लगा, वो सब चुरा लिया. दस-दस के नोट और पांच-पांच रूपये के सिक्के भी नहीं छोड़े. जो ठेला लगाते थे, डेलीवरी ब्वॉय का काम करते थे, जो ऑटो चलाता था, वो करोड़पति बन गए. अब पुलिस पाई-पाई का हिसाब करेगी. असल में जिस 80 लाख रुपये के ब्यौरे आज सामने आये हैं, ये रकम तो चंपत राय ने 6 जून को ही रिकवर कर ली थी. बाद में पुलिस ने इस धनराशि को रिकॉर्ड पर लिया. इससे पहले ये पैसा चंपत राय के पास ताले में बंद रखा था.

SIT ने भी अपनी जांच में करीब 20 लाख रुपये जब्त किए हैं. कुछ लोगों ने चोरी के पैसे किसी और के नाम से बैंक में जमा करा दिए थे. कुछ लोगों ने लूट के माल से प्रॉपर्टी खरीद ली थी..ये सारा सच एक-एक करके सामने आएगा. जब से राम मंदिर में चोरी का मामला सामने आया है चंपत राय ने पब्लिक के सामने कोई सफाई नहीं दी, पर SIT और पुलिस से चंपत राय ने खुलकर बात की. चंपत राय ने कहा कि उन्होंने टिन्नू यादव पर भरोसा किया, लेकिन टिन्नू ने उन्हें धोखा दिया.

चंपत राय बहुत दुखी और आहत नज़र आए. वो हर वक्त सवालों का जवाब देने के लिए तैयार थे लेकिन टिन्नू यादव से कुछ भी निकलवाना टेढ़ी खीर था. जब टिन्नू यादव से कड़ाई से पूछताछ की गई तो वो चंपत राय के पास जाकर रोया लेकिन चंपत राय ने उसकी मदद करने से इनकार कर दिया. चंपत राय को ये भी शक है कि टिन्नू यादव ने ही दान पात्र में चोरी की खबर समाजवादी पार्टी के MLA पवन पांडे को लीक की. उसने पवन पांडे से कहलवाया कि सात-आठ करोड़ की चोरी हुई है. चंपत राय ने कहा कि मैंने गलत लोगों पर विश्वास कर लिया. ज़ाहिर है, अगर चंपत राय चाहते, तो ये चोरी जनवरी में रोकी जा सकती थी.

राम मंदिर के दानपात्र में चोरी का मामला विश्वासघात, धोखा और फरेब का है. RSS ने चंपत राय पर भरोसा किया, चंपत राय ने लापरवाही की. चंपत राय ने टिन्नू यादव और अनिल मिश्रा पर भरोसा किया, उन्होंने चंपत राय को धोखा दिया. चंपत राय ये तो मानते हैं कि उन्होंने गलत लोगों पर विश्वास किया पर ये मानने को तैयार नहीं कि बार बार चेतावनी मिलने और अलग-अलग लोगों के कहने के बावजूद उन्होंने किसी की बात नहीं सुनी.

काउंटिंग रूम में जब Spycam लगाया गया, लोग जेबों में नोट भरते दिखाई दिए, तो भी चंपत राय उन पापियों को पुलिस को सौंपने के लिए तैयार नहीं थे. जिम्मेदार पद पर बैठे व्यक्ति को अगर ये पता चल जाए कि किसी ने भगवान के घर में चोरी की है और वो उसे सज़ा देने को तैयार न हो, तो उसे भी इस पाप में बराबर का भागीदार माना जाएगा. ऐसी हालत में सिर्फ धोखा देना ही नहीं, धोखा खाना भी अपराध होता है. गुनाह करना ही अपराध नहीं है, किसी के पाप को छुपाना भी अपराध है.

उत्तराखंड : नया मदरसा कानून एक अच्छा कदम

उत्तराखंड में अल्पसंख्यक शिक्षा कानून लागू हो गया है, अब जितने भी अल्पसंख्यक शिक्षण संस्थान हैं, उन्हें अल्पसंख्यक शिक्षा प्राधिकरण में रजिस्ट्रेशन कराना होगा. अब बिना रजिस्ट्रेशन के न कोई मदरसा चलेगा, न गुरुकुल और न कोई दूसरा धार्मिक शिक्षा संस्थान. इस नियम का सबसे बड़ा असर मदरसों पर होगा.

1 जुलाई से मदरसा बोर्ड खत्म हो गया. अब हर मदरसे को मान्यता लेनी होगी और उनमें सरकारी सिलेबस लागू होगा. मदरसों में अंग्रेजी , हिंदी, गणित, विज्ञान, समाज विज्ञान जैसे विषय पढ़ाए जाएंगे. हालांकि सरकार ने मजहबी तालीम देने पर कोई रोक नहीं लगाई है लेकिन जो बच्चे मजहबी तालीम लेना चाहते हैं, उनके लिए मदरसों में एक्स्ट्रा क्लास का इंतजाम करना जरूरी होगा. सुबह बोर्ड का सिलेबस पढ़ाया जाएगा.

मजहबी तालीम की क्लास शाम को अलग से चलेंगी. मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि उनका मकसद किसी धर्म या मजहब को नुकसान पहुंचाना नहीं है, वह चाहते हैं सभी धर्मों के बच्चों को पढ़ने का, आगे बढ़ने का पूरा मौका मिले लेकिन कुछ लोग इसे मदरसों से जोड़ रहे हैं और मुसलमानों को भड़काने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं. उत्तराखंड में कुल 952 मदरसे थे. इनमें से 250 मदरसे पिछले साल दिसंबर तक सील किए जा चुके थे.

452 मदरसों का रजिस्ट्रेशन हो चुका है, इनमें चालीस हजार से ज्यादा बच्चे पढ़ते हैं. सिर्फ 52 मदरसे ऐसे हैं जिनमें 12वीं तक की पढ़ाई होती है. अब तक इन बच्चों को सिर्फ इस्लामिक शिक्षा मिलती थी, पढ़ाई के बाद वे मस्जिदों में मौलवी बन जाते थे या फिर मदरसों में टीचर, दूसरी जगह नौकरी की कोई संभावना नहीं थी. अब अगर ये बच्चे भी गणित, विज्ञान जैसे विषय पढे़ंगे, तो दूसरे बच्चों की तरह उनके लिए भी उच्च शिक्षा के द्वार खुलेंगे, वे भी इंजीनियर, डॉक्टर, वैज्ञानिक बन पाएंगे. इसलिए मुझे लगता है कि पुष्कर सिंह धामी का ये फैसला अच्छा है.

बंगाल : अंडा फेंकना गलत है

कलकत्ता हाईकोर्ट ने तृणमूल कांग्रेस के नेताओं पर अंडे फेंके जाने की घटनाओं पर सख्त नाराजगी ज़ाहिर की. कोर्ट ने इस तरह की हरकत करने वालों के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज करने के आदेश दिए. बंगाल में सरकार बदलने के बाद तृणमूल कांग्रेस के नेताओं के खिलाफ आम लोगों का गुस्सा निकल रहा है. जिन नेताओं की गिरफ्तारी हो रही है, उन पर पब्लिक अंडे फेंक रही है. इस तरह की घटनाओं के खिलाफ कलकत्ता हाईकोर्ट में PIL फाइल की गई थी.

कोर्ट ने कहा कि किसी भी आरोपी या राजनीतिक व्यक्ति के सम्मान और उसकी जान की रक्षा करना राज्य सरकार की जिम्मेदारी है. इस तरह के हमले की छूट किसी को नहीं दी जा सकती. मैंने पहले भी कहा है, फिर कह रहा हूं कि अंडे, सड़े हुए टमाटर फेंकना, किसी आरोपी को पुलिस की मौजूदगी में पीटना, इन सबको किसी भी तरह न्यायोचित नहीं ठहराया जा सकता. ये काम गलत है. ऐसा करने वालों के खिलाफ सख्त कानूनी कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए.

बीजेपी नेता शमिक भट्टाचार्य की ये बात भी गलत है कि पुलिस हर किसी की जेब चेक नहीं कर सकती क्योंकि पुलिस को इसकी जरूरत ही नहीं है. सरकारें तो इकबाल से चलती हैं. अगर लोगों को पता होगा कि पुलिस एक्शन लेगी, जेल जाना पड़ेगा तो कोई इस तरह की हरकत करने की हिम्मत नहीं करेगा. इसलिए इधर उधर के बहाने बनाने की बजाय ऐसी हरकतों को बंद कराने की कोशिश होनी चाहिए.
